Abstract
一种固定座(200)、连接座(300)、灯体组件(500)及灯具固定装置(400),属于照明技术领域。固定座(200),用于设置在安装基础上,包括第一结合部(220),利用第一结合部(220)实现与连接座(300)的机械连接,由此使得与灯体相连的连接座(300)能够与固定座(200)快速连接或拆装。其中,第一结合部(220)包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽(221),安装槽(221)包括开口端(2211)、第一卡接面(2212)和限位结构(2213),该安装槽(221)适于与连接座(300)上沿径向面延伸、沿周向设置的第一凸起(321)配合连接,其中,限位结构(2213)用于限定第一凸起(321)从开口端(2211)进入第一卡接面(2212)的深度,也就是实现周向一个方向的限位,第一卡接面(2212)可以用于卡接实现轴向定位,由此利用安装槽(221)实现固定座(200)与连接座(300)的机械连接。
Description
本发明涉及照明技术领域,尤其涉及一种固定座、连接座、灯体组件及灯具固定装置。
目前,在灯具安装时,需要在包括天花板在内的安装基础上,先安装底盘,再在底盘上分别安装电源和光源,然后再进行电路接线以及盖上灯罩。
这种安装方式使得用户需要耗费较长的时间才能完成灯具安装,而且当安装基础为天花板时,用户需要长时间双手抬臂进行操作。也就是灯具的安装、维修或拆卸过程耗时费力。
发明内容
为了解决灯具安装、维修或拆卸过程耗时费力的问题,本申请提供一种连接快捷、方便、稳定的固定座、连接座、灯体组件及灯具固定装置。
第一方面,本发明提供一种固定座,用于设置在安装基础上,与灯具的连接座配合连接,所述固定座包第一结合部,所述第一结合部沿周向设置且包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽,所述安装槽包括依次设置的开口端、第一卡接面和限位结构,所述第一卡接面背向所述连接座并连接所述开口端和所述限位结构,所述限位结构沿轴向面延伸。
上述的固定座,所述固定座还包括第一电气连接部,所述第一结合部和所述第一电气连接部绕一转动轴同轴设置。
上述的固定座,所述固定座包括第二结合部,所述第二结合部沿周向设置,所述第二结合部至少用于进行周向上的限位。
上述的固定座,所述第一结合部沿周向设置且位于所述第一电气连接部的外周;或所述第一电气连接部沿周向设置于所述第一结合部的外周;或所 述第一电气连接部沿周向环绕于所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部之间。

第四方面,本发明提供一种灯体组件,包括灯体,以及如上任一项所述的连接座,所述灯体包括电源模块,所述电源模块设置于所述电源收容腔内。

本发明提供的固定座,用于设置在安装基础上,包括第一结合部,利用第一结合部实现与连接座的机械连接,由此使得与灯体相连的连接座能够与固定座快速连接或拆装。其中,第一结合部包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽,安装槽包括开口端、第一卡接面和限位结构,该安装槽适于与连接座上沿径向面延伸、沿周向设置的第一凸起配合连接,其中,限位结构用于限定第一凸起从开口端进入第一卡接面的深度,也就是实现周向一个方向的限位,第一卡接面可以用于卡接实现轴向定位,由此利用安装槽实现固定座与连接座的机械连接。

实施例1
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明实施例提供的接线盒100,包括壳体110、接线端子120和压线弹片130。
其中,壳体110具有贯穿内外的进线口111,即壳体110具有内腔,接线端子120和压线弹片130位于壳体110的内腔中,且接线端子120和压线弹片130之间形成有导线卡接空间。相对接线端子120,压线弹片130靠近进线口111设置。
如图4所示,接线端子120具有相对设置的导线抵接部121和安装部122,以及连接板123。安装部122贴向所述壳体110设置,也就是接线端子120借助该安装部122实现在壳体110内的固定。该连接板123连接导线抵接部121和安装部122,连接板123上设置有相邻的插接空间1231和挂接支承部1232,插接空间1231贯穿连接板123,挂接支承部1232则远离导线抵接部121且靠近安装部122设置。
如图5所示,压线弹片130具有第一自由部131和第一固定部132,第一自由部131与导线抵接部121之间形成导线卡接空间,相对第一固定部132, 第一自由部131靠近导线卡接空间,当压线弹片130的第一自由部131受到靠近第一固定部132的外力时,第一自由部131也就远离导线卡接空间。固定座可以包括挂接区1321,该挂接区1321自进线口111的一侧穿入插接空间1231并勾接在挂接支承部1232上,也就是由挂接支承部1232对挂接区1321进行支承。
当然,压线弹片130的第一自由部131和第一固定部132是相对而言的。由于接线端子120具有卡接空间和挂接支承部1232的,压线弹片130具有与卡接空间、挂接支承部1232匹配的挂接区1321,使得压线弹片130的第一固定部132可以至少部分由接线端子120支承,进而避免完全由壳体110支承,导致压线弹片130受力时壳体110受力集中的问题。
其中,插接空间1231可以是连接板123上呈口字形,即在连接板123的中部贯穿设置,也可以是不是口字形,而是与连接板123的边沿连通。
在第一自由部131和导线抵接部121之间形成导线卡接空间,由此第一自由部131受外力作用而靠近或远离导线抵接部121,从而增大或减小导线卡接空间的尺寸,以便于导线穿入导线卡接空间或被夹持在导线卡接空间内。
为了方便导线沿直线穿入且能够被夹持在导线卡接空间,进线口111的轴线和导线卡接空间在同一直线上。显然,进线口111的数量可以等于导线卡接空间的数量,以及等于压线弹片130、接线端子120的数量。
为了进一步减轻压线弹片130受力时壳体110受力集中的问题,本发明实施例中,第一自由部131可以部分穿入插接空间1231内并抵接导线抵接部121(参图7)。其中,导线抵接部121位于连接板123背离进线口111的一侧,第一自由部131自进线口111的一侧穿入插接空间1231后与在常态下抵接导线抵接部121,导线抵接部121与第一自由部131之间形成导线卡接空间。第一自由部131在常态下(没有外力作用变形时)就可以抵接导线抵接部121,也就是常态下导线卡接空间较小,导线能够被夹持于其中,第一自由部131受外力作用下,远离导线抵接部121进而增大导线卡接空间才尺寸, 以便于导线自进线口111接插至导线卡接空间内。
由此,本发明实施例中,接线盒100上压线弹片130的第一固定部132和第一自由部131都有部分穿入插接空间1231而抵靠在接线端子120上,使得压线弹片130受力时这些压力至少部分传递至接线端子120上,由接线端子120传递至壳体110,从而避免压线弹片130对壳体110施加的压力过于集中的问题。
本发明实施例中,导线抵接部121可以包括导线抵接面,该导线抵接面朝向安装部122设置,且可以为锯齿面1211(参图6),以提高导线被夹持在导线卡接空间内的静摩擦力。其中,锯齿面1211的每条锯齿延伸方向可以垂直于进线口111的轴线。当然,导线抵接部121还可以包括导线抵接背面,该导线抵接背面与导线抵接面相背设置,可以贴合壳体110内壁设置,以此提高接线端子120在壳体110内部的稳固性。
挂接区1321可以为第一固定部132中远离第一自由部131的翻边形成(参图5)。挂接区1321的横截面可以呈弧形,以能够搭接在挂接支承部1232上。其中,挂接区1321可以包括挂接面,所述挂接面朝向所述挂接支承部1232并背离所述第一自由部131,显然挂接面为压线弹片130的一个受压面,在压线弹片130的第一自由部131受外力作用时,挂接面承受压力且抵接挂接支承部1232。
安装部122包括安装面1221,安装面1221用于贴合壳体110内壁且背向导线抵接部121。壳体110上设置有按压口112和按压件113,按压口112贯穿壳体110内外,按压件113沿该按压口112的轴向活动设置于按压口112上,且按压口112与按压件113背向安装面1221设置,压线弹片130的第一自由部131靠近按压口112设置而第一自由部131远离按压口112,即第一固定部132靠近安装部122设置。按压件113穿过按压口112后抵接第一自由部131,并在壳体110外部的外力作用下驱使第一自由部131向靠近第一 固定部132设置,也就是远离导线抵接部121。
本发明实施例中,进线口111的轴向与按压口112的轴向可以相互垂直,也就是外部导线从进线口111插入导线卡接空间内后,按压件113可以沿垂直于导线插入方向对第一自由部131施加变形压力。而且,进线口111的轴向平行于安装面1221的所在面,按压口112的轴向垂直于安装面1221。当然,部分实施例中,进线口111的轴线与按压口112的轴线可以不是相互垂直的,以能够实现压线弹片130的功能即可。
如图2和图5所示,压线弹片130还包括圆弧弯折区133,第一固定部132还包括第一过渡区1322,第一过渡区1322连接圆弧弯折部和挂接区1321。第一自由部131包括细窄区1311和第二过渡区1312。第二过渡区1312连接于圆弧弯折区133和细窄区1311之间并抵接按压件113,细窄区1311穿入插接空间1231并抵接导线抵接部121。第一过渡区1322和第二过渡区1312相对设置,挂接区1321为自第一过渡区1322向远离第二过渡区1312的方向翻边形成。压线弹片130中,第一过渡区1322、第二过渡区1312和细窄区1311的延伸面且均倾斜,自安装部122至按压口112方向,第一过渡区1322、第二过渡区1312和细窄区1311逐渐远离进线口111的所在壁面。由此,细窄区1311、第二过渡区1312倾斜而不会阻止导线穿入导线卡接空间(或者说具有一定的导向作用),又由于,细窄区1311和第二过渡区1312的延伸面不是沿进线口111的轴向延伸的,因此,细窄区1311和第二过渡区1312可以对导线抵接部121施加较大的弹力。
应当理解,压线弹片130是由金属弹性材料一体制成或一体设置的,第二过渡区1312可以具有弹性且能够适当变形。圆弧弯折区133和第一过渡区1322可以抵接壳体110内壁,由此使得压线弹片130在壳体110内由除了由接线端子120支承外,还可以由壳体110直接支承,使其在壳体110内具有较高的稳定性。
为了方便挂接区1321穿入插接空间1231后勾接在挂接支承部1232,以使得挂接支承部1232能够支承挂接区1321,以及提高挂接区1321勾接在挂接支承部1232的可靠性,连接板123在壳体110内相对安装面1221也是倾斜设置的,自安装部122至按压口112方向,连接板123逐渐靠近进线口111的所在壁面。换言之,连接板123的延伸面与压线弹片130中细窄区1311、第一过渡区1322、第二过渡区1312的延伸面大致相互垂直。而且,连接板123如此倾斜设置,也可以使得导线抵接部121靠近进线口111的所在壁面,减小接线盒100的尺寸。
需要说明的是,上述连接板123、压线弹片130倾斜设置是相对接线端子120的安装面1221而言的,安装面1221在没有特殊情况下在壳体110内认为是水平设置的。
本发明实施例中,如图4所示,接线端子120上还可以包括定位部124,定位部124自导线抵接部121朝进线口111的所在壁面延伸,定位部124可以抵接在壳体110内壁上,由此进一步提高接线端子120在壳体110内的稳定性。当然,定位部124也可以悬空设置而不抵接壳体110内壁。
接线盒100中可以包括至少两个并联设置的接线端子120,至少两个接线端子120的联系方向可以定义为宽度方向。定位部124的宽度尺寸可以等于插接空间1231的宽度尺寸。或者,也可以是定位部124的外形尺寸等于插接空间1231的外形尺寸,具体是两者的长度尺寸、宽度尺寸和后的尺寸均相同。显然,这种情况下,定位部124可以是由接插空间上的金属部分翻折形成的。
而且,连接板123的宽度尺寸和导线抵接部121的宽度尺寸可以相等。
为了使得设置于按压口112上的按压件113沿轴向活动时能够驱使第一自由部131运动,在垂直于安装面1221的方向上,按压件113能够移动的所在线与第一自由部131至少部分重叠,换言之,在垂直于安装面1221的方向 上,第一自由部131在安装面1221上的正投影与按压件113在安装面1221上的正投影重叠。然而,由于上述接线端子120上定位部124的设置,使得定位部124可能位于按压件113和第一自由部131之间,显然,定位部124应当避开按压件113对第一自由部131施加的作用力。
本发明实施例中,按压件113上具有按压脚1131(参图3),按压脚1131朝向第一自由部131延伸且避开定位部124。具体的,可以是在定位部124上开设避让孔以使按压脚1131穿过后能够抵接第一自由部131,也可以如本申请中,定位部124的宽度尺寸较小,第一自由部131与按压脚1131抵接的位置具有较大的宽度尺寸,因此,按压脚1131能够从定位部124的两边穿过而抵接第一自由部131。
其中,第一自由部131可以包括细窄区1311和第二过渡区1312,由于细窄区1311穿入插接空间1231,因此第二过渡区1312位于插接空间1231外用于抵接按压件113。其中,相对细窄区1311,第二过渡区1312靠近进线口111且远离导线抵接部121,细窄区1311可以穿入插接空间1231后抵接导线抵接部121,也就是细窄区1311的宽度尺寸可以小于或等于插接空间1231的宽度尺寸,而第二过渡区1312的宽度尺寸大于细窄区1311的宽度尺寸,以用于对细窄区1311的穿入深度进行限位,该第二过渡区1312位于插接空间1231外并与按压件113相互抵接,在按压件113的作用下能够带动第一自由部131变形。
为了使得按压脚1131能够抵接第一自由部131的第二过渡区1312而不会接触位于按压件113和第一自由部131之间的定位部124,第二过渡区1312区的宽度尺寸大于定位部124的宽度尺寸,按压脚1131可以避开定位部124而抵接第二过渡区1312,即按压脚1131与定位部124保持间距。
虽然在本发明实施例中,第二过渡区1312和第一自由部131相对安装面1221倾斜设置,为了提高按压件113对第二过渡区1312的按压效果,按压 脚1131朝向第二过渡区1312的端面为水平面,第二过渡区1312抵接按压脚1131的部分也可以为水平面(平行于安装面1221)。
本发明实施例中,在垂直于宽度方向上,可以看到压线弹片130大致呈U型,细窄区1311和挂接区1321分别位于U型两末端上,也就是第二过渡区1312和第一过渡区1322大致相互平行。而且,为了使得挂接区1321能够穿入插接空间1231,挂接区1321的宽度尺寸小于或等于插接空间1231的宽度尺寸,而第二过渡区1312的宽度尺寸大于插接空间1231的宽度尺寸。
如图4所示,本发明实施例中,接线端子120还可以包括耦合部125和应变部126,应变部126连接安装部122和耦合部125,应变部126自安装部122朝远离安装面1221的方向延伸。耦合部125用于与接线盒100匹配的电气进行电性连接,应变部126能够变形,用于为耦合部125提供受力后移动的能力,以提高耦合部125与其他电气电性连接的可靠性。此外,沿垂直于安装面1221的方向上,相对导线抵接部121,耦合部125可以远离或靠近安装部122。当然,相对导线抵接部121,耦合部125远离安装部122从而使得应变部126具有足够的长度尺寸,也就进一步提高应变部126的变形能力和耦合部125与其他电气电性连接的可靠性。
本发明实施例中,如图4所示,接线端子120还可以包括弹性加强部127,该弹性加强部127连接于应变部126和安装部122之间,用于提高应变部126的应变能力,降低应变部126变形后弹性失效的概率。其中,弹性加强部127可以呈弯折V型,相对耦合部125更靠近安装部122设置。
为了提高接线端子120设置在壳体110内的稳定性,本发明实施例中,每一接线端端子的安装面1221上可以设置至少两个定位孔1222,对应的壳体110内设置有定位件。至少两个定位孔1222与对应的至少两个定位件之间具有防错设计。
壳体110可以包括对接板114,按压口112贯穿设置于对接板114上。在 对接板114上设置至少两个相互绝缘的收容槽,收容槽贯穿壳体110内外,至少两个接线端子120的耦合部125分别设置在至少两个收容槽内,由此实现耦合部125与外部电气的电性连接,使得收容槽具有电连接能力。显然,接线端子120的数量可以等于收容槽的数量;部分情况下,接线端子120的数量可以大于收容槽的数量。
为了在将接线盒100与目的对象(如下面实施例提供的固定座200的第一主体部240)进行机械连接时能够相对转动而不影响接线盒与目标对象的电性连接,接线盒上的至少两个收容槽可以呈以一转动轴10为中心的回转结构。可以是至少两个收容槽绕该转动轴10呈同心圆设置,如图1所示,收容槽(图1中包括第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142和第三收容槽1143)可以呈圆形或圆环形;作为变形,也可以是至少两个收容槽位于一转动轴10的同一圆周上,则收容槽呈弧形,每个收容槽到该转动轴10的距离都相同。显然,为了实现有效地电性连接,各收容槽之间相互绝缘,收容槽数量为两个时,两个收容槽分别是L极和N极;收容槽数量为三个时,三个收容槽分别是L极、地极和N极,且三个收容槽分别与三个进线口111对应,而且,三个进线口111也分别连接L极、地极和N极的外部导线。此外,收容槽的数量也可以多于三个,如四个、五个等等。
如图1所示,示出了在对接板114由外至内的三个收容槽,分别是第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142和第三收容槽1143。
其中,对接板114上设置有向内凹陷的第一收容腔。该第一收容腔的内壁构成具有一定高度的圆柱状的第一绝缘部、在第一绝缘部内设置有与第一绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第二绝缘部、以及在第二绝缘部内设置有与第二绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第三绝缘部,第一绝缘部和第二绝缘部之间形成环状的第一收容槽1141,第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部之间形成环状的第二收容槽1142,第三绝缘部中央设置有圆形的第三收容槽1143。
壳体110还可以包括盒体侧壁115,盒体侧壁115的延伸面垂直于安装面1221,且该盒体侧壁115的延伸面可可以与对接板114的延伸面相互垂直。接线盒100上包括第一可拆卸连接部117,第一可拆卸连接部117沿周向延伸并环绕于所述盒体侧壁115外,用于将壳体110可拆卸连接至目标对象上。
其中,第一可拆卸连接部117包括延伸部1171和缺口1172,延伸部1171自盒体侧壁115朝远离壳体110内壁的方向压缩,缺口1172沿盒体侧壁115的延伸面贯穿该延伸部1171。第一可拆卸连接部117还可以包括斜面引导区1173和紧固区1174,斜面引导区1173在轴线上与缺口1172相邻设置,紧固区1174与斜面引导区1173在周向上平滑接合。紧固区1174适于夹持于目标对象上,由此实现第一可拆卸连接部117与目标对象的可拆卸连接。
其中,沿轴向方向观察,缺口1172可以是周向闭环口(即与延伸部1171的外边缘保持距离),也可以是开环口(即与延伸部1171的外边缘保持连接)。如图1所示,为了提高结构的紧凑程度,本发明实施例中缺口1172可以是开环口。
壳体110还可以包括安装板116,该安装板116与按压口112相对设置,且安装板116的延伸面垂直于盒体侧壁115的延伸面。安装板116包括相背设置的内表面和外表面,内表面贴合接线端子120的安装面1221,相对第一可拆卸连接部117,外表面远离按压口112。换言之,在外表面和第一可拆卸连接部117之间形成有台阶,利用该台阶可以方便接线盒100安装到目标对象上时的预定位。
本发明实施例中,接线端子120应当由导电弹性材料制成。其中,接线端子120可以是制造过程中一体成型的,如铸造得到的,也可以是分段制得后连接在一起。例如,接线端子120中的连接板123、导线抵接部121和定位部124是一体制得的,安装部122、耦合部125和应变部126也是一体制得的,然后将连接部与安装部122连接(如焊接)得到接线端子120。另外, 还可以是连接板123、导线抵接部121和定位部124是一体制得的,耦合部125和应变部126一体制得,而安装部122为电路板,由此将连接板123和应变部126分别连接在电路板上,且实现了连接板123和应变部126的电性连接。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种灯具固定装置400,包括配对使用的固定座200和连接座300。其中,固定座200可以预先安装到屋顶或天花板之类的安装基础上,连接座300则预先安装到灯具中,进而可以实现灯具快速便捷地与屋顶或天花板之类的安装基础的连接。
图8为本发明实施例2提供的灯具固定装置400中固定座200在一视角下的结构示意图,图9为固定座200在另一视角下的爆炸图,图10为固定座200在又一视角下的结构示意图,图11为固定座200与连接座300匹配后的结构示意图,图12为连接座300在一视角下的结构示意图。图13为照明装置600的分解图,图14为照明装置600沿转动轴10的轴向剖视图,其中在图13和图14的照明装置600中,灯体组件500中的连接座300的第二外缘部350的尺寸可以沿径向向外延伸,由此增大连接座300的径向面尺寸,因此,图13和图14中的连接座300的径向尺寸明显大于图8至图12的连接座300的径向尺寸。以下结合图8-图14分别介绍相关结构。
如图8、图9、图10和图11所示,固定座200的第一电气连接部210可以与连接座300上的第二电气连接部310相互嵌入连接,也就是第一电气连接部210与第二电气连接部310凹凸配合实现电气连接。第一电气连接部210上具有至少两个相互绝缘设置的收容槽,各个收容槽内具有能够电性连接的耦合部125,如两个、三个或四个及以上,对应的,第二电气连接部310上也具有至少两个导电端子,如两个、三个或四个及以上,各导电端子与各收容槽内的耦合部125电性连接。
本发明实施例中,沿某一方向延伸,可以指大致沿该方向延伸,也可以是绝对地沿该方向延伸。而且,本申请的周向是指固定座200、连接座300、灯具固定装置400的圆周方向,轴向是指灯具固定装置400上固定座200至连接座300的延伸方向,径向指垂直于轴向的方向。
固定座200包括第一电气连接部210和第一结合部220,第一结合部220沿周向设置与第一电气连接部210绕一转动轴10同轴设置。第一结合部220包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽221,该安装槽221包括依次设置的开口端2211、第一卡接面2212和限位结构2213,其中,第一卡接面2212背向连接座300并连接开口端2211和限位结构2213,该限位结构2213沿轴向面延伸。该安装槽221适于与连接座300上沿径向面延伸、沿周向设置的第一凸起321配合连接,其中,限位结构2213用于限定第一凸起321从开口端2211进入第一卡接面2212的深度,也就是实现周向一个方向的限位,第一卡接面2212可以用于卡接实现轴向定位,由此利用安装槽221可以实现固定座200与连接座300的机械连接。
如图10所示,在第一卡接面2212上设置有弹性筋条22121,该弹性筋条22121沿开口端2211至限位结构2213的方向延伸且呈弧形,且弧形的圆心与至少两个周向设置的安装槽221的圆心同心设置。显然,该圆心与实施例1中的转动轴10共线。由此,连接座300的第三结合部与固定座200的第一结合部220结合时能够绕该转动轴10相对转动,且相对转动过程中,由于第一卡接面2212上具有弹性筋条22121,使得第一卡接面2212与第二卡接面3211能够紧密配合,避免固定座200和连接座300匹配后相对晃动。如图10所示,每个第一卡接面2212上可以设置有两条弹性筋条22121。
本发明实施例中,至少两个安装槽221沿一圆周方向均匀分布,其数量可以是两个、三个、四个及以上等。
本发明实施例中固定座200还可以具有第二结合部230。其中,第二结 合部230沿周向设置,至少用于进行周向上的限位连接。
第一结合部220沿周向设置且位于第一电气连接部210的外周。作为变形,可以是第一电气连接部210沿周向设置于第一结合部220的外周,或第一电气连接,210沿周向环绕于第一结合部210和第二结合部230之间。
固定座200还可以包括第一主体部240和第一外缘部250,第一外缘部250环绕第一主体部240。
固定座200还可以包括第一侧壁260,第一侧壁260环绕第一主体部240的外周,第一外缘部250环绕第一侧壁260的外周,换言之,固定座200的径向面上,由中心至外周依次设置第一主体部240、第一侧壁260和第一外缘部250。
本发明实施例中,第一结合部220可以设置于第一主体部240上,第二结合部230可以设置于第一外缘部250上。作为变形,也可以是第一结合部220和第二结合部230均设置于第一主体部240上,或均设置于第一外缘部250上,或者第一结合部220设置于第一外缘部250上,第二结合部230设置于第一主体部240上。而且,第一结合部220和第二结合部230都是沿周向设置的。
本发明实施例中,第一主体部240可以包括底端部241,该底端部241沿径向面延伸。底端部241可以呈板状。第一侧壁260自底端部241的外围沿轴向朝连接座300延伸。相对底端部241,第一电气连接部210靠近连接座300设置。其中,底端部241上可以设置第一结合部220。作为变形,底端部241上还可以仅设置第二结合部230,或同时设置第一结合部220和第二结合部230。
其中,第二结合部230沿周向设置,至少用于进行周向上与限位结构2213相反的限位,即具有止退功能,因此,通过限位结构2213和第二结合部230 可以实现连接座300在固定座200上沿周向顺时针和逆时针两个方向的限位。而且,第二结合部230还能够用于轴向上与第一卡接面2212相反的限位,也就是通过第一卡接面2212和第二结合部230可以实现连接座300在固定座200上沿轴向的两个相反方向的限位。
其中,第二结合部230包括沿周向依次排布且相连的固定端231和自由端232,固定端231固定连接于固定座200上,自由端232能够相对固定端231朝远离连接座300的方向移动以对连接座300施加轴向力,该轴向力自固定端231朝向连接座300方向,且自由端232朝向连接座300的面上设置有止退凸起2321,该止退凸起2321用于防止连接座300的第二凸起331与第二结合部230结合后反方向脱出,也就是降低将固定座200与连接座330装配后两者自动反方向运动而分离的概率,换言之,防止连接座300的第一凸起321沿第一方向滑入安装槽221后自动沿与第一方向相反的方向脱出安装槽221,也就是对第一凸起321进行限位。
为了进一步避免连接座300的第一凸起321沿第一方向滑入安装槽221后自动沿与第一方向相反的方向脱出安装槽221,自由端232朝向连接座300的面上还设置有第一卡接凹槽2322,相对第一卡接凹槽2322,止退凸起2321远离固定端231。该第一卡接凹槽2322可以卡接连接座300的第一凸起321,进一步实现连接座300和固定座200在周向的定位。
如图8所示,第一侧壁260和底端部241围绕形成容纳腔,第一电气连接部210可以设置于容纳腔中。该容纳腔的开口可以朝向连接座300,而且相对第一电气连接部210,底端部241可以远离连接座300设置。例如,第一电气连接部210可以设置在底端部241朝向连接座300的面上,而且是设置在底端部241的中部上。
第一电气连接部210可以用于与连接座300中的第二电气连接部310实现电性连接,而且,第一电气连接部210与固定座200的第一主体部240的 机械连接可以是固定连接,也可以是可拆卸连接。其中,第一电气连接部210可以是本发明实施例1中的接线盒100。当第一电气连接部210是本发明实施例1中的接线盒100时,为了实现底端部241与该接线盒100的可拆卸连接,底端部241上应具有第二可拆卸连接部242,第二可拆卸连接部242用于与接线盒100的第一可拆卸连接部117可拆卸连接。
为了实现第一主体部240和接线盒100的可拆卸连接,下文介绍本申请的第二可拆卸连接部242的结构,以及与实施例1中第一可拆卸连接部117的连接方式。
其中,第二可拆卸连接部242可以包括上述底端部241和卡爪2421,卡爪2421沿一转动轴10(同实施例1中的转动轴10)的周向排布,相对底端部241,卡爪2421靠近连接座300设置,且卡爪2421与顶端部341之间形成卡接间隙2422,该卡接间隙2422适于卡持接线盒100的紧固区1174。
如图9所示,第二可拆卸连接部242还可以包括限位挡板2423,限位挡板2423沿轴向延伸,相对卡爪2421,限位挡板2423远离该转动轴10的中心线。将本发明实施例1的接线盒100连接至本申请的第一主体部240上时,可以先将卡爪2421与接线盒100的缺口1172轴向对齐(两者的转动轴10共线),此时,第一可拆卸连接部117的延伸部1171的外边沿抵靠限位挡板2423,以在周向上两者对齐;然后沿转动轴10相对转动,使得第一可拆卸连接部117的斜面引导区1173和紧固区1174依次进入卡接间隙2422中,且紧固区1174被夹持于卡接间隙2422内,由此实现第一可拆卸连接部117和第二可拆卸连接部242之间的可拆卸连接。此外,由于接线盒100中壳体的外表面和第一可拆卸连接部117之间形成有台阶,对应的,第一主体部240上设置有预定位孔243,该预定位孔243的尺寸适于该台阶穿入,也就是利用该台阶和第一主体部240上的预定位孔243进一步实现接线盒100和第一主体部240的预定位,提高将两者连接对齐的便利性。卡爪2421的数量可以是三个, 或三个以上,如四个、五个等,缺口1172的数量与卡爪2421的数量可以相等或不相等。
其中,沿接线盒100的轴向方向观察,该缺口1172可以是周向闭环口(即与延伸部1171的外边缘保持距离),也可以是开环口(即与延伸部1171的外边缘保持连接)。为了提高结构的紧凑程度,本发明实施例中缺口1172也可以是开环口,此时由于缺口1172需要与卡爪2421匹配,限位挡板2423为了抵靠接线盒100中壳体的延伸部1171的外边缘,自然地限位挡板2423可以设置在相邻的两个卡爪2421之间,由此第一可拆卸连接部117与第二可拆卸连接部242的结构可以更加紧凑。作为一种变形,底端板上的缺口1172从轴向上观察也可以是闭环缺口1172,即没有贯通至底端板上的外边缘,此时,由于缺口1172与卡爪2421需要对齐匹配,限位挡板2423为了抵靠底端板的外边缘自然需要与卡爪2421之间保持距离,且限位挡板2423设置在卡爪2421的外围。
本发明实施例中,通过限位挡板2423的设置,可以进一步提高第一可拆卸连接部117和第二可拆卸连接部242之间的装配效率。
当然,第一可拆卸连接部117和第二可拆卸连接部242也可以不是如上述描述的结构,如常见的螺钉连接结构。
其中,如实施例1所提,接线盒100上的对接板114上(即第一电气连接部210朝向连接座300的端面上)可以设置至少两个收容槽,且至少两个收容槽相互绝缘且以一转动轴10为中心的回转结构。
可以是至少两个收容槽绕该转动轴10呈同心圆设置,如图1所示,收容槽可以呈圆形或圆环形;作为变形,也可以是至少两个收容槽位于一转动轴10的同一圆周上,则收容槽呈弧形,每个收容槽到该转动轴10的距离都相同。
显然,为了实现有效地电性连接,各收容槽之间相互绝缘,收容槽数量 为两个时,两个收容槽分别是L极和N极;收容槽数量为三个时,三个收容槽分别是L极、地极和N极。此外,收容槽的数量也可以多于三个,如四个、五个等等。
例如,如实施例1中接线盒100的对接板114上(即第一电气连接部210朝向连接座300的端面上)绕转动轴10由外至内可以包括相互绝缘设置的第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142和第三收容槽1143,各收容槽内都具有接线端子的耦合部125,对应的,连接座300上由外至内具有相互第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312和第三导电端子313。
作为一种变形,第一电气连接部210也可以不设置收容槽而是设置导电端子,对应的连接座300上的第二电气连接座300就设置收容槽而不是导电端子。
以上介绍了本发明实施例中第一结合部220的上的第二可拆卸连接部242与接线盒100的第二可拆卸连接部242的具体结构和连接方式,以下继续介绍本申请固定座200中的其他部件的结构。
本发明实施例中,第一结合部220的限位结构2213自所述底端部241朝向连接座300的面上向连接座300方向延伸(如沿轴向靠近连接座300延伸),第一卡接面2212自所述限位结构2213靠近连接座300的端面沿周向延伸,且相对所述底端部241,所述第一卡接面2212靠近所述连接座300设置。
底端部241上还具有第一过线孔2411,第一过线孔2411沿轴向贯穿设置,且可以是设置在第一电气连接部210和第一结合部220之间,外部导线从底端部241背向连接座300的一面穿入中容纳腔中,与位于容纳腔中的接线盒100电性连接,实现对接线盒100的供电。当然,作为变形,第一过线孔2411的位置可以不是设置在第一电气连接部210和第一结合部220之间,而是其他位置,具体其位置可以根据需要灵活设置,只要能够实现过线功能且符合安规要求即可。
第一外缘部250沿径向面延伸,第一侧壁260上具有沿轴向延伸的轴向导向部261,为了实现轴向导向部261的导向功能,轴向导向部261应比底端部241和第一外缘部250更靠近连接座300。因此,相对第一外缘部250,轴向导向部261远离底端部241。
该轴向导向部261能够用于引导固定座200与连接座300匹配时套接对齐,然后相对固定座200转动连接座300,以实现固定座200与连接座300的匹配连接。
固定座200还具有安装孔270,该安装孔270可以沿轴向设置于第一主体部240上,且位于第一结合部220的内圈,也就是比第一结合部220更靠近第一主体部240的周向中心。安装孔270的数量可以是三个、四个及以上等,且沿周向均匀分布。当然,作为变形,安装孔270也可以不是设置在第一主体部240上,而是设置于第一外缘部250,或者设置在第一外缘部250的外围。
第一电气连接部210可以位于第一主体部240上,且可以位于第一结合部220的内圈。部分特殊情况下,可以位于第一外缘部250上。
以上介绍了本发明实施例的固定座200,以下结合上述固定座200,介绍与该固定座200匹配的连接座300。
如图11和图12所示,连接座300包括第二电气连接部310和第三结合部,第三结合部沿轴线设置与第二电气连接部310绕一转动轴同轴设置,第三结合部包括第一凸起321,至少两个第一凸起321沿轴线设置且向所述固定座200方向凸起,所述第一凸起321包括第二卡接面3211,该第二卡接面3211背向固定座200,第一凸起321适于经固定座200的开口端2211滑入或滑出所述固定座200的安装槽221,并由限位结构2213限定滑入深度,使第二卡接面3211与第一卡接面2212配合。
本发明实施例中,连接座300还可以包括第四结合部,该第四结合部沿周向设置,用于与固定座200的第二结合部230匹配连接。其中,第四结合部可以包括第二凸起331。
连接座300可以包括第二主体部340,该第二主体部340上可以设置第三结合部和第二电气连接部310。
在连接座300上,还可以包括套接槽360,该套接槽360沿周向环绕第二主体部340设置,用于与固定座200的轴向导向部261套接连接。
本发明实施例中,连接座300还可以包括第二外缘部350,第二外缘部350环绕套接槽360的外周。其中,第三结合部和第四结合部可以设置于第二主体部340上,或设置于第二外缘部350上,或者其中之一设置于第二主体部340上另一设置于第二外缘部350上。本发明实施例中,第三结合部设置于第一主体部240上,第四结合部设置于第二外缘部350上。
第二主体部340还包括顶端部341,该顶端部341沿径向面延伸,套接槽360设置于顶端板的外围,套接槽360的槽口朝向固定座200设置。第三结合部可以连接于顶端部341上,相对顶端部341,第二电气连接部310远离固定座200设置。作为变形,第四结合部也可以设置在顶端部341上。
该第二外缘部350沿径向面延伸,第四结合部包括第二凸起331时可以沿周向设置于第二外缘部350朝向固定座200的面上。连接座300的第二外缘部350与固定座200的第一外缘部250在轴向上大致对齐,使得位于第二外缘部350上的第二凸起331能够与位于第一外缘部250上的第二结合部230连接。其中,连接座300与固定座200套接后,方可在外力驱使连接座300相对固定座200转动过程中,第二凸起331转动到第二结合部230的自由端232上,该自由端232相对固定端231变形并对第二凸起331施加自固定座200朝向连接座300的弹力,该弹力使得第一卡接面2212与第二卡接面3211相互抵接,进而实现固定座200和连接座300的轴向固定。而且,自由端232 上的止退凸起2321能够阻止第二凸起331自动脱离第二结合部230。
第二电气连接部310可以位于第二主体部340上,且位于第三结合部的内圈,部分特殊情况下,第二电气连接部310可以位于第二外缘部350上。
如图8、图12、图13和图14所示,为了实现固定座200和连接座300的电连接,第二电气连接部310朝向固定座200设置,且包括由外向内依次分布的第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312和第三导电端子313。固定座200的第一结合部220与所述连接座300的第三结合部连接时,所述第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312和第三导电端子313分别容纳于所述第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142以及第三收容槽1143中,从而实现所述固定座200的第一电气连接部210与所述连接座300的第二电气连接部310之间的电气连接。
其中,第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312为分别与第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142的大小和形状相适配的金属环,第三导电端子313为与第三收容槽1143的大小和形状相适配的金属针。当然,连接座300上的导电端子也可以都是金属环。而且,第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312、第三导电端子313相互绝缘,且呈以一转动轴10为中心的回转结构,即三者可以是同心圆结构。当然,导电端子的数量为两个时,也可以是同心圆结构。
作为变形,连接座300上的导电端子可以是分布于该转动轴10的同一圆周上的,此时导电端子可以均呈金属针,对应的收容槽呈弧形,则至少两个导电端子分别插入收容槽内后能够相对转动。当然,这种电性连接方式会随着导电端子数量的增多,使得连接座300和固定座200之间能够相对转动的角度减小。
本发明实施例提供的灯具固定装置400,适用于径向面尺寸小于550mm的灯体。
如图13和图14所示,连接座300与灯体连接形成灯体组件500,灯体 组件500与固定座200匹配连接后形成照明装置600。而且,灯体组件500可以将配光元件513或灯罩等与光源模块512、电源模块511密封罩设,密封罩设可以使得配光元件513或灯罩不可拆卸地罩设光源模块512、电源模块511,避免蚊虫等异物进入光源腔内而影响光线射出。
实施例3
上述实施2提供了一种灯具固定装置400,本发明实施例3提供另一种灯具固定装置400,包括配对使用的固定座200和连接座300,其中,固定座200可以预先安装到屋顶或天花板之类的安装基础上,连接座300则预先安装到灯具中,进而可以实现灯具快速便捷地与屋顶或天花板之类的安装基础的连接。
图15为本发明实施例3中灯具固定装置600的固定座200在一视角下的结构示意图,图16为图15中固定座200在另一视角下的结构示意图,图17为本发明实施例3中灯具固定装置400的连接座300在一视角下的结构示意图。图18为本发明实施例3中照明装置600包括固定座200与灯体组件500的结构示意图,图19为本发明实施例3中照明装置600的沿转动轴10的轴向剖视图,显然在图18和图19中的连接座300的径向尺寸明显大于图15-图17中的连接座300的径向尺寸,这是由于具体在照明装置600中连接座300的第二外缘部350可以根据需要沿径向向外延长。以下结合图15-图19分别介绍相关结构。
如图15和图16所示,固定座200的第一电气连接部210可以与连接座300上的第二电气连接部310相互嵌入连接,也就是第一电气连接部210与第二电气连接部310凹凸配合实现电气连接。第一电气连接部210上具有至少两个相互绝缘的收容槽,如两个、三个或四个及以上,对应的,第二电气连接部310上也具有至少两个导电端子,如两个、三个或四个及以上,各导电端子与各收容槽内的耦合部125电性连接。
本发明实施例中,沿某一方向延伸,可以指大致沿该方向延伸,也可以是绝对地沿该方向延伸。而且,本申请的周向是指固定座200、连接座300、灯具固定装置400的圆周方向,轴向是指灯具固定装置400上固定座200至连接座300的延伸方向,径向至垂直于轴向的方向。
固定座200包括第一电气连接部210和第一结合部220,第一结合部220沿周向设置且与第一电气连接部210绕转动轴10共轴设置。第一结合部220包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽221,该安装槽221包括依次设置的开口端2211、第一卡接面2212和限位结构2213,其中,第一卡接面2212背向连接座300并连接开口端2211和限位结构2213,该限位结构2213沿轴向面延伸。该安装槽221适于与连接座300上沿径向面延伸、沿周向设置的第一凸起321配合连接,其中,限位结构2213用于限定第一凸起321从开口端2211进入第一卡接面2212的深度,也就是实现周向一个方向的限位,第一卡接面2212可以用于卡接实现轴向定位,由此利用安装槽221可以实现固定座200与连接座300的机械连接。
本发明实施例中,至少两个安装槽221沿一圆周方向均匀分布,其数量可以是两个、三个、四个及以上等。
固定座200还可以包括第二结合部230,该第二结合部230沿周向设置,至少用于对固定座200和连接座300之间进行周向上的限位。
第一结合部220沿周向设置且位于第一电气连接部210的外周。作为变形,可以是第一电气连接部210沿周向设置于第一结合部220的外周,或第一电气连接,210沿周向环绕于第一结合部210和第二结合部230之间。
固定座200可以包括第一主体部240和第一外缘部250,第一外缘部250环绕第一主体部240的外周。
固定座200还可以包括第一侧壁260,第一侧壁260环绕第一主体部240 的外周,第一外缘部250环绕第一侧壁260设置,换言之,固定座200的径向面上,由中心至外周依次设置第一主体部240、第一侧壁260和第一外缘部250。其中,相对所述第一主体部240,所述第一外缘部250靠近连接座300设置。
本发明实施例中,第一结合部220可以设置于第二外缘部350上,第二结合部230位于第二主体部340上。作为变形,也可以是第一结合部220和第二结合部230均位于第二外缘部350上,或均位于第二主体部340上,或者前者位于第二主体部340后者位于第二外缘部350上。
第一主体部240还包括底端部241,底端部241沿径向面延伸,第一结合部220可以连接于底端部241上,相对底端部241,第一电气连接部210靠近连接座300设置。例如,底端部241呈圆环形,第一电气连接部210可以设置该圆环形处。
第二结合部230沿周向设置,至少用于进行周向上与限位结构2213相反的限位,即具有止退功能,因此,通过限位结构2213和第二结合部230可以实现连接座300在固定座200上沿周向顺时针和逆时针两个方向的限位。而且,第二结合部230还能够用于轴向上与第一卡接面2212相反的限位,也就是通过第一卡接面2212和第二结合部230可以实现连接座300在固定座200上沿轴向的两个相反方向的限位。
其中,第二结合部230包括沿周向依次排布且相连的固定端231和自由端232,固定端231固定连接于固定座200上,自由端232能够相对固定端231朝远离连接座300的方向移动以对连接座300施加轴向力,该轴向力自固定端231朝向连接座300方向,且自由端232朝向连接座300的面上设置有止退凸起2321,该止退凸起2321用于防止连接座300的第一凸起321沿第一方向滑入安装槽221后自动沿与第一方向相反的方向脱出安装槽221,也就是对第一凸起321进行限位。
本发明实施例中,第一结合部220的限位结构2213自所述底端部241朝向连接座300的面上向连接座300方向延伸(如沿轴向靠近连接座300延伸),第一卡接面2212自所述限位结构2213靠近连接座300的端面沿周向延伸,且相对所述底端部241,所述第一卡接面2212靠近所述连接座300设置。
本发明实施例中,第一结合部220还可以包括止退部2214,该止退部2214设置于凸出设置于第一卡接面2212上,轴向上可以与开口端2211对齐,用于与第二结合部230的止退凸起2321一起对连接到固定座200上的连接座300进行止退,防止止退凸起2321进入第一卡接面2212后从开口端2211自动脱离。
如上所提,底端部241可以呈环形(在轴向上),第一电气连接部210包括电气壳211和电气元件212,该电气壳211的开口背离连接座300且与底端部241平齐,电气元件212设置于电气壳211内。其中,电气壳211可以与底端部241一体设置,该一体设置包括制造过程一体成型,或分体制造后一体连接。第一电气连接部210还可以包括电气盖213,该电气盖213覆盖电气壳211的开口并与底端部241平齐。可以理解,本申请中由于电气壳211与底端部241一体设置,也就是将实施例的接线盒100的壳体与底端部241一体设置后的一种变形。部分实施例中,电气壳211的开口与底端部241可以不平齐,而是在相互错开;同理,电气盖213也可以与底端部241不平齐,而是相互错开。
本发明实施例中,电气盖213上设置有沿轴向贯穿的第二过线孔2131,以使得电气壳211内的电气元件212与电气壳211外的外部导线进行电连接。该第二过线孔2131的数量可以为开两个、三个或四个及以上等。
本发明实施例中,固定座200还具有安装孔270,该安装孔270可以沿轴线设置且位于第一外缘部250的外围上,例如位于第二结合部230的外周。安装孔270的数量可以是三个、四个及以上等,且沿周向均匀分布。当然, 安装孔270也可以不是设置在第一外缘部250的外围上,而是设置于第一外缘部250,或者设置在第一主体部240。
第一电气连接部210上由外至内可以包括相互绝缘设置的第一收容槽1141、第二收容槽1142和第三收容槽1143,显然,这些收容槽是贯穿设置于电气壳211上的。各收容槽内都具有接线端子的耦合部125,对应的,连接座300上由外至内具有相互第一导电端子311、第二导电端子312和第三导电端子313。
以上介绍了本发明实施例3的固定座200,以下结合上述固定座200,介绍与本发明实施例3的固定座200匹配的连接座300。
如图17所示,连接座300包括第二电气连接部310和第三结合部,第三结合部沿轴线设置且与第二电气连接部310绕转动轴10同轴设置,第三结合部包括第一凸起321,至少两个第一凸起321沿轴线设置且向所述固定座200方向凸起,所述第一凸起321包括第二卡接面3211,该第二卡接面3211背向固定座200,第一凸起321适于经固定座200的开口端2211滑入或滑出所述固定座200的安装槽221,并由限位结构2213限定可滑入深度,以使第二卡接面3211与第一卡接面2212抵接配合。
本发明实施例中,连接座300还可以包括第四结合部,该第四结合部沿周向设置,用于与固定座200的第二结合部230匹配连接。其中,第四结合部可以包括第二卡接凹槽332,至少两个第二卡接凹槽332设置于顶端部341顶端部341上且位于第一凸起321的内圈。
第三结合部沿周向设置且位于所述第二电气连接部310的外周。作为变形,也可以是第二电气连接部310沿周向设置于第四结合部的外周;或第二电气连接部310沿周向环绕于第三结合部和第四结合部之间。
固定座200与连接座300对齐后,绕转动轴10相对转动,固定座200的第二结合部230上的止退凸起2321可以滑入所述第二卡接凹槽332内,由 此实现固定座200和连接座300的周向限位,而且第二结合部230的自由端232变形,也对连接座300施加轴向上一个方向的弹力。其中,第二卡接凹槽332可以是设置于顶端部341顶端部341朝向固定座200的面上而不是贯穿顶端部341。
连接座300可以包括第二主体部340,该第二主体部340上可以设置第三结合部和第二电气连接部310。
连接座300还可以包括第二外缘部350,第二外缘部350环绕第二主体部340的外周。其中,第二主体部340还包括顶端部341,该顶端部341沿径向面延伸,第三结合部也可以设置于第二外缘部350上,且可以沿径向连接于顶端部341上。相对顶端部341,第二电气连接部310远离固定座200设置。
连接座300与固定座200轴线共线后,驱使连接座300沿一方向相对固定座200转动过程中,第二结合部230的自由端232的止退凸起2321抵接顶端部341顶端部341,使得自由端232向远离连接座300的方向移动,该自由端232相对固定端231变形并对连接座300施加轴向弹力,止退凸起2321滑入第二卡接凹槽332的瞬间,用户可以听到咔哒声,表面止退凸起2321滑入第二卡接凹槽332,而且自由端232相对固定端231的变形量减小(对连接座300施加的轴向弹力减小),同时,第二卡接凹槽332与止退凸起2321之间实现周向上正反两个方向的限位,避免固定座200和连接座300在无明显外力作用下沿周向的正负两个方向转动。需要将固定座200和连接座300分离时,沿与配合连接时相反的方向转动连接座300,止退凸起2321滑出第二卡接凹槽332的瞬间,用户同样可以听到咔哒声。
第二电气连接部310可以位于第二主体部340上,且位于第三结合部的内圈,部分特殊情况下,第二电气连接部310可以位于第二外缘部350上。
此外,本发明实施例3的灯具固定装置400中,第一电气连接部210和 第二电气连接部310上的包括收容槽、导电端子等结构可以参照本发明实施例2中的收容槽、导电端子的结构,此处不再赘述。
本发明实施例提供的灯具固定装置400,适用于径向面尺寸大于650mm的灯体。
如图18和图19所示,连接座300与灯体连接形成灯体组件500,灯体组件500与固定座200匹配连接后形成照明装置600。而且,灯体组件500可以将配光元件513或灯罩等与光源模块512、电源模块511密封罩设,密封罩设可以使得配光元件513或灯罩不可拆卸地罩设光源模块512、电源模块511,避免蚊虫等异物进入光源腔内而影响光线射出。

本发明实施例4提供一种灯具固定装置400,是对实施例2中的灯具固定装置400的进一步限定,且可以不具有实施例2中的第一电气连接部210,或者具有不同于实施例2中的第一电气连接部210的电气结构。
本发明实施例4对固定座200中的第一结合部220、第二结合部230,以及连接座300中的第三结合部、第四结合部做进一步详细说明。
第一结合部220中的安装槽221包括沿一周向依次设置的开口端2211、第一卡接面2212和限位结构2213,且该周向方向与固定座200相对连接座300转动连接的方向相同。
此外,第一结合部220还可以包括滑动开口222,该滑动开口222沿周向延伸(绕转动轴10),与第一卡接面2212同轴设置且径向上连通第一卡接面2212和容纳腔,以及连通开口端2211和限位结构2213,由此,当连接座300靠近固定座200的容纳腔内时,为了将两者连接,连接座300绕固定座200沿转动轴10转动过程中,连接座300上的第一凸起321自开口端2211 沿滑动开口222滑动,直至第一凸起321抵接限位结构2213,进而使得固定座200和连接座300可以借助第一结合部220和第三结合部更可靠地连接在一起。当然,作为变形,第一结合部220上可以不开始滑动开口222,则第一凸起321在安装槽221内的可滑动行程受到限制,也就使得第一结合部220和第三结合部的结合强度受限。
如图10所示,滑动开口222可以设置于第一卡接面2212的外周。此时,对应的,如图12所示,连接座300上的第一凸起321可以是自内圈侧壁342沿径向向内延伸的。而且,连接座300上的第一凸起321可以和内圈侧壁342在径向面上平齐设置。
固定座200上的第二结合部230具有自由端232,为了提高自由端232的变形能力,如图8所示,在自由端232朝向连接座的面上可以设置若干变形增强孔2323,该变形增强孔2323可以是盲孔或贯穿孔。具体的,变形增强孔2323可以设置于第一卡接卡槽2222上。
为了对连接座300的第一凸起321进行合理导向,在开口端2211和第一对接面2212之间还包括过渡斜面区2215,显然该过渡斜面区2215位于开口端2211和弹性筋条22121之间。
下面介绍与固定座200匹配连接的连接座300,该连接座300是对实施例2中连接座300的进一步限定。
第二主体部340可以包括内圈侧壁342,第二外缘部350可以包括外圈侧壁351,外圈侧壁351和外圈侧壁342都沿轴向延伸,且两者围绕形成套接槽360。第一凸起321可以自内圈侧壁342沿径向向内延伸形成,第二凸起331则可以自外圈侧壁351沿轴向靠近固定座200方向延伸。
实施例5
本发明实施例5提供一种灯具固定装置400,是对实施例3中的灯具固定装置400的进一步限定,且可以不具有实施例3中的第一电气连接部210,或者具有不同于实施例3中的第一电气连接部210的电气结构。
本发明实施例5对固定座200中的第一结合部220、第二结合部230,以及连接座300中的第三结合部、第三结合部做进一步详细说明。由于本发明实施例5的灯具固定装置400可以是针对实施例4的一种变形,因此,下面主要介绍相对实施例4的不同之处。
如图16所示,第一卡接面2212设置于滑动开口222的外周。此时,对应的,连接座300上的第一凸起321可以是连接于第一主体部240(底端部241),具体是沿径向连接于第一主体部240的外围,而且第一凸起321沿轴向的正投影位于第一外缘部250。
由此第一卡接面2212位于滑动开口222的外端,此时开口端2211、第一卡接面2212和限位结构2213在轴向的正投影可以与第一主体部240不重叠,由此开口端2211不位于底端部241和第一侧壁260所形成的容纳空间内,也就是第一结合部220不位于第一主体部240上,而是位于第一外缘部250上。为了使得连接座300的第一凸起321能够进入安装槽221,第一结合部220还包括导向开口223。该导向开口223沿轴向贯穿设置且与安装槽221位于同一圆周上,相对限位结构2213,导向开口223靠近开口端2211设置且连通开口端2211。连接座300的第一凸起321轴向上与导向开口223对齐后靠近固定座200,到第一凸起321和开口端2211位于同一径向面后,转动连接座300,第一凸起321沿滑动开口222转动并抵接限位结构2213。
此外,相对第一卡接面2212,止退部2214远离连接座300设置。而且,从第一卡接面2212至开口端2211的方向上,止退部2214的轴向尺寸逐渐减小。止退部2214可以是契型,契型的尖端朝向开口端2211。
下面介绍与固定座200匹配连接的连接座300,该连接座300是对实施 例3中连接座的进一步限定,本实施例中连接座300与实施例4中连接座300的不同之处在于:连接座300的第一凸起321轴向正投影位于第二外缘部上350,且径向连接第二主体部340,具体可以连接顶端部341。
其中,第一凸起321可以是至少两个,且沿周向均匀分布。
实施例6
本发明实施例6提供一种连接座300,该连接座300可以是对本发明实施例2中的连接座300的进一步限定,或是对本发明实施例3中的连接座300的进一步限定。
如图11和图12,或图17所示,本发明实施例6提供一种连接座300,用于能够设置在安装基础上的固定座200配合连接。连接座300包括顶端部341和第二电气连接部310。相对顶端部341,第二电气连接部310远离固定座200设置,顶端部341能够与固定座200上的底端部241相对设置,与此同时,第二电气连接部310与第一电气连接部210相互嵌入对接以实现电气连接。连接座300还包括电源收容腔,电源收容腔设置于顶端部341背离固定座200的一侧,收容电源模块511的电源收容腔与第二电气连接部310在轴向上的高度位置相当。因此,相比与电源收容腔与第二电气连接部310层叠设置的连接座300,本发明实施例的连接座300的厚度可以更薄,进而解决照明装置600中设置固定座200和连接座300后厚度较厚的问题,实现连接座300、灯体组件500、灯具固定装置400以及照明装置600的轻薄化。
为了进一步实现轻薄化,连接座300上可以包括光源收容腔,且光源收容腔与电源收容腔在轴向上的高度位置相当。
连接座300还可以包括第二主体部340和第二外缘部350,第二外缘部350设置于第二主体部340的外周。
其中,光源收容腔可以设置于第二外缘部350上,电源收容腔设置于第二主体部340上,由于电源收容腔设置于顶端部341背离固定座200的一侧, 因此,电源收容腔也是设置于顶端部341的,换言之,第二主体部340包括顶端部341。作为变形,光源收容腔可以设置于第二主体部340上,此时第二外缘部350包括顶端部341,而电源收容腔设置于顶端部341背离固定座200的一侧,也就是电源收容腔设置于顶端部341背离固定座200的一侧,电源收容腔也就是设置于第二外缘部350上的。作为另一种变形,光源收容腔也可以是设置在顶端部341背离固定座200的一侧,显然,顶端部341可以属于第二主体部340也可以属于第二外缘部350,也就是光源收容腔和电源收容槽可以同时位于第二主体部340上,也可以同时位于第二外缘部350上。
为了实现连接座300与固定座200的机械连接,连接座300还可以包括第三结合部,连接座300上可以包括第三结合部,该第三结合部可以设置于第二主体部340上或第二外缘部350上。上述第二主体部340可以包括顶端部341,相对顶端部341,第三结合部可以靠近固定座200设置,以方便第三结合部与固定座200上的第一结合部220进行机械连接。其中,第三结合部可以设置于第二主体部340上,例如设置在顶端部341朝向固定座200的一侧,且朝向固定座200设置(对应上述实施例2的固定座200),第三结合部也可以设置于第二外缘部350上,并径向上连接顶端部341(对应上述实施例3的固定座200)。
作为一种变形,连接座300可以不包括第二外缘部350,而是将灯体的灯壳与连接座300的第二主体部340连接,灯壳呈圆环形环绕第二主体部340设置,且灯体上设置光源收容腔。当然,光源收容腔与电源收容腔、第二电气连接部310在轴向的位置高度仍然相当,而且配光元件513密封连接灯体的灯壳边缘,以将光源模块512、电源模块511和第二电气连接部310密封于配光元件513和灯壳围成的空间内。
因此,本发明实施例中,在连接座300上将光源收容腔、电压收容腔以及第二电气连接部310均设置于轴向高度相当的位置上,从而有效地控制了 连接座300上设置光源模块512、电源模块511后的厚度尺寸,以实现轻薄化的目的。
为了使得连接座300的结构紧凑,连接座300上的各导电端子的高度位置都相同;对应的,固定座200上的各收容槽的深度位置都相同。
进一步的,本发明实施例还提供一种灯体组件500,该灯体组件500包括上述连接座300,以及灯体。灯体可以具有电源模块511,显然,电源模块511可以收容于连接座300上的收容腔。
为了使得更有效的轻薄化,电源模块511背离固定座200的端面可以与第二电气连接部310背离固定座200的端面平齐设置,还可以是,电源模块511靠近固定座200的端面与第二电气连接部310靠近固定座200的端面平齐设置。换言之,电源模块511可以与第二电气连接部310在径向面上平齐设置。
灯体上还设置有光源模块512,该光源模块512包括光源板和发光单元,光源模块512设置于光源收容腔内,发光单元背向固定座200发出关系,光源板可以贴向第二主体部340,由此可以将光源模块512的热量快速经第二主体部340散出。
灯体还可以包括配光元件513,该配光元件513罩设电源模块511、光源模块512和第二电气连接部310,并与连接座300的第二外缘部350的边缘连接。该连接方式可以是密封连接,也就是配光元件513密封罩设光源模块512、电源模块511和第二电气连接部310,由此可以避免蚊虫飞入光源收容腔内影响配光效果。配光元件513可以是灯罩、扩散板等。
显然,具有上述连接座300的灯具固定装置400中,固定座200的第一电气连接部210与连接座300的第二电气连接部310连接设置以实现固定座200与连接座300的电气连接,而且,第一电气连接部210和第二电气连接部310与电源收容腔在轴向上的高度位置都相当。由此,固定座200与连接座300匹配连接后,灯具固定装置400也可以具有较小的厚度尺寸。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。
Claims (15)
- 一种固定座,用于设置在安装基础上,与灯具的连接座配合连接,所述固定座包第一结合部,所述第一结合部沿周向设置且包括至少两个沿周向设置的安装槽,所述安装槽包括依次设置的开口端、第一卡接面和限位结构,所述第一卡接面背向所述连接座并连接所述开口端和所述限位结构,所述限位结构沿轴向面延伸。
- 根据权利要求1所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座还包括:第一电气连接部,所述第一结合部和所述第一电气连接部绕一转动轴同轴设置;所述第一结合部还包括止退部,所述止退部凸出设置于所述第一卡接面上,且轴向上与所述开口端对齐;和/或所述第一卡接面上凸起设置有弹性筋条,所述弹性筋条呈弧形且其圆心与至少两个沿周向设置的所述安装槽的圆心同心设置;所述第一结合部还包括滑动开口,所述滑动开口沿周向延伸、与所述第一卡接面同轴且沿径向连通所述第一卡接面和容纳腔,且并连通所述开口端和所述限位结构;所述连接座绕所述固定座沿一转动轴转动过程中,所述连接座的第一凸起能够自所述开口端沿所述滑动开口滑动以抵接至所述限位结构;沿轴向方向,所述第一卡接面设置于所述滑动开口的外周,或所述滑动开口设置于所述第一卡接面的外周;当所述开口端不位于所述容纳腔所限的空间内时,所述第一结合部还包括导向口,所述导向口沿轴向贯穿设置且与所述安装槽位于同一圆周上,相对所述限位结构,所述导向口靠近所述开口端设置并连通所述开口端。
- 根据权利要求2所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座包括第二结合部,所述第二结合部沿周向设置,所述第二结合部至少用于进行周向上的限位;所述第二结合部包括沿周向依次设置且相连的固定端和自由端,所述自 由端能够相对所述固定端朝远离所述连接座的方向移动以对所述连接座施加轴向力,且自由端朝向所述连接座的面上设置有止退凸起;所述自由端朝向所述连接座的面上还设置有第一卡接凹槽,相对所述第一卡接凹槽,所述止退凸起远离所述固定端;所述自由端朝向所述连接座的面上设置有若干变形增强孔,所述变形增强孔为盲孔或贯穿孔;所述第一结合部沿周向设置且位于所述第一电气连接部的外周;或所述第一电气连接部沿周向设置于所述第一结合部的外周;或所述第一电气连接部沿周向环绕于所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部之间。
- 根据权利要求3所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座还包括第一主体部和第一外缘部;所述第一外缘部环绕所述第一主体部的外周;所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部设置于所述第一主体部上;或所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部设置于所述第一外缘部上;或所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部之一设置于所述第一主体部上,另一设置于所述第一外缘部上。
- 根据权利要求4所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座还包括第一侧壁,所述第一侧壁沿周向设置且位于所述第一主体部和所述第一外缘部之间;所述第一主体部还包括底端部,所述底端部沿径向面延伸,所述第一侧壁自所述底端部的外围沿轴向朝向所述连接座延伸;相对所述底端部,所述第一电气连接部靠近所述连接座设置;所述底端部上设置所述第一结合部和/或所述第二结合部;所述第一侧壁与所述底端部围绕形成容纳腔,第一电气连接部包括接线盒,所述接线盒设置于所述容纳腔中;所述容纳腔的开口朝向所述连接座,相对所述接线盒,所述底端部远离所述连接座;所述第一外缘部沿径向面延伸,所述第一侧壁具有沿轴向延伸的轴向导 向部,相对所述第一外缘部,所述轴向导向部远离所述底端部。
- 根据权利要求3所述的固定座,其中,所述接线盒可拆卸设置于所述第一主体部或固定连接于所述第一主体部;所述第一主体部上设置有第二可拆卸连接部,所述第二可拆卸连接部包括所述底端部和卡爪,所述卡爪沿一转动轴的周向排布,相对所述底端部,所述卡爪靠近所述连接座设置,所述卡爪与所述底端部之间形成卡接间隙,所述卡接间隙适于卡持所述接线盒的紧固区。
- 根据权利要求5所述的固定座,其中,所述底端部呈环形,所述第一电气连接部包括电气壳和电气元件,所述电气壳的开口背离所述连接座且与所述底端部平齐或错开,所述电气元件设置于所述电气壳内;所述电气壳与所述底端部一体设置,所述第一电气连接部还包括电气盖,所述电气盖覆盖所述电气壳的开口并与所述底端部平齐或错开;所述电气盖上设置有沿轴向贯穿的第二过线孔。
- 根据权利要求2所述的固定座,其中,所述第一电气连接部上朝向所述连接座的端面上设置有收容槽,至少两个所述收容槽相互绝缘且呈以一转动轴为中心的回转结构;或所述第一电气连接部上朝向所述固定座的端面上设置有导电端子,至少两个所述导电端子相互绝缘且呈以一转动轴为中心的回转结构;至少两个所述收容槽绕所述转动轴呈同心圆设置;或至少两个所述收容槽位于所述转动轴的同一圆周上;或至少两个所述导电端子绕所述转动轴呈同心圆设置;或至少两个所述导电端子位于所述转动轴的同一圆周上。
- 一种连接座,用于与权利要求1-8中任一项的固定座配合连接,所述连接座包括第二电气连接部和第三结合部,所述第三结合部沿周向设置和所述第二电气连接部绕一转动轴同轴设置;所述第三结合部包括第一凸起,至少两个所述第一凸起沿周向设置且向所述固定座方向凸起,所述第一凸起包括 第二卡接面,所述第二卡接面背向所述固定座,所述第一凸起适于经所述固定座的开口端滑入或滑出所述固定座的安装槽,并由所述固定座的限位结构限定可滑入深度,使所述第二卡接面与所述第一卡接面配合。
- 根据权利要求9所述的连接座,其中,所述连接座还包括第四结合部,所述第四结合部沿周向设置,所述第四结合部与所述固定座的第二结合部匹配;所述第三结合部沿周向设置且位于所述第二电气连接部的外周;或所述第二电气连接部沿周向设置于所述第四结合部的外周;或所述第二电气连接部沿周向环绕于所述第三结合部和所述第四结合部之间;所述第四结合部包括第二凸起或第二卡接凹槽。
- 根据权利要求10所述的连接座,其中,所述连接座还包括第二主体部和第二外缘部,所述第二外缘部环绕所述第二主体部的外周;所述第三结合部和所述第四结合部设置于所述第二主体部上;或所述第三结合部和所述第四结合部设置于所述第二外缘部上,或所述第三结合部和所述第四结合部之一设置于所述第二主体部上,另一设置于所述第二外缘部上;所述第二主体部包括内圈侧壁,所述第二外缘部包括外圈侧壁所述内圈侧壁和所述外圈侧壁沿轴向延伸;所述第一凸起自所述内圈侧壁沿径向向内延伸形成;所述第二外缘部沿径向面延伸;所述第四结合部包括第二凸起且沿周向设置于所述第二外缘部上,所述第二凸起朝向所述固定座方向延伸;所述第二凸起设置于所述外圈侧壁上;所述第一凸起的轴向正投影位于所述第二外缘部上,径向方向连接所述第二主体部;所述连接座还包括套接槽,所述套接槽环绕所述第二主体部的外周且位于所述第二外缘部的内圈,用于与所述固定座的轴向导向部套接连接;所述 内圈侧壁和所述外圈侧壁环绕形成所述套接槽,所述套接槽的槽口朝向所述固定座;所述连接座还包括电源收容腔,所述电源收容腔设置于所述顶端部背离所述固定座的一侧,且所述电源收容腔与所述第二电气连接部在轴向上的高度位置相当;所述连接座还包括光源收容腔,所述光源收容腔与所述电源收容腔在轴向上的高度位置相当;所述光源收容腔设置于所述第二外缘部上,所述第二主体部包括顶端部;或所述光源收容腔设置于所述第二主体部上,所述第二外缘部包括所述顶端部;或所述光源收容腔设置于所述顶端部背离所述固定座的一侧,所述顶端部属于所述第二主体部或属于所述第二外缘部。
- 根据权利要求11所述的连接座,其中,所述第二主体部还包括顶端部,所述顶端部沿径向面延伸,所述套接槽设置于所述顶端部的外围且所述套接槽的槽口朝向所述固定座设置,相对所述顶端部,所述第二电气连接部远离所述固定座设置;所述顶端部上设置所述第三结合部和/或所述第四结合部;相对于所述顶端部,所述第三结合部靠近所述固定座;所述第四结合部包括至少两个沿周向设置的第二卡接凹槽,所述第二卡接凹槽设置于所述顶端部上且位于所述第一凸起的内圈;所述第二卡接凹槽的深度小于所述固定座的止退凸起在所述顶端部上的凸出高度。
- 根据权利要求10所述的连接座,其中,所述第二电气连接部上朝向所述固定座的端面上设置有导电端子,至少两个所述导电端子相互绝缘且呈以一转动轴为中心的回转结构;或所述第二电气连接部上朝向所述固定座的端面上设置有收容槽,至少两个所述收容槽相互绝缘且呈以一转动轴为中心的回转结构;至少两个所述导电端子绕所述转动轴呈同心圆设置;或至少两个所述导电端子位于所述转动轴的同一圆周上;或至少两个所述收容槽绕所述转动轴呈同心圆设置;或至少两个所述收容槽位于所述转动轴的同一圆周上。
- 一种灯体组件,包括灯体,以及如权利要求9-13任一项所述的连接座,所述灯体包括电源模块,所述电源模块设置于所述电源收容腔内;所述电源模块背离所述固定座的端面与所述第二电气连接部背离所述固定座的端面平齐设置;和/或所述电源模块靠近所述固定座的端面与所述第二电气连接部靠近所述固定座的端面平齐设置;所述灯体还包括光源模块,所述光源模块包括光源板和发光单元,所述光源模块设置于所述光源收容腔内,所述发光单元背向所述固定座发出光线;所述灯体还包括配光元件,所述配光元件罩设所述电源模块、光源模块和所述第二电气连接部,并与所述连接座的第二外缘部的边缘连接;所述配元件密封罩设所述光源模块、所述电源模块和所述第二电气连接部。
- 一种灯具固定装置,包括如权利要求1-9中任一项所述的固定座,以及如权利要求10-13中任一项所述的连接座;所述第一凸起适于经所述固定座的开口端滑入或滑出所述固定座的安装槽,并由所述固定座的限位结构限定可滑入深度,使所述第二卡接面与所述第一卡接面沿轴向相互抵接配合。
