一种食物处理机的排液结构 技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种食物处理机,具体为食物处理机的排液结构。
背景技术
现今的食物处理机为了实现小体形的目的,一般会将料理杯及电机等电器部件集成固定在主机内部,以结构紧凑的方式缩小体积;食物处理机将食物破碎形成流食倒出后供人食用,每次倒出食物汁液需要将整机提起从主机的顶部敞口倒出,但由于主机内部还设有电机等电器部件,食物处理机相较以前的分体式料理杯来说更重,加上内部的液体重量导致提起更加费劲。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本实用新型提供。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种食物处理机的排液结构,包括料理杯(2)的下部侧壁设有排液孔,排液孔连接有出液管延伸至主机外侧,出液管内布置有水流通道且其包括有横向段,所述横向段端部与排液孔对接且其侧壁设有朝下的通液口,横向段内设有阀芯,所述阀芯可在驱动装置驱动下沿横向段轴向移动具有第一位置和第二位置;当阀芯移动至第一位置,阀芯将排液孔和通液口之间的横向段填充封堵;当阀芯移动至第二位置,阀芯移开使所述排液孔连通通液口。
所述通液口向下延伸有导流管部。
所述横向段上包裹有阀壳,所述竖向段从阀壳下方穿出,所述驱 动装置布置在阀壳上。
所述驱动装置包括马达以及丝杆,所述阀芯上设有与丝杆配合的螺纹内孔,马达驱动丝杆旋转进而通过螺纹配合带动阀芯平移。
所述阀芯上径向伸出限位柱,所述阀壳壁面对应设有供限位柱滑动的限位滑槽。
所述限位滑槽靠向料理杯的端部设有限位开关,所述限位柱滑移至限位滑槽端部可触发限位开关。
所述出液管为硅胶材质,出液管横向段与所述排液孔的连接端设有环台并穿出阀壳,所述料理杯侧壁设有安装柱,所述阀壳两侧设有安装板与所述安装柱连接固定,同时将所述环台压紧在排液孔处的料理杯壁面。
本实用新型的有益效果是:本实用新型上设有出液管连通料理杯内部,出液管上设有阀芯以实现出液管内的水流通道的连通和封堵,直接操作阀芯即可将料理杯内的食物液体沿出液管排出,无需将整个食物处理机提起倒出浆液,另一方面,出液管具有横向段与料理杯的排液孔对接,阀芯布置在出液管内并可沿横向段轴向移动,当阀芯移动至封堵状态时,阀芯将靠近排液孔的横向段填充封堵,防止搅拌时,有食物卡滞在出液管的管口处未能被彻底粉碎,影响口感。

具体实施方式
参照图1至图5的一种食物料理机,包括主机1,主机1的顶部具有敞口并盖合有盖体,主机1内设有料理杯2和电机9,电机9位于料理杯2下方且电机轴穿入料理杯2驱动连接有搅拌刀3,料理杯2内的食物通过旋转的搅拌刀3粉碎形成液体流食。料理杯2的下部侧壁设有排液孔21,排液孔21连接有出液管4延伸至主机1外侧,出液管4内布置有水流通道且其包括有横向段41,横向段41端部与排液孔21对接且其侧壁设有朝下的通液口42,横向段41内设有阀芯5,阀芯5可在驱动装置6驱动下沿横向段41轴向移动具有第一位置和第二位置;当阀芯5移动至第一位置,阀芯5将排液孔21和通液口42之间的横向段41填充封堵,防止搅拌时,有食物卡滞在出液管的管口处未能被彻底粉碎,影响口感;当阀芯5移动至第二位置,阀芯5移开使排液孔21连通通液口42,即水流通道处于连通状态,食物液体即可沿出液管4排出并流落到容器内,无需将整个食物处理机提起倒出浆液。
作为本实用新型的优选方案,通液口42向下延伸有导流管部43,通过导流管部43更方便地将食物液体导流至容器内。出液管4的横向段上包裹有阀壳7,竖向段从阀壳7下方穿出,阀壳7可用于布置驱动装置6以及限位开关8。驱动装置6包括马达61以及丝杆62布置在阀壳7上,阀芯5上设有与丝杆62配合的螺纹内孔51,马达61驱动丝杆62旋转进而通过螺纹配合带动阀芯5在横向段内平移。阀芯5 远离料理杯2的端部处径向伸出限位柱52,阀壳7壁面对应设有供限位柱52滑动的限位滑槽71,限位柱52卡入限位滑槽71能有效限制阀芯5的轴向转动,保证阀芯5稳定的平移滑动。进一步地,限位开关8设在限位滑槽71靠向料理杯2的端部,限位柱52滑移至限位滑槽71端部可触发限位开关8,此时马达61停止工作,保持阀芯5的第一位置。
作为优选,出液管4为硅胶材质,与阀芯5等部件配合更好地实现密封;出液管4横向段与排液孔21的连接端设有环台44并穿出阀壳7,料理杯2侧壁设有安装柱22,阀壳7两侧设有安装板72与安装柱22连接固定,同时将环台44压紧在排液孔21处的料理杯2壁面,实现出液管4的安装同时实现出液管4与排液孔21的密封对接。

  1. 一种食物处理机的排液结构,其特征在于:包括料理杯(2)的下部侧壁设有排液孔(21),排液孔(21)连接有出液管(4)延伸至主机(1)外侧,出液管(4)内布置有水流通道且其包括有横向段(41),所述横向段(41)端部与排液孔(21)对接且其侧壁设有朝下的通液口(42),横向段(41)内设有阀芯(5),所述阀芯(5)可在驱动装置(6)驱动下沿横向段(41)轴向移动具有第一位置和第二位置;当阀芯(5)移动至第一位置,阀芯(5)将排液孔(21)和通液口(42)之间的横向段(41)填充封堵;当阀芯(5)移动至第二位置,阀芯(5)移开使所述排液孔(21)连通通液口(42)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的食物处理机的排液结构,其特征在于:所述通液口(42)向下延伸有导流管部(43)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的食物处理机的排液结构,其特征在于:所述横向段上包裹有阀壳(7),所述竖向段从阀壳(7)下方穿出,所述驱动装置(6)布置在阀壳(7)上。

  6. 根据权利要求5所述的食物处理机的排液结构,其特征在于:所述限位滑槽(71)靠向料理杯(2)的端部设有限位开关(8),所述限位柱(52)滑移至限位滑槽(71)端部可触发限位开关(8)。
  7. 根据权利要求3所述的食物处理机的排液结构,其特征在于:所述出液管(4)为硅胶材质,出液管(4)横向段与所述排液孔(21)的连接端设有环台(44)并穿出阀壳(7),所述料理杯(2)侧壁设有安装柱(22),所述阀壳(7)两侧设有安装板(72)与所述安装柱(22)连接固定,同时将所述环台(44)压紧在排液孔(21)处的料理杯(2)壁面。
