具体实施方式
发明人针对上述相关展示方式的研究中发现,对于某些查询目标(如,北京美食、三里屯美食等美食类目标)来说,终端用户希望能够从终端设备显示的查询结果中获取到更准确且更全面的信息(如,餐厅的菜品、餐厅环境、餐厅热度等等),但是上述“相关展示方式”却无法满足上述需求。
基于上述发现,为了解决背景技术部分所述的技术问题,本申请实施例提供了一种信息查询方法,该方法包括:在终端设备接收到信息查询请求之后,若该信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类相关的关键词,则该终端设备可以在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向排列多个视频资源,以使终端用户能够按照该预设方向查看各视频资源。其中,因视频资源包括视频预览信息和视频内容所属商户(例如,第一餐厅等)的商户特征信息,使得各视频资源能够展示各商户关联的视频以及商户特征信息,如此有利于丰富各商户的展示信息,从而有利于提高搜索结果页上查询结果的展示效果,进而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。另外,终端设备还能够响应于终端用户对一个视频资源所包括商户特征信息(如,用于展示商户特征信息的控件)的触发操作,展示该商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。其中,因上述“多个维度”至少包括视频维度(如,该商户关联的视频等)和对象维度(例如,菜品团购、美发套餐、门票等等),使得“在多个维度下的聚合内容”能够更全面的介绍该商户,如此有利于进一步丰富该商户的展示信息,从而有利于进一步提高搜索结果页上查询结果的展示效果,进而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
为了便于理解本申请实施例提供的技术方案,下面结合图1所示的应用场景进行说明。其中,图1为本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法的一种应用场景示例图。
如图1所示,当终端用户101想要借助终端设备102查询某个信息(例如,北京美食或者三里屯美食等生活服务类需求)时,该终端用户101可以在该终端设备102上触发信息查询请求,以使该信息查询请求携带有与生活服务类相关的关键词(例如,美食),从而使得终端设备102在接收到该信息查询请求之后,将该信息查询请求转发给服务器103,以使服务 器103能够依据该信息查询请求携带的关键词(如,美食),确定与该关键词匹配的多个视频资源,并将该多个视频资源发送给终端设备102,以使终端设备102能够在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向进行排列的该多个视频资源。
其中,因各视频资源包括各商户的视频预览信息及其商户特征信息,使得终端用户101能够从上述“搜索结果页”上查看到各商户的视频预览信息及其商户特征信息;而且终端用户101还能够借助在各视频资源所包括的商户特征信息进行触发操作,进一步查看商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,如此使得终端用户101能够从上述“搜索结果页”上获取到更全面地商户信息,从而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
为了使本技术领域的人员更好地理解本申请方案,下面将结合本申请实施例中的附图,对本申请实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述,显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
为了便于理解本申请提供的技术方案,下面以图2所示的服务器103与终端设备102之间的信息交互过程为例介绍本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法。
如图2所示,本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法,包括S1-S6:
S1:当终端用户101在终端设备102上触发信息查询请求之后,该终端设备102将该信息查询请求发送给服务器103。
其中,终端用户101是指终端设备102的使用者。
信息查询请求用于请求针对某一查询目标(如,北京美食、或者三里屯美食等)进行信息查询;而且该信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类(如,丽人、吃喝玩乐等)相关的关键词(如,美食等)。
另外,在一些情况下,信息查询请求可以还包括地理位置(如,北京或三里屯等),以便后续能够参考该地理位置来确定该信息查询请求对应的信息查询结果,以使该信息查询结果能够满足该地理位置的限制。
基于上述S1的相关内容可知,当终端用户101想要获知某些与生活服务类相关的信息(如,图3所示的北京美食、图4所示的三里屯美食等信息)时,该终端用户101可以在终端设备102上编辑待查询目标(如,北京美食、三里屯美食等)并触发信息查询请求,以使该信息查询请求用于请求对该待查询目标进行信息查询,以便后续该终端设备102能够将该信息查询请求发送给服务器103,以使该服务器103能够基于该信息查询请求携带的关键词(尤其是,与生活服务类相关的关键词)进行信息查询。
S2:服务器103根据信息查询请求携带的关键词,确定N个商户。其中,N为正整数。
其中,第n个商户提供的对象与上述“关键词”相匹配。n为正整数,n≤N。
“第n个商户提供的对象”用于表示该第n个商户所提供的服务和/或商品。例如,若上述“关键词”为美食,则该第n个商户可以是指用于提供食品的店铺(如,第一餐厅),且该“第n个商户提供的对象”可以是指用于食用的商品(如,菜品、饮品、零食等)。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“N个商品”的获取过程,例如,可以直接按照上述“信息查询请求”所携带的关键词(如,“美食”等)进行商户搜索,以使搜索得到的各个商户提供的对象与该关键词相匹配。
在一些情况下,若上述“信息查询请求”还包括地理位置,则可以同时参考上述“关键词”以及该地理位置进行商户搜索,以使搜索得到的各个商户提供的对象与上述“关键词”相匹配,且各个商户所处位置满足上述“地理位置”的限制。为了便于理解,下面结合一个示例进行说明。
作为示例,若上述“信息查询请求”还包括地理位置,则该N个商品的获取过程具体可以包括步骤11-步骤12:
步骤11:根据关键词和地理位置,确定待使用推荐列表。
其中,待使用推荐列表(例如,榜单列表等)用于表示上述“关键词”在上述“地理位置”对应的商户推荐列表,以使该待使用推荐列表用于表示上述“关键词”在上述“地理位置”对应的各个商户的推荐顺序。例如,若上述关键词为“美食”,且上述“地理位置”为“北京”,则该待使用推荐列表用于表示美食在北京对应的商户推荐列表,以使该待使用推荐列表能够表示出在北京范围内各个美食商户的推荐顺序。
另外,本申请实施例不限定上述“推荐顺序”的生成过程,例如,其可以基于各个商户的交互数据进行生成。其中,“交互数据”用于表征大量终端用户针对一个商户的偏爱程度(例如,热度等);而且本申请实施例不限定“交互数据”,例如,该“交互数据”可以包括用户搜索数据、用户购买数据、用户评论数据、用户收藏数据、用户浏览数据和用户分享数据等中的至少一个。
用户搜索数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户(例如,第一餐厅)或者该商户提供的对象(例如,第一餐厅的牛排)所发生的搜索行为。
用户购买数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户提供的对象所发生的购买行为。
用户评论数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户或者该商户提供的对象所发生的评价行为。
用户收藏数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户或者该商户提供的对象所发生的收藏行为;而且本申请实施例不限定用户收藏数据,例如,对于一个餐厅来说,该用户收藏数据可以包括针对该餐厅关联的信息(如,视频、商户特征信息等)的收藏量。
用户浏览数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户或者该商户提供的对象所发生的浏览行为;而且本申请实施例不限定用户浏览数据,例如,对于一个餐厅来说,该用户浏览数据可以包括针对该餐厅相关视频的播放量、针对该餐厅的商户特征信息的访问量等。
用户分享数据用于描述大量终端用户针对一个商户或者该商户提供的对象所发生的分享行为。
基于上述步骤11的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到信息查询请求之后,可以参考该信息查询请求所包括的关键词以及地理位置,确定待使用推荐列表,以使该待使用推荐列表能够准确地表示出在该地理位置所限定范围内与上述“关键词”相匹配的各个商户的推荐顺序,以便后续能够基于该推荐顺序进行商户筛选。
步骤12:从待使用推荐列表中确定N个商户。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到待使用推荐列表之后,可以从该待使用推荐列表中筛选出N个商户(例如,可以从该待使用推荐列表中抽取排列顺序最靠前的N个商户)。需要说明的是,本申请实施例不限定“N”,例如,N可以预先设定,也可以根据上述“待使用推荐列表”中商户个数确定(例如,可以将上述“待使用推荐列表”中商户个数与预设提取比例之间的乘积,确定为N)。其中,预设提取比例可以预先设定。
基于上述步骤11至步骤12的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到信息查询请求之后,可以先参考该信息查询请求所包括的关键词以及地理位置,确定待使用推荐列表;再从该待使用推荐列表中筛选出N个商户,以便后续能够参考该N个商户关联的视频,针对该信息查询请求进行反馈。
在一些情况下,为了进一步提高终端用户101的信息查询体验,可以参考该终端用户101的个人喜好来筛选上述“N个商户”。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了确定N个商户的一种可能的实施方式,在该实施方式中,若上述“信息查询请求”还包括具体位置(例如,类似于“三里屯”等具体地理区域或者某商业聚集区域),则该“N个商户”的确定过程可以包括步骤21-步骤23:
步骤21:确定与具体位置匹配的多个备选商户。
其中,备选商户是指位于该具体位置所限定区域内的商户;而且该备选商户提供的对象与上文“关键词”相匹配。
另外,备选商户的个数高于上述“N”,且本申请实施例不限定备选商户的个数。
步骤22:根据终端设备102对应的用户授权数据和各备选商户的待使用信息,确定各备选商户的推荐得分。
其中,“终端设备102对应的用户授权数据”是指终端用户101针对终端设备102已授权的数据信息(例如,终端用户101当前所处位置、终端用户101的历史消费行为、终端用户101的历史搜索行为、终端用户101的历史收藏行为等),以使该“终端设备102对应的用户授权数据”能够表示该终端用户101的喜好特征(例如,针对“美食”的喜好特征)。
另外,本申请实施例不限定用户授权数据,例如,该用户授权数据可以包括终端用户101触发信息查询请求时所处的地理位置、终端用户101的历史订购信息(如,餐厅订购信息)、终端用户101的历史访问信息(如,视频访问)和终端用户101的收藏信息(如,视频收藏)中的至少一个。
“备选商户的待使用信息”用于表示该备选商户提供的备选对象(例如,菜品等)的推荐参考因素(例如,菜品的口味、菜品的好评率等);而且本申请实施例不限定待使用信息,例如,“备选商户的待使用信息”可以包括该备选商户的描述信息、该备选商户的地理位置、该备选商户的属性数据(如,该备选商户的视频播放量、该备选商户的访问量、该备选商户的收藏量、该备选商户的分享量、或该备选商户的销量)。其中,备选商户的描述信息用于介绍该备选商户(如,介绍餐厅菜品、餐厅环境等)。
“备选商户的推荐得分”用于表示该备选商户的被推荐给终端用户101的可能性;而且本申请实施例不限定“备选商户的推荐得分”的确定过程,例如,在一种可能的实施方式中,若终端设备102对应的用户授权数据包括终端用户101触发信息查询请求时所处的地理位置、该终端用户101的历史订购信息、该终端用户101的历史访问信息和该终端用户101 的收藏信息,备选商户的个数为G,且第g个备选商户的待使用信息包括该第g个备选商户的描述信息、该第g个备选商户的地理位置和该第g个备选商户的属性数据,则该第g个备选商户的推荐得分的确定过程可以包括步骤31-步骤33:
步骤31:根据终端用户101的历史订购信息、该终端用户101的历史访问信息和该终端用户101的收藏信息,生成该终端用户101的用户画像,以使该终端用户101的用户画像用于表示出该终端用户101的个人喜好(如,喜欢的美食类型、喜欢的餐厅类型等)。其中,g为正整数,g≤G,G为正整数。
步骤32:根据第g个备选商户的属性数据,确定第g个备选商户的热度值。其中,g为正整数,g≤G,G为正整数。
其中,第g个备选商户的热度值用于表征该第g个备选商户的热门程度(也就是,受欢迎程度)。
另外,本申请实施例不限定第g个备选商户的热度值的计算方式,例如,若第g个备选商户的属性数据可以包括该第g个备选商户的视频播放量、该第g个备选商户的访问量、该第g个备选商户的收藏量、该第g个备选商户的分享量、和该第g个备选商户的销量,则第g个备选商户的热度值的确定过程可以包括:将该第g个备选商户的视频播放量、该第g个备选商户的访问量、该第g个备选商户的收藏量、该第g个备选商户的分享量、和该第g个备选商户的销量进行加权求和,得到该第g个备选商户的热度值。
步骤33:依据各个第g个备选商户的热度值、终端用户101的用户画像与第g个备选商户的描述信息之间的相关程度、以及终端用户101触发信息查询请求时所处的地理位置与第g个备选商户的地理位置之间的距离,确定第g个备选商户的推荐得分。其中,g为正整数,g≤G,G为正整数。
本申请实施例中,若备选商户的个数为G,则可以依据第g个备选商户的热度值、终端用户101的用户画像与该第g个备选商户的描述信息之间的相关程度、以及终端用户101触发信息查询请求时所处的地理位置与该第g个备选商户的地理位置之间的距离,确定第g个备选商户的推荐得分(例如,可以将第g个备选商户的热度值、终端用户101的用户画像与该第g个备选商户的描述信息之间的相关程度、以及终端用户101触发信息查询请求时所处的地理位置与该第g个备选商户的地理位置之间的距离进行加权求和,得到该第g个备选商户的推荐得分),以使该第g个备选商户的推荐得分能够准确地表示出该第g个备选商户的推荐概率。其中,g为正整数,g≤G,G为正整数。
基于上述步骤22的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到各备选商户之后,可以参考终端设备102对应的用户授权数据和各备选商户的待使用信息,分别确定各备选商户的推荐得分,以使各备选商户的推荐得分能够分别表示出向终端用户101推荐各备选商户的推荐概率。
步骤23:根据各备选商户的推荐得分,从多个备选商户中筛选出N个商户。
本申请实施例中,在获取到所有备选商户的推荐得分之后,可以按照各备选商户的推荐得分,从所有备选商户中筛选出N个商户(例如,该N个商户可以是所有备选商户中推荐得分最高的N个备选商户),以便后续能够参考该N个商户关联的视频,针对该信息查询请求进行反馈。
基于上述步骤21至步骤23的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到信息查询请求之后,可以先参考该信息查询请求所包括的关键词(例如,美食)以及具体位置(例如,三里屯等),确定多个备选商户;再按照各备选商户的推荐得分,从所有备选商户中筛选出N个商户,以使该N个商户更符合终端用户101的个人喜好(例如,终端用户101针对美食的个人喜好特征)。
基于上述S2的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到信息查询请求之后,可以先参考该信息查询请求所携带的信息(例如,关键词和/或地理位置),确定出一些候选商户(如,上文备选商户以及上文“待使用推荐列表”中存在的商户等);再从这些候选商户中筛选出N个商户,以便后续能够参考该N个商户关联的视频,针对该信息查询请求进行反馈。
S3:服务器103从第n个商户对应的至少一个候选视频中筛选出第n个商户对应的展示视频。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
其中,第n个商户对应的候选视频是指与该第n个商户之间存在关联关系的视频(例如,用于介绍该第n个商户和/或该第n个商户所提供对象的视频,或者以该第n个商户或者该第n个商户所处位置作为视频发布标注信息的视频等)。
“第n个商户对应的展示视频”是指与该第n个商户之间存在关联关系的且需要展示给终端用户101的视频。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“第n个商户对应的展示视频”的筛选过程,例如,在一种可能的实施方式中,若第n个商户对应的候选视频的个数为M n,则“第n个商户对应的展示视频”的筛选过程具体可以包括步骤41-步骤42:

步骤412:根据第m个候选视频的视频质量,确定该第m个候选视频的质量推荐得分。
实际上,若第m个候选视频的视频质量越好(如,无抖动感、画质越清楚、携带的有用内容占比越高等),则表示该第m个候选视频越应该被推荐给终端用户。基于此可知,第m个候选视频的质量推荐得分与该第m个候选视频的视频质量正相关。
另外,本申请实施例不限定步骤412的实施方式,可以采用现有的或者未来出现的任一种能够进行正相关计算的方法进行实施。
步骤413:根据第m个候选视频的视频内容,确定该第m个候选视频的内容推荐得分。
实际上,若第m个候选视频的视频内容针对用户关注内容(如,餐厅讲解信息、餐厅可打卡信息、餐厅菜品介绍信息、餐厅环境介绍信息等)的覆盖程度越大,则表示该第m个候选视频越应该被推荐给终端用户。基于此可知,第m个候选视频的内容推荐得分与该第m个候选视频的视频内容针对用户关注内容的覆盖程度正相关。其中,用户关注内容可以预先设定,也可以从大量的用户数据中挖掘得到。
另外,本申请实施例不限定步骤413的实施方式,可以采用现有的或者未来出现的任一种能够进行正相关计算的方法进行实施。
步骤414:根据第m个候选视频与第n个商户之间的相关程度,确定该第m个候选视频的关联推荐得分。
其中,第m个候选视频与商户之间的相关程度用于表示该第m个候选视频携带的有用内容与第n个商户之间的匹配程度。
实际上,若第m个候选视频与第n个商户之间的相关程度越高,则表示该第m个候选视频越应该被推荐给终端用户。基于此可知,第m个候选视频的关联推荐得分与该上述相关程度正相关。
另外,本申请实施例不限定步骤414的实施方式,可以采用现有的或者未来出现的任一种能够进行正相关计算的方法进行实施。
步骤415:根据第m个候选视频的视频发布时间与信息查询请求的触发时间之间的时间差值,确定该第m个候选视频的时间推荐得分。
实际上,若第m个候选视频的视频发布时间与信息查询请求的触发时间之间的时间差值越小,则表示该第m个候选视频的视频发布时间越接近终端用户触发信息查询请求的时间,从而表示该第m个候选视频呈现的有用内容越准确,进而表示该第m个候选视频越应该被推荐给终端用户。基于此可知,第m个候选视频的时间推荐得分与上述时间差值负相关。
另外,本申请实施例不限定步骤415的实施方式,可以采用现有的或者未来出现的任一种能够进行负相关计算的方法进行实施。
步骤416:根据第m个候选视频的热度推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的质量推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的内容推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的关联推荐得分以及该第m个候选视频的时间推荐得分,确定该第m个候选视频的推荐评分。
本申请实施例中,可以根据第m个候选视频的热度推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的质量推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的内容推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的关联推荐得分以及该第m个候选视频的时间推荐得分,确定该第m个候选视频的推荐评分(例如,将第m个候选视频的热度推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的质量推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的内容推荐得分、该第m个候选视频的关联推荐得分以及该第m个候选视频的时间推荐得分进行加权求和,得到该第m个候选视频的推荐评分)。
基于上述步骤41的相关内容可知,在获取到第n个商户对应的M n个候选视频之后,可以分别依据第n个商户对应的各个候选视频的视频属性,计算第n个商户对应的各个候选视频的推荐评分,以便后续能够基于该推荐评分,确定该第n个商户对应的展示视频。
步骤42:将第n个商户对应的M n个候选视频中具有最高推荐评分的候选视频,确定为第n个商户对应的展示视频。
本申请实施例中,在获取到第n个商户对应的第1个候选视频的推荐评分至第M n个候选视频的推荐评分之后,可以将第1个候选视频的推荐评分、第2个候选视频的推荐评分、……、第M n个候选视频的推荐评分进行比较,确定出具有最高推荐评分的候选视频,并将该具有最高推荐评分的候选视频,确定为第n个商户对应的展示视频。
基于上述S3的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到与上述“关键词”关联的N个商户之后,可以分别从各个商户对应的至少一个候选视频中筛选出各个商户对应的展示视频,以使该各个商户对应的展示视频能够更准确且更全面地介绍各个商户,以便后续终端用户101能够从各个商户对应的展示视频中获取到与各个商户相关的更准确且更全面的信息,有利于提高终端用户101的信息获取准确性。
S4:服务器103获取第n个展示视频关联的视频资源。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
其中,“第n个展示视频”是指上述“第n个商户对应的展示视频”。
“第n个展示视频关联的视频资源”用于展示该第n个展示视频以及该第n个展示视频的视频内容所属商户(也就是,第n个商户)的商户特征信息;而且本申请实施例不限定“第n个展示视频关联的视频资源”,例如,其具体可以包括该第n个展示视频对应的视频预览信息和该第n个展示视频对应的商户特征信息。

“第n个展示视频对应的商户特征信息”是指该第n个展示视频的视频内容所属商户(也就是,第n个商户)的商户特征信息;而且,本申请实施例不限定“商户特征信息”,例如,其具体可以包括热度表征数据(如图3中“3259.5w”)、可团购标识(如图3中“团”)、与终端设备102的当前地理位置之间的距离(如图3中“15.7km”)、商户的标识图(如图3中302所示的标识图)、或用户收藏量(如图4中“100w收藏”)中的至少一个。
另外,为了进一步提高商户特征信息展示灵活性,可以根据信息查询请求所携带的地理位置确定商户特征信息,其具体可以包括:若该地理位置为行政区划标识(例如,北京等),则可以将第一信息集确定为商户特征信息;若该地理位置属于预设区域标识(例如,三里屯等),则可以将第二信息集确定为商户特征信息。其中,第一信息集可以预先设定(例如,如图3所示,第一信息集可以包括热度表征数据、可团购标识、与终端设备102的当前地理位置之间的距离、以及商户的标识图)。第二信息集也可以预先设定(例如,如图4所示,第二信息集可以包括用户收藏量、可团购标识、与终端设备102的当前地理位置之间的距离、以及商户的标识图)。
此外,本申请实施例不限定“第n个展示视频关联的视频资源”的获取方式,例如,可以在获取到第n个商户对应的展示视频之后,依据该展示视频,生成该展示视频关联的视频资源。又如,可以在获取到第n个商户对应的展示视频之后,依据该展示视频,从预设存储位置中调取预先已生成并存储好的该展示视频关联的视频资源。
基于上述S4的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到N个商户对应的展示视频之后,可以参考第n个商户对应的展示视频,获取第n个展示视频关联的视频资源,以使该视频资源能够表示该第n个展示视频的视频内容所属商户(也就是,第n个商户)的商户特征信息,以便后续终端用户101能够从该视频资源中获取到更丰富的与该第n个商户相关的信息。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
S5:服务器103将N个视频资源发送给终端设备102。
其中,第n个视频资源是指上述“第n个商户对应的展示视频”关联的视频资源。
另外,本申请实施例不限定S5的实施方式,例如,可以直接将N个视频资源发送给终端设备102,以使该终端设备102能够在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向进行排列的N个视频资源。其中,预设方向可以预先设定,例如,预设方向可以是横向(如图3所示)。
实际上,为了进一步提高“N个视频资源”的展示效果,可以按照视频卡片的方式进行展示。基于此,本申请实施例还提供了S5的一种可能的实施方式,其具体可以包括S51-S52:
S51:服务器103分别根据第n个商户对应的视频资源,生成第n个商户对应的视频卡片。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
其中,“第n个商户对应的视频资源”是指上述“第n个商户对应的展示视频”关联的视频资源。
“第n个商户对应的视频卡片”用于按照视频卡片形式(例如,图3中301所示的视频卡片形式)对第n个商户对应的视频资源进行展示;而且“第n个商户对应的视频卡片”是由“第n个展示视频对应的视频预览信息”和“第n个展示视频对应的商户特征信息”按照预设拼接方式拼接得到。其中,“预设拼接方式”可以预先设定(例如,其可以采用图3所示的纵向并排的方式)。

步骤52:根据第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,生成第n个展示控件对应的跳转页面,以使该跳转页面用于展示第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。
其中,“第n个展示控件”是指上述“第n个商户对应的展示控件”。
“第n个展示控件对应的跳转页面”是指与第n个展示控件具有绑定关系的页面,以使该跳转页面能够响应于终端用户101对展示控件的触发操作进行展示。也就是,当终端用户101针对第n个展示控件(如,图3中303)进行触发操作(如,点击操作)之后,终端设备101可以显示“第n个展示控件对应的跳转页面”(如图5所示的页面),以使该跳转页面能够展示该第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。
“第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容”用于更详细地介绍与第n个商户相关的信息;而且本申请实施例不限定“多个维度”,例如,其具体可以包括视频维度、对象维度、商户基础信息维度和商户热度维度中的至少一个。
“视频维度”用于以视频形式进行信息介绍;而且本申请实施例不限定“视频维度”,例如,其可以包括商户视频维度、对象视频维度、和路线视频维度中至少一个。
“商户视频维度”用于以视频形式针对一个商户进行介绍。例如,第n个商户在商户视频维度下的聚合内容是指由用于介绍该第n个商户的多个视频进行聚合得到的,以使终端用户101能够从这些聚合内容中获取到针对该第n个商户的更多介绍信息。
“对象视频维度”用于以视频形式针对一个商户所提供的对象进行介绍。例如,第n个商户在对象视频维度下的聚合内容是指由用于介绍该第n个商户所提供的对象(如,菜品)的多个视频进行聚合得到的,以使终端用户101能够从这些聚合内容中获取到针对该第n个商户所提供的对象(如,餐厅所提供的菜品)的更多介绍信息。
“路线视频维度”用于以视频形式针对一个商户对应的路线(例如,从一个地方到达这个商户的路线等)进行介绍。例如,第n个商户在路线视频维度下的聚合内容是指由用于介绍该第n个商户对应的路线的多个视频进行聚合得到的,以使终端用户101能够从这些聚合内容中获取到针对该第n个商户对应的路线的更多介绍信息。
“对象维度”是指针对一个商户所提供的对象进行信息介绍;而且本申请实施例不限定“对象维度”,例如,其具体可以包括对象介绍维度和/或对象评论维度。
“对象介绍维度”用于针对一个商户所提供的对象进行介绍。例如,若第n个商户为第一餐厅,则该第n个商户在对象介绍维度下的聚合内容用于介绍该第一餐厅所提供的菜品(如图5中502和504所示的内容)。
“对象评论维度”用于针对一个商户所提供的对象关联的评论进行介绍。例如,若第n个商户为第一餐厅,则该第n个商户在对象介绍维度下的聚合内容用于介绍该第一餐厅所提供的菜品关联的评论(如图5中505所示的内容)。
“商户基础信息维度”用于针对一个商户的基础信息(如,商户名称、营业时间、联系方式、地址等)进行介绍;而且,本申请实施例不限定在商户基础信息维度下的聚合内容,例如,其可以包括图5中501所示的内容。
基于上述步骤52的相关内容可知,可以根据根据第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,生成第n个展示控件对应的跳转页面,以使该跳转页面用于展示第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,以使终端用户101不仅能够直接看到第n个展示控件上所显示的该第n个商户的商户特征信息,还能够借助针对该第n个展示控件的触发操作查看该第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,如此使得终端用户101能够查看到针对第n个商户的更详细的介绍信息。
步骤53:将第n个商户的视频预览信息和该第n个商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到该第n个商户对应的视频卡片。
本申请实施例中,在获取到第n个商户的视频预览信息和该第n个商户对应的展示控件之后,可以将该第n个商户的视频预览信息和该第n个商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到该第n个商户对应的视频卡片,以使该视频卡片能够更好且更全面地展示出该第n个商户的更详细的相关信息。
基于上述步骤51至步骤53的相关内容可知,在一些情况下,可以借助可触发的展示控件针对第n个商户的相关信息进行展示,以使基于该展示控件生成的该第n个商户对应的视频卡片能够更好且更全面地展示出该第n个商户的更详细的相关信息。
另外,为了进一步提高视频卡片的信息展示效果,本申请实施例还提供了“第n个商户对应的视频卡片”的生成过程的另一种可能的实施方式,若信息查询请求包括关键词
(如,美食)和地理位置(如,北京等),则其具体可以包括步骤61-步骤66:
步骤61:获取关键词在地理位置对应的商户推荐列表,该商户推荐列表包括多个商户的推荐顺序。

步骤62:根据商户推荐列表,确定第n个商户的推荐标识。

基于上述步骤61至步骤66的相关内容可知,在一些情况下,还可以借助第n个商户对应的视频卡片展示该第n个商户的推荐顺序,以使该视频卡片能够更好且更全面地展示出该第n个商户的更详细的相关信息。
基于上述S51的相关内容可知,对于服务器103来说,在获取到第n个商户对应的视频资源之后,可以参考该第n个商户对应的视频资源,生成该第n个商户对应的视频卡片,以使该视频卡片能够更好且更全面地展示出该第n个商户的更详细的相关信息。
S52:服务器103将N个商户对应的视频卡片发送给终端设备。
本申请实施例中,对于服务器103来说,在获取到N个商户对应的视频卡片之后,可以直接该N个视频卡片发送给终端设备102,以使该终端设备102能够在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向进行排列的N个视频卡片(例如,图3中304所示的卡片集,或者图4所示的“三里屯美食”对应的卡片集)。
S6:终端设备102在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向排列N个视频资源。
其中,“搜索结果页”用于展示针对上述“信息查询请求”的信息查询结果;而且本申请实施例不限定“搜索结果页”,例如,其可以是图3或者图4所示的页面。
可见,对于终端设备102来说,在其接收到服务器103发送的N个视频资源(或者N个视频卡片)之后,可以将该N个视频资源(或者N个视频卡片)按照预设方向(如,横向)进行排列展示,以使终端用户101能够通过在预设方向上的滑动操作(如,横向滑动操作)依次查看该N个视频资源(或者N个视频卡片)。
也就是,终端设备102可以响应于在预设方向上的滑动操作,在搜索结果页的第一区域切换展示N个视频卡片。其中,“第一区域”是指预先设定的用于展示各视频的区域(如图3的304所在区域所包括的视频展示区域)。
在一些情况下,若商户特征信息显示在可触发的展示控件上,则终端用户101可以借助该展示控件查看该展示控件对应的跳转页面。也就是,当终端用户101针对第n个视频资源包括的商户特征信息(也就是,用于显示该商户特征信息的展示控件)进行触发操作之后,终端设备102展示第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
另外,本申请实施例不限定“N个视频资源”的排列顺序,例如,若信息查询请求还包括地理位置,则在各视频资源中视频预览信息上展示推荐标识,并将该N个视频资源按照推荐标识进行排列。其中,“推荐标识”是基于上述“关键词”在上述“地理位置”对应的商户推荐列表(也就是,上文“待使用推荐列表”)确定的;而且“推荐标识”的相关内容请参见上文步骤62中“推荐标识”的相关内容。
在一些情况下,视频预览信息也可以进行触发操作,以使终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对第n个视频预览信息的触发操作(如,点击操作),按照预设展示方式展示该第n个视频预览信息对应的第n个视频资源。其中,n为正整数,n≤N。
其中,“第n个视频预览信息”是指第n个视频资源所包括的视频预览信息。
预设展示方式是指预先设定的展示方式(如图7所示的展示方式);而且该预设展示方式可以包括视频展示方式和商户特征信息展示方式。其中,视频展示方式为全屏播放。商户特征信息展示方式为浮于视频预设位置(例如,图7中701所在区域)。
可见,当终端用户101针对第n个视频资源所包括的视频预览信息进行触发操作之后,终端设备102可以将第n个视频进行全屏播放,并将第n个商户的商户特征信息浮于该第n个视频的视频预设位置,以使终端用户101能够通过针对该商户特征信息进行触发操作的方式,查看该第n个商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。
另外,为了提高信息展示效果,当终端设备102按照预设展示方式展示第n个视频资源时,还可以在该第n个视频上展示至少一个待使用控件。其中,“至少一个待使用控件”包括对象信息展示控件(如,图7中用于显示“限时优惠”的控件)和/或意愿表达控件(如,图7中用于显示“☆想去”的控件)。
“对象信息展示控件”用于展示第n个商户所提供的对象的相关信息(如,购买优惠信息等);而且终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对该“对象信息展示控件”的触发操作(如,点击操作),展示该第n个商户所提供的对象的相关信息(如,购买优惠信息等)。
“意愿表达控件”用于展示终端用户101针对该第n个商户的意向(尤其是,是否想去该第n个商户);而且终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对该“意愿表达控件”的触发操作(如,点击操作),更新该“意愿表达控件”的显示状态,以便不同显示状态分别用于表示该第n个商户的不同意向(例如,不想去第n个商户或者想去第n个商户)。
可见,当全屏播放的第n个视频上展示有“对象信息展示控件”时,则该终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对该“对象信息展示控件”的触发操作(如,点击操作),展示该第n个商户所提供的对象的购买信息;而且,当全屏播放的第n个视频上展示有“意愿表达控件”时,则该终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对该“意愿表达控件”的触发操作(如,点击操作),更新该“意愿表达控件”的显示状态,以使该显示状态能够表示出该终端用户101针对第n个商户的意向(例如,不想去第n个商户或者想去第n个商户)。
此外,当终端设备102按照预设展示方式展示第n个视频资源时,终端设备102还可以响应于终端用户101在垂直方向上的第一滑动操作(如,向上滑动操作等),按照预设展示方式展示第n个视频资源对应的下一个视频资源;其中,该下一个视频资源在搜索结果页的排列序号大于该第n个视频资源的排列序号。
同样,当终端设备102按照预设展示方式展示第n个视频资源时,终端设备102还可以响应于终端用户101在垂直方向上的第二滑动操作(如,向下滑动操作等),按照预设展示方式展示第n个视频资源对应的上一个视频资源;其中,该上一个视频资源在搜索结果页的排列序号小于该第n个视频资源的排列序号。
在一些情况下,终端用户101想要查看上述“待使用推荐列表”,故为了满足上述需求,可以在搜索结果页展示关键词在地理位置对应的推荐提示信息,以使终端设备102可 以响应于终端用户101针对该推荐提示信息的触发操作(如,点击操作等),展示推荐商户聚合页面(如图6所示)。
其中,“推荐提示信息”用于提示终端用户101上文“待使用推荐列表”的查看位置;而且本申请实施例不限定“推荐提示信息”,例如,其可以是图3中“北京美食热门榜…”。
“推荐商户聚合页面”用于展示上文“待使用推荐列表”,以使该“推荐商户聚合页面”能够按照该N个商户的推荐顺序依次展示用于显示该N个商户的商户特征信息的展示控件。
另外,推荐商户聚合页面的第二区域(如图6中601所在区域)用于展示关键词的标签(如,图6中“美食”标签)和多个实体类别的标签(如,图6中“小吃快餐”标签、“面包甜点”标签、“烧烤”标签、“韩国料理”标签等等);而且推荐商户聚合页面的第三区域(如图6中602所示的区域)用于展示任一标签对应的推荐商户榜单。
其中,“实体类别”是基于关键词确定的(例如,“小吃快餐”、“面包甜点”、“烧烤”、“韩国料理”等实体类别均是根据关键词“美食”进行确定的)。
推荐商户榜单包括各推荐商户的特征信息及其提供对象的对象信息。其中,“推荐商户的特征信息”用于表示该推荐商户的特征(例如,图6中“热度8373.2w”、“第一餐厅”、“团”、“朝阳区”等)。“对象信息”用于描述该推荐商户所提供的对象;而且本申请实施例不限定“对象信息”,例如,其可以包括图6中“火锅”、“¥312/人”等。
此外,本申请实施例不限定“推荐商户的特征信息及其提供对象的对象信息”的显示方式,例如,可以显示在可触发控件上,以使终端设备102可以响应于终端用户101针对该可触发控件的触发操作,展示该推荐商户在多个维度下的聚合内容(如5所示的内容)。
基于上述S1至S6的相关内容可知,在终端设备102接收到包括与生活服务类相关的关键词的信息查询请求之后,该终端设备102可以将该信息查询请求转发给服务器103,以使服务器103能够依据该信息查询请求所包括的关键词(如,美食),确定与该关键词匹配的多个视频资源,并将该多个视频资源发送给终端设备102,以使终端设备102能够在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向排列多个视频资源,以使终端用户101能够按照该预设方向查看各视频资源。
其中,因视频资源包括视频预览信息和视频内容所属商户(例如,第一餐厅等)的商户特征信息,使得各视频资源能够展示各商户关联的视频以及商户特征信息,如此有利于丰富各商户的展示信息,从而有利于提高搜索结果页上查询结果的展示效果,进而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
还因各视频资源所包括的视频预览信息是由服务器103依据各商户提供的对象与信息查询请求所包括的关键词之间的匹配程度、以及各商户对应的多个候选视频确定的,使得各该视频预览信息能够针对各商户进行更好更全面地介绍,如此有利于进一步丰富各商户的展示信息,从而有利于进一步提高搜索结果页上查询结果的展示效果,进而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。
另外,终端设备102还能够响应于终端用户101对视频资源所包括商户特征信息(如,用于展示商户特征信息的控件)的触发操作,展示该商户在多个维度下的聚合内容。其中,因上述“多个维度”至少包括视频维度(如,该商户关联的视频等)和对象维度(例如,菜品团购、美发套餐、门票等等),使得“在多个维度下的聚合内容”能够更全面的介绍该商户, 如此有利于进一步丰富该商户的展示信息,从而有利于进一步提高搜索结果页上查询结果的展示效果,进而有利于提高终端用户的信息查询体验。

卡片发送子单元,用于将多个商户对应的视频卡片发送给所述终端设备。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述多个商户包括目标商户,所述卡片生成子单元,包括:
控件生成子单元,用于根据所述目标商户的商户特征信息,生成所述目标商户对应的展示控件,以使所述展示控件用于展示所述目标商户的商户特征信息;
页面生成子单元,用于根据所述目标商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,生成所述展示控件对应的跳转页面,以使所述跳转页面用于展示所述目标商户在多个维度下的聚合内容;其中,所述展示控件对应的跳转页面是指响应于对所述展示控件的触发操作进行展示的页面;
信息拼接子单元,用于将所述目标商户的视频预览信息和所述目标商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述目标商户对应的视频卡片。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述信息查询请求还包括地理位置,所述服务器900还包括:
列表获取单元,用于获取所述关键词在所述地理位置对应的商户推荐列表,所述商户推荐列表包括所述多个商户的推荐顺序,所述推荐顺序基于所述商户的交互数据生成;
标识确定单元,用于根据所述商户推荐列表,确定所述目标商户的推荐标识;
信息组合单元,用于将所述目标商户的推荐标识和所述目标商户的视频预览信息按照预设组合方式进行组合,得到所述目标商户的组合后视频预览信息;
所述信息拼接子单元,具体用于:将所述目标商户的组合后视频预览信息和所述目标商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述目标商户对应的视频卡片。
在一种可能的实施方式中,所述信息查询请求还包括具体位置,则所述商户确定单元902,具体用于:确定与所述具体位置匹配的多个备选商户;根据所述终端设备对应的用户授权数据和各所述备选商户的待使用信息,确定各所述备选商户的推荐得分;其中,所述待使用信息用于表示所述备选商户提供的备选对象的推荐参考因素;根据各所述备选商户的推荐得分,从所述多个备选商户中筛选出所述多个商户。
在一种可能的实施方式中,若所述商户的个数为N,且第n个商户对应的候选视频的个数为M n,则所述视频筛选单元903,具体用于:根据所述第n个商户对应的第m个候选视频的视频属性,确定所述第m个候选视频的推荐评分;其中,m为正整数,m≤M n,M n为正整数,n为正整数,n≤N,N为正整数;将所述第n个商户对应的M n个候选视频中具有最高推荐评分的候选视频,确定为所述第n个商户对应的展示视频;其中,n为正整数,n≤N,N为正整数。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种设备,所述设备包括处理器以及存储器:
所述存储器用于存储计算机程序;
所述处理器用于根据所述计算机程序执行本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法的任一实施方式。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机可读存储介质,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法的任一实施方式。
另外,本申请实施例还提供了一种计算机程序产品,所述计算机程序产品在终端设备上运行时,使得所述终端设备执行本申请实施例提供的信息查询方法的任一实施方式。
应当理解,在本申请中,“至少一个(项)”是指一个或者多个,“多个”是指两个或两个以上。“和/或”,用于描述关联对象的关联关系,表示可以存在三种关系,例如,“A和/或B”可以表示:只存在A,只存在B以及同时存在A和B三种情况,其中A,B可以是单数或者复数。字符“/”一般表示前后关联对象是一种“或”的关系。“以下至少一项(个)”或其类似表达,是指这些项中的任意组合,包括单项(个)或复数项(个)的任意组合。例如,a,b或c中的至少一项(个),可以表示:a,b,c,“a和b”,“a和c”,“b和c”,或“a和b和c”,其中a,b,c可以是单个,也可以是多个。

Claims (20)

  1. 一种信息查询方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    接收信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类相关的关键词;
    在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向排列多个视频资源;其中,各所述视频资源包括视频预览信息和视频内容所属商户的商户特征信息,所述商户提供的对象与所述关键词相匹配;
    响应于对任一视频资源包括的商户的商户特征信息的触发操作,展示该商户在多个维度下的聚合内容;其中,所述多个维度至少包括视频维度和对象维度。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述视频资源以视频卡片的形式展示,所述视频卡片由所述视频预览信息和所述商户特征信息按照预设拼接方式拼接得到;
    所述方法还包括:
    响应于在所述预设方向上的滑动操作,在所述搜索结果页的第一区域切换展示所述视频卡片。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求还包括地理位置,所述方法还包括:
    在所述视频预览信息上展示推荐标识,多个所述视频资源按照推荐标识进行排列;其中,所述推荐标识基于所述关键词在所述地理位置对应的商户推荐列表确定。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述搜索结果页展示所述关键词在所述地理位置对应的推荐提示信息;
    响应于对所述推荐提示信息的触发操作,展示推荐商户聚合页面;其中,所述推荐商户聚合页面的第二区域展示关键词的标签和多个实体类别的标签,所述推荐商户聚合页面的第三区域展示任一所述标签对应的推荐商户榜单,所述实体类别基于所述关键词确定,所述推荐商户榜单包括各推荐商户的特征信息和提供对象的对象信息。
  5. 根据权利要求1或2所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    响应于对目标视频预览信息的触发操作,按照预设展示方式展示所述目标视频预览信息对应的目标视频资源;其中,所述预设展示方式包括视频展示方式和商户特征信息展示方式;所述视频展示方式为全屏播放;所述商户特征信息展示方式为浮于视频预设位置;其中,所述至少一个视频预览信息包括所述目标视频预览信息;
    响应于垂直方向上的第一滑动操作,按照预设展示方式展示所述目标视频资源对应的下一个视频资源;其中,所述下一个视频资源在所述搜索结果页的排列序号大于所述目标视频资源的排列序号;
    响应于垂直方向上的第二滑动操作,按照预设展示方式展示所述目标视频资源对应的上一个视频资源;其中,所述上一个视频资源在所述搜索结果页的排列序号小于所述目标视频资源的排列序号。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于,所述方法还包括:
    在所述目标视频预览信息对应的目标视频上展示至少一个待使用控件;其中,所述至少一个待使用控件包括对象信息展示控件和/或意愿表达控件;
    若所述至少一个待使用控件包括对象信息展示控件,则响应于针对所述对象信息展示控件的触发操作,展示所述对象的购买信息;
    若所述至少一个待使用控件包括意愿表达控件,则响应于针对所述意愿选择控件触发操作,更新所述意愿表达控件的显示状态。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个视频资源的获取过程,包括:
    根据所述关键词确定多个商户,以使各所述商户提供的对象与所述关键词相匹配;
    从各所述商户对应的至少一个候选视频中筛选出各所述商户对应的展示视频,获取各所述展示视频关联的视频资源。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求还包括地理位置,所述根据所述关键词确定多个商户,包括:
    根据所述关键词和所述地理位置,确定待使用推荐列表;其中,所述待使用推荐列表用于表示所述关键词在所述地理位置对应的商户推荐列表;
    从所述待使用推荐列表中确定所述多个商户。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于,所述视频维度包括商户视频维度、对象视频维度、和路线视频维度中至少一个;
    和/或,
    所述对象维度包括对象介绍维度和对象评论维度中的至少一个。
  10. 一种信息查询方法,其特征在于,所述方法包括:
    获取信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类相关的关键词;
    根据所述关键词确定多个商户;其中,所述商户提供的对象与所述关键词相匹配;
    从各所述商户对应的至少一个候选视频中筛选出各所述商户对应的展示视频,获取各所述展示视频关联的视频资源;其中,所述视频资源包括视频预览信息和商户特征信息;
    将各所述视频资源发送给所述终端设备,以使所述终端设备展示各所述视频资源。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述将所述多个商户对应的视频资源发送给所述终端设备,包括:
    分别根据各所述商户对应的视频资源,生成各所述商户对应的视频卡片;其中,所述视频卡片由所述视频预览信息和所述商户特征信息按照预设拼接方式拼接得到;
    将多个商户对应的视频卡片发送给所述终端设备。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的方法,其特征在于,所述多个商户包括目标商户,所述目标商户对应的视频卡片的生成过程包括:
    根据所述目标商户的商户特征信息,生成所述目标商户对应的展示控件,以使所述展示控件用于展示所述目标商户的商户特征信息;
    根据所述目标商户在多个维度下的聚合内容,生成所述展示控件对应的跳转页面,以使所述跳转页面用于展示所述目标商户在多个维度下的聚合内容;其中,所述展示控件对应的跳转页面是指响应于对所述展示控件的触发操作进行展示的页面;
    将所述目标商户的视频预览信息和所述目标商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述目标商户对应的视频卡片。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求还包括地理位置,所述方法还包括:
    获取所述关键词在所述地理位置对应的商户推荐列表,所述商户推荐列表包括所述多 个商户的推荐顺序,所述推荐顺序基于所述商户的交互数据生成;
    根据所述商户推荐列表,确定所述目标商户的推荐标识;
    将所述目标商户的推荐标识和所述目标商户的视频预览信息按照预设组合方式进行组合,得到所述目标商户的组合后视频预览信息;
    所述将所述目标商户的视频预览信息和所述目标商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述目标商户对应的视频卡片,包括:
    将所述目标商户的组合后视频预览信息和所述目标商户对应的展示控件按照预设拼接方式拼接,得到所述目标商户对应的视频卡片。
  14. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,所述信息查询请求还包括具体位置,则所述多个商户的确定过程,包括:
    确定与所述具体位置匹配的多个备选商户;
    根据所述终端设备对应的用户授权数据和各所述备选商户的待使用信息,确定各所述备选商户的推荐得分;其中,所述待使用信息用于表示所述备选商户提供的备选对象的推荐参考因素;
    根据各所述备选商户的推荐得分,从所述多个备选商户中筛选出所述多个商户。
  15. 根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,若所述商户的个数为N,且第n个商户对应的候选视频的个数为M n,则所述第n个商户对应的展示视频的确定过程,包括:
    根据所述第n个商户对应的第m个候选视频的视频属性,确定所述第m个候选视频的推荐评分;其中,m为正整数,m≤M n,M n为正整数,n为正整数,n≤N,N为正整数;
    将所述第n个商户对应的M n个候选视频中具有最高推荐评分的候选视频,确定为所述第n个商户对应的展示视频。
  16. 一种终端设备,其特征在于,包括:
    请求接收单元,用于接收信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类相关的关键词;
    结果展示单元,用于在搜索结果页展示按照预设方向排列多个视频资源;其中,各所述视频资源包括视频预览信息和视频内容所属商户的商户特征信息,所述商户提供的对象与所述关键词相匹配;
    内容展示单元,用于响应于对任一视频资源包括的商户的商户特征信息的触发操作,展示该商户在多个维度下的聚合内容;其中,所述维度至少包括视频维度和对象维度。
  17. 一种服务器,其特征在于,包括:
    请求获取单元,用于获取信息查询请求,所述信息查询请求至少包括与生活服务类相关的关键词;
    商户确定单元,用于根据所述关键词确定多个商户;其中,所述商户提供的对象与所述关键词相匹配;
    视频筛选单元,用于从各所述商户对应的至少一个候选视频中筛选出各所述商户对应的展示视频,获取各所述展示视频关联的视频资源;其中,所述视频资源包括视频预览信息和商户特征信息;
    视频发送单元,用于将各所述视频资源发送给所述终端设备,以使所述终端设备展示 各所述视频资源。
  18. 一种设备,其特征在于,所述设备包括处理器以及存储器:
    所述存储器用于存储计算机程序;
    所述处理器用于根据所述计算机程序执行权利要求1-9中任一项所述的信息查询方法,或者执行权利要求10-15中任一项所述的信息查询方法。
  19. 一种计算机可读存储介质,其特征在于,所述计算机可读存储介质用于存储计算机程序,所述计算机程序用于执行权利要求1-9中任一项所述的信息查询方法,或者执行权利要求10-15中任一项所述的信息查询方法。
  20. 一种计算机程序产品,其特征在于,所述计算机程序产品在终端设备上运行时,使得所述终端设备执行权利要求1-9中任一项所述的信息查询方法,或者执行权利要求10-15中任一项所述的信息查询方法。
