本申请涉及洗碗机技术领域,特别涉及一种喷臂组件、喷臂装置和洗碗机。
背景技术
随着物质生活水平的提高,能够解放双手的洗碗机正逐步成为品质生活的标配。与传统手洗相比,洗碗机具有洗涤洁净、杀菌、省水省力等优势。家用洗碗机一般采用喷淋式洗涤方式,在洗涤泵的驱动下,水流进入喷臂后通过喷臂上的喷淋孔喷出,并带动喷臂旋转,通过旋转的喷臂喷淋,冲刷餐具表面,以将餐具表面的污渍去除。其中,喷臂的结构与洗碗机的洗净效果密切相关,一直是洗碗机领域的研究重点。
发明内容
本申请的主要目的是提出一种喷臂组件,旨在提升洗碗机的洗净效果。
为实现上述目的,本申请提出的一种喷臂组件,用于与洗碗机的配合组件配合使用,包括:
喷臂,具有第一连通管;
第一密封结构;
第一连接结构,包括第一管状部和套设于所述第一管状部上的第一环状部;
第二连接结构,包括第二管状部和设于所述第二管状部内的第二环状部;以及
所述第二环状部和所述第一密封结构套设于所述第一连通管外,所述第一密封结构位于所述第二管状部内,所述第一管状部插接于所述第一连通管内,并使得所述第一环状部、所述第一密封结构、所述第二环状部和所述喷臂依次紧贴,所述第二管状部远离所述喷臂的一端用于与所述配合组件连接,所述第一环状部能在所述第二环状部上运动,以使得所述喷臂能相对于所述配合组件转动。
在一实施例中,所述第一环状部位于所述第一管状部的端部,所述第二环状部位于所 述第二管状部的端部。
在一实施例中,所述第一连通管远离所述配合组件的一端具有第一台阶结构,所述第一管状部的内壁具有第二台阶结构,所述第二台阶结构与所述第一台阶结构卡接。

上述喷臂组件与配合组件配合使用,可以在喷臂与配合组件的连接处形成迷宫密封(第一管状部与第一连通管插接为第一级密封,第一环状部、第一密封结构、第二环状部和喷臂依次紧贴为第二级密封,第二管状部远离喷臂的一端与配合组件连接为第三级密封),可显著提升密封性能,水经喷臂与配合组件的连接处泄露的路径曲折,可以有效减少泄压,保证水压,同时还可以降低水中的渣滓进入第一密封结构、造成第一密封结构磨损的风险。在相同的条件下(例如,相同的清洗时间,相同的初始水压),减少泄压,可以提高驱动喷臂旋转的驱动力,从而可以提高喷臂的转速,进而可以提升洗碗机的洗净效果。
而且第一管状部插接于第一连通管内,并使得第一环状部、第一密封结构、第二环状部和喷臂依次紧贴,可以使得第二连接结构设于喷臂上,实现第二连接结构与第一连接结构的间接连接。也即在上述结构中,第二连接结构与第一连接结构的连接,不需要设置的额外的连接件,可以简化喷臂组件的结构。
此外,上述喷臂装置更利于应用于洗碗机中,作为洗碗机的中喷臂装置。因为在洗碗机中,当采用从下往上供水的供水方式时,中喷臂装置的位置相对于低喷臂装置的位置高,中喷臂装置本身的水压相对于低喷臂装置的水压低,容易出现水压低的问题,进而导致中喷臂装置的喷臂转速较差,不利于提升洗碗机的洗净效果。而将上述喷臂装置作为洗碗机的中喷臂装置,可以有效提升洗碗机的中喷臂装置的洗净效果。

本申请提出一种喷臂装置。
在本申请实施例中,如图1-图5所示,该喷臂装置10包括配合使用的喷臂组件200和配合组件300。
喷臂组件200包括喷臂210、第一密封结构220、第一连接结构230和第二连接结构240。
喷臂210具有第一连通管212。具体地,在本实施例中,喷臂210具有喷臂本体及凸设于喷臂本体上的第一连通管212。更具体地,在本实施例中,喷臂本体与第一连通管212一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,喷臂本体与第一连通管212可以为相互独立的两个元件,喷臂本体与第一连通管212可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
第一连接结构230包括第一管状部232和第一环状部234,第一环状部234套设于第一管状部232上。具体地,在本实施例中,第一管状部232和第一环状部23一体成型。如此,非常便于制作第一连接结构230。
第二连接结构240包括第二管状部242和第二环状部244,第二环状部244设于第二管状部242内。具体地,在本实施例中,第二管状部242和第二环状部244。如此,非常便于制作第二连接结构240。
第二环状部242套设于第一连通管212外。第一密封结构220套设于第一连通管212上,且第一密封结构220位于第二管状部242内。第一管状部232插接于第一连通管212内,并使得第一环状部234、第一密封结构220、第二环状部244和喷臂210依次紧贴。也即第一管状部232插接于第一连通管212内,并使得第一环状部234压于第一密封结构220远离第二环状部244的一侧上,从而可以使得第一环状部234、第一密封结构220、第二环状部244和喷臂210依次紧贴。
第二管状部242远离喷臂210的一端与配合组件300连接。其中,第一环状部234能在第二环状部244上运动,以使得喷臂210能相对于配合组件300转动。
上述喷臂组件200与配合组件300配合使用,可以在喷臂210与配合组件300的连接处形成迷宫密封(第一管状部232与第一连通管212插接为第一级密封,第一环状部234、第一密封结构220、第二环状部244和喷臂210依次紧贴为第二级密封,第二管状部242远离喷臂210的一端与配合组件300连接为第三级密封),可显著提升密封性能,水经喷臂210与配合组件300的连接处泄露的路径曲折,可以有效减少泄压,保证水压,同时还可以降低水中的渣滓进入第一密封结构220、造成第一密封结构220磨损的风险。在相同的条件下(例如,相同的清洗时间,相同的初始水压),减少泄压,可以提高驱动喷臂210旋转的驱动力,从而可以提高喷臂210的转速,进而可以提升洗碗机的洗净效果。
而且第一管状部232插接于第一连通管212内,并使得第一环状部234、第一密封结构220、第二环状部244和喷臂210依次紧贴,可以使得第二连接结构240设于喷臂210上,实现第二连接结构240与第一连接结构230的间接连接。也即在上述结构中,第二连接结构240与第一连接结构230的连接,不需要设置额外的连接件,可以简化喷臂组件200的结构。
此外,上述喷臂装置10更利于应用于洗碗机中,作为洗碗机的中喷臂装置。因为在洗碗机中,当采用从下往上供水的供水方式时,中喷臂装置的位置相对于低喷臂装置的位置高,中喷臂装置本身的水压相对于低喷臂装置的水压低,容易出现水压低的问题,进而导致中喷臂装置的喷臂转速较差,不利于提升洗碗机的洗净效果。而将上述喷臂装置10作为洗碗机的中喷臂装置,可以有效提升洗碗机的中喷臂装置的洗净效果。
在本实施例中,第一环状部234位于第一管状部232的端部,第二环状部244也位于第二管状部242的端部。如此,可以使得第一连接结构230和第二连接结构240构成的整体的高度较小,节省空间。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第一环状部234也可以位于第一管状部232的中部,第二环状部244也位于第二管状部242的中部。
在本实施例中,第一管状部232与第一连通管212可以过盈配合,也可以间隙配合。第一管状部232与第一连通管212过盈配合,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压,而且可以增加第一连接结构230与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性,以及第二连接结构240与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性。而第一管状部232与第一连通管212间隙配合,更便于组装。
在本实施例中,第二环状部242的通孔与第一管状部232可以过盈配合,也可以间隙配合。第二环状部242的通孔与第一管状部232过盈配合,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压,而且可以增加第一连接结构230与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性,以及第二连接结构240与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性。而第二环状部242的通孔与第一管状部232间隙配合,更便于组装。
在本实施例中,第一密封结构220与第一管状部232可以过盈配合,也可以间隙配合。第一密封结构220与第一管状部232过盈配合,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压,而且可以增加第一连接结构230与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性,以及第二连接结构240与喷臂210之间的连接牢固性。而第一密封结构220与第一管状部232间隙配合,更便于组装。
在本实施例中,第一连通管212远离配合组件300的一端具有第一台阶结构。第一管状部232的内壁具有与第一台阶结构配合的第二台阶结构。第二台阶结构与第一台阶结构卡接,形成密封区域250。设置相互配合的第一台阶结构与第二台阶结构可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压。
在本实施例中,配合组件300具有第二连通管310。具体地,在本实施例中,配合组件300具有配合本体及凸设于配合本体上的第二连通管310。更具体地,在本实施例中,配合本体与第二连通管310一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,配合本体与第二连通管310可以为相互独立的两个元件,配合本体与第二连通管310可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,第二管状部242与第二连通管310插接。如此,可以进一步提升密封性能(第二管状部242与第二连通管310插接为第四级密封),减少泄压,保证水压,同时还可以降低水中的渣滓进入平面推力轴承220、造成平面推力轴承220磨损的风险。在相同的条件下(例如,相同的清洗时间,相同的初始水压,也即相同的初始驱动力),减少泄压,可以提高驱动喷臂210旋转的驱动力,从而可以提高喷臂210的转速,进而可以提升洗碗机的洗净效果。可以理解,在其他实施例中,当对水压要求不高时,上述第二连通管310可以省略。
在本实施例中,第二管状部242与第二连通管310可以过盈配合,也可以间隙配合。第二管状部242与第二连通管310过盈配合,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压,而且可以增加第二连接结构240与配合组件300之间的连接牢固性。可以理解,而第二管状部242与第二连通管310间隙配合,更便于组装。
在本实施例中,第一连通管212与第一管状部232可拆卸连接。如此,非常便于拆装第一连接结构230与喷臂210。
具体地,在本实施例中,第一连通管212与第一管状部232通过卡扣结构连接。更具体地,在本实施例中,第一连通管212上开设有第一卡口212a,第一管状部232上设置有第一卡块232a,第一管状部232插入第一连通管212后,第一卡块232a卡于第一卡口212a内,从而实现第一连通管212与第一管状部232可拆卸连接。可以理解,在其他实施例中,也可以在第一管状部232上开设第一卡口212a,而在第一连通管212上设置第一卡块232a。 在本实施例中,第一卡口212a为多个,多个第一卡口212a间隔排布,并环绕第一连通管212一周。第一卡块232a的数目与第一卡口212a的数目相同,并一对一设置。可以理解,第一连通管212与第一管状部232可拆卸连接的方式不限于上述卡扣方式,还可以采用打螺钉或过盈配合的方式。
在本实施例中,第二连通管310与第二管状部242可拆卸连接。如此,非常便于拆装第二连接结构240与配合组件300。
具体地,在本实施例中,第二连通管310与第二管状部242通过卡扣结构连接。更具体地,在本实施例中,第二连通管310上开设有第二卡块310a,第二管状部242上设置有第二卡口242a,第二管状部242插入第二连通管310后,第二卡口242a卡于第二卡块310a内,从而实现第二连通管310与第二管状部242可拆卸连接。可以理解,在其他实施例中,也可以在第二连通管310上开设第二卡口242a,而在第二管状部242上设置第二卡块310a。在本实施例中,第二卡块310a为多个,多个第二卡块310a间隔排布,并环绕第二连通管310一周。第二卡口242a的数目与第二卡块310a的数目相同,并一对一设置。可以理解,第二连通管310与第二管状部242可拆卸连接的方式不限于上述卡扣方式,还可以采用打螺钉或过盈配合的方式。
在本实施例中,配合组件300还具有第三连通管320。具体地,在本实施例中,第三连通管320凸设于配合本体上。更具体地,在本实施例中,配合本体与第三连通管320一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,配合本体与第三连通管320可以为相互独立的两个元件,配合本体与第三连通管320可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
在本实施例中,第三连通管320插接于第一管状部232内。如此,更便于配合组件300内的水流入喷臂210内,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压。
在本实施例中,第三连通管320与第一管状部232可以过盈配合,也可以间隙配合。第三连通管320与第一管状部232过盈配合,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压,而且可以增加第一连接结构230与配合组件300之间的连接牢固性。可以理解,而第三连通管320与第一管状部232间隙配合,更便于组装。
在本实施例中,配合组件300同时具有第二连通管310和第三连通管320,可以进一步提升密封性能,减少泄压,保证水压。可以理解,在其他实施例中,配合组件300也可以具有第二连通管310或第三连通管320。
在组装上述喷臂装置10时,先将第二连接结构240套设于第一连通管212上,也即先将第二连接结构240的第二环状部244套设于第一连通管212上;然后将第一密封结构220放置于第二连接结构240内,并套设于第一连通管212上;接着将第一连接结构230的第 一管状部232插接于第一连通管212内,并与第一连通管212连接,并使得第一连接结构230的第一环状部234压于第一密封结构220上,同时使得第二连接结构240固定于喷臂210上;然后使得第二连接结构240的第二管状部242套设于第二连通管310上,同时使得第三连通管320插接于第一管状部232内。
在本实施例中,配合组件300包括水管300a。在本实施例中,配合组件300的配合本体为水管300a。第二连通管310为水管300a的端部,而第三连通管320设于水管300a上,并套设于第二连通管310外。
在一实施例中,如图1-图5所示,喷臂组件200为两个,分别为第一喷臂组件200a和第二喷臂组件200b。第一喷臂组件200a的喷臂210为第一喷臂210a。第二喷臂组件200b的喷臂210为第二喷臂210b。第一喷臂210a连接配合组件300与第二喷臂210b。
当以第一喷臂210a和第二喷臂组件200b为参考时,可以将第一喷臂210a看作是第二喷臂组件200b的配合组件300,此时可以认为,在一些实施例中,配合组件300也可以包括喷臂(也即第一喷臂210a),配合组件300的配合本体也可以为喷臂。此时,第一喷臂210a具有上述第二连通管310和上述第三连通管320,上述第二连通管310设于第一喷臂210a上,并与第一喷臂210a连通,而上述第三连通管320设于第一喷臂210a上,并套设于第二连通管310外。
在上述结构中,喷臂装置10包括第一喷臂210a和第二喷臂210b,也即喷臂装置10包括至少两个喷臂。此时,喷臂装置10为双喷臂装置或多喷臂装置。在双喷臂装置或多喷臂装置中,水流可以从不同角度冲刷餐具,提升洗净效果。
但双喷臂装置和多喷臂装置相对于单喷臂装置,因存在至少两个连接点(第一喷臂210a和配合组件300之间的连接点,以及第一喷臂210a和第二喷臂210b之间的连接点),更容易发生泄漏,出现泄压的情况,更难保证水压,导致喷臂装置通常不采用双喷臂装置和多喷臂装置。例如,在实际应用中,洗碗机的中喷臂装置通常选用单喷臂装置,而不选用双喷臂装置和多喷臂装置。因为在洗碗机中,在采用从下往上供水的供水方式时,中喷臂装置的位置相对于低喷臂装置的位置高,中喷臂装置本身的水压相对于低喷臂装置的水压低,如若采用双喷臂装置或多喷臂装置作为中喷臂装置,就会更容易出现水压低的问题,进而导致中喷臂装置的喷臂转速较差,不利于提升洗碗机的洗净效果。
而在本实施例中,通过前述的,在喷臂210与配合组件300的连接处形成迷宫密封等手段,显著提升密封性能,水经喷臂210与配合组件300的连接处泄露的路径曲折,可以有效减少泄压,保证水压。从而可以使得双喷臂装置和多喷臂装置可以作为洗碗机的中喷臂装置。
在本实施例中,配合组件300位于第一喷臂组件200a的一侧,第二喷臂组件200b位 于第一喷臂组件200a的另一侧。第一喷臂组件200a与配合组件300的连接点为参考点,第一喷臂组件200a与第二喷臂组件200b的连接点与参考点对应设置。也即在第一喷臂组件200a与配合组件300的排布方向(上下方向)上,第一喷臂组件200a与配合组件300的连接点和第一喷臂组件200a与第二喷臂组件200b的连接点对应设置。具体地,在本实施例中,第一喷臂组件200a与第二喷臂组件200b的连接点与参考点在上下方向上正对设置。如此,配合组件300中的水更便于进入第二喷臂组件200b,使得第二喷臂组件200b内也可以具有较大的水压。
在本实施例中,参考点位于第一喷臂组件200a的中部。如此,便于使得第一喷臂组件200a的两端的水压相对均匀。
在本实施例中,第一喷臂组件200a与第二喷臂组件200b的长度大致相同。如此,便于使得第二喷臂组件200b的两端的水压相对均匀。
在一些实施例中,如图6所示,以第一喷臂组件200a与配合组件300的连接点为分界,第一喷臂210a包括位于长度方向上的第一部分214和第二部分216。其中,第一部分214至少设置有一个第二喷臂组件200b;和/或,第二部分216至少设置有一个第二喷臂组件200b。也即在本实施例中,第二喷臂组件200b可以为一个或多个(大于等于两个)。此时,第一喷臂210a可以认为是主喷臂,第二喷臂210b可以认为是副喷臂。第二喷臂210b也可以认为是第一喷臂210a的卫星,此时,喷臂装置10为卫星喷臂装置。
在本实施例中,在工作时,相对于配合组件300,第一喷臂210a和第二喷臂210b均旋转,至少一个第二喷臂210b的旋转方向和第一喷臂210a的旋转方向不同。如此,水流可以从不同角度冲刷餐具,提升洗净效果。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第二喷臂210b为多个,多个第二喷臂210b的旋转方向相同,且与第一喷臂210a的旋转方向相同。
在一些实施例中,如图7-图12所示,喷臂装置10包括喷臂组件200、配合组件300和辅助组件400。喷臂组件200的喷臂210为第一喷臂210a。辅助组件400包括第二喷臂410和第二密封结构420。
第二喷臂410具有第三管状部412。具体地,在本实施例中,第二喷臂410包括喷臂本体(第二喷臂本体)及凸设于喷臂本体上的第三管状部412。更具体地,在本实施例中,喷臂本体与第三管状部412一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,喷臂本体与第三管状部412可以为相互独立的两个元件,喷臂本体与第三管状部412可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
第一喷臂210a具有第四管状部218。具体地,在本实施例中,第一喷臂210a包括喷臂本体(第一喷臂本体)及凸设于喷臂本体上的第四管状部218。更具体地,在本实施例中,喷臂本体与第四管状部218一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,喷臂本体与第四管状 部218可以为相互独立的两个元件,喷臂本体与第四管状部218可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
第二密封结构420套设于第三管状部412上。第四管状部218套设于第二密封结构420外。相对于第一喷臂210a,第三管状部412能在第四管状部218内运动,以使得第二喷臂410能相对于第一喷臂210a转动。
在上述结构中,第一喷臂210a与配合组件300之间的水压,相对于第二喷臂410和第一喷臂210a之间的水压较大,在第一喷臂210a与配合组件300的连接处形成迷宫密封等手段,更利于提升喷臂装置10的密封性能,在第二喷臂410与第一喷臂210a的连接处形成由第三管状部412、第四管状部218和第二密封结构420构成的密封结构,更利于降低喷臂装置10的成本。
在本实施例中,第一喷臂210a还具有第五管状部219。具体地,在本实施例中,第一喷臂210a包括喷臂本体(第一喷臂本体)及凸设于喷臂本体上的第五管状部219。更具体地,在本实施例中,喷臂本体与第五管状部219一体成型。可以理解,在其他实施例中,喷臂本体与第五管状部219可以为相互独立的两个元件,喷臂本体与第五管状部219可以采用焊接、胶粘等方式固定连接,也可以采用打螺钉、卡扣等方式可拆卸连接。
第五管状部219插设于第三管状部412内。如此,可以进一步提升第二喷臂410与第一喷臂210a的连接处的密封性能,水经第二喷臂410与第一喷臂210a的连接处泄露的路径曲折,可以有效减少泄压,保证水压。
在本实施例中,第二喷臂410位于第一喷臂210a靠近配合组件300的一侧。也即第二喷臂410位于第一喷臂210a的上方,如此,第一喷臂210a可以对第二喷臂410起到支撑的作用,降低第二喷臂410脱落的概率。
在本实施例中,以配合组件300与第一喷臂210a的连接处分界,第一喷臂210a包括位于长度方向上的第一部分214和第二部分216。第一部分214至少设置一个辅助组件400;和/或第二部分216至少设置一个辅助组件400。此时,第一喷臂210a可以认为是主喷臂,第二喷臂410可以认为是副喷臂。第二喷臂410也可以认为是第一喷臂210a的卫星,此时,喷臂装置10为卫星喷臂装置。
在本实施例中,第二部分216与配合组件300对应设置。在一些实施例中,辅助组件400为一个,设于第一部分214上。在一些实施例中,辅助组件400为两个,一个辅助组件400设于第一部分214上,另一个辅助组件400设于第二部分216上。
在本实施例中,在工作时,相对于配合组件300,第一喷臂210a和第二喷臂410均旋转,且至少一个第二喷臂410的旋转方向和第一喷臂210a的旋转方向不同。如此,水流可以从不同角度冲刷餐具,提升洗净效果。可以理解,在其他实施例中,第二喷臂410为多 个,多个第二喷臂410的旋转方向相同,且与第一喷臂210a的旋转方向相同。
在一些实施例中,第一密封结构220可以为垫片。在一些实施例中,第一密封结构220也可以为轴承结构,例如,第一密封结构220可以为平面推力轴承220。在一些实施例中,第二密封结构420可以为垫片。在一些实施例中,第二密封结构420也可以为轴承结构,例如,第二密封结构420可以为深沟球轴承。
本申请还提出一种洗碗机,该洗碗机包括喷臂装置10,该喷臂装置10的具体结构参照上述实施例,由于本洗碗机采用了上述所有实施例的全部技术方案,因此至少具有上述实施例的技术方案所带来的所有有益效果,在此不再一一赘述。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种喷臂组件(200),用于与洗碗机的配合组件(300)配合使用,其中,包括:
    喷臂(210),具有第一连通管(212);
    第一密封结构(220);
    第一连接结构(230),包括第一管状部(232)和套设于所述第一管状部(232)上的第一环状部(234);
    第二连接结构(240),包括第二管状部(242)和设于所述第二管状部(242)内的第二环状部(244);以及
    所述第二环状部(244)和所述第一密封结构(220)套设于所述第一连通管(212)外,所述第一密封结构(220)位于所述第二管状部(242)内,所述第一管状部(232)插接于所述第一连通管(212)内,并使得所述第一环状部(234)、所述第一密封结构(220)、所述第二环状部(244)和所述喷臂(210)依次紧贴,所述第二管状部(242)远离所述喷臂(210)的一端用于与所述配合组件(300)连接,所述第一环状部(234)能在所述第二环状部(244)上运动,以使得所述喷臂(210)能相对于所述配合组件(300)转动。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的喷臂组件(200),其中,所述第一环状部(234)位于所述第一管状部(232)的端部,所述第二环状部(244)位于所述第二管状部(242)的端部。
  3. 如权利要求1或2所述的喷臂组件(200),其中,所述第一连通管(212)远离所述配合组件(300)的一端具有第一台阶结构,所述第一管状部(232)的内壁具有第二台阶结构,所述第二台阶结构与所述第一台阶结构卡接。
  4. 一种喷臂装置,其中,包括:
    如权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的喷臂组件以及所述的配合组件(300)。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述配合组件(300)具有与所述第二管状部(242)插接的第二连通管(310)。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述第一管状部(232)与所述第一连通管(212)可拆卸连接;和/或
    所述第二管状部(242)与所述第二连通管(310)可拆卸连接。
  7. 如权利要求4所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述配合组件(300)具有插接于所述第一管状部(232)内的第三连通管(320)。
  8. 如权利要求4所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述喷臂组件(200)为两个,分别为第一喷臂组件(200a)和第二喷臂组件(200b),所述第一喷臂组件(200a)连接所述配合组件(300)与所述第二喷臂组件(200b);
    当以所述第一喷臂组件(200a)和所述第二喷臂组件(200b)为参考时,所述第一喷臂组件(200a)的喷臂(210)为所述第二喷臂组件(200b)的配合组件(300)。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述配合组件(300)位于所述第一喷臂组件(200a)的一侧,所述第二喷臂组件(200b)位于所述第一喷臂组件(200a)的另一侧,所述第一喷臂组件(200a)与所述配合组件(300)的连接点,和所述第一喷臂组件(200a)与所述第二喷臂组件(200b)的连接点对应设置。
  10. 如权利要求4所述的喷臂装置,其中,还包括辅助组件(400),所述喷臂组件(200)的喷臂(210)为第一喷臂(210a),所述辅助组件(400)包括第二喷臂(210b)和第二密封结构(420);
    所述第二喷臂(210b)具有第三管状部(412),所述第一喷臂(210a)具有第四管状部(218),所述第二密封结构(420)套设于所述第三管状部(412)上,所述第四管状部(218)套设于所述第二密封结构(420)外,所述第三管状部(412)能在所述第四管状部(218)内运动,以使得所述第二喷臂(210b)能相对于所述第一喷臂(210a)转动。
  11. 如权利要求8或10所述的喷臂装置,其中,以所述喷臂组件(200)与所述配合组件(300)的连接点为分界,与所述配合组件(300)连接的所述喷臂组件(200)的喷臂(210)包括位于长度方向上的第一部分(214)和第二部分(216);
    所述第一部分(214)和/或所述第二部分(216)至少设置有一个所述第二喷臂组件(200b);
    或者,所述第一部分(214)和/或所述第二部分(216)至少设置有一个所述辅助组件(400)。
  12. 如权利要求8或10所述的喷臂装置,其中,至少一个所述第二喷臂组件(200b)的喷臂(210)的旋转方向与所述第一喷臂组件(200a)的喷臂(210)的旋转方向相反;
    或者,至少一个所述第二喷臂(210b)的旋转方向与所述第一喷臂(210a)的旋转方向相反。
  13. 如权利要求10所述的喷臂装置,其中,所述第一喷臂(210a)还具有第五管状部(219),所述第五管状部(219)插设于所述第三管状部(412)内。
  14. 一种洗碗机,其中,包括如权利要求4-13中任意一项所述的喷臂装置。
  15. 如权利要求14所述的洗碗机,其中,所述喷臂装置为所述洗碗机的中喷臂装置。
