本发明涉及一种布画,特别是一种以拆装方便的连接方式连接织物装饰面的布画。
背景技术
专利号97229174.1的专利公开了一种布画,这种布画的画面用拆装方便的粘扣安装在画框上,画面可以方便地拆装,但是其画框没有提出方便拆装的设计,所以不可以方便地拆装,使购买后的携带、运输、不方便。这种布画没有提出其装饰面的制作技术方案,实用性不强。这种布画的画面是安装在画框的后面,不可以固定在墙上,因为一旦将这种布画固定在墙壁上,其画面也就同时被固定,失去了其画面“可方便地拆装”的特性,不适合于大型的、需要固定在墙上的布画。专利号ZL201220335893.1公开的画框可以方便地拆装,但是它的组成画框的螺丝及螺丝孔所在的部位的结构是平面结构,所以螺丝及螺丝孔是暴露的,使画框看上去有一种破坏性缺陷,不完美;螺丝孔的螺纹是画框本体的螺纹,如果用于制作画框的材料的材质软或螺丝穿入螺丝孔的角度不正确,很容易破坏螺丝孔的螺纹,影响画框连接的牢固度。
发明内容
本发明的目的是要提供一种框画及其制作方法一种墙画及其制作方法,其画面是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品,画面用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件与画框或墙壁连接。画面上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件,画面可以方便地从画框或墙壁上拆下或安装上。一种框画的画面安装在画框上,其画框也可以方便地拆装,连接画框条组成画框的螺丝及螺丝孔是隐藏的,画框条之间的连接牢固而且有保障。一种墙画的画面安装在墙壁上,画面的前面安装有画框,画面可以不受画框的影响而方便地拆装。所述“拆装方便”是与胶粘、缝纫、钉、铆、焊接等连接方式比较而言。
一种框画的技术方案是:画面是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品为画面,画面用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件与画框连接,画面上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件,画面可以方便地拆下或安装上。画面包括数字喷绘技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷的印刷品,所述织物包括聚酯纤维织物或含有聚酯纤维成分的织物,聚酯纤维织物也叫涤纶布。组成画框的画框条两端的两个顶端角是小于90度的角,螺丝穿过两根画框条的顶端角组成的组合角中线,连接每两根画框条进而组成画框。画框是各种形状的,其中包括三边组合形、四边组合形、五边组合形、六边组合形、七边组合形和八边组合形。画框条的顶端角一侧或画框的外侧依次是凸起结构和凹陷结构,用凸起结构遮挡凹陷结构处的螺丝及螺丝孔,使螺丝及螺丝孔处于隐藏的状态。凸起结构和凹陷结构是一体式或组合式。画框条的断面形状是L形、U形、T形、S形和V形。画面和画框以拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件连接,①钩挂连接方式是指环状体与钩状体或柱状体之间的连接,例如:两个钩状体之间的相互钩挂连接,环状体与钩状体或柱状体之间的钩挂连接,钩挂连接方式的连接件包括:一部分表面带有钩状体,另一部分表面带有环状体的一组粘扣、魔术贴;带有钩状体的粘扣、魔术贴与带有环状体、钩状体的其它材料组合成的连接件;纽扣与可与纽扣钩挂的环状体或钩状体组成的一组连接件;一部分为环状体的线环与另一部分为柱状体的钉子组成的一组连接件。②夹、卡连接方式是指连接的两个部分利用形体的大小、凹凸,夹持力达到连接目的的连接方式,夹、卡连接方式的连接件包括:蘑菇头式粘扣、魔术贴,拉链,摁扣,子母扣,夹子,凹槽塞棒条连接件。③穿插连接方式是指连接的两个部分一方对另一方的插入的连接方式,穿插连接方式的连接件包括:连接的一部分固定有柱状体,如钉子,另一部分有与该柱状体的直径匹配的孔,将 柱状体插入孔中用于连接的一组连接件。④磁性连接方式是指以磁性连接的连接方式,磁性连接方式的连接件包括:连接的两个部分都是磁性体组成的一组连接件和连接的两个部分一部分是磁性体另一部分是含铁的物体组成的一组连接件。画面上和画框条上或画框上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件,所述连接件包括粘扣、魔术贴、摁扣、子母扣、纽扣、拉链、夹子、凹槽塞棒条连接件。一种框画的连接件实现方便拆装的结构是:(1)粘扣或魔术贴,把粘扣或魔术贴的两个组成部分分别固定在画面上和画框上或画框条上,例如将粘扣或魔术贴带钩状体的部分固定在画框或画框条上,固定的方法包括用码钉固定或用胶粘剂固定,将带环状体的部分固定在画面的周边,固定的方法包括用缝纫的方法固定或用胶粘的方法固定,需要将画面安装在画框上时把两个部分合上,需要将画面从画框上拆下时将两个部分撕开。(2)摁扣或子母扣,把带有摁扣或子母扣的一组带子的两个部分分别固定在画面上和画框上或画框条上,固定的方法包括用胶粘剂固定、用缝纫的方法固定、用钉子钉的方法固定,例如将摁扣或子母扣的一部分用缝纫的方法固定在画面的周边,将摁扣或子母扣的另一部分用码钉固定在画框或画框条上,需要将画面安装在画框上时把两个部分扣上,需要将画面从画框上拆下时将两个部分掀开。(3)纽扣,把纽扣缝纫在织物带上,把带有纽扣的织物带固定在画框或画框条上,固定的方法包括用钉子钉的方法固定或用胶粘剂固定,在画面的周边制作出环形结构,所述环形结构包括孔形结构,把画面安装在画框上时将环形结构套在画框的纽扣上,将画面从画框上拆下时将环形结构脱离画框上的纽扣。(4)拉链,把拉链的两个组成部分分别固定在画面和画框或画框条上,固定的方法包括用胶粘剂固定、用缝纫的方法固定、用钉子钉的方法固定,例如将拉链的一个组成部分用码钉或胶粘剂固定在画框或画框条上,另一部分用缝纫的方法固定在画面的周边,需要把画面安装在画框上时用拉链的拉头把拉链的两个部分连接在一起,需要把画面从画框上拆卸下来时用拉链的拉头把拉链的两个组成部分分开。(5)磁性连接件,把带有磁性的塑胶条或磁铁用码钉或胶粘剂固定在画框或画框条上,在画面的周边缝纫上铁质金属片用于与画框上的磁性塑胶条或磁铁连接,需要把画面安装在画框上时,把画面上的铁质金属片与画框上的磁性塑胶条或磁铁吸合,需要把画面从画框上拆下时将二者分离。(6)穿插连接件,在画框或画框条上每隔一段距离钻一个孔,在画面的周边固定上与该孔对应的柱状体,柱状体与画面依靠穿插、缝纫、绳线栓连等连接方式连接,需要将画面安装在画框上时将画面上的柱状体插入画框上的孔中,需要将画面从画框上拆下时将画面上的柱状体从画框的孔中拔出。(7)夹子连接件,安装在画框上的夹子连接件由两个部分组成,两个部分之间有一定的夹持力,其夹持力由弹簧或磁性体产生,由磁性体产生夹持力的夹子连接件的结构是将一块磁性体固定在夹子连接件的一个部分上面,依靠磁力使夹子连接件的两个部分产生夹持力,用夹子连接件把画面夹住,依靠画框上的夹子连接件的夹持力把画面与画框连接,克服夹子连接件的夹持力便可拆下画面。(8)凹槽塞棒条连接件,在画框或画框条的背面制作出凹槽,用与该凹槽的尺寸匹配的棒条把画面的周边压入画框的凹槽中使画面卡在画框的凹槽中实现画面与画框连接的目的,在需要将画面从画框上拆卸下来时把凹槽中的棒条拉拽出来进而把画面从画框上拆卸下来。在组成画框的画框条的螺丝孔的螺纹不容易损坏的情况下用螺丝和画框条的螺丝孔的螺纹连接相邻的两根画框条,在组成画框的画框条的螺丝孔的螺纹容易损坏的情况下用螺丝和螺母的螺纹连接相邻的两根画框条,这样即使螺丝孔的螺纹被损坏,组成画框的画框条的连接依然牢固。螺母与画框的关系是植入式或外附式,所述螺母是指各种螺母,包括管状螺母、内外牙螺母、尖刺螺母、梯形螺母。
一种框画的制作方法:首先制作出有凸起结构和凹陷结构的画框条,确定是几边组合形的画框,比如是三边组合形画框还是四边组合形画框,然后根据画框的形状确定画框条顶端角的角度,用电锯锯出顶端角,用夹具把两根画框条的顶端角对接定位,用与螺丝的螺纹的谷底、螺纹的峰顶和螺丝帽三者的直径匹配的三级阶梯钻头或单一尺寸的直径的三种钻头在两根画框条的两个顶端角组成的组合角一侧的凹陷结构处钻一个穿过组合角中线的螺丝孔,将螺丝穿入螺丝孔拧紧就可以把画框条组装成画框。另一种方法是用与螺丝的螺纹的峰顶和 螺丝帽二者的直径匹配的二级阶梯钻头或单一尺寸的直径的两种钻头在两根画框条的两个顶端角组成的组合角一侧的凹陷结构处钻一个穿过组合角中线的螺丝孔,在组合角的另一侧与组合角中线之间钻一个与该螺丝孔同心、与将要植入的螺母的外螺纹的谷底的直径或螺母的外径匹配的孔,将螺母植入该螺丝孔,拧紧螺丝,将画框条组装成画框。在画框条或画框上用胶粘剂粘接或用码钉及其它钉子固定上粘扣或魔术贴等连接件。用数字喷绘印刷技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷制成的印刷品作画面,在画面的周边缝纫上粘扣或魔术贴等连接件,将画面的连接件与画框的连接件连接,制成本发明。
由于是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品作画面,用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件连接画面和画框,一种框画与现有技术只具有“可方便地更换画面”的单一有益效果相比同时具有可方便地更换画面和织物印刷画面本身所固有的优点两方面的有益效果,第一,织物印刷画面比人工绘制的画面的成本、价格低廉,可快速、大量复制,第二,织物印刷画面比非织物印刷画面的折叠性和伸展性更好,便于折叠收藏和展开拉平去皱的重新贴挂。由于是将专利号97229174.1的专利的“可方便地拆装画面”的技术与专利号ZL201220335893.1的专利的“可方便地拆装画框”的技术组合,所以本发明具有画面可以从画框上方便地拆下或安装上和画框本身也可以方便地拆装的特点,与现有技术只“可以方便地拆装画面”相比,购买后的携带、运输更加方便;由于画框条或画框有凸起结构和凹陷结构,将用于组装画框的螺丝孔和螺丝设计在凹陷结构处,用凸起结构遮挡凹陷结构处的螺丝孔和螺丝,所以与现有技术的画框上显露的螺丝孔和螺丝相比本发明的螺丝孔和螺丝是隐藏的,不会因螺丝孔和螺丝的存在而影响画框的美观;由于增加了使用螺母与螺丝配合连接画框条组成画框的连接方式,与现有技术的只依赖画框条或画框的螺丝孔的螺纹的技术相比,本发明组成画框的画框条连接的牢固性更有保障,在画框条的材质较软或画框条的螺丝孔的螺纹被损坏,画框条之间连接的牢固性受到影响的情况下,组成画框的画框条之间的连接依然牢固。
一种墙画的技术方案:画面是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品为画面,画面用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件与墙壁连接,画面上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件,画面可以方便地拆下或安装上。画面包括数字喷绘技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷的印刷品,所述织物包括聚酯纤维织物或含有聚酯纤维成分的织物,聚酯纤维织物也叫涤纶布。画面和中间体或墙壁的连接是以拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件连接,①钩挂连接方式是指环状体与钩状体或柱状体之间的连接,例如:两个钩状体之间的相互钩挂连接,环状体与钩状体或柱状体之间的钩挂连接,钩挂连接方式的连接件包括:一部分表面带有钩状体,另一部分表面带有环状体的一组粘扣、魔术贴;带有钩状体的粘扣、魔术贴与带有环状体、钩状体的其它材料组合成的连接件;纽扣与可与纽扣钩挂的环状体或钩状体组成的一组连接件;一部分为环状体的线环与另一部分为柱状体的钉子组成的一组连接件。②夹、卡连接方式是指连接的两个部分利用形体的大小、凹凸,夹持力达到连接目的的连接方式,夹、卡连接方式的连接件包括:蘑菇头式粘扣、魔术贴,拉链,摁扣,子母扣,夹子,凹槽塞棒条连接件。③穿插连接方式是指连接的两个部分一方对另一方的插入的连接方式,穿插连接方式的连接件包括:连接的一部分固定有柱状体,如钉子,另一部分有与该柱状体的直径匹配的孔,将柱状体插入孔中用于连接的一组连接件。④磁性连接方式是指以磁性连接的连接方式,磁性连接方式的连接件包括:连接的两个部分都是磁性体组成的一组连接件和连接的两个部分一部分是磁性体另一部分是含铁的物体组成的一组连接件。画面上和中间体上或安装画面的墙壁上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件,所述连接件包括粘扣、魔术贴、摁扣、子母扣、纽扣、拉链,夹子,凹槽塞棒条连接件。一种墙画的连接件实现方便拆装的结构是:(1)粘扣或魔术贴,把粘扣或魔术贴的两个组成部分分别固定在画面上和中间体上或安装画面的墙壁上,例如将粘扣或魔术贴带钩状体的部分固定在中间体或墙壁上,固定的方法包括用码钉固定或用胶粘剂固定,将带环状体的部分固定在画面的周边,固定的方法包括 用缝纫的方法固定或用胶粘的方法固定,需要将画面安装在墙壁上时把两个部分合上,需要将画面从墙壁上拆下时将两个部分撕开。(2)摁扣或子母扣,把带有摁扣或子母扣的一组带子的两个部分分别固定在画面上和中间体上或墙壁上,固定的方法包括用胶粘剂固定、用缝纫的方法固定、用钉子钉的方法固定,例如将摁扣或子母扣的一部分用缝纫的方法固定在画面的周边,将摁扣或子母扣的另一部分用码钉固定在中间体上或墙壁上,需要将画面安装在墙壁上时把两个部分扣上,需要将画面从墙壁上拆下时将两个部分掀开。(3)纽扣,把纽扣缝纫在织物带上,把带有纽扣的织物带固定在中间体或墙壁上,固定的方法包括用钉子钉的方法固定或用胶粘剂固定,在画面的周边制作出环形结构,所述环形结构包括孔形结构,把画面安装在中间体或墙壁上时将环形结构套在中间体或墙壁上的纽扣上,将画面从墙壁上拆下时将环形结构脱离中间体或墙壁上纽扣。(4)拉链,把拉链的两个组成部分分别固定在画面和中间体或墙壁上,固定的方法包括用胶粘剂固定、用缝纫的方法固定、用钉子钉的方法固定,例如将拉链的一个组成部分用码钉或胶粘剂固定在中间体或墙壁上,另一部分用缝纫的方法固定在画面的周边,需要把画面安装在墙壁上时用拉链的拉头把拉链的两个部分连接在一起,需要把画面从墙壁上拆卸下来时用拉链的拉头把拉链的两个组成部分分开。(5)磁性连接件,把带有磁性的塑胶条或磁铁用码钉或胶粘剂固定在中间体或墙壁上,在画面的周边缝纫上铁质金属片用于与中间体或墙壁上的磁性塑胶条或磁铁连接,需要把画面安装在墙壁上时,把画面上的铁质金属片与中间体或墙壁上的磁性塑胶条或磁铁吸合,需要把画面从墙壁上拆下时将二者分离。(6)穿插连接件,在中间体上每间隔一段距离钻一个孔,在画面的周边固定上与该孔对应的柱状体,柱状体与画面依靠穿插、缝纫、绳线栓连等连接方式连接,需要将画面安装在墙壁上时将画面上的柱状体插入中间体上的孔中,需要将画面从墙壁上拆下时将画面上的柱状体从中间体的孔中拔出。(7)夹子连接件,安装在中间体上的夹子连接件由两个部分组成,两个部分之间有一定的夹持力,其夹持力由弹簧或磁性体产生,由磁性体产生夹持力的夹子连接件的结构是将一块磁性体固定在夹子连接件的一个部分上面,依靠磁力使夹子连接件的两个部分产生夹持力,用夹子连接件把画面夹住,依靠中间体上的夹子连接件的夹持力把画面与墙壁上的中间体连接,克服夹子连接件的夹持力便可拆下画面。(8)凹槽塞棒条连接件,在中间体的正面制作出凹槽,用与该凹槽的尺寸匹配的棒条把画面的周边压入中间体的凹槽中使画面卡在中间体的凹槽中实现画面与墙壁上的中间体连接的目的进而把画面安装在墙壁上,在需要将画面从墙壁上拆卸下来时把凹槽中的棒条拉拽出来进而把画面从墙壁上的中间体上拆卸下来。画面安装在墙壁上的连接方式包括直接连接方式和间接连接方式,直接连接方式就是安装画面的连接件直接安装在墙壁上,间接连接方式就是安装画面的连接件通过中间体安装在墙壁上,所述中间体包括木条或塑料条、木框或塑料框。在画面的周边安装有画框,画框用安装件安装在墙壁上或安装在连接画面和墙壁的中间体上,画框安装在画面的周边是为了使画面不会因画框与墙壁的固定而受限制,画面既可以安装在墙壁上又不受安装在墙壁上的画框的影响,可以方便地拆装。用于安装画框的安装件的连接是方便拆装式连接,包括螺丝安装件、磁性安装件、卡簧安装件、插销安装件、钩挂安装件。(一)螺丝安装件,用安装件螺丝穿过画框的凹陷结构和中间体把画框通过中间体安装在墙壁上,在需要更换墙画的画面时把螺丝旋出,拆下画框,更换画面,然后再把画框安装上,旋紧安装件螺丝。(二)磁性安装件,用一组以磁性连接的安装件把画框和中间体或墙壁连接在一起,磁性安装件的组成部分为磁性材料和含铁的金属材料,磁性安装件的一部分固定在画框上,另一部分固定在中间体或墙壁上,在需要更换墙画的画面时把画框取下,更换画面后再把画框安装上。(三)卡簧安装件,卡簧安装件的两个连接的部分为凹凸结构,凸起结构依靠弹簧控制可以伸缩,在将画框安装在中间体上时,中间体上的凸起结构受压回缩,待压力解除后,依靠弹簧的应力使中间体上的凸起结构伸入画框的凹陷结构从而把画框卡在墙壁上的中间体上,使画框安装在墙壁上。(四)插销安装件,在画框安放在中间体上后,用柱状体或钉子作插销,在画框的侧面穿入,把画框和中间体穿连在一起,在需要更换墙画的画面时把插销拔除,取下画框,更换完画面后,再把画框安放到中间体上并把插销插入画框和中间体使二者连接。(五) 钩挂安装件,在需要安装墙画画面的墙壁上固定上钩状体或环状体或柱状体,在画框的外侧固定上钩状体或环状体或柱状体,把钩状体与环状体或柱状体连接,把画框安装在墙壁上,在需要更换墙画的画面时把钩状体脱离环状体或柱状体,取下画框,然后更换画面,更换画面以后把画框用钩挂安装件安装在墙壁上。
一种墙画的制作方法:用数字喷绘技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷的印刷品作为画面,在画面的周边用胶粘剂粘接或缝纫上粘扣或魔术贴等连接件,在需要安装画面的墙壁上或安装在墙壁上的中间体上用胶粘剂粘接或用码钉钉上粘扣或魔术贴等连接件,把画面上的连接件与中间体或墙壁上的连接件连接,安装好画面,画框用安装件安装在画面周边的墙壁上或安装在墙壁上的中间体上。
由于是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品作画面,用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件连接画面和墙壁,一种墙画与现有技术只具有“可方便地更换画面”的单一有益效果相比同时具有可方便地更换画面和织物印刷画面本身所固有的优点两方面的有益效果,第一,织物印刷画面比人工绘制的画面的成本、价格低廉,可快速、大量复制,第二,织物印刷画面比非织物印刷画面的折叠性和伸展性更好,便于折叠收藏和展开拉平去皱的重新贴挂。由于本发明的画面是在画框的后面与墙壁直接或间接连接,与现有技术的画面安装在画框的背面,一旦将带有画面的画框安装在墙壁上其画面就不可以方便地拆装、更换的技术相比本发明的画面既可以安装在墙壁上又可以方便地拆装、更换,适合较大型的画面和画框。由于画框与墙壁的直接或间接连接,本发明可以利用墙壁矫正画框的扭曲的状态,使安装在墙壁上的画框具有平整、不扭曲的美观效果。

实施例1:用图9所示夹具17将图2所示4根画框条11,(其断面为图3所示L形12)以90度角夹紧、定位,用二级阶梯钻头18在图1所示的凹陷结构4处,穿过组合角中线8钻与螺丝7的螺纹的峰顶的直径和螺丝帽的直径匹配的螺丝孔6,把螺丝7穿入螺丝孔6中,在螺丝7的末端的凹陷结构4处的螺丝孔6内植入一枚图6所示的内外牙管状螺母9,组成图1所示的长方形画框1,在画框1的背面用码钉钉上图1所示的一套粘扣连接件3的一部分,在用热升华转印技术在涤纶布上印刷的画面2的正面的对应位置缝纫上粘扣连接件3的另一部分,把画面2用粘扣连接件3与画框1连接。
实施例2:用热升华转印技术在涤纶布上印刷的印刷品作图11所示的画面2,画面2的背面缝纫上粘扣连接件3,在安装于墙壁上的图11所示的木框中间体19的正面用码钉钉上粘扣连接件3,把画面2用粘扣连接件3安装在墙壁上的木框中间体19上,用图3所示T形14画框条11做成图11所示的画框1,把画框1用图12所示的螺丝安装件20安装在图11所示的木框中间体19上。
实施例3:用图9所示夹具17将图2所示4根画框条11,(其断面为图3所示L形12)以90度角夹紧、定位,用三级阶梯钻头18在图1所示的凹陷结构4处,穿过组合角中线8钻与螺丝7的螺纹的谷底的直径、螺纹的峰顶的直径和螺丝帽的直径匹配的螺丝孔6,把螺丝7穿入螺丝孔6中,组成一个图1所示的长100cm宽70cm的画框1,在画框条11的背面制作出图8所示的凹槽22,把用热升华转印技术在涤纶布上印刷的画面2离心拉平,用图8所示的棒条21把图1所示的画面2的4个边压入画框1的凹槽22中,用棒条21卡住画面2,完成画面2与画框1的连接,。在需要更换画面2时把棒条21从画框1的凹槽22中拉拽出来,拆下画面2。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种框画,用拆装方便的连接方式的连接件连接织物装饰面,其特征是:画面(2)是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品,画面(2)用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件(3)与画框(1)连接,画面(2)上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件(3),组成画框(1)的画框条(11)的两端的两个顶端角(10)是小于90度的角,螺丝(7)穿过相邻的两根画框条(11)的两个顶端角(10)组合形成的组合角中线(8)连接相邻的两根画框条(11)组成画框(1),画框条(11)或画框(1)上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件(3),画框(1)或画框条(11)上有凸起结构(5)和凹陷结构(4),螺丝(7)与画框条(11)的螺丝孔(6)的螺纹或螺母(9)的螺纹配合把画框条(11)组成画框(1),螺母(9)与画框条(11)或画框(1)的关系是植入式或外附式,画框(1)的形状从三边组合形至八边组合形。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种框画,其特征是:画面(2)包括数字喷绘技术印刷的画面和热升华转印技术印刷的画面,用于印刷画面(2)的织物包括聚酯纤维织物或含有聚酯纤维成分的织物。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的一种框画,其特征是:连接件(3)包括粘扣、魔术贴、摁扣、子母扣、纽扣、拉链、夹子、凹槽塞棒条连接件。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的一种框画,其特征是:画框条(11)的凸起结构(5)和凹陷结构(4)是一体式或组合式。
  5. 一种用于制作权利要求1的一种框画的方法,其特征是:先制作出画框条(11)的凹陷结构(4)和凸起结构(5),然后制作画框条(11)的顶端角(10),制作的方法是用电锯锯出顶端角(10),用夹具(17)将需要连接的两根画框条(11)定位,用钻头(18)钻螺丝孔(6),在画框条(11)或画框(1)上用胶粘剂粘接或用码钉钉上连接件(3),用螺丝(7)或用螺丝(7)和螺母(9)把画框条(11)组装成画框(1),用缝纫或胶粘的方法把连接件(3)固定在用数字喷绘技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷的画面(2)上,把画面(2)用连接件(3)安装在画框(1)上。
  6. 一种墙画,用拆装方便的连接方式的连接件连接织物装饰面,其特征是:画面(2)是用印刷技术在织物上印刷的印刷品,画面(2)用拆装方便的钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性连接方式的连接件(3)与墙壁连接,画面(2)上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件(3),在需要安装画面(2)的墙壁上或中间体(19)上固定有拆装方便的以钩挂、夹、卡、穿插、磁性为连接方式的连接件(3),画面(2)用连接件(3)直接或间接安装在墙壁上,画面(2)的周边用安装件(20)安装上画框(1)。
  7. 根据权利要求6所述的一种墙画,其特征是:画面(2)包括数字喷绘技术印刷的画面和热升华转印技术印刷的画面,用于印刷画面(2)的织物包括聚酯纤维织物和含有聚酯纤维成分的织物。
  8. 根据权利要求6所述的一种墙画,其特征是:连接件(3)包括:粘扣、魔术贴、摁扣、子母扣、纽扣、拉链、夹子、凹槽塞棒条连接件。
  9. 根据权利要求6所述的一种墙画,其特征是:画面(2)、画框(1)是直接或依靠中间体(19)间接安装在墙壁上,画框(1)用安装件(20)与中间体(19)或墙壁连接,安装件(20)包括螺丝安装件、磁性安装件、卡簧安装件、插销安装件、钩挂安装件。
  10. 一种用于制作权利要求6的一种墙画的方法,其特征是:用数字喷绘技术、热升华转印技术在织物上印刷画面(2),用缝纫连接方式或胶粘连接方式把连接件(3)固定在画面(2)上,用胶粘剂或码钉把连接件(3)固定在墙壁上或中间体(19)上,用螺丝、钉子、胶粘剂把中间体(19)安装在墙壁上,把画面(2)依靠连接件(3)直接或间接安装在墙壁上,用安装件(20)把画框(1)安装在墙壁上或墙壁上的中间体(19)上。
