本申请涉及一种显示技术领域,尤其涉及一种显示装置。
背景技术
随着电子设备呈现逐步降低窄边框的发展趋势,目前的下边界处的柔性电路板(英文全称:Flexible Printed Circuit,简称:FPC)&GOA走线排布等制约了手机窄边框的发展。
技术问题
现阶段市面主要通过弯折工艺将FPC&GOA走线弯折至屏体背面,如图1,现有技术的显示装置包括显示区以及弯折区,弯折区主要包括BP1(第一背板,厚度为H1)、SCF(缓冲散热层,厚度为H2)、stiffener(粘合层,厚度为H3)、BP2层(第二背板,厚度为H4),可预见的是当弯折半径R越小,则下边界区边框长度(L1+R)越小。但弯折半径R越小,要求弯折区域模组结构厚度H(2R=H=H1+H2+ H3+H4)越小,但为了满足产品所需要的材料性能,模组结构厚度H无法无限制的薄化。受此限制,市面上产品厚度H值基本维持在0.5-0.7mm水准(对应的弯折半径 R为0.25-0.35)。
因此,需要寻求一种新型的显示装置以解决上述问题。
技术解决方案
本申请目的提供一种显示装置,以解决现有技术中模组结构厚度H无法无限制薄化,进而导致弯折半径R无法减小的问题。
本申请提供一种显示装置,包括:显示面板,包括显示部、弯折至所述显示面板背面的绑定部以及连接所述显示部以及所述绑定部的弯折部;粘合层,设于所述显示部与所述绑定部之间;以及缓冲散热层,设于所述显示面板的显示部朝向所述绑定部的一侧;所述缓冲散热层在所述显示部上的投影与所述粘合层在所述显示部上的投影不重叠。
进一步的,所述缓冲散热层位于所述粘合层远离所述弯折部的一侧。
进一步地,所述的显示装置还包括:第一背板,设于所述粘合层与所述显示部之间;以及第二背板,设于所述粘合层与所述绑定部之间;其中,所述粘合层设于所述第一背板与所述第二背板之间。
进一步的,所述弯折部的弯折半径为r,所述粘合层的膜厚为h1,所述第一背板的膜厚为h2,所述第二背板的膜厚为h3,所述h1+ h2+ h3=2r。

有益效果
本申请提供一种显示装置,本申请中的粘合层设于所述显示部与所述绑定部之间;缓冲散热层设于所述显示面板的显示部朝向所述绑定部的一侧;所述缓冲散热层在所述显示部上的投影与所述粘合层在所述显示部上的投影不重叠;使得本申请的显示装置的弯折直径等于第一背板、第二背板以及粘合层三者的厚度之和,且本申请的显示装置的弯折直径小于0.5mm,相较于现有技术中的弯折直径等于第一背板、第二背板、粘合层以及缓冲散热层的厚度之和,本申请的显示装置的弯折直径无需计量缓冲散热层的厚度,使得本申请的显示装置的弯折半径小于现有显示装置的弯折半径,从而降低显示装置的边框宽度,实现窄边框效果,提高产品竞争力。

其中,所述显示面板101包括显示部1011、弯折至所述显示面板101背面的绑定部1013、以及连接所述显示部1011和所述绑定部1013的弯折部1012。
其中,所述粘合层103设于所述显示部1011与所述绑定部1013之间。具体的,所述粘合层103设于所述第一背板102与所述第二背板104之间。
本实施例中,所述粘合层103包括:第一胶层(图未示),设于所述显示部与所述绑定部之间,便于与所述第二背板104进行粘接;第二胶层(图未示),设于所述第一胶层与所述显示部之间,便于与所述第一背板102进行粘接;以及中间层(图未示),设于所述第一胶层与所述第二胶层之间,主要起缓冲作用;其中,所述中间层的材质包括热塑性聚酯、泡棉中的一种,所述第一胶层与所述第二胶层可以为压敏胶(英文全称:pressure sensitive adhesives,简称:PSA)。在其他实施例中,所述粘合层103还可以为单层的胶层结构。所述粘合层103的厚度范围为50-300um。
所述缓冲散热层106设于所述显示面板101的显示部1011朝向所述绑定部1013的一侧,且位于所述粘合层103远离所述弯折部1012的一侧;具体的,所述缓冲散热层106贴合于所述第一背板102朝向所述第二背板104的一侧的表面上。所述缓冲散热层106在所述显示部1011上的投影与所述粘合层103在所述显示部1011上的投影不重叠。本实施例中,所述缓冲散热层106在所述显示部1011上的投影与所述粘合层103在所述显示部1011上的投影之间有间隙。即将所述缓冲散热层106不设置于所述粘合层103与第一背板102之间,由此本申请的显示装置100的弯折半径仅由第一背板102、第二背板104以及粘合层103的厚度决定,不用考虑缓冲散热层106的厚度。

综上,本申请中的粘合层103设于所述显示部1011与所述绑定部1013之间;缓冲散热层106设于所述显示面板101的显示部1011朝向所述绑定部1013的一侧;所述缓冲散热层106在所述显示部1011上的投影与所述粘合层103在所述显示部1011上的投影不重叠;使得本申请的显示装置100的弯折直径等于第一背板102、第二背板104以及粘合层103三者的厚度之和,且本申请的显示装置100的弯折直径小于0.5mm,相较于现有技术中的弯折直径等于第一背板、第二背板、粘合层以及缓冲散热层的厚度之和,本申请的显示装置100的弯折直径无需计量缓冲散热层106的厚度,使得本申请的显示装置100的弯折半径小于现有显示装置的弯折半径,从而降低显示装置100的边框宽度,实现窄边框效果,提高产品竞争力。
但是,弯折半径r越小,弯折区的显示面板101产生的反弹性越大,所以我们需要调节粘合层103的粘性以满足显示装置100对抗反弹性能的要求。具体的,可以通过调整粘合层103的材质或增加粘合层103的厚度以实现提高粘合层103的粘性的效果。当增加粘合层103的厚度以提高粘合层103的粘性时,需保持 h1+ h2+ h3=2r,且h1+ h2+ h3<0.5mm。

    所述缓冲散热层在所述显示部上的投影与所述粘合层在所述显示部上的投影不重叠。
