Description

汽车内置5G集成式天线 技术领域
本发明涉及汽车天线技术领域,尤其涉及一种汽车内置5G集成式天线。
背景技术
“导航+车联网+自动驾驶+大数据+芯片”五位一体的纵深布局,迎接智能驾驶时代的全面升级。为互联网汽车客户提供云端一体化的卫星导航系统GNSS解决方案。为消费者提供高精度车道级导航体验,并通过GNSS组合定位,解决车载定位设备在卫星信号丢失情况下的定位问题,解决交通发达及车流量大带来的多事故率,提升终端的综合定位能力。为自动驾驶汽车客户提供覆盖全国的实时高精度位置解算服务。
智能网联汽车不但是5G最重要的应用场景之一,同时也是新基建在人工智能领域的核心方向。高精度地图是实现高等级自动驾驶(level3及以上)的必选项,今后将成为高精度商业化启动的重要时点。智能网联汽车通过整合全球定位系统导航技术GNSS、车对车交流技术V2X、无线通信5G及远程感应技术奠定了新的汽车技术发展方向,实现了手动驾驶和自动驾驶的兼容。从用户角度去理解,进一步完善和优化用户的驾驶体验;自动驾驶通过解放人力,由机器驾驶的方式实现最终极的驾驶体验。
发明内容
本发明实施例针对上述需求提供一种汽车内置5G集成式天线,是一种汽车内置5G集成高精度GNSS、V2X天线,将高精度导航模块,与5G信号天线、V2X天线集成于一个天线壳体内,安装在车内,给驾乘人员带来方便,所述汽车内置5G集成式天线包括:塑料外壳、塑料安装支架、天线印刷电路基板、高精度GNSS接收模块、5G天线、V2X天线、连接器;
塑料外壳内设置有高精度GNSS接收模块安装支柱,高精度GNSS接收模块、V2X天线、5G天线安装在PCB板上,通过PCB板安装在高精度GNSS接收模块安装柱上;塑料安装支架上设置有安装孔,塑料外壳通过安装固定柱安装有塑料安装支架;
无线印刷电路基板安装在塑料安装支架上,天线印刷电路基板上设置有GNSS高精度导航模块电路及5G、V2X匹配电路,通过信号连接器及传输线传送到终端处理装置上使用。
在一个实施例中,塑料安装支架上设置有安装孔。
在一个实施例中,所述的PCB板正反两面设置有PCB印刷电路板,在PCB印刷电路板正、反两面交错设置有多条敷铜箔导线条,正、反两面交错设置的敷铜箔导线条,通过端部敷铜通孔串联成分布的印刷电路。通过电桥将两路同相位信号转变为一路相位相差90°的信号,再经过低噪声印刷将此相位不同的信号放大,以达到高精度定位的效果
在一个实施例中,所述的连接器设置有GNSS连接器、5G信号连接器、V2X连接器。
在一个实施例中,高精度GNSS接收模块、V2X天线、5G天线分别安装在PCB板上,分别通过GNSS连接器、5G信号连接器、V2X连接器输出到终端处理装置上,进行高精度导航定位及车车协同,车路协同用。
在一个实施例中,所述的5G天线设置有5G天线一、5G天线二、5G天线三、5G天线四。
在一个实施例中,塑料外壳设置有连接器引出口,装有固定卡,将引出的5G信号连接器、GNSS连接器、V2X连接器固定定位。
在一个实施例中,汽车内置5G集成式天线使用时,通过塑料安装支架上安装孔,采用螺丝将汽车内置5G集成式天线安装在汽车上部钣金中间夹缝空隙处或车尾挠流板内,连接器通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到汽车驾驶室控制板终端处理装置上至显示屏,用于车辆运输时进行GNSS卫星导航,V2X用于车辆运输时车车协同,车路协同;5G信号连接器,通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到终端处理装置上,给5G设备使用,给驾乘人员带来方便及安全。
本发明实施例提供的汽车内置5G集成式天线设计合理,结构紧凑,将GNSS模块,5G信号接收天线、V2X天线集成于一个天线壳体内,安装在车内,给驾乘人员带来方便。由于汽车内置5G集成式天线安装在汽车内,免受风吹雨打、日晒雨淋,提高了接收信号稳定性,使用寿命长。

塑料外壳1内设置有高精度GNSS接收模块安装支柱,高精度GNSS接收模块4、V2X天线9、5G天线10安装在PCB板5上,通过PCB板5安装在高精度GNSS接收模块安装柱上。塑料安装支架2上设置有安装孔2-1,塑料外壳1通过安装固定柱1-1安装有塑料安装支架2。
印刷电路基板3安装在塑料安装支架2上,天线印刷电路基板3上设置有GNSS高精度导航模块电路及5G、V2X匹配电路,通过信号连接器及传输线传送到终端处理装置上使用。

在一个实施例中,塑料外壳1设置有连接器引出口2-2,装有固定卡,将引出的5G、GNSS、V2X连接器固定定位。
在一个实施例中,塑料安装支架2下部安装有密封圈11,用于密封安装。
在一个实施例中,所述的高精度GNSS接收模块4采用陶瓷天线、印刷贴片电路、屏蔽罩壳组成。
在一个实施例中,汽车内置5G集成式天线使用时,通过塑料安装支架2上安装孔2-1,采用螺丝将汽车内置5G集成式天线安装在汽车上部钣金中间夹缝空隙处或车尾挠流板内,连接器通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到汽车驾驶室控制板终端处理装置上至显示屏,用于车辆运输时进行GNSS卫星导航,V2X天线9用于车辆运输时车车协同,车路协同;5G信号连接器,通过屏蔽数据信号传输线连接到终端处理装置上,给5G设备使用,给驾乘人员带来方便及安全。

    塑料外壳内设置有高精度GNSS接收模块安装支柱,高精度GNSS接收模块、V2X天线、5G天线安装在PCB板上,通过PCB板安装在高精度GNSS接收模块安装柱上;塑料外壳通过安装固定柱安装有塑料安装支架;
    无线印刷电路基板安装在塑料安装支架上,天线印刷电路基板上设置有GNSS高精度导航模块电路及5G、V2X匹配电路,通过信号连接器及传输线传送到终端处理装置上使用。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,塑料安装支架上设置有安装孔。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的汽车内置5G集成式天线,其特征在于,所述的PCB板正反两面设置有PCB印刷电路板,在PCB印刷电路板正、反两面交错设置有多条敷铜箔导线条,正、反两面交错设置的敷铜箔导线条,通过端部敷铜通孔串联成分布的印刷电路,通过电桥将两路同相位信号转变为一路相位相差90°的信号,再经过低噪声印刷将此相位不同的信号放大,以达到高精度定位的效果。
