如图1所示,图1是本公开实施例公开的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的部分结构示意图。本公开实施例提供一种按键壳体,所述按键壳体可以包括:壳体本部103以及按压接触部,所述按压接触部可以设于所述壳体本部103上,且所述按压接触部可以与所述壳体本部103一体成型,也可以与所述壳体本部103通过紧固方式固定连接,其中所述按压接触部沿按压方向凹陷的深度可根据不同的实用情况进行设定,在此不一一赘述。
本公开实施例提供的一种按键壳体可以包括壳体本部103,所述壳体本部103可以具有一容纳腔。所述容纳腔内可以设置有电子驱动组件300。所述壳体本部103可以设置成一体成型,使得电子驱动组件300在电子设备组装完成后在不破坏壳体本部103的情况下无法从所述容纳腔内取出。所述壳体本部103也可以设置成可拆卸结构,使得电子驱动组件300在所述容纳腔内易于安装或取出。比如,在所述壳体本部103的底部可以设置有盖板,盖板可拆卸连接于所述壳体本部103,且盖板与电子驱动组件300之间可以设置有防水件,所述防水件可以配置成 密封盖板与壳体本部103的连接处,防止水进入造成所述电子驱动组件300损坏。所述壳体本部103还可以是其他形式的可拆卸结构,只要是将壳体本部103设置成可拆卸结构,均属于本公开方案的保护范围。
如图2所示,图2是本公开实施例提供的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的结构示意图。本公开实施例提供的一种按键壳体还可以包括按压接触部,按压接触部可以沿按压方向凹设于所述壳体本部103,所述按压接触部环绕于所述按键本体200的周缘,且所述按键本体200沿按压方向凸设于所述按压接触部的底部。例如图2所示,壳体本部103例如基本上呈柱状,该按压接触部整体上呈凹窝状。按键本体200沿与按压方向相反的方向自所述按压接触部的底部径向向外延伸,使得按压接触部的周向边缘以与该按键本体200的周向边缘相距一定距离的方式环绕于按键本体200的周围。
示例性的,所述按压接触部可以设置成基本上圆形或水滴形,也可以设置成两段不同弧形的凹槽。特别是,所述按压接触部的形状以及所述按压接触部的形状大小可针对不同的用户群体进行设定。比如,可以根据参照人体工学数据的具体目标人群的按压受力接触面的形状和大小对其进行具体设计。当用户为小孩群体时,可将所述按压接触部的形状设置成适于小孩的手指400的按压受力接触面的大小以及形状。当用户为大人群体时,可将所述按压接触部的形状设置成适于大人的手指400的按压受力接触面的大小以及形状。需要说明的是,所述按压接触部也可设定成统一形状以及大小,在此不过多赘述。
可以理解的是,所述按压接触部可以设置成与手指400按压受力接触面的形状适配的凹窝状结构,所述按压接触部自身的形状结构以及与按键本体200的形状结构的差异性使得识别性高,提升了按键本体200的标记性,且能提升按压手感以及舒适性。
如图1或图2所示,所述按压接触部可以包括第一接触部101以及第二接触部102。所述第一接触部101可以沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向设于所述按键本体200的第一侧,例如用户在使用中用手指按压时较靠近手指尖的一侧。所述第二接触部102可以沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向设于所述按键本体200的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧,例如用户在使用中用手指按压时较远离手指尖的一侧。所述第一接触部101的端部可以对应地与所述第二接触部102的端部连接。所述第一接触部101以及所述第二接触部102均可以沿按压方向凹设于所述壳体本部103上,且用户的手指400按压所述按键本体200时,用户的手指400可以分别与所述第一接触部101以及所述第二接触部102适配。
示例性的,在本公开提供的一实施例中,所述第一接触部101的左右两端可以与所述第二接触部102的左右两端基本上平齐,且所述第一接触部101可以与所述第二接触部102一体成型,其中,所述第一接触部101与所述第二接触部102沿按压方向向所述壳体本部103内侧凹 陷的距离可根据实际情况进行设定。
在本方案中,可选地,按压接触部沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向的最大延伸距离不小于其在垂直于该长度的延伸方向的方向上的最大延伸距离。例如,参见图1,所述第一接触部101可以具有靠近所述第二接触部102的两个第一端部以及相对远离所述第二接触部102的第一顶部;所述第二接触部102具有靠近所述第一接触部101的两个第二端部以及相对远离所述第一接触部101的第二顶部。所述第一端部可以分别地与相应的所述第二端部对应连接,所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部之间的距离可以不小于所述第一接触部101的两个所述第一端部之间的距离。
在本公开实施例中,在过按键本体200的中心且垂直于壳体本部的长度延伸方向上的投影视图中,所述接触部由基本上与按键本体200同心的上部弧形和下部弧形构成。上部弧形在手指按压时较接近手指尖,下部弧形在手指按压时较远离手指尖。所述上部弧形和所述下部弧形与通过按键本体200的基本上中心的横向轴线的交界点分别为第一接触部的第一端部和第二接触部的第二端部。所述上部弧形和所述下部弧形与通过按键本体200的基本上中心的纵向轴线的交点分别为第一顶部和第二顶部,第一顶部在手指按压时较靠近手指尖,第二顶部在手指按压时较远离手指尖;第一顶部与第一接触部的第一端部或第二接触部的第二端部之间在沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向上的距离不大于第二顶部与第一接触部的第一端部或第二接触部的第二端部之间在沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向上的距离。
如图3所示,图3是本公开实施例公开的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的正视图。所述按键本体200沿正视图视角方向的投影基本上为圆形,其中心基本上沿壳体本部103的纵向轴线设置。因此,所述第一接触部101可以具有相对设置的第一端部,所述第二接触部102可以具有相对设置的第二端部,两个所述第一端部的连线以及两个所述第二端部的连线均处于基本水平方向,且两个所述第一端部之间的距离与两个所述第二端部之间的距离基本相等。在一可选的方案中,所述第一端部之间的距离或所述第二端部之间的沿横向于壳体本部103的长度延伸方向的方向距离不小于用户的手指400宽度,从而保证用户的手指400按压按键本体200时的舒适度。
可选地在本公开实施例中,所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部的连线可以经过两个所述第一端部连线的中点,且所述第一顶部到所述中点的距离不大于所述第二顶部到所述中点的距离,使得所述按压接触部与用户的手指400适配,提高用户的体验感。
如图4所示,图4是本公开实施例公开的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的F-F剖视图。所述按键本体200的中心可以与所述两个所述第一端部连线的中点重合。所述按键本体200可以具有相背设置的按压面201以及接触面202。按压面201以及接触面202均为弧状设置,其弧度 可以与壳体本部的相应弧度相同也可以不同,其弧度可以处处相同也可以处处不同。所述按压面201凸设于所述第一接触部101与所述第二接触部102的连接处。所述接触面202设置有触控部203,所述触控部203在接触面的中部处沿按压方向向壳体本部内侧凸出。
为了保证用户的手指400按压所述按键本体200时,手指400左右两侧收到的力相同,所述按键本体200的中心可以与两个第一端部连线的中心重合,在本公开的一实施例中,所述按键本体200的按压面201可以不高于所述壳体本部103本部的外侧。
如图5所示,图5是本公开实施例的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的E-E剖视图,所述按键本体200的中心附近朝向所述壳体本部103内侧的方向按压,且所述按键本体200在被按压时可以朝向所述壳体本部103内侧的方向变形,使得触控部203按压电子按键301,以实现电子驱动组件300的启动。当实现电子驱动组件300的启动时所述按键本体200的按压面相对于所述第一接触部101或第二接触部102的底部间距差不大于3mm。
在本公开实施例中,所述按键本体200在按压过程中,可相对于所述按压接触部凹设,即所述按键本体200的按压面201低于所述按压接触部的底面,所述按键本体200相对于所述第一接触部101或所述第二接触部102的底部向内凹陷的距离不大于3mm,这样,用户使用手指400按压按键本体200至电子驱动组件300的电子按键301被触发,电动牙刷启动或者关闭的过程中,手指400始终处于舒适状态(保证合理的手指400下压尺寸),保证按键本体200的按压手感。
可选地,所述第一接触部101的两个第一端部在所述第一接触部101延伸面的中点位相对于所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部连线的距离的最大值不大于15mm。
如图6所示,图6是本公开实施例公开的一种按键壳体及其电子设备的按键本体200工作示意图;其图中K1为所述按键本体200的总位移,K2为按键本体200的按压面201的弧面在受到按压而变形时相对于第一接触部101或第二接触部102的弧面在按压方向上的延伸距离,需要说明的是,K2值不大于3mm,沿按压方向,所述按键本体的按压面201发生最大位移的位置(例如两个第一端部在所述第一接触部101延伸面的中点位)与所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部连线的距离的最大值不大于15mm。
如图5所示,所述接触面202还可以设置有凸起部。凸起部朝向所述壳体本部内侧延伸。例如,所述接触面202可以设置有两个凸起部,所述两个凸起部可以设置成分别接近于第一顶部和第二顶部。所述按键本体200可以通过所述凸起部与所述按压接触部卡接;所述按压接触部采用软质材料制成。
示例性的,所述按键本体200可设置成类似于软质材料制成,使得用户的手指400按压时,所述按键本体200可以发生一定的形变而自动回复原来形状;其中,所述接触面202上设置有 至少两个所述凸起部,所述凸起部分布于所述接触面202的上下两端,且所述凸起部朝向所述电子驱动组件300的方向延伸。
需要说明的是,所述按键本体200并不一定要在按压方向上贯穿所述按压接触部,即当所述按压接触部的制成材料也采用类似于软质材料时,所述按压接触部可在手指400的作用力下发生一定的形变,此时,所述按键本体200设于所述按压接触部上即可;可选地,在另一实用情形下,所述按压接触部的制成材料可使用与所述壳体本部103一致的材料,即将所述按压接触部与所述壳体本部103一体成型即可。
本公开实施例提供一种电子设备,可以包括:按键本体200、电子驱动组件300以及如上述任一项所述的按键壳体,所述壳体本部103具有一容纳腔,所述电子驱动组件300设于所述容纳腔内,且所述电子驱动组件300的电子按键301与所述触控部203对应设置。
本公开的实施例通过在壳体本部设置上设置按压接触部,且按压接触部环绕于按键本体上,使得用户的手指按压按键本体时,用户的手指刚好位于按压接触部,减少了壳体本部对用户手指施加的力,提高了用户的使用体验感。
以上所述仅为本公开的优选实施例而已,并不用于限制本公开,对于本领域的技术使用者来说,本公开可以有各种更改和变化。凡在本公开的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本公开的保护范围之内。
工业实用性:本公开实施例通过在壳体本部设置上设置按压接触部,且按压接触部环绕于按键本体上,使得用户的手指按压按键本体时,用户的手指刚好位于按压接触部,减少了壳体本部对用户手指施加的力,提高了用户的使用体验感。
本公开实施例提供的按键结构结合人机工程学原理,设计成类似于手指凹窝状,该结构除具有明显的按压标志性以外,还能有效提升按键按压的手感及舒适性,提升产品使用体验。

Claims (15)

  1. 一种按键壳体,应用在电子设备上,其特征在于,所述按键壳体包括:
    壳体本部;
    按压接触部,凹设于所述壳体本部上,且所述按压接触部环绕在所述电子设备的按键本体的周缘,且所述按键本体凸设于所述按压接触部的底部。
  2. 根据权利要求1所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述按压接触部包括第一接触部以及第二接触部;
    所述第一接触部沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向设于所述按键本体的第一侧,所述第二接触部沿壳体本部的长度的延伸方向设于所述按键本体的与所述第一侧相反的第二侧;所述第一接触部与所述第二接触部连接;当用户的手指按压所述按键本体时,用户的手指与所述第一接触部和/或所述第二接触部适配。
  3. 根据权利要求1或2所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述第一接触部具有靠近所述第二接触部的两个第一端部以及相对远离所述第二接触部的第一顶部,所述第二接触部具有靠近所述第一接触部的两个第二端部以及相对远离所述第一接触部的第二顶部,所述第一端部分别地与相应的第二端部对应连接,所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部之间的距离不小于所述第一接触部的两个所述第一端部之间的距离。
  4. 根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部的连线经过两个所述第一端部连线的中点,且所述第一顶部到所述中点的距离不大于所述第二顶部到所述中点的距离。
  5. 根据权利要求1至4中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述按键本体的中心与所述两个所述第一端部连线的中点重合,所述按键本体具有相背设置的按压面以及接触面,所述按压面凸设于所述第一接触部与所述第二接触部的连接处,所述接触面设置有触控部。
  6. 根据权利要求1至5中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述触控部在接触面的中部处沿按压方向向所述壳体本部内侧凸出。
  7. 根据权利要求1-6中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体本部具有一容纳腔,所述容纳腔内设置有电子驱动组件,所述壳体本部设置成可拆卸结构,使得所述电子驱动组件能够在所述容纳腔内易于安装或取出。
  8. 根据权利要求1-7中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述壳体本部通过密封件将所述容纳腔密封。
  9. 根据权利要求1至8中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,在所述按键本体的中心附近朝向所述壳体本部内侧的方向按压,且所述按键本体在被按压时朝向所述壳体本部内侧的方向变形,使得所述触控部按压所述电子驱动组件的电子按键,以实现所述电子驱动组件的启动, 当实现所述电子驱动组件的启动时所述按键本体的按压面相对于所述第一接触部或第二接触部的底部间距差不大于3mm。
  10. 根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述第一接触部的两个第一端部在所述第一接触部延伸面的中点位相对于所述第一顶部与所述第二顶部连线的距离的最大值不大于15mm。
  11. 根据权利要求1至10中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述接触面还设置有凸起部,所述按键本体通过所述凸起部与所述按压接触部卡接。
  12. 根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述凸起部朝向所述壳体本部内侧延伸,所述凸起部设置成分别接近于所述第一顶部和所述第二顶部。
  13. 根据权利要求1至12中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述按压接触部采用软质材料制成。
  14. 根据权利要求1-13中任一项所述的按键壳体,其特征在于,所述第一端部之间的距离或所述第二端部之间的距离不小于用户的手指宽度。
  15. 一种电子设备,其特征在于,包括:
    按键本体;
    电子驱动组件;
    如权利要求1-14中任一项所述的按键壳体,所述壳体本部具有一容纳腔,所述电子驱动组件设于所述容纳腔内,且所述电子驱动组件的电子按键与所述触控部对应设置。
