具体实施方式
为使本实用新型的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本实用新型具体实施例以及相应的附图对本实用新型技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本实用新型一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本实用新型中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本实用新型保护的范围。
以下结合附图,详细说明本实用新型较佳实施例提供的技术方案。
如图1至图4所示,本实用新型实施例提供一种灯具,包括灯管1、组装于灯管1内的光源组件2、封堵于灯管1两端的端盖3。
本实用新型实施例灯管1可为T8圆管,当然,灯管1的型号以及形状也可为其他,本实用新型对此不做限制。参考图4,光源组件2包括光源基板21以及安装于光源基板21上的发光单元22。发光单元22可选用LED光源,当然也可选用其他形式的光源。
端盖3封堵在灯管1的两端并且与光源组件2以及外部元件(例如:接入市电的电连接器或者其他灯具)电性连接。同时,端盖3包括:第一连接部31以及第二连接部32。第一连接部31包括第一绝缘本体311与设置于第一绝缘本体311上的导电端子(未标号),进而使得第一连接部31可以通过导电端子实现与外部元件的电性连接。第二连接部32沿灯管1的周向套设在灯管1以及第一连接部31之外。第二连接部32外周设置有若干结合部(未标号),结合部用于实现与其他灯具的机械连接。
本实用新型灯具的端盖包括:第一连接部31以及第二连接部32。第二连接部32外周设置有若干结合部,结合部用于实现与其他灯具的机械连接,进而使得多个灯具可以通过第二连接部外周设置的结合部相互结合,进而使得本实用新型除了可进行单个灯具的单独使用外,还可很方便地进行多个灯具地各种拼接使用,进而丰富了灯具的应用形式。
在通过第二连接部32的外周的结合部进行灯具的拼接的基础上,为了在灯管1的轴向方向,使得多个灯具也可以进行拼接而串联起来,提高灯具组件的 照明范围,本发明一实施例灯具优选灯管1两端的端盖3的第一连接部31分别包括可相互配合连接的连接结构。
具体地,如图2所示,灯管1一端的第一连接部31为母连接部3a1,母连接部3a1包括插接槽3a11(即母连接部3a1的连接结构)与母端子3a12(即母连接部3a1的导电端子)。插接槽3a11自其所在端盖3背离灯管1的端面上沿灯管1的轴向朝向所属灯管1凹陷形成。插接槽3a11由槽壁(端盖3的部分结构)围绕形成。母端子3a12由插接槽3a11的槽壁沿灯管1的轴向延伸露出。
如图4所示,灯管1另一端的第一连接部31为公连接部3a2,公连接部3a2包括插接头3a21(即公连接部3a2的连接结构)与公端子3a22(参考图6,公端子3a22即公连接部3a2的导电端子)。插接头3a21自其所在端盖3背离灯管1的端面上沿灯管1的轴向背离灯管1凸出形成。插接头3a21上具有自插接头3a21背离灯管1的表面上沿灯管1的轴向朝向所属灯管1凹陷的端子槽3a23(参考图6),公端子3a22插置于端子槽3a23内。
参考图5以及图6,插接槽3a11与插接头3a21可相互插接匹配,进而使得多个灯具可以通过相邻灯具上的插接槽3a11与插接头3a21相互配合而实现沿灯管1的轴向相拼接。同时,当插接槽3a11与插接头3a21插接时,相应的母端子3a12与公端子3a22相互接触且电性连接,具体地,母端子3a12可以插入公端子3a22内,进而使得轴向相邻的两灯具电性连接。
本实用新型实施例端盖3除了包括第一连接部31外,还包括沿灯管1的轴向套设在第一连接部31之外的第二连接部32。同一第二连接部32的结合部可以包括凹槽部321和/或凸起部322。或者,同一第二连接部32的结合部可以只包括凹槽部321。又或者,同一第二连接部32的结合部可以只包括凸起部322。凹槽部321与凸起部322可相互卡接配合,进而使得两灯具也可以通过其第二连接部32彼此相互连接。
为了使得多个灯具可以进行比较规整的拼接,本实用新型优选凹槽部321沿灯管1的径向凹陷且沿灯管1的轴向延长,凸起部322沿灯管1的径向凸起且沿 灯管1的轴向延长,但是本实用新型并不限于此。当然本实用新型第二连接部32的形状也不受限制,其可以为类圆柱形也可以为类立方体性等等。
为了使得凹槽部321与凸起部322可方便地进行相互卡接配合,凹槽部321以及凸起部322沿灯管1的径向的截面上午形状可设置为“T”字型(这里的“T”字形可以为非规则形状的“T”字形,例如:“T”字形左右不一定对称)。凹槽部321自靠近端盖3中心的部分至远离端盖3中心的部分沿灯管1的径向的截面形状为倒“T”字型,凸起部322自靠近端盖3中心的部分至远离端盖3中心的部分沿灯管1的径向的截面形状为正“T”字型。
具体拼接方式上,如图7以及图8所示,在本发明另一实施例中,同一第二连接部32具有若干凹槽部321和若干凸起部322,若干凹槽部321与若干凸起部322沿该第二连接部32的周向相互间隔排列,进而使得若干灯具可以相互拼接形成一个外形美观的圆环。
如图9以及图10所示,在本发明又一实施例中,同一第二连接部32还可以至少具有相对设置的一个凹槽部321与一个凸起部322,进而使得多个灯具可以沿着灯管1的径向拼接。或者,同一第二连接部32还可以至少具有相对设置的一对凹槽部321。又或者,同一第二连接部32还可以至少具有相对设置的一对凸起部322。
本实用新型实施例通过在各灯具的第二连接部32上设有若干凹槽部321与若干凸起部322,各灯具的凹槽部321与其他灯具的凸起部322相互配合,使得多个灯具可以根据需求进行多种方式拼接,组成各种形状的灯具组件,丰富灯具的应用形式。
在本实用新型实施例中,第二连接部32与第一连接部31的第一绝缘本体311可为分体结构,进而使得成型工艺比较简单易行。同时,为了使得第二连接部32与第一连接部31可以方便快捷地组装在一起,本实施例第一绝缘本体311与第二连接部32采用卡扣连接的方式相互连接。具体地,参考图2、图4以及图6,第一连接部31的第一绝缘本体311上形成第一卡块3111,第一卡块3111 上具有卡扣,第二连接部32上形成第二卡块323,第一卡块3111与第二卡块323通过卡扣相互卡和,进而使得第一绝缘本体311与第一连接部31卡扣连接。当然,在本实用新型实施例中,第二连接部32与第一绝缘本体311也可以一体成型。
灯具还可以包括固定件4,固定件4套设在灯管1外表面。灯具通过固定件4固定安装至安装基础(例如:墙面)。在本实用新型实施例推荐固定件4为一固定卡簧,当然其也可为其他形式。固定件4包括连接部41以及与连接部41相连的固定部42。连接部41可以活动套设在灯管1外表面,进而使得固定件4可方便地与灯管1组装于拆卸。固定部42上形成固定孔421,固定孔421用于与连接件(未图示)配合,进而将灯具稳定可靠地固定安装于安装基础。
传统灯具安装前,需要配备与灯管1相匹配的支架,支架靠近端部位置会形成固定孔。灯具安装时,首先在安装基础上打孔形成与两固定孔对应的两安装孔,然后通过螺钉等连接件穿过两固定孔与对应的两安装孔,将支架安装至安装基础,最后再将灯具卡入支架,进而实现将灯具安装至安装基础。上述安装方式,由于固定孔是位于支架两固定位置处,二固定孔之间的距离一定,因此,在安装基础上打孔形成与二固定孔对应的两安装孔时,需要进行精确地相对位置测量,这使得安装过程比较复杂。在本实用新型实施例灯具中,为了更加牢固地将灯具安装至安装基础,也可设置两个固定孔421。具体设置形式可为,设有两个固定件4,每个固定件4上具有一个固定孔421。由于固定件4的连接部是活动套设在灯管1外表面,因此,两个固定件4相对位置便于适当调整,即两个固定孔421之间的距离便于适当调整,进而使得在安装基础上进行打孔时,对应两固定孔421的两安装孔位置精度要求大大降低,进而有效提高了灯具安装效率。
综上所述,本实用新型提供的灯具,端盖包括:第一连接部以及第二连接部。第二连接部外周设置有若干结合部,结合部用于实现与其他灯具的机械连接,进而使得多个灯具可以通过第二连接部外周设置的结合部相互结合,进而 丰富灯具的应用形式。
以上所述的具体实例,对本实用新型的目的、技术方案和有益效果进行了进一步详细说明,所应理解的是,以上所述仅为本实用新型的具体实施例而已,并不用于限制本实用新型,凡在本实用新型的精神和原则之内,所做的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本实用新型的保护范围之内。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种灯具,包括灯管以及组装于灯管内的光源组件,其特征在于,还包括端盖,所述端盖的数量为两个且分别封堵于所述灯管的两端并与所述光源组件以及外部元件电性连接,所述端盖包括:第一连接部以及第二连接部,所述第一连接部用于实现与所述光源组件以及外部元件的电性连接,所述第二连接部沿所述灯管的周向套设在所述灯管以及所述第一连接部之外,所述第二连接部外周设置有若干结合部,所述结合部用于实现与其他灯具的机械连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述灯具,其特征在于,同一所述第二连接部的所述结合部包括凹槽部和/或凸起部,且所述凹槽部与所述凸起部可相互卡接配合。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述灯具,其特征在于,所述凹槽部沿所述灯管的径向凹陷且沿所述灯管的轴向延长,所述凸起部沿所述灯管的径向凸起且沿所述灯管的轴向延长。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述灯具,其特征在于,同一所述第二连接部具有若干所述凹槽部和若干所述凸起部,若干所述凹槽部与若干所述凸起部沿该第二连接部的周向相互间隔排列。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述灯具,其特征在于,同一所述第二连接部至少具有相对设置的一个所述凹槽部与一个所述凸起部或者相对设置的一对所述凹槽部或者相对设置的一对所述凸起部。
  6. 根据权利要求3所述灯具,其特征在于,所述凹槽部自靠近所述端盖中心的部分至远离所述端盖中心的部分沿所述灯管的径向的截面形状为倒“T”字型,所述凸起部自靠近所述端盖中心的部分至远离所述端盖中心的部分沿所述灯管的径向的截面形状为正“T”字型。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述灯具,其特征在于,还包括固定件,所述固定件套设在灯管外表面。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述灯具,其特征在于,所述固定件包括连接部以及与所述连接部相连的固定部,所述连接部活动套设在灯管外表面。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述灯具,其特征在于,所述固定部上具有固定孔。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述灯具,其特征在于,所述固定件数量为2个,每个固定件上具有一个固定孔。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述灯具,其特征在于,
    所述灯管一端的第一连接部为母连接部,所述母连接部包括插接槽与母端子,所述插接槽自其所在端盖背离所述灯管的端面上沿所述灯管的轴向朝向所属灯管凹陷形成,所述母端子由所述插接槽的槽壁沿所述灯管的轴向延伸露出,
    所述灯管另一端的第一连接部为公连接部,所述公连接部包括插接头与公端子,所述插接头自其所在端盖背离所述灯管的端面上沿所述灯管的轴向背离所述灯管凸出形成,所述插接头上具有自所述插接头背离所述灯管的表面上沿所述灯管的轴向朝向所属灯管凹陷的端子槽,所述公端子设置于所述端子槽内,
    所述插接槽与所述插接头可相互插接匹配,且当所述插接槽与所述插接头插接时,所述母端子与所述公端子相互接触且电性连接。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述灯具,其特征在于,所述第一连接部包括第一绝缘本体与设置于所述第一绝缘本体上的导电端子,所述第二连接部与所述第一绝缘本体为分体结构。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述灯具,其特征在于,所述第一绝缘本体与所述第二连接部卡扣连接。
