- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述通信模块包括信号插接件,所述信号插接件从所述箱体露出,所述信号插接件具有用于信号传输的插接区域,所述控制板安装有信号屏蔽罩,所述信号屏蔽罩包裹所述信号插接件的除插接区域之外的部分。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述输入端连接有正极充电排和负极充电排,所述充电线的正极与所述正极充电排连接,所述充电线的负极与所述负极充电排连接,所述充电线穿过所述箱体;所述输出端连接有正极直流排和负极直流排,所述箱体安装有直流插接件,所述直流插接件从所述箱体露出,所述正极直流排和所述负极直流排均与所述直流插接件的一端连接,所述直流插接件的另一端与所述储能件连接。
- 根据权利要求3所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述箱体安装有第一磁环,所述正极直流排和所述负极直流排均穿过所述第一磁环;所述直流插接件安装于所述箱体且连接于所述储能件;电容,所述电容安装于所述箱体且具有电容输入端和电容输出端,所述直流插接件与所述电容输入端连接;IGBT模组,所述IGBT模组安装于所述箱体且具有直流输入端、交流输出端和信号输出端,所述直流输入端与所述电容输出端连接,所述信号输出端与所述驱动板连接,所述交流输出端与车辆的电机三相输入端连接。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,还包括:电磁屏蔽板,所述电磁屏蔽板安装于所述箱体,所述控制板位于所述电磁屏蔽板的背向所述箱体的一侧,所述驱动板、所述电容和所述IGBT模组位于所述电磁屏蔽板的朝向所述箱体的一侧。
- 根据权利要求4所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述箱体安装有三相转接排和三相导电件,所述三相导电件外包裹有绝缘件,所述三相转接排的两端分别连接所述交流输出端和所述三相导电件的一端,所述三相导电件的另一端与所述电机三相输入端连接;所述驱动板安装有霍尔元件,所述三相转接排穿过所述霍尔元件。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述控制板连接有旋变插接件,所述旋变插接件穿过所述箱体连接于车辆的电机,所述旋变插接件用于检测所述电机的角位移和角速度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,还包括:直流插接件,所述直流插接件安装于所述箱体且连接于所述储能件;电源板,所述电源板连接有正极电源线、负极电源线、电源信号线、交流转接端和直流转接端,所述正极电源线和所述负极电源线均与所述直流插接件连接,所述电源信号线连接于所述通信模块;交流输出插接件,所述交流输出插接件连接于所述交流转接端且安装于所述箱体,所述交流输出插接件从所述箱体露出;直流输出插接件,所述直流输出插接件安装于所述箱体且连接有直流转接排和直流滤波板,所述直流滤波板与所述直流转接端连接,所述直流输出插接件从所述箱体露出。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述电源板邻近于所述箱体的厚度方向的一侧设置,所述控制板和所述驱动板邻近于所述箱体的厚度方向的另一侧设置;第一盖板,所述第一盖板安装于所述箱体的厚度方向的所述一侧且封盖所述电源板;第二盖板,所述第二盖板位于所述箱体的厚度方向的所述另一侧且封盖所述控制板和所述驱动板。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述正极电源线连接有第一电气保护件,所述第一电气保护件与所述直流插接件连接;所述直流转接排的外周面环绕有第二磁环。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述箱体的朝向所述电源板的侧面设有交流屏蔽腔、电源线屏蔽腔、电源信号线屏蔽腔和直流输出屏蔽腔;所述交流输出插接件的导线位于所述交流屏蔽腔,所述箱体安装有交流屏蔽板,所述交流屏蔽板封盖所述交流屏蔽腔;所述正极电源线和所述负极电源线位于所述电源线屏蔽腔内,所述电源信号线位于所述电源信号线屏蔽腔内,所述箱体安装有电源线盖板和信号线盖板,所述电源线盖板封盖所述电源线屏蔽腔,所述信号线盖板封盖所述电源信号线屏蔽腔;所述直流转接排和所述直流滤波板位于所述直流输出屏蔽腔内,所述箱体安装有直流屏蔽板,所述直流屏蔽板封盖所述直流输出屏蔽腔。
- 根据权利要求8所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述电源板包括:板体,所述正极电源线、所述负极电源线、所述电源信号线、所述交流转接端和所述直流转接端均设于所述板体;交流电感和直流电感,所述交流电感和所述直流电感安装于所述板体的宽度方向的两侧,所述交流电感、所述直流电感和所述电源信号线在所述板体的长度方向上位于所述板体的同一端;变压器电感,所述变压器安装于所述板体且在所述板体的宽度方向位于所述交流电感和所述直流电感之间;变压器,所述变压器安装于所述板体且位于所述板体的远离所述电源信号线的一端;MOS管,所述MOS管安装于所述板体且在所述板体的宽度方向位于所述变压器的两侧。
- 根据权利要求12所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述箱体的朝向所述电源板的侧面设有直流电感屏蔽腔、交流电感屏蔽腔、变压器电感屏蔽腔和MOS管屏蔽腔;所述直流电感位于所述直流电感屏蔽腔内,所述交流电感位于所述交流电感屏蔽腔内,所述变压器电感位于所述变压器电感屏蔽腔内,所述MOS管位于MOS管屏蔽腔内;所述板体封盖所述直流电感屏蔽腔、所述交流电感屏蔽腔、所述变压器电感屏蔽腔和所述MOS管屏蔽腔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,所述箱体安装有可拆卸地维修板,所述维修板安装有第一电连接件,所述箱体安装有与所述第一电连接件接触导电的第二电连接件,所述控制板检测所述第一电连接件和所述第二电连接件的通断以控制所述储能件的电路通断。
- 根据权利要求1所述的车辆控制器,其特征在于,还包括:直流插接件,所述直流插接件安装于所述箱体且连接于所述储能件;供电插接件,所述供电插接件安装于所述箱体且从所述箱体露出,所述供电插接件连接有正极加热线和负极加热线,所述正极加热线和所述负极加热线均与所述直流插接件连接,所述供电插接件与用于为所述储能件加热的加热件连接;所述箱体安装有第三磁环,所述正极加热线和所述负极加热线均穿过所述第三磁环;所述正极加热线连接有第二电气保护件,所述第二电气保护件与所述直流插接件连接;所述供电插接件与车辆空调器的压缩机连接。
- 一种车辆,其特征在于,包括:权利要求1-15中任一项所述的车辆控制器;动力箱,所述动力箱安装于所述车辆控制器的箱体;电机和变速器,所述电机和变速器传动连接且均位于所述动力箱内,所述电机与所述驱动板电连接;储能件,所述储能件与所述通断件的输出端连接。
