一种编织表带及手表
相关申请的交叉引用
本申请要求在2021年07月30日提交中国专利局、申请号为202121778118.9、申请名称为“一种编织表带及手表”的中国专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及编织技术领域,尤其涉及一种编织表带及手表。
背景技术
编织表带的主体部分为织带,织带经过加工后与表体的连接主要有两种,一种是采用头粒连接,通过一定工艺将织带与头粒结合后再与表体连接;另一种是不采用头粒,利用织带对折后以胶膜贴合形成套筒,之后穿入生耳与表体连接。
但是,采用头粒连接织带与表体的方式中,需要单独采购头粒这一部件,导致表带的附件和成本增多,同时头粒的存在也会影响手表整体的美观性;采用胶膜粘接织带形成套筒的方式中,胶膜的引入使得表带变硬、透气性变差,同时贴胶处有开裂风险。
因此,如何提供一种无头粒、套筒与织带一体成型的编织表带是亟待解决的问题。
发明内容
本申请提供一种编织表带及手表,用以提供一种无头粒、套筒与织带一体成型的编织表带。
第一方面,本申请提供一种编织表带,该编织表带包括编织一体成型的织带。具体来说,织带包括沿厚度方向排列的第一分织带和第二分织带,其中,第一分织带内的第一织网层可以为一个或多个,同时,第二分织带内的第二织网层可以为一个或多个。应理解,织带厚度可以通过调整第一织网层或者第二织网层的数目实现。具体来说,第一分织带内第一织网层的数目可以根据需求设置,同时,第二分织带内第二织网层的数目可以根据需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。基于表带的使用特性,第一织网层沿长度方向呈带状布置,同时,第二织网层沿长度方向呈带状布置。
值得注意的是,织带还包括第一接结纱和第二接结纱。沿长度方向,第一接结纱与第二接结纱配合、以将第一分织带与第二分织带编织形成开口段和闭合段。在闭合段,第一接结纱和第二接结纱分别贯穿第一分织带和第二分织带、形成正交锁结结构;在开口段,第一接结纱贯穿第一分织带、第二接结纱贯穿第二分织带,或者,第一接结纱贯穿第二分织带,第二接结纱贯穿第一分织带。应理解,由于第一接结纱与第二接结纱在开口段以及闭合段的结构设置,第一分织带与第二分织带在开口段形成套筒。
本申请提供的编织表带的织带由第一分织带、第二分织带、第一接结纱以及第二接结纱编织一体形成。第一接结纱与第二接结纱在开口段以及闭合段的结构设置,使得第一分织带与第二分织带在开口段处生成套筒。本申请提供的编织表带中织带与套筒一体编织成型,取消了头粒结构、且无胶膜贴合,套筒配合相应的结构件即可实现编织表带相对表体在佩戴时的固定与连接,可以增强编织表带与表体连接的稳定性。同时,本申请中编织表 带内编织工艺路线简短、织带结构简洁且不含有任何配件,外观整体性强、可以满足用户快速拆装的需求。
在具体设置织带的结构时,可以设置织带至少具有一个套筒。具体来说,织带的结构至少为以下几种具体实施方式中的一种:
一种具体的实施方式中,织带的两端均设有套筒,即织带每端通过套筒与表体连接。值得注意的是,织带宽度可根据需要适配表体进行任意调整;织带长度可以根据实际需要任意改变;织带厚度除了可以通过调整第一织网层或者第二织网层的数目实现,还可以通过更换粗细不同的纱线实现。当然,为了便于用户佩戴、确保手感以及表面外观多样性的同时保证弹性,示例性的,可以将两个套筒之间的织带在织造时靠近用户的织网层经纱选用高弹性氨纶包覆纱,远离用户的织网层采用拉伸变形丝(draw texturing yarn,DTY)尼龙。应理解,还可以将整体织带均采用上述结构设置,在此不再著述。
另一种具体的实施方式中,织带的一端设有套筒、通过套筒与表体连接。至于织带另一侧的固定方式,可以在织带设置尾部固定结构,该尾部固定结构可用于相对表体形成套环结构,以固定织带的另一端。具体来说,表体安装有可拆卸机构,该可拆卸机构与表体的表耳形成密闭环结构。织带的另一端可以插入该密闭环结构、通过尾部固定结构形成套环结构。示例性的,尾部固定结构包括设于织带外侧表面的毛圈和魔术钩。在该实施方式中,用户可根据需求自由调节织带实际使用部分的长度、以配合腕部,可实现无极调节。
当然,尾部固定结构还可以为设置于织带尾部的按扣。当织带绕过表体的密闭环结构后,位于织带尾部的按扣可选择地插入织带、形成套环结构,以相对表体固定织带的另一端。值得注意的是,该尾部固定结构还可由多种其它机构完成,示例性的,尾部固定结构还可为设置在织带尾部的磁吸结构。
在具体设置套筒时,可以在套筒的内表面设置避让孔,该避让孔用于避让生耳上的拨动块,以便于用户从表体上拆卸织带。
在选取第一织网层和第二织网层的结构时,可以设置第一织网层和第二织网层为平纹、斜纹或者锻纹中的一种。当然,第一织网层与第二织网层还可以为其它织物纹路,在此不再赘述。
第二方面,本申请还提供一种手表,该手表包括如第一方面中提供的任意技术方案中的编织表带和表体、生耳,其中,编织表带内织带的至少一端设有套筒,套筒通过生耳与表体连接。
本申请提供的手表中编织表带内织带与套筒一体编织成型,取消了头粒结构、且无胶膜贴合,套筒配合生耳可实现编织表带相对表体在佩戴时的固定与连接,可以增强编织表带与表体连接的稳定性。同时,本申请供的手表中编织表带内编织工艺路线简短、织带结构简洁且不含有任何配件,外观整体性强、可以满足用户快速拆装的需求。
由于织带可能设有一个套筒,也可能设有两个套筒,所以本申请提供的手表内编织表带与表体的连接至少存在以下几种实现方式。
一种可能的实现方式中,当织带的两端均设有套筒时,每个套筒内套设有一个生耳,且生耳探出套筒的两端与表体连接。
另一种可能的实现方式中,织带的一端设有套筒,套筒内套设有一个生耳,且生耳的两端与表体枢接;织带的另一端设有尾部固定结构,该尾部固定结构相对表体形成套环结构。
在设置生耳的结构时,可以设置生耳的周侧设有拨动块,该拨动块可以嵌入织带内套筒处的避让孔、以便于用户将生耳自表体拆卸,从而达到快捷更换编织表带的目的。

具体实施方式
为了方便理解本申请实施例提供的编织表带,首先介绍一下本申请提供的编织表带的应用场景。本申请实施例提供的编织表带与表体配合形成手表,以供用户佩戴。编织表带的主体部分为织带,织带经过加工后与表体的连接的方式主要有两种。具体来说,分为采用头粒和不采用头粒两种方式。
图1为一种现有技术中采用头粒的手表001的结构图,该手表001包括编织表带01和表体02。图2为图1中编织表带01的具体结构图。请结合图1参考图2所示出的结构,编织表带01的织带011与头粒012通过一定工艺结合后再与表体02连接,头粒012充当套筒结构。
但是,如图1和图2所示出的表体02中,头粒012的引入增加了附件和成本,同时头粒012的存在也会影响手表整体的美观性。
图3为另一种现有技术中采用头粒的手表001的结构图。该手表001包括编织表带01和表体02。图4为图3中编织表带01的具体结构图。请参考图4所示出的结构,编织表带01的织带011头部设有头粒012,该头粒012将织带011包裹后、通过侧滑与表体02连接,示例性的,请参考图3所示出的结构。
虽然如图3和图4所示出的手表001中头粒012作为套筒隐藏于表体02,但是该方案的局限性较大,编织表带01仅能与固定款式的表体02配合形成手表001。
图5为一种现有技术中不采用头粒的手表001的结构图。该手表001包括编织表带01和表体02。图6为图5中编织表带01的具体结构图,请结合图5参考图6所示出的结构, 织带011对折后以胶膜013贴合形成套筒。
虽然相比图3和图4所示出的手表001,如图5和图6所示出的手表001取消了头粒结构,但是如图5和图6所示出的表体02中胶膜013的引入使得编织表带01变硬、透气性变差,同时贴胶处有开裂风险。
有鉴于此,本申请实施例提供一种编织表带及手表,用以提供一种无头粒、套筒与织带一体成型的编织表带。

下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
图7为本申请实施例提供的手表100的结构图。如图7所示出的结构,本申请实施例提供的手表100包括编织表带10和表体20,其中,编织表带10为编织一体成型。应理解,该“手表100”泛指腕部穿戴设备,还可以解释为手环等。图8为图7中所示出的编织表带的具体结构图。如图8所示出的结构,编织表带10的织带11两端均形成有套筒A。由于织带11两端均形成有套筒A,在用户佩戴本申请实施例提供的手表100时,需要依靠编织表带10自身弹性。
为了便于理解织带11的结构,首先介绍一下对于编织表带10来说“长度方向”、“宽度方向”以及“厚度方向”的含义。如图8所示出的结构,“长度方向”指编织表带10从一个套筒A至另一个套筒A的延伸方向,即图中标识的方向x;“宽度方向”指图中标识的方向y,该方向y与方向x垂直的;至于“厚度方向”是指图8中未标识出的同时垂直方向x和方向y的方向。“内侧”指佩戴时编织表带10朝向用户手腕的一侧,相应的,“外侧”指佩戴时编织表带10朝背离用户手腕的一侧。
图9为图8中编织表带10在平面B处的局部剖视图,具体来说为图8中右侧套筒A处的截面图。请参考图9所示出的结构,织带11包括沿厚度方向排列的第一分织带111和第二分织带112,其中,第一分织带111内的第一织网层C1示例性的设置为2个,同时,第二分织带112内的第二织网层C2示例性的设置为两个。第一织网层C1沿长度方向呈带状布置,同时,第二织网层C2沿长度方向呈带状布置。应理解,织带11的厚度可以通过调整第一织网层C1或者第二织网层C2的数目实现。至于第一分织带111内第一织网层C1的数目可以根据需求设置,同时,第二分织带112内第二织网层C2的数目可以根据需求进行设置,在此不再赘述。
请继续参考图9所示出的结构,值得注意的是,织带11还包括第一接结纱113和第二接结纱114。沿长度方向,第一接结纱113与第二接结纱114配合、以将第一分织带111 与第二分织带112编织形成开口段S1和闭合段S2。在闭合段S2,第一接结纱113和第二接结纱114分别贯穿第一分织带111和第二分织带112,形成正交锁结结构;如图9所示出的结构,第一接结纱113和第二接结纱114在闭口位S2过渡到开口段S1交接点D最后相交,在开口段S1,第一接结纱113贯穿第二分织带112,第二接结纱114贯穿第一分织带111。应理解,由于第一接结纱113与第二接结纱114在开口段S1以及闭合段S2的结构设置,第一分织带111与第二分织带112在开口段S1处形成套筒A。由于该套筒A的筒身由织物形成,且与织带11为一整体成型,因而套筒A具备高拉伸强度。当然,还可以通过缝线以及拉力布等进一步补强以满足可靠性需求。
结合图8以及图9所示出的结构,具体来说,本申请实施例提供的编织表带10的织带11由第一分织带111、第二分织带112、第一接结纱113以及第二接结纱114编织一体形成。编织表带10中织带11与套筒A一体编织成型,取消了头粒结构、且无胶膜贴合,套筒A配合相应的结构件即可实现编织表带相对表体20在佩戴时的固定与连接,可以增强编织表带10与表体20连接的稳定性。同时,本申请实施例中编织表带10内编织工艺路线简短,织带11结构简洁且不含有任何配件,外观整体性强、可以满足用户快速拆装的需求。
应理解,图9中所示出的第一织网层C1与第二织网层C2均为平纹形式示出。具体来说,第一织网层C1与第二织网层C2中每层织网层由经线和纬线编织形成。示例性,图9中各数字标识代表纬线,以第一织网层C1为例,第一织网层C1包括标识为1、5、9、13、17、21、25以及29的纬线,而围绕上述数字标识纬线的实线即为经线。当然,本申请实施例中的第一织网层C1与第二织网层C2还可以设置为斜纹、锻纹或者其他纹路,在此不再赘述。
织带11采用机织工艺,纱线主体采用尼龙、氨纶,适当辅以尼龙或涤纶热熔丝,织带成型后热熔丝对织带11起到保形作用。织带11的宽度可根据需要适配表体20进行任意调整;织带11长度可以根据实际需要任意改变;织带11厚度除了可以通过调整第一织网层C1或者第二织网层C2的数目实现,还可以通过更换粗细不同的纱线实现。
至于织带11内套筒A的尺寸,可以根据尺寸要求调整第一分织带111与第二分织带112在开口段S1的长度,同时,还可以根据要求调整套筒A的位置、直径等任意细节以满足不同产品需求。当然,为了便于用户佩戴、确保手感以及表面外观多样性的同时保证弹性,示例性的,可以将如图8所示出的两个套筒A之间的织带11内靠近用户的织网层经纱选用高弹性氨纶包覆纱,远离用户的织网层采用拉伸变形丝(draw texturing yarn,DTY)尼龙。应理解,还可以将整体织带11均采用上述结构设置,在此不再著述。
在制备本申请实施例提供的编织表带10时,请参考图10所示出的结构,将整条织带在虚线处采用激光或超声切割工艺形成织带11。示例性的,如图10所示出的织带11具有两个套筒A。应理解,由于采用激光或超声切割时,可能会存在碳化、熔化等物理过程,所以织物表面易残留切割痕迹,该痕迹可通过丝印、贴片等方式改善以满足外观需求。值得注意的是,通过调节开口段S1内第一分织带111以及第二分织带112的长度可以任意调节切割痕迹所在位置以满足外观需求。
在佩戴如图10所示出的本申请实施例提供的编织表带10时,需设置不同长度织带11以适配用户腕围。当然,为了便于用户灵活调节织带11的长度,在具体设置如图10所示出的编织表带10的结构时,还可以设置编织表带10仅设有一个套筒A。具体来说,织带 11的一端设有套筒A、通过套筒A与表体20连接。至于织带11另一侧的固定方式,可以在织带11设置尾部固定结构,该尾部固定结构可用于相对表体20形成套环结构。示例性的,如图11所示出的结构,尾部固定结构为设置在织带11外侧表面的毛圈E1和魔术钩E2。在使用该尾部固定结构时,如图12所示,表体20安装有可拆卸机构,该可拆卸机构示例性的设置为生耳30,生耳30与表体20的表耳形成密闭环结构F。当然,该可拆卸机构还可选取为其它结构件,在此不再赘述。
请继续结合图11参考图12所示出的结构,织带11的一端可以插入密闭环结构F、形成套环结构。具体来说,织带11尾部穿过密闭环结构F后,魔术钩E2与毛圈E1粘接、形成套环结构,从而可完成针织表带10相对表体20的固定,示例性的形成如图13所示出的结构。值得注意的是,在使用如图13所示出的结构时,用户可根据需求自由调节织带11实际使用部分的长度、以配合腕部,可实现无极调节。
当然,尾部固定结构还可以为设置于织带11尾部的按扣(未示出)。当织带11绕过表体20的密闭环结构F后,位于织带11尾部的按扣可选择地插入织带、形成套环结构,以相对表体固定织带的另一端。
应理解,该尾部固定结构还可由多种其它机构完成,示例性的,尾部固定结构还可为设置在织带11尾部的磁吸结构,在此不再赘述。
请参考图14所示出的结构,当编织表带10采用套筒连接表体20时,可以采用如图14所示出的生耳30。具体来说,如图15所示出的生耳30可穿入套筒A,且生耳30探出套筒A的两端可以与表体20连接。在具体设置生耳30时,还可以如图15所示出的结构,在耳30的周侧设置拨动块31。请结合图15参考图14所示出的结构,套筒A的内表面设置避让孔G,拨动块31嵌入避让孔G、以便于用户将生耳30自表体20拆卸,从而达到快捷更换编织表带10的目的。
具体来说,形成套筒A结构后,需要采用激光切割等工艺在头部切割形成避让孔G,使得带拨动块31的生耳30可以穿入。
以上,仅为本申请的具体实施方式,但本申请的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本申请揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本申请的保护范围之内。因此,本申请的保护范围应以权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种编织表带,其特征在于,包括:编织一体成型的织带,所述织带包括沿厚度方向排列的第一分织带和第二分织带,所述第一分织带包括至少一个第一织网层,且所述第一织网层沿长度方向呈带状布置;所述第二分织带包括至少一个第二织网层,且所述第二织网层沿长度方向呈带状布置;
    所述织带还包括第一接结纱和第二接结纱,沿长度方向,所述第一接结纱与所述第二接结纱配合、以将所述第一分织带与所述第二分织带编织形成开口段和闭合段;在所述闭合段,所述第一接结纱与所述第二接结纱分别贯穿所述第一分织带和所述第二分织带、形成正交锁结结构;在所述开口段,所述第一接结纱贯穿所述第一分织带或者所述第二分织带中的一个,所述第二接结纱贯穿所述第一分织带或者所述第二分织带中的另一个,且所述第一分织带与所述第二分织带在所述开口段的部分形成套筒。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的编织表带,其特征在于,沿所述长度方向,所述织带的两端均设有套筒。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的编织表带,其特征在于,所述织带的一端设有所述套筒,所述织带设有尾部固定结构,所述尾部固定结构可用于相对表体形成套环结构,以固定所述织带的另一端。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的编织表带,其特征在于,所述尾部固定结构包括设于所述织带外侧表面的毛圈和魔术钩。
  5. 如权利要求1-4任一项所述的编织表带,其特征在于,所述套筒的内表面设有用于避让生耳上拨动块的避让孔。
  6. 如权利要求1-5任一项所述的编织表带,其特征在于,所述第一织网层和所述第二织网层包括平纹、斜纹或者锻纹中的一种。
  7. 一种手表,其特征在于,包括如权利要求1-6任一项所述的编织表带、表体和生耳,所述编织表带内织带的至少一端设有套筒,所述套筒通过所述生耳与所述表体连接。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的手表,其特征在于,当所述织带的两端均设有套筒时,每个所述套筒内套设有一个所述生耳,且所述生耳探出所述套筒的两端与所述表体连接。
  9. 如权利要求7所述的手表,其特征在于,当所述织带的一端设有套筒时,所述套筒内套设有一个所述生耳,且所述生耳的两端与所述表体枢接;所述织带的另一端设有尾部固定结构,所述尾部固定结构相对所述表体形成套环结构。
  10. 如权利要求7-9任一项所述的手表,其特征在于,所述生耳的周侧设有便于相对所述表体拆卸所述生耳的拨动块。
