本实用新型涉及丝绸加工设备领域,尤其涉及一种丝绸坯布裁剪装置。
背景技术
丝绸是一种纺织品,用蚕丝或合成纤维、人造纤维、短丝等织成,在古代丝绸就是蚕丝织造的纺织品,现代由于纺织品原料的扩展,凡是经线采用了人造或天然长丝纤维织造的纺织品,都可以称为广义的丝绸,而纯桑蚕丝所织造的丝绸,又特别称为真丝绸。
丝绸的使用较为普遍,它深受人们的喜爱,丝绸在生产加工过程中需要进行裁剪,现如今在丝绸坯布裁剪过程中难以快速方便的对不同厚度的丝绸坯布进行夹紧固定和松开,从而不便于对不同数量的丝绸坯布进行裁剪,且不便于在丝绸坯布的不同位置进行裁剪,难以更好更快的保证丝绸坯布裁剪工作的进行。
实用新型内容
(一)实用新型目的
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本实用新型提出一种丝绸坯布裁剪装置,能够快速方便的对不同厚度的丝绸坯布进行夹紧固定和松开,从而便于对不同数量的丝绸坯布进行裁剪,且便于在丝绸坯布的不同位置进行裁剪。
(二)技术方案
本实用新型提供了一种丝绸坯布裁剪装置,包括底板,底板的顶部固定连接有竖板,并且竖板的数量为两个,两个竖板相对的一侧均固定连接有两个固 定箱,固定箱内壁的底部均固定连接有滑轨,并且滑轨的外表面滑动连接有滑块,滑块的一侧固定连接有弹性件,并且滑块的另一侧固定连接有横杆,横杆远离滑块的一端贯穿固定箱并延伸至固定箱的外部,并且横杆延伸至固定箱外部的一端固定连接有夹紧板,夹紧板的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶垫,滑块的顶部开设有卡槽,并且卡槽的内部卡接有卡块,固定箱的顶部开设有限位孔。
优选的,限位孔的数量为若干个,并且卡槽和限位孔均与卡块相适配。
优选的,卡块的顶部贯穿限位孔并延伸至固定箱的顶部,弹性件远离滑块的一端与固定箱内壁的一侧固定连接。
优选的,底板顶部的一侧固定连接有液压杆,并且液压杆的顶端固定连接有固定板。
优选的,固定板的底部开设有滑动槽,并且滑动槽的内部滑动连接有滑动块。
优选的,滑动块的底部固定连接有固定块,并且固定块的一侧固定连接有电机,电机输出轴的一端固定连接有裁剪刀片。
优选的,滑动槽内壁的顶部固定连接有第二橡胶垫,并且第二橡胶垫的底部与滑动块的顶部相接触。

如图1-4所示,本实用新型提出的一种丝绸坯布裁剪装置,包括底板1,底板1的顶部固定连接有竖板2,并且竖板2的数量为两个,两个竖板2相对的一侧均固定连接有两个固定箱3,固定箱3内壁的底部均固定连接有滑轨4,并且滑轨4的外表面滑动连接有滑块5,滑块5的一侧固定连接有弹性件6,并且滑块5的另一侧固定连接有横杆7,横杆7远离滑块5的一端贯穿固定箱3并延伸至固定箱3的外部,并且横杆7延伸至固定箱3外部的一端固定连接有夹紧板8,夹紧板8的一侧固定连接有第一橡胶垫9,滑块5的顶部开设有卡槽10,并且卡槽10的内部卡接有卡块11,固定箱3的顶部开设有限位孔12。
本实用新型中,将四个夹紧板8分别向两侧拉动,带动横杆7和滑块5运 动对弹性件6进行挤压,将丝绸坯布的两侧分别放在两个夹紧板8之间,松开夹紧板8,四个夹紧板8在弹性件6的弹力作用下对丝绸坯布进行夹紧固定,然后将卡块11穿过限位孔12插入卡槽10中,对滑块5和和夹紧板8进行限位固定,通过将卡块11穿过不同位置的限位孔12插入卡槽10中,能够将夹紧板8固定在不同位置,从而能够对四个夹紧板8相对之间的距离进行调节,从而能够对不同厚度的丝绸坯布进行夹紧固定,且便于松开,从而便于对不同数量的丝绸坯布进行裁剪,通过启动液压杆13和电机18,液压杆13缩短带动固定板14和电机18向下运动,电机18带动裁剪刀片19转动对丝绸坯布进行裁剪,通过拉动滑动块16在滑动槽15中滑动带动固定块17和电机18运动,能够对电机18和裁剪刀片19进行位置上的调节,从而能够在丝绸坯布的不同位置进行裁剪。
在一个可选的实施例中,限位孔12的数量为若干个,并且卡槽10和限位孔12均与卡块11相适配。
需要说明的是,通过卡槽10和限位孔12均与卡块11相适配能够更好的对滑块5进行限位固定,从而更好的对夹紧板8进行限位固定。
在一个可选的实施例中,卡块11的顶部贯穿限位孔12并延伸至固定箱3的顶部,弹性件6远离滑块5的一端与固定箱3内壁的一侧固定连接。
需要说明的是,通过卡块11的顶部贯穿限位孔12并延伸至固定箱3的顶部便于对卡块11进行插拔。
在一个可选的实施例中,底板1顶部的一侧固定连接有液压杆13,并且液压杆13的顶端固定连接有固定板14。
需要说明的是,通过液压杆13的缩短带动固定板14、电机18和裁剪刀片19向下运动对丝绸坯布进行裁剪。
在一个可选的实施例中,固定板14的底部开设有滑动槽15,并且滑动槽15的内部滑动连接有滑动块16。
需要说明的是,通过滑动槽15和滑动块16的设置能够对固定块17和电机18进行水平位置上的移动,从而便于在丝绸坯布的不同位置进行裁剪。
在一个可选的实施例中,滑动块16的底部固定连接有固定块17,并且固定块17的一侧固定连接有电机18,电机18输出轴的一端固定连接有裁剪刀片19。
需要说明的是,通过电机18带动裁剪刀片19转动对丝绸坯布进行裁剪。
在一个可选的实施例中,滑动槽15内壁的顶部固定连接有第二橡胶垫20,通过底板1、竖板2、固定箱3、滑轨4、滑块5、弹性件6、横杆7、夹紧板8、第一橡胶垫9、卡槽10、卡块11、限位孔12、液压杆13、固定板14、滑动槽15、滑动块16、固定块17、电机18、裁剪刀片19和第二橡胶垫20的设置,能够快速方便的对不同厚度的丝绸坯布进行夹紧固定和松开,从而便于对不同数量的丝绸坯布进行裁剪,且便于在丝绸坯布的不同位置进行裁剪,更好更快的保证了丝绸坯布裁剪工作的进行,使用效果好,并且第二橡胶垫20的底部与滑动块16的顶部相接触。
需要说明的是,通过第二橡胶垫20的设置能够增加摩擦力,从而增加滑动块16的稳定性,从而能够更好的将滑动块16、固定块17和电机18固定在某个位置。
