背景技术

使用风味好进行调制的鸡尾酒也受越来越受欢迎,可以在个人专属的基础上,配置自己想要的基础酒和各种类型的饮品。然而,在酒吧中并没有关于鸡尾酒外带的概念,一方面是不方便,另一方面由于饮品与酒类的类型太多,不适合外带。大部分鸡尾酒消费者喜欢夜店的氛围,尤其是对专业调酒师的调酒过程,但是对于一些户外游玩或是聚餐想要喝上独特的鸡尾酒的人来说是一大遗憾。
现有技术的宴会过程中,往往用来展示酒的昂贵或者酒的特殊,而喝酒过程中也仅仅针对酒量进行比拼,而对于美酒本身风味和独特品质进行品尝,往往被忽视,整个酒文化最后变成了拼酒文化,完全丢失了对酒的品味文化和属性。
对于真正爱好酒和喜好品酒的消费者来说,调制不同风味或者口感的美酒,并分享给大家是一件荣耀的事情,但是现有市场和酒厂为了满足标准化生产的要求,所有的酒都是标准统一调制过的,其整个调制标准通过酒厂技术专家进行评定,整个调酒过程脱离消费者的实际品酒需求和品酒文化,即剥夺了普通消费者根据品酒爱好进行调酒的机会,也存在等级划分缺乏消费依据的问题;无法满足现有社会对个性化需求和品酒文化提升的需要。
基于现有技术存在的缺点,急需研究一种便于调酒的原浆酒、组件及提升品酒文化的调酒方法,来解决上述问题。
发明内容
根据本申请的各种实施例,提供一种便于调酒的原浆酒,包括酒瓶,
所述酒瓶的内腔的上部为调酒腔,所述调酒腔用于给饮酒者提供自行调酒的扩容空间,并容纳调酒液体;
所述酒瓶的内腔的下部为原浆腔,所述原浆腔内封装有原浆酒液;
所述酒瓶的外侧壁上环周设有至少一组调酒刻度。
进一步地,所述原浆酒液通过酿酒原料在特定窖池发酵蒸馏后,未经勾兑或调酒工序而制成;所述特定窖池为多个具有不同口感或风味等级的酿酒发酵窖池中的一种。
本申请另一方面还保护一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,包括包装盒,所述包装盒内至少设置有一个调酒液瓶和和至少一个如上所述的便于调酒的原浆酒;
所述调酒液瓶内装有调酒液,用于给饮酒者提供用于调酒的调酒液体。

饮酒者根据跳转的程序进行评价、上传调酒方案或者上传调酒视频至云服务器;
或多个饮酒者同时上传调酒方案并进行调酒比赛、分享调酒方案且出售个人调酒方案,形成调酒品酒文化社区;
饮酒者按照酒窖类型,进行在线预定购买量并生成酒窖订单;
云端服务器获取酒窖订单并与个人调酒方案匹配,并发送给酒厂;
酒厂根据酒窖订单和个人调酒方案进行所述便于调酒的原浆酒组件封装;
消费者获取酒厂寄送的符合其个性化调酒口味的原浆酒组件。

具体地,一个所述原浆酒上均设置一个与其对应的标识件13。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述标识件13上设置有供移动终端扫描识别的数字标识,所述数字标识用于供移动终端扫描以连接酒厂或供应商的云端服务器,并将所述酒瓶11内的原浆酒液对应的酒窖信息上传给酒厂或供应商的云端服务器;以使得所述酒厂或供应商的云端服务器发送至所述移动终端与所述酒窖信息相对应的电子礼品、电子货币或奖品信息。
具体地,还包括密封盖12,所述密封盖12与所述酒瓶11的开口端螺纹连接。
在另一些可能的实施例中,所述酒瓶11包括第一分隔板和第二分隔板,所述第一分隔板与所述第二分隔板沿着所述酒瓶11的轴线方向布置,且所述第一分隔板的轴线、所述第二分隔板的轴线均与所述酒瓶11的轴线重合。
具体地,所述酒瓶11包括具有调酒腔的上杯体和具有原浆腔的下杯体,所述上杯体与所述下杯体转动连接,且所述第一分隔板与所述上杯体固定连接,所述第二分隔板与所述下杯体固定连接,所述第一分隔板上设置有第一通孔,所述第二分隔板上设置有第二通孔,所述第一分隔板随着所述上杯体转动,以使得所述第一通孔与所述第二通孔相连通。
本申请另一方面还保护一种提升品酒文化的调酒方法,使用如上所述的便于调酒的原浆酒组件,所述方法包括:
S101:酒窖完成酿酒过程并获取未经勾兑且未经调酒的原浆酒液;
S102:测量酒窖内的原浆酒液度数;
S103:罐装酒窖的原浆酒液;
S104:罐装酒窖的原浆酒液至多个酒瓶11中,并进行密封;
S105:将密封后的酒瓶11分装至包装盒中并售卖给饮酒者;
S106:饮酒者根据酒瓶11或者自我经验,进行调酒;
S107:饮酒者品酒后,通过移动终端扫描数字标识并进入程序;
S108:饮酒者根据跳转的程序进行评价、上传调酒方案或者上传调酒视频 至云服务器;
S109:或多个饮酒者同时上传调酒方案并进行调酒比赛、分享调酒方案且出售个人调酒方案,形成调酒品酒文化社区;
S110:饮酒者按照酒窖类型,进行在线预定购买量并生成酒窖订单;
S111:云端服务器获取酒窖订单并与个人调酒方案匹配,并发送给酒厂;
S112:酒厂根据酒窖订单和个人调酒方案进行所述便于调酒的原浆酒组件封装;
S113:消费者获取酒厂寄送的符合其个性化调酒口味的原浆酒组件。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述饮酒者按照酒窖类型和本人的个人调酒方案或者指定调酒品酒文化社区公开的其他个人调酒方案,进行在线预定购买量并生成与个人调酒方案匹配的酒窖订单。
具体地,所述罐装酒窖的原浆酒液至多个酒瓶11中,并进行密封包括:
获取指定酒窖的酒水信息、指定酒窖的出酒量和原浆酒盛装原浆酒液的容积;
根据所述原浆酒盛装原浆酒液的容积和所述指定酒窖的出酒量,得到可罐装原浆酒的数量;
根据所述可罐装原浆酒的数量和酒水信息,得到具有酒水信息的标识件13;其中,标识件13和原浆酒的数量相等;
将指定酒窖的原浆酒分装至多个所述原浆酒中,将标识件13设置在所述原浆酒上并进行密封,得到密封的原浆酒;
将密封的原浆酒分装至包装盒中。
具体地,所述消费者获取酒厂寄送的符合其个性化调酒口味的原浆酒组件之后还包括:酒厂根据订单数量的多少对酒窖进行分级或优化分级;
所述酒厂根据订单数量的多少对酒窖进行分级或优化分级包括:
移动终端能够通过扫描原浆酒上的数字标识,并根据饮酒者的喜好对酒窖进行评价,并将评价结果发送给酒厂客户端或云端服务器;酒厂客户端或云端服务器根据评价结果和需求量对酒窖进行分级或优化分级;根据酒窖的等级进行排序,获得酒窖等级排序。
具体地,所述根据所述原浆酒内盛装原浆酒液的容积和所述指定酒窖的出酒量,得到可罐装原浆酒的数量包括;
将所述指定酒窖的出酒量除以所述原浆酒盛装原浆酒液的容积,得到的整数即为可罐装原浆酒的数量。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述将密封的原浆酒分装至包装盒中之后还包括:
获取指定酒窖可罐装原浆酒的数量和一个包装盒容纳原浆酒的数量;
将指定酒窖可罐装原浆酒的数量除以一个包装盒容纳原浆酒的数量,得到所需包装盒的数量。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述提升品酒文化的调酒方法为一个包装盒中同一酒窖的多瓶酒的调酒方法。
在一些可能的实施例中,所述提升品酒文化的调酒方法为一个包装盒中不同酒窖的多瓶酒的调酒方法。
虽然本申请已经通过优选实施例进行了描述,然而本申请并非局限于这里所描述的实施例,在不脱离本申请范围的情况下还包括所作出的各种改变以及变化。
在本文中,所涉及的前、后、上、下等方位词是以附图中零部件位于图中以及零部件相互之间的位置来定义的,只是为了表达技术方案的清楚及方便。应当理解,所述方位词的使用不应限制本申请请求保护的范围。

Claims (18)

  1. 一种便于调酒的原浆酒,包括酒瓶(11),其特征在于:
    所述酒瓶(11)的内腔的上部为调酒腔(112),所述调酒腔(112)用于给饮酒者提供自行调酒的扩容空间,并容纳调酒液体;
    所述酒瓶(11)的内腔的下部为原浆腔(113),所述原浆腔(113)内封装有原浆酒液;
    所述酒瓶(11)的外侧壁上环周设有至少一组调酒刻度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒,其特征在于,所述原浆酒液通过酿酒原料在特定窖池发酵蒸馏后,未经勾兑或调酒工序而制成;所述特定窖池为多个具有不同口感或风味等级的酿酒发酵窖池中的一种。
  3. 一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,包括包装盒,所述包装盒内至少设置有一个调酒液瓶和至少一个如权利要求1-2任意一项所述的便于调酒的原浆酒;
    所述调酒液瓶内装有调酒液,用于给饮酒者提供用于调酒的调酒液体。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述调酒液为酒液、糖液、调味液或食用香料液体。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述酒液为符合国标的调制或勾兑的酒液。
  6. 根据权利要求4所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述调酒液为蒸馏水。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,多个 原浆酒内的原浆酒液封装自同一酿酒发酵窖池。
  8. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,多个原浆酒内的原浆酒液封装自多个不同风味和口感的酿酒发酵窖池。
  9. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,还包括调酒器具,所述调酒器具包括多个不同体积的调酒球或调酒块。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述调酒器具还包括带线茶包袋,所述茶包袋内装有所述调酒球或所述调酒块。
  11. 根据权利要求9所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述调酒器具采用食品级不锈钢制成,所述调酒块或者调酒球内装有固定容积的调酒液体。
  12. 根据权利要求3所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述酒瓶(11)的外侧壁上设置标识件(13);所述标识件(13)上至少具有与所述原浆酒液对应的酒窖编号标识、酒窖出酒度数标识、风味标识和酒窖等级信息。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述酒瓶(11)的外侧壁上还设置有遮蔽件(14);
    所述遮蔽件(14)能够从所述酒瓶(11)的外侧壁移除,且所述遮蔽件(14)覆盖在所述标识件(13)上,以使得所述标识件(13)不可观看,形成盲盒式饮酒方式。
  14. 根据权利要求12所述的一种便于调酒的原浆酒组件,其特征在于,所述标识件(13)上设置有供移动终端扫描识别的数字标识,所述数字标识用于供移动终端扫描以连接酒厂或供应商的云端服务器,并将所述酒瓶(11)内的原浆酒液对应的酒窖信息上传给酒厂或供应商的云端服务器;以使得所述酒厂 或供应商的云端服务器发送至所述移动终端与所述酒窖信息相对应的电子礼品、电子货币或奖品信息。
  15. 一种提升品酒文化的调酒方法,其特征在于,使用如权利要求3-14任意一项所述的便于调酒的原浆酒组件,所述方法包括:
    酒窖完成酿酒过程并获取未经勾兑且未经调酒的原浆酒液;
    测量酒窖内的原浆酒液度数;
    罐装酒窖的原浆酒液;
    罐装酒窖的原浆酒液至多个酒瓶(11)中,并进行密封;
    将密封后的酒瓶(11)分装至包装盒中并售卖给饮酒者;
    饮酒者根据酒瓶(11)或者自我经验,进行调酒;
    饮酒者品酒后,通过移动终端扫描数字标识并进入程序;
    饮酒者根据跳转的程序进行评价、上传调酒方案或者上传调酒视频至云服务器;
    或多个饮酒者同时上传调酒方案并进行调酒比赛、分享调酒方案且出售个人调酒方案,形成调酒品酒文化社区;
    饮酒者按照酒窖类型,进行在线预定购买量并生成酒窖订单;
    云端服务器获取酒窖订单并与个人调酒方案匹配,并发送给酒厂;
    酒厂根据酒窖订单和个人调酒方案进行所述便于调酒的原浆酒组件封装;
    消费者获取酒厂寄送的符合其个性化调酒口味的原浆酒组件。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的一种提升品酒文化的调酒方法,其特征在于,所述饮酒者按照酒窖类型和本人的个人调酒方案或者指定调酒品酒文化社区公开的其他个人调酒方案,进行在线预定购买量并生成与个人调酒方案匹配的酒窖订单。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的一种提升品酒文化的调酒方法,其特征在于,所述提升品酒文化的调酒方法为一个包装盒中同一酒窖的多瓶酒的调酒方法。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的一种提升品酒文化的调酒方法,其特征在于, 所述提升品酒文化的调酒方法为一个包装盒中不同酒窖的多瓶酒的调酒方法。
