在企业办公以及日常生活的过程中,桌子是一种必不可少的办公设备以及生活家具。
现有的桌子分为整体结构或者可组装的结构;随着电商市场的发展,组装式的桌子由于物美价廉以及极大的节约了装箱量,进而使用的更加广泛。
但是,现有的组装式桌子存在如下问题:
1)、组装式桌子是由零部件组装拼接而成,使得对每个零部件相互间的配合精度要求很高,从而在实际的组装过程中,容易因为零部件之间的配合不到位而影响整个组装式桌子的稳定性;
2)、组装式桌子的规格尺寸多为厂家根据市场调研所确定的最具有普适性的几种规格尺寸,而不是由客户根据其场地本身以及办公需求而特制的,即组装式桌子的规格尺寸比较单一,不能满足企业办公的多元化需求;因此,现有的组装式桌子中往往设置有用于延长桌子长度的延长板,但无法保证延长板和桌子本身的桌面板处于同一水平面;
3)、组装式桌子多为一次性组装,即组装完成后,组装式桌子是无法拆卸或极难拆卸的,这显然不利于后面可能发生的组装式桌子的搬迁;
4)、即使组装式桌子的每个零部件的制造精度都满足组装要求,但在具体的组装过程中,还是有可能由于组装人员的组装不到位而导致办公桌不平衡;
5)、现有的组装式桌子中,并没有配备特有的能够组装在桌子上的理线装置,即现有的组装式桌子中配备的为市面上常见的理线装置,该理线装置主要是通过螺栓固定安装在桌子上的,而这显然会破坏组装式桌子本身的结构。
为了解决上述第三个技术问题,本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种在企业办公以及日常生活的过程中使用的组装式桌子,该桌子方便组装以及拆装。

作为优选,所述锁舌件包括一体成型的手柄部、转轴部和锁舌部,所述转轴位于手柄部和锁舌部之间,所述锁舌件通过转轴部可转动的安装在固定块上,所述锁舌部的后侧面为倾斜面;还设有一弹性件,所述弹性件安装在桌面板和锁舌件之间,所述弹性件能够迫使锁舌部向桌面板转动或具有向桌面板转动的趋势。
作为优选,设有左右两个支撑架,所述支撑架包括水平的一第二支撑梁和至少一根竖直的可调节高度的第一支撑梁,所述第一支撑梁的顶部与桌面架可拆卸连接,所述第一支撑梁的底部与第二支撑梁;所述第二支撑梁的两端均安装有用于与地面接触的调节螺钉,所述调节螺钉能够通过转动的方式调节第二支撑梁的离地高度。
作为优选,还设有一集成化模块和搁线架,所述集成化模块上设有用于插接网线的端口、用于插接电话线的端口和用于插接电源线的接口,所述集成化模块安装在中间梁上并位于支撑梁的后方,所述搁线架可拆卸的安装在左右两个后侧边梁上并位于集成化模块的后方,所述搁线架上可拆卸的安装有理线器和卡线扣。
作为优选,还设有至少一延长模块,所述延长模块包括延长板、第二主支撑梁和两个副支撑梁,所述延长板安装在第二主支撑梁和两个副支撑梁上,所述第二主支撑梁和两个副支撑梁焊接固定,所述两个副支撑梁分别位于第二主支撑梁的前后两侧并分别与第二主支撑梁垂直,所述第二主支撑梁与第一主支撑梁或另一延长模块的第二主支撑梁固定连接,使得延长板的侧壁与桌面板的侧壁或另一延长模块的延长板的侧壁贴合。
一种桌子的组装方法,组装如上所述的一种桌子,其具体步骤为:
步骤一:将锁舌件和若干滑块安装在桌面板上,以及将桌面架和两个支撑架固定连接;
步骤二:翻转桌面板使得滑块位于桌面板的下方,然后将若干滑块分别对准若干第一滑槽的缺口后向下,使得桌面板滑动安装在桌面架上;
步骤三:滑动桌面板,使得锁舌件伸入锁孔内,进而完成桌子的组装。
本发明的有益效果为:
1)、本发明在组装时,先将桌面架和支撑架固定好后,仅需将桌面板滑动安装在桌面架上,然后向一特定方向滑动即可完成组装;而在拆装时,也仅需掰动手柄部,即可对桌子进行拆装;
2)、本发明能以零部件的方式进行装箱以及运输,节约了装箱量,降低了运输成本;
3)、本发明组装所用的零部件少,对各零部件之间的配合精度要求低,并且组装过程简单,对组装人员要求很低,基本都能很成功的完成对桌子的组装,即本发明在售卖给消费者后,消费者自身便能完成本发明的组装,而无需专业人士进行组装;
4)、本发明通过延长模块,能够增加桌子的长度,使得桌面板的尺寸规格更多样化,满足更多的尺寸规格的要求;
5)、本发明中的理线器和线卡也能够通过组装的方式安装在搁线架上。

实施例一:
如图1-3所示,一种用于企业办公或者日常生活中的桌子,包括桌面板10、桌面架11和若干用于支撑桌面架11以及与地面接触的支撑架12,所述桌面板10以能够拆卸的方式安装在桌面架11上,所述桌面架11以能够拆卸的方式安装在若干支撑架12上。
所述桌面板10滑动安装在桌面架11上;还设有锁舌件13和用于与锁舌件13配合的锁孔14,所述锁舌件13活动安装在桌面板10的下表面,所述锁孔14位于桌面架11上,当所述桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动至最末端时,所述锁舌件13能够伸入锁孔14内并与锁孔14配合以阻止桌面板10在桌面架11上往回滑动。
这里值得说明的是,桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动的最末端,是指桌面板10在桌面架11上沿某一方向滑动,直至不能继续向前滑动的位置,并且此时桌面架11的左右两端离桌面板10左右两侧边缘的距离大致相等,以及桌面架11的前后两端离桌面板10前后两侧边缘的距离大致相等。
进一步优选,所述桌面板10的下表面固定连接或一体成型有至少两个滑块15,所述桌面架11上设有至少两个平行分布的第一滑槽110,所述第一滑槽110与滑块15配合使得滑块15仅能沿第一滑槽110方向往复运动,并且当滑块15滑动至第一滑槽110的末端时,所述锁舌件13能够伸入锁孔14内并与锁孔14配合以阻止桌面板10在桌面架11上往回滑动。
以及在其他实施方式中,所述桌面板10的下表面还可设有两个滑动条,所述两个滑动条分别分布在桌面板10上相对的两侧该滑动条具有足够的长度以使得桌面板10能够获得足够的支撑;槽的形式可以是侧边槽或燕尾槽等等能够使得桌面板10只能沿第一滑槽110的方向移动的槽。
这样,在安装桌面板10时,只需将滑块15至于第一滑槽110内,然后再将桌面板10滑动至指定位置,再通过锁定机构即可完成桌面板10的安装,方便简单以及快捷;以及桌面板10上表面无螺丝安装,保证了桌面的完整性。
在本实施例中,所述桌面架11包括第一主支撑梁111以及与第一主支撑梁111一体成型或固定连接的两个前侧边梁112和两个后侧边梁113,所述前侧边梁112和后侧边梁113平行分布并均与第一主支撑梁111垂直,所述两个前侧边梁112分别靠近第一主支撑梁111的左右两端,所述两个后侧边梁113分别靠近第一主支撑梁111的左右两端,所述桌面板10可拆卸的安装在两个前侧边梁112和两个后侧边梁113上;两个支撑架12分别与第一主支撑梁111的左右两端固定连接;以及共设有四个第一滑槽110,所述四个第一滑槽110分别分布在两个前侧边梁112和两个后侧边梁113;以及所述桌面板10上共固定连接有四个与第一滑槽110一一对应的滑块15。
这样,桌面板10通过第一滑槽110与滑块15的配合既能活动安装在桌面板10上,又同时具有四个支撑点,进而能够使得桌面板10具有足够的支撑以保证桌面板10安装的稳定性。
在本实施例中,如图9所示,所述滑块15上的左右两侧壁上分别设有至少一个第一上凸起部150和至少一个下凸起部,所述第一上凸起部150位于第一下凸起部151的上方;所述前侧边梁112和后侧边梁113的上部均为平面板,所述第一滑槽110位于平面板上,所述第一滑槽110为长孔,所述第一滑槽110的左右两侧壁分别与滑块15的左右两侧壁配合以限制滑块15左右两个方向上的自由度,所述平面板的上表面以及下表面分别与第一上凸起部150的下表面和第一下凸起部151的上表面配合以限制滑块15上下两个方向上的自由度;这样,滑块15仅能沿前后方向移动,即沿第一滑槽110移动。
进一步优选,所述第一滑槽110的左右两侧壁上分别设有一缺口1100,所述缺口1100能容纳第一凸起部224从上往下通过,以及阻挡第一上凸起部150从上往下通过;如此设置方便将滑块15放置在第一滑槽110内。
进一步优选,还设有若干垫片16,所述垫片16位于滑块15和桌面板10之间,所述滑块15通过螺钉固定安装在桌面板10的下表面。
在本实施例中,所述桌面架11还包括一中间梁114,所述中间梁114位于两个前侧边梁112之间,所述锁孔14位于中间梁114的上表面并位于中间梁114的前端;还设有一固定块17,所述固定块17固定安装在桌面板10的下表面上,所述固定块17位于中间梁114的前方,所述锁舌件13转动安装在固定块17上,在所述桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动至指定位置的过程中,所述锁舌件13能够从下往上进入锁孔14内以阻止桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动。
进一步优选,所述锁舌件13的后侧面为倾斜面,所述锁舌件13的后侧面从上到下与转轴部131之间的间距逐渐增大。如此设置,在所述桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动至指定位置的过程中,所述中间梁114能够推动锁舌件13的后端从上往下转动。
进一步优选,如图4所示,所述锁舌件13包括一体成型的手柄部130、转轴部131和锁舌部132,所述转轴位于手柄部130和锁舌部132之间,所述锁舌件13通过转轴部131可转动的安装在固定块17上,所述锁舌部132的后侧面为倾斜面;还设有一弹性件133,所述弹性件133安装在桌面板10和锁舌件13之间,所述弹性件133能够迫使锁舌部132向桌面板10转动或具有向桌面板10转动的趋势。
这样,在中间梁114推动锁舌部132从上往下转动后,锁舌部132位于中间梁114的下方,当锁舌部132移动到锁孔14的位置时,在弹性件133的作用下,锁舌部132向上转动从而进入锁孔14内,并与锁孔14的前侧壁相抵,从而完成对桌面板10的锁定。
其中,所述弹性件133优选弹簧,并且其迫使锁舌部132向桌面板10转动或具有向桌面板10转动的趋势的方式有两种,一是推动手柄部130向远离桌面板10的方向转动,二是拉动锁舌向靠近桌面板10的方向转动;本实施例中,所述弹性件133是通过推动手柄部130向远离桌面板10的方向转动的方式来实现上述目的;具体来说,所述手柄部130上设有一安装柱134,所述弹簧套设安装在安装柱134上,所述弹簧的上端与桌面板10相抵,所述弹簧的下端与手柄部130相抵。
这里值得说明的是,本实施例中通过锁舌件13和锁孔14的配合实际上仅限制了桌面板10一个方向上的滑行自由度,即当桌面板10在桌面架11上滑动至指定位置时,桌面板10还可继续沿同一个方向滑动,因此,本实施例中还设置了其他结构用于限制桌面板10继续滑动;如所述滑块15位于第一滑槽110的末端;又如所述中间梁114与固定块17相抵。
所述支撑架12的高度可调节而使得桌面板10的离地高度可调,其中,高度可调的支撑架12的具体结构可参考公开号为CN212938647U、CN112617399A、CN112617401A、CN212754727U、CN212630245U中的相关结构。一般来说,所述支撑架12可以是一可伸缩的伸缩杆,即至少需要3个支撑架12来支撑桌面板10,也可以如本实施例中的图1-3所示,支撑架12的数量为2并分别位于桌面板10的左右两侧,所述支撑架12包括水平的一第二支撑梁121和至少一根竖直的第一支撑梁120,所述第一支撑梁120的顶部与桌面架11可拆卸连接,所述第一支撑梁120的底部与第二支撑梁121固定连接或一体成型。
在本实施例中,为了方便各个零部件的配合,所述第一支撑梁120、第二支撑梁121、第一主支撑梁111、前侧边梁112、后侧边梁113均为方管;进一步优选,还设有若干第一盖板18、第二盖板19和第三盖板20,所述第一盖板18通过卡扣结构可拆卸的安装在第二支撑梁121的两端,所述第二盖板19通过卡扣结构可拆卸的安装在前侧边梁112以及后侧壁梁的外端,所述第三盖板20通过卡扣结构可拆卸的安装在第一主支撑梁111的两端。
当然,在其他实施例中,采用圆管也是可行的。
在本实施例中,如图3和图5所示,所述第二支撑梁121的两端均安装有用于与地面接触的调节螺钉21,所述调节螺钉21能够通过转动的方式调节第二支撑梁121的离地高度;这样,由于支撑架12的特殊结构使得第二支撑梁121两端悬空设置,这样方便人们从第二支撑梁121两端的上方去转动调节螺钉21,从而去调节桌面板10的水平以及使得桌子能够适应凹凸不平的地面。
进一步优选,所述调节螺钉21包括用于与地面接触的支撑部210和用于与第二支撑梁121螺纹配合的螺纹部211,所述螺纹部211的底部与支撑部210的中间部分固定连接或一体成型,所述支撑部210位于第二支撑梁121的下方,所述支撑部210的水平投影面积大于螺纹部211的水平投影面积。
进一步优选,所述第二支撑梁121的两端均固定安装有连接块22,所述连接块22位于第二支撑梁121内,所述连接块22的中间部分设有一第一螺纹孔220;所述第二支撑梁121的底部设有两个第一通孔1210,所述两个第一通孔1210分别位于第二支撑梁121的两端;所述调节螺钉21穿过第一通孔1210后与第一螺纹孔220螺纹配合,即螺纹部211与第一螺纹孔220螺纹配合。
进一步优选,所述连接块22上还设有两个第二通孔221和一第二螺纹孔222,所述第二支撑梁121的底部设有对称分布在第二支撑梁121的两端的两个第三螺纹孔1211和四个第三通孔1212,所述第二通孔221与第三螺纹孔1211配合使得螺钉从上往下将连接块22固定安装在第二支撑梁121上,所述第三通孔1212与第二螺纹孔222配合使得螺钉从下往上将连接块22固定在第二支撑梁121上。如此设置是因为在本实施例中,几乎整个桌子的重量都作用于连接块22与第二支撑梁121之间,因此,通过从上往下以及从下往上两个方向将连接块22更稳固的安装在第二支撑梁121上,以防止连接块22从第二支撑梁121上脱离。
进一步优选,所述连接块22的左右两侧壁分别向下以及向外延伸形成两个第一延伸臂223,所述第一延伸臂223的外表面设有一第一凸起部224,所述第一凸起部224位于第一延伸臂223的底部,所述第二支撑梁121的底部设有对称分布在第二支撑梁121两端的四个第四通孔1213,所述第一延伸臂223从上往下穿过所述第四通孔1213后,所述第四通孔1213的内侧壁与第一延伸臂223的外表面相抵并阻止第一延伸臂223向外移动,所述第一凸起部224位于第二支撑梁121的下方。如此设置能通过第一延伸臂223与第四通孔1213的配合从而将连接块22初步安装在第二支撑梁121上。
在本实施例中,所述第一盖板18为L型盖板,所述第一盖板18的水平部分位于连接块22的上方,两个第一盖板18与第二支撑梁121配合形成一完整的长方体。这样,在需要对整个桌子的平衡度进行调节时,即可打开第一盖板18,在不需要调整时,第一盖板18闭合进而使得调节螺钉21不受外界影响。
进一步优选,所述连接块22的左右两侧壁上分别设有一第二上凸起部225;左右两个第二上凸起部225、连接块22的左右两侧壁和第二支撑梁121的下内侧壁配合形成左右两个第一凹槽;所述第一盖板18向内延伸形成左右两个第二延伸臂180和左右两个第三延伸臂181,更具体的说,所述第一盖板18的水平部分向内延伸形成左右两个第二延伸臂180,所述第一盖板18的竖直部分向内延伸形成左右两个第三延伸臂181,所述左右两个第二延伸臂180与第二支撑梁121的上内侧壁相抵并具有向上运动的趋势,所述左右两个第三延伸臂181与左右两个第一凹槽配合并分别具有向右以及向左运动的趋势。
这里值得说明的是,第一盖板18向内延伸是指:第一盖板18安装在第二支撑梁121上时,第一盖板18往第一支撑梁120的方向延伸;以及两个第三延伸臂181与左右两个第一凹槽配合是指:第三延伸臂181与第二上凸起部225的下侧壁、连接块22的左侧壁以及第二支撑梁121的下内侧壁相抵;以及
本实施例中的调节螺钉21、第一盖板18和连接块22还可用于非组装式的桌子。
在本实施例中,如图18所示,所述第三盖板20上设有两个第六凸起部200和四个定位部201,所述第一主支撑梁111的左右两端均设有两个用于与第六凸起部200配合的第二凹槽1110,从而限制第三盖板20上下两个方向上的自由度,所述四个定位部201分别用于与第一主支撑梁111的前后两内侧壁相抵,进而限制第三盖板20前后两个方向上的自由度,而第三盖板20与第一主支撑梁111相抵从而限制第三盖板20向内的自由度;进一步优选,所述第三盖板20上还设有两个具有弹性的第五延伸臂202,所述第五延伸臂202的末端设有第七凸起部203,所述第一主支撑梁111上的前侧壁以及后侧壁上分别设有至少一个第四安装孔1111,当第三盖板20与第一主支撑梁111相抵时,所述第七凸起部203能够卡入第四安装孔1111内,从而限制第三盖板20向外的自由度。
这里值得说明的是,上述的第四安装孔1111还能够用于延长模块的安装,因此,为了使得延长模块具有足够的支撑以保证延长模块安装的稳固,第四安装孔1111离第一主支撑梁111的左端或右端具有一段比较长的距离,因此,第五延伸臂202为橡胶件,并通过卡扣结构安装在第三盖板20上。
在本实施例中,如图3和图7所示,所述桌面架11还包括一辅助梁23,所述辅助梁23与支撑梁平行,所述辅助梁23可拆卸的安装在左右两个后侧边梁113上;
具体来说,所述后侧边梁113的下表面安装有一第一螺钉24,还设有左右两个连接板25,所述左右两个连接板25分别与辅助梁23的左右两端固定连接,连接板25垂直于辅助梁23,连接板25上设有第一葫芦孔250,所述第一螺钉24能够竖直通过第一葫芦孔250的大孔以及不能通过第一葫芦孔250的小孔。这样,在安装辅助梁23时,将辅助梁23和两个连接板25作为一整体,先将两个第一葫芦孔250的大孔从下往上分别套在两个第一螺钉24上,然后平移辅助梁23使得两个第一葫芦孔250的小孔分别套在两个第一螺钉24上;从而完成辅助梁23的安装。
在本实施例中,如图3和图8所示,还设有一竖直的挡板26,所述挡板26的顶部往前延伸形成一第三延伸板,所述第三延伸板的左右两端分别设有一第二葫芦孔260,所述第一螺钉24能够竖直通过第二葫芦孔260的大孔以及不能通过第二葫芦孔260的小孔;这样,在安装挡板26时,先将两个第二葫芦孔260的大孔从下往上分别套在两个第一螺钉24上,然后平移辅助梁23使得两个第二葫芦孔260的小孔分别套在两个第一螺钉24上;从而完成挡板26的安装。
在本实施例中,如图3和图6所示,还设有一集成化模块27和搁线架28,所述集成化模块27上设有用于插接网线的端口、用于插接电话线的端口和用于插接电源线的接口,所述集成化模块27安装在中间梁114上并位于支撑梁的后方,所述搁线架28可拆卸的安装在左右两个后侧边梁113上并位于集成化模块27的后方;进一步优选,所述搁线架28上表面设有两个第三葫芦孔286,所述两个第三葫芦孔286分别位于搁线架28的左右两端,所述第一螺钉24能够竖直通过第三葫芦孔286的大孔以及不能通过第三葫芦孔286的小孔;这样,在安装搁线架28时,先将两个第三葫芦孔286的大孔从下往上分别套在两个第一螺钉24上,然后平移辅助梁23使得两个第三葫芦孔286的小孔分别套在两个第一螺钉24上;从而完成搁线架28的安装。
这里值得说明的是,在本实施例中,辅助梁23、挡板26和搁线架28的安装是共用第一螺钉24的,并且当辅助梁23、挡板26和搁线架28均安装在第一螺钉24上时,第一螺钉24将搁线架28、挡板26以及连接板25紧压在后侧边梁113的下表面上。
在本实施例中,为了方便整理搁线架28上的电源线、电话线以及网线等等,在搁线架28上还可拆卸的安装有理线器29和卡线扣36。
如图3、图6、图10和图11所示,所述理线器29包括一理线座290和一理线盖291,所述理线座290可拆卸的安装在搁线架28上,所述理线座290上设有若干平行分布的下半圆槽,所述理线盖291滑动安装在理线座290上,所述理线盖291上设有若干平行分布的上半圆槽,所述上半圆槽与下半圆槽一一对应,当理线盖291滑动至所述上半圆槽与下半圆槽配合形成理线通道292时,所述理线盖291能够与理线座290固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述搁线架28包括一搁线板280,所述理线座290可拆卸的安装在搁线板280上。
进一步优选,所述搁线板280上设有至少两个异形孔281和至少一个通线孔282,所述异形孔281包括相互连接的一大孔和一小孔,所述小孔位于大孔和通线孔282之间,所述理线座290的底部设有两个第二凸起部2900和一第三凸起部2901,所述第二凸起部2900包括第一卡位部和第二卡位部,所述第一卡位部位于第二卡位部和理线座290之间,所述大孔能容纳第一卡位部以及第二卡位部竖直穿过,所述小孔能容纳第一卡位部竖直穿过以及阻挡第二卡位部竖直穿过;当第二凸起部2900从大孔处滑动至小孔处并且第二凸起部2900与小孔的内侧壁相抵时,所述第三凸起部2901位于通线孔282内并且第三凸起部2901与通线孔282内靠近小孔的内侧壁相抵,所述搁线板280的上表面与理线座290的底部相接触,以及所述搁线板280的下表面与第二卡位部相抵。
这样,通过异形孔281与第二凸起部2900的配合,能够限制理线座290向上、向下、向前、向后以及向右五个方向上的自由度,通过第三凸起部2901与通线孔282的配合能够限制理线座290向左一个方向上的自由度,从而将理线座290安装在搁线板280上。
更进一步优选,所述通线孔282的内侧壁向内水平延伸形成一具有弹性的第一延伸板283,所述理线座290的侧壁水平延伸形成第二延伸板2902,所述第三凸起部2901位于第二延伸部上,所述第三凸起部2901的侧壁与第一延伸板283的侧壁相抵;如此设置是因为在理线座290最初的安装过程中,第三凸起部2901是位于第一延伸板283的上方并且第三凸起部2901的底部对第一延伸板283具有下压的作用力,然后在理线座290往通线孔282移动的过程中,第一延伸板283的外端向下变形的幅度也就越大,直至最后第一延伸板283的外端与第三凸起部2901会产生瞬间的脱离,然后,第一延伸板283回弹进而使得第三凸起部2901的侧壁与第一延伸板283的侧壁相抵。
在本实施例中,所述理线座290的前后两侧壁上分别设有一第二滑槽2903,所述理线盖291的前后两内侧壁上分别设有一第一滑动条2910,所述第一滑动条2910与第二滑槽2903配合使得理线盖291滑动安装在理线座290上。
进一步优选,所述第二滑槽2903的上侧壁和下侧壁均为倾斜面。如此设置是因为:由于上半圆槽与下半圆槽配合所形成的理线通道292还具有固定电源线、电话线以及网线的线夹,若理线盖291通过平面滑移的方式完成安装,线夹与电源线、电话线或网线会不断的摩擦,进而造成电源线、电话线以及网线的损坏,因此,通过斜向下的方式来避免此情况的发生,其中,当理线盖291与理线座290完全贴合时,即为上半圆槽与下半圆槽配合形成理线通道292。
在本实施例中,所述理线盖291上设有一第二滑动条2911,所述理线座290上设有一用于与第二滑动条2911配合的第三滑槽2904,所述第三滑槽2904为锥形槽,当理线盖291滑动至所述上半圆槽与下半圆槽配合形成理线通道292时,所述第二滑动条2911的一端与第三滑槽2904的一端紧配合;进而将理线盖291稳固安装在理线座290上。
如图3、图6、图12和图13所示,所述卡线扣36包括一体成型的安装板360和卡线板361,所述卡线板361为S形板并位于安装板360的上方,所述卡线板361的一端与安装板360相连,所述卡线板361和安装板360配合形成卡线孔362;掰动所述卡线板361能够使得卡线板361的中间部分远离安装板360以打开所述卡线孔362;松开所述卡线板361能够使得卡线部的中间部分靠近安装板360以闭合所述卡线孔362;所述安装板360可拆卸的安装在搁线板280上。
这里值得说明的是,卡线孔362可以通过卡线板361的中间部分与安装板360相抵而形成,也可以是卡线板361的中间部分与安装板360间隔一定的距离但不足以使得所卡的线通过;以及本实施例中的卡线板361之所以选择S形板,是因为卡线板361的另一端刚好可以作为把手,方便掰动所述卡线板361。
进一步优选,所述安装板360滑动安装在搁线板280上,并且当所述安装板360在搁线板280上滑动至最末端时,所述安装板360能够与搁线板280固定连接。
在本实施例中,所述安装板360上设有两个圆柱形的第四凸起部3600,所述两个第四凸起部3600分别位于安装板360下表面的左右两半部,所述第四凸起部3600的侧壁上设有一弧形凹槽 3601;所述搁线板280上设有至少两个用于与第四凸起部3600配合的第一安装孔287,所述第一安装孔287的直径大于第四凸起部3600的直径,所述第一安装孔287的曲率不小于弧形凹槽 3601的曲率,当所述安装板360在搁线板280上滑动至最末端时,所述弧形凹槽 3601与搁线板280紧配合。
这样,通过第四凸起部3600和第一安装孔287的配合能够限制卡线扣36向上、向下以及向左三个方向的自由度。
在本实施例中,所述安装板360的左右两侧壁分别向左右两侧延伸形成第三延伸部3602,所述第三延伸部3602为L形板,所述第三延伸部3602的竖直部分朝向下方;所述搁线板280上设有至少两个用于与第三延伸部3602配合的第二安装孔284,所述第二安装孔284为矩形孔,所述第三延伸部3602的前后方向上的宽度与第二安装孔284前后方向上的宽度相等。
这样,通过第二安装孔284和第三延伸部3602的配合能够限制卡线扣36向前和向后两个个方向的自由度;并且第三延伸部3602能够在第二安装孔284上左右移动。
在本实施例中,所述安装板360上设有一第三安装孔3603,所述第三安装孔3603的左侧壁或右侧壁上设有一具有弹性的第四延伸臂3604,所述第四延伸臂3604的末端设有一第五凸起部3605,所述第五凸起部3605位于第四延伸臂3604的下表面;所述搁线板280上设有至少一个用于与第五凸起部3605配合的第五安装孔285,所述第五安装孔285位于两个第一安装孔287之间。
这样,由于第四延伸臂3604具有一定的弹性,才能使得第五凸起部3605最终卡入第三安装孔3603内,进而限制卡线扣36向右的自由度。
即,在卡线扣36的安装过程中,只需将第四凸起部3600对准第一安装孔287以及第三延伸部3602对准第二安装孔284后,再向左或向右滑动使得第五凸起部3605卡入第三安装孔3603内,即可完成卡线扣36的安装,方便简单;而在卡线扣36的拆装过程中,也仅需将第五凸起部3605从第五安装孔285内顶出,然后即可将卡线扣36从搁线板280上拆除。
在本实施例中,桌子的组装方法为:
步骤一:将锁舌件13和若干滑块15安装在桌面板10上,以及将桌面架11和两个支撑架12固定连接;
步骤二:翻转桌面板10使得滑块15位于桌面板10的下方,然后将若干滑块15分别对准若干第一滑槽110的缺口1100后向下,使得桌面板10滑动安装在桌面架11上;
步骤三:滑动桌面板10,使得锁舌件13伸入锁孔14内,进而完成桌子的组装。
实施例二
本实施例与实施例一的区别在于:如图14-16所示,本实施例中的桌子为了满足不同尺寸规格的需求,还设置有延长模块,所述延长模块安装在第一主支撑梁111上,当然,在本实施例中需要将第一主支撑梁111一端的第三盖板20移除以安装延长模块。
在本实施例中,如图17所示,所述延长模块包括延长板30和延长架,所述延长架包括第二主支撑梁31和两个副支撑梁32,所述延长板30安装在第二主支撑梁31和两个副支撑梁32上,所述第二主支撑梁31和两个副支撑梁32焊接固定,所述两个副支撑梁32分别位于第二主支撑梁31的前后两侧并分别与第二主支撑梁31垂直,所述第二主支撑梁31与第一主支撑梁111固定连接并使得延长板30的侧壁与桌面板10的侧壁贴合;以及形成一完整的长方形面板。
这样,当需对桌子进行加长时,仅需通过第二主支撑梁31和第一主支撑梁111完成对接,然后再将延长板30安装在第二主支撑梁31和副支撑梁32上就行,十分方便以及简单;另外,当桌子不需要延长时,该延长模块可以统一储存以防止丢失,同时,桌子还可独立使用。
在本实施例中,所述延长模块还包括对称分布的两个连接条33,所述两个连接条33的一端分别与第二主支撑梁31的前后两侧壁固定连接,所述两个连接条33的另一端分别与第一主支撑梁111的前后两侧壁固定连接;进一步优选,所述连接条33包括一体成型的第一水平板和第一竖直板,所述第一水平板的左右两端分别与第二主支撑梁31的上侧壁和第一主支撑梁111的下侧壁通过螺钉固定连接,所述两个第一竖直板的左端分别与第二主支撑梁31的左侧壁和右侧壁通过螺钉固定连接,所述两个第一竖直板的右端分别与第一主支撑梁111的左侧壁和右侧壁通过螺钉固定连接;这样能够进一步的保证第二主支撑梁31和第一主支撑梁111连接的稳定性。
这里值得说明的是,所述两个第一竖直板的右端通过螺钉与第四安装孔1111的配合与第一主支撑梁111固定连接。
在本实施例中,如图20所示,所述第二主支撑梁31的一端设有前后两个第八凸起部310,所述两个第八凸起部310分别位于第二主支撑梁31的前侧壁和后侧壁上,所述第八凸起部310与第二凹槽1110凹凸配合;如此设置,既可以方便第二主支撑梁31和第一主支撑梁111之间的初步定位,又可以进一步的保证第二主支撑梁31和第一主支撑梁111连接的稳定性。
进一步优选,所述第二主支撑梁31的另一端设有前后两个第三凹槽311,所述两个第三凹槽311分别位于第二主支撑梁31的前侧壁和后侧壁上,所述第三凹槽311既可以用于与第三盖板20的第六凸起部200配合,也可以用于与另一个第二主支撑梁31上的第八凸起部310配合;即当一个延长模块的长度仍旧不满足要求时,还可继续安装另一个延长模块。
在本实施例中,所述延长板30通过至少三个连接件34安装在第二主支撑梁31和两个副支撑梁32上,所述至少三个连接件34分别位于第二主支撑梁31和两个副支撑梁32上,所述连接件34的顶部与延长板30固定连接,所述至少三个连接件34的侧壁分别与第二主支撑梁31的侧壁和两个副支撑梁32的侧壁固定连接,所述连接件34与第二主支撑梁31的侧壁和副支撑梁32的侧壁之间具有多个安装位置,所述多个安装位置位于多个不同的水平面以及竖直面上;进一步优选,所述多个安装位置位于一弧线或一倾斜的直线上。
更进一步优选,如图19所示,所述第二水平板上设有一前后方向的第一长孔340,所述第二水平板通过螺钉与第一长孔340的配合与桌面板10固定连接;所述第二竖直板上设有一倾斜的第二长孔341,所述第二竖直板通过螺钉与第二长孔341的配合与第二主支撑梁31的外端或副支撑梁32的外端固定连接;如此设置,可以通过调节螺钉21与第一长孔340以及螺钉与第二长孔341的配合,从而调节延长板30的水平度,从而最终达到延长板30与桌面板10同一个水平面的程度。
在本实施例中,还设有至少两个支撑板35,所述支撑板35通过至少两个螺钉固定安装在延长板30的下表面,所述支撑板35位于延长板30长与桌面板10贴合的一侧并且支撑板35部分伸出延长板30外;这样,当延长板30通过第一主支撑梁111和第二主支撑梁31的对接安装在桌子上后,支撑板35上伸出延长板30的部分位于桌面板10的下方并与桌面板10的下表面相接触,进而使得延长板30除了第二主支撑梁31和第一主支撑梁111的连接这一个支撑点外,还至少具有两个支撑板35与桌面板10接触的支撑点,进而保证延长板30安装的稳固性。
在本实施例中,在组装好的桌子上增加延长模块的安装方法为:
步骤一:将延长板30固定安装在第二主支撑梁31和副支撑梁32上,以及将两个连接条33与第二主支撑梁31固定连接;
步骤二:掰动手柄部130使得锁舌件13从锁孔14内移出,然后滑动桌面板10并将桌面板10从桌面架11上拆除,以及拆除第一主支撑梁111上一端的第三盖板20;
步骤三:将两个连接条33与第一主支撑梁111固定连接;
步骤四:将桌面板10上的若干滑块15分别对准若干第一滑槽110的缺口1100后向下,使得桌面板10滑动安装在桌面架11上,然后滑动桌面板10,使得锁舌件13伸入锁孔14内,进而完成桌子以及延长模块的组装。
在本实施例中,在未组装好的桌子上增加延长模块的安装方法为:
步骤一:将锁舌件13和若干滑块15安装在桌面板10上,以及将桌面架11和两个支撑架12固定连接,以及将延长板30固定安装在第二主支撑梁31和副支撑梁32上,以及将两个连接条33与第二主支撑梁31固定连接;
步骤二:将两个连接条33与第一主支撑梁111固定连接;
步骤三:将桌面板10上的若干滑块15分别对准若干第一滑槽110的缺口1100后向下,使得桌面板10滑动安装在桌面架11上,然后滑动桌面板10,使得锁舌件13伸入锁孔14内,进而完成桌子以及延长模块的组装。

Claims (10)
- 一种桌子,包括桌面板(10)、桌面架(11)和若干支撑架(12),所述桌面板(10)以能够拆卸的方式安装在桌面架(11)上,所述桌面架(11)安装在若干支撑架(12)上;其特征在于,所述桌面板(10)滑动安装在桌面架(11)上;还设有锁舌件(13)和用于与锁舌件(13)配合的锁孔(14),所述锁舌件(13)安装在桌面板(10)的下表面,所述锁孔(14)位于桌面架(11)上,当所述桌面板(10)在桌面架(11)上滑动至最末端时,所述锁舌件(13)能够伸入锁孔(14)内并与锁孔(14)配合以阻止桌面板(10)在桌面架(11)上往回滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,所述桌面板(10)的下表面固定连接或一体成型有至少两个滑块(15),所述桌面架(11)上设有至少两个平行分布的第一滑槽(110),所述第一滑槽(110)与滑块(15)配合使得滑块(15)仅能沿第一滑槽(110)方向往复运动,并且当滑块(15)滑动至第一滑槽(110)的末端时,所述锁舌件(13)能够伸入锁孔(14)内并与锁孔(14)配合以阻止滑块(15)在第一滑槽(110)内往回滑动。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,所述桌面架(11)包括第一主支撑梁(111)以及与第一主支撑梁(111)一体成型或固定连接的两个前侧边梁(112)和两个后侧边梁(113),所述前侧边梁(112)和后侧边梁(113)平行分布并均与第一主支撑梁(111)垂直,所述两个前侧边梁(112)分别靠近第一主支撑梁(111)的左右两端,所述两个后侧边梁(113)分别靠近第一主支撑梁(111)的左右两端,所述第一主支撑梁(111)的左右两端分别与左右两个支撑架(12)固定连接;其中,所述前侧边梁(112)和后侧边梁(113)上均设有第一滑槽(110),所述桌面板(10)的下表面固定连接有四个滑块(15),所述第一滑槽(110)与滑块(15)配合使得滑块(15)仅能沿第一滑槽(110)方向往复运动。
- 根据权利要求3所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,所述滑块(15)上的左右两侧壁上分别设有至少一个第一上凸起部(150);所述前侧边梁(112)和后侧边梁(113)的上部均为平面板,所述第一滑槽(110)位于平面板上,所述第一滑槽(110)为长孔,所述第一滑槽(110)的左右两侧壁分别与滑块(15)的左右两侧壁相抵,所述平面板的上表面与第一上凸起部(150)的下表面相抵;所述滑块(15)上的左右两侧壁上分别设有至少一个第一下凸起部(151),所述第一下凸起部(151)位于第一上凸起部(150)的下方,当所述平面板的上表面与第一上凸起部(150)的下表面相抵时,所述第一下凸起部(151)能够与平面板的下表面相抵;所述第一滑槽(110)的左右两侧壁上分别设有一缺口(1100),所述缺口(1100)能容纳第一凸起部(224)从上往下通过,以及阻挡第一上凸起部(150)从上往下通过。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,所述桌面架(11)还包括一中间梁(114),所述锁孔(14)位于中间梁(114)的上表面并位于中间梁(114)的前端;还设有一固定块(17),所述固定块(17)固定安装在桌面板(10)的下表面上,所述固定块(17)位于中间梁(114)的前方,所述锁舌件(13)转动安装在固定块(17)上,当所述桌面板(10)在桌面架(11)上向后滑动至最末端时,所述中间梁(114)的前端与固定块(17)相抵,所述锁舌件(13)从下往上进入锁孔(14)内并与锁孔(14)的前侧壁相抵。
- 根据权利要求5所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,所述锁舌件(13)包括一体成型的手柄部(130)、转轴部(131)和锁舌部(132),所述转轴位于手柄部(130)和锁舌部(132)之间,所述锁舌件(13)通过转轴部(131)可转动的安装在固定块(17)上,所述锁舌部(132)的后侧面为倾斜面;还设有一弹性件(133),所述弹性件(133)安装在桌面板(10)和锁舌件(13)之间,所述弹性件(133)能够迫使锁舌部(132)向桌面板(10)转动或具有向桌面板(10)转动的趋势。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,设有左右两个支撑架(12),所述支撑架(12)包括水平的一第二支撑梁(121)和至少一根竖直的可调节高度的第一支撑梁(120),所述第一支撑梁(120)的顶部与桌面架(11)可拆卸连接,所述第一支撑梁(120)的底部与第二支撑梁(121);所述第二支撑梁(121)的两端均安装有用于与地面接触的调节螺钉(21),所述调节螺钉(21)能够通过转动的方式调节第二支撑梁(121)的离地高度。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,还设有一集成化模块(27)和搁线架(28),所述集成化模块(27)上设有用于插接网线的端口、用于插接电话线的端口和用于插接电源线的接口,所述集成化模块(27)安装在中间梁(114)上并位于支撑梁的后方,所述搁线架(28)可拆卸的安装在左右两个后侧边梁(113)上并位于集成化模块(27)的后方,所述搁线架(28)上可拆卸的安装有理线器(29)和卡线扣(36)。
- 根据权利要求1所述的一种桌子,其特征在于,还设有至少一延长模块,包括延长板(30)、第二主支撑梁(31)和两个副支撑梁(32),所述第二主支撑梁(31)和两个副支撑梁(32)固定连接或一体成型,所述第二主支撑梁(31)用于与桌子固定连接;所述延长板(30)通过至少三个连接件(34)安装在第二主支撑梁(31)和两个副支撑梁(32)上,所述至少三个连接件(34)分别位于第二主支撑梁(31)和两个副支撑梁(32)上,所述连接件的顶部与延长板固定连接,所述至少三个连接件的侧壁分别与第二主支撑梁(31)的侧壁和两个副支撑梁(32)的侧壁固定连接,所述连接件(34)与第二主支撑梁(31)的侧壁和副支撑梁(32)的侧壁之间具有多个安装位置,所述多个安装位置位于多个不同的水平面以及竖直面上。
- 一种桌子的组装方法,其特征在于,组装根据权利要求1-9中的任一项所述的一种桌子,其具体步骤为:步骤一:将锁舌件(13)和若干滑块(15)安装在桌面板(10)上,以及将桌面架(11)和两个支撑架(12)固定连接;步骤二:翻转桌面板(10)使得滑块(15)位于桌面板(10)的下方,然后将若干滑块(15)分别对准若干第一滑槽(110)的缺口(1100)后向下,使得桌面板(10)滑动安装在桌面架(11)上;步骤三:滑动桌面板(10),使得锁舌件(13)伸入锁孔(14)内,进而完成桌子的组装。
