基于此,需要研发一种新型的水乳液注入设备,以克服现有技术中的缺陷。

本实用新型的水乳液注入设备,用于水乳液的注入。工作时,通过升降滑移机构2带动注液机械手3的升降,注液机械手3下降后,该注液机械手3的注液出口31伸入至需注液的容器内,而此时打开注液箱4,通过软管等将水乳液通过注液通道注入至容器内,实现水乳液的注入。该设备通过升降滑移机构2、注液机械手3与注液箱4的相互配合,实现注液过程的自动控制,节省人工成本,提高注液效率。同时,在注液机械手3上开设注液通道,用于注液,结构简单,便于注液,提高注液效率。
进一步的,所述升降滑移机构2包括:
导向滑轨20,所述导向滑轨20竖直安装在所述机架1上;
升降台21,所述升降台21滑动安装在所述导向滑轨20上,并对应的将注液机械手3安装在升降台21的末端,通过升降台21的升降,带动注液机械手3的升降;
动力组件22,所述动力组件22安装在所述机架1的顶端,且所述动力组件22的输出端与所述升降台21连接,驱动所述升降台21的升降滑移。本实用新型中,对该动力组件22不做具体限定,只要能驱动升降台21的升降滑移即可,可以为气缸、升降电机等均可,由本领域技术人员依据实际情况设计选择即可;如本实用新型中,该动力组件22为气缸。
工作时,通过动力组件22驱动滑移安装在导向滑轨20上的升降台21升降滑移,带动安装在升降台21末端的注液机械手3的升降;注液机械手3下降后,伸入至容器内部,进行水乳液的注液操作。
进一步的,所述升降滑移机构2还包括:
托架23,所述托架23呈L型,固定安装在所述升降台21上。所述托架23包括竖直端231与平底端232。其中,托架23的竖直端231与所述动力组件22的伸缩端相连接,所述托架23的平底端232固定安装若干间隔设置的连接架24,并将注液机械手3安装在连接架24上,通过连接架24、托架23实现注液机械 手3与升降台21间的连接;设置L型托架23,便于注液机械手3与升降台21间的连接安装,使得注液机械手3与升降台21的结构简单,降低生产制造成本。本实施例中,该连接架24的数量设置两个,分别设置在托架23平底端232的两端。
进一步的,所述连接架24的底端面开设条状滑移槽241,并在所述条状滑移槽241内滑动安装T形柱25,将T形柱25的顶端与连接架24的条状滑移槽241间滑移连接,所述T形柱25的底端与所述注液机械手3固定连接,将注液机械手3滑移安装连接架24的底端,通过滑移调整注液机械手3的位置,调整注液入口31的位置,利于注液。当然,还在连接架24的底端安装驱动组件(图中未示出),用于驱动T形柱25的滑移,本实用新型中对该驱动组件不做限定,可以为气动组件或电动组件等均可,由本领域技术人员依据实际情况设计选择,只要能实现T形柱25的滑移即可。
进一步的,所述T形柱25设置两个,两个所述T形柱25相对设置,并在两个所述T形柱25上均安装有注液机械手3,且两个注液机械手3也相对设置,通过T形柱25的滑移,带动两个相对设置的注液机械手3间的相对靠近或背离,即实现两个注液机械手3间的打开与闭合;同时,将注液机械手3的注液出口31设置在注液机械手3底端的外壁侧。使用时,当两个注液机械手3间相对靠近,将两个注液机械手3闭合后,将两个注液机械手3末端均伸入至容器内,闭合后两注液机械手3末端间的间距较小,利于伸入。伸入容器后,再次启动驱动组件,带动两个注液机械手3相背离,将两个注液机械手3打开,使得注液机械手3的末端靠近待注液容器的外壁侧,再加上注液机械手3的注液出口31设置在注液机械手3底端的外壁侧,则会将水乳液等物质沿着待注液容器的外壁面流入容器内,避免中间注入时,水乳液等物质乱溅。而注液操作完成后,会再次启动该驱动组件,驱动两个注液机械手3相对靠近,将两个注液机械手3闭合,再通过升降滑移机构2驱动两个注液机械手3升降,恢复至初始状态,等待下一次的工作指令。
进一步的,所述注液机械手3包括依次相连的机械手连接部33、过渡连接部34与长条状的注液部35,通过过渡连接部34实现机械手连接部33与注液部35间的连接,形成注液机械手3的整体结构。其中,所述机械手连接部33与T 形柱25底端固定连接,实现注液机械手与T形柱25间的固定连接。所述注液部35具有注液入口30与注液出口31,所述注液入口30位于所述注液部35的顶端,所述注液出口31位于所述注液部35底端侧壁处。将注液入口30设置在注液出口31的上方,利于注入水乳液的流入;同时,注液部35呈长条状,利于伸入至容器内。具体的,该注液部35的横截面形状为半圆形,两个注液机械手3闭合后,拼合形成圆状结构,与容器截面形状相匹配。
进一步的,在所述注液部35底端粘合安装有棉片36等棉质物品,所述棉片36等棉质物品完全覆盖住注液出口31,通过棉片36等物品将水乳液等渗透注入容器内;同时,在注液部35底端设置棉片36,起缓冲作用,避免两注液机械手3相对打开时,直接磕碰到容器内壁面,对容器内避免造成损伤。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种水乳液注入设备,用于水乳液的注入,其特征在于:包括:
    机架;
    升降滑移机构,所述升降滑移机构安装在所述机架上;
    注液机械手,所述注液机械手安装在所述升降滑移机构末端,所述注液机械手具有注液入口与注液出口,所述注液入口与所述注液出口连通,形成注液通道;
    注液箱,所述注液箱设于所述注液机械手上方,并与所述注液机械手的注液入口连通。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述升降滑移机构包括:
    导向滑轨,所述导向滑轨竖直安装在所述机架上;
    升降台,所述升降台滑动安装在所述导向滑轨上;
    动力组件,所述动力组件安装在所述机架的顶端,且所述动力组件的输出端与所述升降台连接,驱动所述升降台的升降滑移。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述升降滑移机构还包括:
    托架,所述托架呈L型,固定安装在所述升降台上;所述托架的竖直端与所述动力组件连接,所述托架的平底端固定安装若干间隔设置的连接架,所述注液机械手安装在所述连接架的底端。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述连接架的底端面开设条状滑移槽,并在所述条状滑移槽内滑动安装T形柱,且所述T形柱的底端与所述注液机械手固定连接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述T形柱设置两个,两个所述T形柱相对设置,并在两个所述T形柱上均安装注液机械手,且两个注液机械手也相对设置,通过所述T形柱的滑移,带动两个相对设置的注液机械手间的相对靠近或背离;
    所述注液出口设置在所述注液机械手的外壁侧。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述注液机械手包括依次相连的机械手连接部、过渡连接部与长条状的注液部;
    其中,所述机械手连接部与所述T形柱固定连接;
    所述注液入口与注液出口开设在所述注液部,且所述注液入口位于所述注液部的顶端,所述注液出口位于所述注液部底端侧壁处。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    在所述注液部底端粘合安装有棉片,所述棉片覆盖所述注液出口。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述注液部的横截面形状为半圆形。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述水乳液注入设备还包括:
    底平台,所述底平台上设有待注入水乳液的容器,且所述容器设置在所述注液机械手的正下方。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的水乳液注入设备,其特征在于:
    所述水乳液注入设备还包括:
    水平输送机构,所述底平台安装在水平输送机构上。
