由于人们物质生活水平不断提高,精神生活的要求也逐渐提升,喜欢饲养宠物猫的人群越来越多。许多爱猫的人士虽然很喜欢宠物猫,但是没有时间去清理宠物猫产生的排泄物,所以有了专门的宠物猫厕所,以供宠物猫使用,猫与其他宠物不同,天性会使用带猫砂的厕所。常见的猫砂清理方式,多采用铲子将猫砂内的颗粒状排泄物挑出,但是在清理过程中,不免会碰触到排泄物而弄脏饲主双手,极为不便,而且实际上也无法完全将猫砂内的排泄物滤出来,导致沾有排泄物的猫砂仍混杂于干净猫砂中,为保持卫生与洁净度,饲养者必须经常性地替换猫砂,造成猫砂使用上的浪费。
相关技术中的宠物猫厕所,在设计上大部分均为敞开式设计,宠物猫在敞开式设计的厕所上排泄之后,需要饲主人为的干预宠物排泄物的清理,这需要耗费饲主的大量时间,同时宠物排泄物不及时处理的话,宠物排泄物散发出的气味会严重影响室内的空气环境,这会给饲主日常生活带来许多的不便。

转动容置件由初始位置沿第一方向转动;
含有所述排泄物的猫砂经由筛分件过滤筛分;
所述猫砂进入容纳腔内,并被挡砂件挡住;
所述排泄物经由排废口排出;
所述转动容置件沿与所述第一方向相反的方向转动至所述初始位置;
所述容纳腔内的所述猫砂回到预设位置。

在一实施例中,转动容置件1被配置为容置猫砂100,转动容置件1的侧壁上设置有排废口11。排废口11的长度方向可以与转动容置件1的轴线方向平行。挡砂件2设置于转动容置件1内,挡砂件2被配置为在转动容置件1沿第一方向转动时挡住猫砂100。挡砂件2可以与转动容置件1一体成型,以排废口11的侧壁为延伸根部。筛分件3设置于转动容置件1内,筛分件3上设置有多个筛分孔31,筛分件3、挡砂件2以及转动容置件1的内侧壁围设形成容纳腔14。筛分件3与挡砂件2均位于排废口11的同一侧,便于形成容纳腔14。筛分孔 31可以为正六边形,美观大方,筛分效率高。

为便于对转动容置件1进行驱动,可选地,转动容置件1连接有驱动组件,驱动组件被配置为驱动转动容置件1绕自身轴线转动。在本实施例中,转动容置件1上设置有一体成型的从动齿轮13,转动容置件1通过轴和轴承连接结构转动设置于中心轴座5上,实现绕其轴线的转动,驱动组件采用常见的驱动电机和主动齿轮,主动齿轮位于从动齿轮13下方,并与从动齿轮13啮合,驱动电机的输出端将动力传递至主动齿轮,主动齿轮将动力传递至从动齿轮13,进而带动转动容置件1绕其轴线转动,为转动容置件1的转动提供驱动力。为便于检测是否有宠物猫进出转动容置件1的进出口15,可选地,转动容置件1的进出口15处设置有检测模块(图中未示出),检测模块被配置为检测宠物猫是否穿过转动容置件1的进出口15,在筛分过程中,如果检测模块检测到宠物猫进入转动容置件1,需通过驱动组件紧急停止筛分过程。检测模块可选用市面上通用的红外线接收模块,例如深圳市肯森斯科技有限公司生产的kingsensor C20-4810红外线检测光栅传感器。
如图5和图6所示,为便于后续对筛分件3进行清理维修,可选地,筛分件3可拆卸地枢接于转动容置件1内。由于排泄物200和猫砂100会部分粘在筛分件3上,甚至堵塞筛分孔31,导致筛分件3使用一段时间后筛分效果变差,而需要定期进行更换和清洗,本实施例中,筛分件3采用可拆卸的枢接结构安装在转动容置件1内,提高了对筛分件3进行更换和清洗的效率,延长了产品使用寿命。为方便拆装,可选地,转动容置件1的内侧壁上设置有第一安装轴 12(如图3和图4所示)和第二安装轴(图中未示出),筛分件3的一端设置有与第一安装轴12配合的第一安装套32(如图5和图6所示),另一端设置有与第二安装轴配合的第二安装套33(如图5所示)。如图6所示,为增大筛分接触面积,可选地,筛分件3背向容纳腔14形成弧形凸起,在不减少容纳腔14体积的情况下,提高了筛分效率。
本实施例提供的排泄物筛分装置,工作原理如下:
如图7所示,转动容置件1处于初始位置,含有猫排泄物200的猫砂100铺设于转动容置件1的底部,通过驱动组件将转动容置件1由初始位置沿第一方向(逆时针方向)转动。
如图8和图9所示,在转动容置件1沿第一方向转动过程中,筛分件3逐渐与含有猫排泄物200的猫砂100接触,并对排泄物200进行筛分,排泄物200(粘连有少量猫砂100)较大不能通过筛分件3的筛分孔31,猫砂100较小可以通过筛分件3的筛分孔31进去容纳腔14内,并由挡砂件2挡住,防止猫砂100从排废口11流出,排泄物200在重力作用下,经由排废口11排出。
如图10和图11所示,将转动容置件1沿与第一方向相反的方向(顺时针方向)转动,猫砂100将筛分件3推开,筛分件3绕其枢接处逆时针转动一定角度,方便快速地将猫砂100恢复至预设位置。
本申请提供的排泄物筛分装置,将猫砂放置于转动容置件内,当宠物猫将排泄物排至猫砂内并从转动容置件出去后,将转动容置件沿第一方向转动,含有排泄物的猫砂经由筛分件的筛分孔过滤筛分,猫砂进入容纳腔内,并被挡砂件挡住,随着转动容置件的转动,在重力作用下,筛分件表面被筛分出的排泄物经由排废口排出,转动容置件沿与第一方向相反的方向转动至初始位置,容纳腔内的干净猫砂回到预设位置。
本实施例提供的排泄物筛分装置结构简单,操作方便,自动化程度高,环保卫生,为宠物猫提供了良好干净的排便场所,实现了宠物猫排泄物200的自动化清理,无需经常性地替换猫砂100,避免了猫砂100使用上的浪费,无需人为铲砂排砂,为饲主带来愉快的饲养体验。
本实施例还提供一种排泄物筛分方法,使用上述的排泄物筛分装置,该排泄物筛分方法包括如下步骤:
S10、转动容置件1由初始位置沿第一方向转动。
S20、含有排泄物200的猫砂100经由筛分件3过滤筛分。
S30、猫砂100进入容纳腔14内,并被挡砂件2挡住。
S40、排泄物200经由排废口11排出。
S50、转动容置件1沿与第一方向相反的方向转动至初始位置。
S60、容纳腔14内的猫砂100回到预设位置。
为保护宠物猫,可选地,在步骤S10之前,进行如下步骤:检测宠物猫是否两次穿过转动容置件1的进出口15。
在多次使用猫砂100后,为将旧猫砂100排出转动容置件1外,可选地,在步骤S60之后,进行如下步骤:转动容置件1由初始位置沿与第一方向相反的方向继续转动;猫砂100经由排废口11排出。
本实施例提供的排泄物筛分方法,操作方便,自动化程度高,环保卫生,为宠物猫提供了良好干净的排便场所,实现了宠物猫排泄物200的自动化清理,无需人为铲砂排砂,为饲主带来愉快的饲养体验。

Claims (9)

  1. 一种排泄物筛分装置,包括:
    转动容置件(1),被配置为容置猫砂(100),所述转动容置件(1)上设置有排废口(11);
    挡砂件(2),设置于所述转动容置件(1)内,所述挡砂件(2)被配置为在所述转动容置件(1)沿第一方向转动的情况下挡住所述猫砂(100);
    筛分件(3),设置于所述转动容置件(1)内,所述筛分件(3)上设置有多个筛分孔(31),所述筛分件(3)、所述挡砂件(2)以及所述转动容置件(1)的内侧壁围设形成容纳腔(14)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的排泄物筛分装置,其中,所述筛分件(3)可拆卸地枢接于所述转动容置件(1)内。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的排泄物筛分装置,其中,所述转动容置件(1)的内侧壁上设置有第一安装轴(12)和第二安装轴,所述筛分件(3)的一端设置有与所述第一安装轴(12)配合的第一安装套(32),所述筛分件(3)的另一端设置有与所述第二安装轴配合的第二安装套(33)。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的排泄物筛分装置,还包括:支撑座(4),所述支撑座(4)上设置有多个被配置为承载所述转动容置件(1)的辅助支撑轮(41)。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的排泄物筛分装置,其中,所述支撑座(4)内设置有排废通道,所述排废通道的下方设置有收纳盒。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的排泄物筛分装置,其中,所述转动容置件(1)连接有驱动组件,所述驱动组件被配置为驱动所述转动容置件(1)绕自身轴线转动。
  7. 一种排泄物筛分方法,使用如权利要求1-6中任一项所述的排泄物筛分装置,包括:
    转动容置件(1)由初始位置沿第一方向转动;
    含有排泄物(200)的猫砂(100)经由筛分件(3)过滤筛分;
    所述猫砂(100)进入容纳腔(14)内,并被挡砂件(2)挡住;
    所述排泄物(200)经由排废口(11)排出;
    所述转动容置件(1)沿与所述第一方向相反的方向转动至所述初始位置;
    所述容纳腔(14)内的所述猫砂(100)回到预设位置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的排泄物筛分方法,其中,在所述转动容置件(1)由初始位置沿第一方向转动之前,还包括:
    检测宠物猫是否两次穿过所述转动容置件(1)的进出口(15)。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的排泄物筛分方法,其中,在所述容纳腔(14)内的所述猫砂(100)回到预设位置之后,还包括:
    所述转动容置件(1)由所述初始位置沿与所述第一方向相反的方向继续转动;
    所述猫砂(100)经由所述排废口(11)排出。
