Claims (12)
- 一种充电连接器,其中,包括:控制盒和接电插头;所述控制盒与充电枪电连接;所述控制盒设有三相端子;所述接电插头设有连接结构,所述连接结构将所述接电插头与所述控制盒可拆卸地连接到一起,且使所述接电插头与所述三相端子电连接。
- 如权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其中,所述连接结构包括设于所述接电插头的滑槽,所述控制盒设有滑动体,所述滑动体可滑动地嵌设于所述滑槽内,且所述滑动体被限制脱离所述滑槽。
- 如权利要求2所述的充电连接器,其中,所述滑槽具有第一槽部和与所述第一槽部相连通的第二槽部,所述第一槽部和所述第二槽部沿槽深方向依次分布,所述滑动体穿设于所述第一槽部,且所述滑动体的端部设置于所述第二槽部内,所述第二槽部的顶壁限制所述滑动体沿所述槽深方向的反向运动。
- 如权利要求3所述的充电连接器,其中,所述滑动体包括连接柱和连接于所述连接柱的端部的滑动部,所述连接柱穿设于所述第一槽部,所述滑动部设置于所述第二槽部内。
- 如权利要求3所述的充电连接器,其中,所述三相端子的一个电端子与所述滑动体电连接;所述第二槽部设有金属接触簧片,所述金属接触簧片与接电插头的一个电端子电连接;所述滑动体与金属接触簧片接触连接。
- 如权利要求5所述的充电连接器,其中,所述金属接触簧片设于所述第二槽部的底壁,所述金属接触簧片被构造成对所述滑动体施加沿所述槽深方向的反向的弹性力。
- 如权利要求2所述的充电连接器,其中,所述控制盒设有用于容置所述接电插头的第一容置槽。
- 如权利要求7所述的充电连接器,其中,所述滑动体设于所述第一容置槽的底壁;所述三相端子的至少一个电端子设于所述第一容置槽的侧壁,所述接电插头被构造成所述接电插头能够沿所述滑槽移动至与所述第一容置槽的侧壁抵接,且所述接电插头与设于所述第一容置槽的侧壁的电端子电连接。
- 如权利要求8所述的充电连接器,其中,所述充电连接器包括对接机构,所述对接机构包括导电柱和导电筒,所述导电柱延伸至所述导电筒内,使得所述导电柱与所述导电筒电连接;所述导电柱被构造成设于所述第一容置槽的侧壁的电端子,所述导电筒设于所述接 电插头;或者,所述导电筒被构造成设于所述第一容置槽的侧壁的电端子,所述导电柱设于所述接电插头。
- 如权利要求9所述的充电连接器,其中,所述导电筒的端部设有压接臂,所述压接臂被构造成向内压紧所述导电柱。
- 如权利要求1所述的充电连接器,其中,所述控制盒包括壳体、橡胶缓冲垫和电路板,所述三相端子与所述电路板电连接;所述橡胶缓冲垫安装于所述壳体内,所述橡胶缓冲垫设有第二容置槽,所述电路板设置于所述第二容置槽内。
- 一种充电装置,其中,包括:充电枪和权利要求1-11中任一项所述的充电连接器,所述充电枪与所述控制盒电连接。
