It's about the device.
- Flow-through farms are open farms that continuously pass water from the outside to the breeding grounds, and require a large amount of breeding water, which is greatly affected by the natural environment in which the farms are located.
- the aquaculture density is low, the problem of contamination of the water system due to the generation of feed waste, excrement, ammonia, and nitrogen, and the production cost is high due to low productivity per unit area.
- the circulation filtration aquaculture system has a high density aquaculture and high energy saving effect compared to the flow-through aquaculture system. This circulation filtration aquaculture system is focused on water quality management in the breeding tank.
- a breeding tank for aquaculture and suspension waste (feed scraps, excrement, etc.) generated in the breeding tank are free-falled and settled in a gravity sedimentation tank for a long time, physically treated, and then nitrogen is used in a filtration tank using aerobic microorganisms. After biologically decomposing and removing harmful gases and harmful components that are not well treated by physical methods, such as ammonia, the breeding water is supplied back to the breeding tank and continuously recycled.
