一种人造甲贴及其套装，其中，人造甲贴包括人造甲体（10），人造甲体（10）包括正面（11）和背面（12），正面（11）和背面（12）均为弧形设置，正面（11）的弧形为向外凸起，背面（12）的弧形为向内凹陷，正面（11）上设置有一层哑光附着层（20），哑光附着层（20）贴附在所述正面（11）的中部，并向边缘延展覆盖。通过哑光附着层（20）提高人造甲贴表面的涂胶粘附能力。
Description
本发明属于人造指甲领域，特别是一种人造甲贴及其套装。
现在人们为了美观，常常会去美甲店修饰指甲，美甲师将甲片贴合在使用者的指甲上，对于一些有美甲需要，需要在甲片表面绘制图案或者粘贴其他装饰，这时候需要在甲片表面涂胶，现有的甲片表面常用是采用打磨方式，增加甲片表面的摩擦力，增强涂胶的粘接能力，但是在打磨时不同美甲师的打磨方式不同，并不能很好地掌控打磨的程度，而且打磨过程中产生的粉末给人不适感，甚至部分粉末落入在打磨后的甲片表面，影响粘接能力。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于改善现有技术的缺点，提供一种人造甲贴及其套装，提高人造甲贴表面的涂胶粘附能力。
其技术方案如下：
人造甲贴包括人造甲体，所述人造甲体包括正面和背面，所述正面和背面均为弧形设置，所述正面的弧形为向外凸起，所述背面的弧形为向内凹陷，所述正面上设置有一层哑光附着层，所述哑光附着层贴附在所述正面的中部，并向边缘延展覆盖。
在其中一个实施例中，所述哑光附着层的厚度小于所述人造甲体的厚度。
在其中一个实施例中，所述哑光附着层材料采用光敏性树脂、聚氨酯丙烯 酸脂、聚酯丙烯酸脂、丙烯酸酯中的任一种或多种组合。
在其中一个实施例中，所述哑光附着层表面呈哑光。
在其中一个实施例中，所述哑光附着层含有消光粉。致使所述哑光附着层表面为哑光。
在其中一个实施例中，所述消光粉为二氧化硅或聚氨酯粉。
在其中一个实施例中，所述人造甲体设置有多种规格。
人造甲贴套装包括多片所述人造甲贴，多片所述人造甲贴包含有多种规格。
本发明所提供的技术方案具有以下的优点及效果：
1.背面的弧形设置与天然甲片的弧度匹配，便于粘接在天然甲片上，正面设置的哑光附着层使得人造甲体表面附着力高，所以美甲师在人造甲体表面涂胶时，胶层粘接在人造甲体的表面的粘接性能强，而且哑光附着层并非人工打磨，其在人造甲体的表面更加均匀，因此涂胶时，边缘位置也能有较强的粘接性能。
2.哑光附着层设置的厚度较小，因为人造甲体主要起支撑作用，而哑光附着层是增加附着力作用，无需支撑，如果厚度太厚，导致材料的浪费，而且在发生人造甲体折弯情况时，如果厚度太厚容易出现哑光附着层上部和下部延展度不同而出现开裂的问题。
3.哑光附着层为哑光效果，在一些绘制的图案上，由于底层需要做到哑光效果，通过将哑光附着层设置成哑光效果，无需通过涂上其他物质实现哑光效果。

如图1和图2所示，人造甲贴包括人造甲体10，所述人造甲体10包括正面11和背面12，所述正面11和背面12均为弧形设置，所述正面11的弧形为向外凸起，所述背面12的弧形为向内凹陷，所述正面11上设置有一层哑光附着层20，所述哑光附着层20贴附在所述正面11的中部，并向边缘延展覆盖。
背面12的弧形设置与天然甲片的弧度匹配，便于粘接在天然甲片上，正面11设置的哑光附着层20使得人造甲体10表面粗糙，所以美甲师在人造甲体10表面涂胶时，胶层粘接在人造甲体10的表面的粘接性能强，而且哑光附着层20并非人工打磨，其在人造甲体10的表面更加均匀，因此涂胶时，边缘位置也能有较强的粘接性能。
如图2所示，所述哑光附着层20的厚度小于所述人造甲体10的厚度。哑光附着层20在本实施例中设置的厚度较小，因为人造甲体10主要起支撑作用，而哑光附着层20是增加附着力作用，无需支撑，如果厚度太厚，导致材料的浪费，而且在发生人造甲体10折弯情况时，如果厚度太厚容易出现哑光附着层20上部和下部延展度不同而出现开裂的问题。
所述哑光附着层20材料采用光敏性树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、聚酯丙烯酸脂、丙烯酸酯中的任一种或多种组合。该材料较为成熟，已确认对人体无直接刺激，而且具有一定的延展性，不会太脆。
所述哑光附着层20表面呈哑光。哑光附着层20做成哑光效果，在一些绘制的图案上，由于底层需要做到哑光效果，通过将哑光附着层20设置成哑光效果，无需通过涂上其他物质实现哑光效果。
具体地，所述哑光附着层20含有消光粉能够提高哑光效果，而所述消光粉为二氧化硅或聚氨酯粉。
所述人造甲体10设置有多种规格。适应不同指甲或趾甲，而且对应地，由于不同人的指甲或趾甲均有所差异，所以不同的规格可以根据需要选择。
人造甲贴套装包括多片所述人造甲贴，多片所述人造甲贴包含有多种规格。做成一个套装，可以整体出售，多种规格的人造甲贴可以供使用者粘接不同的指甲或趾甲。

- 人造甲贴，其特征在于，包括人造甲体，所述人造甲体包括正面和背面，所述正面和背面均为弧形设置，所述正面的弧形为向外凸起，所述背面的弧形为向内凹陷，所述正面上设置有一层哑光附着层，所述哑光附着层贴附在所述正面的中部，并向边缘延展覆盖。
- 如权利要求1所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述哑光附着层的厚度小于所述人造甲体的厚度。
- 如权利要求1所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述哑光附着层材料采用光敏性树脂、聚氨酯丙烯酸脂、聚酯丙烯酸脂、丙烯酸酯中的任一种或多种组合。
- 如权利要求1至3任一项所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述哑光附着层表面呈哑光。
- 如权利要求4所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述哑光附着层含有消光粉。
- 如权利要求5所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述消光粉为二氧化硅或聚氨酯粉。
- 如权利要求1至3任一项所述人造甲贴，其特征在于，所述人造甲体设置有多种规格。
- 人造甲贴套装，其特征在于，包括多片权利要求1所述人造甲贴，多片所述人造甲贴包含有多种规格。
