Description

一种组合式多头扳手 技术领域
本发明涉及一种扳手,具体涉及的是一种可以组合多种不同型号的多头扳手。
背景技术
扳手是一种常用的安装与拆卸工具,是利用杠杆原理拧转螺栓、螺钉、螺母和其他螺纹紧持螺栓或螺母的开口或套孔固件的手工工具。扳手通常在柄部的一端或两端制有夹持螺栓或螺母的开口或套孔,使用时沿螺纹旋转方向在柄部施加外力,就能拧转螺栓或螺母。
在实际使用中,往往需要多种类型的扳手组合使用,需频繁更换不同型号的扳手,带来不便。同时,实际使用的环境可能会比较复杂,现有的扳手放置时随意搁置,再次使用时不容易找寻。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种组合式多头扳手,用以解决现有技术的不足和缺陷。本发明一种组合式多头扳手,不同型号的扳手可以组合在一起使用,也可以分拆出来单独使用,同时,再次使用时容易找寻。
本发明一种组合式多头扳手,包括一主扳手、第一副扳手和第二副扳手;
所述主扳手中间位置一侧设置有第一凹槽,所述主扳手中间位置另一侧设置有第二凹槽;
所述第一凹槽和所述第二凹槽交叉布置在所述主扳手轴向两侧,并成一定的角度;
所述第一副扳手中间位置一侧设置有第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述第一凹槽紧密匹配;
所述第二副扳手中间位置一侧设置有第二卡槽,所述第二卡槽与所述第二凹槽紧密匹配。
相对于现有技术,本发明组合式多头扳手,由三个不同型号的扳手组合而成,利用凹槽与卡槽的紧密配合,将三个扳手组合起来携带或使用。同时本发明组合式多头扳手中的三个扳手也可以分拆下来单独使用。
进一步地,所述第一凹槽的开设方向与所述主扳手轴向成60度角;
所述第二凹槽的开设方向与所述主扳手轴向成60度角;
所述第一凹槽的开设方向与所述第二凹槽的开设方向成60度角。
此限定使得三个扳手互成60度角,使用方便,也较美观。
进一步地,所述第一凹槽、第二凹槽、第一卡槽和第二卡槽的槽厚相等;
所述主扳手中间位置的厚度等于4个槽厚;
所述第一副扳手中间位置的基本厚度等于2个槽厚;
所述第二副扳手中间位置的基本厚度等于2个槽厚。

通孔的截面形状设定为正六边形,销轴的截面形状与其一致,为大小相同的正六边形。正六边形的通孔与销轴截面,存在对称的六个边方向,使得三个扳手间的位置可以随意组合设置。

所述凸出部上设置有一磁铁。
在该组合式多头扳手不使用时,可以直接将其吸附在铁板之类的墙面或机设备零部件的外壳上,便于闲置,再次使用时也容易找寻。
进一步地,所述销轴另一端设置有一螺母,所述螺母与所述销轴以螺纹连接。
使用螺母连接销轴,可进一步固定该组合式多头扳手。而需单独使用单个扳手时,旋出螺母,取出销轴,即可将单个扳手取出使用。
相对于现有技术,本发明组合式多头扳手,由三个不同型号的扳手通过互相紧密匹配的槽口嵌入组合在一起。三个扳手交接处还设置有销轴和螺母,对本发明组合式多头扳手做进一步的固定。螺母和销轴可拆卸下来,进而三个扳手还可以拆分下来单独使用。并且,在销轴一端还设置有磁铁,不使用时,可以吸附在铁类金属上,便于存放,方便找寻。

为解决现有技术存在的不足与缺陷,本发明提供了一种组合式多头扳手。本发明一种组合式多头扳手,不同型号的扳手可以组合在一起使用,也可以分拆出来单独使用,同时,再次使用时容易找寻。
下面结合具体实施例进行讲解。
请参阅图1,其为本发明组合式多头扳手的结构示意图。
本发明组合式多头扳手,包括化一主扳手100、第一副扳手200和第二副扳手300。
该主扳手100中间位置一侧设置有第一凹槽110,该主扳手100中间位置另一侧设置有第二凹槽120;
该第一凹槽110和该第二凹槽120交叉布置在主扳手100轴向两侧,并成一定的角度;
该第一副扳手200中间位置一侧设置有第一卡槽210,该第一卡槽210与该第一凹槽110紧密匹配;
该第二副扳手300中间位置一侧设置有第二卡槽310,该第二卡槽310与该第二凹槽120紧密匹配。

在本实施例中,该第一凹槽110和该第二凹槽120交叉布置在主扳手100轴向两侧,并相互成60°角。也就是,该第一凹槽110的开设方向与该主扳手100轴向成60度角;第二凹槽120的开设方向与主扳手100轴向成60度角;第一凹槽110的开设方向与第二凹槽120的开设方向成60度角。使得主扳手100、第一副扳手200和第二副扳手300均匀分布在360°角的平面内,使用最为方便,也较为美观。
在优选的本实施例中,第一凹槽110、第二凹槽120、第一卡槽210和第二卡槽310的槽厚设置为相等;且主扳手100中间位置的厚度等于4个槽厚;第一副扳手200中间位置的基本厚度等于2个槽厚;第二副扳手300中间位置的基本厚度等于2个槽厚。
在主扳手100与第一副扳手200的紧密匹配中,其两者成60°角。由于第一副扳手200中间位置除去第一卡槽210槽厚的厚度等于主扳手100中第一凹槽110的槽厚,使得主扳手100与第一副扳手200的紧密匹配时,第一副扳手200的上表面与主扳手100的上表面处于同一平面上,使得且在主扳手100中间位置上表面不会出现凸起,不仅美观而且使用时安全可靠。
同理,在主扳手100与第二副扳手300的紧密匹配中,其两者成60°角。由于第二副扳手300中间位置除去第二卡槽310槽厚的厚度等于主扳手100中第二凹槽120的槽厚,使得主扳手100与第二副扳手300的紧密匹配时,第二副扳手300的下表面与主扳手100的下表面处于同一平面上,使得且在主扳手100中间位置下表面不会出现凸起,不仅美观而且使用时安全可靠。
在本实施例中,主扳手100中间位置设置有通孔,第一副扳手200和第二副扳手300对应位置设置有通孔。在贯穿通孔中设置有销轴400,该销轴400的截面形状与通孔的截面形状一致。
在优选的本实施例中,通孔的截面形状设置为正六边形。
正六边形的通孔截面与销轴400截面,存在对称的六个边方向,使得三个扳手间的位置可以随意组合设置,也就是说,第一副扳手200可以设置于第二副扳手300的位置,第二副扳手300可以设置于第一副扳手200的位置,提高组合的灵活性。同时,销轴400可对三个扳手做进一步的固定,提高使用时的可靠性。
在优选的本实施例中,销轴400一端设置有凸出部,该凸出部用于对销轴400的限位。在凸出部上设置有一磁铁500。在本发明组合式多头扳手不使用时,可以利用磁铁500的磁性,直接将其吸附在铁板之类的墙面或机设备零部件的外壳上,便于闲置,再次使用时也容易找寻。
在优选的本实施例中,销轴400另一端还设置有一螺母600,该螺母600与销轴400以螺纹连接。使用螺母600连接销轴400,可进一步固定该组合式多头扳手。而需单独使用单个扳手时,旋出螺母600,取出销轴400,即可将单个扳手取出使用。
相对于现有技术,本发明组合式多头扳手,由三个不同型号的扳手通过互相紧密匹配的槽口嵌入组合在一起。三个扳手交接处还设置有销轴和螺母,对本发明组合式多头扳手做进一步的固定。螺母和销轴可拆卸下来,进而三个扳手还可以拆分下来单独使用。并且,在销轴一端还设置有磁铁,不使用时,可以吸附在铁类金属上,便于存放,方便找寻。
本发明并不局限于上述实施方式,如果对本发明的各种改动或变形不脱离本发明的精神和范围,倘若这些改动和变形属于本发明的权利要求和等同技术范围之内,则本发明也意图包含这些改动和变形。

    所述第一副扳手中间位置一侧设置有第一卡槽,所述第一卡槽与所述第一凹槽紧密匹配;
    所述第二副扳手中间位置一侧设置有第二卡槽,所述第二卡槽与所述第二凹槽紧密匹配。
