与现有技术相比,本发明提供了一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,具备以下有益效果:
1、该PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,通过外驱带动转动盘以一定转速旋转,使得两侧的弹性滑块在惯性作用下背向移动,并带动铰接连杆形变,使得L型导框上移,对应的滑动环提拉抵接杆上移,弹性弧板则在支杆的拉动下形变,继而使得气压槽的容积增大,负吸囊对墙板表面进行负吸,设备整体即自动贴紧墙面,从而有效的提升了设备使用的便捷性。
2、该PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,通过抵接杆上移期间,调节杆拉动卡接条解除对转动齿轮的限制,转动齿轮则在扭簧组件的作用下被带动偏转,使得棘齿框啮合下移带动伸缩柱伸长,由于注塑板预先在抵接杆的脱离下向两侧移动,因此伸缩柱可带动活动框部分伸入坑洞最深处,又由于伸缩柱跟随转动盘持续转动,因此活动框可带动搭接板同步转动,并使得伸缩杆在惯性下伸长,且配合植绒层扩张清理坑洞的内壁,期间由于调节框上下往复移动,植绒层继而可对坑洞的不同区域进行往复移动清理,使得清理较为全面,坑洞内壁松脱黏连的残渣可完全脱除,并配合负吸罩被抽吸处理,从而有效的提升了对坑洞的修补质量。

实施例一:
请参阅图1-3,一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,包括定位机构3,定位机构3包括负吸囊34,壳体1的侧壁负吸囊34的上侧开设有气压槽35,气压槽35的内腔固定连接有弹性弧板36,定位机构3还包括注塑板31,注塑板31的上壁开设有与抵接杆32对应的楔形槽,且注塑板31与壳体1之间弹性连接,初始状态下注塑板31将弹力转换成拉力储存,此外注塑板31的内腔开设有注塑槽,注塑槽的端口处于注塑板31的下端,壳体1的内腔注塑板31的上端活动连接有抵接杆32,抵接杆32的上端固定连接有滑动环33,滑动环33和L型导框23之间转动连接,从而使得L型导框23转动时不影响滑动环33沿竖直方向上下移动,抵接杆32和弹性弧板36之间活动连接有支杆37,升降机构2包括转动盘21,转动盘21的左右两侧均滑动连接有弹性滑块22,转动盘21的下端滑动连接有对称的L型导框23,L型导框23的内腔滑动连接有导块24,导块24和弹性滑块22之间活动连接有延伸至转动盘21上的铰接连杆25,转动盘21的下端中部固定连接有伸缩柱26,伸缩柱26的下部外围开设有环槽27,通过转动盘21旋转使得铰接连杆25形变,抵接杆32继而被带动自动上移,并配合支杆37拉动弹性弧板36形变,使得负吸囊34 对墙面进行负吸进而使得设备整体被便捷的固定在墙面。
实施例二:
请参阅图1、2、4和5,一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,包括清理机构4,壳体1的内腔底部滑动连接有调节框41,调节框41的内壁固定连接有延伸至环槽27中的导柱,从而使得环槽27持续转动时,调节框41能够被带动上下往复移动,壳体1的内腔调节框41的外围固定连接有负吸罩42,调节框41的下端转动连接有活动框43,活动框43的外围均匀连接有伸缩杆44,伸缩杆44远离活动框43的一端固定连接有搭接板45,搭接板45的外围活动连接有植绒层,且植绒层可伸缩其表面具有耐磨特性,清理机构4还包括棘齿框46,棘齿框46的内壁固定连接有延伸至伸缩柱26外围上的凸起,且伸缩柱26的外围开设有相应的限位槽,壳体1的内腔中部转动连接有延伸至棘齿框46上的转动齿轮47,转动齿轮47的表面固定连接有与卡接条48适配的限位销且转动齿轮47与壳体1的内壁之间活动连接有扭簧组件,初始状态下扭簧组件被压缩,且卡接条48对转动齿轮47进行限位,壳体1的内腔中部滑动连接有延伸至转动齿轮47表面上的卡接条48,卡接条48和抵接杆32之间活动连接有调节杆49,通过注塑板31自动打开后,伸缩柱26被下移的棘齿框46带动下移,继而使得活动框43带动搭接板45伸入坑洞内部,期间配合活动框43跟随伸缩柱26转动,伸缩杆44继而在惯性下伸长使得植绒层扩张与坑洞内壁接触,再配合在调节框41的作用下,植绒层即可上下位移全面清理坑洞的内壁。
实施例三:
请参阅图1-5,一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,还包括壳体1,壳体1的内腔顶部转动连接有升降机构2,升降机构2包括转动盘21,转动盘21的左右两侧均滑动连接有弹性滑块22,转动盘21的下端滑动连接有对称的L型导框23,L型导框23的内腔滑动连接有导块24,导块24和弹性滑块22之间 活动连接有延伸至转动盘21上的铰接连杆25,转动盘21的下端中部固定连接有伸缩柱26,伸缩柱26的下部外围开设有环槽27。
壳体1的下端左右两侧均活动连接有定位机构3,定位机构3包括负吸囊34,壳体1的侧壁负吸囊34的上侧开设有气压槽35,气压槽35的内腔固定连接有弹性弧板36,定位机构3还包括注塑板31,注塑板31的上壁开设有与抵接杆32对应的楔形槽,且注塑板31与壳体1之间弹性连接,初始状态下注塑板31将弹力转换成拉力储存,此外注塑板31的内腔开设有注塑槽,注塑槽的端口处于注塑板31的下端,壳体1的内腔注塑板31的上端活动连接有抵接杆32,抵接杆32的上端固定连接有滑动环33,滑动环33和L型导框23之间转动连接,从而使得L型导框23转动时不影响滑动环33沿竖直方向上下移动,抵接杆32和弹性弧板36之间活动连接有支杆37,通过外驱带动转动盘21以一定转速旋转,使得两侧的弹性滑块22在惯性作用下背向移动,并带动铰接连杆25形变,使得L型导框23上移,对应的滑动环33提拉抵接杆32上移,弹性弧板36则在支杆37的拉动下形变,继而使得气压槽35的容积增大,负吸囊34对墙板表面进行负吸,设备整体即自动贴紧墙面,从而有效的提升了设备使用的便捷性。
壳体1的内腔底部活动连接有清理机构4,清理机构4包括调节框41,壳体1的内腔调节框41的外围固定连接有负吸罩42,调节框41的下端转动连接有活动框43,活动框43的外围均匀连接有伸缩杆44,伸缩杆44远离活动框43的一端固定连接有搭接板45,搭接板45的外围活动连接有植绒层,且植绒层可伸缩其表面具有耐磨特性,清理机构4还包括棘齿框46,棘齿框46的内壁固定连接有延伸至伸缩柱26外围上的凸起,且伸缩柱26的外围开设有相应的限位槽,壳体1的内腔中部转动连接有延伸至棘齿框46上的转动齿轮47,转动齿轮47的表面固定连接有与卡接条48适配的限位销且转动齿轮47与壳体1的内壁之间活动连接有扭簧组件,初始状态下扭簧组件被压缩, 且卡接条48对转动齿轮47进行限位,壳体1的内腔中部滑动连接有延伸至转动齿轮47表面上的卡接条48,卡接条48和抵接杆32之间活动连接有调节杆49,通过抵接杆32上移期间,调节杆49拉动卡接条48解除对转动齿轮47的限制,转动齿轮47则在扭簧组件的作用下被带动偏转,使得棘齿框46啮合下移带动伸缩柱26伸长,由于注塑板31预先在抵接杆32的脱离下向两侧移动,因此伸缩柱26可带动活动框43部分伸入坑洞最深处,又由于伸缩柱26跟随转动盘21持续转动,因此活动框43可带动搭接板45同步转动,并使得伸缩杆44在惯性下伸长,且配合植绒层扩张清理坑洞的内壁,期间由于调节框41上下往复移动,植绒层继而可对坑洞的不同区域进行往复移动清理,使得清理较为全面,坑洞内壁松脱黏连的残渣可完全脱除,并配合负吸罩42被抽吸处理,从而有效的提升了对坑洞的修补质量。
工作原理:该PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,通过将设备有负吸囊34的一侧抵接在墙面,使得两块注塑板31的中心部分对齐坑洞中心,即可利用外驱带动转动盘21以一定转速旋转,使得两侧的弹性滑块22在惯性作用下背向移动,并带动铰接连杆25形变,使得L型导框23上移,对应的滑动环33提拉抵接杆32上移,弹性弧板36则在支杆37的拉动下形变,继而使得气压槽35的容积增大,而为了维持气压平衡,负吸囊34则对墙板表面进行负吸,设备整体即自动贴紧墙面,这一设计由于使得设备整体无需配合相应的支撑机构使用,大大缩小了使用时的空间占比,从而有效的提升了设备使用的便捷性,此外通过抵接杆32上移期间,调节杆49拉动卡接条48脱离限位销,转动齿轮47则在扭簧组件的作用下被带动偏转,使得棘齿框46啮合下移带动伸缩柱26伸长,由于注塑板31预先在抵接杆32的脱离下,自动将自身拉力向弹力转换继而自动向两侧移动,因此伸缩柱26可带动活动框43部分伸入坑洞最深处,又由于伸缩柱26跟随转动盘21持续转动,因此活动框43可带动搭接板45同步转动,并使得伸缩杆44在惯性下伸长,且配合植绒层扩张 清理坑洞的内壁,期间由于调节框41上下往复移动,植绒层继而可对坑洞的不同区域进行往复移动清理,使得清理较为全面,坑洞内壁松脱黏连的残渣可完全脱除,并配合负吸罩42被抽吸处理,从而有效的提升了对坑洞的修补质量,完全清理干净坑洞后,即可控制转动盘21的转速减小,使得负吸囊34的负吸力减小但设备整体仍可被固定在墙面上,同步的配合向上提拉伸缩柱26使得转动齿轮47重新被限位,再配合两块注塑板31自动抵接复位,即可通过外部相应的灌注机构对注塑板31的注塑槽灌注修补材料至坑洞中进行修补。

Claims (7)

  1. 一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,包括定位机构(3),其特征在于:所述定位机构(3)包括负吸囊(34),所述壳体(1)的侧壁负吸囊(34)的上侧开设有气压槽(35),所述气压槽(35)的内腔固定连接有弹性弧板(36),所述壳体(1)的内腔底部滑动连接有调节框(41),所述壳体(1)的内腔调节框(41)的外围固定连接有负吸罩(42),所述调节框(41)的下端转动连接有活动框(43),所述活动框(43)的外围均匀连接有伸缩杆(44),所述伸缩杆(44)远离活动框(43)的一端固定连接有搭接板(45)。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:还包括升降机构(2),所述升降机构(2)包括转动盘(21),所述转动盘(21)的左右两侧均滑动连接有弹性滑块(22),所述转动盘(21)的下端滑动连接有对称的L型导框(23),所述L型导框(23)的内腔滑动连接有导块(24),所述导块(24)和弹性滑块(22)之间活动连接有延伸至转动盘(21)上的铰接连杆(25),所述转动盘(21)的下端中部固定连接有伸缩柱(26),所述伸缩柱(26)的下部外围开设有环槽(27)。
  3. 根据权利要求2所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:所述定位机构(3)还包括注塑板(31),所述壳体(1)的内腔注塑板(31)的上端活动连接有抵接杆(32),所述抵接杆(32)的上端固定连接有滑动环(33),所述抵接杆(32)和弹性弧板(36)之间活动连接有支杆(37)。
  4. 根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:所述滑动环(33)和L型导框(23)之间转动连接,所述注塑板(31)的上壁开设有与抵接杆(32)对应的楔形槽。
  5. 根据权利要求3所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:所述清理机构(4)还包括棘齿框(46),所述壳体(1)的内腔中部转动连接有延伸至棘齿框(46)上的转动齿轮(47),所述壳体(1)的内腔中部滑动连接有延伸至转动齿轮(47)表面上的卡接条(48),所述卡接条(48)和抵 接杆(32)之间活动连接有调节杆(49)。
  6. 根据权利要求5所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:所述调节框(41)的内壁固定连接有延伸至环槽(27)中的导柱,所述搭接板(45)的外围活动连接有植绒层,所述棘齿框(46)的内壁固定连接有延伸至伸缩柱(26)外围上的凸起,所述转动齿轮(47)的表面固定连接有与卡接条(48)适配的限位销且转动齿轮(47)与壳体(1)的内壁之间活动连接有扭簧组件。
  7. 根据权利要求5所述的一种PVC墙板撞击坑洞修补装置,其特征在于:还包括壳体(1),所述壳体(1)的内腔顶部转动连接有升降机构(2),所述壳体(1)的下端左右两侧均活动连接有定位机构(3),所述壳体(1)的内腔底部活动连接有清理机构(4)。
