背景技术
目前,手机、平板和个人计算机(Personal Computer,PC)等电子设备中普遍采用粘接的方式将电池固定在电池仓中,即,电池的底面和电池仓的表面之间设置双面胶和易拆聚对苯二甲酸乙二酯(Polyethylene Terephthalate,PET),达到固定电池盒维修方便拆卸的目的,再者还可以采用直接用双面胶固定无法拆卸的方式。然而,易拆PET方式成本相对较高,且无法重复利用,且在拆卸过程中容易造成电池变形,影响电池使用甚至可能带来安全问题;另外,易拆PET的方式在拆卸拉胶的过程中,双面胶容易分层形成残胶留在电池仓内,造成清除困难的问题。
发明内容
本申请实施例的目的是提供一种电池组件及电子设备,能够解决上述至少一个问题。
为了解决上述技术问题,本申请是这样实现的:
本申请实施例提供了一种电池组件,该电池组件包括:
电池本体,所述电池本体包括电芯、与电芯电连接的保护板以及包裹于电芯外侧的包裹膜,所述包裹膜包括导电层;
电气胶,所述电气胶设置于所述导电层与安装主体之间,所述电气胶与所述导电层及所述保护板分别电连接;
所述保护板、所述电芯、所述导电层和所述电气胶形成电路,在所述电路为断路的情况下,所述电气胶与所述导电层和所述安装主体分别固定连接,在所述电路为通路的情况下,所述电气胶与所述导电层及所述安装主体中的至少一者分离。
本申请实施例还提供了一种电子设备,该电子设备包括设备主体和电池组件,设备主体包括电池仓,电池仓为上述实施例中的安装主体,电池组件设置于电池仓,且电池组件与电池仓之间通过电气胶可拆卸连接。
本申请实施例中,电池本体外侧设有包裹膜,包裹膜包括导电层,电气胶设置在导电层与安装主体(如,电池仓等)之间,另外,电气胶还与导电层和电池组件的保护板电连接,如此,保护板、电芯、导电层和电气胶可以形成一供电的电路,在该电路为通路时,可以为电气胶供电,在该电路为断路时,无法对电气胶供电。基于电气胶自身特性,在通电时,电气胶可以与导电层及安装主体中的至少一者分离,在未通电时,电气胶可以将导电层和安装主体固定在一起。由此,在不需要拆卸电池本体时,可以使电气胶处于断电状态,当需要拆卸电池本体时,可以对电气胶通电,从而使电气胶与导电层及安装主体中的至少一者分离,以便于将电池本体从安装主体上拆下,进而方便电池本体的维修、维护或更换。相比于常规的PET方式,本申请中的电气胶方便拆装电池本体,从而可以重复利用,且不易造成电池本体变形,保证了电池的正常使用,提高了电池的安全性;并且,由于不使用双面胶,从而不会造成安装主体上残留双面胶,进而不会造成双面胶清理困难的问题。

下面结合附图,通过具体的实施例及其应用场景对本申请实施例进行详细地说明。
本申请实施例公开了一种电池组件,所公开的电池组件包括电池本体100和电气胶200。
参考图1至图4,电池本体100包括电芯110、保护板120和包裹膜130,其中,保护板120与电芯110电连接,包裹膜130包裹在电芯110的外侧。可选地,保护板120设置在电芯110的一端。保护板120为电池本体100的一种保护构件,通常情况下,保护板120包括高速开关和集成电路,高速开关一般由金属氧化物半导体(Metal-Oxide-Semiconductor,MOS)管串联在主要放电回路中,用于执行保护动作,集成电路由精确的比较器组成,通过监视电池本体100的电压差等方式来控制高速开关。除此以外,保护板120 上还设有电阻、电容、辅助电流保险丝、正温度系数元器件、存储器等。通过保护板120可以对电池本体100进行保护,例如,过充保护、过放保护、过流保护、温度保护等。因此,通过保护板120可以实时对电池本体100进行保护,以保证电池本体100在正常范围内工作。包裹膜130包裹在电芯110的外侧,从而既可以有效防止电解液泄漏,又可以防止外界水分、空气进入,并与电解液反应而影响电池本体100性能。
电气胶200为电池组件的一种安装构件,其可以将电池本体100安装至安装主体上,以实现对电池本体100的固定。电气胶200具有通电失粘的特性,在通电前,粘结力为F1,其可以满足固定电池本体100的可靠性要求,在通电后,粘结力大幅降低至F2,F2远小于F1,从而可以将电池本体100拆下,达到快速拆卸和剥离的效果。此处需要说明的是,有关电气胶200的工作原理可参考相关技术,此处不作详细阐述。
参考图5至图8,为了通过电气胶200将电池本体100进行固定,以及方便于拆卸电池本体100,本申请实施例中的包裹膜130包括导电层131,电气胶200设置于导电层131与安装主体之间,且电气胶200与导电层131和保护板120分别电连接。可选地,导电层131可以是铝膜层、钢塑膜层或其他高分子材料或复合材料等。如此,保护板120、电芯110、导电层131和电气胶200共同形成一电路。在上述电路为断路的情况下,电气胶200具有较大的粘结力,从而可以将电池本体100牢牢固定在安装主体上;在上述电路为通路的情况下,电气胶200通电粘结力大幅减小,从而失去对电池本体100与安装主体之间的固定作用,进而使电气胶200能够与导电层131及安装主体中的至少一者分离,以便于从安装主体上拆下电池本体100。
可选地,电气胶200可以为电气单面胶或电气双面胶,当电气胶200为电气单面胶时,其可以固定在安装主体上,此时,电池本体100可以通过电气单面胶可拆卸地固定在安装主体上,便于电池本体100的拆装。当电气胶200为电气双面胶时,电气双面胶可以与导电层131和安装主体分别拆卸, 从而便于电池本体100以及电气胶200的拆卸。
另外,在一些可选的实施例中,包裹膜130还可以包括防腐层133,防腐层133设置在导电层131的靠近电芯110的一侧,通过防腐层133起耐电解液作用,以防止电解液腐蚀导电层131。可选地,防腐层133可以是聚丙烯层。
基于上述设置,在不需要拆卸电池本体100时,可以使电气胶200处于断电状态,当需要拆卸电池本体100时,可以对电气胶200通电,从而使电气胶200与导电层131及安装主体中的至少一者分离,以便于将电池本体100从安装主体上拆下,进而方便电池本体100的维修、维护或更换。相比于常规的PET方式,本申请中的电气胶200方便拆装电池本体100,从而可以重复利用,且不易造成电池本体100变形,保证了电池的正常使用,提高了电池的安全性;并且,由于不使用双面胶,从而不会造成安装主体上残留双面胶,进而不会造成双面胶清理困难的问题。
参考图1至图4,为了实现电芯110与保护板120电连接,以及电气胶200与保护板120的电连接,以形成回路,本申请中的电芯110设有电池正极耳111和电池负极耳112,电气胶200包括电气胶极耳210。在实际连接时,将电池正极耳111、电池负极耳112和电气胶极耳210分别与保护板120电连接。可选地,将电气胶极耳210与电池正极耳111或电池负极耳112并联焊接在保护板120上。基于上述设置,使得电池正极耳111-导电层131-电气胶200-电气胶极耳210-保护板120共同形成一电路,在该电路为通路时,可以使电气胶200通电,使其失去粘性,从而达到便捷拆卸的目的;在该电路为断路时,可以使电气胶200未通电,使其具有粘性,从而可以将电池本体100固定在安装主体上。上述方式可以解决常规PET和双面胶固定组件易损坏、无法重复使用的问题,并且可以减小电池组件的整体厚度。
参考图9,在一些实施例中,电池本体100还包括连接器140,连接器140与保护板120电连接,与此同时,连接器140用于与电子设备电连接, 通过连接器140可以将电池本体100与电子设备电连接;除此以外,还可以通过电子设备对电气胶200供电。连接器140包括正极端子141和负极端子142,通过正极端子141和负极端子142可以与电子设备电连接。其中,正极端子141、电池正极耳111、导电层131、电气胶200、电气胶极耳210和负极端子142形成第一电路P,通过第一电路P可以实现电气胶200的通电或断电。在第一电路P为断路的情况下,电气胶200未通电,此时电气胶200与导电层131及安装主体分别固定连接,从而通过电气胶200将电池本体100固定在安装主体上。在第一电路P为通路的情况下,电气胶200通电,此时电气胶200能够与导电层131及安装主体中的至少一者分离,从而便于电池本体100从安装主体上拆下。
参考图14、图15和图18,为了控制上述第一电路P的通断,电池组件还包括第一开关310,第一开关310与电子设备的控制元件400电连接,且第一开关310设置于第一电路P中。可选地,第一开关310可以设置在保护板120上,并受到保护板120的集成电路(Integrated Circuit,IC)控制器的控制作用。通常状态下,第一开关310处于断开状态,即,第一电路P为断路。当在售后维修或其他需要拆卸电池本体100的场景中,电子设备连接充电器或外接电源,电子设备的控制元件400发出拆卸电池本体100的信号至保护板120的IC控制器,保护板120的IC控制器收到信号后使第一开关310结合,使第一电路P接通,向第一电路P供电,从而使电气胶200通电而失去粘性,以方便拆卸电池本体100。可选地,第一开关310可以是MOS开关。另外,还可以设置第一电路P接通的时间,例如,10秒至20秒。在此通路中,电子设备向第一电路P持续供电一段时间(如,10秒至20秒等)后自动断电。
考虑到部分拆卸电池本体100的场景下没有充电器和外接电源,基于此,可以通过电路逻辑设计,使电池本体100向电气胶200供电,以达到电气胶200通电失粘的目的。
本申请实施例中,电路逻辑设计可以分离开充电场景和拆卸电池场景,以避免冲突导致充电时误拆电池本体100。下面将对电路逻辑进行详细阐述。
参考图10,在其他实施例中,电池本体100还包括连接器140,连接器140与保护板120电连接,与此同时,连接器140还用于与电子设备电连接,通过连接器140将电池本体100与电子设备电连接。连接器140包括正极端子141和负极端子142,通过正极端子141和负极端子142可以与电子设备电连接。其中,正极端子141、电池正极耳111、导电层131、电气胶200、电气胶极耳210和负极端子142共同形成第二电路Q,且正极端子141、电池正极耳111、电芯110、电池负极耳112和负极端子142共同形成第三电路R。本申请实施例中可以对第二电路Q与第三电路R的通断情况进行控制,以达到不同的目的。
在拆卸电池本体100的情况下,控制元件400控制第二开关320结合,以使第二电路Q接通;在充电的情况下,控制元件400控制第三开关330结合,以使第三电路R接通。
参考图16至图18,为了控制上述第二电路Q和第三电路R的通断,电池组件还包括第二开关320和第三开关330,第二开关320和第三开关330分别与电子设备的控制元件400电连接,且第二开关320设置于第二电路Q中,第三开关330设置于第三电路R中。可选地,第二开关320和第三开关330分别可以设置在保护板120上,并受到保护板120的IC控制器控制。通常状态下,第二开关320和第三开关330均处于断开状态,即,第二电路Q和第三电路R均为断路。当在售后维修或其他需要拆卸电池本体100的场景中,通过电子设备的控制元件400发出拆卸电池本体100的信号至保护板120的IC控制器,保护板120的IC控制器收到信号后使第二开关320结合,使第二电路Q接通,向第二电路Q供电,此时可以是充电器或外界电源供电,也可以是电池供电,从而使电气胶200通电而失去粘性,以方便拆卸电池本体100。可选地,第二开关320可以是MOS开关。另外,还可以设置第二电 路Q接通的时间,例如,10秒至20秒。在此通路中,电池本体100向第二电路Q持续供电一段时间(如,10秒至20秒等)后自动断电。
基于上述设置,在正常情况下,第二开关320和第三开关330均处于断开状态,即,第二电路Q和第三电路R均为断路状态,当需要对电子设备充电时,通过电子设备的控制元件400发出充电的信号至保护板120的IC控制器,保护板120的IC控制器接收到信号后使第三开关330结合,使第三电路R接通,通过充电器或外接电源对电池本体100进行充电。可选地,第三开关330可以是MOS开关。
继续参考图5至图8,在一些实施例中,包裹膜130还包括防护层132,防护层132设置于导电层131的背离电芯110的一侧。可选地,防护层132可以是尼龙层,其覆盖导电层131,从而保护导电层131不被刮伤。为了将电气胶200与导电层131贴合并电连接,本申请实施例中在防护层132上形成有避位空间1321,电气胶200设置于避位空间1321中,并与导电层131贴合。可选地,避位空间1321可以是避位槽,通过避位槽的设置可以使导电层131至少部分外露,以便于电气胶200与导电层131贴合且电连接。
在其他实施例中,导电层131上还可以不存在防护层132。参考图7,在导电层131压延成型过程中取消对应电池本体100背部的防护层132,露出导电层131,此时,可以直接将电气胶200贴附在导电层131上。
考虑到包裹膜130包裹电芯110的工艺流程中去除至少部分防护层132再贴附电气胶200,各种尺寸公差会导致电气胶200与露出的导电层131不匹配,影响产线良率的问题,本申请实施例中还可以通过物理或化学工艺方式在成品的电芯110做出来之后再去除至少部分防护层132。具体方式如下:
通过化学刻蚀工艺,在成品的电芯110的背面的包裹膜130区域,涂抹配置溶解防护层132的药水,一段时间后待药水溶解至少部分防护层132而露出导电层131时,使用无尘布擦净防护层132表面,再贴附电气胶200。此方式可以同时处理大批量电芯110,且成本相对较低。
除此以外,还可以通过物理镭雕工艺,设定合适强度的激光,通过光能使导电层131表面的防护层132至少部分蒸发而露出导电层131,并使用无尘布擦净导电层131表面,再贴附电气胶200。此种方式对激光精度要求较高,且在去除至少部分防护层132的同时不能对导电层131造成表面损伤,且成本相对较高。
通过上述化学或物理方式,均可以去除至少部分防护层132。如图5所示,去除部分后形成避位空间1321,或者如图7所示,全部去除,以使导电层131全部外露。
除上述方式之外,电气胶200还可以设置在防护层132的背离导电层131的一侧,且电气胶200与导电层131电连接,如图8所示。可选地,可以在电气胶200上引出多个电气胶极耳210进行通电失粘。此种方式中电气胶200上引出的电气胶极耳210较多,保护板120需要预留位置进行焊接。
进一步地,电气胶200的形状与避位空间1321的形状相适应,且避位空间1321的形状可以根据实际电池仓的结构兼容设计进行优化。在一些实施例中,避位空间1321与防护层132的面积之比为1/3至1/2,以露出对应面积的导电层131。当然,还可以是其他异形,如,U字形或回字形等。
基于上述设置,在防护层132的避位空间1321处,贴附对应形状的电气胶200,根据避位空间1321的形状,电气胶200的形状可以是常规矩形或异形,如,U字形或回字形,为单一整体即可,将包裹膜130包裹电芯110时,确保电气胶200能够贴附在电池本体100的背面。
本申请实施例中,电气胶200形状可以是常规矩形或者异形,但需要为单一整体,其原因为:电气胶200需要纵向通流,电子带动电气胶200的离子移动,界面发生变化方可达到失粘效果,对于单一整体的电气胶200来说,需至少引出2pcs极耳(1pc正极/1pc负极),且电气胶极耳210需分布在电气胶200的上下两面,方可达到通电失粘的效果。假设局部避空(在形成避位空间1321时)导致独立的胶层数量为A,需要引出的极耳应为2A,过多的 极耳接入保护板120会带来极耳布局走线、增加保护板120宽度和厚度、可靠性差等风险。因此,电气胶200保持单一整体最为适合。
基于上述分析可知,本申请实施例中去除防护膜后,使导电层131与电气胶200整面接触,在极大提升通流效果的同时,还可以减少电气胶极耳210。
参考图3和图4,在一些实施例中,包裹膜130包裹于电芯110外侧的情况下,电气胶极耳210与电池正极耳111及电池负极耳112分别错位设置,错位设置的电气胶极耳210可以直接采用点焊技术焊接在保护板120上。
参考图2,在其他实施例中,电气胶极耳210与电池正极耳111或电池负极耳112重叠设置,重叠设置后,电气胶极耳210可以与电池正极耳111或电池负极耳112采用点焊技术焊接在一起,再焊接至保护板120。此种方式会使得极耳焊接合并后的厚度增加,使得弯折性能减弱,在一定程度上降低可靠性。尽管如此,该种方式同样可以满足实际需求,也可以作为备选方式。
继续参考图4,在另外一些实施例中,电气胶200还可以包括多个位于电气胶200边缘区域的电气胶极耳210,多个电气胶极耳210分别与保护板120电连接。例如,电气胶200的边缘区域设置电气胶正极耳和电气胶负极耳,通过电气胶正极耳和电气胶负极耳与保护板120电连接。当然,本申请实施例中不限制电气胶极耳210的数量、形式、电气胶200的尺寸形式等。
在一些实施例中,电气胶200为电气双面胶,电气双面胶包括层叠设置的第一剥离粘接剂层220和第二剥离粘接剂层230,电气胶极耳210插设于第一剥离粘接剂层220和第二剥离粘接剂层230之间,第一剥离粘接剂层220、第二剥离粘接剂层230与电气胶极耳210三者一体设置。
参考图11至图13,本申请实施例中,电气胶200为一体式设计,在第一剥离粘接剂层220和第二剥离粘接剂层230中插入电气胶极耳210,通过上下层叠设置的第一剥离粘接剂层220和第二剥离粘接剂层230进行固定。可选地,电气胶极耳210可以是片状凸形的铝极耳。当电气胶极耳210的尺 寸过大时,会阻碍通电状态下的电气剥离剂流动通道;当电气胶极耳210的尺寸过小时,会降低失粘效率。本申请实施例中,电气胶极耳210的尺寸以实验获取的最佳尺寸为准。一体式设计的电气胶200可以在拆卸电池本体100并复用电池本体100的场景中,仅需要更换电气胶200即可,不需要再单独贴附电气胶极耳210至电气胶200上,从而提升了产线良率和效率。
本申请实施例还公开了一种电子设备,所公开的电子设备包括设备主体和上述实施例中的电池组件;设备主体包括电池仓,该电池仓即为上述安装主体,电池组件设置在电池仓中,且电池组件与电池仓之间通过电气胶200可拆卸连接。
综上所述,本申请实施例中,电气胶200具有通电失粘特性,在通电前可以正常满足电池本体100固定可靠性要求,在售后等需要拆卸电池本体100的场景中,对电气胶200通电处理,可以实现快速无损拆卸,不会损坏电池本体100和电子设备;拆卸后的良品电池本体100不会变形,产线和售后均可重复利用,可以避免资源浪费、节约成本;此设计可以取消电池本体100与安装电池仓接触的PET和双面胶,可以取消至少部分防护层132,使导电层131与电气胶200直接接触,形成通电回路,综合可降低电池本体100厚度0.145毫米(millimeter,mm)(即,两层PET的厚度0.12mm和防护层132的厚度0.025mm),进一步可以降低电子设备的重量和厚度,提升用户的握持体验,或在相同电池厚度的情况下提升电池容量,增加电子设备的续航。
上面结合附图对本申请的实施例进行了描述,但是本申请并不局限于上述的具体实施方式,上述的具体实施方式仅仅是示意性的,而不是限制性的,本领域的普通技术人员在本申请的启示下,在不脱离本申请宗旨和权利要求所保护的范围情况下,还可做出很多形式,均属于本申请的保护之内。

Claims (12)

  1. 一种电池组件,包括:
    电池本体(100),所述电池本体(100)包括电芯(110)、与电芯(110)电连接的保护板(120)以及包裹于电芯(110)外侧的包裹膜(130),所述包裹膜(130)包括导电层(131);
    电气胶(200),所述电气胶(200)设置于所述导电层(131)与安装主体之间,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)及所述保护板(120)分别电连接;
    所述保护板(120)、所述电芯(110)、所述导电层(131)和所述电气胶(200)形成电路,在所述电路为断路的情况下,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)和所述安装主体分别固定连接,在所述电路为通路的情况下,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)及所述安装主体中的至少一者分离。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其中,所述电芯(110)设有电池正极耳(111)和电池负极耳(112),所述电气胶(200)包括电气胶极耳(210),所述电池正极耳(111)、所述电池负极耳(112)和所述电气胶极耳(210)分别与所述保护板(120)电连接。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其中,所述电池本体(100)还包括与所述保护板(120)电连接的连接器(140),所述连接器(140)包括正极端子(141)和负极端子(142),所述正极端子(141)、所述电池正极耳(111)、所述导电层(131)、所述电气胶(200)、所述电气胶极耳(210)和所述负极端子(142)形成第一电路(P);
    在所述第一电路(P)为断路的情况下,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电 层(131)及所述安装主体分别固定连接,在所述第一电路(P)为通路的情况下,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)及所述安装主体中的至少一者分离。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其中,所述电池本体(100)还包括与所述保护板(120)电连接的连接器(140),所述连接器(140)包括正极端子(141)和负极端子(142),所述正极端子(141)、所述电池正极耳(111)、所述导电层(131)、所述电气胶(200)、所述电气胶极耳(210)和所述负极端子(142)形成第二电路(Q),且所述正极端子(141)、所述电池正极耳(111)、所述电芯(110)、所述电池负极耳(112)和所述负极端子(142)形成第三电路(R);
    在所述第二电路(Q)为通路、所述第三电路(R)为断路的情况下,所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)及所述安装主体中的至少一者分离,在所述第二电路(Q)为断路、所述第三电路(R)为通路的情况下,所述电池组件能够进行充电。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的电池组件,其中,所述包裹膜(130)还包括设置于所述导电层(131)的背离所述电芯(110)一侧的防护层(132);
    所述防护层(132)形成有避位空间(1321),所述电气胶(200)设置于所述避位空间(1321),并与所述导电层(131)贴合;或者,所述电气胶(200)设置于所述防护层(132)的背离所述导电层(131)的一侧,且所述电气胶(200)与所述导电层(131)电连接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的电池组件,其中,所述避位空间(1321)与所述防护层(132)的面积之比为1/3至1/2;
    和/或,所述电气胶(200)的形状与所述避位空间(1321)的形状相适 应。
  7. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其中,在所述包裹膜(130)包裹于所述电芯(110)外侧的情况下,所述电气胶极耳(210)与所述电池正极耳(111)及所述电池负极耳(112)分别错位设置,或者,所述电气胶极耳(210)与所述电池正极耳(111)或所述电池负极耳(112)重叠设置。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电池组件,其中,所述电气胶(200)包括多个位于所述电气胶(200)边缘区域的所述电气胶极耳(210),多个所述电气胶极耳(210)分别与所述保护板(120)电连接。
  9. 根据权利要求2所述的电池组件,其中,所述电气胶(200)为电气双面胶,所述电气双面胶包括层叠设置的第一剥离粘接剂层(220)和第二剥离粘接剂层(230),所述电气胶极耳(210)插设于所述第一剥离粘接剂层(220)与所述第二剥离粘接剂层(230)之间。
  10. 根据权利要求3所述的电池组件,其中,所述电池组件还包括与电子设备的控制元件(400)电连接的第一开关(310),所述第一开关(310)设置于所述第一电路(P)中;
    在拆卸所述电池本体(100)的情况下,所述控制元件(400)控制所述第一开关(310)结合,以使所述第一电路(P)接通。
  11. 根据权利要求4所述的电池组件,其中,所述电池组件还包括分别与电子设备的控制元件(400)电连接的第二开关(320)和第三开关(330),所述第二开关(320)设置于所述第二电路(Q)中,所述第三开关(330)设置于所述第三电路(R)中;
    在拆卸所述电池本体(100)的情况下,所述控制元件(400)控制所述第二开关(320)结合,以使所述第二电路(Q)接通;
    在充电的情况下,所述控制元件(400)控制所述第三开关(330)结合,以使所述第三电路(R)接通。
  12. 一种电子设备,包括设备主体和权利要求1-11中任意一项所述的电池组件;
    所述设备主体包括电池仓,所述电池仓为所述安装主体,所述电池组件设置于所述电池仓,且所述电池组件与所述电池仓之间通过所述电气胶(200)可拆卸连接。
