Abstract
Le but de la présente invention est de procurer un nouveau procédé pouvant réguler la croissance d'un organisme photosynthétique et de fournir une utilisation de ce procédé. La solution selon l'invention porte sur un transformant d'organisme photosynthétique exprimant une rhodopsine à pompe à protons, et sur un procédé de régulation de la croissance d'un organisme photosynthétique, le procédé comprenant les étapes suivantes : (1) obtention d'un transformant exprimant une rhodopsine à pompe à protons ; et (2) entraînement de la rhodopsine à pompe à protons par exposition du transformant à la lumière.
