根据本申请的另一方面,提供了一种防拆连接件,包括:连接部;凸台,凸台凸出于连接部的端部或周壁设置,凸台沿连接部的周缘或周壁延伸,凸台具有相对设置的受力面和泄力面,凸台至少为一个,凸台与周壁之间的间隙形成夹持区间;其中,受力面远离连接部的内壁的一侧形成受力边线,受力边线与凸台外缘之间的夹持距离为L,凸台的外径为D,L<D。
应用本申请的技术方案,操作工具在进行拧紧操作时,操作工具作用在夹设或卡设在两个受力边线上,通过使L<D,这样能够缩小夹持距离,以使夹持距离小于螺母直径,以便于进行夹持和拧紧操作,提高了操作的便捷性。在对受力边线进行反向操作时,操作工具将与两个受力边线脱离,从而不能够实现拆卸。因此,通过本申请提供的技术方案,能够解决现有技术中的管接头因误操作而易被拆卸的技术问题。

具体实施方式
需要说明的是,在不冲突的情况下,本申请中的实施例及实施例中的特征可以相互组合。下面将参考附图并结合实施例来详细说明本申请。
如图1至图6所示,本申请提供了一种防拆连接件,该防拆连接件包括连接部10和凸台20,连接部10的内壁上设置有内螺纹。凸台20凸出于连接部10的端部设置,凸台20沿连接部10的周缘延伸,凸台20具有相对设置的受力面21和泄力面22,凸台20至少为两个,两个凸台20沿连接部10的周缘间隔设置,两个凸台20(主要为相邻两个凸台20)之间的间隙形成夹持区间。其中,受力面21远离连接部10的内壁的一侧形成受力边线211,在本实施例中,相邻两个凸台20的受力边线211之间的距离形成夹持距离L,凸台20的外径为D,L<D。具体的,本实施例中的凸台20的外壁可以为圆弧结构或近圆弧结构,凸台20的外径是指凸台的外壁所在的圆对应的直径。
需要说明的是,凡是涉及连接部10的周缘是指设置在连接部10的端部的周缘处,凡是涉及连接部10的周壁是指设置在连接部10的侧壁上。
采用这样的结构设置,能够缩小夹持距离,以使夹持距离小于螺母直径,以便于进行夹持和拧紧操作,提高了操作的便捷性。
具体的,本实施例中的受力边线211与连接部10的轴线平行设置。具体的,本实施例中的防拆连接件可以为防拆螺母或接头。当防拆连接件为防拆螺母时,连接部10可以为管体,在管体的内壁上可以设置有内螺纹。
采用本实施例提供的防拆连接件,在具体操作时,操作工具作用在受力面21上,以将防拆连接件与连接件30进行螺纹连接。当防拆连接件安装在连接件30上后,若操作工具作用在受力面21上,只能将防拆连接件拧紧在连接件30上;若操作工具作用在泄力面22上,作用在泄力面22上的力无法对连接部10进行作用,从而无法通过操作工具顺利将连接部10拆除,以有效起到防拆作用。具体的,操作工具为专用工具时,操作工具贴靠在受力面21上对受力面21施力,对防拆连接件进行拧紧,操作工具反向操作作用在泄力面22上时,操作工具沿泄力面脱离防拆连接件,从而不能够拆卸防拆连接件;操作工具为活络扳手时,操作工具在进行拧紧操作时,操作工具(本实施例中的操作工具主要为活络扳手)作用在夹设在两个受力边线211上,通过将受力边线211与连接部10的轴线平行设置,这样能够便于对连接部10进行拧紧操作,避免拧紧操作过程中出现卡设的情况,提高了操作的便捷性。在对受力边线211进行反向操作时,操作工具将与两个受力边线211脱离,从而不能够实现拆卸。因此,通过本实施例提供的防拆连接件,能够解决现有技术中的管接头因误操作而易被拆卸的技术问题。
具体的,本实施例中的凸台20为两个,两个凸台20对称设置连接部10的端部或周壁。采用这样的结构设置,优化了结构布局,提高了结构设置紧凑性,也便于进行操作。
在本实施例中,凸台20的高度为h,5mm≤h≤20mm,此处的凸台20的高度为凸台20的最高高度。具体的,当凸台20的高度小于5mm时,由于凸台20的高度过小不便于操作工 具进行夹持工作,也不利于进行拧紧操作,扳手无法有效施力;当凸台20的高度多高并大于20mm时,此时凸台20会占用较多体积,浪费了结构空间,也会存在逆时针进行拆卸的情况。
在本实施例中,受力面21与连接部10的轴线平行设置,以便于进行拧紧操作。
具体的,本实施例中的泄力面22为斜面或曲面,只要保证泄力面22的高度呈现渐变的情况一使得无法在泄力面22上施加外界作用力即可。采用这样的结构设置,结构简单,便于生产制造,也能够有效起到泄力作用。
在本实施例中,泄力面22沿连接部10的周缘或周壁设置,泄力面22对应的圆心角为α,40°≤α≤180°。采用这样的角度范围,能够有效起到泄力作用,以起到防拆卸作用。具体的,当α越大时,曲面或斜面的坡度越小,这样,防拆性能越好。然而,若α过大,会使得泄力面22占用过多的位置,不便于设置两个或多个凸台20。优选的,100°≤α≤130°。
具体的,凸台20包括相互连接的第一凸起段23和第二凸起段24,第一凸起段23远离第二凸起段24的一侧形成受力面21,第二凸起段24远离第一凸起段23的一侧形成泄力面22。第一凸起段23沿连接部10的周缘或周壁延伸,第一凸起段23对应的角度为β(即为第一凸起段23所在圆对应的圆心角为β),0°≤β≤140°。具体的,当β为0°时,第一凸起段23仅为受力面21结构;当β大于0°时,第一凸起段23为块状结构,具体的,第一凸起端可以为等高的块状结构,以便于进行生产制造。具体的,当螺母直径较大、凸台20强度足够时,β可以为0°。
具体的,连接部10和凸台20为一体成型结构,以减少安装操作。或者,凸台20焊接在连接部10上,以便于根据实际情况生产处不同结构尺寸的凸台20结构。
在本实施例中,受力面21和泄力面22在连接部10的端面周向交替分布,以便于进行拧紧操作和有效起到防拆卸功能。
在使用本实施例中提供的防拆连接件时,扳手通过卡住凸台20上的两个受力边线211,通过受力边线211将力传递至连接部10上以关紧密封。当扳手在逆时针操作时,扳手将与两个受力边线211脱离,无法逆时针给连接部10施加力,实现防拆功能。采用本实施例提供的防拆连接件在使用时只能用管钳进行强制拆除。
在本实施例中,连接件30上设置有外螺纹结构,防拆连接件与连接件30连接。防拆连接件和连接件30均与连接管40连接,以使与连接件30连接的连接管40和与防拆连接件连接的连接管40连通。
在另一实施例中提供了一种防拆连接件,该防拆连接件包括连接部10和凸台20,凸台20凸出于连接部10的端部或周壁设置,凸台20沿连接部10的周缘或周壁延伸,凸台20具有相对设置的受力面21和泄力面22,凸台20至少为一个,凸台20与周壁之间的间隙形成夹持区间;其中,受力面21远离连接部10的内壁的一侧形成受力边线211,受力边线211与凸台20外缘之间的夹持距离为L,凸台20的外径为D,L<D。本实施例中的防拆连接件与上一实施例中的防拆连接件的区别主要在于凸台20的数量,本实施例中的凸台20的数量可以 仅为一个,通过凸台20与连接部10的周壁之间形成夹持间隙,以便于进行夹持拧紧,并通过泄力面22能够实现防拆功能。
从以上的描述中,可以看出,本申请上述的实施例实现了如下技术效果:实现防拆功能,提高了操作的便捷性。

Claims (11)

  1. 一种防拆连接件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接部(10);
    凸台(20),所述凸台(20)凸出于所述连接部(10)的端部或周壁设置,所述凸台(20)沿所述连接部(10)的周缘或周壁延伸,所述凸台(20)具有相对设置的受力面(21)和泄力面(22),所述凸台(20)至少为两个,两个所述凸台(20)沿所述连接部(10)的周缘或周壁间隔设置;
    其中,所述受力面(21)远离所述连接部(10)的一侧形成受力边线(211),两个所述凸台(20)的受力边线(211)之间的距离为夹持距离L,所述凸台(20)的外径为D,L<D。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述受力边线(211)与所述连接部(10)的轴线平行设置。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述凸台(20)为两个,两个所述凸台(20)对称设置所述连接部(10)的端部或周壁。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述凸台(20)的高度为h,5mm≤h≤20mm。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述受力面(21)与所述连接部(10)的轴线平行设置。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述泄力面(22)为斜面或曲面。
  7. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述泄力面(22)沿所述连接部(10)的周缘或周壁设置,所述泄力面(22)对应的圆心角为α,40°≤α≤180°。
  8. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述凸台(20)包括相互连接的第一凸起段(23)和第二凸起段(24),所述第一凸起段(23)远离所述第二凸起段(24)的一侧形成所述受力面(21),所述第二凸起段(24)远离所述第一凸起段(23)的一侧形成所述泄力面(22);所述第一凸起段(23)沿所述连接部(10)的周缘或周壁延伸,所述第一凸起段(23)对应的角度为β,0°≤β≤140°。
  9. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述连接部(10)和所述凸台(20)为一体成型结构;或者,所述凸台(20)固定在所述连接部(10)上。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的防拆连接件,其特征在于,所述受力面(21)和所述泄力面(22)在所述连接部(10)的端面或周壁周向交替分布。
  11. 一种防拆连接件,其特征在于,包括:
    连接部(10);
    凸台(20),所述凸台(20)凸出于所述连接部(10)的端部或周壁设置,所述凸台(20)沿所述连接部(10)的周缘或周壁延伸,所述凸台(20)具有相对设置的受力面(21)和泄力面(22),所述凸台(20)至少为一个,所述凸台(20)与所述周壁之间的间隙形成夹持区间;
    其中,所述受力面(21)远离所述连接部(10)的内壁的一侧形成受力边线(211),所述受力边线与所述凸台(20)外缘之间的夹持距离为L,所述凸台(20)的外径为D,L<D。
