一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统及其使用方法 技术领域
本发明涉及电子信息技术领域,具体是一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统及其使用方法。
背景技术
现阶段,由于快递的兴起,运输的便利以及人民生活水平的的提高,仓储需求增大,各地的仓储库房越来越多。但是,由于有的库房占地较大,仓储的种类较多,但是录入系统大多靠手工录入仓储费,但没有自动化,人为操作失误率高且工作量大,达不到人们对货物管理精细化的要求,给客户,库房带来了较大的损失。
发明内容
为了解决现有技术中存在的上述问题,本发明提供了一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统及其使用方法。本发明要解决的技术问题通过以下技术方案实现:
一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,包括设置模块,计时模块,计费模块,储存模块,导出模块以及管理模块,其中设置模块用于设置仓储合同计费参数;计时模块用于记录货物的储存时间;计费模块用于记录货物的储存费用,储存模块用于将信息储存,导出模块可以将所有信息以及合同导出;管理模块用于管理各模块,并将信息传送给使用者。
进一步的,所述仓储合同计费参数包括货物种类,吨位,区间计费标准以及起始时间。
进一步的,导出模块导出合同生效后,自动生成条形码,出库时扫描 条形码停止计费。
一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
A.登录后台系统,设置仓储合同计费参数;
B.设置仓储合同计费生效区间;
C.保存仓储合同;
D.审核仓储合同,审核通过执行E;
E.仓储入库后,凌晨统一生成每日仓储费用;
F.系统判断货物所属仓储合同是否在计费生效区间内,是则执行步骤G;
G.获取仓储计费参数,通过计费公式,自动计算仓储费用。
进一步的,所述D步骤,审核不通过执行结束。
进一步的,所述D步骤,审核通过,生成条形码并开始计时,再次扫描条形码计时结束。
进一步的,所述F步骤,如果所属系统判断为否,则执行H步骤,设置仓储费为0。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明公开了一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统及其使用方法,与普通的费用记录系统相比,本系统可以通过设置参数、计费模板,每天自动计算仓储费。利用管理系统管理,更加方便,所有数据一目了然,降低了操作失误率,减少了工作量,达到了对仓储管理的精细化要求。

实施例:
本实施例提供的是一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,包括设置模块,计时模块,计费模块,储存模块,导出模块以及管理模块,其中设置模块用于设置仓储合同计费参数,包括计费区间,价格,货物品种,吨位等计费方式;计时模块用于记录货物的储存时间;计费模块用于记录货物的储存费用,储存模块用于将信息保存,导出模块可以将所有信息以及合同以电子文件的形式导出;管理模块用于管理各模块,并将信息传送给使用者。
其使用方法,如图1所示,包括以下步骤:
首先,登录后台系统,设置仓储合同计费参数,对货物种类,吨位,进入时间等基础信息进行设置,以及区域计费设置;设置仓储合同计费生效区间;然后生成仓储合同,等合同生成之后,系统审核仓储合同,审核通过后,生成最终仓储合同并条形码,将条形码置于货物上。然后将货物入库,每到凌晨统一生成每日仓储费用,并累积叠加到之间的费用上;如果合同审核不通过,系统将提示仓库管理人员重新修改仓储合同,执行结束。当有货物出库时,系统扫描之前的条形码信息,判断货物所属仓储合同是否在计费生效区间内,是则获取仓储计费参数,通过计费公式,自动计算仓储费用;如果所属系统判断为否,则执行H步骤,设置仓储费为0。
本系统通过上述步骤可以通过设置参数、计费模板,每天自动计算仓储费。利用管理系统管理,更加方便,所有数据一目了然,降低了操作失误率,减少了工作量,达到了对仓储管理的精细化要求。

  1. 一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,其特征在于,包括设置模块,计时模块,计费模块,储存模块,导出模块以及管理模块,其中设置模块用于设置仓储合同计费参数;计时模块用于记录货物的储存时间;计费模块用于记录货物的储存费用,储存模块用于将信息储存,导出模块可以将所有信息以及合同导出;管理模块用于管理各模块,并将信息传送给使用者。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,其特征在于,所述仓储合同计费参数包括货物种类,吨位,区间计费标准以及起始时间。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,其特征在于,导出模块导出合同生效后,自动生成条形码,出库时扫描条形码停止计费。
  4. 一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统的使用方法,包括以下步骤:
    A.登录后台系统,设置仓储合同计费参数;
    B.设置仓储合同计费生效区间;
    C.保存仓储合同;
    D.审核仓储合同,审核通过执行E;
    E.仓储入库后,凌晨统一生成每日仓储费用;
    F.系统判断货物所属仓储合同是否在计费生效区间内,是则执行步骤G;
    G.获取仓储计费参数,通过计费公式,自动计算仓储费用。
  5. 如权利要求4所述的一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,其特征在于,所述D步骤,审核不通过执行结束。

  7. 如权利要求4所述的一种基于自动化计费的仓储管理系统,其特征在于,所述F步骤,如果所属系统判断为否,则执行H步骤,设置仓储费为0。
