为使本领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图来对本发明提供的整机结构和显示装置进行详细描述。
请一并参阅图1和图2,本实施例提供的整机结构,其包括显示模组4、边框1、背壳2和系统板3,其中,显示模组4的结构例如如图1所示,该显示模组4包括背板42和位于该背板42的背离背壳2一侧,并沿远离背板42的方向依次设置的反射片40、导光板49、至少一层功能膜材48和显示面板46,以及环绕在反射片40、导光板49、至少一层功能膜材48和显示面板46的周围的中框41;其中,在导光板49的入光面一侧相对设置有背光源491,该背光源491例如为灯条,该灯条粘贴在背板42的翻边内侧。
在实际应用中,功能膜材48例如包括下扩散膜和棱镜膜,可选的,还可以增加上扩散膜或者其他功能膜材。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图1所示,中框41包括环绕在反射片40、导光板49、至少一层功能膜材48和显示面板46的周围的中框主体41a,和设置在显示面板46与至少一层功能膜材48之间的定位框 体41b,该定位框体41b用于承载显示面板46,并且在定位框体41b与显示面板46之间,以及在定位框体41b与至少一层功能膜材48之间均设置有缓冲垫片47,用以对显示面板46起到缓冲作用,以保护显示面板46。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图1所示,在定位框体41b的与导光板49相对的位置处设置有定位凸部411,该定位凸部411与导光板49相抵,用以固定导光板49。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图1所示,在背板42的板面上形成有凹凸结构,用以增加背板42的强度。
边框1套设在显示模组4的四周,以起到固定和保护显示模组4的作用,具体地,该边框1呈闭合的环状,且与显示模组4的中框41相配合,例如间隙配合,以保证显示模组4能够顺利组装在边框1中,该显示模组4的中框41与边框1之间的间隙例如大于等于0.3mm。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3A所示,边框1的轮廓形状和外周尺寸(即,外轮廓尺寸)分别与显示模组4的轮廓形状和外周尺寸(即,外轮廓尺寸)相适配。需要说明的是,边框1的轮廓形状与显示模组4的轮廓形状相适配,该适配是指二者的轮廓形状一致,例如,显示模组4为矩形,则边框1在显示模组4出光面所在平面上的正投影形状包括矩形。边框1的外周尺寸与显示模组4的外周尺寸相适配,是指二者的外周尺寸满足:使显示模组4能够被边框1容置在其中,在此基础上,可选的,边框1与显示模组4的中框41例如为间隙配合。通过使边框1的轮廓形状和外周尺寸分别与显示模组4的轮廓形状和外周尺寸相适配,不仅可以提高整机结构的紧凑性,有利于实现整机结构的薄型化和显示模组的窄边框,而且还可以保证显示模组4在边框1中不会产生滑 移,从而可以提高整机结构的稳定性。
以条形的显示模组4的显示面板46的尺寸为21寸为例,显示模组4的外周尺寸(这里假设还具有原来的前框和后壳时)为:长度为542.4mm;宽度为54.7mm;厚度为12mm。与之相适配的,边框1的外周尺寸(即,外轮廓尺寸)为:长度为542.4mm;宽度为54.7mm;厚度为23.9mm。此外,可选的,边框1的内周尺寸为:长度为530.4mm;宽度为37.4mm;壁厚为0.6mm。也就是说,边框1代替了显示模组4原有的前框,包围显示模组4以对其进行保护。
在相关技术中,显示模组具有前框。在整机组装时,整机设置有边框,因此,在显示面板侧面包括了前框和边框两层框体。因此,本公开相对于现有技术,可以减小显示面板外围的框体厚度,增强整机结构的美观性和使用体验。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3A所示,边框1的位于显示模组4的显示面板46出光面一侧设置有覆盖该显示面板46非显示区域的限位部11。借助该限位部11,不仅可以进一步增强对显示模组4的限制作用,提高整机结构的稳定性,而且还可以减少灰尘或者其他污染物进入整机结构中。上述限位部11与边框1之间呈90°夹角。
上述限位部11与边框1可以一体成型,或者也可以焊接在一起。
以条形的显示模组4的显示面板46的尺寸为21寸为例,如图3A所示,限位部11为矩形边框结构,该矩形边框结构的四个条形边中,两个较短的条形边的宽度(L1,L2)均可以为6mm;其中一个较长的条形边的宽度L3可以为6mm;其中另一个较长的条形边的宽度L4可以为11.3mm。即,设计为一个较长的条形边的宽度与另一个较长的条形边的宽度不同;并且可选地,较长的条形边的宽度较小的一个与较短的 条形边的宽度的相同或近似相同。当然,在实际应用中,这些尺寸的设定与显示模组4的非显示区域的相应尺寸相适配即可。
需要说明的是,边框在显示模组出光面所在平面上的正投影形状包括矩形时,所述矩形可以包括直角矩形以及圆角矩形。或者矩形的一部分顶点位置设置为圆角。直角矩形即常规意义上的矩形,矩形的所有边均为线段。
在一些实施例中,可选的,边框1采用金属材料制作,例如边框1采用钢板制作,且在该金属材料的外表面覆盖有耐腐蚀层(例如锌)。该耐腐蚀层例如采用电镀的方式制备。该金属材料和耐腐蚀层的总厚度例如为0.6mm。
请参阅图1,背壳2包括位于与上述显示模组4的背板42相对的一侧的第一壳体21,和位于与上述边框1的内周面相邻设置的第二壳体22,其中,第二壳体22与上述边框1可以接触设置,或者在第二壳体22与上述边框1之间也可以具有间隙。并且,第二壳体22的一端(即,靠近第一壳体21的一端)与第一壳体21的边缘处连接,例如,第二壳体22与第一壳体21可以一体成型,或者也可以焊接在一起。第二壳体22的另一端(即,远离第一壳体21的一端)设置有支撑部221,用以支撑上述显示模组4的边缘处,以在上述显示模组4与第一壳体21之间形成能够容置系统板3的预留空间5,并且第二壳体22与上述边框1固定连接。具体地,上述支撑部221可以与显示模组4的背板42的边缘处相接触。
借助支撑部221支撑显示模组4的边缘处,在该显示模组4与第一壳体21之间形成能够容置系统板的预留空间5,可以实现系统板3的配备和组装,从而无需用户自行配备和组装系统板3。此外,支撑部221 还可以提高背壳2的结构强度。
图1中仅示出了支撑部221的结构示意图。下面对该支撑部221的具体结构进行详细描述。例如,在一些实施例中,可选的,如图6B所示,支撑部221包括自第二壳体22的另一端(即,远离第一壳体21的一端)凸出的第一子凸部221a,且凸出方向与显示模组4的显示面板46的出光面所在平面呈夹角,该夹角优选为90°,支撑部221还包括自该第一子凸部221a的靠近显示模组4的一端向第二壳体22的远离边框1的一侧延伸的第二子凸部221b,其中,第二子凸部221b与显示模组4(例如背板42)的边缘处相抵。上述第一子凸部221a可以增大预留空间5,从而保证有足够的空间容置系统板;上述第二子凸部221b可以增大背壳2与显示模组4的接触面积,从而可以进一步提高结构稳定性。当然,在实际应用中,也可以不设置上述第一子凸部221a,而仅在第二壳体22的另一端设置上述第二子凸部221b。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图6A所示,支撑部221为多个,且在第二壳体22的每个长边一侧排布,例如等间距排布,这样可以对显示模组4实现均匀支撑,保证支撑力的均匀和稳定。
在一些实施例中,可选的,预留空间5在垂直于系统板3的方向上大于等于20mm的位置至少存在一处。该尺寸范围可以保证有足够的空间容置系统板3。
在一些实施例中,可选的,上述第一壳体21例如包括平板结构,该平板结构与显示模组4的背板42的延伸方向例如可以相互平行,且平板结构在显示面板46的出光面所在平面的正投影的形状与显示模组4的背板42在显示面板46的出光面所在平面的正投影的形状相适配,例如均为矩形;上述第二壳体22例如采用闭合的边框结构,该边框结 构与上述平板结构之间可以呈90度夹角。背板42的延伸方向可以为显示面板46的出光面所在平面的延伸方向。
如图1所示,边框1不仅套设在显示模组4(例如中框41)的周围,而且还套设在第二壳体22的周围,这样更有助于提高整机结构的紧凑性和连接稳定性。在一些实施例中,可选的,第二壳体22与边框1之间设置有安装间隙,用以保证第二壳体22与边框1能够顺利组装,同时可以实现组装的重复性。可选的,上述安装间隙大于等于0.3mm。
上述第二壳体22与上述边框1固定连接的方式可以有多种,例如,请一并参阅图2、图3A和图3B,以边框1在显示模组4出光面所在平面上的正投影形状为矩形为例,边框1具有相对的两条长边和相对的两条短边。上述第二壳体22与边框1在边框1的每个长边一侧,通过多个第一紧固螺钉7固定连接,并且在边框1的每个长边一侧的多个第一紧固螺钉7沿长边所在方向排布。具体来说,如图3A所示,在边框1的每个长边一侧设置有多个螺纹孔122。在一些实施例中,可选的,如图6C所示,在上述第二壳体22背离边框1的内表面上设置有相对于该内表面凸出的凸部223,并在该凸部223中设置有自上述凸部223的背离边框1的端面贯通至第二壳体22的与边框1相对的外表面的螺纹孔223a,该螺纹孔223a的数量与上述螺纹孔122的数量相同,且一一对应地同轴设置。并且,上述第一紧固螺钉7的数量与上述螺纹孔122的数量也相同,各个第一紧固螺钉7与螺纹孔122和对应的第二壳体22上的螺纹孔螺纹配合,从而实现第二壳体22与边框1的固定连接。
在本实施例中,如图3A所示,在边框1的每个长边一侧的第二紧固螺钉8的数量与同一侧的第一紧固螺钉7的数量相同,且在与长边的延伸方向相垂直的方向上成对设置,具体来说,成对的第一紧固螺钉7 和第二紧固螺钉8中,二者在边框1的平行于长边的截面上的正投影的中心连线与长边的延伸方向相互垂直,即,成对的第一紧固螺钉7和第二紧固螺钉8在图3A中的X方向上排列。
同时,多个第一紧固螺钉7沿长边所在方向排布,可以使边框1和第二壳体22的载荷均匀,不易变形,而且可以提高紧固螺钉的承载能力。尤其针对长宽比较大的长条形显示模组4,上述效果更为明显。同时,对于长宽比较大的长条形显示模组4,可选的,上述第二壳体22与边框1在边框1的每个短边一侧可以不设置第一紧固螺钉7和相应的螺纹孔。仅在长边间隔设置第一紧固螺钉7可以保证短边一侧的强度,而且还可以有效防止漏光、形变等不良,另外还可以为诸如接口等的外接孔61的设置预留出足够的空间。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3A所示,相邻的两个第一紧固螺钉7之间的间距,即,相邻的两个螺纹孔122之间的间距D大于等于40mm,且小于等于80mm,通过将间距D设置在该数值范围,可以保证边框1和第二壳体22的载荷均匀,不易变形,而且可以提高紧固螺钉的承载能力。以条形的显示模组4的显示面板46的尺寸为21寸为例,第一紧固螺钉7例如采用M2.0×2.1(规格×牙距)的螺钉,且在边框1的每个长边一侧设置有7个螺纹孔122,相邻的两个螺纹孔122之间的间距D例如在[60mm,65mm]范围内。
需要说明的是,如图3A所示,若在边框1的每个长边一侧诸如接口等的外接孔61的位置与螺纹孔122的位置有冲突,则可以适当偏移设置螺纹孔122的位置,并且偏移量应使该螺纹孔122和与之相邻的螺纹孔122之间的间距保持在大于等于40mm,且小于等于80mm的数值范围内。
在一些实施例中,可选的,请一并参阅图2、图3A和图3B,边框1与显示模组4在边框1的每个长边一侧,通过多个第二紧固螺钉8固定连接,并且在边框1的每个长边一侧的多个第二紧固螺钉8沿长边所在方向间隔设置。这样,边框1不仅与第二壳体22固定连接,同时还与显示模组4(例如中框41)固定连接,从而可以保证显示模组4的稳定性,进一步提高整机结构的稳定性。具体来说,如图3A所示,在边框1的每个长边一侧设置有多个螺纹孔121,并对应地在显示模组4(例如中框41)中设置有螺纹孔(图中未示出),螺纹孔121的数量与第二紧固螺钉8的数量相同,各个第二紧固螺钉8一一对应地与各个螺纹孔121和对应的显示模组4(例如中框41)上的螺纹孔螺纹配合,从而实现显示模组4(例如中框41)与边框1的固定连接。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3A所示,在边框1的每个长边一侧的第二紧固螺钉8的数量与同一侧的第一紧固螺钉7的数量相同,即,在边框1的每个长边一侧的螺纹孔121的数量与螺纹孔122的数量相同,且在边框1的垂直于该长边的方向上一一对应地设置。这样,可以使边框1、显示模组4(例如中框41)和第二壳体22的载荷均匀,不易变形,而且通过使多个第一紧固螺钉和多个第二紧固螺钉均沿边框1的长边的延伸方向排布,有助于提高紧固螺钉的承载能力。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3B所示,在边框1的每个长边一侧,且位于各个螺纹孔121和对应的螺纹孔122所在区域处还设置有扩孔123,其可以容置第一紧固螺钉7的螺钉头和第二紧固螺钉8的螺钉头,以避免螺钉头相对于边框1的外周面凸出。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图3A和图3C所示,在第二壳体22和边框1上对应设置有外接孔61,这些外接孔61可以包括USB接口、 电源接口和存储卡接口中的至少一种,也可以根据用户的需求进行设定。需要说明的是,这些外接孔61在第二壳体22和边框1上的位置可以根据具体需要自由设定。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图8A和图8B所示,背板42的边缘处环绕设置有翻边421,该翻边421相对设置在中框41的中框主体41a的内侧,并且在翻边421的每个长边(与中框主体41a的每个长边相对)设置有凸出部422,该凸出部422相对于翻边421的外周面凸出,并且如图8B所示,在中框主体41a的与该凸出部422对应的位置处设置有开口,用以避让凸出部422,即,使凸出部422能够自该开口暴露出来。上述凸出部422能够作为增强翻边421的强度的加强筋,同时能够用于与边框1固定连接。
具体来说,如图8C所示,凸出部422与位于其内侧的元件(例如反射片40、导光板49、至少一层功能膜材48)之间形成一容置空间422b,且在凸出部422的位于翻边421的内侧,并位于该容置空间422b中设置有凸部422c,在该凸部422c中设置有自上述凸部422c的背离翻边421的外周面的端面贯通至凸出部422的外表面的螺纹孔422a,该螺纹孔422a的数量与上述螺纹孔121的数量相同,且一一对应地同轴设置。并且,各个第二紧固螺钉8与边框1上的螺纹孔121和对应的凸出部422上的螺纹孔422a螺纹配合,从而实现显示模组4与边框1固定连接。当然,在实际应用中,边框1也可以直接与中框41固定连接,或者与中框41和背板42的翻边均固定连接。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图8B所示,第二壳体22的支撑部221可以设置在与上述凸出部422相对应的位置处,例如位于该凸出部422的正下方,用以支撑该凸出部422。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图8A和图8B所示,在翻边421的每个长边和每个短边均设置有多个卡接件423,并对应地在中框41的每个长边和每个短边均设置有多个卡槽412,各个卡接件423和各个卡槽412一一对应地卡接,从而实现翻边421与中框41的卡合。
请参阅图4,显示模组4的背板42上,且位于远离显示面板46的一侧设置有电路板(图中未示出),用于控制显示面板。该电路板上覆盖有保护壳45,用以保护电路板,并屏蔽电路板向外传输干扰电信号。在实际应用中,由于背壳2的存在,也可以不设置该保护壳45。需要说明的是,该保护壳45可以仅覆盖电路板所在区域。在一些实施例中,背板42的除电路板之外的其他区域未被保护壳45覆盖。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图4所示,电路板具有排线451(例如44FFC线),其与显示面板46连接,电路板能够通过排线451点亮背光源491。电路板还具有连接器452,其与系统板3连接,用于接收系统板3传输的显示信号。
并且,本实施例提供的整机结构还包括无线传输模块(图中未示出),该无线传输模块可以集成在系统板3上,或者也可以独立设置。如图4所示,在显示模组4的背板42上设置有镂空区域43a;镂空区域43a的数量可以为至少一个。可选的,在背板42上设置有覆盖该镂空区域43a的覆盖件43,以防止灰尘等杂质进入显示模组4中。上述镂空区域43a位于与上述无线传输模块相对应的位置处,可以避免背板42屏蔽信号,从而使该无线传输模块发出或接收的信号能够通过背板42。系统板3的无线传输模块用于与无线通信设备进行通信,以实现数据的传输,例如用户可以使用无线通信设备与无线通信设备进行通信,以进行显示内容的加载和更新操作。
需要说明的是,上述镂空区域43a与上述无线传输模块相对应的位置处,可以指在显示模组4出光面所在平面上,上述镂空区域的正投影完全覆盖上述无线传输模块的正投影;或者指在显示模组4出光面所在平面上,上述镂空区域的正投影与上述无线传输模块的正投影有交叠。
在一些情况下,也可以不设置为镂空区域43a与上述无线传输模块相对应,只要在背板42上设置镂空区域43a,使无线传输模块可以与外界通信即可。
通过在显示模组4的背板42上设置有镂空区域43a,该镂空区域43a位于与无线传输模块相对应的位置处,用以使该无线传输模块发出或接收的信号能够通过背板,可以避免该背板42屏蔽信号,使用户能够利用无线通信设备与无线传输模块进行显示内容的加载和更新操作,从而可以提高显示内容的加载和更新的便捷性,优化用户体验。
上述覆盖件43被设置为能够使无线传输模块发出或接收的信号能够通过背板42。该覆盖件43例如采用绝缘材料,该覆盖件43例如为PET聚酯薄膜(又称麦拉片,MYLAR片)。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图6A所示,在上述第一壳体21靠近显示模组4一侧的表面上设置有多个固定柱222,用以固定上述系统板3。优选地,通过固定柱222支撑,系统板3与上述第一壳体21靠近显示模组4一侧的表面之间具有间隔,从而可以防止系统板3上的器件发生接触短路,而且还可以增强系统板3的散热能力。具体地,上述固定柱222与系统板3的连接方式有多种,例如可以在系统板3的四个边角附近设置安装孔,并使用紧固螺钉(图中未示出)将系统板与固定柱222固定连接。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图4所示,在显示模组4的背板42 的与第一壳体21相对的表面上设置有多个支撑柱44,多个支撑柱44与系统板3相互错开,从而可以避免在组装整机结构的过程中产生干涉,例如多个支撑柱44可以分布在系统板3的外围区域,此外,在除系统板3对应的区域之外的其他任意区域均可以设置支撑柱44。而且,支撑柱44与第一壳体21靠近显示模组4一侧的表面相抵,用以支撑第一壳体21。借助支撑柱44可以进一步提高整机结构的稳定性。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图4所示,在显示模组4的背板42上,且位于远离显示面板46的一侧设置有加强筋453,用以增强背板42的强度。此外,该加强筋453还可以用于为支撑柱44预留位置。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图5和图6D所示,第一壳体21上设置有自第一壳体21的背离显示模组4的外表面朝向显示模组4凹进的凹陷部23,该凹陷部23在第一壳体21的背离显示模组4的一侧形成凹槽结构,用以容置线材,该线材例如为电源的线材、无线传输模块的线材等等;并且,在上述凹陷部23上设置有用于缠绕固定线材的固定部24,该固定部24例如为在第一壳体21上形成的两个弯钩部,二者间隔设置,且弯折方向可以设置为相反,从而便于线材的缠绕。并且,上述弯钩部是在第一壳体21的本体上截取的一块金属块,截取后,会在第一壳体21上对应形成开口241,该开口241也可以用于供线材穿过。另外,可选的,在凹陷部23上还可以设置有接口部25,该接口部25例如为电源接口和信号输入接口中的至少一种。并且凹陷部23可以增强第一壳体21的承载强度,提高显示装置的信赖性。
在一些实施例中,可选的,如图7所示,第二壳体22的远离第一壳体21的另一端,且与系统板3相对的区域形成有阶梯部224,该阶梯部224用于避让系统板3边缘,以及避让系统板3上的接口。也就是说, 第二壳体22在阶梯部224所在区域没有包围在系统3的周围,这样可以避免系统板3与第二壳体22接触短路。阶梯部224的结构可以根据系统板3的尺寸、接口位置进行设计,例如,如图7所示,上述阶梯部224包括低于第二壳体22的远离第一壳体21的另一端的第一阶梯面224a和低于该第一阶梯面224a的第二阶梯面224b,其中,第一阶梯面224a与系统板3的与上述第一壳体21相对的表面之间具有间距,即,第一阶梯面224a与系统板3在图7中的竖直方向上具有间距,以避免二者短路,该间距例如为0.8mm。上述第二阶梯面224b低于系统板3上的至少一个接口,用以暴露该至少一个接口。
需要说明的是,在实际应用中,上述第二阶梯面224b可以为一个或多个,具体数量和尺寸可以根据系统板3的接口位置、接口数量自由设定。
还需要说明的是,系统板3的边缘处可以与第一阶梯面224a和第二阶梯面224b的远离第一壳体21的端面之间部分重叠,例如,第二壳体22的厚度为0.6mm,而系统板3的边缘处与第一阶梯面224a和第二阶梯面224b的远离第一壳体21的端面相互重叠的区域在第二壳体22的厚度方向上的尺寸为0.2mm。
在一些实施例中,上述显示模组4的显示面板46为条形显示面板。例如,其显示区的长宽比大于或等于4:1。在一些实施例中,显示区的长宽比大于或等于10:1,例如,显示区的长宽比大于或等于20:1,从而满足货架信息显示的需要。
在实际应用中,上述显示模组4的显示面板46的尺寸可以包括但不限于:19寸、21寸、23寸、24寸、28寸、29寸、36寸、37寸、43寸或46.1寸。需要说明的是,上述显示面板46的尺寸均为显示面板的 显示区域对角线的长度。
综上所述,本发明实施例提供的整机结构和显示装置的技术方案,该整机结构中的背壳包括位于与显示模组的背板相对的一侧的第一壳体,和位于与边框的内周面相对的一侧的第二壳体,其中,借助设置在该第二壳体的另一端的支撑部,支撑显示模组的边缘处,以在该显示模组与第一壳体之间形成能够容置系统板的预留空间,可以实现系统板的配备和组装,从而无需用户自行配备和组装系统板。
作为另一个技术方案,本发明实施例还提供一种显示装置,其包括本发明实施例提供的上述整机结构。
本发明实施例提供的显示装置,其通过采用本发明实施例提供的上述整机结构,可以实现系统板的配备和组装,从而无需用户自行配备和组装系统板。

  1. 一种整机结构,其特征在于,所述整机结构包括显示模组、边框、背壳和系统板,其中,所述边框套设在所述显示模组的四周;
    所述背壳包括位于与所述显示模组的背板相对的一侧的第一壳体,和位于与所述边框的内周面相邻设置的第二壳体,其中,所述第二壳体的一端与所述第一壳体的边缘处连接,所述第二壳体的另一端设置有支撑部,用以支撑所述显示模组的边缘处,以在所述显示模组与所述第一壳体之间形成能够容置所述系统板的预留空间,并且所述第二壳体与所述边框固定连接。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述支撑部包括自所述第二壳体的另一端向靠近所述显示模组的方向延伸的第一子凸部和自所述第一子凸部的靠近所述显示模组的一端向所述第二壳体的远离所述边框的一侧延伸的第二子凸部,其中,所述第二子凸部与所述显示模组的边缘处相抵。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述整机结构还包括无线传输模块;
    在所述显示模组的背板上设置有镂空区域,所述镂空区域位于与所述无线传输模块相对应的位置处,用以使所述无线传输模块发出或接收的信号能够通过所述背板。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的整机结构,其特征在于,在所述背板上设置有覆盖所述镂空区域的覆盖件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述边框的轮廓形状和外周尺寸分别与所述显示模组的轮廓形状和外周尺寸相适配。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述边框的位于所述显示模组的显示面板出光面一侧设置有覆盖所述显示面板非显示区域的限位部。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述边框在显示模组出光面所在平面上的正投影形状包括矩形,所述边框具有相对的两条长边和相对的两条短边;所述第二壳体与所述边框在所述边框的每个所述长边一侧,通过多个第一紧固螺钉固定连接,并且在所述边框的每个所述长边一侧的多个所述第一紧固螺钉沿所述长边所在方向排布。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的整机结构,其特征在于,相邻的两个所述第一紧固螺钉之间的间距大于等于40mm,且小于等于80mm。
  9. 根据权利要求7或8所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述边框与所述显示模组在所述边框的每个所述长边一侧,通过多个第二紧固螺钉固定连接,并且在所述边框的每个所述长边一侧的多个所述第二紧固螺钉沿所述长边所在方向排布;并且,在所述边框的每个所述长边一侧的所述第二紧固螺钉的数量与同一侧的所述第一紧固螺钉的数量相同,且至少部分所述第一紧固螺钉与所述第二紧固螺钉在所述边框的平行于所述长边的截面上的正投影的中心连线与所述长边的延伸方向相互垂直。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的整机结构,其特征在于,在所述第二壳体的背离所述边框的内表面上设置有相对于所述内表面凸出的凸部,并在所述凸部中设置有自所述凸部的背离所述边框的端面贯通至所述第二壳体的与所述边框相对的外表面的螺纹孔,用以与所述第一紧固螺钉螺纹配合。
  11. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,在所述第一壳体靠近所述显示模组一侧表面上设置有多个固定柱,用以固定所述系统板,以使所述系统板与所述第一壳体的与所述显示模组相对的内表面之间具有间隔。
  12. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,在所述显示模组的背板的与所述第一壳体相对的表面上设置有多个支撑柱,与所述第一壳体的与所述显示模组相对的内表面相抵。
  13. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述第二壳体的远离所述第一壳体的另一端,且与所述系统板相对的区域形成有阶梯部,所述阶梯部用于避让所述系统板边缘,以及避让所述系统板上的接口。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述阶梯部包括低于所述第二壳体的远离所述第一壳体的另一端的第一阶梯面和低于所述第一阶梯面的第二阶梯面,其中,所述第一阶梯面与所述系统板的与所述第一壳体相对的表面之间具有间距;所述第二阶梯面低于所 述系统板上的至少一个接口。
  15. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述第一壳体上设置有自所述第一壳体的背离所述显示模组的外表面朝向所述显示模组凹进的凹陷部;并且,在所述凹陷部上设置有固定部,以及接口部。
  16. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,在所述第二壳体和所述边框上对应设置有USB接口、电源接口和存储卡接口中的至少一种。
  17. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述显示模组的显示面板的显示区的长宽比大于或等于4:1。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述显示模组包括所述背板和位于所述背板的背离所述第一壳体一侧,并沿远离所述背板的方向依次设置的反射片、导光板、至少一层功能膜材和显示面板,以及环绕在所述反射片、导光板、至少一层功能膜材和显示面板的周围的中框;其中,在所述导光板的入光面一侧相对设置有背光源。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的整机结构,其特征在于,所述中框包括环绕在所述反射片、导光板、至少一层功能膜材和显示面板的周围的中框主体,和设置在所述显示面板与所述至少一层功能膜材之间的定位框体,所述定位框体用于承载所述显示面板,并且在所述定位框体与所述显示面板之间,以及在所述定位框体与所述至少一层功能膜材之间均设置有缓冲垫片;
    其中,在所述定位框体的与所述导光板相对的位置处设置有定位凸部,所述定位凸部与所述导光板相抵,用以固定所述导光板。
  20. 一种显示装置,其特征在于,包括权利要求1-19任意一项所述的整机结构。
