本发明提供的第一连接器,用于设置在安装基础上,包括底端面、第一电气连接部和第一磁性元件,其中第一电气连接部和第一磁性元件均设置在底端面上,当底端面与连接座的顶端面相对设置时,可以利用第一磁性元件与连接座上的第二磁性元件实现相互吸附对位,即利用第一磁性元件和第二磁性元件实现第一连接器和第二连接器在周向上的导向对位,从而在将第一连接器和第二连接器匹配连接时,无需用户反复尝试进行对位,提高了组装效率。

为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本发明具体实施例及相应的附图对本发明技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本发明一部件实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本发明中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明实施例提供一种连接组合300,该连接组合300中包括配对使用的第一连接器100和第二连接器200,下面分别就第一连接器100和第二连接器200的结构进行说明。
第一连接器100可以设置在安装基础上,用于与灯具侧的第二连接器200电性配合以为灯具供电。当然,第一连接器100也可以设置在非安装基础上。对应的,第二连接器200可以设置在灯具侧,用于与安装基础上的第一连接器100电性配合。
第一连接器100包括底端面110、第一电气连接部120和第一磁性元件 130,其中第一电气连接部120和第一磁性元件130均设置在底端面110上。第一电气连接部120用于与第二连接器200上的第二电气连接部220电性连接,第一磁性元件130用于与第二连接器200上的第二磁性元件230吸附对位,进而利用第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230实现第一连接器100和第二连接器200在周向上的导向对位以顺利地实现第一电气连接部120和第二电气连接部220的电性连接,实现了将第一连接器100和第二连接器200匹配连接时,无需用户反复尝试进行对位的目的,提高了组装效率。
第二连接器200上包括顶端面210、第二电气连接部220和第二磁性元件230,其中第二电气连接部220和第二磁性元件230均设置在底端面110上。第二电气连接部220用于与第一连接器100上的第一电气连接部120电性连接,第二磁性元件230用于与第一连接器100上的第一磁性元件130吸附对位,进而利用第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230实现第一连接器100和第二连接器200在周向上的导向对位以顺利地实现第一电气连接部120和第二电气连接部220的电性连接,实现了将第一连接器100和第二连接器200匹配连接时,无需用户反复尝试进行对位的目的,提高了组装效率。
本发明实施例中,位于底端面110上的第一电气连接部120和第一磁性元件130的设置位置可以灵活多变,以第一磁性元件130能够与第二连接器200上的第二磁性元件230实现吸附对位为宜。同时,第一磁性元件130的数量可以为一块、两块或三块等等,数量也可以根据需要设置。
其中,第一电气连接部120可以设置在底端面110的中部,至少两块第一磁性元件130环绕第一电气连接部120设置。例如,至少两块第一磁性元件130在底端面110上与第一电气连接部120的距离都相当,也就是以第一电气连接部120的位置为圆心,至少两块第一磁性元件130位于圆周上。作为变形,也可以是第一磁性元件130设置在底端面110的中部,第一电气连接部120环绕第一磁性元件130设置,又或者,第一电气连接部120和至少两块第一磁性元件130间隔设置于同一圆周上。
对应的,位于顶端面210上的第二电气连接部220和第二磁性元件230的设置位置可以灵活多变,以第二磁性元件230能够与第一连接器100上的第一磁性元件130实现吸附对位为宜。同时,第二磁性元件230的数量可以为一块、两块或三块等等,数量也可以根据需要设置。
其中,第二电气连接部220可以设置在底端面110的中部,至少两块第二磁性元件230环绕第二电气连接部220设置。例如,至少两块第二磁性元件230在底端面110上与第二电气连接部220的距离都相当,也就是以第二电气连接部220的位置为圆心,至少两块第二磁性元件230位于圆周上,显然,第一磁性元件130与第二磁性元件230吸附对位后u,第二电气连接部220与第一电气连接部120同轴设置。作为变形,也可以是第二磁性元件230设置在顶端面210的中部,第二电气连接部220环绕第二磁性元件230设置,又或者,第二电气连接部220和至少两块第二磁性元件230间隔设置于同一圆周上。
本发明实施例中,第一磁性元件130背离底端面110的面上设置有凹槽,紧固件131从凹槽处伸入将第一磁性元件130固定在底端面110上,由此第一磁性元件130上可以比紧固件131更加靠近连接座500,避免紧固件131对第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230的吸附对位产生干涉。
显然,利用紧固件131固定第一磁性元件130,可以使得第一磁性元件130固定设置在底端面110上,对应的,在第二连接器200上,第二磁性元件230可以相对顶端面210活动设置,具体为沿第一连接器100至第二连接器200的方向活动设置(垂直于底端面110或顶端面210的方向),由此在第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230吸附后,第一连接器100的底端面110和第二连接器200的顶端面210还可以继续相互靠近。作为一种变形,也可以是第一磁性元件130在底端面110上可以活动设置,相应的,第二磁性元件230在顶端面210上固定设置。
本发明实施例中,第一磁性元件130的磁性连线可以是垂直于底端面110 的所在面设置的,此时,所有的第一磁性元件130背离底端面110的一端可以是N极,也可以是S极,以能够与第二连接器200上的第二磁性元件230相互吸引为宜。当然,作为一种变形,在第一磁性元件130的磁极方向也可以是平行于底端面110的所在面的,此时仍然可以借助磁极进行对位。
对应的,第二磁性元件230的磁性连线可以是垂直于顶端面210的所在面设置的,此时,所有的第二磁性元件230背离底端面110的一端可以是N极,也可以是S极,以能够与第一连接器100上的第一磁性元件130相互吸引为宜。当然,作为一种变形,在第二磁性元件230的磁极方向也可以是平行于顶端面210的所在面的,此时仍然可以借助磁极进行对位。
本发明实施例中,第一电气连接部120可以为以一回转轴为回转中心的回转结构,第一电气连接部120具有至少两个电连接端,至少两个电连接端沿一个回转轴由内向外同轴设置。其中,电连接端可以为收容槽,相邻的两个收容槽之间相互绝缘,该收容槽的开口背离底端面110设置。其中,电连接端(收容槽)的数量可以为两个,分别为L极和N极;电连接端的数量也可以为三个,分别为L极、N极和接地极;当然,也可以是超过三个。电连接端的数量与连接座500上导电端子的数量相等。第一连接器100上的电连接端设计为具有电连接能力的收容槽时,参见图2,可以包括第一收容槽121、第二收容槽122以及第三收容槽123。第一电气连接部120的边缘处设置有向内凹陷的第一收容腔。该第一收容腔的内壁构成具有一定高度的圆柱状的第一绝缘部、在第一绝缘部内设置有与第一绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第二绝缘部、以及在第二绝缘部内设置有与第二绝缘部平行等高的圆柱状的第三绝缘部,第一绝缘部和第二绝缘部之间形成环状的第一收容槽121,第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部之间形成环状的第二收容槽122,第三绝缘部中央设置有圆形的第三收容槽123。其中,各收容槽内具有电极耦合部,电极耦合部具有电连接能力。
对应的,在第二连接器200上第二电气连接部220为以一回转轴为回转 中心的回转结构,第二电气连接部220具有至少两个导电端子,导电端子沿回转轴由内向外同轴设置,导电端子与第一连接器100上的收容槽一一对应。至少两个导电端子伸入第一连接器100上对应的收容槽实现电连接。作为一种变形,也可以是第二连接器200上设置至少两个收容槽,第一连接器100上设置导电端子,第一连接器100的导电端子伸入第二连接器200上对应的收容槽实现电连接。
如图3,第二电气连接部220包括由外向内依次分布的第一导电端子221、第二导电端子222和第三导电端子223,第一连接器100与第二连接器200接插时,第一导电端子221、第二导电端子222和第三导电端子223分别容纳于第一收容槽121、第二收容槽122以及第三收容槽123中,从而实现第一连接器100的第一电气连接部120与第二连接器200的第二电气连接部220之间的电气连接。
其中,第一导电端子221、第二导电端子222为分别与第一收容槽121、第二收容槽122的大小和形状相适配的金属环,第三导电端子223为与第三收容槽123的大小和形状相适配的金属针。通过这种环形电气连接的设置,增大了第一收容槽121、第二收容槽122和第三收容槽123与第一导电端子221、第二导电端子222和第三导电端子223之间的接触面积,同时由于第一绝缘部、第二绝缘部和第三绝缘部将第一导电端子221、第二导电端子222和第三导电端子223完全间隔绝缘,从而提高了用电的安全性。
其中,第一连接器100的回转轴的轴线可以垂直于底端面110的所在平面,第二连接器200的回转轴的轴线垂直于可以顶端面210的所在平面。当第一连接器100和第二连接器200配对组装时,两者的回转轴应当共线。
本发明实施例中,第一连接器100还可以包括接线盒140。接线盒140包括第一电气连接部120、壳体141,壳体141上包括贯穿壳体141内外的进线口142。该进线口142用于电连接外部导线,进线口142的数量可以等于收容槽的数量。其中,第一电气连接部120具有三个收容槽时,进线口142 的数量也为三个,且分别是L极、N极和地极。进线口142的朝向可以是垂直于两个第一磁性元件130连线的方向,且垂直于收容槽的开设方向。
本发明实施例中,第二连接器200还可以包括第一弹性件240,第一弹性件240包括第一自由端242和第一固定端241。
第一固定端241连接顶端面210,第一自由端242连接第二磁性元件230,第一自由端242能够相对第一固定端241沿第一连接器100至第二连接器200的方向往复运动,从而使得第二磁性元件230可以靠近顶端面210或远离顶端面210。将第一连接器100与第二连接器200装配时,第一连接器100逐渐靠近第二连接器200,使得在第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230相互吸附,然后顶端面210在外力推动下能够继续向第一连接器100的方向移动。作为一种变形,也可以是第一磁性元件130在底端面110上可以延第一连接器100至第二连接器200的方向往复移动设置,相应的,第二磁性元件230在顶端面210上固定设置。
本发明实施例中,在第二连接器200上,第二磁性元件230可以凸出于顶端面210设置,即相对顶端面210,第二磁性元件230靠近第一连接器100。具体的,第二连接器200可以包括容纳柱孔211,该容纳柱孔211设置于顶端面210上,第二磁性元件230和第一弹性件240收容于容纳柱孔211内,容纳柱孔211的内孔尺寸适于收容第一磁性元件130,使得第一磁性元件130与第二磁性元件230吸附后也可以位于容纳柱孔211内。
本发明实施例中,第一磁性元件130在底端面110上的重心与第一电气连接部120在底端面110上的重心可以重合,第二磁性元件230在顶端面210上的重心与第二电气连接部220在顶端面210上的重心可以重合,由此实现第一连接器100和第二连接器200更稳定的匹配连接。
当然,底端面110和顶端面210可以不是绝对的平面,可以允许其有一定的曲度变化。一块第一磁性元件130可以不是严格地只能是一块磁铁,可以是两块磁铁或三块磁铁组成的一块第一磁性元件130,也就是一块第一磁 性元件130可以理解成一组磁铁。同理,一块第二磁性元件230可以不是严格地只能是一块磁铁,可以是两块磁铁或三块磁铁组成的一块第二磁性元件230。
实施例2
本发明实施例提供一种灯具固定装置600,包括相互匹配的固定座400和连接座500。其中,固定座400用于设置在安装基础上,与灯具侧的连接座500形成至少形成电性配合。
例如,固定座400可以包括实施例1中的第一连接器100,连接座500可以包括实施例1中的第二连接器200,由此固定座400和连接座500可以实现电性匹配。此外,如图4、图5和图6所示,还可以在固定座400上设置第一结合部420,用于与连接座500上的第二结合部520形成机械配合。
固定座400包括底板410和第一结合部420,该第一连接器100能够设置于底板410上,底端面110背离背板设置,第一结合部420和第一连接器100设置于底板410的同一面上。对应的,连接座500包括顶板510和第二结合部520,第二连接器200设置于顶板510上,顶端面210背离顶板510设置,第二结合部520和第二连接器200设置于顶板510的同一面上。当固定座400与连接座500相互靠近时,第一连接器100与第二连接器200也相互靠近,且第一结合部420与第二结合部520相对设置以进行机械配合。第一结合部420和第二结合部520的数量相同,可以均为一个、两个或三个及以上等。
其中,第一结合部420和第二结合部520可以通过对压配合,即两者对位后相互靠近、再对压实现卡接,两者之间对位之后无需相对转动就能够实现机械连接。
本发明实施例中,在固定座400上,第一连接器100和第一结合部420的设置在底板410上的位置可以根据需要设置。例如,第一连接器100设置 于底板410的中部,至少两个第一结合部420环绕第一连接器100设置。作为变形,也可以是第一结合部420设置于底板410的中部,至少两个第一连接器100环绕第一结合部420设置;或者第一结合部420和第一连接器100分置于底板410的两侧。
对应的,在连接座500上,第二连接器200和第二结合部520的设置在顶板510上的位置可以根据需要设置。例如,第二连接器200设置于顶板510的中部,至少两个第二结合部520环绕第二连接器200设置。作为变形,也可以是第二结合部520设置于底板410的中部,至少两个第二连接器200环绕第二结合部520设置;或者第二结合部520和第二连接器200分置于顶板510的两侧。
如图5所示,本发明实施例中,第一结合部420可以包括第一板421和第二板422。第一板421自底板410的边缘向连接座500方向延伸,第二板422自第一板421的延伸末端向远离固定座400的中心延伸。第二板422用于在靠近连接座500的过程中推动连接座500的可滑动舌板522沿第一方向滑动,第一板421上设置有窗口4211,该窗口4211供可滑动舌板522穿过以抵接第二板422进而将第一挂接部和连接座500的第二结合部520连接,或者从第二板422上脱离以是第一结合部420与连接座500的第二结合部520分离。换言之,第一板421和第二板422相互垂直,其中第二板422可以与底端面110平行设置。此外,第一结合部420还可以包括第三板423,该第三板423为自第二板422背离连接座500方向的翻边,第三板423可以避免组装时划伤第二结合部520,并对第一结合部420进行导向。
对应的,如图6和图7所示,第二结合部520包括挂接槽521、滑动舌板522、舌板腔523和第二弹性件524。挂接槽521具有朝向固定座400的槽口,第一挂接部能够穿过槽口而伸入或伸出挂接槽521。舌板腔523具有远离挂接槽521的腔底,第二弹性件524设置于腔底和滑动舌板522之间。滑动舌板522包括一体连接的舌头5221和舌尾5222,舌尾5222靠近舌板腔523 的腔底,舌头5221远离该腔底,舌头5221位于挂接槽521时受第一挂接部施压而滑入舌板腔523内,并可以在第二弹性件524的作用下复位至挂接槽521并将第一挂接槽521的第二板422抵接于挂接槽521内,具体为第二挂板被夹持于挂接槽521的槽底和滑动舌板522之间,挂接槽521的槽底与其槽口相对设置。
显然,将固定座400和连接座500组装的过程中,为了使得第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230吸附后,第一结合部420和第二结合部520可以继续相对运动而继续挂接,在第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230吸附时,挂接槽521的槽底与第一挂接部的距离应小于第一弹性件240上第一自由端242相对第一固定端241的可收缩行程,具体为挂接槽521的槽底与第一挂接部的第二板422的距离应小于第一自由端242相对第一固定端241的可收缩形成。
舌板腔523和挂接槽521内可以具有限位部525,用于限定滑动舌板522沿舌板腔523与挂接槽521的连线方向运动。限位部525可以包括第一限位5251和第二限位5252,第一限位5251和第二限位5252用于限定滑动舌板522滑入舌板腔523内的深度,第一限位5251位于舌板腔523上且靠近固定座400设置,第二限位5252位于挂接槽521的槽底,相对第一限位5251,第二限位5252远离固定座400。
当然,在部分实施例中,也就是固定座400上可以不设置第一结合部420,可以仅依赖第一磁性元件130实现与连接座500上第二磁性元件230实现两者机械连接,这种机械连接适用于灯具重量极轻的情况下,或者单独设置其他机械连接部件。对应的,连接座500上可以不设置第二结合部520。
本发明实施例中,固定座400与连接座500匹配实现机械连接和电性连接,第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230相互吸附对位,第一连接器100与第二连接器200完成对位以电性连接,第一结合部420和第二结合部520完成对位以机械连接。
此外,本发明实施例中,在固定座400上,第一结合部420在底板410上的重心与第一连接器100在底板410上的重心可以重合;对应的,连接座500上,第二结合部520在顶板510上的重心与第二连接器200在顶板510上的重心可以重合。由此,固定座400和连接座500的匹配连接更加稳定。
以上介绍了发明实施例提供的固定座400和连接座500的结构,下面介绍本申请中灯具固定装置600中固定座400与连接座500的组装和拆卸方式。
参图8和图9,固定座400的底端面110朝向连接座500设置,连接座500的顶端面210朝向固定座400,当顶端面210与底端面110沿图中箭头相互靠近时,第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230之间的吸附力增大而靠近,实现固定座400与连接座500的导向对位。同时,第一电气连接部120和第二电气连接部220也实现对位并部分接插,此时第一挂接部和第二挂接部未连接。由于第一弹性件240的设置,第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230吸附对位后,可以继续推动顶端面210至底端面110上,使得第一挂接部插入至第二挂接部的挂接槽521内以推动位于挂接槽521内的滑动舌板522的舌头5221(具体为推动舌头5221的被施压面5223),滑动舌板522被第一挂接部的第二板422推动而向舌板腔523方向移动,同时第一板421的窗口4211自上向下逐渐伸入至挂接槽521内,当第二板422移动至挂接槽521的槽底时,第一板421的窗口4211也移动至滑动舌板522的所在水平位置,此时,滑动舌板522在第二弹性件524的作用下复位,舌头5221通过第一板421上的窗口4211复位至挂接槽521内,以抵接挂接槽521内的第二板422,由此第二板422被夹持在挂接槽521的槽底和滑动舌板522之间,实现第一挂接部和第二挂接部的卡接,也就是实现固定座400和连接座500的机械固定连接。与此同时,第一电气连接部120和第二电气连接部220接插到位,实现固定座400和连接座500的电性连接。
需要将匹配在一起的固定座400和连接座500分离时,用于先推动滑动舌板522的被施压面5223,使得滑动舌板522自挂接槽521通过第一板421 的窗口4211向舌板腔523方向滑动,第一挂接部朝挂接槽521的槽口方向移动以脱离挂接槽521,进而使得第一挂接部和第二挂接部分离。然后,用户继续增大底端面110和顶端面210之间的距离,使得第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230分离,进而,连接座500从固定座400上拆卸下来。
实施例3
本发明实施例提供一种灯具固定装置600,包括相互匹配的固定座400和连接座500。其中,固定座400用于设置在安装基础上,与灯具侧的连接座500至少形成机械配合。
如图1至图9所示,固定座400包括底板410、第一结合部420和第一磁性元件130,第一结合部420和第一磁性元件130均设置在底板410的同一面上。第一结合部420用于机械连接连接座500的第二连接部,第一磁性元件130用于与连接座500的第二磁性元件230吸附对位。为了使得固定座400和连接座500的机械连接可靠稳定,底板410上所有第一磁性元件130的重心与所有第一结合部420的重心重合,换言之,第一磁性元件130在底板410上的重心与第一结合部420在底板410上的重心重合。
对应的,连接座500包括顶板510,第二结合部520和第二磁性元件230,第二结合部520与第二磁性元件230设置在顶板510的同一面上,第二结合部520用于机械连接固定座400的第一结合部420,第二磁性元件230用于与固定座400的第一磁性元件130吸附对位,顶板510上所有第二磁性元件230的重心与所有第一结合部420的重心重合,换言之,第二磁性元件230在顶板510上的重心与第二结合部520在顶板510上的重心重合。
本发明实施例中,第一磁性元件130和第一结合部420在底板410上的位置可以根据需要灵活设置。例如,至少两块第一磁性元件130设置于底板410的中部,第一结合部420设置于所述第一磁性元件130的外围;或者第一结合部420设置于底板410的中部,至少两块第一磁性元件130设置于第 一结合部420的外围;又或者第一结合部420和至少两块第一磁性元件130间隔设置于同一圆周上。
对应的,第二磁性元件230和第二结合部520在顶板510上的位置可以根据需要灵活设置。例如,至少两块第二磁性元件230设置于顶板510的中部,第二结合部520设置于第二磁性元件230的外围;或者第二结合部520设置于顶板510的中部,至少两块第二磁性元件230设置于第二结合部520的外围;又或者第二结合部520和至少两块第二磁性元件230间隔设置于同一圆周上。
其中,第一结合部420和第二结合部520均至少两个时,且第一磁性元件130和第二磁性元件230均至少两块时,至少两个第一结合部420的连线,与至少两块第一磁性元件130的连线共线或相交;至少两个第二结合部520,与至少两块第二磁性元件230的连线共线或相交。
此外,本发明实施例的第一结合部420和第二结合部520的具体结构可以参照实施例2,本发明实施例的固定座400可以包括如实施例2的第一电气连接部120,也可以不具有第一电气连接部120,本发明实施例的连接组可以包括如实施例2的第二电气连接部220,也可以不具有第二电气连接部220。
本发明实施例的灯具固定装置600,固定座400的第一磁性元件130与连接座500的第二磁性元件230吸附对位,使固定座400的第一结合部420与连接座500的第二结合部520完成对位以机械配合连接,固定座400的第一电气连接部120与连接座500的第二电气连接部220完成对位以电性配合连接。
此外,固定座400的底板410朝向连接座500的面定义为第一矩形,连接座500的顶板510朝向固定座400的面定义为第二矩形。参图4和图8可知,第一矩形的长边与第二矩形的短边平行设置,第一矩形的短边与第二矩形的长边平行设置,第一矩形和第二矩形层叠对齐且尺寸相同,其中,第一矩形的长边与第二矩形的短边长度相等。作为一种变形,第一矩形的长边与 第二矩形的长边平行设置,第一矩形的短边与第二矩形的短边平行设置,第一矩形和第二矩形层叠对齐且尺寸相同。
本发明实施例的固定座400的外形可以如图4呈长方体形状,也可以不是长方体形状,例如圆形、正方形或其他异形等,只要其能够与连接座500对位连接即可。同理,连接座500的外形也可以是如图4呈长方体形状,也可以不是长方体形状,例如圆形、正方形或其他异形等。而且,固定座400与连接座500的外形可以相同,也可以不同。
实施例4
以上介绍了本申请实施例的灯具固定装置600。如图8所示,以下介绍具有该灯具固定装置600的照明装置800。
连接座500还包括用于收容光源模块711的光源收容腔,该光源收容腔设置于第二电气连接部220的外周,且与第二电气连接部220在轴向上的位置高度相当。光源收容腔还可以位于第二挂接部的内圈。在连接座500上与第二电气连接部220位置高度相当的位置设置光源收容腔,可以不会由于需要设置光源模块711而增大照明装置的厚度尺寸(固定座400至连接座500的方向上的尺寸)。因此,本发明实施例中,在连接座500上将光源收容腔以及第二电气连接部220均设置于轴向高度相当的位置上,从而有效地控制了连接座500上设置光源模块711后的厚度尺寸,以实现轻薄化的目的。
进一步的,本发明实施例还提供一种灯体组件700,该灯体组件700包括上述连接座500,以及灯体710。灯体710可以具有光源模块711,显然,光源模块711可以收容于连接座500上的光源收容腔,光源模块711与第二电气连接部220在垂直于固定座400至连接座500方向的面上平齐设置。
该光源模块711包括光源板和发光单元,光源模块711设置于光源收容腔内,发光单元背向固定座400发出光线,光源板可以贴向连接座500壳体141,由此可以将光源模块711的热量快速散出。
灯体还可以包括配光元件712,该配光元件712罩设光源模块711和第二电气连接部220,并与连接座500的外边缘连接。该连接方式可以是密封连接,也就是配光元件712密封罩设光源模块711和第二电气连接部220,由此可以避免蚊虫飞入光源收容腔内影响配光效果。配光元件712可以是灯罩、扩散板等。
显然,具有上述连接座500的灯具固定装置600中,固定座400的第一电气连接部120与连接座500的第二电气连接部220连接设置以实现固定座400与连接座500的电气连接,而且,第一电气连接部120和第二电气连接部220与电源收容腔在轴向上的高度位置都相当。由此,固定座400与连接座500匹配连接后,灯具固定装置600也可以具有较小的厚度尺寸。
以上所述仅为本发明的实施例而已,并不用于限制本发明。对于本领域技术人员来说,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本发明的精神和原理之内所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的权利要求范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 第一连接器,设置于安装基础上,用于与灯具的第二连接器座电性配合为灯具供电;所述第一连接器包括底端面、第一电气连接部和第一磁性元件;所述第一电气连接部与所述第一磁性元件设置于所述底端面上。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的第一连接器,其中,所述第一电气连接部设置于所述底端面的中部,至少两块所述第一磁性元件环绕所述第一电气连接部设置;或
    所述第一磁性元件设置于所述底端面的中部,所述第一电气连接部环绕所述第一磁性元件设置;或
    所述第一电气连接部和至少两块所述第一磁性元件间隔设置于同一圆周上;或
    所述第一磁性元件的磁极连线垂直于所述底端面的所在面;或所述第一磁性元件的磁极连线平行于所述底端面的所在面;
    至少两块所述第一磁性元件背离所述底端面的一端均为N极,或均为S极;
    所述第一连接器还包括接线盒,所述接线盒包括所述第一电气连接部、壳体;所述壳体上包括进线口,每个所述进线口连通所述第一电气连接部的每个收容槽。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的第一连接器,其中,所述第一电气连接部为以一回转轴为回转中心的回转结构;
    所述第一电气连接部具有至少两个电连接端,所述电连接端沿回转轴由内向外同轴设置;
    所述电连接端为收容槽,相邻两个所述收容槽之间相互绝缘。
  4. 第二连接器,能够与灯体连接,与权利要求1-3中任一项的第一连接器匹配电性连接,所述第二连接器包括顶端面、第二电气连接部和第二磁性元件,所述第二电气连接部和所述第二磁性元件均设置于所述顶端面上;所述 顶端面与所述底端面相对时,所述第二电气连接部用于与所述第二电气连接部电性连接,所述第二磁性元件的两个磁极的方向与所述第一磁性元件的两个磁极的方向相同,使所述第一连接器和所述第二连接器相互吸引对位。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的第二连接器,其中,所述第二电气连接部设置于所述顶端面的中部,至少两块所述第二磁性元件环绕所述第二电气连接部设置;所述第一磁性元件与所述第二磁性元件吸附对位后,所述第二电气连接部与所述第一电气连接部同轴设置;或
    所述第二磁性元件设置于所述顶端面的中部,所述第二电气连接部环绕所述第二磁性元件;或
    所述第二磁性元件与所述第二电气连接部间隔设置于同一圆周上;或
    所述第二磁性元件的磁极连线垂直于所述顶端面的所在面;或所述第二磁性元件的磁极连线平行于所述顶端面的所在面;
    至少两块所述第二磁性元件背离所述顶端面的一端均为N极,或均为S极。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的第二连接器,其中,所述第二电气连接部为以一回转轴为回转中心的回转结构;
    所述第二电气连接部具有至少两个导电端子,所述导电端子沿回转轴由内向外同轴设置;所述导电端子与所述第一连接器的收容槽一一对应,当所述第一电气连接部与所述第二电气连接部配合时,所述导电端子伸入对应的所述收容槽内实现电连接。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的第二连接器,其中,所述第二连接器还包括第一弹性件,所述第一弹性件包括第一固定端和第一自由端,所述第一固定端连接所述顶端面,所述第一自由端连接所述第二磁性元件,以使所述第二磁性元件在与所述第一磁性元件吸附后,所述顶端面在外力作用下能够继续向所述第一连接器的方向移动;
    所述顶端面上设置有容纳柱孔,所述第二磁性元件和所述第一弹性件设 置于所述容纳柱孔内;所述容纳柱孔的内孔尺寸适于收容所述第一磁性元件。
  8. 连接组合,包括如权利要求1-3任一项所述的第一连接器,以及如权利要求4-7任一项所述的第二连接器,所述顶端面与所述底端面相对设置,所述第一磁性元件和所述第二磁性元件相互吸引对位,使所述第二电气连接部与所述第二电气连接部对接接插以实现电性连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的连接组合,其中,所述第一磁性元件在所述底端面上的重心与所述第一电气连接部在所述底端面上的重心重合;和/或所述第二磁性元件在所述顶端面上的重心与所述第二电气连接部在所述顶端面上的重心重合。
  10. 一种固定座,用于设置在安装基础上,与灯具的连接座机械及电性配合连接用于为灯具供电,所述固定座包括如权利要求1-3任一项所述的第一连接器。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的固定座,其中,所述固定座包括底板、第一结合部和第一磁性元件,所述第一结合部与所述第一磁性元件设置于所述底板的同一面上,所述第一结合部用于机械连接所述连接座,所述第一磁性元件用于吸附对位;所述底板上所有所述第一磁性元件的重心与所有所述第一结合部的重心重合;
    所述第一连接器设置于所述底板的中部,至少两个所述第一结合部环绕所述第一连接器设置;或
    所述第一结合部设置于所述底板的中部,至少两个所述第一连接器环绕所述第一结合部设置;或
    所述第一结合部和所述第一连接器分置于所述底板的两侧;
    所述第一结合部包括第一板和第二板,所述第一板自所述底板的边缘向所述连接座方向延伸,所述第二板自所述第一板的延伸末端向远离所述固定座的中心延伸,所述第二板靠近所述连接座的过程中推动所述连接座的可滑动舌板沿第一方向滑动;所述第一板上设置有窗口,所述窗口供所述可滑动 舌板穿过以抵接所述第二板,或者从所述第二板上脱出以与所述第一结合部分离;或者
    至少两块所述第一磁性元件设置于所述底板的中部,所述第一结合部设置于所述第一磁性元件的外围;或
    所述第一结合部设置于所述底板的中部,至少两块所述第一磁性元件设置于所述第一结合部的外围;或
    所述第一结合部和至少两块所述第一磁性元件间隔设置于同一圆周上;
    至少两块所述第一磁性元件的磁极排布方向相同;
    至少两个所述第一结合部的连线,与至少两块所述第一磁性元件的连线共线或相交。
  12. 一种连接座,能够与灯体连接,与安装基础上的固定座机械及电性配合连接,所述连接座包括如权利要求4-7中任一项所述的第二连接器。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的连接座,其中,所述连接座包括顶板、第二结合部和第二磁性元件,所述第二结合部与所述第二磁性元件设置在所述顶板的同一面上,所述第二结合部用于机械连接所述固定座的第一结合部,所述第二磁性元件用于与所述固定座的第一磁性元件吸附对位,所述顶板上所有第二磁性元件的重心与所有第一结合部的重心重合;
    至少两块所述第二磁性元件设置于所述顶板的中部,所述第二结合部设置于所述第二磁性元件的外围;或
    所述第二结合部设置于所述顶板的中部,至少两块所述第二磁性元件设置于所述第二结合部的外围;
    所述第二结合部和至少两块所述第二磁性元件间隔设置于同一圆周上;
    至少两块所述第二磁性元件的磁极排布方向相同;
    至少两个所述第二结合部,与至少两块所述第二磁性元件的连线共线或相交;
    所述第二连接器设置于所述顶板的中部,至少两个所述第二结合部环绕 所述第二连接器设置;或
    所述第二结合部设置于所述顶板的中部,至少两个所述第二连接器环绕所述第二结合部设置;或
    所述第二结合部和所述第二连接器分置于所述顶板的两侧;
    所述第二结合部能够在所述第二磁性元件和所述第一磁性元件吸附后,随所述顶端面继续朝所述固定座方向移动以与所述固定座的第一结合部配合形成机械连接,并使所述第二电气连接部与所述第一电气连接部配合形成电连接;
    所述第二结合部包括挂接槽、滑动舌板、舌板腔和第二弹性件;所述挂接槽具有朝向所述固定座的槽口,所述槽口适于所述第一结合部部伸入或伸出所述挂接槽;所述舌板腔具有远离所述挂接槽的腔底,所述第二弹性件设置于所述腔底和所述滑动舌板之间;所述滑动舌板包括一体连接的舌头和舌尾,所述舌尾靠近所述腔底,所述舌头远离所述腔底,所述舌头位于所述挂接槽时受所述第一结合部部施压而滑入所述舌板腔,并可在所述第二弹性件的作用下复位至所述挂接槽并将所述第一结合部的第二板夹持于所述挂接槽内;
    所述舌板腔和所述挂接槽内具有限位部,所述限位部限定所述滑动舌板沿所述舌板腔与所述挂接槽的连线方向运动。
  14. 一种灯具固定装置,包括如权利要求10-11中任一项所述的固定座,以及权利要求12-13中任一项所述的连接座,所述固定座与所述连接座匹配实现机械连接和电性连接,所述第一磁性元件和所述第二磁性元件相互吸附对位,所述第一连接器与所述第二连接器完成对位以电性连接,所述第一结合部和所述第二结合部完成对位以机械连接;所述固定座的第一电气连接部与所述连接座的第二电气连接部完成对位以电性配合连接。
  15. 根据权利要求14所述的灯具固定装置,其特征在于,所述固定座上的底板朝向所述连接座的面呈矩形并定义为第一矩形,所述连接座上的顶板 朝向所述固定座的面呈矩形并定义为第二矩形;
    其中,所述第一矩形的长边与所述第二矩形的短边平行设置,所述第一矩形的短边与所述第二矩形的长边平行设置,所述第一矩形和所述第二矩形层叠对齐且尺寸相同;或
    所述第一矩形的长边与所述第二矩形的长边平行设置,所述第一矩形的短边与所述第二矩形的短边平行设置,所述第一矩形和所述第二矩形层叠对齐且尺寸相同。
