- 一种汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,包括:塑料外壳、塑料安装支架、天线印刷电路基板、高精度GNSS接收模块、5G天线、V2X天线和连接器;塑料外壳内设置有高精度GNSS接收模块安装支柱,高精度GNSS接收模块、V2X天线、5G天线安装在PCB板上,通过PCB板安装在高精度GNSS接收模块安装柱上;塑料外壳通过安装固定柱安装有塑料安装支架;无线印刷电路基板安装在塑料安装支架上,天线印刷电路基板上设置有GNSS高精度导航模块电路及5G、V2X匹配电路,通过信号连接器及传输线传送到终端处理装置上使用。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,塑料安装支架上设置有安装孔。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,所述的PCB板正反两面设置有PCB印刷电路板,在PCB印刷电路板正、反两面交错设置有多条敷铜箔导线条,正、反两面交错设置的敷铜箔导线条,通过端部敷铜通孔串联成分布的印刷电路,通过电桥将两路同相位信号转变为一路相位相差90°的信号,再经过低噪声印刷将此相位不同的信号放大,以达到高精度定位的效果。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,所述的连接器设置有GNSS连接器、5G信号连接器、V2X连接器。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,塑料外壳设置有连接器引出口,装有固定卡,将引出的5G信号连接器、GNSS连接器、V2X连接器固定定位。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,所述的5G天线设置有5G天线一、5G天线二、5G天线三、5G天线四。
- 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,汽车内置5G集成式天线,通过塑料安装支架上安装孔,采用螺丝将汽车内置5G集成式天线安装在汽车上部钣金中间夹缝空隙处或车尾挠流板内,连接器通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到汽车驾驶室控制板终端处理装置上至显示屏,用于车辆运输时进行GNSS卫星导航,V2X用于车辆运输时车车协同,车路协同;5G信号连接器,通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到终端处理装置上,给5G设备使用。
