本申请涉及生活电器技术领域,具体涉及一种具有盖体的装置。
背景技术
现有技术中的电饭煲,煲盖和煲身之间通常通过铰接轴相连,煲盖可以打开和关闭。为满足多个零件之间的装配误差,以满足开合盖要求,煲盖和煲身之间会留有1mm左右间隙。
由于电饭煲是由多个零件装配形成的,实际生产过程中零件误差会影响煲盖与煲身之间的间隙大小。当间隙较大会影响外观,间隙较小会导致不能正常开合。因此,对零件精度要求非常高,增加了零件的制造难度,零件报废率高,给生产带来了很大的困扰。
发明内容
因此,本申请要解决的技术问题在于克服现有技术中的电饭煲对零件精度要求较高、增大了零件的制造难度的缺陷,从而提供一种可减少对零件精度要求的具有盖体的装置。
为解决上述技术问题,本申请提供的一种具有盖体的装置,包括主体结构、与主体结构通过铰接轴铰接的盖体,还包括:
驱动组件,能够在盖体盖合在主体结构上时,驱动盖体朝向主体结构移动。
可选地,主体结构上设有第一条形孔,第一条形孔的长轴直径的延伸方向与竖直方向的夹角为A,0°≤A<90°,铰接轴设在盖体上,且铰接轴穿设在第一条形孔中,驱动组件能够使铰接轴在第一条形孔中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。
可选地,驱动组件包括第一弹性件,第一弹性件的第一端固定在主体结构上,第一弹性件的第二端与铰接轴抵接,第一弹性件的弹性力能够驱动铰接轴在第一条形孔中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。
可选地,铰接轴上设有安装部,第一弹性件的第二端与安装部抵接。
可选地,驱动组件还包括第一顶杆,第一顶杆的第一端与第一弹性件的第二端固定连接,第一顶杆的第二端适于与铰接轴抵接。
可选地,第一顶杆的第二端设有U型槽,U型槽与铰接轴抵接。
可选地,第一弹性件第一端固定在主体结构的侧部,第一弹性件的第二端与铰接轴抵接。

本申请提供的具有盖体的装置,通过设置驱动组件,在盖体盖合在主体结构上时,驱动组件驱动盖体朝向主体结构移动,从而可减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙,使其整体外观更美观。在加工时,即使构成具有盖体的装置的零部件的精度较低,也能够使盖体和主体结构之间的间隙较小,因此,可减少对零件的精度要求。

实施例1
现有技术中的电饭煲,煲盖和煲身之间通常通过铰接轴相连,煲盖可以打开和关闭。为满足多个零件之间的装配误差,以满足开合盖要求,煲盖和煲身之间会留有1mm左右间隙。
由于电饭煲是由多个零件装配形成的,实际生产过程中零件误差会影响煲盖与煲身之间的间隙大小。当间隙较大会影响外观,间隙较小会导致不能正常开合盖。因此,对零件精度要求非常高,增加了零件的制造难度,零件报废率高,给生产带来了很大的困扰。
为此,本实施例提供一种具有盖体的装置,可减少对零件的精度要求,具有盖体的装置可以为电饭煲、电压力锅、高压锅、电热饭盒、电压力煲等。在一个实施方式中,如图1所示,具有盖体的装置包括主体结构、与主体结构通过铰接轴4铰接的盖体、驱动组件。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,主体结构为煲身1,盖体为煲盖3。
其中,驱动组件能够在盖体盖合在主体结构上时,驱动盖体朝向主体结构移动。
在本实施方式中,通过设置驱动组件,在盖体盖合在主体结构上时,驱动组件驱动盖体朝向主体结构移动,从而可减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙,使其整体外观更美观。在加工时,即使构成具有盖体的装置的零部件的精度较低,也能够使盖体和主体结构之间的间隙较小,因此,可减少对零件的精度要求。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图2和图3所示,主体结构上设有第一条形孔7,第一条形孔7的长轴直径的延伸方向的夹角为A,0°≤A<90°,铰接轴4设在盖体上,且铰接轴4穿设在第一条形孔7中,驱动组件能够使铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。在本实施方式中,铰接轴4在驱动组件的驱使下朝靠近主体结构的方向移动会带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,从而减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙,第一条形孔7的设置可对铰接轴4的移动起导向作用,对盖体上下浮动起避让作用,同时在主体结构上加工第一条形孔7与现有技术中加工圆形的轴孔相比,可大大减少对零件的精度要求。
具体的,当A为0°时,第一条形孔的长轴直径沿竖直方向延伸,当0°<A<90°时,第一条形孔倾斜设置。
铰接轴4可固定设置在盖体上,也可在盖体上设置轴孔,轴孔与铰接轴4的形状相适配,铰接轴穿设在轴孔及第一条形孔7中。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图2所示,驱动组件包括第一弹性件5,第一弹性件5的第一端固定在主体结构上,第一弹性件5的第二端与铰接轴4抵接,第一弹性件5的弹性力能够驱动铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。在本实施方式中,安装时,使第一弹性件5发生弹性形变,第一弹性件5的弹性力可驱动铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,铰接轴4在移动的过程中会带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,从而减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙,外观美观,驱动组件的结构简单,成本较低。需要说明的是,本实施方式的抵接包含直接抵接以及间接抵接。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图2所示,驱动组件还包括第一顶杆6,第一顶杆6的第一端与第一弹性件5的第二端连接,第一顶杆6的第二端适于与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施方式中,安装时,使第一弹性件5发生弹性形变,第一弹性件5的弹 性力可驱动第一顶杆6朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,第一顶杆6朝靠近主体结构的方向移动的过程中带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,从而减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,进一步参考图2,第一顶杆6的第二端设有U型槽,U型槽与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施方式中,U型槽的设置便于第一顶杆6与铰接轴4抵接,对铰接轴4施加压力。在其他可替换的实施方式中,可不设置U型槽,第一顶杆6的第二端与铰接轴4相抵。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,第一弹性件5为弹簧,第一弹性件5的第一端固定在主体结构上且位于铰接轴4的上方,第一弹性件5的第二端与铰接轴4抵接。第一弹性件5的长度沿竖直方向延伸,竖直设置在铰接轴4的上方。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,具有盖体的装置为电饭煲。在本实施方式中,主体结构为电饭煲的煲体结构、盖体为电饭煲的煲盖3。煲体结构包含煲身1以及用于支撑锅体的支撑环2,驱动组件设置在支撑环2中。
在本实施例中,煲盖3和煲身1在合盖过程中,第一弹性件5和第一顶杆6将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙,同时减少了产品对零件精度的要求。
实施例2
本实施例与上述实施例的区别在于,不设置第一顶杆6,第一弹性件5直接连接与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施例中,安装时,使第一弹性件5发生弹性形变,第一弹性件5的弹性力可驱动铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,铰接轴4在移动的过程中会带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,从而减少盖体和主体结构之间的间隙,外观美观,驱动组件的结构简单,成本较低。
在一个实施方式中,当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,如图4所示,第一弹性件5的第一端固定在支撑环2上且位于铰接轴4的上方,第一弹性件5的第二端抵压在铰接轴4上。在本实施方式中,第一弹性件5将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
在一个实施方式中,为便于第一弹性件5与铰接轴4抵接,如图4所示,铰接轴上设有安装部,第一弹性件5的第二端与安装部抵接。
具体在一个实施方式中,安装部为设在铰接轴4端部处的台阶面,第一弹性件5的第二端抵压在台阶面上。在其他可替换的实施方式中,安装部为设在铰接轴4上的凹槽,第一弹性件5的第二端抵压在凹槽中。
具体在一个实施方式中,第一弹性件5为弹簧。在本实施方式中,弹簧将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
实施例3
本实施例与实施例1和实施例2的区别在于,第一弹性件5为硅胶。
在一个实施方式中,硅胶的第一端固定在主体结构上,硅胶的第二端与第一顶杆6的第二端连接,第一顶杆6的第二端与铰接轴4抵接。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,如图5所示,硅胶的第一端固定在支撑环2上且位于铰接轴4的上方,硅胶的第二端与第一顶杆6的第一端连接,第一顶杆6的第二端与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施方式中,在硅胶作用下,第一顶杆6将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
在一个可替换的实施方式中,不设置第一顶杆6,硅胶的第一端固定在主体结构上,硅胶的第二端直接与铰接轴4抵接。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,如图6所示,硅胶的第一端固定在支撑环2上且位于铰接轴4的上方,硅胶的第二端直接与铰接轴4抵接。在该实施方式中,为便于硅胶的第二端与铰接轴4抵接,在铰接轴4上设有安装部,硅胶的第二端与安装部抵接,具体的,安装部为凹槽,硅胶的第二端抵压在凹槽中。在本实施方式中,硅胶将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
实施例4
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,第一弹性件5的第一端固定在主体结构的侧部,第一弹性件5的第二端与铰接轴4抵接。
具体的,第一弹性件5为弹片或弹块。
在一个实施方式中,具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,如图7所示,弹片的第一端固定在支撑环2的侧部,弹片的第二端直接与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施方式中,弹片将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
弹片具体可以是塑胶弹性压片。
在一个可替换的实施方式中,具有盖体的装置也可以包括第一顶杆6,弹片的第一端固定在支撑环2的顶部,弹片的第二端与第一顶杆6的的第一端固定连接,第一顶杆6的第二端与铰接轴4抵接。在本实施方式中,在弹片作用下,第一顶杆6将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙。
实施例5
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,在一个实施方式中,如图8和图10所示,盖体上设有第一柱体结构9,驱动组件包括第二弹性件10,第二弹性件10的第一端固定在主体结构上,第二弹性件10的第二端与第一柱体结构9抵接,第二弹性件10的弹性力能够使第一柱体结构9带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。在本实施方式中,盖体在盖设在主体结构上时,第二弹性件10的弹性力朝靠近主体结构的方向顶第一柱体结构9,第一柱体结构9带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,盖体在移动的过程中带动铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,实现主体结构与盖体的装配零间隙。
在一个优选的实施方式中,第一柱体结构9与铰接轴4平行。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图8所示,驱动组件还包括第二顶杆11,第二顶杆11的第一端与第二弹性件10的第二端连接,第二顶杆11的第二端与第一柱体结构9抵接。在本实施方式中,盖体在盖设在主体结构上时,在第二弹性件10的弹性力作用下,第二顶杆11朝靠近主体结构的方向顶第一柱体结构9,第一柱体结构9带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,盖体在移动的过程中带动铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,实现主体结构与盖体的装配零间隙。
在一个实施方式中,具有盖体的装置为电饭煲,驱动组件设在第二支撑环2上,第二弹性件10的第一端固定在支撑环2上且位于第一柱体结构9的上方,第二弹性件10的第二端与第二顶杆11的第一端抵接,第二顶杆11的第二端与第一柱体结构9抵接。如图9所示,第一柱体结构9穿过支撑环2,因此支撑环2上还设有第三条形孔12,煲盖3和煲身1在合盖过程中,第二弹性件10和第二顶杆11将第一柱体结构9往下顶,煲盖3带动铰接轴4往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1装配零间隙,同时减少了产品对零件精度的要求。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,第二顶杆11的第二端设有U型槽,U型槽与第一柱体结构9抵接。在本实施方式中,U型槽的设置便于第二顶杆11与第一柱体结构9抵接,对第一柱体结构9施加压力。在其他可替换的实施方式中,可不设置U型槽,第二顶杆11的第二端与第一柱体结构9相抵。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,第二弹性件10为弹簧。在其他可替换的实施方式中,第二弹性件10为硅胶或弹片。
实施例6
本实施例与实施例1的区别在于,在一个实施方式中,驱动组件包括扭簧13,扭簧13的弹性力能够使铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。
在本实施方式中,扭簧13的弹性力将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4移动的过程中带动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,实现主体结构与盖体的装配零间隙,可降低对零件的精度要求。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图11和图13所示,扭簧13的本体设在铰接轴4上,主体结构上设有第一定位结构,扭簧13的两端固定在第一定位结构上以使扭簧13的中部具有朝靠近主体结构的方向的弹性力。需要说明的是,扭簧13的本体指扭簧13的多个扭圈。在一个实施方式中,具有盖体的装置为电饭煲,第一定位结构设在支撑环2上,在该实施方式中,扭簧13将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。
在一个优选的实施方式中,第一定位结构包括两个定位卡槽,两个定位卡槽用于限定扭簧13的两端。
在一个实施方式中,如图12所示,第一定位结构包括两个第一定位卡槽14,两个第一定位卡槽14所处的高度一致。在一个可替换的实施方式中,如图13和图14所示,第一定位结 构包括两个第二定位卡槽17,其中一个第二定位卡槽17所处的高度高于另一个第二定位卡槽17所处的高度。
在一个可替换的实施方式中,如图15和图16所示,主体结构上设有第二柱体结构15、第二定位结构16,扭簧13的本体套设在第二柱体结构15上,扭簧13的第一端固定在第二定位结构16上,扭簧13的第二端压设在铰接轴4上。在一个实施方式中,具有盖体的装置为电饭煲,第二柱体结构15、第二定位结构16设在支撑环2上,在该实施方式中,扭簧13将铰接轴4往下顶,铰接轴4带动煲盖3下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。

实施例7

本实施例通过设置磁力结构,使铰接轴4在第一条形孔7中朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,铰接轴4在朝靠近主体结构的方向移动的过程中带动盖体往下沉,实现了主体结构和盖体的装配零间隙。
在一个实施方式中,如图17所示,磁力结构包括第一磁铁18,第一磁铁18固定设在主体结构上并位于铰接轴4的下方,第一磁铁18能够对铰接轴4产生吸力。在该实施方式中,铰接轴4由磁性吸附材料,例如铁、钴、镍等材料制成。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,第一磁铁18固定在支撑环2上,第一磁铁18对铰接轴4的吸力将铰接轴4往下拉,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。
在一个可替换的实施方式中,如图18所示,磁力结构包括第二磁铁19,固定设在主体结构上并位于铰接轴4的上方,铰接轴4的至少与第二磁铁19相对的一侧具有磁性,且与第二磁铁19之间形成斥力。在该实施方式中,铰接轴4与第二磁铁19相对的一侧设有磁铁或者铰接轴4整体为磁铁。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,第二磁铁19固定在支撑环2上,第二磁铁19对铰接轴4的斥力将铰接轴4往下拉,铰接轴4带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。
在另一个可替换的实施方式中,磁力结构包括设在盖体上的磁性材料以及设在主体结构上的磁性材料,而铰接轴4为非磁性材料,主体结构和盖体之间产生吸力,使盖体带动铰接轴4往下沉,实现主体结构和盖体的装配零间隙。
实施例9
本实施与实施例1的区别在于,在一个实施方式中,如图19和图20所示,盖体上设有第二条形孔20,铰接轴4设在主体结构上,铰接轴4穿设在第二条形孔20中,驱动组件用于 驱动盖体相对铰接轴4朝靠近主体结构的方向移动。在该实施方式中,铰接轴4的位置固定不同,驱动组件驱动盖体朝靠近主体结构的方向移动,实现盖体与主体结构的装配零间隙。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,如图19所示,驱动组件包括第三弹性件21,第三弹性件21的第一端与铰接轴4相连,第三弹性件21的第二端与盖体抵接。在该实施方式中,第三弹性件21的弹性力带动盖体往下沉,实现盖体与主体结构的装配零间隙。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,第二条形孔20为煲盖3上的铰接轴轴孔,第三弹性件21的弹性力带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。
在上述实施方式的基础上,在一个优选的实施方式中,驱动组件还包括第三顶杆;第三顶杆的第一端与第三弹性件21的第二端相连,第三顶杆的第二端与盖体抵接;或者,第三顶杆的第一端与铰接轴4抵接,第三顶杆的第二端与第三弹性件21的第一端相连。在该实施方式中,第三弹性件21和第三顶杆带动盖体往下沉,实现盖体与主体结构的装配零间隙。当具有盖体的装置为电饭煲时,第二条形孔20设在煲盖3尾部,第三弹性件21和第三顶杆带动煲盖3往下沉,实现了煲盖3和煲身1的装配零间隙。
显然,上述实施例仅仅是为清楚地说明所作的举例,而并非对实施方式的限定。对于所属领域的普通技术人员来说,在上述说明的基础上还可以做出其它不同形式的变化或变动。这里无需也无法对所有的实施方式予以穷举。而由此所引伸出的显而易见的变化或变动仍处于本申请创造的保护范围之中。

Claims (21)

  1. 一种具有盖体的装置,包括主体结构、与所述主体结构通过铰接轴(4)铰接的盖体,其特征在于,所述具有盖体的装置还包括:
    驱动组件,能够在所述盖体盖合在所述主体结构上时,驱动所述盖体朝向所述主体结构移动。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述主体结构上设有第一条形孔(7),所述第一条形孔(7)的长轴直径的延伸方向与竖直方向的夹角为A,0°≤A<90°,所述铰接轴(4)设在所述盖体上,且所述铰接轴(4)穿设在所述第一条形孔(7)中,所述驱动组件能够使所述铰接轴(4)在所述第一条形孔(7)中朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第一弹性件(5),所述第一弹性件(5)的第一端固定在所述主体结构上,所述第一弹性件(5)的第二端与所述铰接轴(4)抵接,所述第一弹性件(5)的弹性力能够驱动所述铰接轴(4)在所述第一条形孔(7)中朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述铰接轴(4)上设有安装部,所述第一弹性件(5)的第二端与所述安装部抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还包括第一顶杆(6),所述第一顶杆(6)的第一端与所述第一弹性件(5)的第二端连接,所述第一顶杆(6)的第二端适于与所述铰接轴(4)抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述第一顶杆(6)的第二端设有U型槽,所述U型槽与所述铰接轴(4)抵接。
  7. 根据权利要求3-6中任一项所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述第一弹性件的第一端固定在所述主体结构的侧部,所述第一弹性件的第二端与所述铰接轴(4)抵接。
  8. 根据权利要求2所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有第一柱体结构(9),所述驱动组件包括第二弹性件(10),所述第二弹性件(10)的第一端固定在所述主体结构上,所述第二弹性件(10)的第二端与所述第一柱体结构(9)抵接,所述第二弹性件(10)的弹性力能够使所述第一柱体结构(9)带动所述盖体朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  9. 根据权利要求8所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还包括第二顶杆(11),所述第二顶杆(11)的第一端与所述第二弹性件(10)的第二端固定连接,所述第二顶杆(11)的第二端与所述第一柱体结构(9)抵接。
  10. 根据权利要求9所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述第二顶杆(11)的第二端设有U型槽,所述U型槽与所述第一柱体结构(9)抵接。
  11. 根据权利要求2所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括扭簧(13),所述扭簧(13)的弹性力能够使所述铰接轴(4)在所述第一条形孔(7)中朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  12. 根据权利要求11所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述扭簧(13)的本体设在所述铰接轴(4)上,所述主体结构上设有第一定位结构,所述扭簧(13)的两端固定在所述第一定位结构上以使所述扭簧(13)的本体具有朝靠近所述主体结构的方向的弹性力。
  13. 根据权利要求12所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述第一定位结构包括两个定位卡槽,两个所述定位卡槽用于限定所述扭簧(13)的两端。
  14. 根据权利要求11所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述主体结构上设有第二柱体结构(15)、第二定位结构(16),所述扭簧(13)的本体套设在所述第二柱体结构(15)上,所述扭簧(13)的第一端固定在所述第二定位结构(16)上,所述扭簧(13)的第二端压设在所述铰接轴(4)上。
  15. 根据权利要求2所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括磁力结构,所述磁力结构的磁性力能够使所述铰接轴(4)在所述第一条形孔(7)中朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述磁力结构包括:
    第一磁铁(18),固定设在所述主体结构上并位于所述铰接轴(4)的下方,所述第一磁铁(18)能够对所述铰接轴(4)产生吸力。
  17. 根据权利要求15所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述磁力结构包括:
    第二磁铁(19),固定设在所述主体结构上并位于所述铰接轴(4)的上方,所述铰接轴(4)的至少与所述第二磁铁(19)相对的一侧具有磁性,且与所述第二磁铁(19)之间形成斥力。
  18. 根据权利要求1所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述盖体上设有第二条形孔(20),所述铰接轴(4)设在所述主体结构上,且所述铰接轴(4)穿设在所述第二条形孔(20)中,所述驱动组件用于驱动所述盖体相对所述铰接轴(4)朝靠近所述主体结构的方向移动。
  19. 根据权利要求18所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件包括第三弹性件(21),所述第三弹性件(21)的第一端与所述铰接轴(4)相连,所述第三弹性件(21)的第二端与所述盖体抵接。
  20. 根据权利要求19所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述驱动组件还包括第三顶杆;
    所述第三顶杆的第一端与所述第三弹性件(21)的第二端相连,所述第三顶杆的第二端与所述盖体抵接;或者,所述第三顶杆的第一端与所述铰接轴(4)抵接,所述第三顶杆的第二端与所述第三弹性件(21)的第一端相连。
  21. 根据权利要求1-6、8-10中任一项所述的具有盖体的装置,其特征在于,所述具有盖体的装置为电饭煲。
