采用根据本发明的方案,在满足手柄外壳上的开关部设置位置符合人体工学设计要求的同时,能够确保外壳内部各部件布局的紧凑性。开关部大致位于驱动装置的近端或者驱动装置和传动装置相接合的位置,而开关可以直接固定于远离这一位置布置的线路板,无需长导线将开关或者安装开关的线路板连接到电池,因此,使得电动牙刷内部布局更加紧凑,同时也简化电动牙刷内部各装置部件的安装过程。

下面结合具体实施例和附图对本发明作进一步说明,在以下的描述中阐述了更多的细节以便于充分理解本发明,但是本发明显然能够以多种不同于此描述的其它方式来实施,本领域技术人员可以在不违背本发明内涵的情况下根据实际应用情况作类似推广、演绎,因此不应以此具体实施例的内容限制本发明的保护范围。
下文以电动牙刷作为个人清洁护理用具的典型例子,并结合附图更详细地描述本发明的示例性实施例。虽然下面仅以电动牙刷为例进行解释说明,但本发明不限于此。本发明也可适用于电动剃须刀、电动洁面器、电动沐浴器等能够通过驱动装置提供清洁动作的清洁护理用具。
为了清楚起见,在本说明书中采用了表述空间相对位置的词语如“近端/近侧”、“远端/远侧”等来简单描述如图所示的一个元件或特征与另一元件(一或多个)或特征(一或多个)的相互关系,“近端/近侧”指靠近清洁护理用具使用时清洁作用力作用位置的端部或侧部;“远端/远侧”指远离清洁护理用具使用时清洁作用力作用位置的端部或侧部。
此外,本申请中使用的词汇“和/或”包括所列出的一或多个相关联的词汇中的任一个和所有组合。
尽管本说明书中使用了词语“第一”等来描述多个元件或构成部分,这些元件或构成部分不应受这些词语的限制。这些词语仅用于区分一个元件或构成部分和另一元件或构成部分,而不包含“顺序”。因此,将下面讨论的那些元件或构成部分的序数词相互变换也不超出本发明的构思和范围。
图1示出了根据本发明较佳实施例的清洁护理用具的外形立体图。图1所示清洁护理用具为电动牙刷,其主要包括适于单手握持的手柄1和可拆卸地安装在手柄1上的刷头2,手柄1和刷头2沿电动牙刷整体的纵向方向相邻布置。刷头2上设有多个清洁元件4,如刷毛。手柄1包括手柄外壳21以及安装在手柄外壳21中的各功能部件。
如图1所示,电动牙刷具有大致细长圆柱体的手柄外壳21,手柄外壳21的中部设有一个开关部3。开关部3包括弹性材料构成的膜片,可以为大致圆形或椭圆形,对应于人手指的形状。对于电动牙刷的细长圆柱体形的手柄外壳21,开关部3较佳地设置在中部靠近近端的位置上,这样的位置适于使用者单手握持致动开关部。较佳地,弹性材料构成的开关部3可以与手柄外壳21一体形成,也可以分体形成。
图2进一步示出了根据本发明较佳实施例的电动牙刷内部构造。如图2所示,电动牙刷包括作为电源的电池5、为刷头2提供驱动力的驱动装置、向刷头2转移驱动力的传动装置、附接刷头2的驱动轴20、开关组件以及线路板30,这些部件或部分基本被容纳在手柄外壳21形成的腔室中。
电池5布置在靠近手柄的腔室中远离刷头的远端的位置。驱动装置主要包括电机9和机架6。电机9固定到机架6上,电机9的输出轴从靠近驱动装置的电机9的近端伸出。在手柄1的纵向方向上,线路板30被布置电机9和电池5之间,线路板30通常也被固定到机架6上。线路板30一方面与电机9的至少一个电极电连接,另一方面与电源的正负电极中的至少一个电连接。
进一步地,在驱动装置的近端侧安装着传动装置,传动装置主要包括连杆机构以及容纳连杆机构的齿轮箱。连杆机构分别连接到电机9的输出轴和驱动轴20,从而将电机9的输出轴围绕其纵向轴线的旋转运动转换成驱动轴20的往复转动。
驱动轴20位于电动牙刷100的近端侧,它从手柄外壳21的近端的开口中伸出。驱动轴20具有纵向轴线,驱动轴20的纵向轴线与电机9的输出轴的纵向轴线是基本平行的,更佳地,两条纵向轴线对齐。刷头2通过卡配结构被卡接到驱动轴20上,从而刷头2能够随着驱动轴20一起围绕驱动轴20的纵向轴线作往复转动。
特别地,电动牙刷100中的开关组件主要包括开关31和开关翘板10,其中开关31直接安装在线路板30上,而开关翘板10则布置在手柄1的腔室内位于驱动装置及传动装置和手柄外壳之间的空间中。开关翘板10的长度方向基本平行于手柄的纵向方向布置,
从图3中可清楚看到根据本发明的较佳实施例的开关组件的构造。开关翘板10具有小臂11、大臂14和位于小臂11和大臂14之间的枢转部13。较佳地,翘板10采用树脂材料一体成形,小臂11、大臂14和枢转部13构成一个整体件。通常,大臂14纵向方向的长度大于小臂11纵向方向的长度。位于线路板30上的开关31布置在大臂14的自由端或远端15的下方,由此开关31与大臂14的自由端之间能够连动配合。通过致动开关翘板10,开关31能够被相应地致动,从而实现开关31电气开合。如图3和图4所示,开关翘板10呈板条状,但沿纵向方向具有不同的宽度,小臂11的近端12较窄,大臂14的远端15较宽。
进一步,如图4和图6所示,开关翘板10的枢转部13和小臂11的近端12被保持而移动受限。具体而言,开关翘板10的枢转部13被第一保持部保持,而小臂11的近端被第二保持部保持,第一保持部和第二保持部是相对手柄外壳21静止的部件。在较佳实施例中,第一保持部和第二保持部均设置在传动装置的齿轮箱上。
如图6所示,在较佳实施例中,用于保持枢转部13的第一保持部包括位于齿轮箱的箱体7上的成对的U形槽71,而枢转部13包括成对的轴部,每一个轴部被容纳在对应的一个U形槽71内。U形槽71基本限制轴部在垂直于手柄的纵向方向上的运动,但允许轴部在U形槽71内转动。
同时,也如图6所示,用于保持开关翘板10的近端12的第二保持部包括位于齿轮箱的箱盖8上的开孔81,小臂11细窄的近端12插入到开孔81内并由开孔81保持固定。这时,齿轮箱盖上的开孔81限制小臂11的近端在任何方向上的运动。显然,所述开孔81可以是盲孔也可以是通孔。
应当理解,第一保持部和第二保持部可以分别与齿轮箱的箱体7和箱盖8的整体的一部分,也可以是附连到箱体7和箱盖8上的配件。在较佳实施例中,作为枢转部13的成对的轴部布置的翘板10的两侧。在其他替代实施例中,枢转部13也可以设置在翘板10相对于齿轮箱的一侧上。
特别地,开孔81保持小臂11的近端12,使得在开关31处于断开状态时,开关翘板10的小臂11弯曲形变而处于预紧状态,此时,开关翘板10围绕枢转部13产生使大臂14趋向于远离开关31的第一力矩M,如图5所示。
第一保持部和第二保持部的相对位置布置成使开关翘板10能够达到这种预紧状态。具体而言,相对于轴部被接纳在U形槽71中时开关翘板10的小臂11自由延伸状态下其近端12所处位置,齿轮箱盖上的开孔81在横向方向上偏置于内侧,即靠近手柄腔室中心的一侧。当小臂11的近端12被迫保持在开孔81内时,小臂11会出现弯曲形变,从而达到预紧状态。随着小臂11上的预紧力,开关翘板10的枢转部13相应地产生如图5中所示方向的第一力矩M,从而使得大臂14趋向于远离开关31。
另一方面,开关31通常具有一个弹性件(未示出),该弹性件对其中开关31的可动部件产生弹性力F2,如图5,而弹性力F2作用于开关翘板10远端15,弹性件的弹性力F2围绕枢转部13产生的第二力矩与预紧力产生的第一力矩方向相同。
开关31本身产生的第二力矩和小臂11的预紧状态产生的第一力矩确保了在手柄外壳21的开关部3不被致动的情况下,大臂14的自由端下方的开关31不被致动。
如图5所示,大臂14在枢转部13和开关部3之间限定按压部16,用于致动开关组件的外力能够通过开关部3作用到大臂14的按压部16上。较佳地,相对大臂14的自由端,按压部16更靠近枢转部13。外壳21上开关部3与按压部16基本对齐,由于开关部3由弹性材料构成,因此作用在开关部3上的按压力能够被传递到大臂14的按压部16上。
在使用者致动开关31时,按压力施加到大臂14的按压部16上,按压力 的方向与开关31的弹性力是相反的,按压力围绕驱转部13产生与第一力矩和第二力矩反向的第三力矩。当按压力足够大,第三力矩大于第一力矩和第二力矩的和,大臂14的自由端将绕枢转部朝向开关31旋转,从而致动开关31,便能完成所需开关操作。
如图2所示,当开关翘板10的近端12和枢转部13分别被固定到齿轮箱上后,开关翘板10从齿轮箱的近端一直延伸到驱动装置和电池5之间的线路板30的位置,此时的按压部16靠近驱动装置的近端。开关部3在手柄外壳21靠近近端的一部分上,这样单手握持手柄的时候手指能够正好按压到开关部3,而在外壳21的腔室中,开关13布置在整个手柄纵向方向大致中部的位置,开关31能够远离外壳21上的开关部3设置,在满足手柄外壳21上的开关部3设置位置符合人体工学设计要求的同时,确保了外壳21内部各部件布局的紧凑性。开关部3大致位于驱动装置的近端或者驱动装置和传动装置相接合的位置,采用根据本发明的方案,开关可以远离这一位置布置,但又无需长导线将开关或者安装开关的线路板30连接到电池5,因此,简化了电动牙刷内部各装置部件安装的过程。
本发明虽然以较佳实施例公开如上,但其并不是用来限定本发明,任何本领域技术人员在不脱离本发明的精神和范围内,都可以做出可能的变动和修改。因此,凡是未脱离本发明技术方案的内容,依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何修改、等同变化及修饰,均落入本发明权利要求所界定的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

  1. 一种用于清洁护理用具的开关组件,包括:
    开关(31),所述开关用于对所述清洁护理用具进行开关操作;
    开关翘板(10),所述开关翘板(10)具有远端和近端,所述开关翘板的所述远端下方设置所述开关,使得所述开关翘板可操作地触发所述开关,
    其特征在于,
    所述翘板具有小臂(11)、大臂(14)和位于所述小臂和大臂之间的枢转部(13),所述大臂的长度大于所述小臂的长度,所述大臂(14)包括所述远端;
    所述开关组件进一步包括用于保持所述开关翘板的所述枢转部的第一保持部和用于保持所述开关翘板的近端的第二保持部,
    所述第二保持部保持所述小臂远离所述枢转部的一端,使得在没有按压力作用于所述开关翘板上时所述开关翘板的所述小臂弯曲形变而处于预紧状态,同时所述开关翘板围绕所述枢转部产生使所述大臂趋向于远离所述开关的第一力矩(M)。
  2. 如权利要求1所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述开关(31)具备弹性件,所述弹性件产生的弹性力作用到所述开关翘板的所述大臂,所述弹性力围绕所述枢转部产生的第二力矩与所述第一力矩方向相同。
  3. 如权利要求1所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述大臂在所述枢转部和所述开关之间限定按压部,用于致动所述开关组件的所述按压力能够作用到所述按压部上。
  4. 如权利要求3所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述开关组件包括位于所述清洁护理用具外壳上的开关部,所述开关部由适于变形的弹性材料构成,所述开关部与所述按压部对齐。
  5. 如权利要求1所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述第一保持部设置在相对所述清洁护理用具的外壳静止的部件上,
    其中第一保持部包括位于所述清洁护理用具的内部的成对的U形槽(71),所述枢转部包括成对的轴部,所述轴部分别容纳在对应的所述U形槽内。
  6. 如权利要求1所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述第二保持部设置在相对所述清洁护理用具的外壳静止的部件上,
    并且所述第二保持部包括所述于所述清洁护理用具的内部的固定的开孔(81),所述小臂的所述近端插入保持在所述开孔中,所述开孔为盲孔或通孔。
  7. 如权利要求1所述的开关组件,其特征在于,所述开关安装在所述清洁用具内部的线路板(30)上。
  8. 一种清洁护理用具,包括:
    外壳,所述外壳形成细长的容纳腔,所述容纳腔沿纵向方向布置有电池(5)和驱动装置;以及
    容纳在所述外壳内的如权利要求1至7中任一项所述的开关组件;
    其中,所述开关组件的所述开关翘板基本平行所述纵向方向布置。
  9. 如权利要求8所述的清洁护理用具,其特征在于,所述开关组件的所述开关安装在线路板上,所述线路板设置在所述电池和所述驱动装置的电机之间,并且所述线路板固定在机架上,所述线路板分别连接到所述电机的至少一个电极和所述电池的至少一个电极。
  10. 如权利要求8或9所述的清洁护理用具,其特征在于,所述外壳内部设有容纳所述驱动装置的至少一部分的齿轮箱体(7)和附连到所述齿轮箱体(7)的齿轮箱盖(8),所述第一保持部设置在所述齿轮箱体(7)上,所述第二保持部设置在所述齿轮箱盖(8)上。
