Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé de fermeture d'une membrane d'étanchéité (24, 26) comportant les étapes suivantes : fournir une paroi de cuve comportant une barrière thermiquement isolante (23, 25) et une membrane d'étanchéité (24, 26), la barrière thermiquement isolante (23, 25) comportant une portion d'extrémité (232), fixer une cornière de raccordement (30) métallique au niveau du bloc isolant d'extrémité (232), la cornière de raccordement (30) métallique comportant une première aile (31) et une deuxième aile (32), la première aile (31) étant soudée à l'aide d'un cordon de soudure à une pièce de la paroi porteuse, la deuxième aile (32) étant raccordée à la membrane d'étanchéité (24, 26), dans lequel l'étape de soudage est réalisée à l'aide d'une machine de soudage (40) automatique se déplaçant sur un support de soudage (50), le support de soudage (50) comportant une surface de fixation et une surface de support (53), la machine de soudage (40) comportant une torche de soudage (43), et dans lequel lors de la réalisation du cordon de soudure, la surface de fixation du support de soudage (50) est fixée sur la portion d'extrémité (232).
