Abstract
La présente invention concerne un adhésif d'impression par transfert thermique à basse température à base d'eau, qui est préparé à partir des matières premières suivantes en parties en poids : 20 à 30 parties d'une résine acrylique d'éthylène, 3 à 10 parties d'un neutralisant alcalin, 0,3 à 0,5 partie d'un agent de nivellement, 1 à 5 parties d'une émulsion de cire, 1 à 3 parties d'un plastifiant, 0,01 à 0,05 partie d'un agent antimousse et 65 à 80 parties d'eau, le plastifiant étant sélectionné parmi au moins un parmi le glycérol, l'adipate de dioctyle et le sébacate de dioctyle. Par comparaison avec l'état de la technique, l'adhésif d'impression par transfert thermique à basse température à base d'eau selon la présente invention utilise des constituants présentant un contenu spécifique et réalise une interaction globale relativement bonne et le produit présente une propriété de nivellement relativement bonne, une résistance à l'eau, une résistance aux rayures et une excellente intégrité d'impression image-texte par transfert à basse température, est constitué d'un matériau à base d'eau pure et est respectueux de l'environnement et exempt de pollution. Les résultats d'expérience montrent que l'adhésif d'impression par transfert thermique à basse température à base d'eau présente une bonne propriété de nivellement, une couche de revêtement formée ne blanchit pas et ne gonfle pas après avoir été lavée avec de l'eau entre 45 °C et 60 °C pendant 1 h, l'aspect extérieur reste intact même lorsqu'il est rayé, la couche de revêtement peut être étirée de 2 à 2,6 fois sans rompre, une impression par transfert à basse température d'images et de texte est achevée entre 110 °C et 125 °C et la performance d'impression est bonne.
