为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种粘胶纤维复合面料生产用收卷装置,能够在面料生产收卷过程中对面料起到很好的限位抵紧作用,从而避免面料收卷过程中发生松散的情况,且便于对收卷成不同长度的面料进行限位抵紧。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种粘胶纤维复合面料生产用收卷装置,包括第一固定板、固定箱和卷筒,固定箱内壁的顶部与底部均开设有滑动槽,并且滑动槽的 内部滑动连接有滑动块,两个滑动块相对的一侧之间固定连接有竖板,并且竖板的一侧固定连接有弹性件,两个滑动块的一侧均固定连接有横杆,两个横杆远离滑动块的一端固定连接有限位件。
优选的,两个横杆远离滑动块的一端均贯穿固定箱并延伸至固定箱的一侧,并且限位件套设在卷筒的外表面。
优选的,弹性件远离竖板的一端与固定箱内壁的一侧固定连接,并且弹性件的数量为若干个。
优选的,第一固定板一侧的顶部固定连接有稳定箱,并且稳定箱内壁的一侧固定连接有电机。
优选的,电机输出轴的一端固定连接有转动杆,转动杆远离电机的一端依次贯穿稳定箱和第一固定板并延伸至第一固定板的一侧。
优选的,转动杆延伸至第一固定板一侧的外表面与卷筒的内部固定连接。

如图1-3所示,本实用新型提出的一种粘胶纤维复合面料生产用收卷装置,包括第一固定板1、固定箱2和卷筒3,固定箱2内壁的顶部与底部均开设有滑动槽4,并且滑动槽4的内部滑动连接有滑动块5,两个滑动块5相对的一侧之间固定连接有竖板6,并且竖板6的一侧固定连接有弹性件7,两个滑动块5的一侧均固定连接有横杆8,两个横杆8远离滑动块5的一端固定连接有限位件9。
本实用新型中,面料收卷时,将限位件9向一侧推动,带动横杆8、滑动块5和竖板6运动,从而对弹性件7进行挤压,然后将面料在卷筒3上缠绕一定厚度,松开限位件9,限位件9在弹性件7的弹力作用下对卷筒上的面料进行抵紧,与第一固定板1共同对面料起到限位固定作用,通过弹性件7的弹力作用能够对限位件9进行左右拉动,从而对限位件9进行位置上的调节,便于对收卷成不同长度的面料进行限位抵紧,然后启动电机11,电机11带动转动杆12和卷 筒3转动,从而快速对面料进行收卷,收卷完成后,将限位件9向一侧拉动,使得限位件9与卷筒3脱离,然后将第二固定板14向上拉动拔出固定口15,从而将第二固定板14和限位件9进行拆卸,将卷筒3上收卷完成的面料从卷筒3的左侧拉出即可。
在一个可选的实施例中,两个横杆8远离滑动块5的一端均贯穿固定箱2并延伸至固定箱2的一侧,并且限位件9套设在卷筒3的外表面。
需要说明的是,通过限位件9套设在卷筒3的外表面使得限位件9能够在卷筒3表面运动,从而能够对收卷成不同长度的面料进行限位抵紧。
在一个可选的实施例中,弹性件7远离竖板6的一端与固定箱2内壁的一侧固定连接,并且弹性件7的数量为若干个。
需要说明的是,通过弹性件7的数量为若干个能够增加弹力,从而更好的对面料进行限位抵紧。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一固定板1一侧的顶部固定连接有稳定箱10,并且稳定箱10内壁的一侧固定连接有电机11。
需要说明的是,电机11通过连接线与外部电源连接,通过设置于稳定箱10背面的电源开关控制启动和关闭。
在一个可选的实施例中,电机11输出轴的一端固定连接有转动杆12,转动杆12远离电机11的一端依次贯穿稳定箱10和第一固定板1并延伸至第一固定板1的一侧。
需要说明的是,通过转动杆12的转动带动卷筒3转动,从而对面料进行收卷。
在一个可选的实施例中,转动杆12延伸至第一固定板1一侧的外表面与卷筒3的内部固定连接。
需要说明的是,卷筒3的右侧与第一固定板1的一侧接触,不会影响卷筒3的转动。
在一个可选的实施例中,第一固定板1的底部固定连接有底板13,底板13顶部的一侧通过固定口15卡接有第二固定板14,通过第一固定板1、固定箱2、卷筒3、滑动槽4、滑动块5、竖板6、弹性件7、横杆8、限位件9、稳定箱10、电机11、转动杆12、底板13、第二固定板14和固定口15的设置,能够在面料生产收卷过程中对面料起到很好的限位抵紧作用,从而避免面料收卷过程中发生松散的情况,且便于对收卷成不同长度的面料进行限位抵紧,更好更快的保证了面料收卷和生产工作的进行,并且第二固定板14一侧的顶部与固定箱2的一侧固定连接。
需要说明的是,通过底板13的设置对该装置起到很好的支撑作用。
