一种盛放棋子的棋托 技术领域
本发明涉及棋具,具体涉及一种盛放棋子的棋托。
背景技术
目前五子棋等棋类游戏的对弈双方在二维的棋盘上做二维形象思考来竞技、娱乐或益智,但随着虚拟现实等技术的进步,人们的三维形象思维能力日益重要,人们迫切需要能锻炼三维形象思维能力的工具。然而目前三维棋类相关的发明,要么需要额外添加棋盘及其附属支撑物件,要么其棋子走动机制也没遵从人们关于空间运动的常识,即单位时间内相同速度的物体在平面上可以运动的距离与其在竖面上可以运动的距离应一致。额外的棋盘导致较多的制作成本,同时也不便于棋手在棋盘与棋盘之间放置棋子;而棋子和棋盘之间不恰当的空间布局也将使人们产生视觉空间偏差。本发明可以解决上述问题。
技术问题 技术解决方案
本发明的目的是提出一种盛放棋子的棋托,人们可以用之把五子棋、围棋、日本将棋等棋类游戏从二维拓展到三维。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采用了如下技术方案。
一种盛放棋子的棋托,其特征在于,所述棋托包括托盘,托边及托脚,托盘可以盛放棋子,托边可以保护棋子不落下,托脚可以把棋子或较小的棋托嵌套在棋托下方。
棋托托边及托脚是透明的或有色半透明的,棋手可以透过棋托看到被棋托嵌套在内的棋子。
棋托托边是空心圆柱形的或其他无尖锐突出形状的。
该棋托用于拓展某种棋类时,托边的高度小于等于该棋类最矮棋子高度的四分之三但大于等于该棋类最矮棋子高度的四分之一。
该棋托用于拓展某种棋类时,有一副以上的棋托;同一副棋托高度相等;不同副棋托高度不等。
该棋托用于拓展某种棋类时,将不同副棋托按从矮到高的排序称为二子高棋托、三子高棋托, ……, N子高棋托,N为大于一的自然数。i子高棋托的高度H与该棋类棋盘的正方形格子边长L满足以下关系:H>=(i-1)*L而且H<=i*L, i为小于等于N的自然数。最矮的棋托仅可以嵌套任意一个棋子,称为二子高棋托;将任意一个棋子放置于二子高棋托的托盘后,三子高棋托仍可以将二子高棋托及该棋子嵌套在下方;其余依次类推。
该棋托用于拓展某种棋类时,二子高棋托放置在该棋类标准棋盘上,构成虚拟的第二棋盘平面;三字高棋托放置在棋盘上,构成虚拟的第三棋盘平面;如此反复,i子高的棋托放置在棋盘上,构成虚拟的第i个棋盘平面。
该棋托用于拓展某种棋类时,通过棋托所构成的虚拟棋盘平面上格子的颜色或底纹特征与棋盘上相同水平位置的格子的颜色或底纹特征一致。
在对弈期间, 棋手可以通过j子高棋托将位于虚拟的第i个棋盘平面的棋子落在虚拟的第j个棋盘平面上,j为小于等于N的自然数,特别地,当j为1时,该平面即为棋盘,棋手无需棋托即可把棋子放置在棋盘上。

图1出示本发明的具体实施例:一种盛放棋子的棋托,其特征在于,所述棋托1包括托盘2,托边3及托脚4,托盘2可以盛放棋子5,托边3可以保护棋子5不落下,托脚4可以把棋子5或较小的棋托1嵌套在棋托1下方。
举例的,棋托1托边3及托脚4由透明塑料制成,托盘2由不透明塑料制成。棋手可以透过棋托1看到被棋托1嵌套在内的棋子5。
举例的,该棋托1用于拓展某种平面13路五子棋到三维五子棋;该种平面十三路五子棋棋盘6由十二行十二列的正方形格子7构成;黑色棋子5有九十颗,白色棋子5有九十颗;棋托1有一副九十颗;二子高棋托1的高度等于棋盘6正方形格子7的边长L。棋子5的高度均为0.6L。
举例的,该棋托1托边3的高度等于棋子5高度的一半, 为0.3L。
举例的,棋托1托边3及托脚4是空心圆柱形,托盘2是圆形,棋子5是圆柱形;棋子底面的直径为0.8L;棋托1托盘2的直径为0.9L,托脚3的高度为0.7L; 托边2的高度为0.3L。
举例的,该三维五子棋可供二名棋手进行对弈。对弈时,将对弈棋手分为甲乙两方, 甲方执白色棋子5,乙方执黑色棋子5。
举例的,当甲方率先用五个白色棋子5连成某种三维造型时,甲方取胜,反之亦然。
本说明书中数学符号“>=”及“<=”含义如下:“A>=B”表示A大于等于B;“A<=B”表示A小于等于B。

  1. 一种盛放棋子的棋托,其特征在于,所述棋托(1)包括托盘(2),托边(3)及托脚(4),托盘(2)可以盛放棋子(5),托边(3)可以保护棋子(5)不落下,托脚(4)可以把棋子(5)或较小的棋托(1)嵌套在棋托(1)下方。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的棋托,其特征在于托边(3)及托脚(4)是透明的或有色半透明的,棋手可以透过棋托(1)看到被棋托(1)嵌套在内的棋子(5)。
  3. 根据权利要求1所述的棋托,其特征在于托边(3)是空心圆柱形的或其他无尖锐突出形状的。
  4. 根据权利要求1所述的棋托,其特征在于该棋托(1)用于拓展某种棋类时,托边(3)的高度小于等于该棋类最矮棋子(5)高度的四分之三但大于等于该棋类最矮棋子(5)高度的四分之一。
  5. 根据权利要求1所述的棋托,其特征在于该棋托(1)用于拓展某种棋类时,有一副以上的棋托(1);同一副的棋托(1)高度相等;不同副的棋托(1)高度不等。
  6. 根据权利要求1、权利要求6所述的棋托,将不同副的棋托(1)按从矮到高的排序称为二子高棋托、三子高棋托, ……, N子高棋托,N是大于1的自然数;i子高棋托(1)的高度H与该棋类棋盘的正方形格子边长L满足以下关系:H大于等于(i-1)*L而且H小于等于i*L,i是小于等于N的自然数;最矮的棋托(1)仅可以嵌套任意一个棋子(5),称为二子高棋托;将任意一个棋子(5)放置于二子高棋托(1)的托盘(2)后,三子高棋(1)托仍可以将二子高棋托(1)及该棋子(5)嵌套在下方;其余依次类推。
  7. 根据权利要求1、权利要求6及权利要求7所述的棋托,该棋托(1)用于拓展某种棋类时,二子高棋托(1)放置在该棋类标准棋盘(6)上,构成虚拟的第二棋盘平面;三字高棋托(1)放置在棋盘(6)上,构成虚拟的第三棋盘平面;如此反复,i子高的棋托(1)放置在棋盘(6)上,构成虚拟的第i个棋盘平面。
  8. 根据权利要求1、权利要求6、权利要求7及权利要求8所述的棋托,在对弈期间, 棋手可以通过j子高棋托(1)将虚拟的第i平面棋盘的棋子(5)落在虚拟的第j平面棋盘上,特别地,当j为1时,该平面即为棋盘(6),棋手无需棋托即可把棋子(5)放置在棋盘(6)上。
