背景技术
目前,市场上的吸顶灯按照安装方式主要分为以下两种:
一、由全发光塑料外罩加金属底盘组合的结构,该结构一般是在金属底盘上设置塑料卡钩或金属卡点,安装时,首先将金属底盘用螺丝固定在天花上,再将灯罩通过旋转从而与金属底盘上的塑料卡钩或者金属卡点卡合。然而采用该种方式,由于安装时面罩与底盘是分离的,用户安装不方便,且用户安装时无法保证灯罩能安装到位,且容易入灰尘或者蚊虫,影响出光效果。
二、由灯体与安装盘构成,在灯体上设置有弹簧卡扣,用于与安装盘卡合,采用此种方式只能通过人工摇晃,初步判定安装的效果,无法准确确认安装是否到位,存在安装不到位、误装的风险。
技术问题
本方案的目的在于提供一种吸顶灯,以解决现有技术中的吸顶灯存在的灯体内容易入灰尘或者蚊虫、用户安装不方便、且无法直接判断灯体是否安装到位导致存在误装的风险的技术问题。
技术解决方案
为实现上述目的,本方案采用的技术方案是:提供一种吸顶灯,包括灯体、安装盘、光源模组以及与所述光源模组电连接的驱动电源,所述光源模组与所述驱动电源均设置于所述灯体内,所述灯体可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘上,所述吸顶灯还包括用于将所述灯体可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘上的旋合结构,所述旋合结构包括设置于所述安装盘上并用于与市电电连接的卡接模块、以及设置于所述灯体上并与所述驱动电源电连接的卡扣模块,所述卡扣模块通过旋合的方式与所述卡接模块卡接固定并形成电连接。

进一步地,所述导电片的两端分别一体延伸出弹性臂,所述导电片两端的弹性臂之间形成用于与所述卡舌配合的卡接口,所述卡舌插入所述卡接口中固定且所述卡舌与所述弹性臂电连接。
进一步地,所述安装座内设有容腔,所述导电片安装于所述容腔内,所述卡槽与所述容腔连通。
进一步地,所述卡接模块还包括用于将所述导电片固定在所述安装座内的第一紧固件,所述导电片上设置有第一通孔,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一通孔后与所述安装座连接固定。

进一步地,所述吸顶灯还包括用于与所述市电电连接的接线端子,所述接线端子设置于所述安装盘上,所述导电片与所述接线端子电连接。

进一步地,所述卡接模块的数量为两个,所述卡扣模块的数量为两个;其中一个所述卡接模块与所述市电的零线以及其中一个所述卡扣模块电连接,且该卡扣模块与所述驱动电源的零线电连接;另一个所述卡接模块与所述市电的火线以及另一个所述卡扣模块电连接,且该卡扣模块与所述驱动电源的火线电连接。
进一步地,所述灯体包括底盘以及与所述底盘连接的灯罩,所述卡扣模块设置于所述底盘上。
进一步地,所述灯罩上设置有多个凸扣,所述底盘上安装有多个卡板,多个所述卡板上设置有分别用于与多个所述凸扣一一配合以使得所述底盘与所述灯罩连接固定的扣位。
有益效果
本方案提供的吸顶灯的有益效果在于:与现有技术相比,本方案吸顶灯,当需要安装吸顶灯时,只需要旋转灯体,使得卡扣模块通过旋合的方式与卡接模块卡接固定并形成电连接,从而不仅实现了灯体与安装盘之间的连接固定,还实现了电气连接,其安装十分方便快捷,起到很好的防尘防虫效果,且拆卸时,也只需要反向旋转灯体即可实现灯体与安装盘的拆卸,且用户只需要通过开关灯的方式即可直接准确地判断卡扣模块与卡接模块是否已经安装到位,避免了误装的可能性,安全可靠性高。

本发明的实施方式
为了使本方案所要解决的技术问题、技术方案及有益效果更加清楚明白,以下结合附图及实施例,对本方案进行进一步详细说明。应当理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本方案,并不用于限定本方案。
需要说明的是,当元件被称为“固定于”或“设置于”另一个元件,它可以直接在另一个元件上或者间接在该另一个元件上。当一个元件被称为是“连接于”另一个元件,它可以是直接连接到另一个元件或间接连接至该另一个元件上。

请一并参阅图1至图4,现对本方案提供的吸顶灯进行说明。所述吸顶灯,包括灯体10、安装盘20、光源模组30以及与所述光源模组30电连接的驱动电源,所述光源模组30与所述驱动电源40均设置于所述灯体10内;所述灯体10与所述安装盘20连接,所述灯体10可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘20上,所述吸顶灯还包括用于将所述灯体10可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘20上的旋合结构,所述旋合结构包括设置于所述安装盘20上并用于与市电电连接的卡接模块50、以及设置于所述灯体10上并与所述驱动电源40电连接的卡扣模块60,所述卡扣模块60通过旋合的方式与所述卡接模块50卡接固定并形成电连接。
本方案提供的吸顶灯,与现有技术相比,本方案的吸顶灯,当需要安装吸顶灯时,只需要通过旋转灯体10,使得卡扣模块60通过旋合的方式与所述卡接模块50卡接固定并形成电连接,从而不仅实现了灯体10与安装盘20之间的连接固定,还实现了电气连接,其安装十分方便快捷,可以起到很好的防尘防虫效果,且拆卸时,也只需要反向旋转灯体10即可实现灯体10与安装盘20的拆卸,且用户只需要通过开关灯的方式即可直接准确地判断卡扣模块60与卡接模块50是否已经安装到位,避免了误装的可能性,安全可靠性高。
进一步地,请一并参阅图3、图5及图7,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述灯体10上设置有定位槽13,所述安装盘20上设置有用于与所述定位槽13配合定位以确保所述灯体10在旋合过程中始终绕着所述灯体10的中心进行旋转的定位轴21。当需要将灯体10旋合在安装盘20上时,首先通过将定位轴21插入定位槽13中定位,从而可以保证灯体10在安装时始终绕着中心进行旋转,避免发生偏离。具体的,所述安装盘还包括安装板22,所述定位轴21设置于所述安装板22上。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图5、图6、图8及图9,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述卡接模块50包括设置于所述安装盘20内侧壁上的安装座51以及设置于所述安装座51内并用于与所述市电电连接的导电片52,所述安装座51上开设有卡槽53,所述卡槽53与所述导电片52正对。所述卡扣模块60包括设置于所述灯体10上的支架61以及安装于所述支架61上的与所述驱动电源40电连接的卡舌62,所述卡舌62为导电件,所述卡舌62通过旋合的方式与所述卡槽53卡接且所述卡舌62与所述导电片52接触,从而使得当卡舌62正确卡合到卡槽53中时,此时卡舌62的端部会与导电片52接触,从而可以在安装好灯体10的同时还实现了了电气连接,安装十分方便。优选的,所述导电片52为铜片,所述导电件可以为金属件,例如所述导电件可以为铜片或者铁片等。
进一步地,请参阅图11,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述导电片52的两端分别一体延伸出弹性臂521,所述导电片两端的弹性臂521之间形成用于与所述卡舌62配合的卡接口522,所述卡舌62插入所述卡接口522中固定且所述卡舌62与所述弹性臂521电连接。通过将卡舌62卡入所述卡接口522中固定,可以使得电气连接更加稳定可靠,避免松脱。应当说明的是,所述导电片52的设置方式并不局限于此,例如,在本方案的其他较佳实施例中,所述导电片52还可以为片状结构,或者在所述导电片52上设置弹簧,所述卡舌通过弹簧与所述导电片实现电性连接。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图8、图9及图10,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述安装座51上还设置有限位挡块54,当卡舌62与所述卡槽53配合时,所述限位挡块54抵于所述支架61上,防止出现移位。具体的,所述卡槽53为长条形卡槽。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图8、图9及图10,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述安装座51内设有容腔511,所述导电片52安装于所述容腔511内,所述卡槽53与所述容腔511连通,从而使得当卡舌62与卡槽53配合时,卡舌62的端部还可以伸入所述容腔511内并与导电片52接触。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图8及图9,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述卡接模块50还包括用于将所述导电片52固定在所述安装座51内的第一紧固件55,所述导电片52上设置有第一通孔(图中未示),所述第一紧固件55穿过所述第一通孔后与所述安装座51连接固定。在本实施例中,所述第一紧固件55为螺钉。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图6及图7,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述支架61上开设有容纳腔(图中未示),所述卡舌62安装于所述容纳腔内,且所述卡舌62的一端伸出所述容纳腔外,从而可以使得卡舌62固定在所述容纳腔内。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图6及图7,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述卡扣模块60还包括用于将所述卡舌62固定在所述支架61上的第二紧固件63,所述灯体10上设置有第三通孔,所述卡舌62上设置有第二通孔(图中未示),所述第二紧固件63依次穿过所述第三通孔、所述第二通孔后与所述支架61连接固定,从而使得所述支架固定在所述灯体10上。在本实施例中,所述第二紧固件63为螺钉。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1、图8及图9,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述吸顶灯还包括用于与所述市电电连接的接线端子70,所述接线端子70设置于所述安装盘20上,所述导电片52通过所述接线端子70与所述市电电连接。当需要安装吸顶灯时,首先需要将安装盘20固定在天花板上,再将市电与接线端子70电连接即可实现市电与导电片52之间的电连接。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图4,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述卡接模块50的数量至少为两个,所述卡扣模块60的数量至少为两个。例如可以为两个、三个或者四个等,在此不作任何限制。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图4,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述卡接模块50的数量为两个,所述卡扣模块60的数量为两个,其中一个所述卡接模块50与所述市电的零线以及其中一个所述卡扣模块60电连接,且该卡扣模块60与所述驱动电源40的零线电连接;另一个所述卡接模块50与所述市电的火线以及另一个所述卡扣模块60电连接,且该卡扣模块60与所述驱动电源40的火线电连接,从而可以实现了吸顶灯的电气连接。
进一步地,请一并参阅图1至图4,作为本方案提供的吸顶灯的一种具体实施方式,所述灯体10包括底盘11以及与所述底盘11连接的灯罩12,所述卡扣模块60设置于所述底盘11上。具体的,在本实施例中,所述灯罩12上设置有多个凸扣121,所述底盘11上安装有多个卡板111,多个所述卡板111上分别设置有扣位(图中未示),通过凸扣121与扣位一一配合从而实现了底盘11与灯罩12的连接固定,其组装十分简单方便,且由于底盘11与灯罩12在出厂之前已经整体组装好,因此,可以达到良好的防尘防虫效果。
本方案的吸顶灯的工作原理如下所示:
当需要安装吸顶灯时,首先,将安装盘20固定在天花板上,再将市电与接线端子70电连接;接着,旋转灯体10,使得卡舌62旋合在卡槽53中且所述卡舌62的端部与所述导电片52接触,从而实现了吸顶灯的快速安装以及电气连接;当需要判断灯体10是否安装到位时,只需要通过开关灯的方式即可直接判断;当需要拆卸时,只需要反向旋转灯体10直到卡舌62与卡槽53分离,此时即可将灯体10取下,从而实现了灯体10的快速拆卸。
以上所述仅为本方案的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本方案,凡在本方案的精神和原则之内所作的任何修改、等同替换和改进等,均应包含在本方案的保护范围之内。

Claims (15)

  1. 吸顶灯,其特征在于:包括灯体、安装盘、光源模组以及与所述光源模组电连接的驱动电源,所述光源模组与所述驱动电源均设置于所述灯体内,所述灯体可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘上,所述吸顶灯还包括用于将所述灯体可拆卸地旋合固定在所述安装盘上的旋合结构,所述旋合结构包括设置于所述安装盘上并用于与市电电连接的卡接模块、以及设置于所述灯体上并与所述驱动电源电连接的卡扣模块,所述卡扣模块通过旋合的方式与所述卡接模块卡接固定并形成电连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述卡接模块包括设置于所述安装盘内侧壁上的安装座以及设置于所述安装座内并用于与所述市电电连接的导电片,所述安装座上开设有卡槽;所述卡扣模块包括设置于所述灯体上的支架以及安装于所述支架上的与所述驱动电源电连接的卡舌,所述卡舌为导电件,所述卡舌通过旋合的方式与所述卡槽卡接且所述卡舌与所述导电片接触。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述灯体上设置有定位槽,所述安装盘上设置有用于与所述定位槽配合定位以确保所述灯体在旋合过程中始终绕着所述灯体的中心进行旋转的定位轴。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述导电片的两端分别一体延伸出弹性臂,所述导电片两端的弹性臂之间形成用于与所述卡舌配合的卡接口,所述卡舌插入所述卡接口中固定且所述卡舌与所述弹性臂电连接。
  5. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述安装座内设有容腔,所述导电片安装于所述容腔内,所述卡槽与所述容腔连通。
  6. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述卡接模块还包括用于将所述导电片固定在所述安装座内的第一紧固件,所述导电片上设置有第一通孔,所述第一紧固件穿过所述第一通孔后与所述安装座连接固定。
  7. 如权利要求6所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述第一紧固件为螺钉。
  8. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述支架上开设有容纳腔,所述卡舌安装于所述容纳腔内,且所述卡舌的一端伸出所述容纳腔外。
  9. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述卡扣模块还包括用于将所述卡舌固定在所述支架上的第二紧固件,所述卡舌上设置有第二通孔,所述灯体上设置有第三通孔,所述第二紧固件依次穿过所述第三通孔、所述第二通孔后与所述支架连接固定。
  10. 如权利要求9所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述第二紧固件为螺钉。
  11. 如权利要求2所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述吸顶灯还包括用于与所述市电电连接的接线端子,所述接线端子设置于所述安装盘上,所述导电片与所述接线端子电连接。
  12. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述卡接模块的数量至少为两个,所述卡扣模块的数量至少为两个。
  13. 如权利要求12所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述卡接模块的数量为两个,所述卡扣模块的数量为两个;其中一个所述卡接模块与所述市电的零线以及其中一个所述卡扣模块电连接,且该卡扣模块与所述驱动电源的零线电连接;另一个所述卡接模块与所述市电的火线以及另一个所述卡扣模块电连接,且该卡扣模块与所述驱动电源的火线电连接。
  14. 如权利要求1-11任一项所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述灯体包括底盘以及与所述底盘连接的灯罩,所述卡扣模块设置于所述底盘上。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的吸顶灯,其特征在于:所述灯罩上设置有多个凸扣,所述底盘上安装有多个卡板,多个所述卡板上设置有分别用于与多个所述凸扣一一配合以使得所述底盘与所述灯罩连接固定的扣位。
