Abstract

一种车钩缓冲装置安装结构,包括:双头螺柱(3),穿过车体结构(8)的安装工艺孔(7);螺母(1),旋设于双头螺柱(3)的第一端;推顶螺母(5),旋设于双头螺柱(3)第二端,并沿周向设置的若干轴向螺孔;若干推顶螺钉(6),拧入推顶螺母(5)所述周向设置的轴向螺孔,头部通过硬质垫圈(4)顶住车钩缓冲装置(9)使其夹持固定于车体结构(8)。通过双头螺柱、螺母、顶推螺母、若干顶推螺钉配合使用,实现双头螺柱从车钩侧往车体侧穿入,且在车钩缓冲装置侧紧固若干小螺钉,解决了因车体侧封闭空间小,螺栓无法从车体侧往车钩侧穿的问题。还公开了包括上述安装结构的车钩缓冲装置、轨道车辆以及缓冲装置的安装方法、拆卸方法。

Description

一种紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构 技术领域
本发明特别涉及一种紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,属于车钩缓冲装置安装结构技术领域。
背景技术
车钩缓冲装置是用于使车辆间相互连挂、传递牵引力、制动力并缓和纵向冲击力的车辆部件。它是由车钩、缓冲器、钩尾框、从板等部件所组成的一个整体,安装于车底架构端的牵引梁内。
经检索发现中国实用新型专利CN207875667U公开了一种安装板及车钩安装结构,其安装板的一侧面上设置有凹槽,凹槽用于容纳螺母且能够限制螺母的转动,凹槽的底部设置有螺栓安装孔在车体底架有限的安装空间内,无需其他工装,能快速方便的安装及拆卸车钩。专利着眼于安装板凹槽结构防止紧固件转动,并未考虑采用小安装紧固扭矩,同时其后部安装空间为通透区,并不受安装操作空间限制。
发明内容
本发明的目的主要是针对上述现有技术中的问题,提供一种紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,采用双头螺柱及顶推螺母配合的方式,实现紧凑操作空间条件下车钩缓冲装置的小紧固扭矩安装。
为了解决以上技术问题,本发明提供的紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于包括:
双头螺柱,穿过车体结构的安装工艺孔;
螺母,旋设于双头螺柱的第一端;
推顶螺母,旋设于双头螺柱第二端,并沿周向设置的若干轴向螺孔;
若干推顶螺钉,拧入推顶螺母所述周向设置的轴向螺孔,头部通过硬质垫圈顶住车钩缓冲装置使其夹持固定于车体结构。
本发明有益效果如下:
本发明通过双头螺柱、螺母、顶推螺母、若干顶推螺钉配合使用,实现双头螺柱从车钩侧往车体侧穿入,且在车钩缓冲装置侧紧固若干小螺钉(车体侧为小空腔,无法施加紧固扭矩操作),解决了因车体侧封闭空间小,螺栓无法从车体侧往车钩侧穿的问题。
小螺钉采用小紧固扭矩,其产生的若干顶推力作用于硬化垫圈,实现强大的夹紧力,同时此若干顶推力将在双头螺柱合成产生一个相同大小的拉力,实现车钩缓冲装置的安装,解决原结构采用螺栓从车钩侧往车体侧穿,须在螺栓根部施加大紧固扭矩造成的根部应力集中问题。
在双头螺柱在车钩侧预设凸头,可通过小扳手利用该凸头拆除双头螺柱,完成车钩缓冲装置的拆卸。
此外,本发明还要求保护一种车钩缓冲装置,其特征在于:通过权利要求1-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构固定于车体结构8。
本发明还要求保护一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有如权利要求1-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式做解释说明。
本实施例紧凑空间下小紧固扭矩顶推的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于包括:
M36双头螺柱3,穿过车体结构8的安装工艺孔7,双头螺柱3在车钩侧预设凸头30;
螺母1,旋设于双头螺柱3的第一端,螺母1与车体结构8之间设置有齿形垫圈2(螺母1与齿形垫圈也可采用整体件形式);
推顶螺母5,旋设于双头螺柱3第二端,并沿周向设置的若干轴向螺孔;
六个推顶螺钉6,拧入推顶螺母5所述周向设置的轴向螺孔,头部通过硬质垫圈4顶住车钩缓冲装置9使其夹持固定于车体结构8。
功能原理:
-->采用M36的双头螺柱3,通过顶推螺母5与顶推螺钉6组成进行紧固;
-->通过拧紧顶推螺钉6,产生了顶推力(轴向),此顶推力直接作用在硬质垫圈4上。每个顶推螺钉6摩擦直径小,所采用的紧固扭矩也小,但若干顶推螺钉6的顶推力合成反作用顶推螺母5,进而在双头螺柱3上形成一个较大的反作用力。
-->顶推螺钉6的顶推力、双头螺柱3的反向作用力一起,在硬质垫圈4及车钩缓冲装置、车体的连接面上产生所需的夹紧力。
-->采用齿形垫圈2,保证了车钩缓冲装置安装紧固的防松。
借助本实施例车钩缓冲装置安装结构进行轨道车辆车钩缓冲装置的安装,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、起吊车钩缓冲装置9至车体安装处;
步骤2、双头螺柱3穿过车体结构8的安装工艺孔7和车钩缓冲装置9的安装孔,将齿形垫圈2和螺母1拧在双头螺柱3的第一端;
步骤3、将硬质垫圈4从外侧套在双头螺柱3的第二端,并将顶推螺母5拧在双头螺柱3的第二端,然后依次拧紧顶推螺钉6,使顶推螺钉6抵紧车钩缓冲装置9的外端面;步骤3中使用扭力扳手拧动顶推螺钉6,固力矩约70N.m;
步骤4、核定硬质垫圈4与顶推螺母5之间的间隙值在设计范围内后,并做紧固标记。
轨道车辆车钩缓冲装置的拆卸方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、吊住车钩缓冲装置,保证其在紧固件拆除后不掉落;
步骤2、采用扭力扳手,旋松顶推螺钉6,使其脱离硬质垫圈4;
步骤3、手动旋松拆除顶推螺母5;
步骤4、旋松双头螺柱3,并移除双头螺柱3、螺母1和齿形垫圈2;
步骤5、拆卸并移除车钩缓冲装置。
除上述实施例外,本发明还可以有其他实施方式。凡采用等同替换或等效变换形成的技术方案,均落在本发明要求的保护范围。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于包括:
    双头螺柱(3),穿过车体结构(8)的安装工艺孔(7);
    螺母(1),旋设于双头螺柱(3)的第一端;
    推顶螺母(5),旋设于双头螺柱(3)第二端,并沿周向设置的若干轴向螺孔;
    若干推顶螺钉(6),拧入推顶螺母(5)所述周向设置的轴向螺孔,头部通过硬质垫圈(4)顶住车钩缓冲装置(9)使其夹持固定于车体结构(8)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于:所述螺母(1)与车体结构(8)之间设置有齿形垫圈(2)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于:所述推顶螺钉(6)有6个。
  4. 根据权利要求2所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于:所述螺母(1)与齿形垫圈为一整体件。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构,其特征在于:所述双头螺柱(3)在车钩侧预设凸头(30)。
  6. 一种车钩缓冲装置,其特征在于:通过权利要求1-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构固定于车体结构(8)。
  7. 一种轨道车辆,其特征在于:具有如权利要求1-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构。
  8. 轨道车辆车钩缓冲装置的安装方法,其特征在于:借助如权利要求2-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构进行固定,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1、起吊车钩缓冲装置(9)至车体安装处;
    步骤2、双头螺柱(3)穿过车体结构(8)的安装工艺孔(7)和车钩缓冲 装置(9)的安装孔,将齿形垫圈(2)和螺母(1)拧在双头螺柱(3)的第一端;
    步骤3、将硬质垫圈(4)从外侧套在双头螺柱(3)的第二端,并将顶推螺母(5)拧在双头螺柱(3)的第二端,然后依次拧紧顶推螺钉(6),使顶推螺钉(6)抵紧车钩缓冲装置(9)的外端面;
    步骤4、核定硬质垫圈(4)与顶推螺母(5)之间的间隙值在设计范围内后,并做紧固标记。
  9. 根据权利要求7所述的轨道车辆车钩缓冲装置的安装方法,其特征在于:步骤3中使用扭力扳手拧动顶推螺钉(6),固力矩约70N.m。
  10. 轨道车辆车钩缓冲装置的拆卸方法,其特征在于:借助如权利要求2-5任一项所述的车钩缓冲装置安装结构进行,包括以下步骤:
    步骤1、吊住车钩缓冲装置,保证其在紧固件拆除后不掉落;
    步骤2、采用扭力扳手,旋松顶推螺钉(6),使其脱离硬质垫圈(4);
    步骤3、手动旋松拆除顶推螺母(5);
    步骤4、旋松双头螺柱(3),并移除双头螺柱(3)、螺母(1)和齿形垫圈(2)、
    步骤5、拆卸并移除车钩缓冲装置。
