一种多功能按摩机,包括足部按摩机构和腿部按摩机构,足部按摩机构包括在一第一壳体内设有两组为足部提供按摩的足部按摩组件,腿部按摩机构包括在一第二壳体中设有两个并排的开槽,开槽中设有按摩气囊,第二壳体的两侧可转动连接于第一壳体的两侧面。本发明可对足部及小腿部同时进行按摩,并可折叠收纳形成脚凳。

Description

一种多功能按摩机 技术领域
本发明涉及按摩器械技术领域,尤其是指一种多功能按摩器。
背景技术
随着人们生活节奏加速,工作压力不断加大,身体疲劳程度不断增大,为有效缓解脚部疲劳,各种疲劳缓解设备应运而生,腿脚按摩器便是其中一种,其可单独使用,也可搭配按摩椅使用。
常见的腿脚按摩装置包括按摩足部的足部按摩组件,同时在足部按摩组件上设有按摩腿部的腿部按摩组件。常见的腿脚按摩装置,腿部按摩组件固定设置在足部按摩组件的后端,二者之间无法进行折叠,整体占用体积大,收纳困难,且功能单一。
另外,腿脚按摩装置在使用时,由于足部按摩装置是一般是放置于地面上,腿部按摩组件是垂直设置在足部按摩组件后端,使用者在使用时只能保持脚掌与小腿呈垂直状态,按摩姿势固定,无法适当根据坐姿或腿部放置状态进行仰角调节,具有一定局限性。
技术问题
本发明的目的在于提供一种多功能按摩机,其对足部及小腿部同时进行按摩,并可折叠收纳形成脚凳及满足热疗功能,大大增加了实用性。
技术解决方案
为了达成上述目的,本发明的解决方案是:一种多功能按摩机,包括可对足部按摩的足部按摩机构和可对小腿按摩的腿部按摩机构,足部按摩机构包括在一第一壳体内设有两组为足部提供按摩的足部按摩组件,腿部按摩机构包括在一第二壳体中设有容纳使用者腿部的两个并排的开槽,开槽中设有按摩气囊,第二壳体的两侧可转动连接于第一壳体的两侧面,第二壳体向上翻转后垂直于第一壳体的后端,第二壳体向下翻转后水平盖合在第一壳体上方,第二壳体的顶面上还设有热疗组件。
进一步,第一壳体的底面上可转动连接有一支撑架,支撑架在向外转动后倾斜支撑在第一壳体底部,令第一壳体及第二壳体向后仰,支撑架在向内转动后收纳于第一壳体的底面。
进一步,第一壳体的底面上设有一容纳支撑架的收纳槽,支撑架的两端设有连接轴套,收纳槽前端的两侧安装有可供连接轴套穿过的转轴,连接轴套外周面上设有两个限位凸条,收纳槽中设有卡抵凸条位于转轴下方的侧边处,限位凸条在连接轴套转动后卡抵入卡抵凸条的内侧面或外侧面中,带动支撑架在倾斜支撑或收纳时形成限位。
进一步,支撑架包括一“U”形的把手部,连接轴套设在把手部的两端,限位凸条及卡抵凸条的外侧形成弧面。
进一步,第一壳体包括上壳、下壳以及架置在下壳上方的中壳,上壳的顶面上设有两个供脚部伸入的开口,中壳两侧设有一个缺口部,足部按摩组件位于下壳内,足部按摩组件中设有两组按摩头组分别位于缺口部下方。
进一步,足部按摩组件包括驱动件及两组按摩头组,驱动件包括电机及齿轮组带动一转动轴杆转动,转动轴杆的两端分别安装有一转轮随转动轴杆转动,转轮上呈偏心凸设有一偏心凸轮,各按摩头组分别包括前按摩头和后按摩头分别位于转动轴杆的两侧,前按摩头和后按摩头所在按摩臂分别套接在偏心凸轮上,前按摩头和后按摩头的下端分别设有一滑槽,在下壳上设有限位轴分别穿设于滑槽中,前按摩头和后按摩头在限位轴的限位作用下做前后运动和/或上下起伏的复合运动。
进一步,第二壳体中部设有一操作壳,操作壳两侧形成两开槽,第一壳体的上壳中部还设有一个容纳槽位于两开口之间,操作壳在第二壳体盖合至第一壳体时容纳至容纳槽中。
进一步,第二壳体包括在一后壳的两端向外延伸形成侧壳,侧壳体的内侧壁可转动连接在上壳的两侧壁上,后壳在第二壳体翻转立起后位于上壳后侧,后壳在第二壳体向下盖合后位于上壳上方。
进一步,按摩气囊包括设置在后壳前壁面的后气囊以及侧壳内壁面、操作壳两侧壁的侧气囊。
进一步,热疗组件包括设置在第二壳体顶面上的发热片及软垫,发热片位于软垫上。
有益效果
采用上述结构后,本发明通过在足部按摩机构上方可转动连接腿部按摩机构,二者在打开状态下可实现足部及小腿部按摩,并可通过打开支撑架以调整放置角度,适应使用。不按摩时,可将腿部按摩机构可收折在足部按摩机构上方,减小收纳体积的同时可形成脚凳使用,同时还可满足热疗功能,实现多种功能,大大增加了实用性。

本发明的实施方式
为了进一步解释本发明的技术方案,下面通过具体实施例来对本发明进行详细阐述。
结合图1至图4所示,本发明揭示一种多功能按摩机,包括可对足部按摩的足部按摩机构A和可对小腿按摩的腿部按摩机构B。其中,足部按摩机构A包括在一第一壳体1内设有两组为足部提供按摩的足部按摩组件2,腿部按摩机构B包括在一第二壳体3中设有容纳使用者腿部的两个并排的开槽31,开槽31中设有按摩气囊4。
结合图3至图5所示,足部按摩机构中,第一壳体1包括上壳11、下壳12以及架置在下壳12上方的中壳13,上壳11的顶面上设有两个供脚部伸入的开口111,使用时,可在开口111中套设连接有可拆卸的脚套。中壳13两侧设有一个缺口部131位于开口111的下方,足部按摩组件2位于下壳12内,足部按摩组件2中设有两组按摩头组分别位于缺口部131下方。足部按摩组件2包括驱动件及两组按摩头组,驱动件包括电机211及齿轮组212带动一转动轴杆213转动,转动轴杆213的两端分别安装有一转轮22随转动轴杆213进行转动,转轮22上呈偏心凸设有一偏心凸轮221,各按摩头组分别包括前按摩头23和后按摩头24分别位于转动轴杆213的两侧,前按摩头23和后按摩头24所在按摩臂231、241分别套接在偏心凸轮221上,偏心凸轮221的侧端可设有一挡轮222进行定位。进一步,在前按摩头23和后按摩头24的下端分别设有一滑槽232、242,在下壳12上设有限位轴251、252分别穿设于滑槽232、242中。前按摩头23和后按摩头24随偏心凸轮221的带动作用进行偏心转动,同时在限位轴251、252的限位作用下做前后运动。可令至少一个滑槽形成弧形以形成上下起伏运动,本实施例中后按摩头24对应的滑槽242设置为弧形槽,后按摩头可在转动22的带动作用下实现前后运动和上下起伏的复合运动。使用时,使用者脚部从开口111伸入并放置在缺口131上方,各按摩头组的前按摩头23和后按摩头24分别对脚底进行按摩,形成足部按摩。
对于腿部按摩机构,第二壳体3包括在一后壳32的两端向外延伸形成侧壳33,第二壳体3中部设有一操作壳34,操作壳34两侧形成两开槽31。操作壳34上可形成操作区,操作壳34内可形成控制组件,在操作壳34上方可设置控制按钮以方便使用者进行操作。第二壳体3的开槽31中三个壁面上均设有按摩气囊,本实施例中,按摩气囊4包括设置在后壳32前壁面的后气囊41,以及侧壳33内壁面、操作壳34两侧壁的侧气囊42。各气囊内侧设有对气囊充气的气泵、通气阀以及通气管,通过按摩气囊4的设置能更加有效的将腿部包裹,对小腿部进行固定的同时,通过气动压合机构对小腿部进行大面积的挤压震动按摩,能对腿部肌肉进行放松按摩。
本发明中,为使按摩机能够折叠收纳为小体积,同时增加使用功能,第二壳体3的两侧可转动连接于第一壳体1的两侧面,且第二壳体3在向上翻转后垂直于第一壳体1的后端,在足部按摩机构后侧形成腿部按摩机构,如图3所示。同时,第二壳体3在向下翻转后可水平盖合在第一壳体1上方,形成一脚凳结构,如图1所示。组合时,第二壳体3中的侧壳体33的内侧壁可转动连接在第一壳体1中上壳11的两侧壁上,第二壳体3的后壳32在第二壳体3翻转立起后位于上壳11后侧,后壳32在第二壳体3向下盖合后位于上壳11上方。结合图4所示,可在第一壳体1的上壳11的侧壁上分别凸设有一转轴部121,本实施例中的转轴部121锁固在中壳13上,转轴部121从上壳11的侧面穿出,转轴部121上安装有第一转轮122,第二壳体的侧壳33的内侧壁上安装有第二转轮123套接至转轴部121上且位于第一转轮122外侧,第二转轮123相对第一转动122转动。可令第一转轮122对第二转轮123形成转动限位,使第二转轮123形成90度转动。
同时,第一壳体1的上壳11中部还设有一个容纳槽112位于两开口111之间,第二壳体3中的操作壳34在第二壳体3盖合至第一壳体1时容纳至容纳槽112中。
进一步,本发明的按摩机还具有热疗功能,如图2所示,在第二壳体3的顶面上还设有热疗组件6。热疗组件6包括设置在第二壳体3的顶面上的发热片61及软垫62,发热片61位于软垫62上,发热片61在收到加热指令后进行加热。在第二壳体3的顶面,即后壳32的顶面上可设有一凹槽35,凹槽35中可放置一软垫62,软垫62可为海绵垫,发热片61可铺放在软垫上,使热疗时更舒适。第二壳体3的后壳可套设有布套,当需要热疗时,打开相关的功能按键,使用者即可接触在软垫62上方实现热疗。
进一步,当使用者在进行足部及腿部按摩时,当进行仰坐时,需要适当调整足部按摩机构A及腿部按摩机构B的角度时,结合图3以及图6至图10所示,第一壳体1的底面上可转动连接有一支撑架5,支撑架5可在向外转动后倾斜支撑在第一壳体1底部,令第一壳体1及第二壳体3向后仰,支撑架5在向内转动后可收纳于第一壳体1的底面。在第一壳体1的底面上,即下壳12的底面上设有一容纳支撑架5的收纳槽14,支撑架5的两端设有连接轴套51,本实施例中的支撑架5包括一“U”形的把手部52,连接轴套51设在把手部52的两端。收纳槽14前端的两侧安装有可供连接轴套51穿过的转轴141,连接轴套51外周面上设有两个限位凸条511,收纳槽14中设有卡抵凸条142位于转轴141下方的侧边处,限位凸条511在连接轴套51转动后卡抵入卡抵凸条142的内侧面或外侧面中,带动支撑架5在倾斜支撑或收纳时形成限位。令限位凸条511及卡抵凸条142的外侧形成弧面,便于实现转动。通过限位凸条511与卡抵凸条142之间的卡抵作用,可令支撑架5在打开支撑时更稳固,支撑架5在收起时不会回落出来,能够收纳在收纳槽14中。
本发明的多能按摩机在使用时,作为足部按摩器时,将第二壳体3向上翻转打开位于第一壳体后侧,使用者将脚部放入第一壳体1的两开口111中,两小腿位于第二壳体1的两开槽31中,在操作壳34中按下相关按钮,可实现足部及小腿部按摩。当需要适当调节按摩机的放置角度,打开支撑架5即可将令按摩机整体形成倾斜角度。在不需要按摩时,将第二壳体3向下盖合,第二壳体3恰好扣合在第一壳体1上,使按摩机整体转变为一脚凳结构,减小收纳体积的同时可作为凳子使用。同时,按摩机的第二壳体3还具有热疗功能,当需要热疗时,打开相关功能的按钮,可将足部、臀部等部位贴附在第二壳体3上方实现热疗。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种多功能按摩机,包括可对足部按摩的足部按摩机构和可对小腿按摩的腿部按摩机构,足部按摩机构包括在一第一壳体内设有两组为足部提供按摩的足部按摩组件,腿部按摩机构包括在一第二壳体中设有容纳使用者腿部的两个并排的开槽,开槽中设有按摩气囊,其特征在于:第二壳体的两侧可转动连接于第一壳体的两侧面,第二壳体向上翻转后垂直于第一壳体的后端,第二壳体向下翻转后水平盖合在第一壳体上方,第二壳体的顶面上还设有热疗组件。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:第一壳体的底面上可转动连接有一支撑架,支撑架在向外转动后倾斜支撑在第一壳体底部,令第一壳体及第二壳体向后仰,支撑架在向内转动后收纳于第一壳体的底面。
  3. 如权利要求2所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:第一壳体的底面上设有一容纳支撑架的收纳槽,支撑架的两端设有连接轴套,收纳槽前端的两侧安装有可供连接轴套穿过的转轴,连接轴套外周面上设有两个限位凸条,收纳槽中设有卡抵凸条位于转轴下方的侧边处,限位凸条在连接轴套转动后卡抵入卡抵凸条的内侧面或外侧面中,带动支撑架在倾斜支撑或收纳时形成限位。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:支撑架包括一“U”形的把手部,连接轴套设在把手部的两端,限位凸条及卡抵凸条的外侧形成弧面。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:第一壳体包括上壳、下壳以及架置在下壳上方的中壳,上壳的顶面上设有两个供脚部伸入的开口,中壳两侧设有一个缺口部,足部按摩组件位于下壳内,足部按摩组件中设有两组按摩头组分别位于缺口部下方。
  6. 如权利要求5所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:足部按摩组件包括驱动件及两组按摩头组,驱动件包括电机及齿轮组带动一转动轴杆转动,转动轴杆的两端分别安装有一转轮随转动轴杆转动,转轮上呈偏心凸设有一偏心凸轮,各按摩头组分别包括前按摩头和后按摩头分别位于转动轴杆的两侧,前按摩头和后按摩头所在按摩臂分别套接在偏心凸轮上,前按摩头和后按摩头的下端分别设有一滑槽,在下壳上设有限位轴分别穿设于滑槽中,前按摩头和后按摩头在限位轴的限位作用下做前后运动和/或上下起伏的复合运动。
  7. 如权利要求5所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:第二壳体中部设有一操作壳,操作壳两侧形成两开槽,第一壳体的上壳中部还设有一个容纳槽位于两开口之间,操作壳在第二壳体盖合至第一壳体时容纳至容纳槽中。
  8. 如权利要求7所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:第二壳体包括在一后壳的两端向外延伸形成侧壳,侧壳体的内侧壁可转动连接在上壳的两侧壁上,后壳在第二壳体翻转立起后位于上壳后侧,后壳在第二壳体向下盖合后位于上壳上方。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:按摩气囊包括设置在后壳前壁面的后气囊以及侧壳内壁面、操作壳两侧壁的侧气囊。
  10. 如权利要求1所述的一种多功能按摩机,其特征在于:热疗组件包括设置在第二壳体顶面上的发热片及软垫,发热片位于软垫上。
