有些壁灯为一体式结构。当壁灯的光源损坏时,需要将壁灯的底座从墙壁上拆下来,再进行维修,使得维修光源时,费事费力,不便维修。

机械连接部,固定于所述转接部上,与所述底座机械连接;以及

具体实施方式
为使本申请的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚,下面将结合本申请具体实施例及相应的附图对本申请技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅是本申请一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。基于本申请中的实施例,本领域普通技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本申请保护的范围。
如图1、图2、图6所示,本申请的光源转接模组100可以使用于壁灯、吊灯、台灯等照明灯具,照明灯具的光源模组400通过光源转接模组100安装在照明灯具的底座200上。光源转接模组100包括设有光源模组400安装部13的转接部1、与转接部1连接的机械连接部2和导通光源模组400和底座200电源连接端子205的电连接部3。
通过上述方式设置,光源模组400固定在光源转接模组100上,而光源转接模组100与底座200机械连接,实现可拆装式连接。这样,当光源模组400损坏,需要维修或更换时,将光源转接模组100从底座200上拆下,然后维修或更换光源模组400即可。因此,维修或更换光源模组400时,可以不用拆卸底座200,省事省力,节省时间;而且可以批量、系列化生产光源转接模组100。
为实现上述目的,该光源转接模组100可以以多种方式设置,以下以具体的实施例为例,详细介绍光源转接模组100的构造。
在光源转接模组100的第一个设置实施例中,如图1-图5所示,为便于介绍光源转接模组100,以下先介绍底座200和照明灯具的灯体300的构造。
底座200大致呈长方体形,包括沿前后方向间隔设置与墙壁连接的后壁和与后壁相对的顶壁201、上、下方向间隔设置的前壁209、底壁210和位于侧部的一对侧壁208。自前壁209向底壁210方向延伸形成插口203,插口203为内小而外大的锥形结构,即插口203两侧的插口壁204为倾斜面,以提高光源转接模组100的固定牢固性。自顶壁201向后壁凹陷形成安装槽202,安装 槽202与外部连通,并呈U形。底座200的中部为中空结构,内部设有驱动电源,与市电电性连接。底座200的顶壁201内侧固定有与驱动电源连接的PCB板(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板31),PCB板设有朝向插口203的电源连接端子205,电源连接端子205具体可以为触点、弹针或金手指。
灯体300大致呈长方形体。底座200的顶壁201外圈设有卡耳,灯体300卡设在底座200上,灯体300与底座200顶壁201外圈接触。
转接部1大致呈长方形板,第一面11和第二面12均为平面。安装部13可以为螺钉孔,光源模组通过螺钉固定在转接部1上,结构简单,组装方便。在转接部1的一端固定有与其大致90度弯折的弯折部21,弯折部21上设有卡体22,由弯折部21和卡体22构成机械连接部2。
弯折部21与转接部1可以为一体式结构,由同一块板构成,方便制作。弯折部21设有卡槽。安装好光源转接模组100时,弯折部21遮挡底座200插口203,与底座200前壁209一起形成底座200的外观面。这样,安装好灯体300后,灯体300压设转接部1,对光源转接模组100起到一定固定作用,提高光源转接模组100的固定牢固性。
卡体22包括卡板221和弹性卡持部222。卡板221和弹性卡持部222可以为一体式结构,由一块板两端弯折成U型结构,使板的两端具有一定弹性变形能力,形成卡板221和弹性卡持部222。。卡板221的一侧设有卡耳,卡耳卡设在折板21的卡槽211中,使卡板221垂直于转接部1而固定在弯折部21的卡槽211中,使弹性卡持部222外露于弯折部21。当安装好光源转接模组100后,弹性卡持部222卡接于插口壁204,通过插口壁204固定光源转接模组100。
电连接部3包括电路板31和与电路板31连接且位于电路板31一面的导电端子32,导电端子32背向弯折部21,朝向电源连接端子205。导电端子32可以为触点,也可以为弹针。此处优先选用导电端子32为弹针,则底座200的电源连接端子205为触点。弹针平行于转接部1。
安装光源转接模组100时,转接部1放置在安装槽202中,沿安装槽202 延伸方向(即上、下方向)移动转接部1。此时,卡体22和导电端子32在转接部1的带动下沿平行于底座200顶壁201的方向靠近插口203,直至卡板卡设在插口203的两插口壁204,导电端子32抵接于底座200的电源连接端子205。如此设置,结构简单,组装方便,省事省力;光源转接模组100沿平行于底座200顶壁201的方向固定在灯座200上,可以提高灯体300的固定牢固性。
在光源转接模组100’的第二个设置实施例中,如图7-图10所示,底座200’大致呈长方体形,包括沿前后方向间隔设置与墙壁连接的后壁和与后壁相对的顶壁201’,上、下方向间隔设置的前壁209’、底壁210’和位于侧部的一对侧壁208’。
自前壁209’向底壁210’方向延伸形成插口203’,插口203’两侧的插口壁204’大致平行,于插口壁204’内表面设有第二导向部207’,第二导向部207’具体可以为导向凸台,导向凸台沿光源转接模组100’的移动方向延伸。靠近底座200’内部设有连接端子收容部206’,连接端子收容部206’与插口壁204’的内端相连接。连接端子收容部206’上设置两个间隔的弹片孔。底座200’的中部为中空结构,内部设有驱动电源,与市电电性连接。电源连接端子205’为位于挡板206’内的板载插座,板载插座由两个金属片构成。
转接部1’大致呈长方形板,第一面11’和第二面12’均为平面。安装部13’可以为螺钉孔,光源模组通过螺钉固定在转接部1’上,结构简单,组装方便。在转接部1’的一端固定有与其大致90度弯折的弯折部21’。弯折部21’的两侧设有第一导向部23’,具体可以为导向槽,导向槽沿光源转接模组100’的移动方向延伸。弯折部21’上间隔固定有两个插片,由弹片构成卡体22’,同时由弹片构成电连接部3’。
安装光源转接模组100’时,转接部1’放置在第一面11’,第一导向部23’与第二导向部207’对齐,然后沿第一导向部23’移动转接部1’。此时,弹片在转接部1’的带动下沿平行于底座200’顶壁201’的方向靠近插口203’,直至从 弹片孔进入底座200’内侧,卡设于两个金属片之间。如此设置,结构简单,成本低,组装方便,省事省力。
当然,在其他实施例中,弯折部可以固定在转接部的中部,光源转接模组可以垂直底座前壁卡接在底座上等。
本申请的光源组件包括底座200、固定在底座中的驱动电源、固定在底座200中且与驱动电源连接的电源连接端子205和固定在底座200上的光源转接模组100,其中光源转接模100组为上述的光源转接模组,转接部1位于底座200上,机械连接部2与底座200机械连接,电连接部3与电源连接端子205电性连接。在该光源组件中,光源转接模组100与底座200机械连接,实现可拆装式连接。当光源模组400损坏,需要维修或更换时,将光源转接模组100从底座200上拆下,然后维修或更换光源模组400即可。这样,维修或更换光源模组400时,可以不用拆卸底座200,省事省力,节省时间。
本申请的照明灯具包括底座200、与底座200连接的光源转接模组100、设置于光源转接模组100上的光源模组400和与底座200连接的灯体300,光源转接模组100为上述的光源转接模组100。在该照明灯具中,光源转接模组100与底座200机械连接,实现可拆装式连接。当光源模组400损坏,需要维修或更换时,将光源转接模组100从底座200上拆下,然后维修或更换光源模组400即可。这样,维修或更换光源模组400时,可以不用拆卸底座200,省事省力,节省时间。
底座200大致呈长方体形,包括与墙壁连接的底面、与底面相对的前壁201和位于侧部的侧壁208。其中一个侧壁208设置开孔,形成插口203。前壁201设有延伸至插口203的安装槽202,转接部1位于安装槽202,转接部1第一面11与底座200前壁201平齐,以使底座200能够支撑光源模组400。底座200的中部为中空结构,内部设有电源、驱动。底座200的前壁201内侧固定有与电源连接的PCB板(Printed Circuit Board,印制电路板31),PCB板设有朝向插口203的连接端子205,以方便光源转接模组100的导电体与连接端子 205接触。
底座200外壳可以由两部分螺纹连接形成,在螺纹孔设置装饰盖208,遮挡螺纹孔。
灯体300大致呈长方形体。底座200的前壁201外圈设有卡耳,灯体300卡设在底座200上,灯体300与底座200前壁201外圈接触。安装好光源转接模组100后,灯体300压设转接部1,对光源转接模组100起到一定固定作用,提高光源转接模组100的固定牢固性。

Claims (13)

  1. 一种光源转接模组,其特征在于,用于将光源模组安装在底座上,所述光源转接模组包括:
    转接部,设有安装所述光源模组的安装部;
    机械连接部,固定于所述转接部上,与所述底座机械连接;以及
    电连接部,与所述底座中的电源连接端子和所述光源模组电性连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述机械连接部包括设置于所述转接部一端且与所述转接部相对弯折的弯折部和设置在所述弯折部上的卡体,所述卡体沿平行于所述底座顶壁的方向插入并卡设于所述底座。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述弯折部与所述底座的侧壁配置成所述底座的外观面。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述卡体包括与所述弯折部连接的卡板和位于所述卡板两端的弹性卡持部,所述弹性卡持部凸出所述弯折部且弹性卡接于所述底座。
  5. 根据权利要求2-4中任一项所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述电连接部包括固定设置在所述弯折部上的导电端子,所述导电端子背向所述弯折部,所述导电端子通过排线与所述光源模组连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述转接部包括转接板,所述转接板包括相对设置的第一面、第二面以及贯穿所述第一面和所述第二面的穿孔,所述第一面设有所述安装部,所述第二面抵接于所述底座的顶壁,所述排线由所述穿孔穿过。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述机械连接部为与所述弯折部连接的插片,所述插片卡接于所述电源连接端子,配置成所述电连接部。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的光源转接模组,其特征在于,所述弯折部的两 侧设有第一导向部,所述第一导向部与所述底座插口的第二导向部配合。
  9. 一种光源组件,其特征在于,包括底座、固定在所述底座中的驱动电源、固定在所述底座中且与所述驱动电源连接的电源连接端子和固定在所述底座上的光源转接模组,其中所述光源转接模组为权利要求1-8中任一项所述的光源转接模组,所述转接部位于所述底座上,所述机械连接部与所述底座机械连接,所述电连接部与所述电源连接端子电性连接。
  10. 一种照明灯具,其特征在于,包括设有电源连接端子的底座、与所述底座连接的光源转接模组、设置于所述光源转接模组上的光源模组和与所述底座连接的灯体,所述光源转接模组为权利要求1-8中任一项所述的光源转接模组。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其特征在于,所述底座包括与墙壁连接的后壁,与所述后壁相对的顶壁和与所述顶壁、后壁连接的前壁,所述前壁设有插口,所述机械连接部由所述插口插入并固定于所述底座,所述电源连接端子朝向所述插口。
  12. 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其特征在于,所述顶壁设有安装槽,所述转接部位于所述安装槽。
  13. 根据权利要求10所述的照明灯具,其特征在于,所述灯体压接所述转接部。
