下面结合附图1至附图5以及具体实施例详细论述本实用新型:
如图1至图5所示,本实用新型提供一种乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,所述乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,包括用于支撑整条生产线的机架底座1,在所述机架底座1上设置有物料运转装置11,用于运转整个头帽安装的流程,在所述物料运转装置11的两侧依次设有,头帽进料装置2,用于头帽的进料;头帽安装装置3,用于将头帽从头帽进料中取出并安装到乳液泵的泵体上;头帽按压测试装置4,将安装好头帽的乳液泵进行按压测试,检测头帽是否正确牢固的安装在泵体上以及头帽安装好后,能否正常使用;头帽位置检测装置5,通过传感器进行检测头帽在安装到泵体上时是否安装到位;上水检测装置6,通过密封件651堵住泵口,对头帽进行按压,测试安装好头帽后 的乳液泵的气密性;以及头帽锁紧装置7,将头帽在泵体上逆时针旋转90°将乳液泵进行锁紧使头帽无法被按动,避免组装好的乳液泵被误按造成损伤。
本实施例中,所述头帽进料装置2、上水检测装置6设置在所述物料运转装置11的外侧,便于头帽物料的进入以及方便工作人员对上水检测得到的数值进行观测;所述头帽安装装置3、头帽按压测试装置4、头帽位置检测装置5以及头帽锁紧装置7设置在所述物料运转装置11的里侧,避免组装设备在工作时误伤到工作人员;在所述物料运转装置11上设有头帽安装底座12,所述头帽安装底座12与所述物料运转装置11滑动连接,用于放置乳液泵的安装好其他零部件的泵体,使其能够在所述物料运转装置11上在各个工位之间运转。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽进料装置2包括,第一底座21,固定连接在所述第一底座21上的进料模组22,用于头帽物料的进入;以及与所述进料模组22平行接触设置的出料模组23,用于头帽物料的移出;所述进料模组22上设有进料槽221,头帽想进料槽221内运输,所述出料模组23上设有出料槽231,头帽由进料槽221输送至出料槽231;所述出料模组23上水平设置有第一驱动气缸24,所述第一驱动气缸24驱动出料模组23进行沿物料运转装置11方向上的水平移动,控制进料槽221与出料槽231之间的连通与断开,保证出料槽231内每次搬运时只能具有一个头帽。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽安装装置3包括,第二底座31,前后移动模组32,上下移动模组33,固定连接在所述第二底座31上的第一连接板311,在所述第一连接板311上固定连接有驱动电机34,所述第一连接板311的另一侧固定连接有前后移动模组滑轨,所述前后移动模组滑块上固定安装有上下移动模组滑块,所述上下移动模组滑轨与所述驱动电机34的芯轴通过连杆结构相连,所述驱动电机34转动带动连杆结构转动,所述上下移动模组33随之上下移动,并带动所述前后移动模组32进行前后移动,所述驱动电 机34转动,通过连杆结构带动上下移动模组滑轨进行上下移动,同时因上下移动模组滑块与前后移动模组滑块固定连接,即可同时带动上下移动模组33进行前后移动;
所述上下移动模组滑轨下方固定连接有用于抓取头帽的机械手35,所述机械手35形状与头帽的顶部相匹配以便更加贴合头帽能够更轻松的抓取头帽,所述机械手35末端设有用于吸取头帽的真空吸取装置351,当驱动电机34转动时,因机械手35与所述上下移动模组滑轨固定连接,所述机械手35也会随之进行上下、前后的移动,即所述驱动电机34控制机械手35对头帽进行抓取的动作。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽进料装置2与所述头帽安装装置3上设有相互对应的伸缩气缸,所述两个伸缩气缸上分别固定连接有一个对心模块,所述两个对心模块通过所述伸缩气缸进行驱动前进或后退,以达成对心模块之间接触与远离的两种结果,所述对心模块接触时用于将所述头帽的圆心对准所述头帽安装底座12,所述对心模块接触时形成的圆形与所述头帽下方圆柱的尺寸相匹配,所述对心模组用于固定好泵体,使机械手35能够更加轻松的将头帽压入泵体中。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽按压测试装置4包括上下移动的第二驱动气缸41,所述第二驱动气缸41连接有中间轴42,所述中间轴42的末端连接有测试压头43,通过所述第二驱动气缸41,驱动中间轴42进行升降,从而带动测试压头43的上下移动,对运转过来的乳液泵进行按压测试,来检查安装好的乳液泵能否正常进行按压使用,所述测试压头43的底部采用橡胶制品,以免在按压测试的过程中对乳液泵造成损害。。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽位置检测装置5包括检测机构51,用于检测头帽在之前的工序中有没有安装到位,以及驱动所述检测机构51上下移动的驱动装置,当头帽安装底座12运转至所述检测机构51的下方时,所述 驱动装置会启动,驱动检测机构51下降,所述检测机构51上安装有对射型红外线传感器53,检测机构51下降后通过所述对射型红外线传感器53对头帽是否安装到位进行检测。
具体的,本实施例中,所述上水检测装置6包括第一机架61,所述第一机架61的上方设有顶板,穿过所述顶板固定连接有上下移动的第一伸缩气缸62,用于控制压头621下降;所述第一机架61的中间设置有中间板,所属中间板上固定连接有前后移动的第二伸缩气缸63,在所述第二伸缩气缸63相对的位置设有第二连接板,所述第二连接板上设置有第三伸缩气缸64;所述第一机架61的底部设置有底板,穿过所述底板固定连接有上下移动的第四伸缩气缸65,用于控制密封件651对泵体的泵口进行密封;所述第一伸缩气缸62的下方固定连接有用于按压头帽的压头621;所述第二伸缩气缸63与所述第三伸缩气缸64末端分别固定连接有相对应的两个半圆夹具,所述半圆夹具相向设置,第二伸缩气缸63与所述第三伸缩气缸64均伸出时,所述半圆夹具相互接触并形成一个整圆夹具,所述整圆夹具用于固定乳液泵的螺圈,使得压头621能更加轻松的按压头帽;所述第四伸缩气缸65上方固定连接有密封件651,用于所述第四气缸深处时将乳液泵下方的泵口进行密封,通过检测结构对密封泵口后,按压头帽时的压力值进行监控,来测量乳液泵安装好头帽后的密封效果。
具体的,本实施例中,所述头帽锁紧装置7包括第二机架71,位于所述第二机架71顶部的回转电机72,所述回转电机72下方设有连接轴73,所述连接轴73的末端设有压块74,所述回转电机72通过连接轴73带动压块74进行旋转;所述第二机架71上还设有第三驱动气缸75,驱动中间轴42带动所述压块74进行上下移动;通过第三驱动气缸75将压块74移动至头帽的上方,通过回转电机72控制压块74进行逆时针90°的旋转,以达到锁紧头帽的目的,使其不能被按压动,避免因误触头帽进行按压,对乳液泵造成损伤。
本实用新型乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置的整体工作流程为,工作人员将乳液泵的头帽的物料备好放入头帽的输送带上,通过输送带将头帽运输至进料模组22,头帽从进料模组22中进入出料模组23,通过头帽安装装置3的机械手35将头帽吸取到,物料运转装置11上从上一工序流转过来的安装好其他零部件后的泵体上,并进行压装,将头帽压装好后;头帽安装底座12带着乳液泵运转至下一工位进行按压测试,按压测试完成后;头帽安装底座12带着乳液泵运转至下一工位进行安装位置的检测,安装位置检测完成后,头帽安装底座12带着乳液泵运转至下一工位进行上水检测乳液泵的密封性,密封性检测完成后,头帽安装底座12带着乳液泵运转至下一工位进行头帽的锁紧,逆时针旋转90°后头帽锁紧,无法再进行按压,头帽安装工序完成。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:包括机架底座,在所述机架底座上设置有物料运转装置,在所述物料运转装置的两侧依次设有,头帽进料装置、头帽安装装置、头帽按压测试装置、头帽位置检测装置、上水检测装置、以及头帽锁紧装置;
    其中,所述头帽进料装置、上水检测装置设置在所述物料运转装置的外侧,所述头帽安装装置、头帽按压测试装置、头帽位置检测装置以及头帽锁紧装置设置在所述物料运转装置的里侧;
    在所述物料运转装置上设有头帽安装底座,所述头帽安装底座与所述物料运转装置滑动连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽进料装置包括,第一底座,固定连接在所述第一底座上的进料模组,以及与所述进料模组平行接触设置的出料模组;所述进料模组上设有进料槽,所述出料模组上设有出料槽,头帽由进料槽输送至出料槽;所述出料模组上水平设置有第一驱动气缸,所述第一驱动气缸驱动出料模组进行沿物料运转装置方向上的水平移动,控制进料槽与出料槽之间的连通与断开,保证出料槽内每次只能具有一个头帽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽安装装置包括,第二底座,前后移动模组,上下移动模组,固定连接在所述第二底座上的第一连接板,在所述第一连接板上固定连接有驱动电机,所述第一连接板的另一侧固定连接有前后移动模组滑轨,所述前后移动模组滑块上固定安装有上下移动模组滑块,所述上下移动模组滑轨与所述驱动电机的芯轴通过连杆结构相连,所述驱动电机转动带动连杆结构转动,所述上下移动模组随之上下移动,并带动所述前后移动模组进行前后移动;
    所述上下移动模组滑轨下方固定连接有用于抓取头帽的机械手,所述机械手形状与头帽的顶部相匹配,所述机械手末端设有用于吸取头帽的真空吸 取装置。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽进料装置与所述头帽安装装置上设有相互对应的伸缩气缸,所述两个伸缩气缸上分别固定连接有一个对心模块,所述两个对心模块通过所述伸缩气缸进行驱动前进或后退,以达成对心模块之间接触与远离的两种结果,所述对心模块接触时用于将所述头帽的圆心对准所述头帽安装底座,所述对心模块接触时形成的圆形与所述头帽下方圆柱的尺寸相匹配。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽按压测试装置包括上下移动的第二驱动气缸,所述第二驱动气缸连接有中间轴,所述中间轴的末端连接有测试压头。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽位置检测装置包括检测机构,以及驱动所述检测机构上下移动的驱动装置,所述检测机构上安装有对射型红外线传感器。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述上水检测装置包括第一机架,所述第一机架的上方设有顶板,穿过所述顶板固定连接有上下移动的第一伸缩气缸;所述第一机架的中间设置有中间板,所属中间板上固定连接有前后移动的第二伸缩气缸,在所述第二伸缩气缸相对的位置设有第二连接板,所述第二连接板上设置有第三伸缩气缸;所述第一机架的底部设置有底板,穿过所述底板固定连接有上下移动的第四伸缩气缸。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述第一伸缩气缸的下方固定连接有用于按压头帽的压头;所述第二伸缩气缸与所述第三伸缩气缸末端分别固定连接有相对应的两个半圆夹具,所述半圆夹具相向设置,第二伸缩气缸与所述第三伸缩气缸均伸出时,所述半圆夹具相互接触并形成一个整圆夹具,所述整圆夹具用于固定乳液泵的螺圈,使得 压头能更加轻松的按压头帽;所述第四伸缩气缸上方固定连接有密封件,用于所述第四气缸深处时将乳液泵下方的泵口进行密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的乳液泵头帽安装及检测装置,其特征在于:所述头帽锁紧装置包括第二机架,位于所述第二机架顶部的回转电机,所述回转电机下方设有连接轴,所述连接轴的末端设有压块,所述回转电机通过连接轴带动压块进行旋转;所述第二机架上还设有第三驱动气缸,驱动中间轴带动所述压块进行上下移动。
