本申请涉及人居环境技术领域,具体涉及一种液体加注方法、装置、设备、系统、介质及程序产品
随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的舒适度和安全性的要求也越来越高。为了改善居住环境,会用到一些设备,如空调、空调扇、加湿器等等。
这些设备包含了一个重要的零部件就是储液箱,通过在这些设备工作时将储液箱内的液体以蒸发、喷雾等方式耗散到周围的空气中,以改善周边环境的各类物理、生物和化学状态,如降温、杀菌等。储液箱内的液体被消耗后,就需要进行补充,目前的加液方式就只是用户直接在加注口进行加液。
但是这样的方式无法控制加液量和补充的液体是否正确,容易出现误操作,造成设备无法正常工作的技术问题
发明内容
本申请提供了一种液体加注方法、装置、设备、系统、介质及程序产品,解决了现有技术中直接在加注口加液容易造成误操作的技术问题。

本申请提供了一种液体加注方法、装置、设备、系统、介质及程序产品,该系统包括:至少一个液体使用对象,以及至少一个加液器,该液体加注方法通过在待加液状态下,开启对加液器的搜寻检测,其中,加液器与待加液状态相对应,若检测到加液器则开启加注口,然后响应于加注完成信号,关闭加注口。解决了现有技术中中直接在加注口加液容易造成误操作的技术问题,使得用户只需要拿起对应的加液器就可以进行加液,无需关心是否会拿错或者多加液导致溢出等问题,提高了用户的使用体验感。

随着人民生活水平的提高,人们对居住环境的舒适度和安全性的要求也越来越高。为了改善居住环境,会用到一些设备,在室内空气调节方面设备包括:水冷空调、加湿器、空调扇、喷雾器等等,在医疗防护方面使用的:喷雾杀毒器,在现代农业中使用到的:药物喷洒装置等。这些设备都包含了一个零部件:储液箱/储液罐,例如空调的水洗模块,空调扇和加湿器的水箱,喷雾杀毒器和药物喷洒装置的储液罐等等。储液箱中的液体是会随着设备的工作而消耗的,通过喷雾、蒸发等方式耗散到空气当中或周围环境当中,以改善周围环境的状态,如降温、加湿、消毒、杀菌、医疗保健等等。
但是目前对于向储液箱中加液的情况,现有技术一般只对缺液和加的过多的情况进行报警。然而对于非专业用户,或者是非正常使用者,如小孩来说,报警是无法阻止其误操作的。并且现有技术一般不对所加液体的类型是否正确进行识别,比如,有一些车主会误把清晰玻璃的清洁剂加入到发动机润滑油加注口中,造成发动机大修,这样严重的后果。
可见,现有技术中存在直接在加注口加液容易造成误操作的技术问题。为解决此技术问题,本申请的发明构思是:
在为液体使用对象加注液体的时候,需要使用专用的加液器,这个加液器中所含液体的容量是一定的,同时,将加注口隐藏或遮盖起来,只有当加注器靠近识别区域,且身份认证通过时,加注口才会打开。通过加液器的容量和身份识别来保证加液不会过量,且不会加错液体。因为每种加液器对应一种液体,其身份代码包含了液体类型信息。同时,只有当液体使用对象是在需要加注液体的待加液状态时,把加液器靠近才会打开加注口,这样有效防止了小孩等非正常用户玩弄加液器而引起误操作的现象。
下面结合几个实施例,对本申请所提供的液体加注方法的具体步骤进行详细介绍。
图1为本申请提供的一种液体加注方法的应用场景示意图。如图1所示,在液体使用对象12发出缺液提示信息后,即液体使用对象12处于待加液状态时,用户拿着加液器11靠近液体使用对象12时,液体使用对象12上的传感器如RFID(Radio Frequency Identification,射频识别)读卡器读取加液器11中设置的RFID标签上的信息,确认此加液器11为符合要求的加液器,即加液器中液体类型正确,液体含量满足当前所需要加注的液体量。然后,液体使用对象12打开此类液体对应的加注口121,用户将加液器11的壶嘴插入到加注口121中,直到加液器11中所有液体都被加注到液体使用对象12内的储液箱中后,用户拔出加液器11,加注口121自动闭合,如图1中加注口122就是闭合状态的加注口。
在一种可能的设计中,加液器11是可以反复利用的,以实现节能环保的要求。用户在使用完加液器11后,将其放置到补充设备13的对应位置上,补充设备13通过补充接口131将预设容量的液体注入到加液器11中,便于用户下一次直接使用。
用户每次只需要拿对应的加液器11插入到对应的加注口121中即可实现加液操作,即不用考虑需要加哪种液体,也不用考虑加液量。即使用户拿错,加注口都不会打开,用户也无法将液体注入液体使用对象12中,杜绝了一切误操作的可能性。
图2为本申请实施例提供的一种液体加注方法的流程示意图。如图2所示,该液体加注方法的具体步骤,包括:
S201、在待加液状态下,开启对加液器的搜寻检测。
在本步骤中,加液器与待加液状态相对应。
在本实施例中,液体加注方法应用于液体加注系统中的液体使用对象,液体加注系统包括:至少一个液体使用对象,以及至少一个加液器,其中,每个液体使用对象与至少一个加液器相对应,加液器用于给对应的液体使用对象加注预设类型的液体。
具体的,当液体使用对象中的液位传感器检测到储液箱中液体液位低于预设阈值时,触发液体使用对象的待加液状态。
待加液状态中记录着所需要添加的液体类型以及需要添加的液体容量等基本信息。那么加液器中所含的液体就必须严格满足待加液状态的需求,不能多也不能少,液体种类也必须对应。
S202、若检测到加液器则开启加注口。
在本步骤中,开启对加液器的搜寻检测,包括:
以预设方式对预设区域进行扫描,该预设方式包括:图像识别,和/或,无线信号 识别。
具体的,这里可以包括至少三种实施方式:
方式一:仅通过图像识别来检测是否是正确的加液器。
利用安装在液体使用对象上的图像采集装置,如摄像头、雷达等,获取到在预设区域内的图像,该预设区域包括加注口前方预设半径(如1米)范围内。
然后通过图像识别模型,提取图像中的物体特征值,判断其与预设的加液器的外形是否一致。
若是,则确认加液器靠近加注口。
方式二:仅通过无线信号识别来检测是否是正确的加液器。
具体的,设置在加液器上的无线信号发射器,在加液器被拿到预设识别区域时,响应于液体使用对象发送的连接请求,建立数据交互通道,然后通过交互通道向液体使用对象发送加液器的身份识别编码。在身份识别编码中包含了加液器中所含液体的信息,如液体种类,液体量(如体积、重量)等等。
液体使用对象读取身份识别编码中的液体信息,判断其与当前液体使用对象需要加注的液体种类和液体量是否对应。需要说明的是,需要加注的液体量可以是一个范围值,只要加液器中的液体量落入这个范围内即满足需求,确认检测到加液器。
方式三:即通过图像识别来检测,也同时通过无线信号识别来检测是否是正确的加液器。
具体的,由于图像识别的识别范围更大,但是也同时出现了,当不同种类的加液器的外形近似时,图像识别就会出现无法识别或者误判的情况,这个时候,以无线信号识别作为辅助,即当图像识别得到的置信度低于预设置信度阈值时,暂不开启加注口,而是开启无线信号识别,比如RFID射频识别,可选的,此时还可以向用户发送提示信息,如语音播报,提醒用户进行无线信号识别。这样就可以避免图像识别产生误判的问题。
S203、响应于加注完成信号,关闭加注口。
在本步骤中,正常情况下,用户将加液器的加注接口放入或插入到加注口中,等加液器中的液体都加注到液体使用对象中后,拔出加液器时,通过加注口的传感器感应到用户的拨出操作,则向液体使用对象发送加注完成信号。然后,液体使用对象中的控制器控制加注口的驱动器如电磁阀关闭加注口。
需要说明的是,对于非正常拨出的情况,可以分为两种实现方式:
第一种,在加注口设置锁紧装置,在加注完成前不允许拔出。
第二种,允许拔出,但是液体使用对象会发出报警,并且更新储液箱内液体的数据,比如当前的液体剩余量。根据更新后的数据重新确认是否需要取消待加液状态,若是则输出提示信息,如指示灯由红转变为绿,若否,则维持当前的待加液状态,并继续提醒用户及时补充液体。
本实施例提供的液体加注方法,通过在待加液状态下,开启对加液器的搜寻检测,其中,加液器与待加液状态相对应,若检测到加液器则开启加注口,然后响应于加注完成信号,关闭加注口。解决了现有技术中中直接在加注口加液容易造成误操作的技术问题,使得用户只需要拿起对应的加液器就可以进行加液,无需关心是否会拿错或 者多加液导致溢出等问题,提高了用户的使用体验感。
图3为本申请实施例提供的另一种液体加注方法的流程示意图。如图3所示,该液体加注方法的具体步骤包括:
S301、在待加液状态下,根据待加液状态确定对应的加液需求。
在本步骤中,加液需求包括:液体类型/种类和需要添加的液体量(如体积、重量)。
具体的,当待加液对象设置在储液箱中的传感器检测到储液箱的状态处于非标准状态,包括:储液箱中液体剩余量低于预设阈值、液体酸碱度超出预设酸碱度范围、储液箱中细菌或病毒的含量大于预设阈值、储液箱壁上的残余结晶或沉淀物大于预设阈值、储液箱内液体的温度超出预设范围等等。当满足至少一个非标准状态的触发条件时,液体使用对象根据传感器检测到的数值,根据对应关系表,确定出需要加注的液体类型、数量等信息,以确定待加液状态的具体参数。
例如,获取储液箱内液体的剩余存量;若所述剩余存量小于预设阈值,则确定所述液体使用对象处于所述待加液状态。
需要说明的是,液体使用对象包括:空调、加湿器、空调扇、喷雾器等等。
S302、根据加液需求确定液体加注请求。
在本步骤中,调用预设的请求模板,根据加液需求,确定液体加注请求。
S303、向补充设备发送液体加注请求,以使补充设备向加液器中装入满足加液需求的液体。
在本步骤中,补充设备的作用至少包括:增加或减少所述加液器中液体的总量,以及更换加液器中液体的类型。
如图1所示,补充设备13可以连接多个大型的储液罐,其中存储着多种液体,包括:蒸馏水、强酸、弱酸、强碱、弱碱、润滑油、除菌剂、消毒剂、药剂、中药制剂(如艾叶制剂)、溶解剂、除臭剂、香薰液、驱虫/杀虫剂等等。不同的液体对应不同的加液器,并且以形状、颜色等进行区分,以便于用户识别,防止拿错。虽然本申请采用了加液器识别,但是加液器易于区分,也便于用户一次就拿对加液器,避免重复操作,影响用户体验。
在加液器11放入到补充设备13的预设位置上时,加液器11底部的补充接口与补充设备13的补充接口131接合,这样补充设备13就可以给加液器装入预设种类和预设数量的液体。
在一种可能的设计中,补充设备13上还设置有提示装置,如指示灯、蜂鸣器、语音装置等,以提示用户正确取用对应的加液器。
S304、以预设方式对预设区域进行扫描。
在本步骤中,预设方式包括:图像识别,和/或,无线信号识别。
具体的,获取预设区域的图像,并根据图像识别模型,对图像进行识别,判断图像中是否存在加液器;
和/或,
利用无线信号读取模块,在预设区域内,判断是否读取到加液器的身份识别信号。
上述步骤至少包含三种实施方式,详细介绍参考S202,在此不作赘述。
S305、若检测到了加液器,则向加液器发送状态请求信息。
在本步骤中,状态请求信息用于获取加液器当前所含液体的基本信息获取加液器当前所含液体的基本信息。
S306、接收加液器反馈的状态标识。
在本实施例中,加液器中设置了无线装置,如RFID标签,或者是无线信号发射器(如蓝牙模块、WIFI模块、NFC模块等)。加液器在接收到状态请求信息后,将自身存储的液体信息即状态标识发送给液体使用对象。
需要说明的是,状态标识还可以包括加液器的准备完成标识,用于表示加液器中已经装入了满足待加液状态对应的预设需求的液体。
这个准备完成表示的作用,是防止用户在加液器还没有被装入正确种类和数量的液体时,就被用户从补充装置中取下,从而引起误操作的问题。
在一种可能的设计中,状态标识也可以是补充设备通过无线装置发送给液体使用对象的,这样就可以减少加液器的重量和体积,减小制造成本,达到节能环保的效果。
S307、根据状态标识判断加液器是否满足预设需求。
在本步骤中,若是则执行步骤S308,若否,则不作任何响应操作。
S308、控制驱动装置开启加注口。
在本步骤中,向液体使用对象中的驱动装置如电磁阀,发送开启控制信号,以使加注口打开。
S309、获取加注完成信号。
在本步骤中,对于不同的加注口结构有不同的实现方式。
在一种可能的设计中,加注口设置有检测开关,所述检测开关用于检测所述加液器的插拔状态,则:
当所述加液器从所述加注口拔出后,响应于所述检测开关发出的所述加注完成信号,控制驱动器关闭所述加注口。
在另一种可能的设计中,加注口设置有锁紧装置,当所述加液器插入所述加注口时,所述锁紧装置锁紧所述加液器。只有加液器向液体使用对象发送了加注完成信号后,锁紧装置才会解锁,这样就可以防止在加注过程中,由于某些意想不到的原因导致加液器被从加注口拔出,造成液体泄露,从而引发污染或其它危险问题的现象。
即,获取所述加液器发送的加注完成信号,根据所述加注完成信号关闭所述加注口。
本实施例提供的液体加注方法,通过在待加液状态下,开启对加液器的搜寻检测,其中,加液器与待加液状态相对应,若检测到加液器则开启加注口,然后响应于加注完成信号,关闭加注口。解决了现有技术中中直接在加注口加液容易造成误操作的技术问题,使得用户只需要拿起对应的加液器就可以进行加液,无需关心是否会拿错或者多加液导致溢出等问题,提高了用户的使用体验感。

存储器502,用于存放程序。具体地,程序可以包括程序代码,程序代码包括计算机操作指令。

- 一种液体加注方法,其特征在于,应用于液体加注系统中的液体使用对象,所述液体加注系统包括:至少一个所述液体使用对象,以及至少一个加液器,其中,每个所述液体使用对象与至少一个所述加液器相对应,所述加液器用于给对应的所述液体使用对象加注预设类型的液体,所述方法包括:在待加液状态下,开启对所述加液器的搜寻检测,所述加液器与所述待加液状态相对应;若检测到所述加液器则开启加注口;响应于加注完成信号,关闭所述加注口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,所述开启对所述加液器的搜寻检测,包括:以预设方式对预设区域进行扫描,所述预设方式包括:图像识别,和/或,无线信号识别。
- 根据权利要求2所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,所述以预设方式对预设区域进行扫描,包括:获取所述预设区域的图像,并根据图像识别模型,对所述图像进行识别,判断所述图像中是否存在所述加液器;和/或,利用无线信号读取模块,在所述预设区域内,判断是否读取到所述加液器的身份识别信号。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,在所述加注口设置有检测开关,所述检测开关用于检测所述加液器的插拔状态,所述响应于加注完成信号,关闭所述加注口,包括:当所述加液器从所述加注口拔出后,响应于所述检测开关发出的所述加注完成信号,控制驱动器关闭所述加注口。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,所述加注口设置有锁紧装置,当所述加液器插入所述加注口时,所述锁紧装置锁紧所述加液器,所述响应于加注完成信号,关闭所述加注口,包括:获取所述加液器发送的加注完成信号,根据所述加注完成信号关闭所述加注口。
- 根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,检测到所述加液器之后,还包括:向所述加液器发送状态请求信息,所述状态请求信息用于获取所述加液器当前所含液体的基本信息获取所述加液器当前所含液体的基本信息;接收所述加液器反馈的状态标识,并根据所述状态标识判断所述加液器是否满足所述预设需求;若是,则控制驱动装置开启所述加注口。
- 根据权利要求1所述的液体加注方法,其特征在于,所述液体加注系统还包括:补充设备,所述加液器在所述开启对所述加液器的搜寻检测之前,还包括:根据所述待加液状态确定对应的加液需求,所述加液需求包括:液体类型和需要添加的液体量;根据所述加液需求确定液体加注请求;向所述补充设备发送液体加注请求,以使所述补充设备向所述加液器中装入满足所述加液需求的液体。
- 一种液体加注装置,其特征在于,包括:检测模块,用于在待加液状态下,开启对加液器的搜寻检测,所述加液器与所述待加液状态相对应;处理模块,用于若检测到所述加液器则开启加注口;所述处理模块,还用于响应于加注完成信号,关闭所述加注口。
- 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:处理器;以及,存储器,用于存储所述处理器的可执行计算机程序;其中,所述处理器配置为经由执行所述可执行计算机程序来执行权利要求1至7任一项所述的液体加注方法。
- 一种液体加注系统,其特征在于,包括:液体使用设备以及加液器,其中,所述加液器用于将预设液体加注到所述液体使用设备的储液元件中;所述液体使用设备以及所述加液器用于实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的液体加注方法中液体使用对象和加液器所对应的步骤。
- 根据权利要求10所述的液体加注系统,其特征在于,还包括:补充设备,所述补充设备用于向所述加液器中装入预设类型以及预设量的液体。
- 一种计算机可读存储介质,其上存储有计算机程序,其特征在于,所述计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7任一项所述的液体加注方法。
- 一种计算机程序产品,包括计算机程序,其特征在于,该计算机程序被处理器执行时实现权利要求1至7中任意一项所述的液体加注方法。
