- Hemp oil also called CBD oil
- CBD oil is an oil obtained by separating CBD from hemp extract by various methods and mixing it with oils such as coconut oil, grape seed oil, rosehip oil, olive oil or hemp seed oil, and is used in many sectors, mostly in the medical industry.
- hemp oil In order to use hemp oil, it must be used with an active base substance, that is, it must be dissolved in oil. Rosehip oil and grape seed oil are used in the invention so as to achieve this. If hemp oil is used together with these oils, it becomes more homogenized and its effectiveness increases. As noted in the following section, said two oils have anti-inflammatory properties and support hemp oil in this respect as well. In other words, they both ensure the condensation of the oil and increase the effectiveness of the oil due to the substances therein. In current applications, it has been observed that hemp oil is used with olive oil or different oils.
- the major advantage of hemp oil is that it is hypoallergenic. Therefore, it is suitable for sensitive and eczematic skin. It prevents irritation and redness. Hemp oils are helpful in acne, atopic eczema and psoriasis. It not only improves the condition of the skin, but also relieves mild itching.
- Rosehip oil which is another ingredient used in the invention is used to prevent or improve fine lines and wrinkles. It is an effective moisturizer for dry skin. It helps to prevent or reduce cracks. It gives a natural shine to the skin. It balances skin tone by minimizing pores and blemishes. It is the only fruit in the world that contains natural Retinoic Acid. It contains high levels of vitamin A (retinol) and B1, B2, E, K, Sodium and Calcium It has anti-septic properties. It is antioxidant. It is good for redness, sensitivity and flaking problems. It provides the disappearance of scars caused by eczema and acne. It reduces the effect of the sun on the skin.
- Retinoic Acid contains high levels of vitamin A (retinol) and B1, B2, E, K, Sodium and Calcium It has anti-septic properties. It is antioxidant. It is good for redness, sensitivity and flaking problems. It provides the disappearance of scars caused by eczema and acne. It reduces the effect of
- the grape seed oil used in the invention has skin penetration, so it does not cause an oily feeling on the skin after application. Grape seed oil strengthens cell membranes and improves the overall quality of the skin with its linoleic acid content. As a moisturizer, it nourishes the skin and adds a shiny touch to the skin. Grape seed oil is one of the essential oils used in aromatherapy, as it is a light and thin oil. It slows down the formation of wrinkles and prevents sagging. Its application as a massage oil helps in reducing varicose, rheumatism and joint pain.
- Grape seed oil prevents clogging of pores and prevents formation of more acne with its high antioxidant properties. It not only prevents the formation of acne, but also helps to treat existing acne with its anti-inflammatory properties. It removes under-eye and skin wrinkles and prevents skin sagging. It removes under-eye and skin wrinkles and prevents skin sagging.
- Vitamin C used in the invention provides a bright and tight skin appearance, supports collagen production, reduces the appearance of fine lines and skin sagging, and acts as a real antioxidant by eliminating the pigmentation problem.
- Ascorbic acid is an important cofactor of propyl hydroxylase and lysyl hydroxylase enzymes required for collagen formation in the skin. This hydroxylation process is important for the collagen to function in the skin. As a result of contact with UV, free oxygen radicals are formed in the skin and ascorbic acid accumulations in the skin are discharged. Topical ascorbic acid acts as a free radical scavenger and stimulates collagen synthesis.
- Hyaluronic acid used in the invention provides a more tense and smooth appearance to the skin by increasing the moisture content and creates an artificial lipid mantle by forming a thin film layer on the skin surface. Thus, it protects the skin against external factors and provides a natural shine.
- Hyaluronic acid shows high molecular weight hydrophilic forming properties. It is effective in regulating and strengthening dermal collagen.
- the gransome heptapeptide-7 used in the invention is a patented peptide sequence prepared in phospholipid mini-vesicles.
- the active peptide is produced from a naturally occurring wound-healing protein with EGF-like activity. This delivery mechanism provides enhanced population and long-term bioavailability of active peptides, which offers the best opportunity for visible improvements in the skin.
- Gransome Heptapeptide-7 is an ideal compound to combat the visible manifestations of crepey skin and other undesirable changes in the skin where extracellular matrix remodeling is required for significant improvements.
- Carbopol 974 which is used in the invention is a white, fluffy, acidic and hygroscopic high molecular weight synthetic polymer with a slight characteristic odor.
- Carbomers are used as gelling agents in concentrations between 0.5 and 2%.
- the pH of 0.5-1% dispersion is between 2.5-3.5. It is soluble in water and after neutralization in ethanol and glycerine.
- carbomers are dispersed in water, a low viscosity colloidal solution is formed. Viscosity increases when an alkaline substance such as trolamine (triethanolamine) is added.
- the carbomer can be quickly scattered into the water being mixed so as to accelerate dispersion initially; during this time, attention should be paid to the formation of pellets. Efforts should be made to minimize the formation of air bubbles in the gel. Maximum viscosity is usually achieved between pH 6-11. Carbomer gels should be protected from light and contain antimicrobial preservatives.
- Compritol 888 (solid lipid nanoparticles) used in the invention which are solid lipid nanoparticles are new drug delivery systems on which studies have been focused in recent years. Studies on dermatological and cosmetic applications have always been at the forefront. It is aimed to increase the penetration and absorption of the active substance trapped in solid lipid nanoparticles through the skin, to reduce its penetration through the skin, to ensure that it only acts on the skin surface for a longer time, and to reduce the irritation potential of substances that cause irritation on the skin. Solid lipid nanoparticles began to be developed in the early 1990s as alternative carrier systems to emulsions, liposomes and polymeric particulate systems.
- the hyaluronic acid used in the present invention is not sodium hyaluronate, which can show the effect of hyaluronic acid used in the market.
- Hyaluronic acid is widely used in all kinds of ophthalmic surgery, such as biochemical medicine, crystal implantation, corneal transplantation and anti-glaucoma surgery, whose main function is high clinical value, when used in a cosmetic product, has a unique skin protection effect and can keep the skin moist and smooth, is a raw material that can restore delicate, soft, elastic, anti-wrinkle, beauty care and skin physiology function.
- sodium hyaluronate is a substance that is widely used in the low-cost cosmetic industry, shows the effect of hyaluronic acid with its moisturizing feature.

Description
ANTI-INFLAMMATORY, ANTI-ALLERGIC, ANTI-BACTERIAL, ANTI-AGING AND ANTI-OXIDANT EFFECTIVE MULTIFUNCTIONAL AND NANOTECHNOLOGICAL GEL CONTENT AND PRODUCTION METHOD
FOR THE FACIAL CONTOUR
Technological Field:
The present invention relates to an anti-inflammatory, anti-allergic, anti bacterial, anti-aging and anti-oxidant effective multifunctional and nanotechnological gel content and production method for the facial contour.
A gel formulation for the facial area with soothing, blackhead and acne removal, anti-oxidant, anti-aging and antibacterial effects has been developed with its anti-inflammation-like effect without making oily and acne-prone skins wherein the combination of hemp oil, grape seed oil and rosehip oil has been formulated as nanoparticles and is used together with this mixture.
In particular, the present invention relates to a nanotechnological, gel-based cosmetic formulation that contains solid lipid nanoparticles (SLN) obtained with oils similar to the fat structures existing in our body, which are particularly effective in changing the appearance of wrinkles around the face.
State of the Art:
Cosmetics are defined as all preparations or substances which are prepared to be applied to different external parts of the human body such as the epidermis, nails, hair, hair, lips and external genitalia, teeth and oral mucosa, whose sole or primary purpose is to clean, scent, change the appearance and/or correct and/or protect or keep these parts in good condition. For this reason, cosmetic
products are products that must be designed safe and risk-free. The primary function of the product must comply with the definition of cosmetics.
Substances serve for anti-aging and blemishes should be pharmacologically appropriate, should show their effect in 2-3 months, their possibility of side effects should be low, and they should be able to remove unwanted blemishes permanently. In order to increase the effect by adding, combinations of these substances are used in most of the formulations. In particular, it is aimed to reduce the side effects and increase the effectiveness by choosing low concentrations of substances that act by different mechanisms. Skin peeling products such as trichloroacetic acid are used to remove melanin-containing skin surfaces with a peeling effect. However, even if acidic peels are used for facial skin, the possibility of side effects is medium-high. The face is one of the most important parts of a person's physical appearance. The first interaction with the social environment takes place over the face, people try to recognize and estimate each other by looking at their faces. For this reason, people try to take good care of their faces and make an effort to prevent possible skin problems. The present invention of this description discloses a gel formulation for the facial area with soothing, blackhead and acne removal, anti-oxidant, anti-aging and antibacterial effects with its anti- inflammation-like effect.
Wrinkles and sagging are seen on the skin together with advancing age Studies show that 80-90% of aging-related skin problems are caused by environmental damage. Sun rays are the most effective environmental factor causing skin aging and cause blemish formation on the skin. The products sold in the market are designed through a single mechanism such as anti-aging, anti-wrinkle, sunscreen, blemish remover and so on so as to solve this problem. A person who wants to use anti-aging purchases a different product and a person who wants to get anti-wrinkle support purchases another different product. However,
since it is not possible to use all of these products at the same time, the needs of the skin cannot be fully met; it is observed that it is costly for the user since more than one product has to be purchased. A facial cream is disclosed in the patent document numbered 2020/14776 found in the literature research. Said face cream contains jojoba and panthenol, and these ingredients are not included in the invention subject to the description.
A facial cream containing cannabis leaf is disclosed in the Chinese patent document numbered CN111184663A found in the literature research. However, in said invention in addition to hemp oil, rosehip and grape seed oil are also present, and the ingredients are formulated as nano-particular.
As a result, there is a need for a new gel content and production method to be used for the facial contour, in which the state of the art is overcome and its disadvantages are eliminated.
Aim of the Invention:
The invention is a new gel content and production method which exceeds the state of the art and eliminates the disadvantages and has some additional features.
It is aimed to produce a product prototype with anti-aging effect by balancing the color change in the skin and stimulating the stimulation of collagen synthesis with the present invention A nanotechnological, gel-based cosmetic formulation that contains solid lipid nanoparticles obtained with oils similar to the fat structures existing in our body, which are particularly effective in changing the appearance of wrinkles around the face is formed.
The main aim of the invention, which is the subject of the description, is to design an effective cosmetic product that will help reduce wrinkles in the facial area and structural restoration of the skin. It is aimed to reveal an effective cosmetic product for the facial region within the scope of the present invention that can be used by even sensitive skin individuals, minimizes the appearance of fine wrinkles, helps to open deep wrinkles, has a sunscreen effect with solid lipid nanoparticles, and also has anti-aging, anti-inflammatory and antioxidant effects by balancing the skin color. The product subject to the invention can be used easily even by people with sensitive skin and skin prone to acne.
The aim of the invention is to reveal a multifunctional and nanotechnological gel content with anti-aging effect, which is obtained with oils similar to the fat structures in our body, especially cannabis oil, that will minimize the appearance of fine wrinkles in the facial area, helps to open deep wrinkles, has a sunscreen effect, balances the skin color, and has anti-aging effects.
Another aim of the invention is to reveal a gel content in which possible side effects are minimized with the use of low amount of preservatives. Another aim of the invention is to have a hydrophilic gel-based gel content of the developed formulation, which does not give an oily feeling.
Multifunctional gel content has been revealed by the use of solid lipid nanoparticles and natural herbal oils in the present invention. These functions are listed below.
• It has been determined that solid lipid nanoparticles create a pigment effect due to their white color.
• Solid lipid nanoparticles act as physical protectors due to their crystalline structure.
• The product that will be formed with the formula developed by using this feature, has sunscreen feature without using physical and chemical preservatives. Description of the Invention:
In this detailed description, the inventive face gel and production method is described by means of examples only for clarifying the subject matter such that no limiting effect is created. In the present invention, an anti-inflammatory, anti allergic, anti-bacterial, anti-aging and anti-oxidant effective multifunctional and nanotechnological gel content and production method for the facial contour is described.
The present invention is a facial gel containing effective amounts of cannabis oil, grape seed oil and rosehip oil. Additionally, it contains distilled water, carbomer, triethanolamine, Peg-8, Compritol® 888, hyaluronic acid, vitamin C, Gransome Heptapeptide-7, Eukly 9010 and Sensiva® PA 40.
Cannabis oil used in the invention;
• is a fighter against cancer
• reduces the risk of Alzheimer's and Parkinson's.
• reduces autoimmunity and inflammation.
• reduces pain.
• is effective in psoriasis.
• is protective against bacteria.
• supports heart health.
• provides the regulation of diabetes.
• helps in the treatment of asthma.
Hemp oil, also called CBD oil, is an oil obtained by separating CBD from hemp extract by various methods and mixing it with oils such as coconut oil, grape
seed oil, rosehip oil, olive oil or hemp seed oil, and is used in many sectors, mostly in the medical industry.
In order to use hemp oil, it must be used with an active base substance, that is, it must be dissolved in oil.
Hemp oil delays aging and prevents early signs of aging with the help of the linoleic acid in its content. It does not leave an oily effect on the skin after application. It balances the pH of the skin and reduces the UV effect. It helps to restore the microfilm layer of the skin and thus increases the skin's resistance to environmental negative effects. It increases skin elasticity and flexibility. The major advantage of hemp oil is that it is hypoallergenic. Therefore, it is suitable for sensitive and eczematic skin. It prevents irritation and redness. Hemp oils are helpful in acne, atopic eczema and psoriasis. It not only improves the condition of the skin, but also relieves mild itching.
Rosehip oil which is another ingredient used in the invention is used to prevent or improve fine lines and wrinkles. It provides
the disappearance of scars caused by eczema and acne. It reduces the effect of the sun on the skin.
The grape seed oil used in the invention has skin penetration, so it does not cause an oily feeling on the skin after application.
Grape seed oil prevents clogging of pores and prevents formation of more acne with its high antioxidant properties. It not only prevents the formation of acne, but also helps to treat existing acne with its anti-inflammatory properties. It removes under-eye and skin wrinkles and prevents skin sagging. It removes under-eye and skin wrinkles and prevents skin sagging.
Vitamin C used in the invention provides a bright and tight skin appearance, supports collagen production, reduces the appearance of fine lines and skin sagging, and acts as a real antioxidant by eliminating the pigmentation problem. Ascorbic acid is an important cofactor of propyl hydroxylase and lysyl hydroxylase enzymes required for collagen formation in the skin.
Hyaluronic acid used in the invention provides a more tense and smooth appearance to the skin by increasing the moisture content and creates an
artificial lipid mantle by forming a thin film layer on the skin surface. Thus, it protects the skin against external factors and provides a natural shine. Hyaluronic acid shows high molecular weight hydrophilic forming properties. It is effective in regulating and strengthening dermal collagen.
The gransome heptapeptide-7 used in the invention is a patented peptide sequence prepared in phospholipid mini-vesicles. The active peptide is produced from a naturally occurring wound-healing protein with EGF-like activity. This delivery mechanism provides enhanced population and long-term bioavailability of active peptides, which offers the best opportunity for visible improvements in the skin. Gransome Heptapeptide-7 is an ideal compound to combat the visible manifestations of crepey skin and other undesirable changes in the skin where extracellular matrix remodeling is required for significant improvements.
Carbopol 974 which is used in the invention is a white, fluffy, acidic and hygroscopic high molecular weight synthetic polymer with a slight characteristic odor. Carbomers are used as gelling agents in concentrations between 0.5 and 2%. The pH of 0.5-1% dispersion is between 2.5-3.5. It is soluble in water and after neutralization in ethanol and glycerine. When carbomers are dispersed in water, a low viscosity colloidal solution is formed. Viscosity increases when an alkaline substance such as trolamine (triethanolamine) is added. The carbomer can be quickly scattered into the water being mixed so as to accelerate dispersion initially; during this time, attention should be paid to the formation of pellets. Efforts should be made to minimize the formation of air bubbles in the gel. Maximum viscosity is usually achieved between pH 6-11. Carbomer gels should be protected from light and contain antimicrobial preservatives.
Compritol 888 (solid lipid nanoparticles) used in the invention which are solid lipid nanoparticles are new drug delivery systems on which studies
have been focused in recent years. The hyaluronic acid used in the present invention is not sodium hyaluronate, which can show the effect of hyaluronic acid used in the market. Hyaluronic acid is widely used in all kinds of ophthalmic surgery, such as biochemical medicine, crystal implantation, corneal transplantation and anti-glaucoma surgery, whose main function is high clinical value, when used in a cosmetic product, has a unique skin protection effect and can keep the skin moist and smooth, is a raw material that can restore delicate, soft, elastic, anti-wrinkle, beauty care and skin physiology function. On the other hand, sodium hyaluronate is a substance that is widely used in the low-cost cosmetic industry, shows the effect of hyaluronic acid with its moisturizing feature.
Studies have shown that the use of low molecular weight hyaluronic acid in cosmetic formulations is successful in preventing signs of skin aging and line formation. The values given for this are 50-130 and 300 kDA. The hyaluronic acid used in our formulation is 300kDA.
The contribution of solid lipid nanoparticles in the developed formulation can be expressed as follows;
• They protect components with stability problems against chemical degradation.
• They provide controlled release of cosmetic active ingredients depending on the type and size of the nanoparticle produced.
• They can be used as carriers for chemical UV filters. Thus, they allow to increase the UV blocking effect and reduce the concentration of sunscreen in the formulation.
• Solid lipid nanoparticles have UV blocking properties. They act as physical sun filters by effectively reflecting UV light due to their particulate properties.
