Abstract

A sofa connector includes a mounting plate and a hook part hooking a sofa base, the mounting plate being connected to a sofa back through a fixing connection piece; the hook part includes an inserting plate inserted into the sofa base and a connecting plate connected between the inserting plate and the mounting plate; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base. The sofa includes the sofa back, the sofa base, and the sofa connector, the sofa back being provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on the top surface of the sofa base.

CROSS REFERENCE TO RELATED APPLICATIONS

The present application claims the benefit of Chinese Patent Application No. 202221866494.8 filed on Jul. 19, 2022, the contents of which are incorporated herein by reference in their entirety.

TECHNICAL FIELD

The present disclosure relates to the technical field of home furnishing, and in particular to a sofa connector and a sofa.

BACKGROUND

Backs and bases of most existing sofas are fixed integrally, so the back cannot be disassembled from the base. In addition, the back and base of some sofas are fixedly connected by fixing parts such as bolts, which makes it impossible to easily and quickly assemble and disassemble the back and the base.

SUMMARY

An objective of the present disclosure is to provide a sofa connector and a sofa. The present disclosure realizes easy and quick assembling and disassembling of a sofa back, has high practicality, and realizes a firm connection between the sofa back and a sofa base.
In order to achieve the above objective, an aspect of the present disclosure provides a sofa connector. The sofa connector includes a mounting plate and a hook part hooking a sofa base, where the mounting plate is connected to a sofa back through a fixing connection piece; the hook part includes an inserting plate inserted into the sofa base and a connecting plate connected between the inserting plate and the mounting plate; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, the mounting plate extends upward along a first end part of the connecting plate, and the inserting plate extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, a reinforcing rib may be provided between the mounting plate and the connecting plate.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, the mounting plate extends downward along a first end part of the connecting plate, and the inserting plate extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate; the mounting plate may include a first segment and a second segment connected to a lower end of the first segment; a length of the first segment may be equal to a length of the inserting plate; and the fixing connection piece may be connected to the second segment.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, a first end part of the connecting plate may be connected to a middle part of the mounting plate; there may be two fixing connection pieces; one fixing connection piece may be connected to a top of the mounting plate, and the other fixing connection piece may be connected to a position, lower than a lowest point of the inserting plate, at a bottom of the mounting plate; and a second end part of the connecting plate may be connected to the inserting plate that extends downward.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, a limiting plate may be provided at a bottom of the inserting plate; and the limiting plate may be inclined toward a side away from the sofa back.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, the mounting plate, the connecting plate, and the inserting plate may be formed integrally.
In addition, another aspect of the present disclosure provides a sofa. The sofa includes a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector, where the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, the sofa base may be provided with a slot that may be matched with the inserting plate; and there may be multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.
In a preferred solution of the present disclosure, the sofa base may include a base body and a cushion; the base body may be provided therein with a cushion chamber; the cushion may be provided in the cushion chamber; and the inserting plate may be inserted between an outer side surface of the cushion and an inner side wall of the base body.
Compared with the prior art, the sofa connector and sofa provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure have the following beneficial effects:
In the present disclosure, the mounting plate is fixed to the sofa back, the inserting plate is detachably inserted into the sofa base, and the inserting plate, the connecting plate, and the mounting plate cooperate with the sofa back to form a structure hooked on the sofa base. In this way, the sofa back can be easily and quickly assembled on and disassembled from the sofa base, and the sofa back is connected stably. The present disclosure has a simple structure, realizes the easy and quick disassembly and assembly of the sofa back and firm connection between the sofa back and the sofa base, and has high practicability.

DETAILED DESCRIPTION

The specific implementations of the present disclosure are described in further detail below with reference to the drawings and embodiments. The following embodiments are used to illustrate the present disclosure, rather than to limit the scope of the present disclosure.
It should be understood that, in the description of the present disclosure, the orientation or position relationships indicated by terms such as “upper”, “lower”, “left”, “right”, “front”, “rear”, “top”, and “bottom” are orientation or position relationships shown in the drawings, and these terms are merely intended to facilitate description of the present disclosure and simplify the description, rather than to indicate or imply that the mentioned apparatus or elements must have a specific orientation or must be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, these terms should not be construed as a limitation to the present disclosure.

Embodiment 1

As shown in FIGS. 1 and 2 , a preferred embodiment of the present disclosure provides a sofa connector. The sofa connector includes a mounting plate 11, a connecting plate 12, and an inserting plate 13. The mounting plate 11 is connected to a sofa back 2 through fixing connection pieces 4. A hook part 17 includes the inserting plate 13 inserted into a sofa base 3 and the connecting plate 12 connected between the inserting plate 13 and the mounting plate 11. The connecting plate 12 is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base 3. Specifically, the mounting plate 11 extends upward along a first end part of the connecting plate 12, and the inserting plate 13 extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate 12. Further, a reinforcing rib 15 is provided between the mounting plate 11 and the connecting plate 12 to improve the rigidity and strength between the mounting plate 11 and the connecting plate 12. In this embodiment, there are two fixing connection pieces 4 arranged at intervals along a length direction of the mounting plate 11. The fixing connection pieces 4 are preferably screws. The mounting plate 11 is provided with mounting holes 16 matched with the fixing connection pieces 4.
Exemplarily, a limiting plate 14 is provided at a bottom of the inserting plate 13. The limiting plate 14 is inclined toward a side away from the sofa back 2. Through the limiting plate 14, the inserting plate 13 is well positioned after being inserted into the sofa base 3, and is not easily displaced, thereby preventing the inserting plate 13 from being detached from the sofa base 3.
Exemplarily, the mounting plate 11, the connecting plate 12 and the inserting plate 13 are formed integrally, so as to improve the structural stability of the entire sofa connector 1. Preferably, the sofa connector 1 may be formed by bending an iron bar.
In the present disclosure, the mounting plate 11 is fixed to the sofa back 2, the inserting plate 13 is detachably inserted into the sofa base 3, and the inserting plate 13, the connecting plate 12, and the mounting plate 11 cooperate with the sofa back 2 to form a structure hooked on the sofa base 3. In this way, the sofa back 2 can be easily and quickly assembled on and disassembled from the sofa base 3, and the sofa back 2 is connected stably. The present disclosure has a simple structure, realizes the easy and quick disassembly and assembly of the sofa back 2 and firm connection between the sofa back 2 and the sofa base 3, and has high practicability.

Embodiment 2

As shown in FIG. 3 , the difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is as follows. The mounting plate 11 extends downward along a first end part of the connecting plate 12, and the inserting plate 13 extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate 12. The mounting plate 11 includes a first segment and a second segment connected to a lower end of the first segment. A length of the first segment is equal to a length of the inserting plate 13. The fixing connection pieces 4 are connected to the second segment. In this way, when the mounting plate is fixed to the sofa back 2 by the fixing connection piece 4, the fixing connection piece is prevented from interfering with the inserting plate 13.
Other structures of this embodiment are the same as those of Embodiment 1, and are not repeated herein.

Embodiment 3

As shown in FIG. 4 , the difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 1 is as follows. The first end part of the connecting plate 12 is connected to a middle part of the mounting plate 11. There are two fixing connection pieces 4. One fixing connection piece 4 is connected to a top of the mounting plate 11, and the other fixing connection piece 4 is connected to a position, lower than a lowest point of the inserting plate 13, at a bottom of the mounting plate 11. The second end part of the connecting plate 12 is connected to the inserting plate 13, and the inserting plate 13 extends downward. The fixing connection pieces 4 are respectively connected to the top and bottom ends of the mounting plate 11. The design improves the effect of fixing the mounting plate 11 to the sofa back 2, and avoids interference between the fixing connection piece 4 at the bottom end of the mounting plate 11 and the inserting plate 13 in the fixing process. Of course, in other embodiments, the inserting plate 13 may be an inserting post.
In addition, as shown in FIGS. 5 and 6 , Embodiment 4 of the present disclosure further provides a sofa. The sofa includes a sofa back 2, a sofa base 3, and the sofa connector 1. The sofa back 2 is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector 1. The mounting plate 11 is connected to the sofa back 2 through the fixing connection piece 4. The sofa back 2 is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base 3 (the outer side wall of the sofa base 3 is matched with the sofa back 2 in shape). The connecting plate 12 is abutted on the top surface of the sofa base 3, and the inserting plate 13 is inserted into the sofa base 3. Specifically, the sofa base 3 is provided with slots 31 that are matched with the inserting plate 13, and the inserting plate 13 is inserted into the slot 31 of the sofa base 3. The sofa back 2 is attached to the outer side wall of the sofa base 3. The inserting plate 13 and the sofa back 2 clamp a base structure between the slot 31 and the outer side wall of the sofa base 3, and the sofa back 2 is detachably mounted on the sofa base 3 through the sofa connector 1. There are multiple groups of the slot 31, each group of the slot 31 is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base 3. In this way, the user can clamp the sofa back 2 on any side of the top surface of the sofa base 3 as required, which improves the usage flexibility. In this embodiment, the sofa base 3 is a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube. The sofa back 2 is provided with two sofa connectors 1, and the sofa connectors 1 are respectively arranged on left and right sides of a lower part of the sofa back 2. Two slots 31 corresponding to the sofa connector 1 are provided on each of four sides of the top surface of the sofa base 3. In addition, four corners at a bottom of the sofa base 3 may be provided with support legs. Since the sofa is provided with the sofa connector 1, it has all the beneficial effects of the sofa connector 1, which will not be repeated herein. Of course, in other embodiments, the sofa base 3 may also be cylindrical, in which case, the sofa back 2 is an arc-shaped panel matched with the sofa base 3 in shape.

Embodiment 5

As shown in FIGS. 7 and 8 , the difference between this embodiment and Embodiment 4 is as follows. The sofa base 3 includes a base body 32 and a cushion 33. The base body 32 is provided therein with a cushion chamber 34, and the cushion 33 is provided in the cushion chamber 34. The inserting plate 13 is inserted between an outer side surface of the cushion 33 and an inner side wall of the base body 32, which facilitates replacement of the cushion 33. When the cushion 33 is located in the cushion chamber 34, a top surface of the cushion 33 is flush with a top surface of the base body 32. The inserting plate 13 is attached to the inner side wall of the base body 32, the sofa back 2 is attached to an outer side wall of the base body 32, and the connecting plate 12 is attached to the top surface of the base body 32. In this way, the sofa back 2 is fastened to the base body 32 through the inserting plate 13 and the connecting plate 12. In this embodiment, the cushion chamber 34 is a rectangular parallelepiped or a cube. Other structures of this embodiment are the same as those of Embodiment 4, and are not repeated herein.
It should be noted that, in the description of the present disclosure, unless otherwise clearly specified that, in the description of the present disclosure, meanings of terms “connect” and “interconnect” should be understood in a broad sense. For example, a connection may be a fixed connection, a removable connection, or an integral connection; may be a mechanical connection or an electrical connection; may be a direct connection or an indirect connection via an intermediate medium; or may be intercommunication between two components. A person of ordinary skill in the art may understand specific meanings of the foregoing terms in the present disclosure based on a specific situation.
The above described are merely preferred implementations of the present disclosure. It should be noted that those of ordinary skill in the art may further make several improvements and modifications without departing from the principle of the present disclosure, but such improvements and modifications should be deemed as falling within the protection scope of the present disclosure.

Claims

1. A sofa connector, comprising a mounting plate and a hook part hooking a sofa base, wherein the mounting plate is connected to a sofa back through a fixing connection piece; the hook part comprises an inserting plate inserted into the sofa base and a connecting plate connected between the inserting plate and the mounting plate; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

2. The sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate extends upward along a first end part of the connecting plate, and the inserting plate extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate.

3. The sofa connector according to claim 2, wherein a reinforcing rib is provided between the mounting plate and the connecting plate.

4. The sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate extends downward along a first end part of the connecting plate, and the inserting plate extends downward along a second end part of the connecting plate; the mounting plate comprises a first segment and a second segment connected to a lower end of the first segment; a length of the first segment is equal to a length of the inserting plate; and the fixing connection piece is connected to the second segment.

5. The sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein a first end part of the connecting plate is connected to a middle part of the mounting plate; there are two fixing connection pieces; one fixing connection piece is connected to a top of the mounting plate, and the other fixing connection piece is connected to a position, lower than a lowest point of the inserting plate, at a bottom of the mounting plate; and a second end part of the connecting plate is connected to the inserting plate that extends downward.

6. The sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein a limiting plate is provided at a bottom of the inserting plate; and the limiting plate is inclined toward a side away from the sofa back.

7. The sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein the mounting plate, the connecting plate, and the inserting plate are formed integrally.

8. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 1, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

9. The sofa according to claim 8, wherein the sofa base is provided with a slot that are matched with the inserting plate; and there are multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.

10. The sofa according to claim 8, wherein the sofa base comprises a base body and a cushion; the base body is provided therein with a cushion chamber; the cushion is provided in the cushion chamber; and the inserting plate is inserted between an outer side surface of the cushion and an inner side wall of the base body.

11. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 2, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

12. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 3, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

13. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 4, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

14. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 5, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

15. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 6, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

16. A sofa, comprising a sofa back, a sofa base, and the sofa connector according to claim 7, wherein the sofa back is provided thereon with at least one sofa connector; the mounting plate is connected to the sofa back through the fixing connection piece; the sofa back is attached to an outer side wall of the sofa base; the inserting plate is inserted into the sofa base; and the connecting plate is abutted on a top surface of the sofa base.

17. The sofa according to claim 11, wherein the sofa base is provided with a slot that are matched with the inserting plate; and there are multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.

18. The sofa according to claim 13, wherein the sofa base is provided with a slot that are matched with the inserting plate; and there are multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.

19. The sofa according to claim 14, wherein the sofa base is provided with a slot that are matched with the inserting plate; and there are multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.

20. The sofa according to claim 15, wherein the sofa base is provided with a slot that are matched with the inserting plate; and there are multiple groups of the slot, each group of the slot is arranged on a top surface of each side of the sofa base.
