如图1a至图15所示,本申请实施例的电子设备,包括第一本体21、第二本体22、第一音腔壳体41、第二音腔壳体42、柔性显示屏10、驱动机构以及扬声器模组,第一本体21与第二本体22滑动连接,柔性显示屏10的第一端与第一本体21固定连接,柔性显示屏10的第二端与第二本体22滑动配合,柔性显示屏10的第二端可以运动,驱动机构与第一本体21连接,驱动机构驱动第一本体21以及柔性显示屏10运动以使电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换。第一音腔壳体41与第一本体21固定连接,第二音腔壳体42与第二本体22固定连接,驱动机构驱动第一本体21运动的情况下,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42可以相对运动。第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42配合可以形成容纳腔,扬声器模组可以设置在容纳腔内,扬声器模组可以与第一音腔壳体41固定连接,容纳腔可以构成扬声器模组的第一音腔,第一音腔可以为密闭的音腔。电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换的过程中,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42可相对运动,通过第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42之间的相对运动,可以改变第一音腔的体积。
如图1a至图1d所示,在第一本体21与第二本体22相对移动的情况下第一本体21带动柔性显示屏10处于展开状态或收拢状态,比如,在第一本体21与第二本体22相对远离移动的情况下第一本体21带动柔性显示屏10展开,以增大柔性显示屏10的显示面积;在第一本体21与第二本体22相对靠近移动的情况下第一本体21带动柔性显示屏10收拢,以使得柔性显示屏10收起。
其中,驱动机构可以包括:第一支架31与第二支架32,第一本体21与第一支架31连接,第二本体22与第二支架32连接,第一音腔壳体41与第一支架31连接,第二音腔壳体42与第二支架32连接;在第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动的情况下,第一支架31带动第一本体21以及柔性显示屏10运动以使电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换,且带动第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42相对运动以改变第一音腔的体积。第一支架31与第二支架32可相对运动,在第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动过程中可以带动 第一本体21与第二本体22相对运动,第一本体21与第二本体22相对运动的情况下也可以带动第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动,比如,第一支架31与第二支架32相对远离运动的情况下可以带动第一本体21与第二本体22相对远离,第一支架31与第二支架32相对靠近运动的情况下可以带动第一本体21与第二本体22相对靠近运动。
第一音腔壳体41与第一支架31连接,第一音腔壳体41可以通过定位柱和双面胶固定连接在第一支架31上,第二音腔壳体42与第二支架32连接,第二音腔壳体42可以通过定位柱和双面胶固定连接在第二支架32上,第一音腔壳体41上可以设有具有开口的第一腔室,扬声器模组的数量可以为多个,比如两个,扬声器模组可以设在第一腔室43中,通过第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42配合构成第一音腔。在第一本体21与第二本体22相对运动的情况下,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42相对运动,以改变第一音腔的体积。比如,第二音腔壳体42的部分伸入第一腔室43中构成第一音腔,随着第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42的相对运动,第二音腔壳体42伸入第一腔室43中的部分的体积改变,可以使得第一音腔的体积改变,可以通过第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42的相对运动来调节第一音腔的体积,从而使得第一音腔的体积能满足不同的需求,使得音质音量达到所需的效果。
在本申请的电子设备中,通过第一本体21与第二本体22的相对运动可以使得柔性显示屏10处于展开状态或收拢状态,以便根据需要使得柔性显示屏10展开或收拢,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42配合形成容纳腔,容纳腔构成扬声器模组的第一音腔,电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换的过程中,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42可相对运动,以改变第一音腔的体积。第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42可以相对运动,通过第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42的相对运动可以改变第一音腔的体积,比如,第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42相互远离运动的情况下可以增大第一音腔的体积,提升播放音乐的音效,同时降低扬声器模组的功耗。第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42相互靠近运动的情况下可以减小第一音腔的体积,可以根据需要改变第一音腔的体积,以便第一音腔43的体积满足不同的需要,保证不同情况下的音质和音量效果,提高用户的使用体验。
在一些实施例中,第一音腔壳体41上设有具有第一开口的第一腔室43,扬声器模组可以设置于第一腔室43中,容纳腔可以包括第一腔室43,第二音腔壳体42的一端可以通过第一开口伸入第一腔室43中,在第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42相对运动的过程中,第二音腔壳体42的一端在第一腔室43中朝向第一腔室43的内部或外部运动,通过第二音腔壳体42的一端在第一腔室43中的运动,可以改变第二音腔壳体42的一端伸入在第一腔室43中的长度,进而可以改变第一音腔的体积。
在另一些实施例中,第二音腔壳体42的一端可以设有具有第二开口的第二腔室44,比如,在第二音腔壳体42的一端的端部可以设有具有第二开口的第二腔室44,第二音腔壳体42的具有第二开口的一端可以通过第一开口伸入第一腔室43中,第二腔室44的第二开口可以位于第二音腔壳体42的一端的端部,第一腔室43与第二腔室44连通,第一腔室43与第二腔室44构成第一音腔,通过第二音腔壳体42的一端在第一腔室43中的运动,可以改变第二音腔壳体42的一端伸入在第一腔室43中的长度,进而可以改变第一腔室43与第二腔室44构成的第一音腔的体积。
在本申请的实施例中,第二音腔壳体42的一端的外侧壁上可以设有密封体45,密封体45可以止抵第一腔室43的内侧壁,第二音腔壳体42的一端在第一腔室43中运动过程中,通过密封体45可以保证第二音腔壳体42的一端的外侧壁与第一腔室43的内侧壁之间的密封性,保证第一音腔的密封性,密封体45可以为硅胶圈,保持第一音腔伸展前后始终是一个密封的腔体。
在本申请的一些实施例中,电子设备还可以包括:连接体46,连接体46上可以设有连接腔,连接腔可以沿连接体46的长度方向贯穿,连接腔的体积可以调节,连接体46的长度可以调节,第一音腔壳体41的一端与连接体46的一端连接,第一腔室43与连接腔连通,第二音腔壳体42的一端设有第二腔室44,第二音腔壳体42的一端与连接体46的另一端连接,第二腔室44与连接腔连通,第一腔室43、第二腔室44和连接腔构成第一音腔,由于连接腔的体积可以调节,进而可以调节第一音腔的体积。通过连接体46的长度调节可以改变连接腔的长度和体积,进而改变第一音腔的体积。连接体46可以为在长度方向上可伸缩的橡胶材料件,以便于在长度改变的时候具有缓冲 作用,防止第二音腔壳体42的一端与第一音腔壳体41之间的碰撞,防止碰撞时产生噪音。第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42之间通过可伸缩的连接体46连接,可以通过软胶体胶粘成一体,保持连接体46伸展前后第一音腔始终是一个密封的腔体,保持音腔的密封性。
根据一些实施例,如图6、图7、图9、图10、图12和图13所示,扬声器模组可以包括第一扬声器模组51,第一扬声器模组51的数量可以为一个或多个,比如一个,第一音腔壳体41上设有与第一扬声器模组51的出音通道连通的第一通孔,第一音腔壳体41的靠近第一本体21的一侧可以设有第一密封结构47,第一密封结构47可以为橡胶材料件,第一密封结构47可以围绕第一通孔的边沿延伸围合成第二音腔,第一密封结构47可以止抵第一本体21的一侧,如图5至图7、图9、图14和图15所示,第一本体21上与第二音腔对应的位置设有第一出音孔23,第一通孔可以与第二音腔连通,第一出音孔23与第二音腔可以连通,第一扬声器模组51发出的声音可以通过第二音腔后从第一出音孔23传出。
根据另一些实施例,如图6、图7、图9、图10、图12和图13所示,扬声器模组可以包括第二扬声器模组52,第二扬声器模组52的数量可以为一个或多个,比如一个,第二音腔壳体42上设有与第二扬声器模组52的出音通道连通的第二通孔,第一音腔壳体41的靠近第一本体21的一侧可以设有第二密封结构48,第二密封结构48可以为橡胶材料件,第二密封结构48围绕所述第二通孔的边沿延伸围合成第三音腔,第二密封结构48可以止抵第一本体21的一侧,如图5至图7、图9、图14和图15所示,第一本体21上与第三音腔对应的位置可以设有第二出音孔24,第二通孔可以与第三音腔连通,第二出音孔24与第三音腔可以连通,第二扬声器模组52发出的声音可以通过第三音腔后从第二出音孔24传出。
在本申请的实施例中,柔性显示屏10的第二端可运动地设在第二本体22上,在电子设备处于展开状态的情况下,柔性显示屏10的第二端避让第二出音孔24,使得第二扬声器模组52发出的声音可以通过第三音腔后从第二出音孔24传出,以满足在柔性显示屏10展开时的音量的需求。在电子设备处于收拢状态的情况下,柔性显示屏10的第二端遮挡第二出音孔24,电 子设备处于收拢状态的情况下,第二扬声器模组52可以不发声,此时,可以通过柔性显示屏10的第二端遮挡第二出音孔24,使得第二出音孔24处于封闭状态,与外部不连通。如图14和图15所示,柔性显示屏10的第二端可设置避让孔14,在电子设备处于展开状态的情况下,柔性显示屏10的第二端的避让孔14与第二出音孔24对应,使得第二扬声器模组52发出的声音可以通过第三音腔后从第二出音孔24传出。在电子设备处于收拢状态的情况下,柔性显示屏10的第二端的避让孔14避开第二出音孔24,通过柔性显示屏10的第二端的非开孔区域遮挡第二出音孔24,使得第二出音孔24处于封闭状态,与外部不连通。
在应用过程中,电子设备处于收拢状态的情况下,电子设备整体体积小,第一扬声器模组51可以发声,第一音腔处于收拢状态,便于使用者把持和收纳,体现最基本的显示功能和扬声器音腔体积,满足普通场景的播放和音质水平。在打开此电子设备使用的过程中,电子设备处于展开状态的情况下,此时第一扬声器模组51与第二扬声器模组52可以同时发声,实现双扬声器的立体声外放功能,同时第一音腔的体积也被扩展,电子设备在此状态下,实现更大的显示区域和更优秀的声音播放水平,给使用者更好的视听体验。第一扬声器模组51与第二扬声器模组52可以同时工作,音量可以成倍增加,通过处理可以整合为立体音效,极大的提升外放音乐的质量,对比单扬声器的手机形成明显优势。
可选地,柔性显示屏10的第二端的至少部分设置于第二密封结构48与第二本体22之间,柔性显示屏10的第二端运动过程中在第二密封结构48与第二本体22之间运动,通过第二密封结构48可以使得柔性显示屏10的第二端在运动过程中,第三音腔具有一定的密封性,保证音质效果。
可选地,第二扬声器模组52与第一扬声器模组51可以间隔设置,第二扬声器模组52与第一扬声器模组51在第一腔室中可以沿着第一音腔壳体41与第二音腔壳体42运动的方向间隔设置,以便于柔性显示屏10的第二端在运动过程中,柔性显示屏10的第二端可以遮挡或避让第二出音孔24。
在本申请的实施例中,如图2所示,第一支架31上设有朝向第二支架32延伸的导槽33,第一支架31上设有多个相互平行的导槽33,第二支架32 上设有朝向第一支架31延伸的导轨34,第二支架32上设有多个相互平行的导轨34,导轨34设在导槽33中,每个导轨34可以设在对应的导槽33中,第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动的情况下导轨34在导槽33中运动,使得第一支架31与第二支架32可以稳定地相对运动。
在本申请的实施例中,柔性显示屏10的第一端可以位于第一支架31的一侧,柔性显示屏10的第二端位于第一支架31的另一侧,使得柔性显示屏10可以处于卷绕状态,便于柔性显示屏10的展开或收拢,减小空间的占用。
在一些实施例中,电子设备还可以包括:驱动结构,驱动结构与第一支架31与第二支架32中的至少一个连接,驱动结构可驱动第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动,通过驱动结构可以驱动第一支架31与第二支架32相对远离运动,驱动结构可以驱动第一支架31与第二支架32相对靠近运动。
在另一些实施例中,如图2所示,驱动结构可以包括驱动电机60、传动轴61、驱动齿轮62、传送带63,其中,传动轴61的一端与驱动电机60连接,通过驱动电机60可以驱动传动轴61转动,驱动齿轮62可以设在传动轴61的另一端,通过传动轴61可以带动驱动齿轮62转动,驱动齿轮62与传送带63连接,比如,驱动齿轮62可以与传送带63上的键齿啮合传动连接,且驱动齿轮62可以驱动传送带63运动。驱动结构可以包括减速箱67,减速箱67与驱动电机60连接,通过减速箱67可以对驱动电机60的输出转速进行减速。传送带63可以为环状传送带,驱动结构还可以包括传动齿轮64,传送带63可以套在驱动齿轮62与传动齿轮64上,通过驱动齿轮62的转动可以带动传送带63转动,通过传动齿轮64可以使得传送带63稳定平衡地转动。传送带63和第一支架31与第二支架32中的至少一个连接,在传送带63运动的情况下通过传送带63可以带动第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动,使得第一支架31与第二支架32可以相对远离或靠近运动。
在一些实施例中,电子设备还包括:控制结构,控制结构与驱动机构电连接,控制结构可以用于控制驱动机构,以驱动第一本体21以及柔性显示屏10运动,以使电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换。
在本申请的实施例中,如图2所示,电子设备还可以包括:控制结构,控制结构与驱动结构电连接,控制结构控制驱动结构驱动第一支架31与第二 支架32相对运动。控制结构可以包括主板65,主板65与驱动结构电连接,主板65可以控制驱动结构驱动第一支架31与第二支架32相对运动,使得第一支架31与第二支架32可以相对远离或靠近运动。电子设备还可以包括:供电模组66,供电模组66可以与主板65以及驱动结构电连接,从而为主板65以及驱动结构供电。
在实际应用过程中,如图3所示,柔性显示屏10可以包括层叠设置的盖板11、柔性显示板12、柔性支撑板13。其中,柔性显示板12、柔性支撑板13上固定位置可以设置前摄开孔,以便于摄像模组的设置。盖板11主要用于保护柔性显示板12,柔性支撑板13可以与驱动结构连接,通过驱动结构可以带动柔性支撑板13,实现柔性显示屏10的展开或收拢,在第一支架31与第二支架32相对靠近运动的情况下可以带动第一本体21与第二本体22相对运动,进而带动柔性显示屏10的展开或收拢。在柔性支撑板13上可以设置轮齿,在传送带63上可以设置轮齿,通过柔性支撑板13上的轮齿与传送带63上的轮齿之间的啮合可以传动。还可以根据实际情况选择其他的传动方式。
在应用过程中,电子设备可以包括数码电子设备,例如,手机、电子书、平板电脑等设备。通过本申请中的电子设备可以实现双扬声器的立体声外放功能,同时扬声器的音腔也可以扩展,可以实现更大的显示区域和更优秀的声音播放水平,给使用者更好的视听体验。

  1. 一种电子设备,包括:第一本体、第二本体、第一音腔壳体、第二音腔壳体、柔性显示屏、驱动机构以及扬声器模组;
    所述第一本体与所述第二本体滑动连接;
    所述柔性显示屏的第一端与所述第一本体固定连接,所述柔性显示屏的第二端与所述第二本体滑动配合;
    所述驱动机构与所述第一本体连接,所述驱动机构驱动所述第一本体以及所述柔性显示屏运动以使所述电子设备在收拢状态与展开状态之间切换;
    所述第一音腔壳体与所述第一本体固定连接,所述第二音腔壳体与所述第二本体固定连接;
    所述第一音腔壳体与所述第二音腔壳体配合形成容纳腔,所述扬声器模组设置在所述容纳腔内并与所述第一音腔壳体固定连接,所述容纳腔构成所述扬声器模组的第一音腔;

  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一音腔壳体上设有具有第一开口的第一腔室,所述扬声器模组设置于所述第一腔室中,所述容纳腔包括所述第一腔室,所述第二音腔壳体的一端通过所述第一开口伸入所述第一腔室中,所述第一音腔壳体与所述第二音腔壳体相对运动的过程中,所述第二音腔壳体的一端在所述第一腔室中朝向所述第一腔室的内部或外部运动。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二音腔壳体的一端设有具有第二开口的第二腔室,所述第二音腔壳体的具有所述第二开口的一端通过所述第一开口伸入所述第一腔室中,所述第一腔室与所述第二腔室连通,所述第一腔室与所述第二腔室构成所述第一音腔。
  4. 根据权利要求2或3所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二音腔壳体的一端的外侧壁上设有密封体,所述密封体止抵所述第一腔室的内侧壁。
  5. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,还包括:
    连接体,所述连接体上设有连接腔,所述连接腔的体积可调节;
    所述第一音腔壳体的一端与所述连接体的一端连接,所述第一腔室与所述连接腔连通;
    所述第二音腔壳体的一端设有第二腔室,所述第二音腔壳体的一端与所述连接体的另一端连接,所述第二腔室与所述连接腔连通,所述第一腔室、所述第二腔室和所述连接腔构成所述第一音腔。
  6. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述扬声器模组包括第一扬声器模组,所述第一音腔壳体上设有与所述第一扬声器模组的出音通道连通的第一通孔,所述第一音腔壳体的靠近所述第一本体的一侧设有第一密封结构,所述第一密封结构围绕所述第一通孔的边沿延伸围合成第二音腔,所述第一本体上与所述第二音腔对应的位置设有第一出音孔,所述第一出音孔与所述第二音腔连通。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其中,所述扬声器模组包括第二扬声器模组,所述第二音腔壳体上设有与所述第二扬声器模组的出音通道连通的第二通孔,所述第一音腔壳体的靠近所述第一本体的一侧设有第二密封结构,所述第二密封结构围绕所述第二通孔的边沿延伸围合成第三音腔,所述第一本体上与所述第三音腔对应的位置设有第二出音孔,所述第二出音孔与所述第三音腔连通;
    在所述电子设备处于所述展开状态的情况下,所述柔性显示屏的第二端避让所述第二出音孔;
    在所述电子设备处于所述收拢状态的情况下,所述柔性显示屏的第二端遮挡所述第二出音孔。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述柔性显示屏的第二端的至少部分设置于所述第二密封结构与所述第二本体之间。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第二扬声器模组与所述第一扬声器模组间隔设置。
  10. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述驱动机构包括:
    第一支架与第二支架,所述第一本体与所述第一支架连接,所述第二本体与所述第二支架连接,所述第一音腔壳体与所述第一支架连接,所述第二 音腔壳体与所述第二支架连接;
    在所述第一支架与所述第二支架相对运动的情况下,所述第一支架带动所述第一本体以及所述柔性显示屏运动以使所述电子设备在所述收拢状态与所述展开状态之间切换,且带动所述第一音腔壳体与所述第二音腔壳体相对运动以改变所述第一音腔的体积;和/或
    所述电子设备还包括:
    控制结构,所述控制结构与所述驱动机构电连接,所述控制结构用于控制所述驱动机构,以驱动所述第一本体以及所述柔性显示屏运动。
