本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法中,在终端设备接收到信息查询请求之后,若该信息查询请求携带的查询信息属于生活服务类需求,则先获取该生活服务类需求的多个需求维度下与该查询信息匹配的目标对象的对象信息,以及各目标对象关联的目标视频;再在搜索结果页面展示该目标视频以及该目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。

具体实施方式
发明人针对上述相关展示方式的研究中发现,对于某些查询信息(如,美食等生活服务类需求)来说,终端用户希望能够从终端设备显示的查询结果中获取到更准确且更全面的信息(如,餐厅的菜品、餐厅环境、餐厅热度等等),但是上述“相关展示方式”却无法满足上述需求。
基于上述发现,为了解决背景技术部分的技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息查询方法,该方法包括:在终端设备接收到信息查询请求之后,若该信息查询请求携带的查询信息属于生活服务类需求,则先获取该生活服务类需求的多个需求维度下与该查询信息匹配的目标对象的对象信息,以及各目标对象关联的目标视频;再在搜索结果页面展示该目标视频以及该目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。
可见,因目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息均用于介绍该目标对象的相关信息,使得终端用户能够从搜索结果页面上了解到与该目标对象相关的且比较丰富的介绍内容,如此能够提高查询结果的展示效果,从而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。还因上述“需求维度”包括场景维度、服务维度、商品维度、商户维度中的至少两个,使得在上述“多个需求维度”下确定出的与该查询信息匹配的目标对象更全面,从而使得终端用户能够更容易从搜索结果页面上所展示的多个目标对象中获知其所需查询的信息,如此有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
为了便于理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面结合图1所示的应用场景进行说明。其中,图1为本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法的一种应用场景示例图。
如图1所示,当终端用户101想要借助终端设备102查询某个查询信息(例如,美食类、丽人类、休闲娱乐类等生活服务类需求下的查询信息)时,该终端用户101可以在该终端设备102上触发信息查询请求,以使该信息查询请求携带有属于生活服务类需求的查询信息,从而使得终端设备102在接收到该信息查询请求之后,将该信息查询请求转发给服务器103,以使服务器103能够依据该信息查询请求携带的查询信息,确定与该查询信息匹配的多个目标视频,并将该多个目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息发送给终端设备102,以使终 端设备102能够在搜索结果页展示该多个目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息,从而使得终端用户101能够从搜索结果页面上了解到与各目标对象相关的比较丰富的介绍内容,如此能够提高查询结果的展示效果,从而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了便于理解本申请提供的技术方案,下面以服务器103与终端设备102之间的信息交互过程为例介绍本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法。
参见图2,该图为本申请实施例提供的一种信息查询方法的流程图。
本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法,包括S1-S5:
S1:在终端用户101在终端设备102上触发信息查询请求之后,该终端设备102将该信息查询请求发送给服务器103。
其中,终端用户101是指终端设备102的使用者。
信息查询请求用于请求针对某一查询信息(如,周边美食等生活服务类需求)进行信息查询;而且该信息查询请求携带的查询信息属于生活服务类需求(如,美食类、游玩类、丽人类、休闲娱乐类、住宿类等生活服务类需求)。
基于上述S1的相关内容可知,当终端用户101想要获知某些信息(如,周边美食等)时,该终端用户101可以在终端设备102上编辑查询信息并触发信息查询请求,以使该信息查询请求用于请求针对该查询信息进行查询,以便后续该终端设备102能够将该信息查询请求发送给服务器103,以使该服务器103能够基于该信息查询请求携带的查询信息进行信息查询。
S2:服务器103获取与信息查询请求携带的查询信息匹配的多个候选视频以及该候选视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。
其中,“候选视频”是指与上述“查询信息”匹配的视频数据。
“候选视频关联的目标对象”是指利用该候选视频所介绍的对象(例如,店铺、景点等);而且该“候选视频关联的目标对象”与上述“查询信息”匹配。例如,若一个候选视频用于介绍第一餐厅,则该候选视频关联的目标对象就是“第一餐厅”。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“候选视频关联的目标对象”的获取过程,例如,可以根据该候选视频的标注信息进行确定。例如,若一个候选视频在发布时标注了“第一餐厅”,则该候选视频关联的目标对象可以是“第一餐厅”。
“目标对象的对象信息”用于描述该目标对象所具有的对象特征;而且本申请实施例不限定“目标对象的对象信息”,例如,其可以包括目标对象的基础信息和该目标对象的强化信息。
其中,“目标对象的基础信息”是指在搜索结果页面展示该目标对象的对象信息时必选的显示信息;而且本申请实施例不限定“目标对象的基础信息”,例如,其可以包括:目标对象的可团购标识(如图3中“团”)、目标对象的标识图(如图3中302)、或者目标对象的名称(如,图3中“第一餐厅”)中的至少一个。
“目标对象的强化信息”是指在搜索结果页面展示该目标对象的对象信息时可选的显示信息;而且本申请实施例不限定“目标对象的强化信息”,例如,其可以包括目标对象的榜单名次(如,图3中“北京市日料热门榜第1名”)、目标对象的用户收藏次数(如图3中“5467”)、目标对象的用户访问次数、目标对象的地理位置与终端设备102的当前位置之间的距离、或目标对象的所属城市中的至少一个。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“目标对象的强化信息”的确定过程,例如,其具体可以为:根据目标对象的多个描述信息对应的显示优先级,从该多个描述信息中确定出该目标对象的强化信息。
其中,上述“描述信息”用于介绍目标对象在某一方面下所具有的特征;而且,本申请实施例不限定上述“多个描述信息”,例如,其可以包括:目标对象的榜单名次、目标对象的用户收藏次数、目标对象的用户访问次数、目标对象的地理位置与终端设备的当前位置之间的距离、以及目标对象的所属城市中的至少两个。
另外,本申请实施例也不限定“多个描述信息对应的显示优先级”的确定过程,例如,其具体可以包括以下内容:
(1)目标对象的榜单名次的显示优先级最高。也就是,若存在目标对象的榜单名次,则优先显示目标对象的榜单名次。
(2)若目标对象的用户收藏次数超过预设次数(如,1万),则目标对象的用户收藏次数的显示优先级低于目标对象的榜单名次;然而,若目标对象的用户收藏次数未超过预设次数,则目标对象的用户访问次数的显示优先级低于目标对象的榜单名次。
也就是,若不存在目标对象的榜单名次,则在目标对象的用户收藏次数超过预设次数时,可以优先显示目标对象的用户收藏次数;在目标对象的用户收藏次数没有超过预设次数时,可以优先显示目标对象的用户访问次数。
(3)若终端用户101已授权获取其所处的地理位置,且终端用户101所处的地理位置与目标对象所处的地理位置均属于同一个城市,则目标对象的地理位置与终端设备102的当前位置之间的距离的显示优先级低于目标对象的榜单名次;然而,若终端用户101未授权获取其所处的地理位置或者终端用户101所处的地理位置与目标对象所处的地理位置不属于同一个城市,则目标对象的所属城市的显示优先级低于目标对象的榜单名次。
也就是,若不存在目标对象的榜单名次,则在终端用户101已授权获取其所处的地理位置,且终端用户101所处的地理位置与目标对象所处的地理位置均属于同一个城市时,可以优先显示目标对象的地理位置与终端设备的当前位置之间的距离;若终端用户101未授权获取其所处的地理位置,则可以优先显示目标对象的所属城市;若终端用户101所处的地理位置与目标对象所处的地理位置不属于同一个城市,则可以优先显示目标对象的所属城市。
基于上述(1)-(3)的相关内容可知,在获取到目标对象的多个描述信息之后,可以先按照上述(1)-(3)确定各描述信息对应的显示优先级;再按照各描述信息对应的显示优先级,从该多个描述信息中筛选出该目标对象的强化信息,以使该强化信息对应的显示优先级均高于该多个描述信息中除了上述“强化信息”以外的其他描述信息对应的显示优先级,如此有利于提高目标对象的信息展示效果。
基于上述S2的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到信息查询请求之后,可以获取与该信息查询请求携带的查询信息匹配的各候选视频以及各候选视频关联的目标对象的对象信息,以便后续能够基于各候选视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息,确定在搜索结果页面上所需展示的各目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息。
S3:服务器103根据各候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性、以及各候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,对多个候选视频进行筛选,得到多个目标视频。
其中,“候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性”用于表示该候选视频的视频内容与查询信息之间的相关程度。
“候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性”用于表示该候选视频的视频内容与候选视频关联的目标对象之间的相关程度。
另外,本申请实施例不限定S3的实施方式,例如,若候选视频个数为N,则S3具体可以包括S31-S32:
S31:服务器103根据第n个候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性,确定该第n个候选视频的查询相关得分。
其中,“第n个候选视频的查询相关得分”用于表征该第n个候选视频的视频内容与上述“查询信息”之间的相关程度;而且“第n个候选视频的查询相关得分”与上述“第n个候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性”之间正相关。
S32:服务器103根据第n个候选视频的视频内容与该第n个候选视频关联的目标对象的相关性,确定该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分。
其中,“第n个候选视频的对象相关得分”用于表征该第n个候选视频的视频内容与该第n个候选视频关联的目标对象之间的相关程度;而且“第n个候选视频的对象相关得分”与上述“第n个候选视频的视频内容与该第n个候选视频关联的目标对象的相关性”正相关。
S33:服务器103根据第n个候选视频的查询相关得分和该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分,得到该第n个候选视频的推荐得分。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到第n个候选视频的查询相关得分和该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分之后,可以根据两者确定该第n个候选视频的推荐得分(例如,可以将第n个候选视频的查询相关得分和该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分之间的加和,确定为该第n个候选视频的推荐得分),以使该推荐得分能够表示出该第n个候选视频被推荐的可能性。
S34:服务器103根据N个候选视频的推荐得分,从该N个候选视频中筛选出多个目标视频。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到第1个候选视频的推荐得分至第N个候选视频的推荐得分之后,可以依据该N个候选视频的推荐得分,从该N个候选视频中筛选出多个目标视频(例如,“多个目标视频”可以是该N个候选视频中推荐得分最高的多个候选视频),以便后续能够将多个目标视频推荐给终端用户。
基于上述S31至S34的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到多个候选视频之后,可以先参考该各候选视频的一些特征信息(如,候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性、以及该候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性),确定各候选视频的推荐 得分;再依据各候选视频的推荐得分,从上述“多个候选视频”中筛选出多个目标视频,以便后续能够将多个目标视频推荐给终端用户。
另外,为了进一步提高目标视频的准确性,在目标视频的筛选过程中还可以参考一些其他因素。基于此,本申请实施例提供了两种可能的实施方式,下面分别进行介绍。
在一种可能的实施方式中,上述“多个目标视频”的确定过程可以包括步骤11-步骤12:
步骤11:从生活服务类需求的多个需求维度中确定查询信息所属的目标需求类别。
其中,多个需求维度包括场景维度、服务维度、商品维度、商户维度中的至少两个。
“场景维度”用于描述一个生活服务类需求所涉及的位置信息(例如,三里屯、798、太古里、XXX景点等)。
“服务维度”用于描述一个生活服务类需求所涉及的服务项目(例如,理发、按摩等)信息。
“商品维度”用于描述一个生活服务类需求所涉及的商品(例如,日料、炸酱面、炸鸡等)信息。
“商户维度”用于描述一个生活服务类需求所涉及的商户(例如,呷哺呷哺、永和豆浆等)信息。
“目标需求类别”用于表示上述“查询信息”所涉及的多个需求维度。例如,假设上述“查询信息”为“三里屯日料”,则“目标需求类别”可以是包括“三里屯”和“日料”这两个需求维度。
步骤12:根据目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素、各候选视频的频内容与查询信息的相关性、以及各候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,对多个候选视频进行筛选,得到多个目标视频。
其中,“目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素”用于表示在该目标需求类别下衡量一个视频数据的质量水平时所关注的因素。
实际上,不同类型的生活服务类需求对应的视频质量影响因素不同,其具体包括以下内容:
①美食类对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍食品的视频内容占比、用于介绍点菜优惠攻略的视频内容占比、用于介绍就餐环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺信息的视频内容占比、用于讲解打卡信息的视频内容占比、和用于展示菜品的视频内容占比中至少一个。
可见,若目标需求类别属于美食类,则该目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素可以包括用于介绍食品的视频内容占比、用于介绍点菜优惠攻略的视频内容占比、用于介绍就餐环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺信息的视频内容占比、用于讲解打卡信息的视频内容占比、和用于展示菜品的视频内容占比中至少一个。
②游玩类对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍景点攻略的视频内容占比、和用于介绍景点高光时刻的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
可见,若目标需求类别属于游玩类,则目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍景点攻略的视频内容占比、和用于介绍景点高光时刻的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
③丽人类对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍店铺环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺攻略的视频内容占比、和用于展示成品的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
可见,若目标需求类别属于丽人类,则目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍店铺环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺攻略的视频内容占比、和用于展示成品的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
④住宿类对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍住宿高光时刻的视频内容占比、用于介绍住宿环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺周围环境的视频内容占比、和用于讲解店铺打卡信息的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
可见,若目标需求类别属于住宿类,则目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍住宿高光时刻的视频内容占比、用于介绍住宿环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍店铺周围环境的视频内容占比、和用于讲解店铺打卡信息的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
⑤休闲娱乐类对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍娱乐环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍地点攻略的视频内容占比、和用于讲解打卡全流程体验的视频内容占比中的至少一个。
可见,若目标需求类别属于休闲娱乐类,则目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素包括用于介绍娱乐环境的视频内容占比、用于介绍地点攻略的视频内容占比、和用于讲解打卡全流程体验的视频内容占比中的至少一个。

另外,在一些情况下,上述“视频质量影响因素”可以还包括:视频拍摄质量(如,有无抖动感)和/或视频记录的有用信息占比。需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定有用信息占比,例如,一个候选视频的有用信息占比可以是指该候选视频中用于介绍该候选视频关联的目标对象的时长与该候选视频的总时长之间的比值。
步骤124:服务器103根据第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、和该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分,得到该第n个候选视频的推荐得分。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、和该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分之后,可以根据上述三个得分确定该第n个候选视频的推荐得分(例如,可以将第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、和该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分之间的加和,确定为该第n个候选视频的推荐得分),以使该推荐得分能够表示出该第n个候选视频被推荐的可能性。

“候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值”用于描述该候选视频处于有效状态的可能性;其具体为:如果该候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值越小,则表示该候选视频处于有效状态的可能性越高;然而,如果该候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值越大,则表示该候选视频处于有效状态的可能性越低。为了便于理解,下面结合示例进行说明。
作为示例,假设一个候选视频发布于2021年2月28日,且该候选视频介绍了从2021年3月1日-2021年3月15日期间的优惠活动。基于该假设可知,该候选视频处于有效状态的时间段为2021年2月28日-2021年3月15日。可见,若信息查询请求的获取时间介于2021年2月28日-2021年3月15日,则可以向终端用户推荐该候选视频;然而,若信息查询请求的获取 时间处于2021年3月16日或者处于2021年3月16日以后,则因该视频处于无效状态,使得无需向终端用户推荐该候选视频。
“候选视频对应的地理位置与终端设备所处的地理位置之间的距离”是指该候选视频关联的目标对象(如,餐厅、景点等)与终端用户所处的地理位置之间的距离。其中,候选视频对应的地理位置用于表示该候选视频关联的目标对象所处的地理位置。
实际上,不同类型的生活服务类需求针对上述“距离”的需求不同。例如,对于美食类、丽人类、或休闲娱乐类来说,因这些类型的生活服务类需求通常是由当地的终端用户进行搜索的,使得这些当前的终端用户比较在意其与目标对象(例如,餐厅等)之间的距离,故这些生活服务类需求可以参考“距离”这一因素进行筛选。对于住宿类或游玩类来说,因这些类型的查询目标大部分是由外地的终端用户进行询问的,且这些外地的终端用户通常不在意其与目标对象(例如,餐厅等)之间的距离,故这些生活服务类需求可以不参考“距离”这一因素进行信息筛选。
可见,美食类、丽人类、或休闲娱乐类对应的基础参考因素可以包括候选视频对应的地理位置与终端设备102所处的地理位置之间的距离;然而,住宿类或游玩类对应的基础参考因素可以不包括候选视频对应的地理位置与终端设备102所处的地理位置之间的距离。
“候选视频的热门程度”用于描述该候选视频的受欢迎程度;而且,本申请实施例不限定候选视频的热门程度的确定方式。
“候选视频的榜单排名”用于表示候选视频关联的目标对象(如,餐厅、景点等)的榜单排名。
步骤23:根据目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素、各候选视频的基础参考因素、各候选视频的频内容与查询信息的相关性、以及各候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,对多个候选视频进行筛选,得到多个目标视频。

本申请实施例中,在获取到有效期限制信息之后,可以先根据该有效期限制信息和第n个候选视频的发布时间,确定该第n个候选视频的有效时间段(如,上文“2021年2月28日-2021年3月15日”);再根据该第n个候选视频的有效时间段,确定该第n个候选视频对应的有效时间差区间(如,0-15天);最后,判断第n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值是否属于该第n个候选视频对应的有效时间差区间,若属于,则将该第n个候选视频的时效性得分确定为第一预设值(如,满分);若不属于,则将该第n个候选视频的时效性得分确定为第二预设值(如,0分)。
步骤43:根据第n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值,确定该第n个候选视频的时效性得分。
本申请实施例中,在确定第n个候选视频没有携带有有效期限制信息之后,可以根据第n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值,确定该第n个候选视频的时效性得分,以使该第n个候选视频的时效性得分与该时间差值呈反比。
基于上述步骤41至步骤43的相关内容可知,可以依据第n个候选视频携带的信息、以及n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值,来综合确定该第n个候选视频的时效性得分,以使该时效性得分更准确。
实际上,终端用户有时不太希望看到比较旧的视频。为了满足该需求,本申请实施例还提供了第n个候选视频的时效性得分的确定过程的另一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,该第n个候选视频的时效性得分的确定过程除了包括上述步骤41-步骤43以外,还包括步骤44:
步骤44:判断第n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值是否超过预设时间差值,若是,则确定该第n个候选视频的时效性得分为0(或者,直接舍弃该第n个候选视频);若否,则执行步骤41。
其中,预设时间差值可以预先设定,而且本申请实施例不限定预设时间差值,例如,预设时间差值可以是18个月。
基于上述步骤2342的相关内容可知,在获取到第n个候选视频的发布时间与信息查询请求的获取时间之间的时间差值之后,可以利用该时间差值计算该第n个候选视频的时效性得分,以使该时效性得分能够准确地表示出该第n个候选视频的时效性。
步骤2343:根据第n个候选视频对应的地理位置与终端设备102所处的地理位置之间的距离,确定该第n个候选视频对应的距离得分。
其中,“第n个候选视频对应的距离得分”用于表示该第n个候选视频关联的目标对象的可达性;而且本申请实施例不限定“第n个候选视频对应的距离得分”与上文“第n个候选视频对应的地理位置与终端设备102所处的地理位置之间的距离”之间的关系(例如,负相关)。
步骤2344:根据第n个候选视频的热门程度,确定该第n个候选视频对应的热门得分。

本申请实施例中,在获取到第n个候选视频对应的标注得分、第n个候选视频对应的时效得分、第n个候选视频对应的距离得分、该第n个候选视频对应的热门得分、以及该第n个候选视频对应的榜单得分之后,可以根据上述五个得分确定该第n个候选视频的基础得分(例如,直接将上述五个得分之间的和值,确定为该第n个候选视频的基础得分)。
基于上述步骤234的相关内容可知,在获取到第n个候选视频的基础参考因素之后,可以参考该基础参考因素确定该第n个候选视频的基础得分,以使该基础得分能够表示出该第n个候选视频在基础参考因素上的表现特征。
步骤235:服务器103根据第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分、和该第n个候选视频的基础得分,得到该第n个候选视频的推荐得分。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分、和该第n个候选视频的基础得分之后,可以根据上述四者确定该第n个候选视频的推荐得分(例如,将第n个候选视频的查询相关得分、该第n个候选视频的对象相关得分、该第n个候选视频的视频质量得分、和该第n个候选视频的基础得分之间的加和,确定为第n个候选视频的推荐得分)。
步骤236:服务器103根据N个候选视频的推荐得分,从该N个候选视频中筛选出多个目标视频。

基于上述步骤21至步骤23的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,可以进一步参考各候选视频的基础参考因素,确定各候选视频的推荐得分;再依据各候选视频的推荐得分,从上述“多个候选视频”中筛选出多个目标视频,以便后续能够将多个目标视频推荐给终端用户。
基于上述S3的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到多个候选视频之后,可以参考各候选视频的视频内容与查询信息的相关性、以及各候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,从该多个候选视频中筛选出多个目标视频,以便后续能够将多个目标视频推荐给终端用户。
S4:服务器103将各目标视频和各目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息发送给终端设备102。
本申请实施例不限定S4的实施方式,例如,其具体可以为直接将多个目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息发送给终端设备102,以使终端设备102能够在搜索结果页面展示该多个目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息,以便后续终端用户101能够在该搜索结果页上查看与各目标对象的相关信息(如,视频以及对象信息)。
实际上,为了进一步提高信息展示效果,可以将各目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息按照视频卡片的方式进行展示。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了S4的一种可能的实施方式,其具体可以包括S41-S42:
S41:服务器103分别根据各目标视频、以及各目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息,生成各目标视频对应的视频卡片。
其中,“目标视频对应的视频卡片”用于按照视频卡形式(如图3中301所示的视频卡)对该目标视频以及该目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息进行展示;而且“目标视频对应的视频卡片”是由目标视频与目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息按照预设拼接方式拼接 得到。其中,“预设拼接方式”可以预先设定(例如,其可以采用图3所示的纵向并排的方式)。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“各目标视频对应的视频卡片”的生成过程,为了便于理解,下面以待使用视频对应的视频卡片的生成过程为例进行说明。
作为示例,假设多个目标视频包括待使用视频,则该待使用视频对应的视频卡片的生成过程具体可以包括步骤51-步骤54:

步骤52:根据用于介绍待使用对象的多媒体内容,生成上述展示控件的跳转页面,以使该跳转页面用于该多媒体内容。

“跳转页面”是指与上述“待使用视频对应的展示控件”之间具有绑定关系的信息显示页面,以使该“跳转页面”能够响应于终端用户101对展示控件的触发操作进行展示。也就是,当终端用户101针对“待使用视频对应的展示控件”(如,图3中303)进行触发操作(如,点击操作)之后,终端设备101可以显示该“待使用视频对应的展示控件”对应的跳转页面(如图4所示的页面),以使该跳转页面能够展示用于介绍待使用对象的多媒体内容。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上述“跳转页面”的生成过程,例如,其具体可以包括步骤521-步骤522:
步骤521:分别根据用于介绍待使用对象的各介绍类别下的多媒体内容,生成各介绍类别对应的展示区域,以使各介绍类别对应的展示区域分别用于展示各介绍类别下的多媒体内容。
其中,“介绍类别”是针对待使用对象的介绍内容进行划分得到的;而且本申请实施例不限定“介绍类别”,例如,其可以包括第一介绍类别和第二介绍类别。
第一介绍类别包括基础属性介绍类别。其中,“基础属性介绍类别”用于针对待使用对象的基础信息(如,待使用对象的地理位置描述信息、待使用对象的开放时间等)进行介绍。
第二介绍类别基于待使用对象所属的需求维度确定的;而且该第二介绍类别可以包括订单介绍类别(如图4中402所示的“优惠预订”等)、商品介绍类别(如图4中404所示的推荐菜等)、服务介绍类别、攻略介绍类别(如图4中403所示的官方攻略等)、评价介绍类别(如图4中405所示的内容)中的至少一个。
“介绍类别对应的展示区域”用于展示待使用对象在该介绍类别下的介绍内容;而且本申请实施例不限定“展示区域”,例如,如图4所示,401为基础属性介绍类别对应的展示区域;402为订单介绍类别对应的展示区域;403为攻略介绍类别对应的展示区域;404为商品介绍类别对应的展示区域;405为评价介绍类别对应的展示区域。
步骤522:将各介绍类别对应的展示区域按照预设组合方式进行组合,得到展示控件的跳转页面。
其中,预设组合方式可以预先设定;而且本申请实施例不限定预设组合方式,例如,其可以采用纵向并排的方式进行实施。
基于上述步骤521至步骤522的相关内容可知,在获取到用于介绍待使用对象的多媒体内容之后,可以先分别根据用于介绍待使用对象的各介绍类别下的多媒体内容,生成各介绍类别对应的展示区域,以使各介绍类别对应的展示区域分别用于展示各介绍类别下的多媒体内容;再将各介绍类别对应的展示区域按照预设组合方式进行组合,得到上述“待使用视频对应的展示控件”对应的跳转页面,以使该跳转页面以及上述“待使用视频对应的展示控件”能够更全面地介绍该待使用对象的相关信息。
步骤53:将上述“待使用视频对应的展示控件”与该“待使用视频对应的展示控件”对应的跳转页面进行绑定,以使该跳转页面用于响应对展示控件的触发操作。
本申请实施例中,在获取到待使用视频对应的展示控件及其对应的跳转页面之后,可以将该展示控件及其对应的跳转页面进行绑定,以使该“跳转页面”能够响应于终端用户101对展示控件的触发操作进行展示。也就是,当终端用户101针对“待使用视频对应的展示控件”(如,图3中303)进行触发操作(如,点击操作)之后,终端设备101可以显示该“待使用视频对应的展示控件”对应的跳转页面(如图4所示的页面),以使该跳转页面能够展示用于介绍待使用对象的多媒体内容。
步骤54:将待使用视频与该待使用视频对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到待使用视频对应的视频卡片。
其中,预设拼接方式可以预先设定;而且本申请实施例不限定预设拼接方式,例如,其具体可以采用纵向并排的方式进行实施。
可见,在获取到待使用视频与该待使用视频对应的展示控件之后,可以将该待使用视频与该待使用视频对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到待使用视频对应的视频卡片,以使该视频卡片能够更好且更全面地展示出待使用对象的更详细的相关信息。
需要说明的是,上述“多个目标视频”中每一目标视频对应的视频卡片均可以采用上文步骤51至步骤54进行生成。
基于上述S41的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到多个目标视频之后,可以根据各目标视频及其关联的目标对象的对象信息,生成各目标视频对应的视频卡片,以使各视频卡片分别能够更好且更全面地展示出各目标对象的更详细的相关信息。
S42:服务器103将各目标视频对应的视频卡片发送给终端设备102。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到各目标视频对应的视频卡片之后,可以将各视频卡片发送给终端设备102,以使该终端设备102能够在搜索结果页面展示各视频卡片,以便后续终端用户101能够借助该搜索结果页所显示的各视频卡片了解与各目标对象的相关信息(如,视频以及对象信息)。

在一些情况下,上述“第m个目标视频对应的跳转页面”可以分区域显示上述“用于介绍该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象的多媒体内容”。也就是,当终端用户101针对第m个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息执行触发操作(如,点击操作)之后,终端设备102能够显示该第m个目标视频对应的跳转页面,以使该跳转页面能够分区域展示各介绍类别下的多媒体内容,以便终端用户101能够按照区域更快速地了解其所需信息,如此有利于提高信息展示效果。
在一些情况下,若第m个目标视频关联的目标对象为商户,则上述“第m个目标视频对应的跳转页面”可以包括订单介绍类别对应的展示区域,以使该展示区域能够展示那些用于介绍该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象在订单介绍类别下的多媒体内容。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上述“用于介绍该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象在订单介绍类别下的多媒体内容”,例如,其可以包括至少一个商品优惠预订信息(如图4中402所示的信息);而且该至少一个商品优惠预订信息以列表方式进行展示。此时,当终端用户101针对第h个商品优惠预订信息执行触发操作(如,点击操作)之后,终端设备102可以展示 该商品优惠预订信息的预订条目。其中,“预定条目”是指针对一个商品进行预定时需要由预订者提供的相关信息(如,用餐时间、用餐人员个数等)。h为正整数,h≤H,H为正整数,H表示商品优惠预订信息的个数。

可见,当终端用户101针对第m个目标视频进行触发操作之后,终端设备102可以将该第m个目标视频进行全屏播放,并将该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息浮于该第n个视频的视频预设位置,以使终端用户101能够通过针对该对象信息进行触发操作的方式,查看用于介绍该目标对象的多媒体内容。
另外,当终端设备102按照预设展示方式展示该第m个目标视频以及该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息时,终端设备102还可以响应于终端用户101在垂直方向上的第一滑动操作(如,向上滑动操作等),按照预设展示方式展示该第m个目标视频对应的下一个目标视频以及该下一个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。其中,第m个目标视频对应的下一个目标视频在搜索结果页的排列序号大于该第m个目标视频在搜索结果页的排列序号。
此外,当终端设备102按照预设展示方式展示该第m个目标视频以及该第m个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息时,终端设备102还可以响应于终端用户101在垂直方向上的第二滑动操作(如,向下滑动操作等),按照预设展示方式展示该第m个目标视频对应的上一个目标视频以及该上一个目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。其中,该第m个目标视频对应的上一个目标视频在搜索结果页的排列序号小于第m个目标视频在搜索结果页的排列序号。
基于上述S1至S5的相关内容可知,在本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法中,在获取到信息查询请求之后,先根据该信息查询请求携带的待查询目标,确定至少一个候选视频,以使各个候选视频与该待查询目标之间的相关程度均满足预设条件;再在确定该待查询目标中存在属于预设类型的关键词时,根据该预设类型对应的视频质量参考因素和该预设类型对应的至少一个基础视频筛选参考因素,从该至少一个候选视频中筛选出待推荐视频;最后,将该待推荐视频发送给该终端设备进行展示。
可见,因待推荐视频是利用多维参考因素进行筛选的,使得筛选得到的待推荐视频更准确,从而使得终端用户能够从终端设备上显示的待推荐视频中获取到更准确地信息,如此能够提高终端用户的信息获取准确性。又因在筛选待推荐视频时所使用的多维参考因素是依据待查询目标中关键词的所属类别确定的,使得待推荐视频的筛选过程更符合待查询目标对应的筛选要求,从而使得筛选得到的待推荐视频能够更准确,从而使得终端用户能够从终端设备上显示的待推荐视频中获取到更准确地信息,如此能够提高终端用户的信息获取准确性。

    响应于信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求携带的查询信息属于生活服务类需求,获取所述生活服务类需求的多个需求维度下与所述查询信息匹配的目标对象的对象信息,以及各所述目标对象关联的目标视频;其中,所述多个需求维度包括场景维度、服务维度、商品维度、商户维度中的至少两个;
    在搜索结果页面展示所述目标视频以及所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息;
    响应于针对任一所述目标对象的对象信息的触发操作,展示用于介绍该目标对象的多媒体内容。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,在所述搜索结果页面以视频卡片的形式展示所述目标视频以及所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述展示用于介绍该目标对象的多媒体内容包括:
    分区域展示各介绍类别下的多媒体内容;其中,所述介绍类别包括第一介绍类别和第二介绍类别,所述第一介绍类别包括基础属性介绍类别;所述第二介绍类别基于所述目标对象所属的需求维度确定,所述第二介绍类别包括订单介绍类别、商品介绍类别、服务介绍类别、攻略介绍类别、评价介绍类别中的至少一个。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,若该目标对象为商户,则所述订单介绍类别下的多媒体内容包括该目标对象的至少一个商品优惠预订信息,且所述至少一个商品优惠预订信息以列表方式进行展示;所述商品介绍类别下的多媒体内容包括该目标对象的至少一个商品介绍视频,且所述至少一个商品介绍视频以聚合方式进行展示;所述攻略介绍类别下的多媒体内容包括该目标对象的至少一条攻略标题,且所述至少一条攻略标题以列表方式进行展示;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于对任一商品优惠预订信息的触发操作,展示该商品优惠预订信息的预订条目;
    响应于对任一商品介绍视频的触发操作,按照预设展示方式展示该商品介绍视频以及该商品介绍视频关联的目标对象的对象信息;其中,所述预设展示方式包括视频展示方式和对象信息展示方式;所述视频展示方式为全屏播放;所述对象信息展示方式为浮于视频预设位置;
    响应于对任一攻略标题的触发操作,展示该攻略标题对应的攻略介绍内容。

  7. 一种信息查询方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求携带的查询信息属于生活服务类需求;
    获取与所述查询信息匹配的多个候选视频以及该候选视频关联的目标对象的对象信息;
    根据各所述候选视频的视频内容与所述查询信息的相关性、以及各所述候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,对所述多个候选视频进行筛选,得到多个目标视频;
    将各所述目标视频和各所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息发送给终端设备。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将各所述目标视频和各所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息发送给终端设备,包括:
    分别根据各所述目标视频、以及各所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息,生成各所述目标视频对应的视频卡片;其中,所述视频卡片是由所述目标视频与所述目标视频关联的目标对象的对象信息按照预设拼接方式拼接得到;
    将各所述目标视频对应的视频卡片发送给终端设备。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个目标视频包括待使用视频,且所述待使用视频对应的视频卡片的生成过程,包括:
    根据待使用对象的对象信息,生成所述待使用视频对应的展示控件,以使所述展示控件用于展示所述待使用对象的对象信息;其中,所述待使用对象是指所述待使用视频关联的目标对象;
    根据用于介绍所述待使用对象的多媒体内容,生成所述展示控件的跳转页面,以使所述跳转页面用于显示所述用于介绍所述待使用对象的多媒体内容;
    将所述展示控件与所述展示控件的跳转页面进行绑定,以使所述展示控件的跳转页面用于响应对所述展示控件的触发操作;
    将所述待使用视频与所述待使用视频对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述待使用视频对应的视频卡片。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的方法,其特征在于,所述跳转页面的生成过程,包括:
    分别根据用于介绍所述待使用对象的各介绍类别下的多媒体内容,生成各所述介绍类别对应的展示区域,以使各所述介绍类别对应的展示区域分别用于展示各介绍类别下的多媒体内容;
    将各所述介绍类别对应的展示区域按照预设组合方式进行组合,得到所述展示控件的跳转页面。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述介绍类别包括第一介绍类别和第二介绍类别,所述第一介绍类别包括基础属性介绍类别;所述第二介绍类别基于所述待使用对象所属的需求维度确定,所述第二介绍类别包括订单介绍类别、商品介绍类别、服务 介绍类别、攻略介绍类别、评价介绍类别中的至少一个。

    所述多个目标视频的筛选过程,包括:
    根据所述目标需求类别对应的视频质量影响因素、各所述候选视频的频内容与所述查询信息的相关性、以及各所述候选视频关联的目标对象与该候选视频的相关性,对所述多个候选视频进行筛选,得到多个目标视频。
