Abstract

一种抗扭弯曲球囊装置,包括弯曲球囊(2)和不易扭曲的固定条。弯曲球囊(2)在充盈后向一侧弯曲,弯曲球囊(2)的弯曲内侧与固定条多点连接或一整段连接。抗扭弯曲球囊装置强化了弯曲球囊(2)在弯曲时提供的弯曲力,同时增强了弯曲球囊(2)的抗扭能力,使得弯曲球囊(2)在弯曲过程中可以更稳定地按照预期的方式弯曲。

Description

抗扭弯曲球囊装置 技术领域
本发明涉及医疗器械领域,尤其是抗扭弯曲球囊装置。
背景技术
弯曲球囊的一般结构为弯曲球囊和内部芯管。芯管经过球囊的两端开口,从球囊内部穿过。在球囊中的芯管,有开口可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。其中弯曲球囊与芯管一般的连接都是在弯曲球囊开口的两端,经过焊接或粘接等连接技术,将球囊和芯管进行连接并且保持球囊密闭。但是芯管在球囊中间的部分,一般与球囊的相对位置是游离状态,也就是在中间段,球囊和芯管的位置不固定。
弯曲球囊的最基本原理,就是弯曲球囊的弯曲外侧材料的伸长量大于内侧材料的伸长量,从而导致球囊的弯曲。一般弯曲球囊,是依靠弯曲球囊的结构导致内外侧伸长量不同导致弯曲,同样也是依靠芯管在弯曲球囊弯曲内侧作为长度不变的一个支撑,因为芯管材料与球囊不同,芯管无法伸长,为弯曲球囊提供一个内侧长度不变的作用。
但是在实际使用中发现,弯曲球囊弯曲后,对弯曲球囊施加反向弯折力或者扭曲力,导致弯曲球囊变形,由于芯管位置相对球囊不固定,导致芯管位置偏离,在弯曲形态中,芯管作为长度一定的一段改变位置,从而 彻底改变弯曲的形态。从力学性能表现上看,这样的弯曲球囊抗弯折和抗扭曲的能力差。
因此需要提供一种抗扭弯曲球囊装置,在强化弯曲球囊在弯曲时提供弯曲力的同时增强弯曲球囊的抗扭能力,使得弯曲球囊在弯曲过程中可以更稳定地按照预期的方式弯曲。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于解决现有弯曲球囊抗弯折和抗扭曲的能力差的缺陷,提供一种新的弯曲球囊装置,增强弯曲球囊的弯曲力度和抗扭能力。
为了实现上述发明目的,本发明提供一种抗扭弯曲球囊装置,包括弯曲球囊和不易扭曲的固定条,所述的弯曲球囊在充盈后向一侧弯曲,弯曲球囊的弯曲内侧与所述的固定条多点连接或一段整段连接。
其中,固定条为芯管,芯管有开口可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。芯管在弯曲球囊内部,且芯管两端和中间若干点或一段整段都与弯曲球囊弯曲内侧连接固定。
特别地,芯管可以在弯曲球囊外部,且有开孔与球囊相连通,且芯管若干点或一段整段都与弯曲球囊弯曲内侧连接固定。
优选地,固定条是一条加强筋,加强筋处于弯曲球囊的外部,所述的弯曲球囊内部设有一条芯管,芯管两端与弯曲球囊密封连接,芯管设有开口可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。
固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是通过焊接。固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接也可以是用胶水粘接。固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是整条线连接。固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接也可以是若干个点连接。
本发明的有益效果是提供了提供一种新的弯曲球囊装置,在于强化了弯曲球囊在弯曲时提供的弯曲力,同时增强了弯曲球囊的抗扭能力,使得弯曲球囊在弯曲过程中可以更稳定地按照预期的方式弯曲。
为使本发明的上述目的、特征和优点能更明显易懂,下文特举较佳实施例,并配合所附附图,作详细说明如下。

具体实施方式
下面将结合本发明实施例中附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整的描述。显然,所描述的实施例仅仅是本发明一部分实施例,而不是全部的实施例。通常在此处附图中描述和示出的本发明实施例的组件可以以各种不同的配置来布置和设计。因此,以下对在附图中提供的本发明的实施例的详细描述并非旨在限制要求保护的本发明的范围,而是仅仅表示本发明的选定实施例。基于本发明的实施例,本领域技术人员在没有做出创造性劳动的前提下所获得的所有其他实施例,都属于本发明保护的范围。
下面对本发明做进一步的详细说明,以令本领域技术人员参照说明文字能够据以实施。
首先请参照图1,图1为本发明的示意图。在图1中,具有抗扭性的固定条为芯管3,芯管3一般是塑料或者高分子材料制成,有一定柔韧性,但不具有明显的延展性,可弯曲但是有一定强度。
芯管3在弯曲球囊2中穿过,弯曲球囊2和芯管3在两端1处相连接。芯管有开口41可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。芯管3的与弯曲球囊2弯曲内侧通过整条线4连接。通过这样的结构,弯曲球囊2充盈时,由于弯曲球囊向一侧弯曲的特性,弯曲球囊2外侧比内侧膨胀程度更大,弯曲球囊2形成C字型的向内弯曲,从而形成一定位移可以牵拉其所在的人体腔管位移。但是由于球囊本身较软,存在不易定型,牵拉力度小,并且容易形成麻花状扭曲从而不能达到需要实现的牵拉效果。
由于有一定强度,不易变形抗扭的芯管3与弯曲球囊2弯曲内侧通过整条线4连接。相当于固定了弯曲球囊2弯曲内侧位置和长度,从而使得整个弯曲球囊2不易拉伸和扭曲,能够达到预设的形状。同时由于芯管3具有一定强度,因此膨胀后的弯曲球囊3具有一定牵拉力度。
在另外一些实施例中,芯管3与弯曲球囊2弯曲内侧是通过若干个点或其中一段整段进行连接。芯管3的中间段与弯曲球囊2的连接可以是胶水粘接,或者是塑料焊接。
接下来请参照图2,图2为本发明的中间段剖面示意图。芯管3从弯曲球囊2中间穿过,并且在连接4处进行连接固定,连接4处于弯曲球囊2的弯曲内侧。
如图3所示,在某些实施例中,芯管3设置在弯曲球囊2的外面,且处于弯曲球囊2的弯曲内侧。弯曲球囊2和芯管3多点或者整段进行连接,且有开口41可以对弯曲球囊2进行注水或者注气。
如图4所示,特别地,在某些实施例中,固定条是一条加强筋5,加强筋5处于弯曲球囊2的弯曲内侧且不具有延展性。弯曲球囊2内部设置有一条芯管3,芯管3两端与弯曲球囊2本身进行密封连接固定,有开口41可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。
尽管本发明的实施方案已公开如上,但其并不仅仅限于说明书和实施方式中所列运用。它完全可以被适用于各种适合本发明的领域。对于熟悉本领域的人员而言可以容易实现另外的修改。因此在不背离权利要求及等同范围所限定的一般概念下,本发明并不限于特定的细节和这里展示和描述的图例。

Claims (9)

  1. 抗扭弯曲球囊装置,包括弯曲球囊和不易扭曲的固定条,所述的弯曲球囊在充盈后向一侧弯曲,其特征在于所述的弯曲球囊的弯曲内侧与所述的固定条多点连接或一段整段连接。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条为芯管,芯管有开口可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的芯管在弯曲球囊内部,且芯管两端和中间若干点或一段整段连接都与弯曲球囊弯曲内侧连接固定。
  4. 如权利要求2所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的芯管在弯曲球囊外部,且有开孔与球囊相连通,且芯管若干点或一段整段连接都与弯曲球囊弯曲内侧连接固定。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条是一条加强筋,加强筋处于弯曲球囊的外部,所述的弯曲球囊内部设有一条芯管,芯管两端与弯曲球囊密封连接,芯管设有开口可以对球囊进行注水或者注气。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是通过焊接。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是用胶水粘接。
  8. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是整条线连接。
  9. 如权利要求1所述的抗扭弯曲球囊装置,其特征在于所述的固定条与弯曲球囊固定连接是若干个点连接。
