Definitions
- the present invention relates to a cover for a container for storing a specimen, and more particularly, to a cover for a container for storing a specimen capable of more efficiently storing and transporting a specimen collected from a subject to confirm or test whether or not there is infection with various infectious diseases. will be.
- COVID 19 Corona Virus Disease 19
- tests for infection are being actively conducted, and such an infection test is performed by collecting a sample of the person to be tested.
- a conventional sample collection and storage kit for collecting and storing such a sample includes a swab for collecting a sample, a sample container in which a medium is accommodated and the swab in which the sample is collected is inserted and accommodated, and a sample container It is composed of a container lid that seals the.
- the above-described conventional sample collection and storage container is composed of a configuration in which only one swab is inserted and stored in the sample container, when samples are collected from two or more multiple body parts depending on the type of test, even if it is the same test subject. I had no choice but to store each sample collection swab separately in a different sample collection and storage kit. For this reason, the storage and management of the conventional sample collection and storage containers requires more containers for sample collection and storage, as well as the operational hassle of repeatedly writing the same test subject information in each sample container. also had a difficult problem.
- the present invention is for sample storage that can improve workability as well as facilitate storage and management by allowing a plurality of sample collection swabs to be stored in one sample collection container when samples are collected from two or more body parts from a test subject. It aims to provide a container cover.
- the present invention eliminates the need for a separate operation for the examiner to take out the sample collection swab from the sample container, thereby eliminating the hassle of taking out the existing sample collection swab and eliminating unnecessary tasks that may occur during the work of taking out the swab. It is an object of the present invention to provide a cover for a container for storing a sample that can prevent contamination.
- the present invention includes a cover body including a cylindrical side portion and a bottom portion coupled to one end of the side portion, and detachably screwed to one open side of a container into which one or more sample collection swabs are inserted; It protrudes from the bottom toward the container.
- an insert-coupled portion in which an internal space is formed to insert and engage one or more stick portions of the sample collection swab into the internal space;
- a separation prevention unit provided in the insertion coupling portion to prevent the stick portions from being separated from the insertion coupling portion by engaging with the stick portion when the cover body is coupled to the container, wherein the insertion coupling portion includes: , When the container is coupled to the cover body, the stick parts are fitted and coupled to an arbitrary position in the inner space, and the separation preventing part includes a locking part formed along the inner surface and protruding from the inner surface of the insertion coupling part , When the cover body is screwed into the container, the stick portion may be inserted and guided toward the lower surface of the cover body along the hooking portion to be fitted.
- the container cover for specimen storage can store a plurality of swabs from which specimens are collected from two or more body parts of a test subject in one specimen collection container, thereby significantly reducing work such as writing test subject information. Since the number of kits for sample collection and storage can be reduced, the space occupied during storage can be reduced and easier storage and management are possible.
- sample storage container cover does not require the examiner to perform a separate operation of removing the sample collection swabs from the sample container using tweezers, etc. It is configured to be removed from the storage container to prevent unnecessary contamination, and it eliminates the need to take out the sample collection swab and sterilize tools such as tweezers, eliminating the hassle of work and improving workability. have.
- sample storage container cover secures fastening force with the sample storage container and improves airtightness and sealing power through the airtight part, thereby preventing leakage of the sample medium and contamination from the outside.
- the cover of the container for storing a sample according to the present invention has a simple structure and can reduce the number of parts required, thereby reducing manufacturing cost and being economical.
