Description

인쇄회로기판 모듈 및 전자장치
본 실시예는 인쇄회로기판 모듈 및 전자장치에 관한 것이다.
자동차의 전기장치로는 엔진전기장치(시동장치, 점화장치, 충전장치)와 등화장치가 일반적이나, 최근에는 차량이 보다 전자제어화 됨으로써 샤시 전기장치를 포함한 대부분의 시스템들이 전기전자화 되고 있는 추세이다.
자동차에 설치되는 램프, 오디오, 히터, 에어컨 등의 각종 전장품(전자장치)들은 자동차 정지시에는 배터리로부터 전원을 공급받고, 주행시에는 발전기로부터 전원을 공급받도록 되어 있는데, 이때 통상의 전원 전압으로 14V계 전원 시스템의 발전용량이 사용되고 있다.
최근 들어 정보기술 산업의 발달과 더불어 자동차의 편의성 증대를 목적으로 하는 다양한 신기술(모터식 파워 스티어링, 인터넷 등)들이 차량에 접목되고 있으며, 앞으로도 현 자동차 시스템을 최대한 이용할 수 있는 신기술의 개발이 계속될 전망이다.
전장품 내에는 다수의 전자부품이 배치된다. 일 예로, 상기 전자부품은 인쇄회로기판을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판은 상기 전장품의 외형을 형성하는 하우징 내 배치된다.
상기 인쇄회로기판 상에는 적어도 하나 이상의 소자가 배치 또는 실장된다. 상기 소자는 전기적인 연결을 위해, 상기 인쇄회로기판 상에 솔더링된다. 상기 인쇄회로기판은, 코팅 영역과, 상기 코팅 영역 이외의 영역인 비코팅 영역을 포함하며, 상기 소자가 배치되는 영역은 솔더링을 위해 비코팅 영역일 수 있다.
그러나, 종래 기술에 따른 인쇄회로기판은 코팅 영역과 비코팅 영역에 대한 구분이 어려워, 생산 효율이 저해되는 문제점이 있다.
본 실시예는 코팅 영역과 비코팅 영역을 즉각적으로 구분할 수 있고, 코팅액이 비코팅영역으로 침범하는 것을 방지할 수 있는 인쇄회로기판 모듈 및 전자장치를 제공하는 것에 있다.
또한, 인쇄회로기판의 패드와 땜납 사이에 공간 발생을 최소화하여, 전자부품을 인쇄회로기판에 견고하게 고정할 수 있는 전자장치를 제공하는 것에 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈은, 제1영역과 제2영역을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판; 상기 제1영역에 배치되는 전자부품; 및 상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역 사이에 배치되는 구획라인을 포함하고, 상기 구획라인은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 표면에 대해 단차지게 배치된다.
상기 제2영역은 코팅액이 도포되는 영역이고, 상기 제1영역은 상기 전자부품이 솔더링되는 영역일 수 있다.
상기 구획라인은 상기 전자부품을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 라인을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 복수의 라인 중 인접한 라인 사이에는 상호 이격되도록 갭(gap)이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 라인 중 인접한 라인 사이 간격은 각각의 라인의 두께보다 작을 수 있다.
상기 각각의 라인의 두께는 0.2mm 내지 0.4mm이고, 상기 인접한 라인 간 간격은 0.05mm 내지 0.15mm일 수 있다.
상기 복수의 라인은, 상기 전자부품의 외측에 배치되는 제1라인; 상기 제1라인의 외측에 배치되는 제2라인; 및 상기 제2라인의 외측에 배치되는 제3라인을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 구획라인의 재질은 실크(silk)일 수 있다.
상기 전자부품과 상기 구획라인은 상호 이격될 수 있다.
본 실시예에 따른 전자장치는, 하우징; 및 상기 하우징 내 배치되는 인쇄회로기판 모듈을 포함하고, 상기 인쇄회로기판 모듈은, 제1영역과 제2영역을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판; 상기 제1영역에 배치되는 전자부품; 및 상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역 사이에 배치되는 구획라인을 포함하고, 상기 구획라인은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 표면에 대해 단차지게 배치된다.
본 실시예를 통해 구획라인을 통한 인쇄회로기판 표면과의 단차 효과로, 코팅 영역에 코팅액 도포 시, 비코팅 영역으로 코팅액이 침범하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 인쇄회로기판 상에 솔더 영역과, 실크 재질의 구획라인 간 표면 저항 차이에 의해, 코팅액이 다른 영역으로 퍼지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 패드와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간을 최소화할 수 있고, 패드와 땜납 사이의 결합력을 최대화할 수 있다. 이에 따라, 인쇄회로기판에 결합된 전자부품이 분리되는 현상을 방지하는 장점이 있다.

도 1 내지 도 3을 참조하면, 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈은, 전자장치의 외형을 이루는 하우징(미도시) 내 배치될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판 모듈은 인쇄회로기판(100)과, 전자부품(110)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(100)은 플레이트 형상으로 형성되며, 상면 또는 하면에 적어도 하나 이상의 전자부품(소자)이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 전자부품은 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 외면 상에 솔더링(soldering)될 수 있으며, 이에 따라 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 또는 다른 전자부품과 전기적으로 연결될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(100)은 코팅 영역(B)과, 비코팅 영역(A)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 코팅 영역(B)은 코팅액이 도포되는 영역일 수 있다. 상기 비코팅 영역(A)은 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 외면 중 상기 코팅 영역(B) 이외의 영역으로서, 코팅액이 도포되지 않는 영역일 수 있다. 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이, 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 표면 중 전자부품(110)이 배치되는 영역은, 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 상에서 솔더링을 위해 코팅액이 도포되지 않는 비코팅 영역(A)일 수 있다.
상기 비코팅 영역(A)은 제1영역으로 이름할 수 있고, 상기 코팅 영역(B)은 제2영역으로 이름할 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 표면에는 상기 코팅 영역(B)과 상기 비코팅 영역(A)을 구획하는 구획라인(200)이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 구획라인(200)은 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 상에 솔더링되는 상기 전자부품(100)의 외측에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 구획라인(200)은 상기 전자부품(100)의 둘레를 따라 배치될 수 있다. 상기 구획라인(200)은 상기 전자부품(100)과 소정거리 이격되며, 상기 구획라인(200)의 내측에 상기 전자부품(100)이 배치될 수 있다.
상기 구획라인(200)은 실크(silk) 재질로 형성되며, 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 표면으로부터 돌출되는 형상일 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 구획라인(200)이 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 상면에 배치된다 할 때, 상기 구획라인(200)의 상면은 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 상면 보다 상방으로 단차지게 배치될 수 있다. 또 다른 예로, 상기 구획라인(200)이 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 하면에 배치된다 할 때, 상기 구획라인(200)의 하면은 상기 인쇄회로기판(100)의 하면 보다 하방으로 단차지게 배치될 수 있다.
상기 구획라인(200)을 통해 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 상에서 상기 코팅 영역(B)과 상기 비코팅 영역(A)이 즉각적으로 구분될 수 있다. 상기 구획라인(200)의 내측에는 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 상에 솔더링되는 복수의 전자부품(110)이 배치될 수 있다.
상기 구획라인(200)은 도 1에 도시된 바와 같이 장방형의 단면 형상을 가질 수 있다. 그러나, 이는 예시적인 것이며, 상기 구획라인(200)은 원형을 포함한 다양한 형상으로 형성될 수 있다.
상기 구획라인(200)은 복수의 라인을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 복수의 라인은 상기 전자부품(110)을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 구획라인(200)은 제1라인(210)과, 상기 제1라인(210)의 외측에 배치되는 제2라인(220)과, 상기 제2라인(220)의 외측에 배치되는 제3라인(230)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 제1 내지 3라인(210, 220, 230)은 상호 이격되게 배치되며, 상기 복수의 라인 중 인접한 라인 간에는 갭(gap)이 형성될 수 있다.
보다 구체적으로, 상기 복수의 라인(210, 220, 230) 중 인접한 라인 사이 간격은 각각의 라인의 두께보다 작게 형성될 수 있다. 상기 각각의 라인(210, 220, 230)의 두께는 상기 인접한 라인 간 간격의 3배 이상 일수 있다. 일 예로, 상기 각각의 라인(210, 220, 230)의 두께는 0.2mm 내지 0.4mm 일 수 있고, 상기 인접한 라인 간 간격은 0.05mm 내지 0.15mm 일 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 상기 구획라인(200)을 통한 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 표면과의 단차 효과로, 상기 코팅 영역(B)에 코팅액 도포 시, 상기 비코팅 영역(A)으로 코팅액이 침범하는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
또한, 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 상에 솔더 영역과, 실크 재질의 상기 구획라인(200) 간 표면 저항 차이에 의해, 코팅액이 다른 영역으로 퍼지는 것을 방지할 수 있다.
도 2는 상기 구획라인(200)과 인접한 코팅 영역(B)에 코팅액을 도포 후 5초가 경과된 상태를 촬영한 사진이고, 도 3은 상기 구획라인(200)과 인접한 코팅 영역(B)에 코팅액을 도포 후 18시간이 경과된 상태를 촬영한 사진이다.
도 2 및 도 3에와 같이, 상기 구획라인(200)에 의해, 상기 구획라인(200)과 인접한 코팅 영역(B)으로 코팅액을 도포하더라도, 상기 비코팅 영역(A)으로 코팅액이 침범하는 것이 방지될 수 있다. 특히, 코팅액의 완전 경화를 위한 18시간 후에도, 상기 구획라인(200)의 복수의 라인 구조에 의해, 코팅액이 인접한 라인 사이 갭 영역까지만 유동될 수 있을 뿐, 비코팅 영역(A)까지로의 흐름은 완전히 차단되는 것을 확인할 수 있다.
도 4는 본 발명의 제1실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈의 평면도 이고, 도 5는 도 4의 A-A'를 도시한 단면도 이며, 도 6은 종래 기술에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈의 단면도 이다.
도 4 및 5를 참조하면, 본 실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈은, 상기 전자부품(110)의 솔더링 공정 후 상기 비코팅 영역(A)으로 코팅액(300) 도포 시, 상기 구획라인(200)에 의해 상기 구획라인(200)과 인접한 상기 비코팅 영역(A)의 가장자리 영역에서도 일정 두께(t)의 코팅 영역이 형성될 수 있다. 이는 상기 비코팅 영역(A)에서 도포된 코팅액(30) 또한 마찬가지로, 상기 구획라인(200)에 의해 상기 코팅 영역(B)으로 유동되는 것이 방지되는데 따른 효과이다.
또한, 상기 구획라인(200)을 통해 상기 전자부품(110)의 배치 영역 내 코팅되는 코팅 영역은, 적어도 일부가 상기 구획라인(110)의 두께와 동일한 영역을 가질 수 있다.
그러나, 도 6을 참조하면, 종래 기술에 따른 인쇄회로기판 모듈의 경우, 코팅액의 유동을 방지하기 위한 별도의 구획라인이 존재하지 않으므로, 코팅액의 퍼짐 현상에 의한 균일한 코팅 두께의 확보가 어려운 문제점이 있다.
한편, 본 명세서에서, 상기 인쇄회로기판(100) 내 전자부품(110)이 배치되는 영역을 비코팅 영역(A)으로 정의하고, 상기 비코팅 영역(A) 이외의 영역을 코팅 영역(B)으로 정의하여 설명하였으나, 이를 한정하는 것은 아니며, 상기 전자부품(110)이 배치되는 영역이 코팅 영역, 이외의 영역이 비코팅 영역으로 형성되어, 상기 코팅 영역과 상기 비코팅 영역 사이에 구획라인(200)이 배치될 수도 있다.
이하에서는 제2실시예에 따른 전자장치에 대해 설명하기로 한다.
도 7은 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 인쇄회로기판의 표면을 도시한 도면이고, 도 8는 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 패드의 표면을 도시한 도면이다. 도 7 및 도 8를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제2실시예에 따른 전자장치는, 하우징(미도시) 또는 브라켓(미도시), 인쇄회로기판(1100), 패드(1200), 전자부품(미도시) 및 땜납(미도시)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 하우징 또는 브라켓에는 인쇄회로기판(1100)이 결합될 수 있다. 상기 하우징 또는 브라켓은 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)이 배치되는 영역을 포함할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 상기 하우징 내에는 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)이 배치되는 공간이 형성되거나, 상기 브라켓의 표면에는 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)이 결합되는 설치면이 형성될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 표면에는 회로 패턴이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)은 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면에서 타면을 관통하는 홀(미도시)을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 홀은 나사가 삽입되는 홀 일 수 있다. 상기 홀은 전자부품의 적어도 일부가 삽입되는 홀 일 수 있다. 상기 홀에 삽입되는 나사를 통하여 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)은 상기 하우징의 공간 또는 상기 브라켓의 설치면에 결합될 수 있다.
상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면 또는 타면에는 전자부품이 배치될 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면 또는 타면에는 상기 패드(1200)가 배치될 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면 및 타면에는 패드(1200)가 배치될 수 있다. 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)에 배치되는 패드(1200)에는 전자부품의 적어도 일부가 결합될 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)은 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 표면에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)는 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면 또는 타면에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)는 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 일면 및 타면에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)는 복수로 구비될 수 있다. 상기 복수의 패드(1200)는 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 표면에서 상호 이격되게 배치될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)는 베이스 부재와 표면층을 포함할 수 있다. 상기 표면층은 상기 베이스 부재의 표면에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 베이스 부재의 재질은 구리일 수 있다. 상기 표면층의 재질은 금 또는 은일 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)는 단면이 원형일 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 홈이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 전자부품의 적어도 일부가 배치될 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)의 타면은 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 표면과 마주할 수 있다. 상기 패드(1200)의 타면은 상기 인쇄회로기판(1100)의 표면과 결합될 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 제1홈(1210)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 직선 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 직선홈으로 이름할 수도 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)에 의해 상기 패드(1200)는 다수의 영역으로 분할될 수 있다. 상기 다수의 영역은 원주 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 일단이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 향하도록 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 일단이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)과 이격되게 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 반경방향 외측을 향하도록 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제1홈(1210)은 복수로 형성될 수 있다. 상기 복수의 제1홈(1210)은 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 상기 복수의 제1홈(1210)은 원주 방향으로 상호 이격되게 배치될 수 있다.
상기 복수의 제1홈(1210)은 길이가 서로 상이할 수 있다. 예를 들어, 원주 방향으로 이웃하게 배치되는 복수의 제1홈(1210)의 길이는 서로 상이할 수 있다. 이 경우, 상대적으로 길이가 긴 제1홈(1210)은 제1-1홈(1211)으로 이름하고, 상대적으로 길이가 짧은 제1홈(1210)은 제1-2홈(1212)으로 이름할 수 있다. 상기 제1-2홈(1212)은 복수의 제1-1홈(1211) 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제1-1홈(1211)은 복수의 제1-2홈(1212) 사이에 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제1-1홈과 상기 제1-2홈은 원주방향을 따라 상호 교번되게 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제1-1홈(1211)의 일단은 상기 제1-2홈(1212)의 일단 보다 상기 패드(1200)의 중심에 가깝게 배치될 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에 배치되는 땜납이 용융되는 과정에서 발생하는 기포가 상기 제1-1홈(1211) 또는 상기 제1-2홈(1212)을 따라 유동할 수 있다. 상기 제1-1홈(1211) 또는 상기 제1-2홈(1212)은 타단이 상기 패드(200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 있으므로, 땜납이 상기 패드(1200)를 벗어나는 영역까지 형성되지 않는 한, 상기 기포는 상기 제1-1홈(1211) 또는 상기 제1-2홈(1212)을 따라 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간이 감소되어 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 간의 결합이 견고하게 유지될 수 있다.
이하에서는 제3실시예에 대한 패드에 대해 설명하기로 한다.
도 9는 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 패드의 표면을 도시한 도면이다.
본 실시예에서는 다른 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예와 동일하고, 다만 패드 내 홈의 배치에 따른 차이가 있다. 따라서, 이하에서는 본 실시예의 특징적인 부분에 대해서만 설명을 하고, 나머지 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예에 대한 설명을 원용하기로 한다.
도 9를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제3실시예에 따른 전자장치의 패드(1200)는 제3홈(1213) 및 제4홈(1220)을 포함할 수 있다.

상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 제4홈(1220)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 곡선의 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 곡선홈으로 이름할 수도 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 상기 제4홈(1220)의 곡률 반경의 중심이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)과 대응될 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 호(arc) 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 호의 중심각이 90°일 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 복수의 상기 제3홈(1213) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)은 상기 복수의 제3홈(1213) 중 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 복수의 제3홈(1213) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제4홈(1220)의 양단은 서로 이웃하는 복수의 상기 제3홈(1213)과 연결되어 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제4홈(1220)은 상기 패드의 반경방향으로 형성되어 상기 패드(1200)와 동심원을 형성할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에 배치되는 땜납이 용융되는 과정에서 발생하는 기포가 상기 제3홈(1213)을 따라 유동할 수 있다. 상기 제3홈(1213)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 있으므로, 땜납이 상기 패드(1200)를 벗어나는 영역까지 형성되지 않는 한, 상기 기포는 상기 제3홈(1213)을 따라 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기포는 상기 패드(1200) 상에서 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 형성되는 상기 제3홈(1213) 사이 영역에서 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기포는 서로 이웃하는 복수의 제3홈(1213) 사이에서 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 서로 이웃하는 상기 복수의 제3홈(1213) 사이에는 상기 제4홈(1220)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제4홈(1220)의 양단은 상기 복수의 제3홈(1213)에 연결되어 형성되므로, 상기 기포는 상기 제4홈(1220)을 따라 유동하여 상기 제3홈(1213)으로 유입될 수 있다. 상기 제3홈(1213)으로 유입된 기포는 상기 제3홈(1213)의 타단으로 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간이 감소되어 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 간의 결합이 견고하게 유지될 수 있다.
도 10은 본 발명의 제4실시예에 따른 패드의 표면을 도시한 도면이다.
이하에서는 제4실시예에 대한 패드에 대해 설명하기로 한다. 본 실시예에서는 다른 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예와 동일하고, 다만 패드 내 홈의 배치에 따른 차이가 있다. 따라서, 이하에서는 본 실시예의 특징적인 부분에 대해서만 설명을 하고, 나머지 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예에 대한 설명을 원용하기로 한다.

상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에 배치되는 땜납이 용융되는 과정에서 발생하는 기포가 상기 제5홈(1214)을 따라 유동할 수 있다. 상기 제5홈(1214)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 있으므로, 땜납이 상기 패드(1200)를 벗어나는 영역까지 형성되지 않는 한, 상기 기포는 상기 제5홈(1214)을 따라 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기포는 상기 패드(1200) 상에서 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 형성되는 상기 제5홈(1214) 사이 영역에서 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기포는 서로 이웃하는 복수의 제5홈(1214) 사이에서 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 서로 이웃하는 상기 복수의 제5홈(1214) 사이에는 상기 제6홈(1230)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제6홈(1230)의 양단은 상기 복수의 제5홈(1214)에 연결되어 배치되므로, 상기 기포는 상기 제6홈(1230)을 따라 유동하여 상기 제5홈(1214)으로 유입될 수 있다. 상기 제5홈(1214)으로 유입된 기포는 상기 제5홈(1214)의 타단으로 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간이 감소되어 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 간의 결합이 견고하게 유지될 수 있다.
도 11은 본 발명의 제5실시예에 따른 패드의 표면을 도시한 도면이다.

상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 제9홈(1250)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 곡선의 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 제2곡선홈으로 이름할 수 도 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은, 상기 제9홈(1250)의 곡률 반경의 중심이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)에 대응할 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 호(arc) 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 호의 중심각이 90°인 호일 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 상기 제8홈(1240)으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 복수의 상기 제7홈(1215) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)은 상기 복수의 제7홈(1215) 중 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 복수의 제7홈(1215) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제9홈(1250)의 양단은 서로 이웃하는 복수의 상기 제7홈(1215)과 연결되어 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제9홈(1250)은 상기 패드의 반경방향으로 형성되어 상기 패드(1200)와 동심원을 형성할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에 배치되는 땜납이 용융되는 과정에서 발생하는 기포가 상기 제7홈(1215)을 따라 유동할 수 있다. 상기 제7홈(1215)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 있으므로, 땜납이 상기 패드(1200)를 벗어나는 영역까지 형성되지 않는 한, 상기 기포는 상기 제7홈(1215)을 따라 유동하여 상기 드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기포는 상기 패드(1200) 상에서 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 형성되는 상기 제7홈(1215) 사이 영역에서 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기포는 서로 이웃하는 복수의 제7홈(1215) 사이에서 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 서로 이웃하는 상기 복수의 제7홈(1215) 사이에는 상기 제8홈(1240) 또는 상기 제9홈(1250)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제8홈(1240) 또는 상기 제9홈(1250)의 양단은 상기 복수의 제7홈(1215)에 연결되어 형성되므로, 상기 기포는 상기 제8홈(1240) 또는 상기 제9홈(1250)을 따라 유동하여 상기 제7홈(1215)으로 유입될 수 있다. 상기 제7홈(1215)으로 유입된 기포는 상기 제7홈(1215)의 타단으로 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간이 감소되어 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 간의 결합이 견고하게 유지될 수 있다.
도 12는 발명의 제6실시예에 따른 패드의 표면을 도시한 도면이다.
이하에서는 제6실시예에 대한 패드에 대해 설명하기로 한다.
본 실시예에서는 다른 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예와 동일하고, 다만 패드 내 홈의 배치에 따른 차이가 있다. 따라서, 이하에서는 본 실시예의 특징적인 부분에 대해서만 설명을 하고, 나머지 부분에 있어서는 제2실시예에 대한 설명을 원용하기로 한다.
도 12를 참조하면, 본 발명의 제6실시예에 따른 전자장치의 패드(1200)는 제10홈(1216), 제11홈(1260) 및 제12홈(1270)을 포함할 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 복수의 제10홈(1216)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 직선 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 직선홈으로 이름할 수도 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)에 의해 상기 패드(1200)는 다수의 영역으로 분할될 수 있다. 상기 다수의 영역은 원주 방향을 따라 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 일단이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 향하도록 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)과 반경 방향으로 연결되게 배치될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 반경방향 외측을 향하도록 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 복수로 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216)은 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 배치될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216)은 원주방향으로 45°의 각도를 이루도록 배치될 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 제11홈(1260)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 곡선의 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 제1곡선홈으로 이름할 수도 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 곡률 반경의 중심이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)에 대응할 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 호(arc) 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 호의 중심각이 45°인 호일 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)에서 상기 패드(1200)의 반경방향 외측으로 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 상기 복수의 제10홈(1216) 중 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 복수의 제10홈(1216) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)은 후술할 제12홈(1270)과 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201) 사이에서 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)의 양단은 서로 이웃하는 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216)과 연결되어 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제11홈(1260)은 상기 패드의 반경방향으로 형성되어 상기 패드(1200)와 동심원을 형성할 수 있다.
상기 패드(1200)의 일면에는 제12홈(1270)이 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 곡선 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 제2곡선홈으로 이름할 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은, 상기 제12홈(1270)은 곡률 반경의 중심이 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)에 대응할 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 호(arc) 형상일 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 호의 중심각이 45°인 호일 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 상기 제11홈(1260)으로부터 반경방향 외측으로 이격되어 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)은 상기 복수의 제10홈(1216) 중 서로 이웃하여 배치되는 복수의 제10홈(1216) 사이에 형성될 수 있다. 상기 제12홈(1270)의 양단은 서로 이웃하는 복수의 상기 제10홈(1216)과 연결되어 형성될 수 있다. 복수의 상기 제12홈(1270)은 상기 패드의 반경방향으로 형성되어 상기 패드(1200)와 동심원을 형성할 수 있다. 상기 제11홈(1260)과 상기 제12홈(1270)은 동심원을 형성할 수 있다.
상기와 같은 구조에 따르면, 표면실장기술(SMT)과정에서 상기 패드(1200)의 일면에 배치되는 땜납이 용융되는 과정에서 발생하는 기포가 상기 제10홈(1216)을 따라 유동할 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)은 타단이 상기 패드(1200)의 가장자리영역(1202)까지 연장되어 있으므로, 땜납이 상기 패드(1200)를 벗어나는 영역까지 형성되지 않는 한, 상기 기포는 상기 제10홈(1216)을 따라 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다.
또한, 상기 기포는 상기 패드(1200) 상에서 상기 패드(1200)의 중심(1201)을 기준으로 방사상으로 형성되는 상기 제10홈(1216) 사이 영역에서 형성될 수 있다. 즉, 상기 기포는 서로 이웃하는 복수의 제10홈(1216) 사이에서 형성될 수 있다. 이 경우, 서로 이웃하는 상기 복수의 제10홈(1216) 사이에는 상기 제11홈(1260) 또는 상기 제12홈(1270)이 형성되어 있고, 상기 제11홈(1260) 또는 상기 제12홈(1270)의 양단은 상기 복수의 제10홈(1216)에 연결되어 형성되므로, 상기 기포는 상기 제11홈(1260) 또는 상기 제12홈(1270)을 따라 유동하여 상기 제10홈(1216)으로 유입될 수 있다. 상기 제10홈(1216)으로 유입된 기포는 상기 제10홈(1216)의 타단으로 유동하여 상기 패드(1200)의 외측으로 배출될 수 있다. 따라서 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 사이에 형성되는 공간이 감소되어 상기 패드(1200)와 땜납 간의 결합이 견고하게 유지될 수 있다.
이상에서, 본 발명의 실시 예를 구성하는 모든 구성 요소들이 하나로 결합하거나 결합하여 동작하는 것으로 설명되었다고 해서, 본 발명이 반드시 이러한 실시 예에 한정되는 것은 아니다. 즉, 본 발명의 목적 범위 안에서라면, 그 모든 구성 요소들이 하나 이상으로 선택적으로 결합하여 동작할 수도 있다. 또한, 이상에서 기재된 '포함하다', '구성하다' 또는 '가지다' 등의 용어는, 특별히 반대되는 기재가 없는 한, 해당 구성 요소가 내재할 수 있음을 의미하는 것이므로, 다른 구성 요소를 제외하는 것이 아니라 다른 구성 요소를 더 포함할 수 있는 것으로 해석되어야 한다. 기술적이거나 과학적인 용어를 포함한 모든 용어들은, 다르게 정의되지 않는 한, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자에 의해 일반적으로 이해되는 것과 동일한 의미가 있다. 사전에 정의된 용어와 같이 일반적으로 사용되는 용어들은 관련 기술의 문맥상의 의미와 일치하는 것으로 해석되어야 하며, 본 발명에서 명백하게 정의하지 않는 한, 이상적이거나 과도하게 형식적인 의미로 해석되지 않는다.
이상의 설명은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 예시적으로 설명한 것에 불과한 것으로서, 본 발명이 속하는 기술 분야에서 통상의 지식을 가진 자라면 본 발명의 본질적인 특성에서 벗어나지 않는 범위에서 다양한 수정 및 변형이 가능할 것이다. 따라서, 본 발명에 개시된 실시 예들은 본 발명의 기술 사상을 한정하기 위한 것이 아니라 설명하기 위한 것이고, 이러한 실시 예에 의하여 본 발명의 기술 사상의 범위가 한정되는 것은 아니다. 본 발명의 보호 범위는 아래의 청구범위에 의하여 해석되어야 하며, 그와 동등한 범위 내에 있는 모든 기술 사상은 본 발명의 권리범위에 포함되는 것으로 해석되어야 할 것이다.

Claims (10)

  1. 제1영역과 제2영역을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판;
    상기 제1영역에 배치되는 전자부품; 및
    상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역 사이에 배치되는 구획라인을 포함하고,
    상기 구획라인은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 표면에 대해 단차지게 배치되는 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  2. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 제2영역은 코팅액이 도포되는 영역이고,
    상기 제1영역은 상기 전자부품이 솔더링되는 영역인 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  3. 제1항에 있어서,
    상기 구획라인은 상기 전자부품을 중심으로 방사상으로 배치되는 복수의 라인을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  4. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 라인 중 인접한 라인 사이에는 상호 이격되도록 갭(gap)이 형성된 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  5. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 라인 중 인접한 라인 사이 간격은 각각의 라인의 두께보다 작은 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  6. 제 5 항에 있어서,
    상기 각각의 라인의 두께는 0.2mm 내지 0.4mm이고,
    상기 인접한 라인 간 간격은 0.05mm 내지 0.15mm인 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  7. 제 3 항에 있어서,
    상기 복수의 라인은,
    상기 전자부품의 외측에 배치되는 제1라인;
    상기 제1라인의 외측에 배치되는 제2라인; 및
    상기 제2라인의 외측에 배치되는 제3라인을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  8. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 구획라인의 재질은 실크(silk)인 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  9. 제 1 항에 있어서,
    상기 전자부품과 상기 구획라인은 상호 이격되는 인쇄회로기판 모듈.
  10. 하우징; 및
    상기 하우징 내 배치되는 인쇄회로기판 모듈을 포함하고,
    상기 인쇄회로기판 모듈은,
    제1영역과 제2영역을 포함하는 인쇄회로기판;
    상기 제1영역에 배치되는 전자부품; 및
    상기 제1영역과 상기 제2영역 사이에 배치되는 구획라인을 포함하고,
    상기 구획라인은 상기 인쇄회로기판의 표면에 대해 단차지게 배치되는 전자장치.
