随着社会的发展,越来越多的家庭开始饲养宠物,常见的家庭宠物主要包括猫狗,它们在给人类生活带来欢乐的同时也会产生令人头疼的粪便,尤其是有在家排泄需求的宠物猫,需要饲主准备猫砂作为猫用来掩埋排泄物的物体,因此专门适用于宠物猫的宠物厕所应运而生。这些宠物厕所能够通过转动的方式实现猫砂的自动收集清理,避免使用后的猫砂以及猫咪排泄产生的粪便散发异味污染室内环境。但是,现有的自动宠物厕所在使用一段时间后需要对其进行拆卸并对机器内部进行手动清理,以免滋生细菌。在清理时,需要将位于设备内部的旋转桶部分拆出。
传统的旋转桶需要通过螺钉等与设备主体固定连接,因此存在拆卸困难的问题。另外,一旦设备遭遇误操作或者异常断电情况,会导致相关组件无法运转到指定位置,导致桶身无法拆卸。另外,宠物猫在使用猫砂后,其爪间会粘附有相应的砂类物质。由于现有的自动宠物厕所存在旋转桶需要经常拆卸清洗的问题,因此无法安装漏沙踏板,导致猫砂会随着宠物猫的活动散布在室内,影响室内卫生。
为了解决上述问题,需要研发一种方便拆卸清洗的宠物厕所结构。

弹性活动件穿设在固定件上并能够相对于该固定件伸缩移动,当其伸出时能够与转动件相接触实现对转动件的锁定,当其在外力作用下挤压缩回时能够释放转动件。通过上述结构能够方便的实现对转动件的锁定和拆卸,从而解决传统的连接方式难以释放排便桶的问题;另外,上述通道本体安装在排便桶的入口处,宠物通过该通道本体进出排便桶,同时该踏板能够相对于通道本体转动,当需要将排便桶拆出时,踏板能够随着排便桶的抽出而转动,因此不会影响排便桶的拆卸和取出。

通过上述上微动开关和下微动开关能够较好的实现对齿条运动范围的控制,避免齿条因运动范围过大而损坏设备。
作为本发明的进一步改进,还包括与所述外壳可拆卸连接的集便盒,所述集便盒位于所述排便桶下方,所述排便桶内的排泄物能进入到所述集便盒内。
该集便盒能够实现对排便桶内粪便以及使用后的猫砂的收集,方便用户清理。
相比于现有技术,本发明较佳的实施方式提供的宠物厕所包括外壳、排便桶、通道本体、踏板、传动单元、驱动单元和控制单元,其中外壳上设置有盖体,当用户要清洗宠物厕所时,控制单元能控制驱动单元启动并驱动传动单元推动厕所盖掀开或闭合,实现自动开盖;通过在一定范围内伸缩移动的弹性活动件能将转动件固定在咬合齿轮上,当咬合齿轮受驱动转动时能够带动排便桶同步转动,当需要将排便桶拆出时,可以通过对排便桶施加外力的方式使其产生轻度位移,在这一过程中利用转动件与弹性活动件两者的曲面接触面实现对弹性活动件的挤压,以使转动件从固定件中释放出来,达到转动件装卸方便的技术效果;位于排便桶上的握把也方便用户握持操作;位于通本体上的可转动踏板能够在对猫砂进行过滤的前提下不影响排便桶的装卸。上述结构有效解决了传统的宠物厕所装卸困难的问题。

本发明提供了一种宠物厕所,该宠物厕所能够方便的进行拆装,使用户能够不受排便桶2转动位置的限制,方便的将宠物厕所内的排便桶2取出并对其进行清洁处理。
具体的,该宠物厕所为排便桶2可转动的自动宠物厕所,其整体结构如图1所示。该宠物厕所包括外壳1和位于外壳1内腔的排便桶2,该排便桶2在其轴线方向上指向外壳1内部的一端固定设置有一转动件21,外壳1内壁的相应位置上设置有一固定件11,该固定件11内穿设有弹性活动件3,弹性活动件3的一端能插入转动件21内且两者的接触面为朝向转动件21凹陷的曲面结构;转动件21能在外力作用下挤压弹性活动件3使其缩回固定件11内,释放转动件21,从而使转动件21从固定件11上脱离,此时排便桶2被释放。
具体的,上述固定件11为咬合齿轮63,该咬合齿轮63能够在相应设备(例如电机等)的驱动下转动并带动转动件21同步移动,与转动件21固定连接的排便桶2能够随之同步转动,此时排便桶2能够将在其桶内的粪便以及使用后的猫砂排出。
弹性活动件3穿设在固定件11上并能够相对于该固定件11伸缩移动,当其伸出时能够与转动件21相接触实现对转动件21的锁定。在外力作用下,转动件21相对偏转一定的角度,由于两者的接触面为曲面结构,弹性活动件3会在转动件21的挤压作用下缩回,从而释放转动件21。通过上述结构能够方便的实现对转动件21的锁定和拆卸,从而解决传统的连接方式难以释放排便桶2的问题。
作为可选地实施方式,外壳1远离固定件11的一侧设置有一通道本体4,通道本体4与排便桶2的出入口相通,宠物能经通道本体4进出排便桶2;通道本体4处转动设置有踏板5,踏板5能在外力作用下朝向通道本体4的中部偏转。
由于通道本体4安装在排便桶2的入口处,宠物能通过该通道本体4进出排便桶2,同时该踏板5能够相对于通道本体4转动,因此,当需要将排便桶2拆出时,踏板5能够随着排便桶2的抽出而转动,不会影响排便桶2的拆卸和取出。
实施例1:
如图3-9所示,本发明提供了一种宠物厕所,该宠物厕所相比于传统的宠物厕所具有拆装方便的优点。
具体的,该宠物厕所包括外壳1和位于外壳1内腔的排便桶2,排便桶2轴线方向上的一端固定设置有转动件21,外壳1内壁朝向转动件21一侧设置有固定件11,固定件11内穿设有弹性活动件3,弹性活动件3的一端能插入转动件21内且两者的接触面为朝向转动件21凹陷的曲面结构;转动件21能在外力作用下挤压弹性活动件3使其缩回固定件11内,释放转动件21;外壳1远 离固定件11的一侧设置有一通道本体4,通道本体4与排便桶2的内部相通,宠物能经通道本体4进出排便桶2;通道本体4处转动设置有踏板5,踏板5能在外力作用下朝向通道本体4的中部偏转。
具体的,上述固定件11为咬合齿轮63,该咬合齿轮63能够在相应设备(例如电机等)的驱动下转动并带动转动件21同步移动,与转动件21固定连接的排便桶2能够随之同步转动,此时排便桶2能够将在其桶内的粪便以及使用后的猫砂排出。
需要注意的是,为了保证转动件21与固定件11两者能够牢固的固定在一起,设置上述弹性活动件3的数量为两个且两个弹性活动件3对称设置。对称设置的弹性活动件3能够在不影响该机构的正常使用的前提下提高转动件21与固定件11的连接牢固度,避免转动件21因震动等因素从固定件11上脱落,提高设备的安全性。
一般而言,由于该机构位于宠物厕所内部,因此当宠物厕所的开口12位于转动件21上方时,两个弹性活动件3左右对称设置较好;当宠物厕所的开口12位于转动件21的左侧或者右侧时,两个弹性活动件3上下对称设置较好。另外,当转动件21与宠物厕所外壳1之间存在较大的空隙供转动件21活动时,此时转动件21的移动不受开口12位置的限制。
由于通道本体4安装在排便桶2的入口处,宠物能通过该通道本体4进出排便桶2,同时该踏板5能够相对于通道本体4转动,因此,当需要将排便桶2拆出时,踏板5能够随着排便桶2的抽出而转动,不会影响排便桶2的拆卸和取出。
弹性活动件3穿设在固定件11上并能够相对于该固定件11伸缩移动,当其伸出时能够与转动件21相接触实现对转动件21的锁定。在外力作用下,转动件21相对偏转一定的角度,由于两者的接触面为曲面结构,弹性活动件3会在转动件21的挤压作用下缩回,从而释放转动件21。通过上述结构能够方便的实现对转动件21的锁定和拆卸,从而解决传统的连接方式难以释放排便桶 2的问题。
作为可选的实施方式,弹性活动件3包括锁定件31和弹性件32,弹性件32能够在锁定件31的挤压下产生弹性形变;锁定件31包括固定板311,固定板311朝向转动件21方向延伸形成第一穿柱312,第一穿柱312的端部形成有向外凸起的曲面结构,弹性件32位于固定板311远离第一穿柱312的一侧。
由于弹性件32的存在,该弹性活动件3能够相对于固定件11伸缩活动,实现对转动件21的锁定和释放。另外,弹性件32在使用时始终处于非拉伸状态,锁定件31与弹性件32固定连接或者贴合连接,锁定件31通过挤压弹性件32来实现其位移。
作为可选的实施方式,转动件21为位于排便桶2桶身端部的凸块结构,其侧壁上设置有锁定凹点211,弹性活动件3能通过锁定凹点211与转动件21相连;固定件11朝向转动件21的一侧延伸形成两个相对设置的挡板111,两个挡板111之间存在用于容纳转动件21的凹槽112,至少一个挡板111上穿设有弹性活动件3。
此时,位于转动件21外周侧的挡板111和弹性活动件3能够实现对转动件21的固定和释放:位于转动件21侧壁上的锁定凹点211能够与位于挡板111上的弹性活动件3相连实现对转动件21的锁定和释放,因此该锁定凹点211为曲面结构,弹性活动件3的端部能够与该锁定凹点211贴合接触。
需要注意的是,上述转动件21为凸块结构且该凸块的体积不宜过大。
另外,为了保证弹性活动件3能够与固定件11牢固连接,提高设备的可靠性,相对设置的两个挡板111可以固定连接,此时凹槽112与挡板111共同构成一类似“凹”字的结构,相对设置的两个挡板111的相应位置上均设置有一盲孔或类似结构来容纳弹性活动件3。
具体的,上述固定板311还包括第二穿柱,第二穿柱位于固定板311远离所述第一穿柱312的另一侧,弹性件32为套设在第二穿柱上的弹簧结构。挡板111内存在一可以容纳弹性件32和锁定件31的腔室,其中锁定件31的固定板 311和第二穿柱以及弹性件32位于腔室内,第一穿柱312经挡板111伸出并指向转动件21。该腔室上可以设置有一扣合盖,该扣合盖可以通过卡合或螺钉固定的方式与挡板111相连,同时盖体13的存在也有助于弹性活动件3的安装。
另外,作为可选的实施方式,也可以设置挡板111上有一沉孔113,沉孔113外侧固定设置有锁定盖114,弹性活动件3的一端经沉孔113与凸块相连,另一端与锁定盖114相连,如图9所示,此时锁定盖114通过螺栓与挡板111固定连接。
锁定盖114能够帮助实现对弹性活动件3的限位,避免弹性活动件3从挡板111上脱落。
作为可选的实施方式,锁定盖114上也可以设置有用于供第二穿柱穿过的通孔:当弹性活动件3受力回缩时,第二穿柱能够经上述通孔伸出。此时,第二穿柱的长度可以大于弹性件32的长度。锁定件31能够在挡板111和锁定盖114构成的腔室内沿一固定方向移动。
为了保证位于通道本体4上的踏板5结构不会影响该排便桶2的拆卸,作为可选的实施方式,踏板5能在外力作用下相对于通道本体4转动,当外力撤去时能停留在相应位置或相应角度。踏板5在转动时具有一定的阻尼,因此具有较高的安全性,能避免宠物因踏板5突然弹起或掉落而受伤。
该踏板5相对于通道本体4的转动角度一般不超过90度,因此踏板5能在通道本体4的一侧且一定范围内转动移动。
另外,该通道本体4可以是环绕式结构,如圆环形或者圆角矩形结构。环绕式结构的通道本体4有助于宠物进出,同时提高了通道本体4的安全性;另外,该通道本体4也可以是上端存在开口12的非环绕结构;无论哪种结构,踏板5均位于通道本体4下端,从而方便宠物踩踏进出。
需要注意的是,出于安全角度考虑,该通道本体4的内侧(即宠物进出时直接接触的一侧)需要为光滑面,不能存在会刮伤或刺伤宠物的尖锐结构。
下面以图10-17为例对该通道本体4以及踏板5的结构进行说明。
该通道本体4整体呈环形结构,其朝向排便桶2一侧朝向外周弯曲形成一弧面结构。另外,该通道本体4的下端设置有用于安装踏板5的第一轴孔41,踏板5通过第一轴孔41与通道本体4转动连接。
一般而言,第一轴孔41的数量为两个,当踏板5与通道本体4相连时,两个第一轴孔41分别位于踏板5的两侧且两个第一轴孔41水平设置。
需要注意的是,为了保证宠物的安全,作为可选的实施方式,通道本体4的侧壁上还穿设有感应设备,感应设备朝向通道本体4的内侧方向设置。该感应设备可以用于感应是否有宠物经过,实现数据记录,有助于保证宠物安全。根据实际需要,感应设备可以通过穿孔、甚至加工安装平台的方式固定安装在通道本体4上。另外,将感应设备安装在宠物通道上也有助于电路设计,能够保证电路安全。
具体的,感应设备包括红外对管、红外热释电传感器、微波雷达和摄像头中的至少一种,其中红外对管包括相对设置的红外发射管和红外接收管。
如图16-17所示,踏板5上设置有用于过滤猫砂的漏砂孔。漏砂孔可以使宠物爪间粘附的砂粒掉落,解决砂质(例如猫砂)带出的问题。
为了方便使用,踏板5可以是以平板结构,也可以是上表面向下凹陷的曲面结构,通道本体4与踏板5相连一侧的表面高度与踏板5的上表面高度之间的高度差不超过1cm,以保证宠物通过时的安全性、避免卡住。在图16和图17中,踏板5为一中部相对凹陷的曲面结构。
踏板5与通道本体4之间的转动连接可以通过图16-17中的两种不同结构来实现:踏板5朝向第一轴孔41处设置有第二轴孔51,第一轴孔41和第二轴孔51可以通过一独立的插轴相连,如图7所示;或,踏板5朝向第一轴孔41处延伸形成能插设在第一轴孔41内的旋转轴52,如图8所示。
正常状态下,排便桶2通过转动件21与固定件11在弹性活动件3的作用 下固定连接在一起(将转动件21按一定的角度经凹槽112插入固定件11内,弹性活动件3中的第一穿柱312能够恰好插入锁定凹点211,此时凸块两侧均与弹性活动件3相连,转动件21与固定件11固定连接),宠物能够经通道本体4自由进出排便桶2,同时该排便桶2也能在相应结构的驱动下随着固定件11转动移动。
当需要将排便桶2取出时,使壳体的上端敞口以暴露排便桶2,随后对排便桶2施加一个向侧方向移动的力,此时弹性活动件3受锁定凹点211的挤压回缩至固定件11内,转动件21被释放。当向上用力取出排便桶2时,位于通道本体4上的踏板5能够随着排便桶2的移动而随之向上翻转移动从而让出供排便桶2取出的空间,避免踏板5干涉排便桶2的正常移动。
通过上述结构能够方便的实现对转动件21以及与转动件21固定连接的排便桶2的手动拆卸和安装。
实施例2:
本实施例2与实施例1的不同点在于:如图18-20所示,本发明提供了一种宠物厕所,该宠物厕所具有自动开盖功能。
具体的,该外壳1的上端设置有一开口12,排便桶2能够通过该开口12相对于壳体放入或者取出。另外,开口12处设置有一能够与该外壳1转动连接的盖体13结构,该盖体13结构能够通过转动连接的方式盖合在开口12处以封闭该开口12。该盖体13具有自动开盖功能。
该宠物厕所还包括位于外壳1内部的传动单元6、驱动单元和控制单元,其中:驱动单元位于外壳1内部,传动单元6一端与盖体13转动连接,另一端伸入外壳1内并与驱动单元相连,驱动单元与控制单元通信连接;驱动单元能在控制单元的作用下驱动传动单元6活动并推动盖体13相对于外壳1转动以开启或闭合开口12。盖体13能够在传动单元6的带动下相对于外壳1转动活动,从而实现对开口12的开启或闭合:当开口12处于开启状态时,可以将排便桶2从外壳1内取出或放回;当开口12处于闭合状态时,可以正常使用该宠物厕 所。上述传统机构能够在驱动单元以及控制单元的作用下工作。
具体的,上述驱动单元包括电机和电源,其中电机、电源和控制单元三者通讯连接,电机位于外壳1内部(图22中该结构未标出)。
在使用时,盖体13的一端与外壳1转动连接,驱动单元安装在外壳1内,传动单元6的一端与盖体13转动连接(连接处靠近盖体13与外壳1的连接处,如图18所示),传动单元6的另一端能伸入到外壳1内并与驱动单元相连接,驱动单元与控制单元通信连接,控制单元能控制驱动单元在不同的运行状态间切换,即启动、停止、正转和反转,驱动单元能驱动传动单元6沿着该宠物厕所的高度方向做升降运动,以推动盖体13掀开或关闭,即盖体13可以相对于外壳1做摆动运动。
当用户要清洗宠物厕所时,只需要操作控制单元,通过控制单元控制驱动单元启动并正转,进而驱动单元驱动传动单元6推动盖体13掀开,达到不需要用户用手直接接触盖体13的效果。此时,用户能够方便的从外壳1内将排便桶2取出或检查排便桶2;当排便桶2清洗完毕后,再操作控制单元来使得盖体13在传动单元6的拉动下盖合在开口12上,最后在控制驱动单元停止动作,完成清洗工作。
具体的,如图18-19所示,上述传动单元6包括连接杆61、齿条62和齿轮63,连接杆61的一端与盖体13转动连接,另一端能伸入到外壳1内并与齿条62固定连接,齿轮63与驱动单元相连接,齿条62和齿轮63啮合连接。
上述连接杆61可以是条形或者L形结构,盖体13的内侧上设置有能与连接杆61相连的连接套14,连接杆61的一端能够深入连接套14内且两者之间能够相对转动连接,连接杆61的另一端能够伸入位于外壳1内部的间隔槽15内并与齿条62固定连接。齿轮63与电动机的输出轴相连接,齿条62和齿轮63啮合连接。当电动机转动时,会驱动齿轮63转动,进而驱动齿条62上下移动并带动连接杆61上下活动以顶起或下拉盖体13,实现盖体13相对于外壳1掀开或关闭。
作为可选的实施方式,还包括上微动开关7和下微动开关8,上微动开关7和下微动开关8均安装在外壳1的内壁上,上微动开关7位于齿条62的上方,下微动开关8位于齿条62的下方,如图20所示,上微动开关7和下微动开关8均与控制单元通信连接;当齿条62触碰到上微动开关7时,上微动开关7将感应到触碰信号传递给控制单元,控制单元接受和处理上述触碰信号并控制驱动单元停止工作;当齿条62触碰到下微动开关8时,下微动开关8将感应到触碰信息传递给控制单元,控制单元接受和处理上述触碰信息并控制驱动单元停止工作。
通过上述上微动开关7和下微动开关8,控制单元能够较好的实现对齿条62运动范围的控制,避免设备因齿条62运动范围过大而损坏。
具体的,上述上微动开关7和下微动开关8之间的距离大于齿条62的长度;另外,齿条62的移动量就是盖体13相对于外壳1能掀开或闭合的程度。
为了保证连接杆61的移动方向不会产生过大偏差,作为可选地实施方式,外外壳1上设置有能限制连接杆61移动方向的滑道151结构,滑道151位于外壳1的间隔槽15内,连接杆61能通过滑道151结构伸入间隔槽15内并与位于间隔槽15内的传动单元6相连,如图21和图22所示。
为了方便操作,上述控制单元可以是安装在该宠物厕所表面(即外壳1表面)的操作面板,也可以是一具有远程控制功能的独立设备(例如遥控器或者手机上的APP等);驱动单元还包括感应处理器,控制单元所发出的信号能够被该感应处理器接收并处理,进而实现对电动机运行状态的控制。
实施例3:
本实施例3与实施例1的不同点在于,本实施例提供了一种带有集便盒9的宠物厕所,该集便盒9位于外壳1内且位于排便桶2下方,排便桶2工作时所收集到的排泄物能够落入该集便盒9内进行收集。
具体的,该集便盒9通过抽拉的方式插设在该宠物厕所的外壳1上。
该集便盒9能够实现对排便桶2内粪便以及使用后的猫砂的收集,方便用户清理。
实施例4:
如图25-35所示,本实施例4与实施例1的不同点在于,此时该宠物厕所中的排便桶2的外壁上设置有一方便抓提的握把22。
用户可以通过握把22方便的握持排便桶2并对排便桶2施力将其从外壳1内取出,解决传统的排便桶2需要双手抱桶的情况,同时也免除了使用者可能会接触落便口26的风险。
使用时,可以通过转动使位于排便桶2外侧壁的握把22指向外壳1的开口12处,用户能通过该开口12伸入外壳1内通过握持握把22的方式将排便桶2从外壳1内拉出。
为了不影响排便桶2的正常使用,握把22的外侧缘与排便桶2轴线之间的距离不超过排便桶2的外侧壁与轴线之间的距离,如图25-26所示。同时,为了使握把22具有较好的握持效果,设置握把22下方或者侧方设置有能供手插入的、相对于排便桶2侧壁凹陷的容纳槽23。
下面对该排便桶2的结构进行说明。
排便桶2包括第一分体半桶24和第二分体半桶25,第一分体半桶24和第二分体半桶25两者的端面对接连接,第一分体半桶24和第二分体半桶25均可以为半桶型结构,第一分体半桶24和第二分体半桶25两者扣合后,其内部能形成一个能容纳宠物的排便空间,宠物可以进入到排便空间内进行排便。
上述握把22和容纳槽23可以设置在第一分体半桶24的外壁上,也可以设置在第二分体半桶25的外壁上。
作为可选地实施方式,第一分体半桶24的端部上设置有连接孔241,第二分体半桶25的端部上设置有连接柱251,连接孔241和连接柱251的数量均设置多个且两者的数量相同,连接孔241和连接柱251位置一一对应,连接柱251 能伸入到连接孔241内且连接柱251和连接孔241相配合,在使用螺钉依次穿过连接孔241和连接柱251,并且螺钉在与连接柱251螺纹连接。
作为可选地实施方式,第一分体半桶24的端面上设置有向外凸出的凸出片242,凸出片242沿着第一分体半桶24的端面分布,第二分体半桶25的端面上设置有向内凹陷的凹陷槽252,凹陷槽252沿着第二分体半桶25的端面分布,凸出片242能插入到凹陷槽252内且两者相配合,凸出片242和凹陷槽252可以避免第一分体半桶24和第二分体半桶25两者相对移动,同时也是为了对准位置,方便组装。
作为可选地实施方式,排便桶2的侧壁上设置有落便口26,排便空间通过落便口26与排便桶2的外部空间(即集便盒9)相连接,宠物排泄物能经排落便口26落入集便盒9内。
作为可选地实施方式,还包括分隔板27,分隔板27位于排便桶2内部且分隔板27与排便桶2的内壁相连接;该分隔板27包括通道隔板271、排泄物隔板272和猫砂隔板273,通道隔板271、排泄物隔板272和猫砂隔板273三者固定连接,通道隔板271、排泄物隔板272和猫砂隔板273均与排便桶2的内壁相连接且三者将排便桶2的内部分割成第一空间2a、第二空间2b和第三空间2c,第一空间2a10用于供宠物在其内排便,第二空间2b用于接收来自第一空间2a中带有排泄物的猫砂,第二空间2b与落便口26相连通,第三空间2c用于接收来自第一空间2a中没有排泄物的猫砂。
排便桶2具体的使用方式及工作流程如下:
首先,将干净的猫砂倒入第一空间2a(此时第一空间2a位于重力方向上的最下方),宠物进入到第一空间2a内排便,此时第一空间2a内填充有干净的猫砂和粘有排泄物的猫砂;当宠物离开排便桶2后,转动排便桶2,在这一过程中,第一空间2a逐渐上升,第二空间2b逐渐下降,带有排泄物的猫砂因体积较大,会在重力作用下经第一分隔孔2721进入到第二空间2b中,再经落便口26从第二空间2b进入到集便盒9内,而其余干净的猫砂会从第二分隔孔 2731进入到第三空间2c中。随着排便桶2的持续转动,位于第三空间2c的猫砂能再次落回第一空间2a内。重复上述操作若干次(即至少一次)后,排便桶2停止工作,此时第一空间2a位于重力方向上的最低点。待宠物再次进入后,重复上述操作。
作为可选地实施方式,排泄物隔板272上设置有多个第一分隔孔2721,猫砂隔板273上设置有多个第二分隔孔2731,第一分隔孔2721连通第一空间2a和第二空间2b,第二分隔孔2731能连通第一空间2a和第三空间2c。另外,第一分隔孔2721的孔径大于第二分隔孔2731的孔径。
此时,该宠物厕所的整体结构如图1所示,其组件构成如图2所示。
当需要将该宠物厕所中的排便桶2取出清洗时,通过控制单元和驱动单元驱动传动单元6运动并拉动盖体13相对于外壳1向上掀起,如图23所示,此时排便桶2的上端暴露出来,位于排便桶2外周侧的握把22恰好处于排便桶2的上方,用户可以手握握把22并对该排便桶2施加一侧向力,排便桶2的转动件21能够在该力的作用下挤压弹性活动件3使其部分回缩至固定件11内,从而使转动件21与固定件11相互脱离,此时用户可以方便的将排便桶2从外壳1内取出,如图24所示,在握持握把22向上拉动排便桶2的过程中,位于通道本体4上的踏板5能够随着排便桶2的移动朝向上方转动,以免影响排便桶2的抽出。
以上所述,仅为本发明的具体实施方式,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此,任何熟悉本技术领域的技术人员在本发明揭露的技术范围内,可轻易想到变化或替换,都应涵盖在本发明的保护范围之内。因此,本发明的保护范围应以所述权利要求的保护范围为准。

Claims (10)

  1. 宠物厕所,包括外壳(1)和位于所述外壳(1)内腔的排便桶(2),其特征在于,所述排便桶(2)轴线方向上的一端固定设置有转动件(21),所述外壳(1)内壁朝向所述转动件(21)一侧设置有固定件(11),所述固定件(11)内穿设有弹性活动件(3),所述弹性活动件(3)的一端能插入所述转动件(21)内且两者的接触面为朝向所述转动件(21)凹陷的曲面结构;所述转动件(21)能在外力作用下挤压所述弹性活动件(3)使其缩回所述固定件(11)内,释放所述转动件(21);
    所述外壳(1)远离所述固定件(11)的一侧设置有一通道本体(4),所述通道本体(4)与所述排便桶(2)的内部相通,宠物能经所述通道本体(4)进出所述排便桶(2);
    所述通道本体(4)处转动设置有踏板(5),所述踏板(5)能在外力作用下朝向所述通道本体(4)的中部偏转。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述弹性活动件(3)包括锁定件(31)和弹性件(32),所述弹性件(32)能够在所述锁定件(31)的挤压下产生弹性形变;
    所述锁定件(31)包括固定板(311),所述固定板(311)朝向所述转动件(21)方向延伸形成第一穿柱(312),所述第一穿柱(312)的端部形成有向外凸起的曲面结构,所述弹性件(32)位于固定板(311)远离所述第一穿柱(312)的一侧。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述转动件(21)的侧壁上设置有锁定凹点(211),所述弹性活动件(3)能通过所述锁定凹点(211)与所述转动件(21)相连;
    所述固定件(11)朝向所述转动件(21)的一侧延伸形成两个相对设置的 挡板(111),两个所述挡板(111)之间存在用于容纳所述转动件(21)的凹槽(112),至少一个所述挡板(111)上穿设有所述弹性活动件(3)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述通道本体(4)为环绕式结构。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述踏板(5)能在外力作用下相对于所述通道本体(4)转动,当外力撤去时能停留在相应位置或相应角度。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述排便桶(2)的外壁上设置有用于抓提的握把(22)。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述外壳(1)的上端设置有开口(12),与所述外壳(1)转动连接的盖体(13)能够盖合在所述开口(12)处以封闭所述开口(12);
    该宠物厕所还包括位于所述外壳(1)内部的传动单元(6)、驱动单元和控制单元,其中:
    所述驱动单元位于所述外壳(1)内部,所述传动单元(6)一端与所述盖体(13)转动连接,传动单元另一端伸入所述外壳(1)内并与所述驱动单元相连,所述驱动单元与所述控制单元通信连接;
    控制单元驱动单元所述驱动单元能在所述控制单元的作用下驱动所述传动单元(6)活动并传动单元推动所述盖体(13)相对于所述外壳(1)转动以开启或闭合所述开口(12)。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,所述传动单元(6)包括连接杆(61)、齿条(62)和齿轮(63),所述连接杆(61)的一端与所述盖体(13)转动连接,另一端能伸入到所述外壳(1)内并与所述齿条(62)固定连接,所述齿轮(63)与所述驱动单元相连接,所述齿条(62)和所述齿轮(63)啮合连接。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,还包括上微动开关(7)和下微动开关(8),所述上微动开关(7)和所述下微动开关(8)均安装在所述外壳(1)的内壁上,所述上微动开关(7)位于所述齿条(62)的上方,所述下微动开关(8)位于所述齿条(62)的下方,所述上微动开关(7)和所述下微动开关(8)均与所述控制单元通信连接;
    当所述齿条(62)触碰到所述上微动开关(7)时,所述上微动开关(7)将感应到触碰信号传递给所述控制单元,所述控制单元接受和处理上述触碰信号并控制所述驱动单元停止工作;
    当所述齿条(62)触碰到所述下微动开关(8)时,所述下微动开关(8)将感应到触碰信息传递给所述控制单元,所述控制单元接受和处理上述触碰信息并控制所述驱动单元停止工作。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的宠物厕所,其特征在于,还包括与所述外壳(1)可拆卸连接的集便盒(9),所述集便盒(9)位于所述排便桶(2)下方,所述排便桶(2)内的排泄物能进入到所述集便盒(9)内。
