电视网关、电视云、视频平台及分发系统
本申请要求在2020年10月23日提交日本专利局、申请号为2020-178454、发明名称为“电视网关”的日本专利申请的优先权,以及在2020年12月23日提交日本专利局、申请号为2020-214326、发明名称为“电视网关、电视云、视频平台以及分发系统”的日本专利申请的优先权,以及在2021年1月19日提交日本专利局、申请号为2021-006467、发明名称为“电视接收机及电视系统”的日本专利申请的优先权,其全部内容通过引用结合在本申请中。
技术领域
本申请涉及电视网关、电视云、视频平台及分发系统。
背景技术
近年来,由于网络的进化,实施很多动态图像分发服务。特别地,大型、大画面的电视接收机不仅如现在那样接收广播,还与网络连接,对被分发来的动态图像进行播放,从而能够以更高画质欣赏具有现场感的影像。这通过网络的高速化、电视接收机的处理性能的提高能够实现,今后考虑通过电视接收机来显示、操作由网络提供的各种内容的机会进一步增加。
动态图像分发服务正在高度化,不仅简单的动态图像收看,还从动态图像内容向EC(电子商务交易)网站引导来购入商品、通过动态图像来详细地确认因特网上的Web信息(例如新闻、票务信息等)等所谓的将动态图像与Web信息连结的交互式的服务正在展开。
在以上的各种状况中,家庭中能够简单使用的电视接收机成为将由网络提供的动态图像、Web网站的信息、EC服务等提供给用户的手段在今后的网络化进行中,成为非常重要的课题。
另外,由于网络的进化,动态图像分发服务被较多实施。此外,在该动态图像分发服务中,不仅简单的动态图像收看,从动态图像内容向EC(电子商务交易)网站引导并购入商品,根据因特网上的Web信息(例如新闻、票务信息等)通过动态图像来确认详细等所谓的将动态图像与Web信息连结的交互式的服务正在展开。
此外,通过各种CSP(Contents Service Provider,内容服务提供商)来提供动态图像分发服务。用户通过与各CSP签订合同,能够进行该CSP提供的动态图像的收看。在签订合同时,从各CSP发布用于识别用户的ID、密码。
然而,在通过电视接收机来收看各CSP分发的动态图像的情况下,以往,用户通过基于遥控器的操作来进行ID、密码的输入。电视接收机的遥控器通常是具备使焦点上下左右移动的方向键、用于输入数字的数字键等的程度,不是例如PC(Personal Computer,个人计算机)所具备的键盘那样文字输入自如的设备。因此,ID、密码的输入操作成为用户较大的负担,妨碍轻松的收看。
此外,通过视频平台与Web网站协作,从而实施这样的高级的服务,因此,难以用不同的视频平台和不同的功能、性能的电视接收机来通用地提供这样的联动服务。然而,在设置作为服务器的电视网关的情况下,例如在播放线性频道(Linear channel)的内容的情况下,因为广播时间是确定的,所以电视接收机对作为服务器的电视网关的访问会集中。因此,关于作为服务器的电视网关,需要与来自电视接收机的访问的集中峰值(peak)匹 配地进行设计,成本变高。

发明内容
由于网络的进化,相比于以前更容易实现动态图像分发服务。但是,接收电视接收机中的网络动态图像分发服务中存在各种课题,并未达到广播那样的接收普及。进一步地,当前,在PC等的信息终端中,通过被分发的动态图像和Web内容的联动,实施更加高度的网络服务,但在目前的电视接收机中,难以实现这样的联动服务。
相对于地面波的广播依据统一的标准来广播动态图像内容,基于网络的动态图像内容通过多个分发方式而被分发。因此,为了选择接收从分发特定的影像的视频平台分发的动态图像内容,需要在接收机侧装备特别的功能。此外,为了接收向电视广播接收机分发的动态图像内容,对电视接收机要求与网络连接的功能、对接收的动态图像内容进行播放的性能。
根据电视接收机侧的功能、性能,存在能够接收的分发动态图像内容、不能接收的分发动态图像内容。因此,相关技术中的实现动态图像分发服务的视频平台和接收终端通过在各自搭载独自的分发技术而实现。若从视频平台进行,需要分别对应多个不同性能、功能的接收终端,若从接收终端进行,需要分别对应多个不同分发方式的视频平台。此外,在进行动态图像内容的选择时也存在各种方法,不能提供一贯的节目选择方式,给用户带来混乱。这种状况不仅妨碍视频分发的普及,从用户方便性的角度来看也是较大的课题。
另一方面,在将动态图像内容与Web内容相互链接,交互地进行服务时,电视接收机由于是基于遥控器的操作,因此相比于PC等信息终端具有的键盘、鼠标等的输入功能极其缺乏操作性,用户难以方便地进行操作并接受高度的服务。另外,通过视频平台与Web网站进行协作,实施这种高度的服务,因此难以通过不同视频平台和不同功能或性能的电视接收机共同地提供这种联动服务。
图19中表示相关技术中的影像分发系统的结构图。图18中,CSP(内容服务提供商)101~108提供动态图像内容。动态图像内容分别向视频平台1611~1613输入。视频平台1611~1613将动态图像流向电视接收机141~150送出。由于各个视频平台的分发方式存在不同,因此各个动态图像流仅被有限的电视接收机接收。在该例中,视频平台1611能够通过电视接收机141~143来接收,视频平台1612能够通过电视接收机144~147来接收,视频平台1613能够通过电视接收机148~150来接收,难以向不同功能的电视接收机广泛共通地分发影像内容。此外,在将连接于视频平台1613的Web网站1601和由视频平台1613输出的动态图像联动进行服务的情况下,在通常的电视接收机的遥控器中,上下左右、数字按钮等中功能受限,对于用户的操作成为较大的负担。
使用图20,对由相关技术中的影像分发系统选择影像内容的动作进行说明。例如,图19中的电视接收机144~147从视频平台1612和1613这两者进行接收,因此用户如1701所示,先从平台选择画面1701,通过视频平台按钮1702、视频平台按钮1703进行选择。各个按钮由各个视频平台提供的视频平台选择原始数据1712、1722在电视接收机侧构成。 若按压任意的按钮,则进入内容选择画面1710,通过按压内容1711~1716的按钮来选择内容。这些按钮由从视频平台提供的内容原始数据1723生成。这种选择操作被电视遥控器1731实施。
进一步地,在选择了内容之后,动态图像内容与Web内容联动的情况下,例如,动态图像内容1741与Web内容1742被同时显示的情况下,需要更加复杂的动作,在电视遥控器1731中,用户的操作负担变大。因此,内容的表现产生限制。
此外,视频命令VOD能够在用户终端与VOD分发服务器之间进行利用的确认并收看视频内容。该情况下的节目表是VOD单独,成为与广播波、线性分发的视频内容的节目表不同的处理。
用于解决问题的手段是,提供一种电视网关,被配置于视频平台与电视之间,进行用于将来自该视频平台的动态图像内容提供给该电视的连接,其中,
电视网关接收视频点播令牌请求,该视频点播令牌请求附有:被配置于电视与电视网关之间的电视云发送的来自电视的用于识别视频平台的ID、用于识别作为收看对象的动态图像内容的ID、以及用于同时识别电视云的ID;
电视网关向视频平台发送:用于同时识别移动终端的用户和视频平台的ID(以下CT-ID)、以及用于识别作为收看对象的动态图像内容的ID(以下MA-ID);
视频平台在具备基于CT-ID和MA-ID而能够收看VOD的条件下,接收包含CT-ID和MA-ID的视频点播令牌;
电视网关基于从视频平台接收到视频点播令牌的结果,将该视频点播令牌发送给该电视云。
另外,另一要解决的课题在于,不用对电视接收机进行遥控器操作,就能够进行VOD内容的收看等的合同所涉及的ID、密码的输入。
电视网关被配置于视频平台与电视接收机之间,进行用于将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机的连接,从用户的移动终端,接收对作为所述电视接收机相对于所述电视网关的认证的中介的电视云、所述电视接收机、所述移动终端进行确定的信息,从所述视频平台,接收对基于经由所述移动终端的输入而认证的用户的所述移动终端与所述视频平台同时进行识别的MA-ID,从所述电视云接收对所述电视接收机以及所述电视云同时进行识别的HA-ID,将与相同的用户相关的所述MA-ID与所述HA-ID建立关联作为ID结合信息而存储于规定的存储部。
另一要解决的课题在于,提供一种能够避免向服务器的访问集中的电视接收机及电视系统。
电视接收机是接收经由服务器而发布的内容信息的电视接收机,其具备负荷平均化部,该负荷平均化部基于该电视接收机所具有的固有信息来实现上述服务器中的负荷的平均化。
通过本申请的结构,视频网关能够进行与AVOD、SVOD、TVOD对应的混合服务,而且,不用向电视接收机进行遥控器操作,就能够进行VOD内容的收看等的合同所涉及的ID、密码的输入。

本申请利用电视网关,将多个视频平台与多个电视接收机连接,从而使得动态图像内容的选择容易,能够进行良好的动态图像内容的分发。通过本系统,不仅简单的动态图像收看,还能够实施从动态图像内容向EC(电子商务交易)网站引导并购入商品、根据因特网上的Web信息(例如新闻、票务信息等)通过动态图像来确认详细等所谓的将动态图像与Web信息连结的交互式的服务。
除了这种高度的服务的实现以外,近年来,还进行以各种方式的动态图像内容的提供。例如,任何时候都能够收看想要的动态图像内容的动态图像分发服务被称为VOD(Video On Demand),当前存在各种VOD方式。
若大体进行分类,存在被称为AVOD(Advertising Video On Demand)的广告动态图像分发服务、被称为SVOD(Subscription Video on Demand)的定额动态图像分发服务、以及被称为TVOD(Transaction Video On Demand)的租赁型的动态图像分发服务。
在AVOD中,能够免费进行动态图像收看,但登载广告。因此,收益不仅可从收看动态图像的收看者得到,还可从播出广告的企业得到。另一方面,SVOD是若支付月度费用,则能够收看任何数量的所准备的动态图像内容。进一步地,在TVOD中,例如能够赋予一周等的限制来观看单个动态图像内容。因此,SVOD、TVOD从收看动态图像的收看者得到收益。
如以上那样,存在多种多样的动态图像分发服务,在基于电视接收机的收看中,希望能够灵活对应这些方式、并且收看者能够不混乱地简单地欣赏的动态图像分发系统。因此,作为上述的电视网关的功能,需要针对这种方式的对应。
本申请提供一种向使用网络而实施的、能够通过性能、功能不同的电视接收机来接收从多个动态图像分发平台送出的动态图像内容的电视网关追加与AVOD、SVOD、TVOD等的各种VOD方式对应的功能、并且能够更加简单地进行动态图像内容的选择的新的动态图像分发系统。此外,在AVOD时,提供广告动态图像的更加有效的提示方法。
电视网关通过能够将多个视频平台与多个电视接收机连接,来实现更加高度的交互式的服务。特别地,通过对不同功能、性能的电视接收机提供标准的动态图像内容的选择方式,容易在不损害用户方便性的情况下进行针对更多动态图像内容的选择。
但是,在基于电视网关的动态图像内容的选择中,虽然存在广播形式下的线性频道、换句话说、使用了网络的动态图像分发,但如广播那样,以基于对应于时刻信息来单方地持续分发的方式的分发方式为主要着眼点,能够一部分地进行推荐节目的提示,但难以对应于各种VOD方式。这样,基于线性频道的动态图像内容的提供由通常免费的动态图像内容和广告构成,是AVOD的一种。然而,不仅AVOD,SVOD、TVOD这种不同的动态图像分发服务也正在普及,因此针对这些VOD方式的对应也很重要。
在AVOD中,通过登载广告,虽然能够收看免费的动态图像内容,另一方面,SVOD通过月度费用能够自由地收看动态图像内容,关于TVOD,购入单个动态图像内容,从而 在有限的期限内能够收看动作内容。为了对应于这些,需要确认收看者的合同状况,在现有的电视网关系统中难以对应。
此外,在AVOD中,通过广告而从企业得到收入,因此广告的有效的提示方法是必须的。相关技术的电视网关中存在广告的插入功能,存在对各个电视接收机实施瞄准广告的功能,但未提供更加有效的提示的方法的具体方法。此外,近年来,从AVOD向SVOD的服务引导,或者将通过TVOD而提供的收费内容的销售等组合的混合服务被提供。为了通过相关技术的电视网关来实施这种混合服务,需要收看者的合同条件的确认、广告与VOD的联动功能,因此需要合理地装备这些功能。
图1中表示影像分发系统的结构图。
在图1中,CSP(内容服务提供商)1301~1308提供动态图像内容。动态图像内容分别被输入到视频平台1311~1313。视频平台1311~1313将动态图像内容输入到电视网关1321,经由电视云1331~1334而向电视接收机1341~1350送出。
各个视频平台在分发方式上存在不同,因此各个动态图像内容仅被有限的电视接收机接收。虽然存在电视网关转换动态图像内容的格式的方式、在视频平台内置转换器的方式,但图1中的视频平台1311~1313中,是内置转换器的方式。此外,电视云分别对应于性能、功能不同的电视接收机。处于各电视云的管理下的电视接收机几乎被连接为相同性能、功能,性能、功能不同的电视接收机与各个电视云连接。通过电视云对不同的电视接收机进行转换,即使功能、性能不同也能够进行良好的动态图像内容的选择以及接收。通过以上,在具有电视网关的动态图像分发系统中,能够将格式不同的多个视频平台的动态图像内容分发给性能、功能不同的电视接收机。
动态图像内容暂时经由电视网关1321而被输入到电视,若连接建立,则视频流本身能够从视频平台1311~1313直接输入到电视1341~1350。另外,电视1341~1350与移动终端1301~1310连接,进行TV-ID(分别赋予给电视1341~1350的ID)与SP-ID(分别赋予给收看者的移动终端1301~1310的ID)的结合。这些被结合的信息被保管于TV-ID和SP-ID的结合信息保存部1352。此外,从电视接收机1341~1350输出的收看数据被补充到收看数据保存部1351。通过保管于收看数据保存部1351的收看数据和TV-ID与SP-ID结合信息保存部1352的输出,通过内容推荐信息保存部1353来进行内容的推荐。从广告服务器1355输出的广告内容通过内容推荐信息保存部1353的输出,利用推荐广告选择插入部1354,选择适当的广告,利用视频平台1311~1313,插入广告。此外,在接收侧广告插入部1356中,通过电视接收机的功能来进行广告的插入。
图2是显示于电视的节目表的说明图。由视频平台提供的动态图像内容如广播那样,通过在规定的时间持续流动的线性分发而被提供给电视,因此通过表示与广播同样的频道和时刻的节目表来选择动态图像内容。
进一步地,在网关中,通过将收看者具有的SP-ID1421与识别电视的TV-ID1422连结,能够将节目表定制化。根据本电视接收机的收看者的收看倾向,推荐内容1401~1403被覆盖显示在节目表上。在本例中,属于视频平台1411的移动的ID(SP-ID)1421与本电视接收机的ID(TV-ID)1422连结,因此特别推荐从视频平台1411提供的动态图像内容。
该节目表由从电视网关供给的共用EPG数据1404构成。EPG共用数据1404中,至少包含表示时刻信息的时间表、具有节目的说明等信息的节目原始数据、进行频道的显示 等的标题数据。
通过以上的结构,各个视频平台能够在不在意具有不同性能、功能的电视接收机的功能(面板的大小、像素数、分辨率等)的情况下,输入到电视网关,从而向更多的电视接收机提示内容。进一步地,通过使以电视接收机和智能手机为代表的移动终端协作,能够取代操作性不同的单功能的遥控器,实现使用移动终端的针对高度服务的操作性提高,进一步地能够进行相关技术中的遥控器中不能进行的高度的智能手机与电视的协作动作。
在使用了电视网关的动态图像的分发系统中,针对不同功能、能力的电视能够提示节目表,能够在不将从各种视频平台分发的动态图像内容混乱的情况下,收看者进行选择。这样,对于线性频道分发方式的动态图像内容,是极其有效的系统,但对于其它的动态图像内容的分发方式,功能不足,难以对应。
在视频网关中,需要提供与AVOD、SVOD、TVOD所对应的混合服务有关的功能。
本申请对形成节目表的数据新追加多个VOD分发方式所对应的数据,实现容易地选择通过AVOD、SVOD、TVOD而分发的动态图像内容的功能,此外,通过改善节目表的构造,提供更加舒适地选择基于线性频道分发的动态图像内容的功能。另一方面,上述通过将形成追加的节目表的数据应用于广告显示,对收看者实现更加有效的广告提示。
如上述那样,以下,将构成基于本申请的节目表的数据称为“节目表构成信息”来进行说明。通过节目表构成信息,构成AVOD、SVOD、TVOD的混合动态图像选择系统,并且能够进行线性频道的摘要收看、预告动态图像内容收看。此外,能够进行基于覆盖方式的广告提示、将动态图像广告内容与VOD组合的可点播VOD。
以下,基于附图来对节目表构成信息的结构以及分配方式的说明、能够容易选择未来节目、当前节目、过去节目的新的节目表的结构方法、也对应于AVOD、TVOD、SVOD的任意分发方式的节目表的结构以及提示方式、将VOD与广告组合的更加有效的广告提示的方法、未来节目的预告动态图像内容、过去节目的摘要收看、以及紧急变更节目表构成信息的紧急消息进行说明。
第1实施方式
图3中表示与本申请有关的第1实施例。
CSP(内容服务提供商)101~108提供动态图像内容。动态图像内容分别被输入到视频平台111~113。视频平台111~113将动态图像内容输入到电视网关121,经由电视云131~134来向电视接收机141~150送出。

图16的视频平台的贮存部1203中保存的节目构成信息通过通信接口1204而被输出,通过图17电视网关的通信接口1304而被接收,通过贮存部1303而被暂时保存。被保存的节目构成信息通过通信接口1304而被输出,通过图18电视云而被接收。在图18电视云中,将接收的节目构成信息转换为可由电视接收机显示的格式。这里,被转换的数据格式例如是可由在电视接收机上进行动作的浏览器显示的HTML5。

利用除了运营商信息、频道信息、节目信息、时间表,还包含广告信息、VOD信息、表示广告的显示位置的布局信息的“节目表构成信息”,不仅对应通过线性分发而实现的AVOD,还对应SVOD、TVOD。
·在线性分发的节目表,重叠VOD的选择画面,通过确认收看者的合同条件的电视网关的步骤,也选择并收看AVOD、SVOD、TVOD的任一者的内容。
·通过过去被分发的节目表构成信息和将来分发预定的节目表构成信息,无缝地显示当前节目和过去节目。在过去节目中,进行摘要播放,对于未来节目,播放预告动态图像。
·广告的提示方法
上述,通过“节目表构成信息”中包含的广告信息以及布局信息,提示时间上插入到主剧情动态图像的广告、空间上与主剧情动态图像重叠显示的广告、还有将这些组合而实现的广告。
·通过从时间插入的广告进行按钮按下,实现另外显示服务网站的信息、或者收看VOD动态图像内容的服务。
·节目表构成信息的获取、修正方法
“节目表构成信息”通过定期地确认电视网关的更新标志来进行更新。
“节目表构成信息”的修正通过另外发送的紧急消息而实施,紧急消息以较短的期间对紧急标志进行确认。

图23是对动态图像分发系统中的到ID绑定为止的动作的一例进行说明的图。从动态图像分发系统整体提取表示视频平台111、电视网关121、电视云131、电视接收机141、移动终端109。其他视频平台以及电视云、电视接收机、移动终端也进行同样的动作。
在本实施方式中主要说明在ID结合信息DB(数据库)120中存储信息为止的流程。
ID结合信息DB120被存储于例如电视网关121所具备的(或者,电视网关121的CPU1702可参照的)HDD(Hard Disk Drive)等的存储装置。ID结合信息DB120存储图24、图23中以表格的形式示例的信息。
图24是表示用于对ID结合信息DB120存储的会员以及其权利状况进行识别的信息的一例的图。更加详细地,图24所示的表格针对MA-ID,将HA-ID、访问令牌、刷新令牌、有效期限、用户概况等建立关联并进行存储。访问令牌是表示许可向电视云131的访问的令牌。有效期限是访问令牌的有效期限,若超过该有效期限,则访问令牌失效。刷新令牌是在获取新的访问令牌以及有效期限时使用的令牌。

接收到(1)的QR码请求的电视云131通过信号1902,对电视接收机141,发送(2) 用于显示QR码的信息。这里,信号1902的QR码至少包含对提供VOD内容的视频平台111进行识别的PF-ID、能够确定表示电视接收机自身的HA-ID的信息。接收到信号1902的电视接收机141使画面显示QR码。

通过到此为止的流程,电视网关121得到与用户的概况建立关联的MA-ID和HA-ID。接下来,电视网关121(15)进行ID绑定,使ID结合信息DB120存储MA-ID与HA-ID的结合信息(例如图24以及图23中以表格形式示例的信息)。
这样,通过本实施方式,在某个播放设备(电视接收机141)中的初次的VOD收看时,能够进行通过移动终端109的输入操作。移动终端109例如是智能手机,是容易进行文字输入的终端。因此,根据本实施方式,能够通过移动终端109来进行若是以往则必须 使用遥控器的ID、密码的输入作业,因此能够大幅度减轻输入操作的繁琐度。

图25是示出网络节目表获取及显示的流程的序列图。如图25所示,视频平台111~113与电视接收机141~150之间的网络节目表数据的交换经由电视网关121来进行。
视频平台111~113将网络节目表数据上传到电视网关121的规定区域(EPG S3)(步骤S1)。电视网关121将被上传的网络节目表数据配置给网络节目表数据用的CDN(Contents Delivery Network:内容分发网络)。
电视接收机141~150对网络节目表数据用的CDN进行直接访问而获取网络节目表数据(步骤S2)。
此外,电视网关121对于各TV云131~134发行对它们分别进行识别的TC-ID,对于各视频平台111~113发行对它们分别进行识别的PF-ID,并发行频道编号。
在此,图26是示出视频平台111~113和TV云131~134的ID的预约例的图。如图26所示,对于与各TV云131~134对应的电视接收机的生产者,分别预约TC-ID。另外,如图26所示,对于各视频平台111~113的发布运营商,分别预约PF-ID。

在系列节目信息(<Service_id>.json)中,通过Service_id(系列识别单位)来记述用于汇总连续剧、关联节目的清单,并按剧集编号顺序来排列VOD-ID。系列节目信息的文件单位是每个视频平台111~113(在图29中记载为VPF)。
在广告信息(<AD-ID>.json)中记载有在节目广播中在指定的时刻在画面上进行向推荐节目的引导的信息。此外,广告信息(<AD-ID>.json)不在网络节目表中显示。广告信息的文件单位是每个视频平台111~113(在图29中记载为VPF)。
在节目信息清单(<yyyymmdd>.json)中,按每个日期进行清单化而记载有网络节目表中显示的15天期间的范围内包含的节目信息。节目信息清单的文件单位是每个service_id即1天单位。

在节目信息更新信息(<service_id>_lastupdated.json)中,记载有作为更新了节目信息清单(<yyyymmdd>.json)的日期时间信息的节目信息更新信息。节目信息更新信息的文件单位是每个service_id。
另外,电视网关121对于视频平台111~113,预先作为证书而配置client_ID(PF-ID)和client_secret。
视频平台111~113使用client_ID(PF-ID)和client_secret,将节目信息清单(<yyyymmdd>.json)上传到电视网关121的规定区域(EPG S3)(步骤S1)。
电视网关121若检测到视频平台111~113上传了网络节目表数据,则按照每个频道(service_ID)生成节目信息更新信息(<service_id>_lastupdated.json),并与网络节目表数据一起配置于网络节目表数据用的CDN。

电视接收机141~150在https中在x-api-key标头上附加网络节目表数据获取用认证秘钥(API_key),从而获取节目信息更新信息。
视频平台111~113通常以1天1次的程度对节目信息更新信息进行更新。此外,视频平台111~113也能够在任意的时间对节目信息更新信息进行更新。

另外,网络节目表上的操作方法能够由电视接收机141~150的生产者自由地设定。
另外,如上所述,设置作为服务器的电视网关121,视频平台111~113汇总并发布来自内容服务提供商的内容信息,所述电视网关121接收来自所述视频平台111~113的包含内容信息在内的信息,将接收到的内容信息进行转换以使得电视接收机141~150能够接收该信息,但是在此情况下,存在以下问题。在设置作为服务器的电视网关121的情况下,例如在播放线性频道的内容的情况下,因为广播时间是固定的,所以电视接收机141~150对于作为服务器的电视网关121的访问会集中。因此,关于作为服务器的电视网关121,需要与来自电视接收机141~150的访问的集中峰值匹配地进行设计,成本变高。
因此,在本实施方式的电视接收机141~150中,CPU1109按照应用程序执行,从而作为负荷平均化部1109a而发挥功能。负荷平均化部1109a使得访问电视网关121的访问时间分散,避免向作为服务器的电视网关121的访问集中。以下,说明向电视网关121的 访问集中避免处理。
在线性频道播放时,电视接收机141~150从视频平台111~113的mpd、电视网关121的网络节目表数据用的CDN获取广告信息。此时,电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a为了避免向电视网关121的访问集中,通过各电视接收机141~150的固有信息,使访问时刻偏移(shift)而动作。
电视接收机141~150从配置在网络节目表数据用的CDN中的配置信息(Conf.json)获取用于计算访问偏移时间(access_shift_time)的基准值。电视接收机141~150在网络节目表的启动时核对配置信息(Conf.json)。电视接收机141~150在配置信息(Conf.json)的基准值已更新的情况下,进行再计算。
访问偏移时间(access_shift_time)是线性频道内容的显示偏移时间。为了避免所有的电视接收机141~150在确定的时刻访问线性频道从而发生向电视网关121的访问集中,访问偏移时间按照每个电视接收机141~150,在一定时间内对节目显示时刻进行偏移。

除此之外,电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a对于日志的收集时刻也进行偏移,使得不会发生向电视网关121的访问集中。
在此,说明日志收集方式。如上所述,电视接收机141~150向电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)上传数据(日志)(步骤4)。
首先,对测定日志向电视网关121的发送接口进行规定。该接口由电视接收机141~150上的应用程序(网络节目表应用程序、以及用于动态图像发布的HTML5应用程序)使用。
向电视网关121的发送时刻取决于服务运用。然而,为了避免访问的集中,在本实施方式中,基于来自电视网关121的时移信息,在各电视接收机141~150中使时间偏移,将多个日志汇总而发送。
首先,说明设备认证。
电视网关121预先制作仅能够向电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)上传数据的IAM用户。电视网关121每12小时生成1次IAM用户的访问秘钥(access key ID和secret access key的组),并在1天后清除。由此,有效的访问秘钥会始终存在2个。电视网关121将包含生成的访问秘钥在内的、用于向电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)上传数据的信息作为JSON文件(firehose_params.json),放在与网络节目表数据相同的场所。
下面示出JSON文件(firehose_params.json)的例子。此外,访问秘钥记述有效的2个之中新的访问秘钥。

各电视接收机141~150通过与网络节目表数据获取同样的方法来获取JSON文件(firehose_params.json)。因为在获取JSON文件(firehose_params.json)之后保证在"expires_in"中写入的秒数(在此为43200秒、12小时)为有效,所以各电视接收机141~150在该期间内将JSON文件(firehose_params.json)保持在本地。
电视接收机141~150在需要上传日志时,使用JSON文件(firehose_params.json)进行认证,向电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)发送日志数据。
此外,在日志数据传送时超过了有效期限的情况下,电视接收机141~150再次从电视网关121获取JSON文件(firehose_params.json),并更新信息。
接下来,说明上传的时刻。
各电视接收机141~150并非在日志信息的生成时每次都向电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)进行上传,而是为了实现日志服务器的负荷平均化,将日志信息临时缓冲(Buffering)。
各电视接收机141~150在启动时参照电视网关121在CDN上准备的配置信息(Conf.json)的peak_shift.log要素。
以下,示出配置信息(Conf.json)的peak_shift.log要素的例子。

Maxdelay是服务器访问分散设定信息,表示应该保持日志的最大时间(秒)。Maxsize是关于数据的保持的设定信息,表示应该保持的日志的最大容量(byte)。这些值并非硬限制(hard limit),即使超过这些值,电视网关121也接收上传。另一方面,各电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a在日志的保持时间即将超过maxdelay、或者日志的保持容量即将超过maxsize之中的任一者的情况下,或者在已经超过的情况下,迅速地尝试上传。另外,在由于各电视接收机141~150的本地存储器容量的限制而无法保持日志到接近maxsize为止的情况下,各电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a尽管可以不管maxsize而进行上传,但是,为了电视网关121的日志服务器(firehose stream)的负荷减轻,尽可能努力使得保持到各自的最大值为止。
此外,在由于通信不良等而未能上传日志的情况下,电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a超过maxdelay、maxsize的限制地保持日志。电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a将重试(Retry)设定为指数性缩减(Back off),不会一味地再发送。
这样,根据本实施方式,因为基于电视接收机具有的固有信息,使服务器访问的访问时间分散,所以能够避免向服务器的访问集中。
此外,电视接收机141~150的负荷平均化部1109a也可以根据服务的状况、访问的状况,变更与数据的保持相关的设定信息、与服务器访问分散设定信息相关的设定信息(配置信息)。由此,能够根据服务的状况、访问的状况来可靠地避免向服务器的访问集中。
图31示出本申请的另一实施例。
本实施例追加了移动终端401~410、以及收看数据保存部451、ID结合信息保存部452、内容推荐信息保存部453、推荐广告选择插入部454、广告服务器455。
在本实施例中,到网络节目表的生成为止,进行与上述同样的动作,但是,电视接收机441~450与移动终端401~410通过各自具有的ID(单独识别数据)来连结。另外,各个电视接收机441~450具有将用户正在收看什么作为收看数据来进行测量的功能,将测量到的收看数据通过TV云431~434上传到电视网关421。
在电视网关421中结合有收看数据保存部451、ID结合信息保存部452。从电视接收机441~450获取到的收看数据经由TV云431~434、电视网关421而被保存在收看数据保存部451。另外,电视接收机441~450和移动终端401~410的ID的结合信息被补充到ID结合信息保存部452。
内容推荐信息保存部453根据收看数据保存部451及ID结合信息保存部452的信息,计算任意一个电视接收机具有什么样的内容的收看倾向,并传达给视频平台411~413。该计算是通过对每次收看的内容的种类的收看时间进行测定等从而实现。
另一方面,推荐广告选择插入部454通过收看数据保存部451及ID结合信息保存部452,计算任意一个电视接收机应当插入什么样的广告,并从广告服务器455获取希望的广告,将广告插入到视频平台411~413的动态图像内容中。
在图32中示出本申请的ID的结构和结合的例子。移动终端401~410具有SP-ID(智能手机ID)501。另一方面,电视接收机441~450具有TV-ID(电视ID)511。SP-ID由作为视频平台的ID的PF-ID、和作为用户的ID的UR-ID构成。TV-ID由作为TV云的ID的TC-ID、和将电视接收机自身作为设备进行表示的DV-ID构成。在ID结合信息保存部452中构成有表示SP-ID与TV-ID的结合信息的表520,电视接收机与移动终端通过ID来形成了连结状态。在此,在表520中"〇"所示的是结合状态,"-"所示的是非结合状态。在此,有可能在一个电视接收机上进行多个移动终端的结合。
在图33中示出ID的结合方式、和分别保存的数据。
电视接收机141和智能手机等移动终端401根据电视接收机上显示的QR编码(注册商标)等,将认证码611向移动终端401传输。该认证码与电视机的对应表被预先保存在TV云431的电视ID保存部603。
认证码611是与单独赋予给电视接收机141的TV-ID对应的具有时间限制的认证码。该认证码611从TV云431送出至电视接收机141。此时,TV云431附加用于向视频平台411连接的地址信息并连同认证码611一起发送到移动终端401。
将认证码611连同移动终端具有的SP-ID一起从智能手机401作为数据612向视频平台411发送,视频平台411以获取到的认证码611以及联动的移动终端401的SP-ID为基础,从持有的顾客数据保存部601获取用户属性,结合SP-ID来作为数据613而向电视网关421发送。
电视网关在获取了认证码、SP-ID、用户属性作为数据613后,基于认证码向TV云431询问,从而获取对应的TV-ID。在此,TV云431对管理下的电视接收机的TV-ID进行管理,在电视ID保存部603中具有TV-ID与认证码的对应表,根据认证码获取任意一个电视接收机是否成为了结合的对象。数据612以及数据613中配置的认证码是与认证码611相同的认证码。
通过这些动作,电视网关421进行TV-ID与SP-ID的结合,并保存在ID结合信息保存部602中。进一步,利用密钥621将TV-ID与SP-ID的结合信息向视频平台411通知。密钥621成为ID结合信息保存部602的数据库的秘钥,通过将密钥621向电视网关421送出,从而能够取出SP-ID和TV-ID及用户属性。
通过以上的动作,利用ID将移动终端和电视接收机连结。此外,在ID结合后,视频平台411利用由电视网关421向视频平台411传输的密钥621,能够开展向成为目标的电视接收机的服务。此外,为了分清与SP-ID的对应,密钥621被保存在顾客数据保存部 601。
此外,图33说明了视频平台411的情况,但是,在视频平台412及413中也进行同样的动作。
在图34中示出结合了ID的情况下的网络节目表。
若TV-ID与SP-ID处于结合状态,则能够根据作为SP-ID的构成要素的PF-ID来判别正在收看的用户是哪个视频平台的顾客,因此,在网络节目表中,将由对应的视频平台构成的频道显示在容易访问的位置。例如,在图34的情况下,在SP-ID501中包含视频平台411的ID的情况下,通过将由视频平台411提供的频道作为初始画面来显示,从而使用户容易选择。另外,通过根据由TV-ID确定的电视接收机的收看数据来推测收看倾向,从而将推荐内容701、702、703同时显示。
这样,由于结合了ID,从而对于用户优先地显示对应的视频平台的内容,由此,容易获得由视频平台提供的服务。
在图35中示出使动态图像内容与Web服务联动的画面的显示例。
在TV-ID511与SP-ID501处于结合状态的情况下,在TV-ID所示的电视接收机上自动地显示与SP-ID501所示的视频平台链接的Web服务画面。由此,用户不仅进行动态图像收看,还能够接受关联信息、EC网站的商品说明等服务。另外,能够使在移动终端上显示的移动应用812与动态图像画面811联动,在通常的遥控器中无法进行的动态图像内容选择方法成为可能。例如,通过在移动终端上触碰移动应用的新闻网站的感兴趣的新闻,从而能够将关联的动态图像内容在电视接收机上播放,能够进行现有技术中没有的内容选择。另一方面,通过在移动应用中显示EC网站,并触碰感兴趣的商品,从而能够获得如观看利用动态图像进行的详细的商品说明等、迄今没有的用户体验。
使用图36详细说明以上的动作。
在视频平台411的动态图像内容与Web网站901链接时,从视频平台411将Web链接信息902输入到电视网关421。另外,除了与现有相同的时间表201、内容元数据202、横幅数据203之外,还将推荐内容数据901输入到电视网关421。
电视网关421将结合的TV-ID501和内容选择数据204、进一步是根据推荐内容数据901制作的推荐元数据911和从Web链接信息获得的链接目标URL向TV云431传输。TV云431与网络节目表一并生成推荐内容显示数据913,并向电视接收机441发送。此时,为了能够与动态图像内容进行链接,与频道、时间信息一并将链接目标URL向电视接收机441设置。电视接收机441基于特定的频道和收看的时间段,根据用户按下链接按钮等,将链接目标URL所示的Web内容显示在电视画面上。
此外,在与移动应用联动的情况下,在从Web网站901将移动应用下载到移动终端401后,将移动应用的操作结果和SP-ID向视频平台411发送。此后,通过从视频平台411将密钥和移动操作向电视网关421发送,从而转换成电视机的共通操作码903,在TV云431中进一步转换成电视机的操作码并控制电视接收机441。密钥能够从作为与SP-ID的对应表的顾客数据保存部601获得。
以上,关于视频平台411进行了说明,但是,关于其它视频平台也是同样的动作。另外,关于TV云431以外的TV云、电视接收机441以外的电视接收机也是同样的动作。
在图37中示出基于本申请的内容的推荐、广告的插入的说明。
将收看数据保存部451及ID结合信息保存部452的信息输入到内容推荐信息保存部 453,计算电视机的收看倾向,对推荐内容、希望的广告的候选进行确定。根据内容推荐信息保存部453的信息,从广告服务器455获取被推荐的广告,视频平台411通过推荐广告选择插入部454的输出,向动态图像内容插入广告。
另一方面,在接收侧广告插入部中,基于内容推荐信息保存部453的信息,从广告服务器455输送希望的广告,通过接收侧广告插入部456的输出,在电视接收机141中向动作内容插入广告。
例如,在视频平台411以组播(Multicast)方式进行动态图像发布的情况下,无法对每个电视接收机插入单独的广告。在此情况下,暂时由视频平台411插入广告并发布了共通的广告之后,在电视接收机侧改写个别地希望的广告。通过该动作,对于个别的电视接收机能够进行像定位销售(targeting)广告那样的与用户匹配的广告显示。
工业实用性
在视频内容的线性分发中,通过对节目构成信息追加VOD信息,在用户观看线性分发的视频内容时,能够在EPG上也显示VOD。由此,能够扩宽收看者的节目选择的宽度。

Claims (5)

  1. 一种电视网关,其中,所述电视网关被配置于视频平台与电视接收机之间,进行用于将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机的连接,
    从用户的移动终端,接收对作为所述电视接收机相对于所述电视网关的认证的中介的电视云、所述电视接收机和所述移动终端进行确定的信息,
    从所述视频平台,接收同时识别基于经由所述移动终端的输入而被认证的用户的所述移动终端和所述视频平台的MA-ID,
    从所述电视云,接收同时识别所述电视接收机以及所述电视云的HA-ID,
    将与相同的用户有关的所述MA-ID和所述HA-ID建立关联,作为ID结合信息而存储于规定的存储部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电视网关,其中,
    该电视网关接收视频点播令牌请求,该视频点播令牌请求附有:被配置于该电视接收机与该电视网关之间的电视云发送的来自该电视接收机的用于识别该视频平台的ID、用于识别作为收看对象的动态图像内容的ID、及同时识别电视云的ID,
    该电视网关向该视频平台发送:用于同时识别移动终端的用户和视频平台的ID即CT-ID、以及用于识别作为收看对象的动态图像内容的ID即MA-ID,
    该视频平台在具备基于CT-ID和MA-ID而能够收看VOD的条件下,接收包含CT-ID和MA-ID的视频点播令牌,
    该电视网关基于从该视频平台接收到视频点播令牌的结果,将该视频点播令牌发送给该电视云。
  3. 一种电视云,其中,所述电视云与电视网关进行可收发信号的连接,并作为电视接收机相对于所述电视网关的认证的中介;所述电视网关被配置于视频平台与所述电视接收机之间,并进行用于将来自所述视频平台的动态图像内容提供给所述电视接收机的连接,
    对所述电视接收机,发送用于显示代码图像的信息,所述代码图像包含对所述电视接收机与所述电视云进行确定的信息,
    向所述电视网关发送同时识别所述电视接收机以及所述电视云的HA-ID。
  4. 一种视频平台,其中,所述视频平台基于与用户的收看合同,对与该用户建立关联的电视接收机提供动态图像内容,
    基于从用户的移动终端输入的信息来认证用户,
    向作为所述电视接收机相对于所述视频平台的认证的中介的电视网关,发送同时识别所述移动终端以及所述视频平台的MA-ID。
  5. 一种分发系统,其中,其具备:
    视频平台,基于与用户的收看合同,对与该用户建立关联的电视接收机提供动态图像内容;
    电视网关,作为所述电视接收机相对于所述视频平台的认证的中介;和
    电视云,与所述电视接收机进行可收发信号的连接,作为所述电视接收机相对于所述电视网关的认证的中介,
    所述电视网关基于所述电视云显示于所述电视接收机的代码图像中所包含的信息,接收来自用户所持有的移动终端的访问,并且通过该访问来至少获取将所述电视接收机与所 述移动终端建立关联的信息,
    所述视频平台基于在所述访问的后段从所述移动终端输入的信息,来认证用户,进一步地,向所述电视网关发送同时识别所述移动终端以及所述视频平台的MA-ID,
    所述电视云向所述电视网关发送同时识别所述电视接收机以及所述电视云的HA-ID,
    进一步地,所述电视网关将与相同的用户有关的所述MA-ID和所述HA-ID建立关联,作为ID结合信息而存储于规定的存储部。
