技术领域
本申请涉及动态图像内容发布方法和系统。
背景技术
近年来,由于网络的进化,经常实施动态图像发布服务。另外,在该动态图像发布服务中,不仅是单纯的动态图像收看,还开展了从动态图像内容向EC(电子商务)网站进行引导以购入商品,从互联网上的Web信息(例如新闻、票务信息等)在动态图像中确认详细内容等、所谓的将动态图像与Web信息连结起来的交互的服务。
另外,动态图像发布服务由各种各样的CSP(Contents Service Provider,内容服务提供商)提供。用户通过与各CSP签订合同,从而能够收看该CSP提供的动态图像。在签订合同时,从各CSP发行用于识别用户的ID、密码。
另外,在用电视接收机收看各CSP发布的动态图像的情况下,以往,用户通过遥控器的操作来进行ID、密码的输入。电视接收机的遥控器通常为具备使焦点上下左右移动的方向键、用于输入数字的数字键等的程度,并非例如PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)所具备的键盘那样自如地进行文字输入。因此,ID、密码的输入操作成为用户的较大的负担,妨碍容易的收看。

发明内容
本申请要解决的问题在于,不依靠向电视接收机的遥控器操作,就能够进行VOD内容的收看等的合同涉及的ID、密码的输入。
一种动态图像内容发布系统,包括电视网关,该电视网关配置在视频平台与电视接收机之间,并且进行用于将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机的连接,其中,作为用于在动态图像内容的节目广播中在指定的时刻在画面上显示广告的信息,该视频平台将广告类型和广告开始的时间与节目信息的数据一起发送,该电视接收机识别广告类型,如果到了广告开始的时间,则将广告动态图像或广告图像显示于画面。
根据本申请的构成,在线性频道(linear channel)的节目广播中,在指定的时刻在画面上显示广告。由此,目的在于进行向VOD等推荐节目的引导。

具体实施方式
本申请通过利用电视网关将多个视频平台和多个电视接收机连接,从而使得动态图像内容的选择容易,能够进行良好的动态图像内容的发布。根据本系统,不仅能够进行单纯的动态图像收看,还能够从动态图像内容向EC(电子商务)网站引导而购入商品,能够实施从互联网上的Web信息(例如新闻、票务信息等)通过动态图像来确认详细内容等、所谓的将动态图像与Web信息连结起来的交互式服务。
在实现这样的高级的服务的基础上,近年来,进一步进行了各种各样的形态下的动态 图像内容的提供。例如,随时能够收看想要的动态图像内容的动态图像发布服务被称为VOD(Video On Demand:视频点播),当前存在各种各样的VOD方式。
如果大体分类,则存在被称为AVOD(Advertising Video On Demand:广告视频点播)的广告动态图像发布服务、被称为SVOD(Subscription Video on Demand:订阅视频点播)的定额动态图像发布服务、以及被称为TVOD(Transaction Video On Demand:交易视频点播)的租赁型的动态图像发布服务。
在AVOD中,虽然能够免费收看动态图像,但是,刊登有广告。因此,收益并非是从收看动态图像的收看者获得,而是从拿出广告的企业获得。另一方面,在SVOD中,如果支付每月定额费用,则能够观看任何数量的准备好的动态图像内容。进一步,在TVOD中,对于单个的动态图像内容,例如能够附带1周期间等的限制地观看。因此,SVOD、TVOD从收看动态图像的收看者获得收益。
如以上这样,存在多种多样的动态图像发布服务,希望如下动态图像发布系统:在通过电视接收机进行的收看中,能够灵活地对应这些方式,并且收看者不会混淆,而简单地欣赏。因此,作为上述的电视网关的功能,需要对应这样的方式。
本申请提供一种新的动态图像发布系统,该动态图像发布系统对于电视网关,追加与AVOD、SVOD、TVOD等各种各样的VOD方式对应的功能,并且,能够更简单地进行动态图像内容的选择,其中,该电视网关使得能够在性能、功能不同的电视接收机中接收使用网络来实施的从多个动态图像发布平台发送的动态图像内容。另外,在AVOD时,提供广告动态图像的更有效的示出方法。
电视网关由于能够将多个视频平台与多个电视接收机连接,从而实现了更高级的交互式服务。尤其是,对于不同的功能、性能的电视接收机,通过提供标准的动态图像内容的选择方式,从而不会损害用户便利性,使得对更多的动态图像内容的选择变得容易。
然而,在通过电视网关进行的动态图像内容的选择中,虽然是使用了广播形式中的线性频道、即使用了网络的动态图像发布,但是,如广播那样,着重于基于与时刻信息对应地片面地持续发布的方式的发布方式,尽管能够进行一部分推荐节目的示出,但是,难以对应各种各样的VOD方式。这样,利用线性频道进行的动态图像内容的提供通常由免费的动态图像内容和广告构成,是AVOD的一种。不过,不仅是AVOD,而且SVOD、TVOD这样的不同的动态图像发布服务也正在不断地普及,因此,向这些VOD方式的对应是重要的。
在AVOD中,通过刊登广告,从而能够收看免费的动态图像内容,另一方面,SVOD能够利用每月定额费用自由地收看动态图像内容,关于TVOD,通过购入单个的动态图像内容,从而能够在限定的期限中收看动态图像内容。为了对应这些,需要确认收看者的合同状况,因此,在以往的电视网关系统中难以对应。
另外,在AVOD中,因为通过广告从企业获得收入,所以必须有广告的有效的示出方法。在以往的电视网关中,具有广告的插入功能,具有对于个别的电视接收机实施定位(Targeting)广告的功能,但是,未提供更有效的示出的方法的具体的方法。另外,近年来,提供了从AVOD向SVOD的服务进行引导、或者组合了由TVOD提供的收费内容的出售等而成的混合服务。为了在以往的电视网关中实施这样的混合服务,需要收看者的合同条件的确认、广告与VOD的联动功能,因此,需要合理地装备这些功能。
图1是示出动态图像发布系统的构成例的图。在图1中,CSP(内容服务提供商)1301~ 1308提供动态图像内容。动态图像内容分别被输入到视频平台1311~1313。视频平台1311~1313将动态图像内容输入到电视网关1321,经由电视云1331~1334而发送到电视接收机1341~1350。
各个视频平台在发布方式上存在差异,因此,各个动态图像内容仅由有限的电视接收机接收。存在电视网关对动态图像内容的格式进行转换的方式、以及在视频平台中内置有转换器的方式,在图1中的视频平台1311~1313中,是内置有转换器的方式。另外,电视云分别对应性能、功能不同的电视接收机。处于各电视云的管理下的电视接收机连接于几乎相同的性能、功能,性能、功能不同的电视接收机连接于不同的电视云。通过电视云对不同的电视接收机进行转换,从而尽管功能、性能不同,也能够进行良好的动态图像内容的选择、以及接收。通过以上方式,在具有电视网关的动态图像发布系统中,能够将格式不同的多个视频平台的动态图像内容向性能、功能不同的电视接收机发布。
动态图像内容若经由电视网关1321输入到电视机并确立连接,则视频流能够从视频平台1311~1313直接输入到电视接收机1341~1350。此外,电视接收机1341~1350连接于移动终端1301~1310,进行TV-ID(电视接收机1341~1350分别附带的ID)与SP-ID(收看者的移动终端1301~1310分别附带的ID)的结合。这些结合起来的信息被保管在TV-ID与SP-ID的结合信息保存部1352。另外,从电视接收机1341~1350输出的收看数据被保管在收看数据保存部1351。
通过收看数据保存部1351中保管的收看数据、以及TV-ID与SP-ID的结合信息保存部1352的输出,在内容推荐信息保存部1353中进行内容的推荐。对于从广告服务器1355输出的广告内容,通过内容推荐信息保存部1353的输出,并利用推荐广告选择插入部1354,选择适当的广告,利用视频平台1311~1313插入广告。另外,在接收侧广告插入部1356中,利用电视接收机的功能进行广告的插入。
图2是电视机上显示的节目表的说明图。由视频平台提供的动态图像内容如广播那样,通过在规定的时间持续流动的线性发布来提供给电视机,因此,利用示出与广播同样的频道和时刻的节目表来选择动态图像内容。
进一步,在网关中,通过将收看者所具有的SP-ID1421与识别电视机的TV-ID1422结合,从而能够定制节目表。根据本电视接收机的收看者的收看倾向,将推荐内容1401~1403在节目表上覆盖显示。在本例中,因为属于视频平台1411的移动的ID(SP-ID)1421与本电视接收机的ID(TV-ID)1422结合,所以,尤其是从视频平台1411提供的动态图像内容被推荐。
该节目表由从电视网关供给的共通EPG(Electronic Programming Guide:电子节目表)数据1404构成。EPG共通数据1404至少由表示时刻信息的时间表、具有节目的说明等的信息的节目元数据(Metadata)、进行频道的显示等的横幅数据(Banner data)构成。
根据以上的构成,各个视频平台不必介意具有不同的性能、功能的电视接收机的功能(面板的大小、像素数量、分辨率等),通过输入到电视网关,从而能够向更多的电视接收机示出内容。进一步,通过使电视接收机与以智能手机为代表的移动终端协作,从而代替操作性不同的单功能的遥控器,使用移动终端而实现对高级的服务的操作性提高,进一步,能够进行在现有遥控器中无法进行的高级的智能手机与电视机的协作动作。
在使用了电视网关的动态图像的发布系统中,对于不同的功能、能力的电视机,能够示出节目表,不会将从各种各样的视频平台发布的动态图像内容混淆,使得收看者能够选 择。这样,对于线性频道发布方式的动态图像内容,是及其有效的系统,但是,对于其它动态图像内容的发布方式,功能不足,难以对应。
在视频网关中,需要供给与AVOD、SVOD、TVOD对应的混合服务相关的功能。
本申请在形成节目表的数据中,新追加对应于多个VOD发布方式的数据,实现容易选择由AVOD、SVOD、TVOD发布的动态图像内容的功能,另外,通过改良节目表的构造,从而还提供更舒适地选择线性频道发布的动态图像内容的功能。另一方面,通过将形成上述追加的节目表的数据应用于广告显示,从而实现对于收看者更有效的广告示出。
以下,将如上所述构成本申请的节目表的数据称为“节目表构成信息”而进行说明。根据节目表构成信息,构成AVOD、SVOD、TVOD的混合的动态图像选择系统,并且,能够进行线性频道的摘要(digest)收看、预告动态图像内容收看。另外,能进行基于覆盖方式的广告示出、组合动态图像广告内容与VOD而成的可点击式VOD。
以下,基于附图说明节目表构成信息的构成、以及分发方式的说明、能够容易地选择未来节目、当前节目、过去节目的新的节目表的构成方法、对应AVOD、TVOD、SVOD中的任意一个发布方式的节目表的构成及示出方式、组合VOD与广告而成的更有效的广告示出的方法、未来节目的预告动态图像内容、过去节目的摘要收看、进而紧急地变更节目表构成信息的紧急消息。
(第一实施方式)
使用附图说明本申请的第一实施方式。图3是示出第一实施方式的动态图像发布系统的构成例的图。CSP(内容服务提供商)101~108提供动态图像内容。动态图像内容分别被输入到视频平台111~113。视频平台111~113将动态图像内容输入到电视网关121,经由电视云131~134发送到电视接收机141~150。
如以上这样,将动态图像内容发布到电视接收机的功能与图1相同。与图1的使用了电视网关的动态图像发布系统较大的区别在于,在视频平台111~113上连接有订阅数据库(Subscriber database)191~193。订阅数据库191~193累积、保存有收看从视频平台111~113发布的动态图像内容的收看者的合同条件。因此,视频平台111~113随时能够通过向订阅数据库191~193进行询问,从而确认收看者的合同条件。
另一方面,图1所示的动态图像发布系统的TV-ID与SP-ID的结合信息保存部1352在本申请的动态图像发布系统中,成为MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息保存部152。在此,HA-ID、以及MA-ID分别是归属代理(Home Agent)ID和移动代理(Mobile Agent)ID的简称,HA-ID是识别电视云和电视接收机的ID,MA-ID是识别视频平台和移动终端的用户的ID,是复合的标识符。订阅数据库111~113能够根据MA-ID确定用户,确认其收看条件。
此外,电视接收机141~150连接于移动终端171~180,进行HA-ID与MA-ID的结合。这些结合起来的信息被保管在MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息保存部152。在本申请的动态图像发布系统中,通过使MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息保存部152与订阅数据库191~193联动,从而对应各种各样的VOD发布方式。
此外,关于收看数据保存部151、内容推荐信息保存部153、广告服务器155、接收侧广告插入部156,进行与图1中示出的动态图像发布系统同样的动作。
图4是对动态图像发布系统的动作的一个例子进行说明的图。在本图中,从图3所示的动态图像发布系统整体中,摘录而示出视频平台111、电视网关121、电视云131、电视 接收机141、以及移动终端109。其它视频平台及电视云、电视接收机、移动终端也进行同样的动作。
SVOD是被每月定额收费的收看者能够尽情地观看动态图像内容的服务,TVOD是收看者在有限的期间内通过购入单个的动态图像内容从而能够收看收费的动态图像内容的服务。另一方面,在线性频道发布的AVOD中,虽然能够自由地进行动态图像收看,但是会收看广告。如以上这样,根据VOD方式,因为收看者的收看条件不同,所以动态图像发布系统需要在确认了这些条件的基础上,对收看者示出动态图像内容。
在图4中,将识别视频平台111的ID设为PF-ID,将识别电视网关121的ID设为TG-ID,将识别电视云的ID设为TC-ID,将同时识别电视机及电视云的ID设为HA-ID,将同时识别移动终端109的用户和视频平台111的ID设为MA-ID。另外,将对成为收看对象的动态图像内容进行识别的ID设为CT-ID。以下,说明进行VOD收看时的动态图像。
在电视接收机141中,请求VOD收看。电视接收机141利用信号201,(1)同时向电视云131发送VOD令牌请求和由CT-ID识别的VOD内容、识别提供动态图像内容的视频平台111的PF-ID、以及表示电视接收机自身的HA-ID。VOD令牌请求是指,发送用于确认有观看VOD的权利的指令。电视云131根据获取到的信号201将信号202发送到电视网关121。(2)信号202包含VOD令牌请求、PF-ID、CT-ID、以及HA-ID。电视网关121从自身具有的MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息数据库获取与HA-ID结合的MA-ID,确定正在请求收看的收看者。电视网关121将信号203发送到视频平台111。(3)信号203由VOD令牌请求CT-ID、MA-ID构成。

在由电视网关构成的动态图像发布系统中,在企业信息、频道信息、节目信息、时间表的基础上,根据广告信息、VOD信息、表示广告的显示位置的布局信息,利用构成的“节目表构成信息”,不仅对应以线性发布实现的AVOD,还对应SVOD、TVOD。
·在线性发布的节目表上叠加VOD的选择画面,利用确认收看者的合同条件的电视网关的顺序,选择、收看AVOD、SVOD、TVOD的任意一个的内容。
·根据在过去发布了的节目表构成信息和将来预计发布的节目表构成信息,无缝地显示当前节目和过去节目。在过去节目中,进行摘要播放,关于未来节目,播放预告动态图像。
·广告的示出方法
根据上述“节目表构成信息”中包含的广告信息、以及布局信息,示出在正篇动态图像中在时间上插入的广告、在正篇动态图像中在空间上叠加而显示的广告、进一步将它们组合而实现的广告。
·从时间插入的广告,通过按下按钮,另行显示服务网站的信息、或者实现收看VOD动态图像内容的服务。
·节目表构成信息的获取、修正方法
通过定期地确认电视网关的更新标志,从而更新“节目表构成信息”。
“节目表构成信息”的修正根据另行发送的紧急消息而实施,紧急消息在比较短的期间内确认紧急标志。
·一种电视网关,其配置在视频平台与电视机之间,进行连接,用于将来自该视频平台的动态图像内容提供给该电视机,该电视网关接收包含配置在该电视机与该电视网关之间 的电视云发送的来自该电视机的识别视频平台111的ID、识别成为收看对象的动态图像内容的ID、以及同时识别电视云的ID在内的视频点播令牌请求,向该视频平台发送同时对移动终端的用户和视频平台进行识别的ID(以下,CT-ID)、以及对成为收看对象的动态图像内容进行识别的ID(以下,MAID),该视频平台假设具有基于CT-ID和MA-ID而能够进行VOD收看的条件,接收包含CT-ID和MA-ID的视频点播令牌,基于从该视频平台接收视频点播令牌的结果,将该视频点播令牌发送到该电视云。
(第二实施方式)
使用附图说明作为本申请的一实施方式的第二实施方式。本实施方式是上述的其它实施方式的变形例,因此,对于与其它实施方式相同的部分,使用相同的附图标记,省略详细的说明。
图19是对动态图像发布系统中的到ID绑定为止的动作的一个例子进行说明的图。本图与图4同样,从图3所示的动态图像发布系统整体中摘要而示出了视频平台111、电视网关121、电视云131、电视接收机141、以及移动终端109。其它视频平台及电视云、电视接收机、移动终端也进行同样的动作。
在第一实施方式中,使用图4,说明了动态图像发布系统的动作的一个例子,但是,在本实施方式中,主要说明图4所示的动作的前段的动作,即,到使信息存储到ID结合信息DB(数据库)120中为止的流程。
ID结合信息DB120例如被存储在电视网关121所具备的(或者,电视网关121的CPU1702能够参照的)HDD(Hard Disk Drive:硬盘驱动器)等存储装置中。ID结合信息DB120存储有在图20、图21中以表的形式例示的信息。
图20是示出ID结合信息DB120存储的、用于识别会员及其权利状况的信息的一个例子的图。更详细而言,图20所示的表对于MA-ID将其与HA-ID、访问令牌、刷新令牌、有效期限、用户档案等相关联地存储。访问令牌是表示允许向电视云131的访问的令牌。有效期限是访问令牌的有效期限,若超过该有效期限,则访问令牌会失效。刷新令牌是在获取新的访问令牌及有效期限时使用的令牌。
在此,MA-ID是对移动终端109的用户和视频平台111同时进行识别的ID。在此,移动终端109例如是用户所具有的智能手机等便携式终端设备。HA-ID是对电视接收机141及电视云131同时进行识别的ID。因此,在用户持有多个播放设备(例如电视接收机141)的情况下,对于一个MA-ID,有可能关联多个HA-ID。另外,对于与MA-ID相关联的每一个HA-ID,存储访问令牌、刷新令牌、有效期限等。
图21是示出ID结合信息DB120所存储的用于识别播放设备(例如电视接收机141)的信息的一个例子的图。更详细而言,图21所示的表对于HA-ID将MA-ID、访问令牌、刷新令牌、有效期限等相关联地存储。访问令牌是表示允许向视频平台111的访问的令牌。有效期限是访问令牌的有效期限,若超过该有效期限,则访问令牌失效。刷新令牌是在获取新的访问令牌及有效期限时使用的令牌。
在此,有的情况下用户通过一个播放设备(例如电视接收机141)来利用多个视频平台111提供的VOD服务。在此情况下,对于一个HA-ID,有可能关联有多个MA-ID。另外,对于与HA-ID相关联的每一个MA-ID,存储访问令牌、刷新令牌、有效期限等。
回到图19,用时间顺序来说明到ID绑定为止的信号的收发。首先,电视接收机141若利用遥控器操作等接收了请求VOD收看的操作,则利用信号1901,对于电视云131, (1)请求QR码(注册商标)。在信号1901中,至少包含HA-ID。
接收到(1)的QR码请求的电视云131利用信号1902对电视接收机141发送(2)用于使QR码显示的信息。在此,信号1902的QR码至少包含能够确定对提供VOD内容的视频平台111进行识别的PF-ID、以及表示电视接收机自身的HA-ID的信息。接收到信号1902的电视接收机141使QR码显示于画面。
接下来,移动终端109基于拍摄电视接收机141的画面上显示的QR码并进行解码从而获得的信息,利用信号1903,(3)进行Web访问。此时的访问目的地是电视网关121。接收到信号1903的电视网关212利用信号1904,对于QR码中包含的PF-ID所示的视频平台111,(4)进行认证要求。
接收到信号1904的视频平台111利用信号1905~1906,(5)进行ID登录确认。在该ID登录确认中,视频平台111经由移动终端109对用户要求登录操作。
在此,对在移动终端109侧的显示状态及操作接收进行补充。若用户对电视接收机141用遥控器请求VOD收看,则在电视接收机141的画面上显示QR码,因此,该QR码被移动终端109拍摄,使由QR码引导的Web页面显示于移动终端109的画面。此时的Web页面例如由电视网关121提供。另外,此时的Web页面例如包含操作按钮,该操作按钮用于确认是否许可在下一画面中要求用户的登录操作。若用户操作了该操作按钮,则在移动终端109上显示用于供用户输入VOD收看合同中指定的ID、密码的画面。此时的用于输入ID、密码的画面由视频平台111提供。视频平台111经由该画面接收用户的ID、密码的输入,完成基于信号1905~1906进行的(5)ID登录确认。
返回使用图19进行的说明。视频平台111利用信号1905对订阅数据库191发送用户的ID、密码。如果用户的ID及密码在VOD收看合同为有效,则订阅数据库191对视频平台111利用信号1906发送MA-ID。
结束了(5)的ID登录确认而取得了MA-ID的视频平台111对电视网关121利用信号1907(6)发送响应。到此为止,电视网关121识别用户正在对视频平台111进行VOD收看的契约。
接收到(6)的响应的电视网关121接下来对视频平台111利用信号1908(7)发送令牌要求。接收到(7)的令牌要求的视频平台111对电视网关121利用信号1909(8)发送VPF令牌响应。
接收到(8)的VPF令牌响应的电视网关121接下来对电视云131利用信号1910(9)发送令牌要求。接收到(9)的令牌要求的电视云131对电视网关121利用信号1911(10)发送TVC令牌响应。
接收到(10)的TVC令牌响应的电视网关121接下来对视频平台111利用信号1912(11)发送配置文件请求(Profile request)。接收到该配置文件请求的视频平台111对电视网关121利用信号1913(12)发送配置文件及MA-ID。
接收到(12)的配置文件及MA-ID的电视网关121接下来对电视云131利用信号1914(13)发送配置文件请求。接收到该配置文件请求的电视云131利用信号1915发送(14)配置文件及HA-ID。
通过到此为止的流程,电视网关121取得与用户的配置文件相关联的MA-ID及HA-ID。接下来,电视网关121进行(15)ID绑定,使ID结合信息DB120存储MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息(例如在图20及图21中用表格形式例示的信息)。
这样,根据本实施方式,在某个播放设备(电视接收机141)中的初次的VOD收看时,能够在移动终端109进行输入操作。移动终端109例如是智能手机,是容易进行文字输入的终端。因此,根据本实施方式,以往不得不利用遥控器的ID、密码的输入作业变得能够利用移动终端109来进行,因此,能够大幅减轻输入操作的烦杂度。
另外,根据本实施方式,在电视接收机141、电视云131中,能够不管理使向视频平台111的用户的登录成为可能的ID、密码,只要令牌有效,则使电视接收机141对视频平台111的连接成为可能。即,作为应当隐匿的信息的ID、密码仅在视频平台111中被管理,能够排除从其它装置(电视网关121、电视云131、电视接收机141)泄露的风险。
图22是对电视网关121中的ID提供涉及的信号的流程进行说明的图。在该图中示出了具有某个VOD收看合同的用户利用某个播放设备进行的第二次以后的VOD收看时的信号的流程。
电视网关121具备结合信息参照部1706,该结合信息参照部1706是通过CPU1702执行规定的程序从而实现的功能部。若通信I/F(Interface:接口)1704从视频平台111接收到MA-ID,则结合信息参照部1706参照ID结合信息DB120,获取与MA-ID对应的HA-ID,并将其发送到电视云131。另外,若通信I/F(Interface:接口)1704从电视云131接收到HA-ID,则结合信息参照部1706参照ID结合信息DB120,获取与HA-ID对应的MA-ID,并将其发送到视频平台111。更详细而言,与在第一实施方式中使用图4说明的情况相同。
作为用于经由网络在节目广播中(线性地发布的动态图像内容发布的节目)指定的时刻在画面上显示广告的机构,视频平台111在节目的元数据中设置以下的信息。
(1)广告ID:
广告ID的元数据的密钥设为ad_id。ad_id是识别广告的编号。
是按照每个企业来取号的1~16、777、214的十进制数。
(2)广告类型:
广告类型的元数据的密钥记述为ad_type。
ad_type是识别广告类型的字符串。
ad_type在插播广告的情况下在密钥之后记述为instream。
ad_type在静态图像的情况下在密钥之后记述为image。
在ad_type为Instream和image的情况下,若到达开始广告的开始时间,则自动地启动。
ad_type在可点击式静态图像的情况下,在密钥之后记述为clickable_image。
在ad_type记述为clickable_image的情况下,显示点击按钮,通过按钮操作来显示静态图像。
ad_type在可点击式视频详细内容的情况下,在密钥之后记述为clickable_video_details。在ad_type记述为clickable_video_details的情况下,显示点击按钮,通过按钮操作来显示视频详细内容信息。
ad_type在横幅广告的情况下,在密钥之后记述为banner。在记述为banner的情况下,作为节目表(例如当前节目表)中的横幅广告而进行利用。
(3)广告图像:
广告图像的元数据的密钥记述为ad_information。
在ad_information的元数据的密钥中存在下位的密钥。
在ad_information的下位密钥为img_url的情况下,在广告类型中是静态图像、或者可点击式静态图像的情况下,将表示图片图像的所在的URL的字符串记载在密钥之后。在可点击式静态图像的情况下,在按压了按钮之后进行迁移。
在ad_information的下位密钥为pos[x,y,w,h]的情况下,记述表示静态图像显示位置的数字。
(4)Video要素显示位置:
元数据的密钥在Video要素显示位置的情况下,记述为video_x_y_w_h。在video_x_y_w_h中具有下位密钥。video_x_y_w_h的下位的密钥记述为pos[x,y,w,h]。pos[x,y,w,h]记述表示在开始时间显示在画面上的播放中的视像的显示位置坐标(x,y,w,h)的数值。
(5)开始时间:
元数据的密钥在开始时间的情况下记述为start_time。在start_time的密钥之后记述开始广告的节目在开始之后的偏移时间。作为记述例,为hh:mm:ss。在横幅广告的情况下,不使用start_time。
(6)广告的长度:
元数据的密钥在广告的长度的情况下记述为duration。
在Duration之后记述成为广告的长度的时间。作为记述例,为hh:mm:ss。在横幅广告的情况下,不使用duration。
(7)进行介绍的视频信息
元数据的密钥在进行介绍的视频信息的情况下,记述为vod_id。
在vod_id之后是用于向想要介绍的视频信息进行链接的用于识别按照每个平台取号的视频的值。记述到1~16、777、214为止的十进制数。
(8)可点击按钮:
元数据的密钥在可点击按钮的情况下记述为clickable_button。
在clickable_button中具有下位的密钥。
在clickable_button的下位的密钥为img_url的情况下在clickable_button密钥之后记述为img_url,在img_url密钥之后,在广告类型为可点击式静态图像、可点击式视频详细内容的情况下,记述表示按钮图片图像所在的URL字符串。
在clickable_button的下位的密钥为pos[x,y,w,h]的情况下,在clickable_button密钥之后记述为pos[x,y,w,h]。在pos[x,y,w,h]之后记述成为可点击按钮显示位置的数值。
基于以上所述,以下示出用于在从视频平台111线性发布的视像数据中插入广告的元数据的发送例。

视频平台111将上述记载的基于密钥的元数据发送到电视接收机141。在发送元数据时,既可以经由电视网关121和电视云131,也可以直接发送。
在TV141侧,根据元数据中的广告的种类进行以下的动作。
插播广告的情况:
在插播广告的情况下,电视接收机141进行图23那样的动作。电视接收机141发送过来的元数据中识别ad_type为instream的情况下,显示在内容之中包含的广告动态图像。将该流的播放开始、播放中、播放完成的信息通知电视网关121。
广告图片显示:
在进行广告图片显示的情况下,电视接收机141如图24那样进行动作。电视接收机141在从元数据识别出ad_type为image的情况下,如果到达开始时刻,则在动态图像上覆盖显示广告图像(ad_Information_img_url)。将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
在指定了Video要素显示位置(video_x_y_w_h)的情况下,对动态图像进行缩放,将广告图像覆盖显示。
如果从开始时刻经过了Duration,则自动地删除。
能够使用TV遥控器的、彩色键来删除。
在广告动态图像之上显示广告图片的状况的情况下,分别定义instream的广告和image的广告。
从可点击按钮进行广告图片显示:
从可点击按钮进行的广告图片显示如图25那样动作。
在电视接收机141根据元数据识别出ad_type为clickable_image的情况下,如图25的A-1那样,如果到达开始时刻,则将可点击按钮图像(clickable_button)显示在动态图像上的指定的位置,将聚焦对准于可点击按钮图像。将其结果如图25的A-2那样将广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
如果用户按下了遥控器的决定按钮(如果进行了点击),则如图25的B-1那样,将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。然后,如图25的B-3那样将广告图像(ad_Information.img_url)覆盖显示。在指定了Video要素显示位置(video_x_y_w_h)的情况下,如图25的B-2那样对动态图像进行缩放,将广告图像覆盖显示。
将广告图像覆盖显示之后,如图25的B-4那样,将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操 作的日志发送到电视网关121。
对于ad_Information.img_url,按照下述的规则,生成了文件名之后进行获取处理。在ad_information.img_url为https://xxxx/xxxx/image_$(TC-ID)_$(MODEL).png的情况下,如果TC-ID为aaaa,TV的模型名为bbbb,则置换为https://xxxx/xxxx/image_aaaa_bbbb.png并通知电视网关121。
如图25的B-5那样,如果经过了广告显示期间或用户用遥控器进行了删除的动作,则停止广告图像的显示,将动态图像显示在整个画面上。在该处理结束之后,如图25的B-6那样,将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
如图25的C-1那样,如果用户在广告显示期间(duration)内没有操作,则不进行广告图像的显示,而删除可点击按钮图像。在该处理结束之后,如图25的C-2那样,将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
从可点击按钮向VOD引导:
如图26那样从可点击按钮向VOD引导。
电视接收机141在根据元数据识别了ad_type为clickable_video_detailes的情况下,如果如图26的A-1那样到达了开始时刻,则将可点击按钮图像(clickable_button)显示在动态图像上的指定的位置,将聚焦对准可点击按钮图像。在该处理结束后,如图26的A-2那样,将其结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
如果用户按下了遥控器的决定按钮,则如图26的B-1那样将广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。然后,如图26的B-2那样,中止线性频道、AVOD播放。然后,如图26的B-3那样,将中止了的结果的广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。进一步,如图26的B-4那样,显示介绍的视频信息(VOD-ID)的详细画面。然后,如图26的B-5那样,将其结果的VOD详细信息显示日志发送到电视网关121。
如果用户在广告显示期间(duration)内不操作,则如图26的B-7那样删除可点击按钮图像。若删除的处理结束,则如图26的B-8那样,将广告图片显示、删除、操作的日志发送到电视网关121。
如图26的B-6那样,在通过用户的操作而播放了VOD之后,可点击式广告被显示在线性频道节目上而已迁移了的情况下,迁移到最后频道中存储的service_id的线性频道的播放处理。
如图26的B-9那样,在从显示在线性频道以外的AVOD上的广告进行了迁移的情况下,返回到最后频道中存储的service_id、event_id的节目表。在event_id已经变成显示期间外的情况下,将显示期间内的最旧的event_id进行显示。
横幅广告显示:
横幅广告显示中,在电视接收机141根据元数据识别出ad_type为banner的情况下,显示节目表(例如当前节目表)中的横幅广告。广告的种类为向推荐VOD的引导、使用了ID绑定的点协作、广告图片显示这3个种类。
在电视网关121中,进行在当前节目表上显示的广告框管理,并能够按照每个HA-ID来切换所显示的广告。
关于将哪个广告显示几个,将正在显示的当前节目表的PF-ID作为参数,经由TV云从电视网关获取信息。广告框为0个或3个,在3个的情况下,获取3个ad_id。网络节目表应用程序从节目表数据的CDN获取相应的<AD-ID>.json,并显示横幅图像。
如果用户点击了横幅,则与其ad_type相应地进行处理。
在当前节目表上显示的横幅的图片在获取到的ad_id的<AD-ID>.json之中用url指定。
[附注]
一种动态图像内容发布服务,具有被配置在视频平台与电视接收机之间并进行连接的电视网关,该连接用于将来自上述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机,所述动态图像内容发布服务的特征在于,
该视频平台将广告类型和广告开始的时间连同节目信息的数据一起,作为用于在动态图像内容的节目广播中在指定的时刻在画面上显示广告的信息而发送,
该电视接收机识别广告类型,如果到了广告开始的时间,则将广告动态图像或广告图像显示于画面。
【工业实用性】
在视频内容的线性发布中,通过在节目表构成信息中加入广告信息,从而在用户观看线性发布的视频内容时,能够向用户公开广告,向VOD引导。由此,能够扩大收看者的节目选择的范围。

Claims (8)

  1. 一种动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述动态图像内容发布系统包括电视网关,该电视网关配置在视频平台与电视接收机之间,并且该电视网关配置为,将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机,
    所述电视接收机配置为:
    接收来自所述视频平台的将广告类型和广告开始的时间与节目信息的数据一起发送的节目广播数据;
    识别广告类型,如果到了广告开始的时间,则将广告动态图像或广告图像显示于所述电视接收机的显示设备。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述广告类型为插播广告以及覆盖显示广告。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述电视接收机接收来自所述视频平台的节目表构成信息,
    所述节目表构成信息包括所述节目信息、广告信息以及表示广告的显示位置的布局信息,
    所述节目信息包括节目开始时间和节目结束时间,
    所述广告信息包括所述广告类型、广告开始时间、以及广告结束时间。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述广告信息还包括视频点播信息,根据所述广告开始时间和所述广告结束时间,在播放所述节目的动态图像内容的途中插入所述广告动态图像或所述广告图像,并且根据所述布局信息和所述视频点播信息,与所述广告动态图像或所述广告图像一起示出视频点播按钮。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述视频点播按钮与订阅数据库关联,所述订阅数据库存储有收看从所述视频平台发布的动态图像内容的用户的合同条件,通过所述订阅数据库而确认所述用户的合同条件。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述电视接收机配置为,接收所述用户对所述视频点播按钮的选择,根据所述合同条件而播放视频点播内容。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的动态图像内容发布系统,其中,
    所述电视接收机配置为与移动终端连接,
    所述电视网关还具有归属代理ID与移动代理ID的结合信息保存部,
    所述归属代理ID用于识别所述电视接收机的ID,
    所述移动代理ID用于识别所述视频平台和所述移动终端的用户的ID,
    所述订阅数据库与所述结合信息保存部联动,所述订阅数据库根据所述移动代理ID而确定所述用户,并且确认所述用户的合同条件。
  8. 一种动态图像内容发布方法,其在动态图像内容发布系统中使用,其中,
    所述动态图像内容发布系统包括电视网关,该电视网关配置在视频平台与电视接收机之间,并且该电视网关配置为,将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收 机,
    所述电视接收机配置为:
    接收来自所述视频平台的将广告类型和广告开始的时间与节目信息的数据一起发送的节目广播数据;
    识别广告类型,如果到了广告开始的时间,则将广告动态图像或广告图像显示于所述电视接收机的显示设备。
