技术领域
本申请涉及电子技术领域,特别涉及一种扬声器组件及电子设备。
背景技术
电子设备通常设置有扬声器,通过该扬声器可以接收语音或播放音频等。扬声器通过电流驱动磁场中的线圈,再由线圈带动振膜震动发出声音。
发明内容
本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,包括:
第一载体;
第二载体,所述第二载体可相对于所述第一载体运动,且所述第二载体与所述第一载体形成收容空间;以及
扬声器组件,包括箱体和扬声器模组,所述箱体容置于所述收容空间,所述箱体具有可移动连接的主体部和移动部,所述主体部与所述第一载体连接,所述主体部设置有第一容纳空间,所述移动部部分容置于所述第一容纳空间且与所述第二载体连接,所述扬声器模组设置在所述主体部上;
当所述第一载体和所述第二载体相对运动时,可带动所述主体部和所述移动部相对运动以使得所述移动部的一部分伸出所述第一容纳空间。
本申请实施例提供一种扬声器组件,其中,包括:

本申请实施例提供一种电子设备,包括:
第一载体;
第二载体,所述第二载体可相对于所述第一载体运动,且所述第二载体与所述第一载体形成收容空间;以及
扬声器组件,包括箱体和扬声器模组,所述箱体容置于所述收容空间,所述箱体具有可移动连接的主体部和移动部,所述主体部与所述第一载体连接,所述主体部设置有第一容纳空间,所述移动部部分容置于所述第一容纳空间且与所述第二载体连接,所述扬声器模组设置在所述主体部上;
当所述第一载体和所述第二载体相对运动时,可带动所述主体部和所述移动部相对运动以使得所述移动部的一部分伸出所述第一容纳空间。
本申请实施例的第一载体和第二载体可相对运动,扬声器组件中箱体具有可移动连接的主体部和移动部,主体部与第一载体连接,移动部与第二载体连接,使得第一载体和第二载体相对运动时可以带动主体部和移动部相对运动,以使得所述移动部的一部分伸出所述第一容纳空间或收拢至所述第一容纳空间,从而使得扬声器组件的整体体积可增大,提高扬声器组件的音频播放效果。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述主体部设置有通孔,所述通孔与所述第一容纳空间连通,所述移动部穿过所述通孔,所述移动部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述第一容纳空间连通,所述凹槽与所述第一容纳空间用于共同作为所述扬声器模组的后腔。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述通孔的孔壁还设置有密封件。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述箱体还包括至少一个导向结构,所述至少一个导向结构设置在所述第一容纳空间,且在所述移动部的一部分位于所述第一容纳空间时,所述至少一个导向结构与所述移动部抵接。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述至少一个导向部包括第一导向结构和第二导向结构,所述第一导向结构与所述第二导向结构沿垂直于所述移动部的移动方向相对设置,且所述第一导向结构与所述第二导向结构均与所述移动部抵接。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述移动部包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分靠近所述隔板设置,所述第二部分远离所述隔板设置,所述第一部分与所述第一导向结构抵接,所述第二部分与所述第二导向结构抵接。

本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述第一载体设置有开口,所述出音孔与所述第一载体的开口连通,以将所述扬声器模组所发出的声音通过所述第一载体的开口传输至所述第一载体外部。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述第一载体设置有开口,所述出音孔采用出音管道与所述开口连通,使得所述扬声器模组所发出的声音通过所述出音孔、所述出音管道和所述开口一起传输至所述第一载体外部。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述扬声器组件还包括盖板,所述盖板盖设在所述主体部上以将所述扬声器模组封装在所述第二容纳空间内。
本申请一种可选的实施例中,所述盖板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分盖设在所述主体部上以封堵所述第二容纳空间,所述第二部分设置有开孔,所述第二部分盖设在所述主体部上以将所述扬声器封堵在所述第二容纳空间内,且所述扬声器模组的一部分与所述开孔在沿垂直于所述移动部的移动方向上相对设置,以将所述扬声器模组的一部分裸露在外。

请参阅图1至图2,图1为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的第一结构示意图,图2为本申请实施例提供的电子设备的第二结构示意图。电子设备诸如图1的电子设备20可为计算设备诸如膝上型计算机、包含嵌入式计算机的计算机监视器、平板电脑、蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、或其他手持式或便携式电子设备、较小的设备(诸如腕表设备、挂式设备、耳机或听筒设备、被嵌入在眼镜中的设备或者佩戴在用户的头部上的其他设备,或其他可佩戴式或微型设备)、电视机、不包含嵌入式计算机的计算机显示器、游戏设备、导航设备、嵌入式系统(诸如其中具有显示器的电子设备被安装在信息亭或汽车中的系统)、实现这些设备中的两个或更多个设备的功能的设备、或其他电子设备。在图1的示例性配置中,电子设备20是便携式设备,诸如蜂窝电话、媒体播放器、平板电脑、或者其他便携式计算设备。如果需要,其他配置可用于电子设备20。图1的示例仅是示例性的。
电子设备20可包括第一载体100和第二载体200。第一载体100和第二载体200可移动的连接以使得第一载体100和第二载体200在彼此靠近或彼此远离的方向上相对运动,从而可以实现在展开状态和收拢状态之间的切换。其中,收拢状态可以参阅图1,即第一载体100和第二载体200在彼此靠近的方向上相对运动而最终形成的状态。其中,展开状态可以参阅图2,即第一载体100和第二载体200在彼此远离的方向上相对运动而形成的状态。
可以理解的是,第一载体100和第二载体200可以沿电子设备的长度方向进行相对运动以实现电子设备20的纵向拉伸。其中,纵向抽拉指的是沿平行于电子设备20的显示方向进行抽拉的方式。如此,可以对电子设备20的屏幕显示区域的大小进行自由调节,在需要使用大屏幕时可以扩展电子设备20的显示部分与提高用户的操作体验,同时,在不需要使用大屏幕时,可以不对显示部分进行扩展,从而使得整机尺寸较小,方便携带。
需要说明的是,第一载体100和第二载体200的展开状态可以有多种,诸如第一载体100和第二载体200在彼此远离方向的最大运动距离是H,第一载体100和第二载体200可以在收拢状态进行相互远离的运动,以达到四分之一H、二分之一H、四分之三H等距离形成不同距离的展开状态。可以将距离逐渐变远的状态依次定义为第一展开状态、第二展开状态、第三展开状态等。
还需要说明的是,当第一载体100和第二载体200处于第一展开状态时,诸如第一载体100和第二载体200处于第一展开状态所相对远离运动的距离为四分之一H,第一载体100和第二载体200仍然可以进行相互远离运动,以达到第二展开状态,诸如第一载体100和第二载体200处于第二展开状态所相对远离运动的距离为二分之一H。
可以理解的是,本申请实施例第一载体100和第二载体200的一种或多种展开状态仅为举例说明,并不构成对本申请实施例第一载体100和第二载体200的展开状态的限制。
第一载体100和第二载体200之间可以形成一个收容空间300,收容空间300可以容置电子设备20的扬声器组件400、电池、电路板或者其他器件。
结合图3和图4所示,图3为图1所示电子设备中扬声器组件的第一种结构示意图,图4为图1所示电子设备中扬声器组件的第二种结构示意图。扬声器组件400可以包括箱体420和扬声器模组440,箱体420可以容置在收容空间300,箱体420可以具有可移动连接的主体部422和移动部424,主体部422与第一载体100连接,主体部422设置有第一容纳空间4221,移动部424设置在第一容纳空间4221,且移动部424与第二载体200连接,扬声器模组440设置在主体部422上。当第一载体100和第二载体200相对运动时,可以带动主体部422和移动部424相对运动以使得主体部422和移动部424相对运动,以使得移动部424的一部分可伸出第一容纳空间4221或者收拢至第一容纳空间4221。
可以理解的是,当第一载体100和第二载体200从收拢状态切换至展开状态时,第一载体100和第二载体200可以朝相互远离的方向发生相对运动,由于主体部422与第一载体100连接以使得主体部422可跟随第一载体100一起运动,移动部424与第二载体200连接以使得移动部424可以跟随第二载体200一起运动,实现主体部422和移动部424朝相对远离的方向运动以使得移动部424伸出第一容纳空间4221,增加扬声器组件400的体积,如图4所示。相对于相关技术中固定体积的扬声器,本申请实施例可以通过改变移动部424和主体部422之间的相对位置而增大扬声器组件400的体积,从而提高扬声器组件400的音频播放效果。当第一载体100和第二载体200从展开状态切换至收拢状态时,第一载体100和第二载体200可以朝相互靠近的方向发生相对运动,此时主体部422和移动部424可以跟随第一载体100和第二载体200的相对运动而朝相互靠近的方向相对运动,以使得移动部424收拢至第一容纳空间4221,使得扬声器组件400恢复原状,如图3所示。
在实际应用中,用户可以根据自身需求调整扬声器组件400的状态,比如当用户在浏览或回复消息、查看新闻页面或天气、或者其他对扬声器组件400的发声效果要求不高的应用场景下,此时用户可以通过调整第一载体100和第二载体200以使得第一载体100和第二载体200处于收拢状态,从而使得扬声器组件400中的移动部424收拢至第一容纳空间4221的内部。当用户在观看视频、打游戏或其他对扬声器组件400的发声效果的要求较高的应用场景下,用户可以通过调整第一载体100和第二载体200以使得第一载体100和第二载体200处于展开状态,从而使得扬声器组件400中的一部分伸出第一容纳空间4221 的外部,以提高扬声器组件400的发声效果。
如图5所示,图5为图4所示扬声器组件中移动部的第二种结构示意图。移动部424还设置有多个限位结构,多个限位结构与主体部422抵接以将移动部424的一部分限位在第一容纳空间4221。可以理解的是,移动部424在移动的过程中可能由于移动幅度过大而将移动部424的整体移动至第一容纳空间外而使得移动部424脱离于主体部422,从而导致扬声器模组440的后腔的封闭效果失效,本申请实施例的多个限位结构通过与主体部422配合连接以将移动部424的一部分限位在第一容纳空间4221,可以防止移动部424与主体部422脱离。比如移动部424的一侧设置有第一限位结构412,移动部424的另一侧设置有第二限位结构414,移动部424的另一侧与移动部424的一侧相对设置。第一限位结构412与主体部422中靠近扬声器模组440的一部分抵接,第二限位结构414与主体部422中背离扬声器模组440的一部分抵接,第一限位结构412和第二限位结构414共同对移动部424的两侧进行限位,以使得移动部424的一部分限位在第一容纳空间4221。
如图6和图7所示,图6为图4所述扬声器组件的部分结构示意图。图7为图4所示扬声器组件的爆炸结构示意图。其中,主体部422可以为规则结构,比如主体部422可以为长方体结构,主体部422可以包括底壁4222、第一侧壁4223、第二侧壁4224、第三侧壁4225和第四侧壁4226,第一侧壁4223、第二侧壁4224、第三侧壁4225和第四侧壁4226依次围设在底壁4222周缘以形成收纳空间,而且第一侧壁4223与第三侧壁4225相对设置,第二侧壁4224与第四侧壁4226相对设置。主体部422还设置有隔板4227,隔板4227设置在第一侧壁4223和第三侧壁4225之间以将主体部422的收纳空间(或者说主体部422内部)隔离成第一容纳空间4221和第二容纳空间4228,第二容纳空间4228可以用于容置扬声器模组440,第二容纳空间4228可以作为扬声器模组440的前腔。
需要说明的是,在其他实施例中,主体部422也可以为其他规则结构,比如圆柱体结构;当然,主体部422也可以为不规则结构。
主体部422还设置有通孔4229,通孔4229可以设置在第一侧壁4223上,且通孔4229与第一容纳空间4221连通。移动部424穿过通孔4229,使得移动部424的一部分可以通过通孔4229伸出至第一容纳空间4221,或者使得移动部424可以通过通孔4229收拢至第一容纳空间4221。
移动部424还设置有凹槽4241,凹槽4241与第一容纳空间4221连通,凹槽4241与第一容纳空间4221共同作为扬声器模组440的后腔。扬声器模组440的后腔指的是扬声器模组440中的振膜背向扬声器模组440的出音孔一侧的腔体,扬声器模组440中的振膜朝 向扬声器模组440的出音孔一侧的腔体为扬声器模组440的前腔。扬声器模组440的低音播放音效与扬声器模组440的后腔的体积有关,当扬声器模组440的后腔的体积越大,扬声器模组440的低音播放音效越好;当扬声器模组440的后腔的体积越小,扬声器模组440的低音播放音效越差。本申请实施例的移动部424的凹槽4241与第一容纳空间4221共同作为扬声器模组440的后腔,当移动部424收拢至第一容纳空间4221的内部时,扬声器模组440的后腔相当于第一容纳空间4221的体积,而当移动部424的一部分伸出至第一容纳空间4221的外部时,移动部424的凹槽4241的一部分位于第一容纳空间4221的外部,此时扬声器模组440的后腔相当于第一容纳空间4221的体积与凹槽4241中位于第一容纳空间4221的体积的总和,从而使得扬声器模组440的后腔体积增大,可以提高扬声器模组440的低音播放音效。
请继续参阅7,扬声器组件400还可以包括密封件460,密封件460设置在通孔4229的孔壁上,且位于通孔4229的孔壁与移动部424之间,密封件460可以密封通孔4229的孔壁和移动部424之间的缝隙,以确保第一容纳空间4221的密封效果。密封件460可以为硅胶圈、橡胶圈、塑胶圈或者其他可起到密封作用的材质制成的密封结构。
结合图7、图8和图9所示,图8为图1所示电子设备中扬声器组件的第三种结构示意图,图9为图8所示扬声器组件沿P-P方向的剖面结构示意图。箱体420还可以包括至少一个导向结构426,至少一个导向结构426设置在第一容纳空间4221,且当移动部424的一部分位于第一容纳空间4221时,至少一个导向结构426与移动部424抵接,至少一个导向结构426可以对移动部424的移动路径进行导向,使得移动部424按照预设的路径移动出第一容纳空间4221或者移动回第一容纳空间4221。比如,箱体420可以包括第一导向结构4262和第二导向结构4264,第一导向结构4262和第二导向结构4264沿垂直于移动部424的移动方向相对设置,而且第一导向结构4262与第二导向结构4264均与移动部424抵接,比如移动部424可以包括第一部分和第二部分,第一部分靠近隔板4227设置,第二部分远离隔板4227设置,第一部分与第一导向结构4262抵接,第二部分与第二导向结构4264抵接。
需要说明的是,至少一个导向结构426也可以包括一个导向结构,一个导向结构可以设置在第一容纳空间4221的中间位置且与移动部424的中间位置抵接。当然,至少一个导向结构426也可以包括三个导向结构、四个导向结构或者其他数量的导向结构。
如图10所示,图10为图4所示扬声器组件的部分结构示意图。主体部422设置有多个出音孔428,出音孔428与第二容纳空间4228连通,以将扬声器模组440所发出的声音 传输至电子设备20外部。比如第一载体100可以设置有开口,出音孔428与第一载体100的开口连通,以将扬声器模组440所发出的声音通过第一载体100的开口传输至第一载体100外部。也可以采用出音管道将出音孔428和第一载体100的开口连通,使得扬声器模组440所发出的声音可以通过出音孔428、出音管道和第一载体100的开口一起传输至第一载体10外部。
如图7所示,扬声器组件还包括盖板480,盖板480盖设在主体部422上以将移动部424封堵在第一容纳空间4221,并将扬声器模组440封堵在第二容纳空间4228。其中,盖板480可以包括第一部分482和第二部分484,第一部分482盖设在主体部422上以封堵第二容纳空间4228,第二部分484设置有开孔486,第二部分484盖设在主体部422上以将所述扬声器封堵在所述第二容纳空间4428内,而且扬声器模组440的一部分与开孔486在沿垂直于移动部424的移动方向上相对设置,以将扬声器模组440的一部分裸露在外。
如图5和图6所示,主体部422设置有第一固定结构492,第一固定结构492与第一载体100连接,比如可以通过粘接、焊接、螺接的方式或其他方式实现。移动部424设置有第二固定结构494,第二固定结构494与第二载体200连接,比如可以通过粘接、焊接、螺接的方式或其他方式实现,其中第二固定结构494与第二载体200的连接方式和第一固定结构492与第一载体100的连接方式可以相同,也可以不同。
需要说明的是,电子设备20的抽拉方式并不限于此。本申请实施例提供的电子设备20的抽拉方式可以为横向抽拉,横向抽拉指的是沿平行于电子设备20的显示方向进行抽拉的方式。

  1. 一种电子设备,其中,包括:
    第一载体;
    第二载体,所述第二载体可相对于所述第一载体运动,且所述第二载体与所述第一载体形成收容空间;以及
    扬声器组件,包括箱体和扬声器模组,所述箱体容置于所述收容空间,所述箱体具有可移动连接的主体部和移动部,所述主体部与所述第一载体连接,所述主体部设置有第一容纳空间,所述移动部部分容置于所述第一容纳空间且与所述第二载体连接,所述扬声器模组设置在所述主体部上;
    当所述第一载体和所述第二载体相对运动时,可带动所述主体部和所述移动部相对运动以使得所述移动部的一部分伸出所述第一容纳空间。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述主体部设置有通孔,所述通孔与所述第一容纳空间连通,所述移动部穿过所述通孔,所述移动部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述第一容纳空间连通,所述凹槽与所述第一容纳空间用于共同作为所述扬声器模组的后腔。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述通孔的孔壁还设置有密封件。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的电子设备,其中,所述箱体还包括至少一个导向结构,所述至少一个导向结构设置在所述第一容纳空间,且在所述移动部的一部分位于所述第一容纳空间时,所述至少一个导向结构与所述移动部抵接。
  5. 根据权利要求4所述的电子设备,其中,所述至少一个导向部包括第一导向结构和第二导向结构,所述第一导向结构与所述第二导向结构沿垂直于所述移动部的移动方向相对设置,且所述第一导向结构与所述第二导向结构均与所述移动部抵接。
  6. 根据权利要求1所述的电子设备,其中,所述主体部设置有第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间与所述第一容纳空间相互隔离,所述扬声器模组设置在所述第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间用于作为所述扬声器模组的前腔。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其中,所述主体部设置有多个出音孔,所述多个出音孔与所述第二容纳空间连通以将所述扬声器模组所发出的声音传输至所述电子设备外。
  8. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一载体设置有开口,所述出音孔与所述第一载体的开口连通,以将所述扬声器模组所发出的声音通过所述第一载体的开口传输至所述第一载体外部。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的电子设备,其中,所述第一载体设置有开口,所述出音孔采用出音管道与所述开口连通,使得所述扬声器模组所发出的声音通过所述出音孔、所述出音管道和所述开口一起传输至所述第一载体外部。
  10. 根据权利要求6所述的电子设备,其中,所述扬声器组件还包括盖板,所述盖板盖设在所述主体部上以将所述扬声器模组封装在所述第二容纳空间内。
  11. 根据权利要求10所述的电子设备,其中,所述盖板包括第一部分和第二部分,所述第一部分盖设在所述主体部上以封堵所述第二容纳空间,所述第二部分设置有开孔,所述第二部分盖设在所述主体部上以将所述扬声器封堵在所述第二容纳空间内,且所述扬声器模组的一部分与所述开孔在沿垂直于所述移动部的移动方向上相对设置,以将所述扬声器模组的一部分裸露在外。
  12. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子设备,其中,所述主体部设置有第一固定结构,所述第一固定结构与所述第一载体连接,所述移动部设置有第二固定结构,所述第二固定结构与第二载体连接。
  13. 根据权利要求1至6任一项所述的电子设备,其中,所述移动部还设置有多个限位结构,当所述移动部部分伸出所述第一容纳空间时,所述多个限位结构与所述主体部抵接以将所述移动部的一部分限位在所述第一容纳空间内。
  14. 根据权利要求13所述的电子设备,其中,所述移动部的一侧设置有第一限位结构,所述移动部的另一侧设置有第二限位结构,所述移动部的另一侧与所述移动部的一侧相对设置,所述第一限位结构与所述主体部中靠近所述扬声器模组的一部分抵接,所述第二限位结构与所述主体部中背离所述扬声器模组的一部分抵接,所述第一限位结构和所述第二限位结构共同对所述移动部的两侧进行限位,以使得所述移动部的一部分限位在所述第一容纳空间。
  15. 一种扬声器组件,其中,包括:
    箱体,具有主体部和移动部,所述主体部设置有相隔离的第一容纳空间和第二容纳空间,所述移动部部分容置于所述第一容纳空间,所述移动部设置有凹槽,所述凹槽与所述第一容纳空间连通,所述主体部和所述移动部可相对运动以使得所述移动部的一部分伸出所述第一容纳空间或收拢至所述第一容纳空间;和
    扬声器模组,所述扬声器模组设置于所述第二容纳空间,所述第二容纳空间作为所述扬声器模组的前腔,所述第一容纳空间和所述凹槽共同作为所述扬声器模组的后腔。
  16. 根据权利要求15所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述主体部设置有通孔,所述通孔与 所述第一容纳空间连通,所述移动部穿过所述通孔。
  17. 根据权利要求16所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述通孔的孔壁还设置有密封件。
  18. 根据权利要求15所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述箱体还包括至少一个导向结构,所述至少一个导向结构设置在所述第一容纳空间,且在所述移动部的一部分位于所述第一容纳空间时,所述至少一个导向结构与所述移动部抵接。
  19. 根据权利要求15所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述扬声器组件还包括盖板,所述盖板盖设在所述主体部上以将所述扬声器模组封装在所述第二容纳空间内。
  20. 根据权利要求15所述的扬声器组件,其中,所述移动部还设置有多个限位结构,当所述移动部部分伸出所述第一容纳空间时,所述多个限位结构与所述主体部抵接以将所述移动部的一部分限位在所述第一容纳空间内。
